Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 412： THE REGIME IS NOW DEPLOYING THE LIMITED HANGOUT STRATEGY

00:00:00.000 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard to today's edition of Human Events Daily,

00:00:04.100 powered by Turning Point USA. Today is March 7th, 2023. Anno, Dominic. Today's top stories,

00:00:11.100 we are going to talk about the limited hangouts. They lied to you about Jan 6. Whatever else could

00:00:17.400 they be lying about? Next, do guns cause the most deaths among children? We're going to break down

00:00:23.620 that. And finally, our good friend Nini Yankovic has finally been subpoenaed by the Weaponization

00:00:30.420 Committee of the United States House of Representatives. All this and we're ahead,

00:00:33.500 Human Events Daily. I want to take a second to remind you to sign up for the Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:56.860 Poso. Totally free. The Poso Daily Brief.

00:01:08.580 I want to acknowledge our fallen heroes of that day. U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.

00:01:16.820 U.S. Capitol Police Officer Howard Livinggood. Metropolitan Officer Jeffrey Smith. U.S. Capitol

00:01:24.440 Police Officer Billy Evans of a later assault. Now I ask all members to rise for a moment of silence

00:01:32.740 in their memory. Brian Sicknick. Officer Brian Sicknick. Served his country. Served his nation.

00:01:43.040 And we honor that service. But if we do want to honor the life and service of Brian Sicknick,

00:01:51.520 what we shouldn't do is turn him into a political prop. What we shouldn't do is turn him into a tool

00:01:57.180 to win domestic political debates and to institute regimes of power that demonize one side of the

00:02:10.780 political aisle in this country. The death of Brian Sicknick was falsely used to criminalize

00:02:20.080 conservatism and opposition in this country. The party in power took that situation like they took

00:02:30.140 January 6th in general and used it to essentially make it so that if you were a member of the opposition

00:02:39.660 in America, if you were a member of the Tea Party, if you were signed up at Turning Point USA, if you were

00:02:46.800 going to America Fest or the Student Action Summit, if you're an NRA member or a gun owners of American

00:02:54.300 member or if you just own a gun in general, if you're a veteran, then you were a potential

00:03:00.780 Timothy McVeigh. And this is exactly what Andrew Breitbart warned us. But I want to go a step further

00:03:06.180 than what we're seeing here because I want to string all of this together. And by the way, we must applaud

00:03:15.560 Tucker Carlson, Speaker McCarthy, the lawyers here, everyone who worked to get this footage out.

00:03:23.880 And then second time on the second time, we must also remember the fact that people did die that day

00:03:32.880 like Roseanne Boylan, like Ashley Babbitt. And that's why I led a standing ovation for Ashley Babbitt's

00:03:41.660 mother this past weekend at CPAC. You must remember that. We also must remember the Jan 6 detainees

00:03:48.540 that are currently being held, some of them in isolation, some of them held without trial.

00:03:59.420 These are American citizens, others who are being sent to jail, sent to prison for years.

00:04:10.000 For the supposed crime of trespassing when police officers beckoned them forward.

00:04:19.760 All of this is going on in the United States today. And what the Tucker takes prove beyond a shadow of a doubt

00:04:26.640 that we are in the final stages of the American Republic.

00:04:31.680 And our country is transforming very rapidly now into a regime. We are in an era of regime

00:04:42.060 politics. The regime is complex. And to define it is something they spend and expend vast amounts of

00:04:54.360 resources to hide. Obviously, it includes elements of Western Europe. It includes elements of Brussels, the World Economic Forum,

00:05:04.460 Washington, D.C., Silicon Valley, Wall Street, the city of London. Of course, you refer to this as the globalist

00:05:11.720 American empire or the globalist and American empire.

00:05:14.940 What can we understand here? Go back and look at everything that happened through that 12-month period

00:05:23.700 prior to January 6th. The Hunter Biden laptop. The lies about Wuhan and the CCP. The lies about George Floyd.

00:05:33.620 The lies about election integrity. Everything that happened. Everything that occurred. The lies about Russia,

00:05:40.580 Russia, which we were told for five straight years.

00:05:46.020 That was a domestic color revolution. It was a domestic 0.95

00:05:49.220 color revolution, which was instituted within our

00:05:53.220 own shores, within our own borders, right here in this country.

00:05:57.800 People like Nini Yankovic, and we're going to be talking about her a little bit later,

00:06:01.400 played a huge role in this.

00:06:03.140 Why was it done?

00:06:04.120 It was done for one specific reason, to stop one movement that was attempting to take back

00:06:12.820 their country. But here's the thing, folks. I'm going to be very clear about this.

