Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily,
00:00:38.440
I have a new piece out at humanevents.com, and we're going to get into it.
00:00:41.740
It's called We Must Stop Ignoring the Migrant Crisis in America.
00:00:47.900
And that means putting it as a priority over wokeness.
00:00:57.420
Third, Russia claims to have destroyed a U.S. Patriot Defense Missile System in Kiev.
00:01:15.960
Tonight, the migrant crisis is stretching far beyond the southern border,
00:01:20.140
from Chicago, where immigrants are sleeping in a police station,
00:01:23.480
to Denver, where they're packing into this parking garage and overwhelming this intake center.
00:01:33.400
New buses of migrants also arriving in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.,
00:01:37.860
so-called sanctuary cities, where local authorities have said they won't enforce federal immigration laws.
00:01:43.720
Here in New York, Mayor Eric Adams is now sparring with the suburbs,
00:01:48.100
as he blames the Biden administration for the city running out of shelter space.
00:01:52.340
Title 42 is that pandemic-era policy where it allowed asylum officers,
00:01:57.760
border patrol agents, to turn people away at the border
00:02:00.520
before they even got to what's called a credible fear interview,
00:02:03.300
where they could argue they had a credible fear that they should be granted asylum,
00:02:06.960
then possibly they could get granted entry into the United States,
00:02:09.920
where they would go through a whole court process.
00:02:11.620
So, we're all seeing the shocking images out of the border,
00:02:17.360
down there, across this week, specifically with the end of Title 42.
00:02:22.720
The Biden administration is saying that they are going to start putting in
00:02:25.460
some policies, like Remain in Mexico, yet it remains to be seen how this is coming out.
00:02:32.620
It is a migrant surge across their border, and there's a word for that.
00:02:44.320
But here's something that I'd like to say to conservatives, the right, populists,
00:02:55.700
It's time to give this story the priority it deserves.
00:03:00.620
And I have a piece up at humanevents.com that I want everyone to read,
00:03:04.620
The Migrant Crisis, A Priority for Conservatives Over Woke Ideology.
00:03:10.680
This is going to be a bitter pill to swallow for some people, but I think it's important
00:03:15.460
to say this, because I'm not putting anybody on blast here.
00:03:19.120
I'm as guilty of this as everybody, but I've seen for far too long that conservative media
00:03:23.840
spends so much time and energy focused on the woke ideology that they seem to think
00:03:31.080
that that is the number one crisis in America, certainly facing our nation and also facing
00:03:43.240
Yes, of course, obviously, we are fighting it with everything we have, but do you want
00:03:48.860
wokeness, critical race theory enshrined in the U.S. Constitution?
00:03:54.520
How would you like it if the First Amendment didn't exist anymore?
00:03:58.560
How would you like it if Congress decided to start coming up and saying, you know what,
00:04:13.240
What happens if you allow millions of people into your country that then start voting for
00:04:22.820
the liberal coalition and then don't support the same traditions, values, and ideals of
00:04:38.160
That's how you get permanent left wing regime government forever, because as long as they keep
00:04:46.500
the welfare checks going, as long as they keep those systems in place, the welfare state
00:04:52.800
in place, people are still going to want to come.
00:04:55.900
And as long as the United States doesn't have E-Verify, there's a massive economic incentive for migrants to come to this country and work illegally because we don't have the E-Verify
00:05:08.880
You know that amnesty is coming if we don't step up and fight this.
00:05:16.160
And that means all those people pouring in illegally are then going to vote.
00:05:23.420
That's basically it for conservatives, et cetera.
00:05:26.740
So while conservative media tends to focus on this, you're missing, and I'll read a little
00:05:33.700
bit from the piece here, we have to talk about the economic challenges posed by the migrant
00:05:39.720
crisis directly affecting the ability of conservatives to promote a thriving economy.
00:05:44.520
It is a humanitarian crisis as well, because we believe that focusing on the root causes of
00:05:50.480
this, including improving economic opportunity and stability in the migrants' home countries
00:05:54.860
where they could stay, like, for example, a great perfect example of this, of course, right
00:06:00.940
OK, you've got El Presidente down there who's doing a fantastic job.
00:06:05.420
If you can actually make El Salvador great again, which is wonderful, then people could stay.
00:06:17.060
That's fine if you're worried about the humanitarian situation here.
