Summary

We are in a 5-generational conflict. For every lie they tell us, we are going to get in their face and yell two truths. My fear is if they can t imprison Donald Trump, what s next? Assassination? If the president in power can just jail his political opponents, which is what Joe Biden is trying to do tonight, we don t have a republic anymore.

00:00:37.840 For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.
00:00:45.560 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.
00:00:48.460 Christ is king.
00:00:49.900 My fear is if they can't imprison Donald Trump, what's next?
00:00:54.180 Assassination?
00:00:54.860 If the president in power can just jail his political opponents, which is what Joe Biden
00:01:00.960 is trying to do tonight, we don't have a republic anymore.
00:01:03.700 They made the decision to interfere in this election.
00:01:07.520 You want to talk about an insurrection?
00:01:09.980 This is an insurrection.
00:01:12.580 They come after Donald Trump, weaponizing the Justice Department, weaponizing the FBI.
00:01:20.160 We can't let this continue to go on because it's ripping our country to shreds.
00:01:25.760 Where's the money?
00:01:27.400 I'm Joe Biden.
00:01:28.320 Mr. President, I turn it off.
00:01:30.000 It's a bunch of malarkey.
00:01:31.620 Well, listen, we just heard Joe Biden demonstrate the absolute smugness of being insulated by the
00:01:38.720 most politically corrupt Department of Justice in history.
00:01:43.000 Not one single time suggested the Justice Department what they should do or not do
00:01:48.760 relative to bringing a charge or not bringing a charge.
00:01:51.160 I hope that the committee goes after them and holds them accountable.
00:01:55.060 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition Human Events.
00:02:00.880 Today is June 9th, 2023.
00:02:04.120 I'm not going to mince words for folks.
00:02:07.060 You've heard about the bogus charges against the president.
00:02:10.540 You've heard about the bogus indictment.
00:02:13.080 We've got Marjorie Taylor Greene coming up at the end of the show with a bombshell interview
00:02:17.040 about the actual money, the bribery that's been changing hands from Ukrainian oligarchs
00:02:22.360 all the way to Biden and his crackhead son.
00:02:25.720 That's what they're trying to cover up.
00:02:26.940 We've also got Tiffany Justice, the Moms for Liberty.
00:02:30.660 Why?
00:02:30.820 Because the regime is going after not only our president, but also, yeah, that's right.
00:02:35.140 I said it, our president, but also the mothers of this country.
00:02:38.440 They're going to go after anyone they can that stands against them.
00:02:42.020 Well, I'm calling for something right now, and that is the MAGA counteroffensive.
00:02:46.540 We will launch the MAGA counteroffensive.
00:02:49.560 This means President Trump's rallies this weekend.
00:02:52.020 This means rallying for him at the end, not just for him, by the way, for all of us down
00:02:58.160 at Mar-a-Lago or Miami, wherever he chooses to have it.
00:03:01.000 And so I wanted to bring on someone who's an expert in counteroffensives, an expert in
00:03:06.740 understanding public political opinion, and also someone who's been targeted by the very
00:03:11.860 same forces that we see targeting the president now, the former strategist for the president,
00:03:17.660 Mr. Roger Stone.
00:03:18.560 Roger, how are you?
00:03:19.960 Jack, great to be with you, even on this very, very sad day for our republic.
00:03:24.500 Well, I agree, Roger, and I have to say, you know, when I sat through your trial, when
00:03:30.460 that took place, when we sat through all of it, we see the very same corruption of our
00:03:34.820 justice system, the weaponization of the political process.
00:03:39.000 Do you view this as that same type of operation?
00:03:43.060 They went after you, they went after Flynn, they've gone after so many people.
00:03:46.800 Now we see the charges against the president.
00:03:49.020 It's identical, Jack.
