00:00:00.000 General Milley ordered the withholding of information to President Trump about Chinese spying during the Trump administration.
00:00:08.020 We have the receipts and we're going to release the entire thing.
00:00:10.760 So you need to buckle up and strap in to listen to this explosive episode.
00:00:16.420 Also, we're going to talk about something that we're not supposed to talk about.
00:00:19.740 Earthquake prediction.
00:00:20.780 Can it be done and what happens when it's correct and no one listens?
00:00:24.960 Folks, if you want to read what I read, if you want to follow along with what I'm doing, make sure that you're signed up for the Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:29.740 It's humanevents.com slash Poso, humanevents.com slash Poso, the Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:34.700 Completely for free.
00:00:35.740 Read what I read for show prep.
00:00:37.060 You're going to love this thing.
00:00:38.380 Let's get into it.
00:00:49.880 The position of the balloon classified.
00:00:53.480 Phil, right now, what we're not going to do is get into a hour by hour location of the balloon.
00:00:58.700 Again, we're monitoring it closely.
00:01:01.060 As I mentioned right now, it's over the center of the continental United States.
00:01:05.700 That's about as specific as I'm going to get.
00:01:08.000 I understand I'm being convenient, but does the public not have a right to know if the balloon is over the state?
00:01:11.900 The public certainly has the ability to look up in the sky and see where the balloon is.
00:01:16.260 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning Point USA.
00:01:20.700 Today is February 6, 2023.
00:01:23.020 Here's what we got, folks.
00:01:27.120 Everyone is lying once again.
00:01:31.120 But don't worry, because we're here to cut through the crap.
00:01:34.760 What do I mean by this?
00:01:36.260 It's very simple.
00:01:36.840 First of all, the idea that this was just a weather balloon, that's a joke.
00:01:42.260 Yes, it's just random weather balloon went awry and floated over our nuclear arsenal.
00:01:48.340 And therefore, you should all shut up about it.
00:01:50.740 And also, you've got these douches on Twitter.
00:01:55.460 These like, you know, you call them blue MAGA.
00:01:58.120 Some people, it's like the Biden supporters.
00:01:59.380 And they're all saying, oh, don't worry, Biden played this exactly right.
00:02:03.640 You know, you see, because the Air Force was out there and they conducted signal jamming with their electronic warfare signals.
00:02:09.920 I'm like, we can clearly see videos where the Air Force is nowhere near this thing.
00:02:14.880 You can even follow the tracks and find that there weren't Air Force assets near this dirigible, this platform for wide swaths of its trip across the United States, its mission, that it was allowed to complete across the continental United States, starting in Montana, ending in Myrtle Beach.
00:02:35.080 And we're supposed to believe that this thing doesn't have burst transmission.
00:02:37.940 It doesn't have the ability to send up a signal.
00:02:39.360 I mean, I'm sorry.
00:02:39.940 It's just a joke.
00:02:40.800 It's completely ridiculous.
00:02:42.000 But then something interesting happened over the weekend.
00:02:43.760 And, of course, the State of the Union is tomorrow.
00:02:45.220 So we have to understand the framing of where this is.
00:02:47.180 State of the Union is tomorrow.
00:02:50.000 President Biden doesn't want to get up there.
00:02:51.540 He's already wounded because of all of the scandals of its administration.
00:02:54.480 You got the Washington Post out there saying something like 65 percent of Americans believe that he hasn't really accomplished anything during his time in office, that he's been there since 2021.
00:03:02.920 It's been two years now, and he's accomplished absolutely nothing.
00:03:06.120 And so he's got bits of Chinese balloon fragments all over his face, and he's got to try to find some way to walk this back.
00:03:16.040 And so what they're doing is the intelligence community and the Pentagon are now leaking out this narrative that this happened under Trump, too.
00:03:24.740 And we are supposed to just go along with that as if that's the truth.
00:03:28.140 I mean, they're sitting there gaslighting you.
00:03:30.680 You got to put sunglasses on because the gaslight is so bright.
00:03:35.300 We would have remembered had this happened under Trump administration.
