00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 We are in a fifth generational conflict.

00:00:39.800 For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.

00:00:45.300 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:48.300 We are now being told that of the eight children that are reported to have been stabbed,

00:00:54.800 at least three of those children are in critical condition.

00:00:57.900 The alleged attacker in this incident is a Syrian asylum seeker.

00:01:02.640 An historic announcement by California Governor Gavin Newsom that could affect the entire country

00:01:07.700 when it comes to gun control.

00:01:09.800 This is an existential crisis.

00:01:12.620 Right now, smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to blanket parts of the East Coast.

00:01:16.800 These kinds of weather phenomena are happening all around the globe,

00:01:19.620 and it's only becoming more and more common, all because of climate change.

00:01:23.480 Without question, Hunter Biden was accepting money and peddling his father's influence,

00:01:28.880 and I think much of that was illegal and hasn't been prosecuted.

00:01:32.320 Trump, I suspect, is popping champagne corks at Mar-a-Lago every time there's a new candidate.

00:01:39.360 I think the first thing we have to do is introduce ourselves to the American people.

00:01:43.400 And I don't know what President Trump is thinking about this,

00:01:46.860 except that he's been a puppet of Putin from the time he was president.

00:01:51.120 President Joe Biden has been slow in providing military resources to Ukraine.

00:01:56.620 Ukraine's counteroffensive is already underway.

00:01:58.780 The Ukrainian forces have begun testing Russian positions with artillery strikes and ground attacks.

00:02:04.580 Is the Department of Justice targeting Donald Trump for indictment,

00:02:08.720 which would be the first federal indictment of any former president?

00:02:13.260 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:02:17.660 Earlier today, in Annecy, France, just south of Geneva,

00:02:24.320 a Syrian asylum seeker charged into a playground

00:02:30.360 and began stabbing children, toddlers in their strollers,

00:02:37.560 parents, elderly people who were standing by.

00:02:40.380 A mother tried to put herself in harm's way,

00:02:48.040 shield her children with her body. 0.88

00:02:51.320 But it wasn't enough.

00:02:53.620 And the Syrian attacker stabbed these children in their stroller.

00:02:59.280 Today is 8 June, 2023, I don't know, Domini.

00:03:06.940 We just had D-Day.

00:03:10.200 79th anniversary, two days ago.

00:03:12.820 The liberation of France.

00:03:14.820 The liberation of France, 79 years ago.

00:03:18.660 Well, how's France doing today?

00:03:19.980 And I've been posting this video time and time again on Twitter.

00:03:25.920 And for some reason, Twitter keeps deleting it.

00:03:28.580 I've been posting it three times now.

00:03:30.440 So here's what we're going to do because we are live on Twitter right now.

00:03:34.120 I'm going to play that video.

00:03:35.880 We're going to play it in full.

00:03:37.660 And we welcome it.

00:03:39.340 We challenge you, Twitter.

00:03:40.900 Censor this.

00:03:41.960 Censor, Censor, Censor, Censor.

00:04:11.960 Censor, Censor, Censor.

00:04:39.860 Police!

00:04:42.860 Police!

00:04:45.860 Police!

00:04:50.860 Police!

00:04:56.860 Police!

00:05:01.860 Prennez-les en photo!

00:05:07.860 so what you can hear there are the screams of the mother blood-curdling screams

00:05:20.540 of the children as they're being stabbed

00:05:24.540 it doesn't have to be this way it doesn't have to be this way we don't have to live like this

00:05:33.760 in the west there are countries like poland that do not have attacks like this and have never

00:05:40.840 had attacks like this because they have never taken in migrants from the middle east

00:05:45.520 and there's even a part of this and for those that are listening on the podcast side that you can't

00:05:54.400 see there's actually a man so there's two men french men inside the playground there when this

00:06:02.760 psychopath attacks one of them charges forward he's got two backpacks and is swinging the backpacks

00:06:11.080 flailing around trying to stop the guy the other man who's on one of the the pieces of playground 0.94

00:06:18.400 equipment slides down the slide and runs away he runs away like a coward while women and children

00:06:30.800 are screaming in terror as their babies are stabbed in a stroller in front of their eyes

00:06:37.800 while this guy runs away in terror

00:06:41.440 79 years ago d-day the liberation of france to this watching a man run away in terror

00:06:53.580 while children and women are left to die as of right now uh none of the individuals and we pray

00:07:03.100 to god that it stays this way as of right now none of the individuals have been killed i've been

00:07:09.100 checking this every single day or every single second since this minute uh this incident took place

00:07:13.780 as i heard of it we are going to keep you updated on this if any of the situations do change

00:07:18.380 some of the children involved are from the uk one girl um one of the boys is from germany two others

00:07:25.580 are french uh one i think is dutch and this is a resort area it's a beautiful area it's lakeside

00:07:31.900 it's in the alps this is just south of geneva it's a beautiful area a beautiful place but now it's been