00:03:51.780 I mean, look, I was naive to think at six o'clock in the morning when 29 heavily armed
00:03:57.460 FBI agents in full SWAT gear brandishing M4 fully automatic assault weapons stormed my
00:04:04.300 home to arrest me for the first time nonviolent crime of allegedly lying to Congress about Russian
00:04:11.100 collusion that never actually happened, that I would get a fair trial.
00:04:15.800 What was I wrong?
00:04:16.740 So it is absolutely clear to me that the same folks are in charge and they recognize that
00:04:24.800 Donald Trump, an older, wiser Donald Trump, is an existential threat to their entire plan
00:04:32.760 for the new world order and their plan essentially to cancel the U.S. Constitution and destroy and
00:04:39.440 erase our legacy, our history, and our heritage.
00:04:43.700 They really want to erase our basic freedoms.
00:04:48.080 Trump stands in the way.
00:04:50.060 They become increasingly apoplectic because even their own polls show that if election were
00:04:56.340 held tomorrow, Trump would trounce Joe Biden.
00:04:59.740 They keep telling us in one breath, Trump is tired.
00:05:03.320 He's washed up.
00:05:04.240 He's old news.
00:05:05.260 There's Trump fatigue.
00:05:06.420 And then the next breath, they say, oh, my God, we don't want to run against that guy
00:05:09.820 because he's beaten them twice.
00:05:11.280 And they know that if we have a free, fair, honest election, he will beat them again.
00:05:17.880 So what do they do?
00:05:19.140 They cook up a bunch of charges against him.
00:05:22.840 I don't think we're finished yet, by the way.
00:05:24.480 I think there'll be additional charges in additional jurisdictions because they're going to use the
00:05:29.340 belt and suspenders approach in their attempt to destroy him.
00:05:32.260 They can't beat him at the ballot box, so now they intend to flood the jury box.
00:05:38.580 Roger, you've talked so much about how these very same forces have gone after all populist
00:05:43.920 presidents going back several generations at this point.
00:05:47.040 Do you think that's what's going on here?
00:05:48.560 Do we see these forces, you know, call it the deep state, the permanent state, the administrative
00:05:52.880 state, the bureaucracy, whatever name you like, is that what's still going on?
00:05:57.160 Yeah, this is a continuation of a historic thread.
00:06:00.200 Look, they killed John F. Kennedy.
00:06:03.160 They actually murdered him because he wanted to dismantle the deep state, and he had a
00:06:08.580 deep distrust of the intelligence agencies after they botched the Bay of Pigs and kept
00:06:14.480 him in the dark about the Russian, the Cuban Missile Crisis.
00:06:18.400 They took Richard Nixon out in a silent coup.
00:06:21.160 Why?
00:06:21.500 Because, well, he was for peace.
00:06:23.660 He ended the war in Vietnam.
00:06:25.100 He negotiated a strategic arms limitation agreement with the Soviets.
00:06:28.920 He opened the door to China when China was a dirt or backwards agrarian society.
00:06:35.760 Nixon had no way of knowing that the Bushes would give most favored nation trading status
00:06:40.640 to the Chinese, and the Clintons would sell the Chinese our most secret top military secrets,
00:06:47.180 making them the world power that they are today.
00:06:49.880 And then they tried to take Trump out repeatedly.
00:06:52.480 In the Russian collusion hoax, John Durham's report completely exonerates me, by the way.
00:06:59.480 Then there was impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two.
00:07:03.400 These people never quit.
00:07:04.940 I mean, they are relentless in their pushing a lie.
00:07:08.480 And Trump makes them crazy because now it is abundantly clear that he's got their number.
00:07:15.600 He understands what needs to be done in a second administration to have a second American
00:07:21.060 revolution.
00:07:22.320 And he's inching closer and closer to victory.
00:07:24.740 And this makes them insane.
00:07:27.480 I think it's exactly right.
00:07:28.900 What we're seeing here is a death of a thousand cuts approach.
00:07:33.160 There's this idea that if they can go after him, belt suspenders, right, that they can go
00:07:38.660 after him in this jurisdiction and other jurisdictions looking at Georgia.