00:03:38.280 The media would have been all over.
00:03:39.800 It would have been in press.
00:03:40.500 If a Chinese Zeppelin, a skyship, a platform was floating, wafting over the continental United States, people would have taken photos of it.
00:03:51.420 People would have made videos about it.
00:03:53.260 There would have been TikTok videos about it and songs and parodies like there is with this one.
00:03:57.900 You know why that didn't happen during these, quote unquote, other occurrences?
00:04:03.120 Because they're lying.
00:04:05.620 They're just sitting there lying to you and expecting you to not call them on it.
00:04:09.240 But that's not what we do here, because when I saw this come out, I said, you know what?
00:04:14.260 I think there's something else going on here because this isn't just anonymous sources.
00:04:18.940 Now, to be sure, there were anonymous sources, but there was something more than just that.
00:04:22.780 So your typical anonymous sources story from CNN and other outlets, which will remain nameless for the time being, I would say, OK, you know, I'd give that like a 10 percent confidence, maybe 90 percent lack of confidence.
00:04:35.160 But then the Pentagon put out a statement themselves that this happened during the Trump administration.
00:04:41.020 I said, OK, something's going on here because you've also got Pompeo and Esper and Ratcliffe and all these people coming out saying that it unequivocally didn't happen.
00:04:49.380 President Trump is posting that it unequivocally didn't happen.
00:04:51.800 I said, there's something in between here, something that's missing.
00:04:55.000 So I start putting out my feelings to start working in the chain.
00:04:58.480 Here's what I heard back.
00:05:00.840 That it turns out the truth.
00:05:03.760 Like so many other times, it's somewhere in the middle.
00:05:07.360 But potentially even worse than we realized.
00:05:11.280 Here's what happened.
00:05:12.160 Was there a Chinese spy balloon, a Chinese spy blimp, a Zeppelin, like we saw this giant, larger than three school buses feature floating over the continental United States during the Trump administration?
00:05:25.140 No, not at any point.
00:05:26.880 However, did the Chinese Communist Party and elements of Chinese intelligence send smaller coastal drones and floating platforms on a smaller scale near U.S. military installations?
00:05:47.660 What I'm hearing is that this probing did begin during the Trump administration.
00:05:52.700 However, this information was withheld from the Trump administration, specifically because, and I'm just going to report what I was told, that General Milley didn't want President Trump finding out about these things because he predicted, and rightfully, by the way,
00:06:17.220 that President Trump would have ordered them to be blown out of the sky the minute that he heard about them.
00:06:23.400 And General Milley apparently, once again, took it upon himself to decide U.S. policy and withheld critical intelligence from the duly elected Commander-in-Chief of the United States, General Milley.
00:06:42.020 Allow your enemy spies to traverse your entire territory before you deal with them.
00:06:47.220 General Milley is the same guy who said that he would give the CCP a heads up, a heads up, before any U.S. military action in the South China Sea or Taiwan Strait.
00:07:02.600 Give him a heads up, because that's what you do.
00:07:06.160 He's more worried about his white rage.
00:07:08.740 And I've also seen these very strange people who claim to be America first saying, oh, well, POSO can't be America first because, look, he wants to blow up the Chinese spy platform.
00:07:19.040 Excuse me.
00:07:20.740 America first means you defend your country.
00:07:23.820 You defend your borders.
00:07:25.180 You defend your airspace.
00:07:26.340 You don't go looking for fights.
00:07:27.700 You don't go looking around the world.
00:07:29.120 And we can talk about any of those things.
00:07:30.680 We certainly can.
00:07:31.260 We certainly do here on this program.
00:07:32.300 We just did an entire special about it this week.
00:07:33.740 I'm with Raheem Kassam.
00:07:35.120 But at a minimum, at a basic minimum, you defend your homeland against enemies, foreign and domestic.
00:07:44.400 And guess what, General Milley?
00:07:46.120 You're going to get subpoenaed because there are going to be hearings on this.

00:08:45.840 I'll put the link in the description.