00:07:38.540 enriched look it doesn't have to be this way we can run our countries we can run our cities

00:07:46.540 in safety we can do things to protect our citizens or we can let the globalists do this and continue to

00:07:55.420 do this to our countries here in the united states we don't do anything about crime in major cities

00:08:02.060 and so criminals respond duly they go out and it's an absolute madhouse out there

00:08:11.180 share a prayer for these kids and for those of you who do have kids out there

00:08:15.580 give them a hug today and tell you you love them very much we'll be right back

00:08:19.500 with the latest in the trump indictment case

00:08:26.460 when i grew up in the hood i rolled with bloods

00:08:28.460 and them boys had a saying you can't be listening to all that slappy whack trim out

00:08:34.060 as all it's a bam ship nippy bam bam like human events with jack posobic

00:08:41.180 okay we are back mike davis from by the way that if i if i cough a little bit on this that's because

00:08:47.820 the smoke from canada has made its way down to washington dc today and and we've got mike davis

00:08:54.620 coming on right now from uh unsilenced majority as well as the article three project i was outside

00:09:01.020 for you know less than 10 minutes today because we woke up and the sky was like an apocalyptic

00:09:07.100 orange the same type of color uh that i haven't seen since i lived in shanghai years ago and it would

00:09:12.620 be like that all the time this sort of uh tinged haze uh it's not it's not like new york but there

00:09:20.140 definitely is something wrong with the air today here in dc mike davis we've got you on let me just

00:09:26.700 ask you real quick are you experiencing any of this have you gotten any of that well i i spend about

00:09:31.980 90 of my time in denver jack and we have a different haze here in denver colorado it's not orange it's

00:09:38.060 it's more green okay so you're all right with that yes wonderful all right right before we went

00:09:46.540 to show today marjorie taylor green just dropped a bombshell with this and we're going to work to

00:09:51.980 get her on but before we can we now know that the fbi informant who fears for his life his or her life

00:09:59.980 we should say the information that came forward marjorie taylor green went into that skiff came out

00:10:05.580 told us what's in it and guess what it's all about burisma the hiring of hunter biden the putting him

00:10:11.980 putting him on that board the firing of the prosecutor that joe biden did and then later

00:10:17.580 bragged about and oh by the way this is the exact same thing that president trump asked wait for it

00:10:25.580 wait for it who was he on the phone with ukrainian president vladimir zelinski it blows my mind i was

00:10:33.660 doing reporting on this four and a half years ago and it's the same names and it's always centered on

00:10:40.540 ukraine mike davis walk us through the gravity of the fact that the fbi was already looking at this

00:10:47.820 when president trump was asking about it but apparently didn't tell him yeah so we have this

00:10:55.260 whistleblower who has been a whistleblower for the fbi for like 10 years and the fbi has paid

00:11:02.780 two hundred thousand dollars uh for his whistleblower activity so he's clearly a credible whistleblower the

00:11:09.900 fbi wouldn't have kept him around for 10 years and paid him two hundred thousand dollars and he went

00:11:14.380 to the fbi it looks like in 2017 with very specific incredible evidence that then vice president joe biden

00:11:23.660 took a five million dollar foreign bribe it looks like from burisma now based based upon marjorie taylor

00:11:31.420 green's um reporting and he took this five million dollar bribe to get the ukrainian prosecutor to stop

00:11:40.620 investigating burisma uh where hunter biden and the bidens are have a financial stake and if they if

00:11:47.580 this if this prosecutor doesn't stop if they don't fire this prosecutor who's investigating burisma in the

00:11:55.180 the next six hours this ukraine's going to lose a billion dollars in u.s funding and remember president

00:12:03.340 obama specifically put vice president joe biden in charge of ukraine uh so this is as bad as it gets

00:12:11.660 if these allegations end up being true there is no chance that president biden can stay in office and

00:12:18.780 the house republicans should open an impeachment inquiry right now because he if joe biden has

00:12:24.780 proven in the past that he can use the highest office highest offices in the land sell out america

00:12:32.780 and put five million dollars in his pocket he cannot be trusted to say to stay in office right now as the

00:12:37.820 president of the united states this is shocking to me but in some cases right mike it almost feels like

00:12:45.660 a broken record because we have joe biden on tape right coming out and saying i got this guy fired well

00:12:53.580 son of a you know he comes out and says he's bragging about it then we already know we've got the

00:12:59.100 emails right but even before even before the half the laptop from hell the hard drive from hell even

00:13:04.060 before that a full almost two years prior we've got all the public information that clearly looks like

00:13:12.060 public corruption this is something by the way even the new york times politico used to cover all this

00:13:17.420 then president trump makes one phone call to zelinski one phone call and asks him he says can

00:13:24.140 you look into this because remember and people forget about this that when zelinski first ran for

00:13:29.980 office when he ran against petro poroshenko who was the prior president of ukraine this was the

