00:00:24.580 arrested. And finally, new report, nearly 50 percent of homicides go unsolved in the United

00:01:07.820 So that's just the explanation for, for, I didn't get away with anything. In fact, on the contrary,

00:01:14.120 you know, I've paid a- Did you receive a fine?

00:01:15.580 No, because what I did wasn't against the law. And you're fine for breaking the law,

00:01:21.280 but I did break the guidelines and I resigned and I took accountability for the-

00:01:27.780 Was there not a, sorry, was there not a ban at the time on meeting indoors for people outside of

00:01:33.800 your family, unless it was reasonably necessary for work purposes?

00:01:37.200 No, not a legal one, no. And because those rules-

00:01:40.900 That was in the legislation.

00:01:42.280 But that legislation had been lifted. But this is irrelevant.

00:01:44.980 At that point, when you- Yes, they had. Yes, it had. And that's why I wasn't fined. I didn't break

00:01:48.520 any laws. But the guidelines, not the laws, the guidelines were still in place. But my point is

00:01:55.920 that the distinction between the laws and the guidelines, right, which is the reason I wasn't

00:02:01.100 fined and I, you know, and I didn't break any laws, that's not relevant, right? And I don't

00:02:09.260 seek to excuse my behaviour. I am just explaining what happened.

00:02:14.800 Just simple words there, reacting it. You're quite emotional about that.

00:02:19.300 Well, it's just, it's been, you know, it's been such a tough year for so many people. And

00:02:24.480 there's William Shakespeare putting it so simply for everybody that, you know, we can get on with our

00:02:31.380 lives. And, and, you know, there's still a few months to go. I've still got this worry that

00:02:36.180 we can't blow it now, Piers. We've still got to get the vaccine to millions of people. And so we've

00:02:43.520 got to keep sticking by the rules. But-

00:02:46.380 Matt Hancock. Mattie, Mattie, Mattie. So Matt Hancock was the Secretary of State for Digital,

00:02:55.120 Culture, Media and Sports, and then also the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care

00:03:01.160 in the UK during the COVID-19 pandemic. You just saw a few highlights of Matt's career,

00:03:13.300 resigning in disgrace. But prior to that being moved to tears while on TV talking about how he

00:03:23.620 was so excited to finally get his vaccine. Well, here's what was actually going on behind the scenes.

00:03:30.320 And we have this from the Telegraph. Project fear is what they're calling it. Project fear.

00:03:37.180 Over 100,000 WhatsApp messages have been leaked from Matt Hancock and other members of the

00:03:43.020 British government discussing plans to, quote, frighten the pants off of the public to ensure

00:03:52.040 compliance with lockdown measures. This has all been exposed. One of the messages even stated

00:03:58.020 when they would deploy the new COVID variant. What do we want to deploy this? They're calling them

00:04:04.400 the lockdown files. These messages were sent between ministers, officials and others showing how the

00:04:09.800 government used scare tactics to force compliance of the citizens and push through lockdowns.

00:04:15.960 And another message, Simon Case, the cabinet secretary, said that the fear and guilt factor

00:04:21.460 was vital in ramping up the messages during the third national lockdown. That was January 2021.

00:04:29.820 Prior to that, and again, this is from the Telegraph, Matt Hancock, the then health secretary,

00:04:35.260 appeared to suggest in one message that a new strain of COVID had recently emerged. That would be,

00:04:42.320 and I'm quoting here, the new strain would be helpful by scaring the populace into compliance.

00:04:51.860 In a WhatsApp conversation on December 13th, Damon Poole, one of his media advisors, informed his boss

00:04:59.740 the Tory MPs, the Conservatives, were, quote, furious about the prospect of stricter COVID measures

00:05:06.540 and suggested we roll pitch with the new strain, suggested that the strain would be used, again,

00:05:14.180 to drum up support for the lockdowns, drum up support for compliance through the use of fear.

00:05:21.800 Hancock replied, and again, these are all their text messages. We will frighten the pants off of

00:05:29.080 everyone with the new strain. Mr. Poole agreed, saying, yep, that's what will get proper behavior

00:05:37.360 change. Changing behavior, the government using fear tactics and fear propaganda to directly change

00:05:46.740 the behavior of the populace. Well, fortunately, I've never heard of the government ever doing

00:05:52.060 anything like this before, and the government would certainly never do such a thing again. I mean,

00:05:55.920 that would just be silly. So I'd like to read for you from Field Manual 222.3, Human Intelligence

00:06:05.780 Collector Operations, also known as interrogations. There was an approach from the interrogator manual

00:06:16.160 called Emotional Fear Up. Let me explain. I'll just read it for you directly. This is from the US

00:06:21.920 military. Fear is a dominant emotion that can be exploited by the interrogator. In the fear up