00:08:46.680 This morning, death and destruction in south-central Turkey and in neighboring Syria, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake, followed by a series of aftershocks, leaving a rising number of dead and dozens of buildings destroyed.
00:09:03.200 At the top of one building, arcing wires could be seen lighting up the sky.
00:09:07.500 The main tremor felt in at least nine cities.
00:09:10.240 Survivors out of breath and in a daze, searching for loved ones buried in debris.
00:09:17.340 The epicenter in the Turkish city of Karaman Maras, near the border with Syria.
00:09:21.900 So close, the Syrian civil defense declared an emergency, noting the collapse of several residential buildings and activating teams to rescue the stranded and those trapped under the rubble.
00:09:32.080 So these images out of Turkey, I mean, just absolutely horrific.
00:09:37.040 The border area as well.
00:09:39.040 And I would urge everybody go to the Red Cross or other international charities that can that can help.
00:09:48.760 You know, we've always tried to be open for humanitarian relief and humanitarian help for the people who are caught in the middle of whether it be warfare in Ukraine and Donbass.
00:10:00.200 And we've always supported the Caritas organization, whether it be and actually visited them when we went to Ukraine last summer.
00:10:06.160 And in this situation as well, these are innocent people.
00:10:10.880 These are innocent people who did nothing wrong, that were caught completely in the middle of this thing, caught unawares.
00:10:16.940 I mean, imagine you're asleep middle of the night.
00:10:20.780 And all of a sudden, your apartment building just collapses on top of you.
00:10:27.580 The initial reports are that thousands of people are dead.
00:10:32.160 Clearly thousands of people are dead.
00:10:34.500 And and just you just have to say a prayer for them.
00:10:38.260 For the families, for the children who are caught in this thing, because to them, this is it's an apocalypse.
00:10:45.620 You woke up to an apocalypse today if you were affected by this thing.
00:10:49.820 And I don't really know what else to say other than that.
00:10:53.380 But something that was interesting, and I'm just going to put it in that column.
00:10:58.280 Just this was interesting to me.
00:10:59.900 And I saw it on on Twitter and we're going to talk about it.
00:11:03.520 And this was a tweet that was posted on at 730 a.m.
00:11:09.300 Eastern on February 3rd, 2023.
00:11:12.460 So two days prior to the earthquake and was from the account of a man named Frank Hugerbetts, who is a Dutch researcher with the Solar System Geometry Survey.
00:11:27.420 Never seen his account before.
00:11:29.560 I've never followed his work before.
00:11:31.880 But interestingly enough, several days before the earthquake, he wrote sooner or later, there will be a magnitude 7.5 earthquake region.
00:11:43.040 And he specifically, and you can see the map.
00:11:45.100 So do the map break here.
00:11:47.160 He specifically pointed out the region of the fault line between South Central, Turkey, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon.
00:11:55.260 This is the exact.
00:11:57.800 I mean, if you posted this on the map and then you go looked at where the earthquake did occur.
00:12:03.660 However, it is a dead, dead center bullseye for where this thing struck.
00:12:12.380 And I said, well, that's incredible.
00:12:15.960 You know, who is this seismologist?
00:12:17.600 What's the you know, what's the background that he was able to predict this?
00:12:20.080 Because, of course, earthquake prediction has always been called a pseudoscience, any fridge belief and all of these things.
00:12:26.020 Same stuff they say about Graham Hancock and all of his work.
00:12:29.120 When he simply just goes to ancient sites and says, well, look, this thing is older than we are told that the civilization around it should have been.
00:12:38.840 And it was clearly constructed with technology that we're told that they couldn't have have.
00:12:42.140 So, again, it's one of those situations where people are making observations and they have a hypothesis and they're trying to tie that hypothesis to predictions and then seeing if they're a hypothesis based on observations in the natural world is followed through on.
00:13:00.220 And I don't think that's unreasonable.
00:13:02.040 I don't think it's unreasonable at all to suggest that and see if you're if you're you know, if you're if your prediction holds up.
00:13:08.180 Well, in this case, it did hold up.
00:13:12.140 And he also wrote that my heart goes out to everyone affected by the major earthquake in central Turkey.