00:07:42.040 I believe, and we've talked about this with the great Julie Kelly, that they are going
00:07:45.720 to try to take the same seditious conspiracy charge that they leveled against the Proud
00:07:50.400 Boys, the Oath Keepers, et cetera, and then place that to President Trump.
00:07:55.040 We are going to come back because, Roger, I want you to give your handicap.
00:07:58.020 Now, we haven't seen polls yet.
00:07:59.520 I haven't had Trafalgar or Barris on or anybody.
00:08:02.420 I've even spoken to Rasmussen about this.
00:08:04.580 I want to know what do we think is going to happen in the presidential primary?
00:08:09.640 Because this is going on, I have yet to see anyone suspend their campaign in solidarity
00:08:15.280 with President Trump, or at least even call for a pause.
00:08:19.200 So stay tuned.
00:08:20.280 We're going to be coming back with The Great Roger Stone.
00:08:21.700 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back with Roger Stone.
00:08:41.480 We do have breaking news.
00:08:43.100 The indictment against President Trump has been unsealed 37 counts.
00:08:46.780 This is the same, you know, shock and awe kind of tactic that you saw with Alvin Bragg
00:08:51.640 by breaking up every single piece they could into a separate count, 37 counts, including
00:08:57.560 31 counts of, quote, willful retention of presidential, you know, national defense information.
00:09:05.180 Again, I want to sort of remind everyone the law here.
00:09:07.520 The President of the United States is the commander in chief.
00:09:11.020 Classification exists because of the office of the presidency.
00:09:15.360 It is through the office of the presidency that all classification runs, it actually
00:09:21.640 falls from, right?
00:09:22.900 There is no overarching classification authority.
00:09:25.540 He is the OCA, the Originating Classification Authority.
00:09:30.280 If the President of the United States deems something to be unclassified, it is unclassified
00:09:35.920 thusly.
00:09:36.660 He doesn't have to file a form with anyone.
00:09:39.220 He doesn't have to wave a magic wand.
00:09:41.140 And it doesn't matter what he says at Bedminster.
00:09:43.200 It doesn't matter what he says anywhere else.
00:09:44.420 That's the way the classification system works.
00:09:47.940 But we know that.
00:09:49.080 They know that.
00:09:50.080 Everyone who goes through basic 101 level intel analysis knows that, like when I was an
00:09:55.160 intelligence officer.
00:09:56.020 But, Roger, what I want to get back to you is this is going to affect the race.
00:10:00.320 I believe it's going to affect the race.
00:10:01.620 It will certainly shake up the primary.
00:10:03.540 Let's go through some of the scenarios.
00:10:05.940 Do you believe that this will lead to a bump for President Trump?
00:10:10.840 Do you think it'll cause perhaps some people to shy away and then take another look at Governor
00:10:15.800 DeSantis of Florida, who has yet to suspend his campaign?
00:10:18.960 Obviously, Vivek Ramaswamy has been out there really swinging for the fences for President
00:10:23.960 Trump.
00:10:24.840 What is your handicap?
00:10:25.720 Actually, I think it's counterintuitive, Jack, but I think we're going to see the same effect
00:10:30.860 that we saw in the wake of the New York indictments.
00:10:34.280 In other words, that which does not kill Trump actually makes him stronger.
00:10:38.580 Most Americans, certainly most Republicans, see through this charade.
00:10:42.840 With this announcement of 37 charges, I have to assume the special counsel investigating
00:10:48.960 Joe Biden's handling of documents, I'm sure he's going to be announcing the indictment of
00:10:53.100 Joe Biden tomorrow.
00:10:54.500 Oh, wait a minute.
00:10:55.180 Yes, of course, in Delaware.
00:10:56.980 So I think most folks understand, within the party certainly, within the movement, that all
00:11:04.760 this really does is reinforce the fact that Donald Trump is our strongest candidate.