00:13:35.260 president that biden was very close to uh beforehand he said that he was going to clean up this corruption

00:13:40.540 so trump is taking him at his word and saying can you look into this because it looks like this guy

00:13:44.780 mccullough zelchevsky who is in charge of burisma has been bribing the biden's and potentially other

00:13:49.820 americans we don't know who uh romney's name gets thrown around in there uh devon archer we you know

00:13:55.260 we remember the entire cast of characters the question is that why does that provoke such a response

00:14:02.460 from the administrative state and by the way we remember the guy's name vinmin alexander vinmin goes on

00:14:09.020 to destabilize our relations with ukraine russia invades trump gets impeached the whole thing goes

00:14:14.860 back to this very incident which apparently the fbi has known about since 2017 yeah i mean it's it

00:14:25.100 doesn't get worse than this you have vice president joe biden sold took five million dollars that to to

00:14:33.020 make the u.s government put pressure on ukraine to fire a prosecutor investigating a company uh that

00:14:41.340 the biden family had a financial stake in that's that is that is as bad as it gets and if that again

00:14:48.860 these are allegations if this ends up being true if they can prove this joe biden is going to have

00:14:54.860 to leave office i i don't see any other way around it because here we are and i want to ask you we're

00:15:01.740 coming back in the next segment about this because of course joe biden and hunter biden you know they

00:15:06.700 never they never seem to have any consequences for this there's never any repercussions for their

00:15:10.860 actions the fbi has this information doesn't do anything with it uh and then bill barr is over and

00:15:17.500 he's telling the federalist oh you know we we sent it over to you we sent it to delaware for further

00:15:22.220 investigation you sent it for further investigation it's been six years it's been six years since the

00:15:26.940 report came out i bet i was an intel officer it doesn't take you six years to look into something

00:15:31.900 like this you can look at it very quickly and say okay was the money taken did the money change hands

00:15:36.860 you can pull the transaction reports it's very easy to look up this kind of stuff especially by the way

00:15:42.620 if you have the resources of the fbi it seems to me that they didn't open an investigation into this

00:15:48.220 they've been protecting the biden family and at the same time they are going after trump because he's

00:15:54.380 been the one exposing this all along and remember the clinton foundation their number one donor their

00:16:01.020 number one source of donations was from the the oligarchs of ukraine and so to everything that's

00:16:07.260 going on there we have to remember how this all started this is not season one of the movie stay tuned we

00:16:15.580 are going to go back mike davis to give us the latest on the trump indictment jack smith all the rest

00:16:24.380 when i grew up in the hood i rolled with bloods and them boys had a saying you can't be listening

00:16:31.100 to all that slappy whack trim out his outlet's a bam ship nippy bam bam like human events with jack

00:16:37.020 posobik all right we're on with mike davis mike davis says that joe biden can no longer stay in office

00:16:45.500 after we now know what this informant has told us this is the same informant by the way that the fbi

00:16:51.180 told anna polina luna that they were congresswoman that they were not able to ensure his safety

00:16:57.980 because of the information that he has put out and certainly now we know that this ties back

00:17:02.060 to a powerful ukrainian oligarchs it seems that the fbi actually for once was telling the truth

00:17:07.340 mike davis though why is it that all of a sudden when this scandal has been bubbling up bubbling up

00:17:14.220 comers putting pressure on the entire house is putting pressure on the fbi finally buckles last

00:17:19.900 night allows the congress to go in there and see this but suddenly out of nowhere jack smith reemerges

00:17:27.340 and says oh i'll be sending out letters left and right we're not going for the foreign corrupt 0.90

00:17:31.580 practices act with joe biden and his family no no no we are going to go for the espionage act and

00:17:38.940 president trump the timing on this is very suspect what say you i mean it's very clear that uh that

00:17:47.020 merrick garland is moving forward with indicting president trump for the non-crime of a former

00:17:53.260 president having his presidential records and the office of former president that congress funds and

00:17:59.020 protects by the secret service and give staff with security clearances and secure office space

00:18:03.580 that is allowed by the presidential records act instead they're going to ignore the presidential

00:18:07.900 records act and charge the former president under the espionage act which is not even applicable to

00:18:13.580 a former president's handling of his presidential records the presidential records act is and they're

00:18:18.620 going to do this while they ignore this bombshell career ending evidence that then vice president joe biden

00:18:26.780 took a five million dollar foreign bribe from burisma and when he was vice president and then vice president

00:18:35.500 joe biden bragged that he was going to cut off ukraine's billion dollars in u.s aid if ukraine didn't

00:18:42.860 fire this this prosecutor who biden at the time said was corrupt it was actually biden who was corrupt

00:18:48.220 remember the biden's had a financial stake a big financial stake in burisma so biden was firing the

00:18:55.500 prosecutor looking in to his own family's uh problems with burisma illegal activities with burisma