00:06:17.560 You need to understand that over the next 18 months, you are going to see this amplified to

00:06:24.080 a level that you have never before understood. You will not even be able to comprehend what is

00:06:30.100 thrown at you. It is going to make 2020 look like a walk through Statuary Hall. As Norm MacDonald said,

00:06:38.960 they abided by

00:06:40.300 the ropes in the hall, these violent meemaws walking around. So you need to strap in. 1.00

00:06:50.840 You need to embrace the suck. Because guess what? Things are going to get worse. 1.00

00:06:57.700 They are going to get worse before they get better. And it's a simple question.

00:07:05.200 Are things going to get better? Yeah, if we win.

00:07:10.080 So what side do you want to be on? Do you want to lose or do you want to win? It is a simple

00:07:16.680 proposition. You win or you lose. There is no other option. Folks, do you feel like the world is being

00:07:26.980 held together with duct tape right now? I know I do. Every day we are thrown new distractions by

00:07:31.400 the fake news to pull us from the reality we're all about to face. Between the government trying

00:07:35.440 to print their way out of debt, global military conflicts, and a looming food shortage, preparedness

00:07:40.080 is no longer a choice. It's a necessity. In times like these, you can trust my Patriots supply. Their

00:08:18.220 You want to ban drag show readings to children?

00:08:21.320 To my house, yes.

00:08:21.980 Why? What are you protecting?

00:08:24.240 Why can we prohibit children from voting, those under 18, from voting?

00:08:27.280 Why are you banning, is that free speech? Are you infringing on that performer's free speech?

00:08:33.480 They can continue to exercise their free speech, just not in front of a child.

00:08:36.560 Why?

00:08:37.300 Because the government does have a responsibility to protect.

00:08:39.820 I'm sorry?

00:08:40.840 The government does have a responsibility in certain instances to protect children.

00:08:43.540 What's the leading cause of death amongst children in this country? And I'm going to give

00:08:47.760 you a hint. It's not drag show readings to children.

00:08:51.220 Correct. Yes.

00:08:52.620 So what is it?

00:08:54.020 I'm presuming you're going to say it's firearms.

00:08:55.560 No, I'm not going to say it like it's an opinion. That's what it is. It's firearms. More

00:09:01.180 than cancer, more than car accidents. And what you're telling me is you don't mind infringing

00:09:06.980 free speech to protect children from this amorphous thing that you think of. But when it comes to

00:09:12.520 children that have died, you don't give a flying f***. 0.96

00:09:17.100 Jon Stewart at it again, at it again. So here's the thing, folks. I want to put out some messages 0.97

00:09:28.420 to conservatives in general. So if you are a pro-lifer, number one,

00:09:34.900 you should always be able to answer the question very quickly and very directly.

00:09:43.300 What is the number one cause of child death in America? Abortion, obviously. Number one, abortion, 1.00

00:09:52.120 clearly. And if you are a pro-lifer, you better have that off the top of your head. And you

00:09:57.200 certainly better have that if you're going to step in the ring with somebody like Jon Stewart

00:10:01.640 and talk about these issues. Okay. That's number one.

00:10:04.900 And we know that's true. We all know that's true. But let's go a step further because Jon Stewart

00:10:11.360 and the folks who are new here and aren't familiar with my history with Jon Stewart, because as far as

00:10:20.420 I know, I'm the only conservative that Jon Stewart has ever apologized to on camera after he lost our

00:10:29.800 little dust up. But let's go in. Let's go in. So a lot of people saying, Jack, you wouldn't last two

00:10:35.480 seconds with it. Oh, really? Who wants to tell them? This statistic comes most likely from the Kaiser

00:10:43.720 Family Foundation, which last summer put out a huge headline. Firearms are the leading cause of death for

00:10:50.320 children in the United States. Okay. Leading cause of death. Kaiser Family Foundation. Huge,

00:10:56.160 huge, huge organization. Lots of funding. What does it say? Firearm mortality rates per 100,000

00:11:02.800 for children in the U.S. and peer countries that the U.S. is way ahead. It's way ahead over Canada,

00:11:09.280 France, Switzerland, Austria, et cetera. Totally blows through the average. The only country that's like

00:11:14.640 this, how could it be? But just like anything else, when you're reading statistics from the left,

00:11:21.940 you have to go a step further and question definitions. How does the Kaiser Family Foundation

00:11:30.200 define a child in this study? I'll tell you how they define children. One through 19 years old.

00:11:38.900 1 to 19. 1 to 19. So they're including teenagers as children in this. Now, let me just play a little

00:11:53.040 game with you, you know, a little question game. What do you think the leading cause of teenagers is

00:12:00.560 in places like, I don't know, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, New Orleans.

00:12:11.120 Do you think that that might be a slightly different data set than the one that he's talking about here?