00:06:29.120
A nation's ability to secure its borders and control immigration is paramount to safeguarding
00:06:33.780
its citizens and maintaining social cohesion from crime and even terrorism.
00:06:39.320
As conservatives witness the emergence of liberal-leaning voter blocks in key battleground
00:06:44.700
states, then legitimate concerns over the potential dilution of conservative values, policies, and
00:06:52.860
It's a strain on public systems, a strain on social systems, a strain on welfare.
00:06:57.200
How are you even going to have the ability to promote healthy family policies or pro-family
00:07:03.560
growth policies if you're also having an open borders policy and inviting the entire world
00:07:14.240
If you want a cohesive, harmonious society with a strong national identity and the shared cultural
00:07:21.220
American values that we all agree to, then you simply cannot allow this.
00:07:30.260
And the longer conservatives continue to prioritize, make wokeness the number one priority in America,
00:07:36.800
we are going to, sure, will we have, will there be short-term victories?
00:07:40.960
Will there be, uh, will there be battles that are won like the stuff with, with Bud Light right
00:07:45.600
But in the long-term, it means conservatives will lose forever.
00:07:52.320
So sure, you can fight these little, uh, these rear guard actions, but you have to understand
00:08:01.820
This represents the potential elimination of the conservative movement long-term in America.
00:08:08.980
And if you don't understand that, then you're not paying attention because it's simple math.
00:08:16.220
And the more millions of the global South that are let into the United States every single day,
00:08:21.840
every single year under this administration or any other administration is going to continue
00:08:26.740
the unraveling of our country and the unraveling of our system.
00:08:34.400
Well, the FBI is facing sharp criticism over its investigation into possible ties between
00:08:41.860
Russia and Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.
00:08:45.200
Special counsel John Durham says that there were critical errors in the probe, although
00:08:49.300
he did not conclude those mistakes were politically motivated.
00:08:53.060
Catherine Herridge joins me now with more on this.
00:08:57.580
The Durham report found the FBI discounted or willfully ignored information that did not
00:09:04.620
House Republicans now want Durham to testify about the findings next week.
00:09:09.920
After nearly four years of investigation, special counsel John Durham found the FBI lacked actual
00:09:15.720
evidence to investigate then-candidate Donald Trump's campaign in 2016.
00:09:20.880
Durham said the bureau was too reliant on investigative leads provided or funded by Trump's political
00:09:27.480
John Durham waits until six months after the midterm elections to release a report that totally
00:09:39.380
And what's amazing is when you read through the report, does it say Russia gate was a lie?
00:09:44.200
Of course it says it was a lie because it was already a lie.
00:09:49.540
But how come Durham didn't subpoena any of the high-level actors in this?
00:09:56.640
You read through and it goes, it goes, Oh, Comey declined in an interview.
00:10:07.820
Why didn't you subpoena any of the high-level involvement into this?
00:10:17.680
They started cursing out the Americans for trying to push this.
00:10:21.960
We knew the Papadopoulos thing was a joke from the start.
00:10:24.600
They said Papadopoulos was talking about something in a bar to Alexander Downer.
00:10:30.260
And that's how all this got started because he said something randomly about the Russians
00:10:39.900
Which, by the way, he doesn't even say, if you talk to Papadopoulos, he claims that even
00:10:44.040
that wasn't what was said because we don't even have a recording of that.
00:10:53.960
But at the end of the day, the people involved with it get away scot-free.
00:10:59.940
Wow, I can't believe the government would lie like that to everybody, says the guy who
00:11:09.860
Says the guy who hasn't paid attention to Ruby Ridge, the guy who hasn't paid attention
00:11:15.600
to Waco, the guy who hasn't paid attention to the 2001 Anthrax scandal, which they blamed
00:11:26.080
Whitey Bulger, the way that they covered up the murderous thug Whitey Bulger in Boston
00:11:32.020
for years because he was providing the FBI with intel on some of the other criminals out
00:11:39.260
It just it goes on and on and on and on the infiltration operations that they were running
00:11:44.840
on political domestic groups in the 1960s, the 1970s.
00:11:56.080
Because do we want law enforcement in the country?
00:12:01.300
But the problem is when you add in law enforcement, counter espionage and then counterterrorism into
00:12:21.360
That it's a coincidence that all the TV shows that come out on Netflix and the other screaming
00:12:26.560
streaming services, screaming, streaming, right?