00:19:04.220 this is as bad as it gets this is part of a pattern jack we know this remember hillary got caught in

00:19:09.900 2016 with her illegal home server as secretary of state with our nation's most classified secrets 0.99

00:19:17.020 hacked by foreign governments and probably including russia shows the clinton foundation's illegally illegal

00:19:23.260 pay for play foreign bribery schemes and so what did the fbi and obama and biden and hillary and the cia

00:19:31.340 and the ag do they cooked up the russian collusion hoax and the crossfire hurricane investigation to blame 0.68

00:19:38.220 trump they're doing it again now biden got caught taking a foreign bribe a big foreign bribe and there's

00:19:44.460 many more i guarantee it and they're now going to prosecute trump for non crimes and and so walk us

00:19:52.700 through this because the piece of it that i'm still trying to understand i think the audience needs to

00:19:58.300 understand they've now opened a grand jury in florida and a grand jury in dc they're investigating

00:20:05.660 one set of this incidents but it looks as though the charges might come in two separate jurisdictions

00:20:10.460 could president trump and and potentially members of uh his staff advisors lawyers etc that may be

00:20:16.540 involved in this could they could he possibly face two separate trials in two separate jurisdictions here

00:20:24.300 it's possible but i think what's more likely and i could be wrong on this if jack smith's going to

00:20:29.660 bring these bogus espionage charges that don't even apply to a former president's handling of his

00:20:35.100 presidential records it's the presidential records act that doesn't have the criminal components and they

00:20:39.740 know this but if they're going to bring charges they should be in florida because that's where

00:20:44.540 the alleged crime happened it wasn't a crime but that's where the alleged crime happened but

00:20:48.860 what i think jack smith's going to do is indict in dc because you have the uniparty judges in dc the

00:20:55.900 uniparty judges on the dc circuit and you have a jury pool that's like 95 democrat and 99.9 trump

00:21:04.220 deranged right and so if i were jack smith they should bring the case in dc and what they're using

00:21:11.260 that the miami the southern district of florida grand jury report is maybe to gather evidence from

00:21:16.460 secret service agents and others who can't easily leave miami to go to dc and they can read that

00:21:22.460 evidence to the grand jury in dc but they could bring separate charges they could bring the charges in

00:21:27.260 miami they could bring the charges in dc they could split it up the problem that jack smith has in dc

00:21:34.380 is there is a huge roadblock there is a precedent by the dc uh district court protecting uh president

00:21:40.940 clinton back in 2012 this obama judge protected hill uh protected bill clinton when he had eight 0.61

00:21:47.180 years of audio recordings highly classified audio recordings in his socks were 79 tapes and tom finton

00:21:54.300 at judicial watch our friend sued to get these tapes and the obama judge correctly held that under

00:21:59.660 the presidential records act it is the president's sole determination whether records are personal

00:22:05.020 that go to him or uh presidential records that go to the archives that almost certainly come back

00:22:10.380 to his library but the mere act of taking those audio tapes out of the white house when he left make

00:22:15.180 them made them personal according to this obama judge well the same thing is true with trump if he

00:22:21.260 took his records when he left they are personal records and it doesn't matter whether they're

00:22:25.180 classified or not they're presidential records he has secure office space in the office of former

00:22:29.820 president jack smith may be trying to avoid that precedent in dc so that may be the reason he wants to

00:22:36.060 bring the charges down in the southern district of florida miami where it they're not bound by that dc

00:22:41.420 precedent that's very interesting because and and we just got about a minute left but i i agree with you

00:22:47.180 that um you know if this is brought in dc it's going to be the same issue as it was with bannon

00:22:52.220 with papadopoulos with roger stone with flynn etc a dc jury is going to convict donald trump it's as

00:22:58.700 simple as that if they bring it they will indict him and convict him in dc i've sat through those

00:23:05.020 trials it's it's it's it is a fait accompli if they bring it in dc however if they bring it in florida

00:23:11.740 i would actually wager that a jury down there would probably be more fair because you're probably

00:23:16.460 getting even split yeah and you and remember you have to have a unanimous jury in order to

00:23:21.900 convict it's a fine guilty exactly the court to convict so i mean it would be a hung jury at best

00:23:26.620 i mean so the no question trump would get a more fair trial in florida than he would in dc there's no

00:23:33.820 question and so but it's not because jacks if he goes and if jack smith charges in florida it's not

00:23:39.580 because jack smith is trying to be fair it's because there's that 2012 obama judge precedent

00:23:45.820 that is in his way in dc i think that's incredible mike davis thank you so much everyone go follow mike

00:23:52.460 the article three project thank you for your time thank you for your continued service mike

00:23:58.300 thank you jack look folks this this is key this is absolute kate the jury makeup wadir this it could

00:24:06.620 potentially determine the future of our republic if this takes place down in florida then i would

00:24:13.420 actually say that president trump wagers a fighting chance if it's in dc it's done it is a fait accompli