00:06:29.000 approach, the interrogator identifies a pre-existing fear or creates fear within the source. He then

00:06:35.440 links the elimination or reduction of the fear to cooperation on the part of the source. The

00:06:41.540 interrogator must be extremely careful to not overtly threaten or coerce a source. Conveying

00:06:48.220 a threat may be a violation of trust. The interrogator should be extremely careful that

00:06:53.700 he does not create so much fear that the source becomes unresponsive. The interrogator should never

00:06:59.860 act out as if he is the focal point of the source's fear. The interrogator should merely be the outlet

00:07:06.380 for the fear. If he cooperates, the interrogator will do his best to ensure that no one will ever

00:07:12.120 find out and that he will be protected. Do you see how it works, folks? Set yourself up not as the

00:07:20.800 source of the fear. Something else is making you so afraid. There's something so terrible, but I'm here

00:07:26.940 to help you. I'm the only one who can help you because I'm from the government and we have your

00:07:33.300 best interests at heart. That's what Matt Hancock was doing. That's what the British government was

00:07:40.100 doing. That's what the U S government. That's what so many of these governments were doing

00:07:43.380 throughout. We just, we saw president Biden. Remember that speech he gave the red MAGA speech

00:07:48.480 at independence hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where the declaration of independence was signed,

00:07:55.120 where he essentially declared the unvaccinated to be non-citizens. We remember all of this.

00:08:02.120 That's exactly the type of tactics they were using to scare you into compliance. And let me tell you

00:08:08.900 something right now. Do you think for a second that the government is going to forget the globalist

00:08:15.720 American empire, British American, German, et cetera. Oh, definitely German. Do you think they're 1.00

00:08:22.860 going to forget that through fear they gained your compliance?

00:08:30.980 Well, it's time to do something about Antifa. And that's why I'm going to introduce legislation

00:08:35.820 to declare Antifa domestic terrorist, because they need to be taken apart. We need to investigate

00:08:42.160 exactly who they are, who funds them. And then we need to make sure that whenever they come out and

00:08:48.640 erupt in violence, attacking police officers and attacking businesses in cities like my,

00:08:55.200 my city, Atlanta and Georgia, we need to make sure that they're arrested and charged with domestic

00:09:01.660 terrorism charges, just like the GBI did this past weekend. Enough of Antifa. They are not the

00:09:07.520 anti-fascists. They are the fascists. Well, Treehouse Antifa. Now you may remember Treehouse Antifa from 0.97

00:09:15.060 just a few weeks ago. We were discussing this. They are the ones to remind you, those who don't

00:09:22.080 remember this case, that are outside hiding in the trees, literally building tree houses outside of

00:09:29.640 Atlanta because they are protesting the building of a police training facility in Atlanta. Well, around

00:09:37.500 5 30 PM on Sunday, a large group of Antifa extremists, many of which wore masks. And we have

00:09:43.060 this from the post-millennial and black block descended on the site of the future Atlanta public 0.89

00:09:49.220 safety training center, setting fire to construction equipment and attacking police officers. There are even

00:09:55.160 reports of a potential fire bombing that took place there as well as rocks and police officers were

00:10:02.380 attacked while they responded to all of this surveillance footage shows officers standing in

00:10:08.120 the construction site as the group of extremists marched towards them from the woods. This is an

00:10:11.980 actual attack. This is an actual planned out Antifa domestic terrorist attack that we're seeing with,

00:10:19.060 with military style tactics that have been used and deployed here outside of Atlanta. I actually think

00:10:26.420 that people need to understand the seriousness of what we're seeing for this to make sense. This is a

00:10:32.220 carefully planned, plotted, and orchestrated domestic terrorist attack in the United States. That's

00:10:40.260 number one. Number two, the fact that it's people on the left and I get it. It's fun to make fun of

00:10:47.620 Antifa. You can laugh about them, but guess what? They're actually resorting to violence and they're willing

00:10:54.060 to use it. They're standing with AR 15s outside of drag queen story hours where five-year-old

00:11:02.180 children are being groomed and the right is too terrified to even try to get them arrested. How do you

00:11:09.760 think that story ends? Where do you think that goes? Yeah, sure. They'll get locked up, but they're not the

00:11:15.960 ones that are, that are ginning this all up. They're not the ones that are setting this in motion. They're not

00:11:21.980 the ones who are going to rule in the U in the new United socialist States of America that they're seeking to

00:11:28.260 destabilize our country and then create. That's where all of this leads. The group overturned a UTV as

00:11:36.540 well as portable toilets, setting both the UTV and a front loader construction vehicle ablaze. Another

00:11:41.260 fire was seen burning in the background, though it's currently unclear. 35 people arrested in

00:11:46.320 connection. That means the actual group was probably even larger, maybe as many as 50 people in this

00:11:51.340 attack. Numerous extremists were arrested and charged in January. Of course, we know that one

00:11:58.160 extremist was shot and killed by police. One of the biggest breaking issues here that we are seeing

00:12:05.280 in terms of all of this, and this comes to us courtesy of Greg Price of X Strategies

00:12:10.840 reporting to us that a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center in the Atlanta metropolitan area

00:12:22.080 was involved in this attack and was arrested on domestic terrorism charges.