00:12:41.480
There's a one where they can do no wrong, really.
00:12:44.980
So we're also, by the way, expected to believe that the FBI ran a soft coup of President
00:12:52.400
Trump for three years, disrupting his administration.
00:12:56.520
And whenever I hear people say this, they say, oh, well, Trump couldn't get this done,
00:13:00.040
Do you realize that he had the entire national security apparatus going against Trump, going
00:13:07.100
If you were in the national security agencies at that time, if you were someone who was an
00:13:10.720
an open, avowed Trump supporter, even if you were all the way up to the President of the
00:13:19.080
If you were a whistleblower or if you were even someone who was just keeping your head
00:13:26.440
You were purged from the intel community, the national security agencies, and they disrupted
00:13:30.300
three years of the President's administration, which, by the way, they also, the Trump-Russia
00:13:35.360
collusion hoax, served to degrade our U.S. relations with Russia so badly that it exacerbated
00:13:53.300
So a soft coup was launched by our own intel agencies, national security agencies, against
00:14:02.200
a sitting, duly elected President of the United States.
00:14:21.640
And by the way, President Trump should be restored and given those three years back.
00:14:25.100
In fact, he should be given his full first term back because it was stolen from him in
00:14:29.080
And I don't even say that as a Trump supporter or whatever.
00:14:39.380
I also love the fact that the FBI is going to say, OK, sure, we lied about Trump and Russia.
00:14:51.500
We're running these investigations into him now as a preemptive coup.
00:14:54.880
But, but we just want to be clear that the FBI definitely, certainly, obviously had no
00:15:05.120
You can take that one to the bank, ladies and gentlemen.
00:15:16.040
Look, I was never somebody who was on the hype train for Durham.
00:15:18.360
I'm glad the report says what it says, but I'm very disappointed that more heads are
00:15:29.500
And I just want to remember, folks, that Human Events Daily said all of that to you.
00:15:37.660
Folks, I got to remind you about my friends over at Public Square.
00:15:46.420
When you are a working parent, when you're just a working individual, you're busy, it's
00:15:51.820
so hard to find out who the people are that support conservative media, support conservative
00:15:57.020
values, support doing the right thing, who don't hate you, but want to take your money
00:16:12.660
You will find all the businesses in your area or around the country that you can work
00:16:18.220
with that will support our values and then give you the service you need so you have the
00:16:23.180
peace of mind and comfort of knowing that your money isn't going to support the woke
00:16:27.920
left and the people who are trying to destroy our country, the neo-Bolsheviks out there.
00:16:33.060
You can list, by the way, if you are a business and you're within the sound of my voice, you

00:16:43.380
Russia has launched an intense air attack on Kyiv in the early hours of Tuesday.
00:16:50.760
The Russian troops used drones, crews and ballistic missiles.
00:16:54.160
This is the eighth air raid on the Ukrainian capital this month itself.
00:16:58.880
According to the Kremlin, the vast majority of enemy targets in the airspace of Kyiv were
00:17:05.300
The latest shelling comes after a week-long hiatus.
00:17:08.260
Russia in late April resumed its tactic of long-range missile strikes, targeting Kyiv
00:17:16.880
Ukrainian officials claim, meanwhile, that Kyiv has been able to repel a vast majority
00:17:23.700
A bright flash also lit up the sky in Kyiv as Russia carried out an overnight air attack
00:17:31.800
Air raid sirens also blared across nearly all of Ukraine and were heard over Kyiv and its
00:17:41.900
First of all, I can't confirm the reports, but, you know, it would depend on the scope
00:17:51.040
I just can't speak to this, but obviously if there was damage done to a Patriot system
00:17:56.440
that needed to be repaired outside Ukraine, we would certainly assist with that.
00:18:30.700
Ukraine, you've always got the dueling narratives.
00:18:34.360
There's always going to be the initial claims on both sides.
00:18:37.800
And then we find the truth is usually somewhere in the middle.
00:18:40.480
So massive missile strike seems to have occurred in Ukrainian capital of Kyiv last night.
00:18:47.580
It looked as though it was long-range Russian missiles that came in.
00:18:54.800
However, initially, the Ukrainian military, the Ukrainian officials were saying they shot
00:19:03.560
The Russians, on the other hand, were saying they blew up a Patriot missile system.