00:25:17.820 the show uh an old friend a dear friend someone who's an expert on all of these issues it is lieutenant

00:25:24.300 colonel tony shaffer tony good to have you back on man jack i always great to be on with thanks

00:25:30.860 for having me it's been a while so thanks for it's been a minute we've got we've got the live show up

00:25:35.500 we've got the format up we're doing more guests and i said look and i've and i've seen you were out

00:25:39.660 out and about everywhere these days i said we got to get him on we need tony need tony back in the

00:25:43.660 mix thank you um before we get in because i want to break down with you uh this ukrainian counteroffensive

00:25:50.700 but can i get your immediate i know it's breaking immediate reaction to this press conference that

00:25:55.980 was held by marjorie taylor green exposing this this is the key link the key link between burisma

00:26:03.020 and biden that i think we've all been looking for for years has finally come out and marjorie

00:26:08.220 taylor green is the one that actually blew the entire burisma scandal i would say wide open

00:26:12.860 well i just i admire the congresswoman's spunk i've actually done uh uh talks with her as a 0.74

00:26:21.100 matter of fact we did the uh lincoln reagan dinner at tampa last year not year before last time flies

00:26:28.060 she is dogged in her ability to go after things and i think it's appropriate that she stuck with

00:26:33.420 this and finally has been able to to get some more information out and let me be you know clear with

00:26:38.380 you and the audience on this it's long past time for this evidence that congress has to be taken

00:26:46.300 seriously and actioned by the justice department in some form i mean jack you you know there's all

00:26:53.340 these rumors about trump being uh finally indicted and and charged with a crime and being you know let

00:26:59.260 off in handcuffs yet we know for a fact based on congresswoman green's evidence and other things which

00:27:06.060 have been revealed you and i've spoken you know i had access to the hunter biden hard drive early on

00:27:10.860 before a lot of other folks did uh there's been ample and overwhelming evidence that joe biden is

00:27:16.700 the big guy that uh this corruption that hunter biden has is is derived is derivative of joe biden not uh

00:27:23.820 not uh separate and away from him and i think it's important that everybody look at what she said look at

00:27:29.660 what needs to be done and find a way to to force this issue forward in some way no i think that's

00:27:36.460 exactly right because in a way everything you know it sort of started bubbling up in 20 end of 2018 then

00:27:44.380 into 2019 trump makes the phone call with zelinski and and all of this plays out into and i believe

00:27:52.060 plays out into destabilizing the united states's relations with ukraine ends up destabilizing the

00:27:57.420 entire situation there and then eventually leads us to the war leads to russia reacting the way that

00:28:03.820 they did to everything that's going on and so this idea that oh it's all just happening and it's it's

00:28:08.700 this maelstrom it's completely you know i'm not gonna use the word unprovoked but that's that's what

00:28:12.940 they always say they say nothing happened and and they just you know vladimir putin woke up one day

00:28:16.380 and decided to invade ukraine i think that's just not true but i want to go to you for the latest

00:28:21.580 because i know you've actually been digging deep on this and i wanted to get you know like as a navy

00:28:25.660 guy you sometimes got to reach out to big green so i wanted to get an army guy out to explain

00:28:30.540 this counter-offensive first of all has the counter-offensive actually been launched in ukraine

00:28:36.220 because uh the u.s says it has um i can see when i go on on telegram and some of these other channels

00:28:42.300 that there seems like a counter-offensive is going on but ukraine's denying it what gives

00:28:47.580 so uh just quick a historic note you know jack when we had the navy came up with the intel to kill

00:28:52.460 yamamoto uh it was the army who had to carry out that mission just saying we had the p-38

00:28:57.500 to actually do that here we go here we go it's always it's always good to be cooperative and

00:29:02.060 again that's that's a good point anyway but to the point join operations i think that's a joint

00:29:07.340 operation uh so this is the challenge we face right now though is that there's so much disinformation

00:29:13.420 you know my job as you know is to call balls and strikes not take sides so uh both sides russians and

00:29:19.100 ukraine engage in propaganda and deception that's kind of the the way they came up there they're 1.00

00:29:23.980 they're cut from the same soviet cloth but i think at this point the reason that you see the ukrainians

00:29:29.500 dogging the offensive they're talking about it they're saying they prepared for it they're not

00:29:33.500 prepared for it because joe biden uh look let's be honest here the reason putin acted uh when he did

00:29:41.260 to invade ukraine wasn't because he was ready clearly he wasn't the the entry into ukraine was horrible

00:29:47.340 they got their their butts kicked the reason he did it jack is because he saw weakness in biden

00:29:52.220 biden said oh yeah go ahead and do it so essentially uh within it within the context of of our parlance

00:29:59.500 he did a a basic audible uh basically decided to invade ukraine because he could not because he was

00:30:06.300 ready but because he could so that now two years you know going into the war over a year and a half now