00:13:19.060 And this was a follow up tweet.
00:13:20.160 As I stated earlier, sooner or later, this would happen in this region, similar to the years one one five and five twenty six.
00:13:27.720 Sumi means I don't know.
00:13:28.660 I don't know.
00:13:28.960 Domine.
00:13:30.760 These earthquakes are always preceded by critical planetary geometry, as we had on four to five February.
00:13:38.180 Forty five February.
00:13:39.340 So what he's talking about here is planetary alignment, the solar system, the alignment of planetary bodies.
00:13:45.980 And Twitter has fact checked his tweet to say there is no this is the birdwatch function on Twitter or community notes.
00:13:53.960 They're now called there is no scientific basis for earthquake predictions.
00:13:57.360 There is always a chance for earthquakes in places with active faults.
00:14:00.320 But specific forecasts perform no better than random when tested.
00:14:04.040 Correl claims of correlation with planetary alignment have been disproven.
00:14:06.820 But.
00:14:10.580 He did prove the correlation with planetary alignment right there.
00:14:14.740 So this fact check makes no sense because it's actually the opposite, because in this case it did.
00:14:19.640 It was proven, right?
00:14:20.380 It was not disproven.
00:14:21.240 So I don't understand how it said that.
00:14:23.220 Now, it also states that if you go.
00:14:27.060 So I've also heard this this comment of people saying, well, OK, look, anybody can throw there, you know, throw throw a dart at the dartboard of any fault line and say there's going to be a prediction here at some point.
00:14:39.580 So this guy probably just makes a bunch of predictions all the time and says, oh, there's going to be an earthquake here.
00:14:44.400 There's going to be an earthquake there.
00:14:45.060 And eventually he's going to get one right.
00:14:46.240 OK, so is that the case?
00:14:48.280 I went back on his Twitter account and I said, all right, let's see if he's done this before.
00:14:52.740 Guess what?
00:14:53.060 For the last six months.
00:14:57.320 He's been going since September of last year, even even before saying there's going to be an earthquake in Turkey.
00:15:03.280 It's specifically going to be Turkey.
00:15:05.000 We're looking right here.
00:15:06.340 And then if you go back three months ago, he starts dialing it in and he said it's going to be this specific fault line.
00:15:12.580 And then finally up to just three days ago, and he dialed in for that direct spot along this fault line and said this is where it will be.
00:15:19.880 And there were even Turkish seismologists that were arguing with him and were attacking him for stating that they were mocking him when he was trying to be helpful.
00:15:31.660 And in this case, turned out to be completely right.
00:15:35.100 And once again, the experts were completely wrong.
00:15:40.400 What is wrong with our society that we won't take information of people who don't have the right pieces of paper on the wall
00:15:48.240 and at least consider it.
00:15:50.580 And instead, we respond by attacking them and tearing them down.
00:15:55.780 Folks, the dollar just hit a seven month low and we all saw what happened with the crypto market last year.
00:16:01.180 Cratered, why would you trust your hard earned savings with unstable governments printing more money while on the brink of default?
00:16:06.880 Take my advice.
00:16:07.780 Protect your financial future with something real.

00:16:20.980 Since the beginning of time, there's only one universal currency and that is always a value.
00:16:25.040 And that is gold.
00:16:27.080 Allegiance Gold has the highest rating in the industry.

00:16:48.140 Protect your future with Allegiance Gold.
00:16:49.460 You know, first it's going to come for the blue-collar jobs, working in the factories, truck drivers, whatever.
00:16:56.700 Then it will come for the kind of, like, the low-skill white-collar jobs.
00:17:00.620 Then the very high-skill, like, really high IQ white-collar jobs, like a programmer or whatever.
00:17:06.640 And then very last of all, and maybe never, it's going to take the creative jobs.
00:17:10.240 And it's really gone exactly, and it's going exactly the other direction.
00:17:14.380 And I think this, like, there's an interesting reminder in here, generally about how hard predictions are.