00:12:17.160 I think so. Also, by the way, firearms kind of nebulous, isn't it? Because when you look at overall

00:12:25.600 firearm deaths in the United States, the breakdown from murder to suicide is separate.

00:12:34.240 Suicides account for the majority 1.00

00:12:37.140 of deaths by firearms in the United States at almost 60% in some studies. So of course,

00:12:47.280 this is included in that. So even if I were to include homicides and accidental deaths,

00:12:54.100 which is, of course, what he's talking about, you still have to deal with the fact

00:12:58.520 that it's teenagers involved here, not children. When you say children, I'll even be generous and say,

00:13:09.180 I'll give you all the way up to 14, even though 13 and 14 are still teenagers. Why? Because I have data

00:13:14.700 from the New York Times for all the way through 2021, all the way through 2021. And guess what?

00:13:22.140 Guess what? The leading cause of annual death among children in the United States.

00:13:28.480 Again, we need definitions because definitions matter. Apparently they don't matter to Jon Stewart.

00:13:33.560 One to four, drowning. Number two, vehicle accidents. Five to 14, number one, cancer. Number two,

00:13:45.960 vehicle accidents. That's from the New York Times. So in fact, the number one and number two killers

00:13:54.960 of children aged five to 14 is exactly what Jon Stewart said it wasn't. He said it wasn't cancer and car

00:14:08.040 crashes. But in fact, that is exactly what the number one and number two causes of child death are in this

00:14:15.940 country. And yet he lied. He lied about that on its show. He lied about that. It's been shared

00:14:22.400 millions of times. And by the way, it ain't Oklahoma state senators. It ain't legal gun ownership either.

00:14:28.040 Why? Because I went and checked out a map and I juxtaposed a map of the United States. And I said,

00:14:32.840 all right, we don't have a list of gun owners in the United States because there's no national gun

00:14:37.440 registry. Of course, the left wants this, but we do have something called FFLs per capita,

00:14:43.200 your gun sellers, your gun dealers per capita. We do have a list of that. So that is a good proxy

00:14:50.600 for us. More gun sellers per capita would lead us to believe that there are more gun buyers in these

00:14:59.100 areas. Well, guess what? Huge amounts in, you guessed it, the West and the upper West. Yet the homicide

00:15:08.180 rate doesn't correlate with that at all. The homicide rate is in the American Southeast and

00:15:13.800 the American Southwest. It also correlates obviously with big cities. And anyone who's been paying

00:15:20.320 attention for more than five minutes knows this, by the way, go look, you want to talk, uh, you want

00:15:25.740 to take this nationwide. Do you want to take it worldwide? We can gun ownership is highest in the 0.93

00:15:30.540 United States, but does the United States have the highest homicide rate in the world? No, it doesn't.

00:15:36.300 The highest homicide rates are in South America and in Africa where they do not have high levels

00:15:42.300 of legal gun ownership. Suck on that. And by the way, let me pull up a little something called the 0.99

00:15:49.500 journal on interpersonal violence, suicidality among transgender youth, elucidating the role of

00:15:56.700 interpersonal risk factors. 82% of transgender individuals have considered killing themselves

00:16:03.340 and 40% have attempted suicide with suicidality highest among transgender youth. So sorry,

00:16:11.700 Jon Stewart, but it turns out the drag queen story hours are having effect on our youth. 0.99

00:16:17.000 The dollar just hit a seven month low. And what we all saw happen with the crypto market last year,

00:17:11.840 What individuals can do. So obviously we're not going to see a nationwide media literacy program

00:17:17.340 instituted in the next 40 days. So here's your crash course. First of all, I like to say we all need

00:17:22.840 to be practicing informational distancing right now in addition to social distancing. Understanding

00:17:28.220 that disinformation manipulates your emotions. If you feel yourself getting really worked up about

00:17:33.620 something, the best thing you can do is to close your device or put it down and walk away. And finally,

00:17:40.040 if you're going to engage with a friend or family member and tell them, you know, this is actually

00:17:44.520 wrong, here's the Snopes link. Psychologists, people who actually have studied these interactions

00:17:50.020 on a massive scale have shown that it's actually better to do that in a personal format. So whether

00:17:56.340 that's a direct message, picking up the phone, sending a text message, or having a conversation,

00:18:01.160 and rather than just sending the fact check immediately, because most of the people who

00:18:05.380 have been taken in by this stuff don't want to be told they're wrong. They don't want to be fact

00:18:08.820 checked. And they usually think that fact checkers are part of the deep state.

00:18:12.400 Nina, I warned you what would happen. I warned you what would happen if you went down this road.