00:30:11.020 going almost into another two years at the rate we're going uh russia is right now by the numbers

00:30:18.220 holding their own and the the the support that biden has been providing them it's just not adequate

00:30:24.300 it's not adequate for two reasons first it's not focused uh simply uh throwing money at it 113 billion

00:30:30.300 dollars does not guarantee strategic success uh sun tzu once said the tactics without strategy is the noise

00:30:37.340 before defeat so you got a lot of tactics a lot of money but nobody actually knows how to put it

00:30:41.980 all together and secondly the very things that ukrainians said they needed for the offensive

00:30:47.180 jack aren't there but you're talking about new battle systems new capabilities new technology which

00:30:53.420 you know is a navy guy you know a ship has to go into combat with all of its systems fully integrated

00:30:58.620 and ready to fight as as a single entity and you got to train the crew you got to train the troops

00:31:03.740 you got to train the crew and they're just not ready they've told you they've been training yeah

00:31:06.940 they've been training peace bill think about this they're sending all their troops all over the

00:31:10.860 world to get trained you don't establish unit cohesion could you imagine trying to run an aircraft

00:31:15.500 carrier jack and you sent some of your t your some of your your sailors off to australia some of to

00:31:21.500 canada some to sub-saharan africa and then you're going to put them back on the ship and go fight

00:31:26.380 it's not going to happen it's not going to happen no and i and i think and and look even even cnn of all

00:31:32.460 places cnn has it out saying this morning that they're getting chewed up in this counter-offensive

00:31:37.260 that they launched they are uh it looks like a couple of early waves that have come out um

00:31:41.980 and now these tanks these mraps german tanks that they've had this it's sort of this hodgepodge you

00:31:47.180 say it's a hodgepodge of nato equipment and we've got to come up on a break here in 30 seconds but the

00:31:52.540 russians have had eight months now to build their defensive lines to build their minefields 1.00

00:31:58.380 to build up their artillery forces and they've been sitting back and waiting and now you have

00:32:03.500 this ukrainian force that's and you can see the videos they're just going across open fields and

00:32:08.460 it looks like an absolute shooting gallery we're going to be coming back to lieutenant colonel coney

00:32:13.340 shaffer i want you to break down the tactics that we're seeing on the battlefield

00:32:21.500 okay we're back here human events with lieutenant colonel tony shaffer now tony i'd love to ask you just

00:32:26.300 on a tactical picture what are you looking at on the ground when you see these i mean we're seeing

00:32:31.020 armor columns now i'm seeing some of these videos from the battlefield um it looks like armor columns

00:32:36.620 operating with m wraps operating with in some cases infantry on foot that seem to be charging into

00:32:43.500 these fields and look i was i was in ukraine last year this is all farmland there's no there's no

00:32:48.620 mountains there's no mountainous terrain in these areas uh obviously we've seen the flooding but this is

00:32:54.380 sort of south and to the east of that area um where it's just flat farmland and it seems to me that

00:33:01.260 they're charging headfirst into these minefields what's going on they are yeah so in the open step

00:33:07.260 like that unless you have battle forces the size and for the audience to refer i refer back to the battle

00:33:12.140 of kursk the battle of kursk was a a massive meeting of two large uh forces during world war ii uh and and

00:33:20.460 basically it was a very victory both sides lost huge amounts but at least and not far from not

00:33:26.140 far from this this the same area not far at all right exactly and so the outcome of that was not

00:33:32.620 favorable i mean yeah eventually the russians won because they had overwhelming numbers they just beat

00:33:37.100 back the nazis and i'm not comparing two sides to the nazis here i'm just saying if you look at what

00:33:41.900 happened in that battle i see something similar happening here basically the russians allowed the

00:33:46.700 germans all the time in the world to get prepared to do their offensive and they did the germans 1.00

00:33:51.180 eventually came and the russians were prepared for it was a huge defeat i see parallels to that battle

00:33:56.220 and again i'm not comparing the russians uh and to and the soviets to the sure sure it's just the

00:34:01.420 tactics but but what you are saying though in a sense is that the russians are using the same playbook

00:34:06.460 they used in the battle of kursk they were the ones who won that battle the largest attack battle in

00:34:11.100 history on terrain that is not very far away from what we see right here the same type of open roads

00:34:17.820 where they built in and it's this walk us through what what's the concept of a defense in depth because

00:34:23.180 that's what they've used here yeah yeah defense in depth basically and jack i don't know you probably

00:34:27.900 are too young to remember we trained for that during the the cold war in the fold the gap because

00:34:33.020 we figured the soviets were going to come across the fold the gap and we had to basically do retrograde

00:34:37.820 setting up fire lines if you will on the way back so that's what a defense in depth is basically

00:34:42.380 you accept the premise that you will not be able to stop your adversary's offensive operation you

00:34:46.860 just take that as as as uh as uh command guidance if you will and then you then do a series of of