00:11:09.900 He's our strongest candidate, clearly, to be nominated.
00:11:13.400 He dwarfs Governor DeSantis, despite the fact that the governor is spending millions of dollars
00:11:19.280 of globalist money to try to reinvent himself as Donald Trump without the hair, which is
00:11:25.580 not really working.
00:11:27.080 But I also think that the Democrats are panicked by the fact that all of the polls, all the credible
00:11:33.740 polls, have showed him pulling away from Joe Biden.
00:11:36.880 That's exactly why they have done this.
00:11:38.560 So I would predict to you the president goes up in the polls.
00:11:41.720 I would also predict to you that his campaign war chest will be fattened with millions of
00:11:47.600 more small donations, which has always been where he's traditionally got his money.
00:11:52.900 Anybody who knows Donald Trump understands that he is, above all, not a quitter.
00:11:58.540 He will never quit.
00:12:00.340 He's a warrior.
00:12:02.180 And I think he will now just double down.
00:12:04.360 But there are some troubling questions, Jack.
00:12:06.300 Will they put a gag order on him?
00:12:09.080 Will they restrict his travel?
00:12:10.740 They did both those things to me when I was under federal charges.
00:12:13.960 You know, the president is very articulate and aggressive in terms of defending himself in
00:12:19.280 public.
00:12:19.900 Are they going to try to shut that down?
00:12:21.580 If so, it would be outrageous.
00:12:23.880 It would be clear election interference.
00:12:26.240 But it is one of the things that could happen, which would substantially hamper his campaign.
00:12:31.820 I think that's exactly right.
00:12:34.660 So there's a he has two rallies this weekend, I believe, one in Georgia, one in South Carolina.
00:12:39.760 Then we're told that he is going to be turning himself in in Miami, the Southern District.
00:12:45.220 And there is a real possibility if that is the case.
00:12:48.740 This these could be the final two MAGA rallies that take place before the campaign.
00:12:54.400 Is that right?
00:12:55.600 I think that's absolutely true.
00:12:57.140 Joe, you said something earlier that I want to address that I think is very, very important
00:13:00.560 for those who decide to join any public protest, anybody who wants to demonstrate their support
00:13:07.440 for the president, anyone who wants to protest the injustice of this.
00:13:11.600 It is essential that you keep it peaceful, you keep it civil and you keep it legal.
00:13:17.200 They would like nothing better than some kind of false flag operation in which they can blame
00:13:22.460 Trump supporters for violence that they incite.
00:13:26.160 So remember, not everybody wearing a MAGA hat is really your friend.
00:13:30.240 And above all, keep it peaceful, keep it legal, keep it civil.
00:13:34.320 It's a trap, folks.
00:13:35.640 We've already been through it once.
00:13:37.120 If you elect to go to Miami, it is absolutely essential that you do so in an orderly,
00:13:43.600 civil and legal manner.
00:13:45.220 If you intend to go to these rallies, the same is true there.
00:13:49.600 Well, Roger, I think that's exactly right.
00:13:51.260 So myself, Gavin Wax, Vish Burra, others did end up holding a protest for the president
00:13:58.360 outside of the Manhattan courthouse.
00:14:00.540 And it was extremely peaceful.
00:14:01.660 It was very peaceful.
00:14:03.100 That being said, there in Manhattan, hard to get to for a lot of people.
00:14:06.380 I think in Southern Florida, be much easier to build large numbers.
00:14:10.740 If people come, I think they need to do so, as the president told us, peacefully and patriotically.
00:14:16.040 And I would love to see if his campaign were to hold some sort of rally, perhaps even that
00:14:23.220 night, if he's able to, to sort of take that energy, take that pent up anger and then turn
00:14:29.380 it into what I call the MAGA counter-offensive, a display of support, a display of force,
00:14:36.480 a display of political force.
00:14:38.160 Of course, I have to say that for the media matters, guys, a display of patriotism to show
00:14:43.380 them that we are not going to give up this country.