00:17:19.560 But more specifically about, you know, we're not always very aware, maybe even ourselves, of, like, what skills are hard and easy.
00:17:27.340 Like, what uses most of our brain and what doesn't, or how, like, difficult bodies are to control or make or whatever.
00:17:32.380 So, I wanted to go through a list from ChatGPT, believe it or not, a list, a chart that was actually created by ChatGPT.
00:17:41.560 That's even the best part of this.
00:17:44.000 Somebody asked which jobs will be erased by AI.
00:17:48.400 And remember, it used to be this media narrative that the coming automation would target blue-collar workers.
00:17:53.800 They said, oh, we're going to have self-driving trucks.
00:17:55.840 And that was this big, this huge meme.
00:17:58.040 And we were all told, self-driving trucks, self-driving trucks, Elaine Chao, even in the Trump administration.
00:18:02.380 The Secretary of Transportation was, at one point, talking about moving towards self-driving trucks.
00:18:08.640 And we've never actually seen any evidence of self-driving trucks.
00:18:11.500 In fact, truckers are the people who, it turns out, are one of some of the most important jobs in our society.
00:18:17.860 By the way, if you want to just make money by driving a truck, you know, go and get the class.
00:18:24.120 There's a huge backlog for this.
00:18:25.900 You will make money.
00:18:27.280 Hand over fist.
00:18:28.160 Look, you're going to be on the road a long time.
00:18:29.900 That's part of the deal.
00:18:30.900 But you know what?
00:18:31.460 You'll make money.
00:18:32.040 You will make so much money.
00:18:34.000 And so they were told that these, oh, they kept calling it unskilled labor, unskilled labor.
00:18:40.000 It turns out that working in the trades or driving a truck actually is something of a skill.
00:18:46.520 Working on an oil rig, working on a pipeline.
00:18:49.520 These are skills that are absolutely necessary in the economy.
00:18:51.980 And guess what?
00:18:52.660 They're not skills that AI can perform.
00:18:55.280 But let's go through the list and read some of the jobs that AI can perform.
00:18:59.440 Let's see.
00:19:00.620 Data analyst.
00:19:01.960 AI can process and analyze large amounts of data faster and more accurately than humans.
00:19:06.860 Journalist.
00:19:07.800 AI can write news articles with impartiality, accuracy, and speed, making human journalists redundant.
00:19:13.720 Remember, this is chat GPT's answer for the question of which jobs.
00:19:18.480 Teacher.
00:19:18.840 AI can provide individualized learning experiences to students, making human teachers redundant.
00:19:25.860 Marketing manager.
00:19:26.900 AI can analyze market trends and consume behavior, consumer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies.
00:19:33.020 Customer service representative.
00:19:34.620 AI can handle customer queries and complaints with speed and efficiency.
00:19:38.060 Financial analyst.
00:19:39.060 AI can analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
00:19:42.180 Product manager.
00:19:43.620 AI can...
00:19:44.740 I'm sorry.
00:19:45.620 All those kids in tech making the day in my life.
00:19:49.420 TikToks working at Google and Amazon and stuff.
00:19:51.540 Those are all project managers or product managers, whatever.
00:19:54.540 It's not real jobs.
00:19:55.780 I love this one.
00:19:56.800 Human resources manager.
00:19:59.340 HR.
00:20:00.360 AI can handle HR functions such as hiring, performance evaluations, and payroll processing,
00:20:05.020 making human HR managers redundant.
00:20:06.780 I would just go ahead and say fire the HR people as a start, regardless of whether or not chat GPT exists.
00:20:14.380 Social media manager.
00:20:15.720 AI can manage and analyze social media interactions.
00:20:18.180 Legal secretary.
00:20:19.260 Medical receptionist.
00:20:21.860 We can have a conversation about medical receptionist.
00:20:24.920 Graphic designer.
00:20:26.000 Copywriter.
00:20:26.640 Web developer.
00:20:27.900 Librarian.
00:20:28.740 Translator.
00:20:29.400 Interior designer.
00:20:30.520 Bookkeeper.
00:20:31.580 Basically an accountant.