00:18:18.180 And I warned you specifically almost a year ago now, 10 months ago, what would happen if you did not

00:18:26.780 comply? Nina Yankovic, as of today, which as of yesterday, last night, has been subpoenaed

00:18:36.700 by the House Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. And here's the thing, Nina,

00:18:45.080 you've already been fired. You've already been disgraced. But here's the other issue. We know

00:18:51.540 that there's other little elements leave behind, if you will, leave behind operations of your

00:18:58.420 disinformation governance board that you left behind in the government when you left. Perhaps

00:19:05.980 one of those is called the Foreign Malign Influence Center, which is being run out of the office of the

00:19:11.480 director of national intelligence. Yeah, we know about that. How about Shelby Pearson,

00:19:17.940 the election threats executive who works in the ODNI, who said specifically, domestic censorship

00:19:25.840 on social media is justified if the IC determines it's foreign sponsored. So if you assess

00:19:33.040 that someone in the United States is posting on social media, that you can censor them because you

00:19:42.480 believe it's a foreign operation. See, that is why that you always tried to tie people like me and so

00:19:48.100 many others to the Russian state or foreign hackers. When, by the way, you yourself, Nina,

00:19:54.560 are the foreign agent. You are a registered foreign agent with the Department of Justice,

00:19:58.500 and you had to submit paperwork to the United States Attorney General attesting to such because

00:20:03.720 you are a registered foreign agent of the UK. You also are a former, a former staffer for the

00:20:10.400 government of Ukraine. You're an agent for them as well. You're a foreign agent of Ukraine and you

00:20:14.840 are now a foreign agent for the UK. So we're going to go through all this and we're going to ask questions

00:20:20.100 about who actually is working for the benefit of foreigners. And we're going to ask who's working

00:20:25.840 for the benefit of the American people. And we're going to teach you and so many others like you

00:20:31.500 what happens to people who don't put America first. And there's a simple option, Nina. Come clean.

00:20:43.040 Save yourself. Don't protect these people. Shelby Pearson would sell you out in a moment's notice. 1.00

00:20:50.980 They would all sell you out. No Harry Potter spell can save you, Nina. It can't. Your little

00:20:59.960 crowdsourcing for your lawsuit, it's not going to go anywhere. You raised what, like three grand?

00:21:07.900 That'll pay for what? I think maybe one meeting with the DC White Shoe law firm? No, no. Here's how

00:21:15.320 it's going to go. The first person to flip gets the best deal. So Nina, this is your offer and it's a

00:21:24.100 one-time offer. Come clean. Come clean right now. Give us all the receipts. Tell us everyone you were

00:21:31.800 working with. Tell us about the journalists working with Antifa. Tell us about the people at the State

00:21:37.640 Department that are putting Americans on lists. I know I've been on all the lists. All right. We already

00:21:42.460 know. We already know. But what we want you to do is come clean, name the names, drop the receipts,

00:21:51.180 and then it's all done. You'll be free to walk home and we'll never bother you again.

00:22:00.340 And all we're asking you to do is make an appearance. Make one appearance and tell us what

00:22:07.820 we want to know. Don't say, I don't know. Don't say, I don't recall. Don't say, I'm not sure who was

00:22:13.440 giving me these ideas when I was at the Department of Homeland Security. Don't say that there was never

00:22:19.740 any direction from political actors, that there was never any participant. Nina,

00:22:24.880 you're a sophisticated lady. You know how this is going to go. Wouldn't you rather just leave all this 1.00

00:22:38.200 behind? I don't want to drag this out. I don't want you to have to testify for hours up there,

00:22:44.860 answering many questions, personal details, going through email after email. Because see, here's the

00:22:55.660 thing. You were working in the federal government, right? And so for all those times that you were

00:23:03.460 working on government computers, turns out that Congress doesn't need a subpoena to receive those.

00:23:12.020 They can just take them. It's called an RFI, a request for information. Those of us that actually

00:23:18.320 worked in the IC know how this works. See, Congress has the authority because you were doing all that

00:23:24.000 on a government computer. So the committee, they already have it, Nina.

00:23:31.580 So which is it going to be? How are you going to play this? Are you going to come in there,

00:23:36.200 plead the fifth, play some game, like you don't remember everything?

00:23:43.100 We know how you remember all those little songs, all the little lyrics. I like your songs.

00:23:48.180 Got a great singing voice. Potential future career in your very off-off Broadway.

00:23:56.000 Community theater. Little theater of Alexandria is a great place for you, Nina.

00:24:00.900 And I will come with Tanya Tay and we will sit in the front row to watch your performance. 0.83

00:24:09.040 And all you have to do, all you have to do is walk into that committee and tell everybody

00:24:16.800 what they want to know. And then all of this goes away. You don't have to hear the name Jack

00:24:23.800 Posobiec anymore. And you can go about your life and I'll go about mine because it's very simple,