00:14:46.400 We're not going to give up our ideals to this idea that you can just indict your opponent.
00:14:50.400 This is something that you would see in Eastern Europe.
00:14:53.420 Yeah, this is reminiscent of communist Cuba or communist China.
00:14:58.480 I can just tell you, the Cuban-American community, the Venezuelan-American community, people are
00:15:02.820 on fire with their outrage, but they need to temper it.
00:15:06.780 Numbers, we show strength in our numbers.
00:15:09.760 I'd like to see a candlelight visual, to be honest with you.
00:15:13.280 I could see thousands of people in the darkness holding candles to protest this.
00:15:17.900 But it is essential that we mobilize to demonstrate our public support, but we not step into the
00:15:24.560 trap set previously and get some incitement to violence that is then flipped around and
00:15:31.300 used against Trump supporters.
00:15:33.480 I think you're exactly right.
00:15:34.920 And it's imperative that we take that into consideration because we've seen how they've
00:15:39.820 used even loose language on Facebook or private messages and to turn that into some sort of
00:15:46.600 grand overarching conspiracy against the United States.
00:15:50.860 And they will use this because this is who you're dealing with.
00:15:53.380 And you have to be very careful who you're talking to in a MAGA hat.
00:15:56.620 You have to be careful who you're talking to online.
00:15:59.080 We're coming up on a break.
00:16:00.220 Roger, I want to keep you over for one last take on this because I want to get into this
00:16:05.780 real question of Governor DeSantis.
00:16:08.280 Governor DeSantis, do you want to go down like Theon Greyjoy or Jon Snow?
00:16:15.220 Are you going to ride to the defense of this nation or not?
00:16:25.260 All right, and we're back with Roger Stone.
00:16:27.740 Roger, this sets up a very dangerous or I should say risky situation, precarious position for
00:16:36.140 Governor DeSantis.
00:16:37.740 Let's say you're DeSantis right now.
00:16:40.060 You're advising DeSantis right now.
00:16:42.080 How would you play something like this?
00:16:44.620 Let's assume you're staying in the race.
00:16:45.960 I think he wants to be president.
00:16:47.180 I get it.
00:16:47.920 But he wants to play this in a way to try to pick up the MAGA votes while also maintaining
00:16:54.560 his own candidacy.
00:16:55.980 Is it possible to thread that needle?
00:16:58.040 How should he play this?
00:16:59.580 I think it's actually too late.
00:17:01.440 I think that there's a substantial subset of voters both within the Republican Party but
00:17:06.520 also outside the Republican Party, general election voters, who will have an undying
00:17:10.900 enmity for Governor DeSantis based on his disloyalty.
00:17:14.900 Ron DeSantis is not an exceptional talent.
00:17:17.460 Sorry.
00:17:18.160 He only got to the governorship through the tweeted endorsement of Donald J. Trump.
00:17:22.680 Right now, he'd be a former congressman who gave up his seat to run for governor but for
00:17:27.400 Trump.
00:17:28.140 And it's even worse than that because, as you know, once nominated through Trump's
00:17:32.680 endorsement, Trump had to drag him across the finish line by changing his schedule to
00:17:37.640 come to Florida three times in the final weeks of the 2018 campaign.
00:17:42.600 And therefore, there is an underlying distrust among a subset of voters that Ron DeSantis would
00:17:48.980 need to ever become president, whether it's in 2024 or 2028.
00:17:54.100 If I were him, I would fold my tent, I would endorse the president, and I would get back
00:17:59.900 to solving the problems of Florida.
00:18:02.120 By the way, Ron DeSantis took nine and a half million dollars from Florida Power and Light.
00:18:06.720 We just got a 22 percent increase in our electricity bills.
00:18:10.760 If your home was blown away in Hurricane Ian and your home insurance company is offering
00:18:16.680 you pennies on the dollar to replace your roof or maybe replace your entire home, you can
00:18:21.720 no longer sue them because of a bill signed by Governor Ron DeSantis after he took four
00:18:27.260 and a half million dollars from the insurance industry.
