00:03:09.040 So what the Bidens were running was a family operation and people need to keep this clear
00:03:16.920 in the emails. It is specifically delineated that when they need something paid for, when Jill Biden
00:03:25.540 needs something paid for, for example, she reaches out to Hunter and tells him where to send the money,
00:03:30.380 tells him what contracts need to be paid, what invoices need to be taken care of, whether it's a
00:03:34.680 contractor, whether it's a bill, whether it's prepaid debit cards, this type of thing, Hunter
00:03:41.080 Biden's money, they consider not as his money. They consider it to be the family's money. And that's
00:03:48.500 exactly what you see with these payments here. Some gets broken off to this person. Some gets broken
00:03:53.540 off to that person, but it all gets spread around because at the end of the day, this was a family
00:03:59.760 operation. So they're very similar to what you saw with the Clinton foundation, but what was the
00:04:05.840 point? And this is what I think a lot of people are missing. Why were they paying them all these
00:04:11.620 millions of dollars? And when you look, for example, at the Trump family, you can see they have real
00:04:17.840 estate, they have golf courses, they have resorts, they have businesses that employ people
00:04:24.300 that then receive a return on their investment. That's why they take out loans. What exactly are
00:04:30.180 the Biden selling? What exactly, you know, what are their customers come to them for?
00:04:36.800 What are they getting for all these millions of dollars? It's obviously political favors,
00:04:40.680 but what was the China Energy and Company Limited doing? Ye Jianming. And so to understand
00:04:48.540 Ye Jianming, you have to, it's very clear. This guy, CEFC Energy, these payments were being made
00:04:55.800 because he was involved in building the Belt and Road Initiative. One Belt, One Road. This was the
00:05:06.220 Chinese energy and infrastructure project that's going on throughout Central Asia, throughout South
00:05:11.520 Asia, all the way up to Europe, the Middle East. They're trying to build the, not only roads,
00:05:17.840 highways, railroads, ports, pipelines, South China Sea, it's all interconnected. And so what he was
00:05:27.140 doing, he wasn't just sprinkling money around in the US. You have to understand it from their
00:05:31.260 perspective. He was doing this around the globe. The Biden family was just one note of it. This is
00:05:39.680 the wings of the dragon spreading across the world. And you're just seeing one little piece of it here
00:05:47.480 because you're looking at the Bidens, but you have to look at it from his perspective. Now what's
00:05:52.100 interesting, by the way, so of course he was paying off people all over the world, all over the world in
00:05:59.120 terms of this. But what's also interesting is that a few years ago, and that's what you hear Hunter Biden
00:06:06.120 talking about in that video, he was actually sacked by Xi Jinping. And what have we've talked
00:06:12.180 about? Xi Jinping has made taking out anti Xi Jinping officials, leaders all across the country,
00:06:19.800 a pastime of his, that if you cross him, if he views you as being disloyal, if he views you as a
00:06:26.240 potential problem or even a potential rival, you're done for. And it doesn't matter how much money you
00:06:31.520 have. It doesn't matter how much influence you have. It doesn't matter if Biden's in your back
00:06:34.960 pocket. You're done. That's what happened to Ye Jin Ming. And that's what Hunter Biden is freaking
00:06:41.340 out about because now he's got people calling him asking, hey, wait a minute, you were doing business
00:06:45.720 with this guy. Now this guy just got taken out by Xi Jinping. Because you have to understand that the
00:06:52.460 tentacles of this dragon, it's not just at the political level, it's in the media level as well.

00:08:44.020 Social media influencer Douglas Mackey, also known as Ricky Vaughn, is accused of conspiring with others
00:08:50.220 to interfere with people's right to vote. That's according to the DOJ, who arrested Mackey in his
00:08:55.700 Florida home on Wednesday. In 2016, Mackey posted a series of internet memes to allegedly spread
00:09:02.320 disinformation about the voting process. One image on his Twitter urged voters to avoid the line
00:09:08.180 and vote from home by texting their votes to a number provided. The complaint says almost 5,000
00:09:14.440 different phone numbers responded to the image, but it's not known whether or not those people cast
00:09:18.820 a real vote too. So the jury has been seated and Douglas Mackey, AKA Ricky Vaughn from Twitter in 2016
00:09:28.200 is going on trial. It's going on federal trial for what they call election interference.
00:09:37.740 This trial begins on Monday, Brooklyn, New York city. This is a case
00:09:45.520 that we've never seen anything quite like it in America. We've just never seen anything
00:09:53.140 at this level in our country's history.
00:10:00.160 So he's on trial for posting a meme, a meme that a lot of people didn't like a meme that targeted a
00:10:08.420 candidate who went on to lose the race. And now her political supporters are trying to criminalize 0.94
00:10:15.960 and do anything they can to criminalize their political opposition. And in this case, a guy
00:10:22.980 who was one of the leaders, one of the dissidents, one of the loudest voices online against that
00:10:30.620 political candidate. And they're going to take every single statement. They're going to say,
00:10:36.160 oh, well, he was, you know, he would, what about this time? What about this thing? He said,
00:10:39.660 what about that? They're going to take every single thing that he's ever said in his life
00:10:42.840 and they're going to use it against him. But at the end of the day, this case is not about
00:10:50.580 one person. It's not even about one election. They're going to tell you it is, but that's actually
00:10:56.220 not true. What this case is about is about what it fundamentally means to be an American citizen.
00:11:06.160 Because in this country, we have something called our values and the legal term for our values,
00:11:15.220 the way that we created our, our legal system that, that all of us were born into, or you may have
00:11:20.640 immigrated to, those are called your legal rights. And the very first one in our constitution
00:11:28.080 is the first amendment. And that's called freedom of speech. And we talk about it a lot,
00:11:33.140 but what does it mean? Freedom of speech in America means to say whatever you want
00:11:40.560 and be free from legal consequences to prevent you from that speech. Now I'm not talking about
00:11:50.700 defamation. I'm not talking about libel. I'm not talking about any of those things.
00:11:54.880 That's civil. I'm talking about the government cannot under this amendment
00:12:01.580 find you to have committed a crime for speech.
00:12:10.220 Look, I've been in New York city, been a lot of cities. Guess what? I walk around in those cities
00:12:16.080 all the time. And I see things, I see t-shirts and billboards and placards and signs. I see all sorts
00:12:24.540 of stuff that I don't like. I see them promoting child gender surgery. I see t-shirts that I disagree
00:12:31.260 with. I see t-shirts that I find offensive personally, but here's the difference in this
00:12:38.040 country. You can't put someone in jail for a t-shirt that you don't like. And that's basically what this
00:12:46.880 is. You're taking someone, you didn't like the fact that you were the brunt of a joke,
00:12:53.600 which is obviously all this was. And they're trying to use him joking about it with his friends
00:13:00.260 as evidence of a conspiracy about him laughing about a joke that he made with a couple of buddies
00:13:07.920 as if that's a crime. They are trying to criminalize this. And now let's say that they'll
00:13:16.100 say the whole long, wait a minute, though, this is different because it's an election.
00:13:20.520 And I say, it's true. It is different. And it is an election, but political speech absolutely must
00:13:28.480 be the speech that we defend the most because that's the most important. That speech involving
00:13:37.120 an election, an election where people are running to be the leaders. In this case,
00:13:43.820 the president of the United States. So guess what? I'm absolutely going to make sure that I defend that
00:13:50.480 because people need to understand this is about setting a legal precedent. This is about setting a
00:13:55.280 standard because if they can do this to this guy in New York, they're going to do it to you.