00:12:31.480 So you actually had, remember everything I just said, you actually had a situation where there was an

00:12:37.780 Antifa domestic terrorist attack, a militant extremist group, a attacking a police facility,

00:12:45.060 a law enforcement facility here in the United States, a government facility, 50 militants,

00:12:51.780 pre-planning military tactics, and a Southern Poverty Law Center attorney was part of it.

00:13:01.640 Where is the house on this? The conservative-led house needs to investigate this immediately.

00:13:10.600 Why was this person on staff? His name is Thomas Webb Juergens. Thomas Webb Juergens. He only weighed

00:13:18.620 150 pounds. Dude's a twig. He weighed 150 pounds, yet he was a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law

00:13:27.660 Center. The same Southern Poverty Law Center that inspired Floyd Lee Corkins to conduct a mass shooting

00:13:36.000 at the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. The same Southern Poverty Law Center that was working

00:13:43.060 in conjunction with the FBI. They were using their targeting documents to go after churches that were just

00:13:50.280 a little bit too Catholic because they were praying the Latin Mass. Oh gosh, oh darn. They were praying 1.00

00:14:00.260 the Latin Mass a little bit too fervently. And so what happened? The FBI started putting them on lists.

00:14:05.740 Who wrote the initial list? The Southern Poverty Law Center. This is the same group that had ties with

00:14:12.560 the FBI going back years, potentially going back decades. And now we have the group directly said, and by the

00:14:22.020 way, I've said for years, including at one point to their faces when they tried to get in my face in New York

00:14:29.440 City, that they're a domestic terrorist organization. Now we have verifiable proof that the Southern

00:14:39.560 Poverty Law Center is directly tied to domestic terrorism. We need to know who else knew about

00:14:48.140 these activities at the Southern Poverty Law Center. What role did the Southern Poverty Law Center have in

00:14:53.460 planning or pre-planning? What were the communications? We need to know, and we certainly need in the

00:14:58.120 documents whether or not there was communication between SPLC and other members to provide legal

00:15:03.460 representation for the group should they be arrested for domestic terrorism. We're assurances made to

00:15:11.300 this group that if this happened, the SPLC would have their back in court. We demand answers and

00:15:19.220 Speaker McCarthy, you need to give us them. Look, folks, thanks to your support, Patriot Mobile. And we

00:15:26.860 spent some time with Patriot Mobile at CPAC this last weekend. It was fantastic. They have emerged as one of

00:16:24.500 bunch of conservative coffee companies come and go. And I held off until I found one that I really liked.

00:16:29.500 And that's why I'm happy to tell you about Blackout Coffee. It's not enough to simply taste great.

00:16:34.560 You want to be proud to support the company. You know, they align with your conservative values.

00:16:39.480 And that's why I am telling you to give them a try. Got to tell you guys, I've been drinking Blackout

00:16:44.440 Coffee myself for a couple of days now. Look, the combination of the Blackout Coffee and the best

00:17:01.800 the way, family owned, I personally recommend Blackout Coffee. This is a coffee company that's

00:17:07.060 100% committed to conservative values from sourcing to the beans, to the roasting process, customer

00:17:11.480 support and shipping. They have an incredible work ethic. And not only do they accept a compromise,

00:17:16.740 the taste is fantastic. Go to BlackoutCoffee.com slash POSO and use promo code POSO for 20% off

00:17:22.100 your first order. Stop giving your money to woke companies that don't care about you. Stay true to

00:17:26.940 our values. Barely half of all murder cases in the United States get solved. And according to FBI

00:17:33.360 data, the national homicide clearance rate is at an all-time low. In the mid-1960s, more than 90%

00:17:40.040 of murders were solved, generally resulting in an arrest. By 1990, that percentage fell into the 60s.

00:17:46.620 Then by 2020, as the number of homicides surged, the national clearance rate dropped to about 50%

00:17:52.780 for the first time ever. 50%. So imagine this. Imagine if maybe your family dies,

00:18:00.580 it's killed, murdered. The worst possible thing that could happen.

00:18:06.200 And we got all those TV shows from Hollywood, all the FBI, the CIA, the CSI, the NSA, and CIS.

00:18:20.960 Oh, the government's there to solve those crimes. The government's going to take care of it. The

00:18:25.000 government's going to be there to have your back. How much money do we spend on these security

00:18:31.280 agencies? How much money do we spend per year on these agencies for our security?