00:34:54.620 planning exercises on a map essentially you figure out logistically where you can set up essentially

00:35:01.180 fighting positions that allow you to fight take out some of the armor some of the apcs

00:35:06.700 out fall back and you do this repeatedly so that as you as you're falling back the your the people

00:35:13.580 on the offensive are being degraded it's it's a great way of defeating a superior force by the

00:35:19.420 fact you you basically believe them you make them pay for every inch of territory they're gaining

00:35:24.140 again this is what we this is what i was trained to do as a lieutenant as a as a tactical intelligence

00:35:29.260 officer is that we knew that we would not be able to stop the initial uh soviet onslaught into

00:35:34.700 germany therefore our job was to figure out how to bleed them so this is what i see again the russians 1.00

00:35:40.620 doing much like the battle of kursk they accepted and the other term is cauldron they actually kind of

00:35:45.660 let these things come into this big circular thing and have overwhelming fire in these lines so the russians

00:35:52.300 are not on the offensive they're allowing for these forces to come forward to be attritted to be damaged and then fall

00:35:59.420 back so again i think the russians are more than willing to trade terrain for uh for uh uh killing

00:36:07.660 and destroying ukrainian equipment and personnel that's what they're doing right now

00:36:12.620 look and we're and we're seeing some of this out now right now and and you notice it's the the images

00:36:17.340 that we're showing these aren't the the former soviet material former soviet equipment from before these

00:36:23.020 are now you're seeing uh french equipment swedish you're seeing western even german leopards yeah

00:36:28.460 even german leopards that are now on fire so this is my other german tanks involved right so jack this

00:36:35.020 is my other issue it's like you know that you have so many uh so much gear so many different types of

00:36:40.300 gear the logistical nightmare i can only imagine for these folks you know you you this is a huge mistake

00:36:46.300 this is a tapestry of of woke planning uh you've got to have unity and you've got to have clear and

00:36:53.180 concise command and control that allows for the the the uh for precise uh application of force at

00:37:01.980 critical times just throwing it out there driving across open fields is not effective and so i don't

00:37:08.060 know who's coaching or leading these folks or if they're listening to those who you know look one of

00:37:13.340 the guys i would have out there in the battlefield to win is doug mcgregor doug is a brilliant guy with

00:37:18.300 armor and he could tell you how to basically effectively put together armored brigades to

00:37:23.580 effectively take on a larger force and win which he did in iraq so i'm saying i'm not saying what you

00:37:30.140 cannot i'm not saying you could not defeat the russians but you cannot play their game and that's what 0.90

00:37:35.100 the ukrainians i see are doing right now because they're poorly trained they've been trained but they're 1.00

00:37:39.100 not trained effectively using a multitude of different western equipment that is not integrated

00:37:45.500 jack we knew during the cold war we're going to have a heck of a time trying to integrate

00:37:49.340 french units with german units with us units all trying to do things in germany it would it was not

00:37:54.780 an easy thing and these folks have not been trained to do that i don't believe

00:37:59.420 no and and we know by the way that of course so much of this is is about playing to this nato

00:38:05.180 summit that's coming up in vilnus in about five weeks right the first week of june is basically

00:38:09.980 done here it seems to me and and you know this is more of the political strategic question and we've

00:38:15.020 got two minutes left tony does are they doing this for headlines is this something that do you think

00:38:20.140 nato and biden are pushing them because they want a headline at that summit absolutely i think the

00:38:27.100 ukrainians are pushed now to go in when they're not ready because uh blinken has said that they need

00:38:32.140 something they basically have telegraphed this victoria newland has said flat out that that quote

00:38:36.700 unquote the state department which is like why would the state department be helping the ukrainian

00:38:40.460 military plan an offensive that's a mismatch just saying uh people who are completely uh uh

00:38:47.180 lacking of any military sense are the ones pushing for this that is blinking in the state

00:38:52.220 department it's it's a witch's brew jack not going to go well for the ukrainians i feel for the

00:38:56.860 ukrainian people it's going to be a lot of bloodshed simply to try to convince 1.00

00:39:01.580 the rest of nato that the ukrainians have the ability to beat the russians i think it's going

00:39:06.140 to backfire in the biden administration well look and i'll just say and i said this on war room uh when

00:39:11.580 i got back that from europe a few weeks ago that we were hearing even from our sources in government

00:39:18.460 there that even the even nato even nato leaders knew that it looked like ukraine only had about one

00:39:24.380 push left and i think that's what we're seeing right now tony schaefer from the loudon center you're

00:39:29.660 from everywhere where can people go follow you where can they find what you're working on right

00:39:33.500 now primarily right now we're doing something at project sentinel project sentinel.net looking at

00:39:38.060 returning uh military strategy and congressional uh efforts to constitutional standards so it's a

00:39:44.940 worthwhile effort that's what we're trying to do so thanks for having me jack always great to join you