00:20:32.840 Receptionist.
00:20:33.420 Even it says musician.
00:20:34.740 We could argue about that.
00:20:35.860 But it says AI can compose and perform music, making human musicians redundant.
00:20:40.340 Here's the basic point that I wanted to explain.
00:20:45.280 These are not blue collar jobs.
00:20:48.380 These are not truck drivers.
00:20:50.320 They're not tradesmen.
00:20:51.900 These are office jobs.
00:20:54.220 And so if you're someone who works in one of these professions,
00:20:56.860 if you're someone who owes your livelihood to that type of field, and guess what?
00:21:07.300 Even if you're a programmer, I was having a conversation with some friends recently.
00:21:10.080 They're saying that even where they work, chat GPT, it's already doing coding.
00:21:13.980 And the job of the coders is to simply make queries in chat GPT to write the code.
00:21:22.440 So once you understand the initial sort of learning curve for code, that you just go to chat GPT and you have it right before you.
00:21:28.740 So here's the thing.
00:21:32.800 All of these jobs, which are not menial labor, but they're memorization jobs.
00:21:40.720 They're jobs that require you to show up on time.
00:21:42.400 They're jobs that require you to understand scheduling, to respond to customer inquiries.
00:21:46.280 They're all being done by AI.
00:21:48.340 AI is going to eat them up.
00:21:49.740 So the question is, where do those people go?
00:21:51.060 And you know what?
00:21:53.560 Here's the dirty little secret.
00:21:54.920 Tell you something right now.
00:21:58.300 They're going to end up having to go to work for companies that are in fields that actually provide real production.
00:22:08.240 What do I mean by this?
00:22:09.260 Take an example of my home state of Pennsylvania.
00:22:12.600 So in the state of Pennsylvania, one of the possible burgeoning industries is that of fracking the Marcellus shale find.
00:22:23.620 So we know, of course, that multiple administrations shipped our jobs overseas, shipped our steel industry overseas.
00:22:31.440 Right.
00:22:31.700 Say that five times fast.
00:22:33.600 But the Marcellus shale is still sitting there under the ground.
00:22:37.840 Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York.
00:22:39.580 Of course, New York, none of the governors will ever actually let it be developed.
00:22:43.780 But in Pennsylvania, the industry is already there and they're fighting back.
00:22:48.740 And so those companies and those jobs and the truckers, obviously, who truck the equipment, who truck the product back and forth from the site to the pipeline to rivers, et cetera, et cetera, for refining.
00:23:02.140 All of those jobs, all of those, those jobs are there.
00:23:07.480 So guess what?
00:23:08.380 If you are currently in debt on a liberal arts degree with an HR trajectory, you better start saying, I'm sorry to all the people that I told to learn to code because maybe just maybe they will hire you for their companies.
00:23:27.400 And you maybe just maybe want to stop standing in the way of energy industry businesses that can actually give you employment in the place where you live.
00:23:42.740 Otherwise, you are going to have to do what Sam Altman and all these other charlatans like Andrew Yang have been saying.
00:23:50.500 And you're going to have to get on something called universal basic income, which is just the dole.
00:23:54.900 Right.
00:23:55.080 It's just the dole.
00:23:55.640 They have this in Europe and some some Western European countries.
00:23:57.980 And it's basically like you can't work.
00:24:00.000 So the government gives you money.
00:24:01.220 That's what universal basic income is.
00:24:02.620 And if you want to go and do that, if you want to go and sit on your couch and get a fat government check and government food stamps all day long, look, I get it.
00:24:15.140 I'm not, by the way, attacking people who are on hard times.
00:24:18.020 And I actually do support programs like that.
00:24:20.080 But I will say this.
00:24:23.500 Just in general, to anybody who's within sound of my voice, and I said this on Twitter earlier today, that you'll die someday.
00:24:33.420 I'll die someday.
00:24:35.380 We all will.
00:24:37.460 Live a life that's worth living.
00:24:41.980 Find a way to live a life that's worth living.
00:24:44.640 Otherwise, Tempus Fugit, time flies.
00:24:50.600 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