00:18:40.600 And we can't even solve one out of every two murders? Are you kidding me right now?

00:18:47.500 So you guys think because you watch all those TV shows, that that's how it works in real life.

00:18:52.460 They're destined for fingerprints. They're getting the FBI. They're getting the DNA. They're taking

00:18:57.820 everything out. There's all we're going to send it out down to Quantico. We're going to get all the

00:19:01.460 results. We're going to do all this. We're going to get it together. Don't worry. We're going to have

00:19:06.080 it all set. Yeah, not so much. 50% unsolved. But I assure you, they definitely have their compliance

00:19:18.360 with their LGBTQ plus do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do awareness training. They've definitely got that.

00:19:27.820 Look at this data. We're on the verge of being the first developed nation where the majority of

00:19:34.860 homicides go unclear. That's according to the Murder Accountability Project. The United States,

00:19:42.220 guess what, boys? We're number one again. Congratulations. We are breaking historic

00:19:47.260 ground. We may be the first developed nation in the entire world, not just the hemisphere. No,

00:19:54.660 no, no, no. That's not enough for us. The entire planet where the majority of homicides in the

00:20:01.700 United States go unsolved. But that's not what, that's not what, but I like, I love the FBI. I love

00:20:09.180 the NY, you know, NY, what's that TV show? Blue Blood or whatever. They're sitting there telling you

00:20:17.300 every day that that's how the system works. We're going to get the guy, but it's not real. None of

00:20:24.340 it is. This is reality. And it was higher, by the way, in the past. Look at this is going down.

00:20:36.020 It's insane how much this has gone down. The clearance rate was even higher before 1980,

00:20:42.820 seemingly as high as 90% in 1965. And yet you look at the spike in homicides that's been declining.

00:20:51.320 This is crazy. This is insane to me because homicides have been both up and down over this

00:20:58.420 time. But the fact of the matter is, and folks, if you follow me on Twitter, then you would know

00:21:03.720 that I once got into it with David Simon, who claims to be the writer and creator of the wire

00:21:08.180 over this very issue. Now, he said the issue was that police forces just aren't good enough.

00:21:15.860 And that's why they're not solving murders. And that's also why murders are up because

00:21:19.940 the idea being that more murderers are on the streets, which obviously is true because the

00:21:24.660 murders aren't being solved. And whoever committed that murder is by definition out on the street.

00:21:31.060 But I have another take. Could it be possibly the demonization of police and law enforcement

00:21:38.760 in this country that's been going on? It started in the 1960s. It popped up again in the 1990s.

00:21:46.940 It popped up again after Ferguson, and it has ramped up to fever pitch levels after the George

00:21:55.740 Floyd riots. We talked about the Ferguson effect. Let's talk about the George Floyd effect.

00:22:01.400 Murders aren't getting solved. Murderers are being let out on the streets. Good police officers are

00:22:08.420 quitting. The blue flu is setting in. That means they're getting off the force. That means the people

00:22:15.800 they're hiring, like we talked about down in Memphis, have less and less experience.

00:22:22.580 And they don't, they're just not the best people, not the most qualified people for the case. Because

00:22:28.560 of course, the push is always for more diversity. Worked out great for South Africa, right? South Africa,

00:22:35.760 where racial quotas were determinate of how the country would be run. But instead, we have

00:22:42.220 something called critical race theory, diversity, inclusion, and equity, D-I-E, right?

00:22:50.900 Folks, it doesn't have to be this way. I want to make sure that I explain this to everybody,

00:22:56.640 that it doesn't have to be this way. And I understand that people say, well, Posto, aren't

00:23:01.560 you talking about, you know, we had the fear up segment earlier. And so you're saying, oh,

00:23:05.240 well, aren't you just, aren't you just being a scaremonger? I wish I were. I wish that this

00:23:10.920 weren't going on. I wish that these stats were not like this, but they are. And here's the thing.

00:23:19.560 Somebody puts a bullet through one of your loved ones, they're not coming back.

00:23:23.920 And it doesn't matter what the color of the person was who pulled the trigger. It doesn't

00:23:30.100 matter what their story was. It doesn't matter if they were having a bad day. What matters is that

00:23:35.680 your loved one is gone and they ain't coming back. So either we do something about it and we get

00:23:42.420 serious about law enforcement in this country and we get serious about locking up the crazy people in

00:23:47.420 mental facilities like we used to do, or we're going to have more of this. We're going to have more

00:23:52.300 of this across the board. It's as simple as that. I'm not even trying to use scare tactics right now.

00:23:58.060 I'm giving you the cold, hard truth. This will continue. These numbers will get worse. And if

00:24:04.700 they do, then America will get another first. We'll be the first developed country on the face of the