00:18:30.000 And on and on and on.
00:18:32.040 This state has serious problems.
00:18:34.000 We elected a good man, I think.
00:18:35.940 I voted for him just five months ago.
00:18:38.220 He's 42 years old.
00:18:39.720 He needs to wait his turn.
00:18:41.860 Right now, the man who can take on the deep state, the man who can end the war in Ukraine,
00:18:47.240 the man who can get America back on track is Donald Trump.
00:18:51.100 Ron DeSantis has no international experience.
00:18:53.740 Donald Trump has, I think, the respect and fear of our adversaries abroad.
00:18:58.500 He needs to get on board right now and call out the outrageousness of what's being done
00:19:03.860 to the president.
00:19:05.820 I think I actually agree with you.
00:19:08.120 I think that if if and I said it before, I'll say it again.
00:19:11.060 Does Governor DeSantis want to go down like Theon Greyjoy or Jon Snow?
00:19:17.340 Do you want to betray the people that helped you out?
00:19:20.260 Or do you want to be the scene as the person riding to their defense?
00:19:23.780 I think it would ultimately benefit him, maybe not in this particular race, but long down
00:19:29.400 the line that people would remember that he took a stand, that he turned down something
00:19:33.720 because, look, he's looking for it seems to me that he's looking for a free pass to a
00:19:39.800 free victory in the primary.
00:19:42.220 This idea that somehow all of these convictions will lead to President Trump being knocked off
00:19:47.900 of the ballot and then you sort of win by default.
00:19:51.060 Look, in pro wrestling, they would say to to be the man, you got to beat the man.
00:19:55.960 And if you don't beat him fair and square, I don't see how that 35 by his own campaign's
00:20:02.160 admission, 35 percent of people are only Trump voters.
00:20:05.400 So if that's true, how are you ever going to get those people to come out for you if
00:20:09.340 by by this process you've been made the nominee by default?
00:20:13.700 It just it beggars disbelief.
00:20:16.340 In 1964, the Republican Party nominated Mr.
00:20:19.800 Conservative Barry Goldwater for president.
00:20:22.700 The rhinos of that day, Nelson Rockefeller, George Romney, its father, Bill Scranton, they
00:20:28.640 all took a powder.
00:20:29.560 They left.
00:20:30.160 They wouldn't endorse him.
00:20:30.960 They wouldn't campaign with him.
00:20:32.800 Richard Nixon plotting a future race for president campaigned more vigorously for Barry Goldwater
00:20:38.940 than Goldwater did for himself.
00:20:41.000 Four years later, when conservatives and Reagan had to choose between Nixon and Reagan, you
00:20:46.080 know what they said?
00:20:47.080 Good old Richard Nixon, man.
00:20:48.480 He was with us when the chips were down and he made the greatest single comeback in political
00:20:52.880 history.
00:20:53.700 Ron DeSantis has a unique opportunity here to stand up and be counted, do the right thing.
00:20:59.420 And he will be the nominee in four years.
00:21:01.760 But to to to continue his candidacy makes him Benedict DeSantis.
00:21:07.100 By the way, Roger, one one piece of I'm sure, you know, this political trivia, but one of
00:21:13.380 the organizations or I should say institutions at the time that came out very strongly for
00:21:19.520 Goldwater all the way back in 1963 was, of course, Human Events magazine, the very same
00:21:26.800 human events that we are now attempting or I should say we have resurrected and brought back
00:21:32.060 into the political forefront to maintain that same populist American grassroots voice at
00:21:38.720 the national level.
00:21:40.040 Jack, you cannot understand the importance of human events unless you were alive in that
00:21:43.940 time.
00:21:44.340 When I was working for for Ronald Reagan in 19, actually, all the way back to the Nixon days,
00:21:49.600 it was a rightward pressure on the Nixon administration.