00:19:10.840
We also saw videos coming out of Kyiv showing massive explosions on the ground.
00:19:17.080
So my question is, if we see the massive explosions on the ground, and I'm not seeing massive explosions
00:19:22.960
in the sky of anyone shooting down missiles, the question is, did you really shoot down
00:19:29.240
But if you look at these videos coming out of this Patriot missile battery, and people
00:19:34.140
on Twitter have been looking at it, they think 30 missiles were actually launched from this
00:19:39.020
So what is, you know, quick backgrounder, Patriot missile system, it's an advanced air defense
00:19:44.080
system designed to detect, track, and intercept incoming enemy missiles and aircraft.
00:19:48.500
Obviously, it is produced by the United States, and specifically manufactured by the defense
00:19:54.400
Oh boy, Raytheon loves when you use their missiles because they are the only people actually benefiting
00:20:02.460
Primarily used for defenses against short to medium range ballistic missiles, cruise missiles,
00:20:10.080
You may ask each missile costs about $5 million.
00:20:17.000
So if they fired 30 missiles, that's 150 over $150 million that was fired and spent in about
00:20:33.200
You got to, you got to, you got to reload, right?
00:20:44.040
The Ukrainian government's clearly skimming money off of this, but this is where the money
00:20:51.640
Where the money comes in is because the U.S. sends the money over.
00:20:55.540
Then Ukraine buy, then the Ukrainian government is required to purchase U.S. anti-aircraft missile
00:21:01.940
So that money goes back to U.S. defense contractors.
00:21:05.700
Those then those same defense contractors like Raytheon, like others, then go in turn, donate
00:21:20.720
It's not even the Ukrainians that are the ones getting bilked over this.
00:21:24.020
They're just the ones being shot up and killed because of the war.
00:21:26.680
But in fact, it's the American people that are being bilked because that's your money that's
00:21:35.320
Treasury, from the inflation, the money printing of the Federal Reserve, you're now watching
00:21:42.840
And even if Russia did blow it up or I guess there's a piece now CNN's got a report out
00:21:47.420
actually just saw before we went on air where they said, oh, you know, OK, so they may have
00:21:52.240
hit it, but they only damaged it and they haven't completely destroyed it yet.
00:21:58.600
It doesn't matter to Raytheon because Raytheon gets to go in and sell him another one.
00:22:16.480
If there's anyone out there that's talking to you about this war.
00:22:20.580
Not including that, then that person is a liar because they're not pointing out that there
00:22:26.080
are massive financial incentives to this war for one side, at least.
00:22:31.400
Now, the question that we also have is why did it require so many of these missiles?
00:22:38.360
Was this the way that it was that it's designed to operate?
00:22:44.080
The also the response, by the way, is on the Russian side.
00:22:46.460
They're saying that the missile that was shot was the Kinzhal hypersonic missile, also known
00:22:53.180
This is an air launch ballistic missile system designed to be carried by the MiG-31K fighter
00:22:58.240
aircraft classified as a hypersonic weapon due to high speed and maneuverability range of
00:23:09.220
That's seven thousand five hundred miles an hour.
00:23:13.000
Can, by the way, carry both conventional and nuclear warheads.
00:23:17.920
The high speed of maneuverability make it challenging and for existing air speed, air
00:23:23.580
So what we're seeing here is an actual test of Russia's hypersonic missile system against
00:23:32.880
This means that the media narrative has a huge financial incentive for both the Americans
00:23:39.220
and the Russians, because, of course, Russia, one of their main exports other than oil,
00:23:44.060
of course, is their military equipment, their military technology.
00:23:49.100
They want to be able to show that their military systems can defeat their missiles, can defeat
00:23:55.700
America, Americans, on the other hand, want to be able to show that their air defense can
00:23:59.880
So watch as you see the media narrative spin out in real time as the Americans and the Russians
00:24:10.760
And in the meantime, the Ukrainian people, which are caught in the middle of all of this,
00:24:17.020
the children, the families, the moms and dads, the people who just want to live their lives.
00:24:27.640
It's their city that's used as the testing ground for this advertisement, this marketing
00:24:44.700
Because at the end of the day, it's all about money, money, money, baby, money and power.
00:24:50.740
That's what our leaders and our leads would have.
00:24:55.500
And that's why it's going to require a people's peace statesman to come in and actually solve
00:25:04.480
Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