00:39:48.380 project sentinel go follow lieutenant colonel tony schaefer his analysis has always been spot on

00:39:55.340 and of course now we're able to draw upon his tactical expertise on the field of battle as

00:40:01.260 well and i know i know look as a navy guy every once in a while that's what they say you go to the

00:40:05.500 guy who's got the answer so if i got to go to big green i'll go to big green because that's what a

00:40:09.900 good intel officer does human events coming back here about the boring people at your office i'm trying

00:40:18.780 to listen to the new human events with jack pozovic

00:40:22.060 when i look at those images out of ukraine today of these armored columns being just completely lit up

00:40:32.940 you have to question did they know this was going to happen did they know they were charging into a

00:40:40.380 superior force that had the defense in depth how do you tell a soldier to run across a minefield

00:40:47.180 what makes him want to do that did they actually believe it

00:40:49.180 it we may never know those actual answers but then i look at the united states as well and i say

00:40:57.420 do we actually know what's going on in the halls of government

00:41:00.780 and here's my thesis we do we know exactly what's going on so here's the dirty little secret folks

00:41:10.060 they don't expect you to buy all the gas lighting they don't expect you to buy all the propaganda

00:41:15.260 they don't expect you to buy every new lie that they come up with what they expect you to do

00:41:22.460 is not do anything about it what they expect you to do is sit on your hands and take it when you see

00:41:28.540 the images out of a playground in france

00:41:32.060 of a syrian migrant an asylum seeker stabbing children and babies in their stroller and then

00:41:43.500 the government turns around and says we need to open borders and welcome more migrants in

00:41:49.020 they know that you can see what's going on but they expect you to do nothing about it

00:41:53.900 when we can see the same thing happening on our southern border which being raped every day 1.00

00:41:58.700 tens of thousands of people pouring across even rfk juniors down there actually calling this out

00:42:05.820 democrat calling this out they know what's going on go look at the polls 80 of america knows what's

00:42:12.620 going on down there but they expect you to do nothing about it and so when people actually do

00:42:19.340 start doing something about it taking a stand fighting back against this regime fighting back against

00:42:27.100 their actual crimes taking millions of dollars from overseas this isn't news we've known this we've

00:42:35.740 known it all along four and a half years i pulled it up four and a half years ago was my first report

00:42:41.660 on burisma and biden nothing's changed it's the exact same report i could give you that exact i think

00:42:47.100 what we're actually going to try to do is pull that up go subscribe to human events on the podcast side

00:42:52.700 because we're going to pull that original report from four and a half years ago and then release

00:42:57.180 it as a podcast because i want to see how many of those words from the initial story are still true

00:43:05.660 today because we had the laptop that proved it we have him on tape now we've got an fbi informed but

00:43:14.220 i want you to understand folks i want you to understand your leaders are bought and sold

00:43:20.140 your senators your congressmen so many of these people in dc i ain't calling out everybody in dc i'm

00:43:31.260 not playing that game but what i am saying is so many of these people in power are bought and sold

00:43:37.100 and if you don't think for a second that there isn't tens of thousands hundreds of thousands

00:43:44.940 dollars in dollars of foreign money from the middle east from china from ukraine the oligarchs

00:43:56.620 flooding washington dc then you don't understand you say why do they care so much about these foreign

00:44:01.820 countries why do they care so much about the people that are tens of thousands of miles away why aren't

00:44:07.100 they caring about the american people why are they why does mike pence sit there and say and i caught this

00:44:13.660 clip we should have played it but he says he says we need to give more aid to ukraine and in the very

00:44:19.820 next sentence he says but we also have to embrace fiscal responsibility and be pro-life so you want

00:44:27.340 more war more spending but also to be fiscally responsible and oh by the way you're pro-life

00:44:34.620 how can you be pro-life and be a warmonger walk me through that please walk me through that mike pence

00:44:39.100 or to any of these people please walk me through that when president trump reaches out to kim jong

00:44:44.460 un they say oh he's reaching out to a dictator no he's trying to achieve peace peace is the prize do

00:44:50.060 you understand that and some of them don't care some of them aren't even smart enough to understand

00:44:54.620 the juxtaposition of what i'm talking about here and i certainly understand that

00:44:58.940 but you look at the people that actually are fighting back

00:45:01.660 people like president trump boom indicted steve bannon boom convicted going to jail four months

00:45:10.540 that sentence is coming up folks it's coming up james o'keefe fired silenced

00:45:19.260 sued tucker carlson fired silenced sued what do all these people have in common

00:45:27.580 what do they all have in common they're all fighting the same enemy and if you don't get it yet

00:45:40.060 if you don't get where we are

00:45:43.660 we are fighting a regime we're living through an era of regime politics

00:45:51.100 and at the same time the regime

00:45:52.540 is going they're they're on offense they're absolutely on offense they're not just going

00:45:58.220 after these leaders they're going to have your kids they're in your schools