00:21:52.740 It was a seminal publication in the 76 and 80 Reagan campaigns.
00:21:58.800 Everybody got their human events as soon as it was published.
00:22:02.180 It really was an opinion leader on the American right.
00:22:05.740 So I'm so delighted to be here today.
00:22:07.580 And the way you have revived it is truly historic.
00:22:10.900 Along with National Review, it is one of the most important conservative organs of all time.
00:22:16.520 Well, we're certainly hoping that that the you know, the establishment can have National
00:22:20.520 Review, and I think that the people can have human events.
00:22:24.340 Roger, where can people follow you?
00:22:25.680 Where can people keep up with all your analysis?
00:22:28.260 You're right about that.
00:22:29.100 National Review has wandered far from their origins, whereas human events has remained
00:22:33.020 a constant and a periodical of principle.
00:22:38.120 People can see me at StoneZone.Live every day at five o'clock, StoneZone.Live, where I do

00:22:49.380 talk about, and you can get your very own Roger Stone, that's a stone to which I've
00:22:54.920 signed my name, or any of my books, including The Famous Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case
00:23:00.800 Against LBJ, or The Myth of Russian Collusion, by going to StoneZone.com and going to the shop.
00:23:08.880 Roger, thank you so much for being on.
00:23:10.540 Thank you for your time.
00:23:11.540 As always, we'll have to get you more on to give us the twists and turns, as only you
00:23:15.840 know, the man who's actually been there in the arena from day one himself, Roger Stone.
00:23:21.120 God bless.
00:23:22.100 Thanks, Jack.
00:23:23.020 God bless you.
00:23:24.540 You know, I can't recommend more Roger's book on JFK.
00:23:28.640 I read that when I was still in the Navy, and I was on deployment, and I was in the bowels
00:23:36.160 of the USS Blue Ridge, and I read that book, I would say cover to cover, but I was actually
00:23:42.480 reading it on a Kindle, right?
00:23:43.720 So, you know, because you can't take too many books, and you're in the old sea locker.
00:23:47.260 So, I was reading it on a Kindle, and I just sat there, and every minute I had, whether
00:23:51.740 I was in the galley, if I was getting food, I was getting chow, if I was on break, I was
00:23:56.380 reading that book.
00:23:57.580 I could not put it down.
00:24:00.040 We did a fantastic interview with Roger a few months ago on this.
00:24:03.300 You can find it in the Human Events back catalog, who killed JFK.
00:24:08.360 Now, we are going to go next.
00:24:09.920 Tiffany Justice, another person, an organization that the regime has in their crosshairs.
00:24:15.460 Stay tuned.
00:24:15.780 We'll be right back with her.
00:24:19.520 Stop buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.
00:24:23.100 I'm trying to listen to the new Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:25:42.480 Folks, we have a guest that I've been meaning to get on for a very long time, and I've been
00:25:47.280 remiss to have not had her on since, that we've talked to her many, many times when I've
00:25:53.180 been co-hosting or guest hosting on The War Room.
00:25:55.500 That is Tiffany Justice of The Moms for Liberty.
00:25:59.740 She has an incredible event that's going to be coming up right in my own backyard, Philadelphia,
00:26:06.820 Pennsylvania.
00:26:07.880 It's at the end of the month, at the end of June, beginning of July, so Independence Day
00:26:13.740 weekend, essentially, right there in Philadelphia, The Moms for Liberty.
00:26:18.180 Tiffany Justice, you guys are out there.
00:26:20.560 You're changing the world, and yet the regime is coming after you.
00:26:23.620 What's going on?
00:26:25.500 Well, it appears that parental rights are quite the threat to a lot of people that are in
00:26:30.260 power right now, and Moms for Liberty, you know, stands for parental rights.
00:26:34.740 Our mission statement is to unify, educate, and empower parents to defend their parental rights
00:26:39.060 at all levels of government.