00:14:07.160 it to anyone who steps out of line. It's being done at this time because they know we're going into
00:14:13.160 election season here and they want it to send a chilling effect across the entire country so that

00:20:58.980 what's a day in the life of James O'Keefe. Like, do you find that training, that physical fitness
00:21:04.740 is a way for you to maintain? Obviously you've got a huge, you've got so much hope, even in the face
00:21:10.760 of everything that's been thrown against you, you've got energy, you've got exuberance, you've
00:21:15.280 got ambition. Do you find that that comes through physical activity? And do you find that helpful?
00:21:21.620 Walk us through just what's, what's a day in the life, uh, of James O'Keefe like?
00:21:25.620 Wow. Um, well, I think that the biggest source of strength through this whole process has probably
00:21:34.620 come from God. Um, and there's been a lot of grace afforded to me. Although I've been through a lot of
00:21:44.160 pain in my life and everyone of us goes through pain, right? We all experience pain different,
00:21:49.780 differently, and we lose loved ones or, you know, get fired from our jobs. We all go through that.
00:21:55.620 Um, and to help answer your question, um, you know, my mentor, Andrew Breitbart died March 1st,
00:22:03.220 2012, arrested twice by the FBI, uh, three years on effective house arrest when I was 25 to 28 years
00:22:09.560 old, two federal jury trials in the last three years, constant defamation over and over and over
00:22:15.960 and over again. In the very beginning, when I was 26, the Wikipedia page made me cry. It was so horrible.
00:22:20.500 I mean, just literally stating the opposite of what is true. And it just over and over again,
00:22:25.740 for so many years, it strengthens you for the next, for the next one. And then it strengthens you for
00:22:30.360 the next one. And I mean, I went through a horrible trial and in September of literally this past year,
00:22:35.980 two weeks in federal court with a, with a jury who was, it was just, it was just a horrible,
00:22:41.700 almost satanic experience. Um, and that was actually harder than this. All these things
00:22:49.860 have strengthened me like a muscle in the gym. You could call it spiritual muscle conditioning.
00:22:57.360 Uh, I would say that spiritual fitness, that's right. There you go. Um, and, and I would say that
00:23:04.000 those things have prepared me for the next one. So that even though ostensibly the most recent thing
00:23:08.260 looks the worst being shackled and put in federal prison was actually worse, you know, being stuck
00:23:14.940 in a courtroom for two weeks with jurors who want to kill you just because they think they, they know,
00:23:21.320 they don't like your perceived politics. I'm not sure what they thought that was worse. Um, being alone
00:23:28.400 on house arrest and having federal probation officers harass my family, um, 12 years ago was a hundred
00:23:37.580 times worse and I didn't have any money. I had no support. And I, and I managed to, we managed to be
00:23:44.020 resilient in the face of those impossible odds. So I think there's the spiritual aspect of this,
00:23:50.360 which is a fight of good versus evil now, obviously. Um, and the evil has gotten worse
00:23:57.120 and the good has gotten more good. And I think there's also every, every day you have to take care
00:24:01.600 of yourself. You have to, whether it's an hour in the gym or hiking with RFK in Los Angeles,
00:24:07.340 which I did with him. Um, he's a great man. He's very smart. He's been very supportive of me
00:24:12.800 through this. Um, I spent some time with him and he knows a lot about Pfizer. He knows a lot about
00:24:18.040 the United States government, the three letter agencies and what they're doing. Um, I think it's
00:24:22.540 very important that we take care of ourselves physically because our body is our temple.
00:24:26.500 And, um, I make sure that every day I probably at least for an hour to an hour and a half, I do that.