00:26:40.020 And that looks a lot like right now being targeted by, it seems, the Biden administration and
00:26:46.920 some of their friends.
00:26:48.900 Well, that's exactly right, because this organization, the Southern Poverty Law Center, they exist
00:26:54.080 as, in terms of a business model, by targeting particularly upper class, you know, upper to
00:27:01.580 middle class families on the left.
00:27:05.900 There are these Joy Reid watchers, Rachel Maddow, Jake Tapper, drinking the wine out of
00:27:11.580 the box.
00:27:12.820 And they say, oh, there's, you know, hate is on the rise.
00:27:15.680 Hate is on the rise.
00:27:16.580 Well, the problem is, when they've already gotten rid of the KKK, when they've already
00:27:20.720 gotten rid of actual hate groups, then what they do is they have to start moving the chains
00:27:24.520 or else they're not going to be able to raise any more money from those sane individuals,
00:27:28.220 those mailers, et cetera, et cetera.
00:27:29.680 And so they even had to kick out their own founder, Morris Dees, because of his own racism
00:27:34.960 and sexism and bigotry and insanity that he was pushing.
00:27:38.020 But of course, the grift continues.
00:27:39.820 And now they're labeling Christians.
00:27:41.780 They're labeling conservatives.
00:27:43.800 They're, and now even the moms as some type of domestic extremist.
00:27:48.580 And the goal here with this, by the way, and we push it down.
00:27:53.300 But the goal here, by the way, is that they used to in this country.
00:27:56.560 And I'm so glad to see the, the, the pushback on this, because their goal is to go then to
00:28:02.380 PayPal, to Venmo, to Stripe, to Square and say, you know what, you can't do business with
00:28:08.120 these guys.
00:28:08.700 Look, we put them on a list.
00:28:10.980 Have you faced any issues with payment processing, donations, these type of things in the wake
00:28:15.460 of this?
00:28:16.840 Yeah, we have faced some issues with PayPal a couple months ago, and Governor DeSantis
00:28:22.680 held a press conference.
00:28:24.380 We were able to speak out about it, and it seemed like they freed up the funds.
00:28:27.600 We have not had any issue this time.
00:28:29.860 I have to be honest, Jack.
00:28:30.920 I really feel like they've gone too far this time.
00:28:34.600 I think that America is watching as, you know, moms and, and other, these other groups are
00:28:39.460 being targeted.
00:28:40.680 We watch, you know, where would they get this idea of domestic terrorists?
00:28:43.560 Well, from the Department of Justice.
00:28:45.180 We saw that the NSBA worked with the Biden administration.
00:28:48.120 And then the Department of Justice turned and called parents, domestic terrorists.
00:28:52.600 I testified in front of the Constitution and limited government subcommittee regarding
00:28:57.500 the weaponization of the FBI against American parents.
00:29:00.780 And now we have what looks like the Southern Poverty Law Center having a meeting with the
00:29:06.380 Biden administration on January 6th of this year.
00:29:09.240 And what do you know, this, you know, report comes out.
00:29:12.160 And so I'm sure that the intention is to try to cancel us or dox us, but we will not be
00:29:17.220 stopped.
00:29:18.120 And we're going to go ahead and have this summit in Philadelphia and rock the cradle of liberty
00:29:22.000 because we're not taking any stars off the American flag.
00:29:25.140 And we're going to start fighting for these cities where we know parents want to defend
00:29:29.040 their parental rights.
00:29:31.220 Tiffany, tell us more about the event.
00:29:33.140 I know we only have a couple of minutes with you left.
00:29:34.600 Yeah, it was, it's going to be an amazing event.
00:29:38.180 So Philadelphia, June 29th through July 2nd, we're at the Marriott downtown.
00:29:44.080 We have President Trump speaking, Governor DeSantis is coming, Vivek Ramaswamy, Nikki Haley,
00:29:49.660 Dennis Prager, Mark Robinson, some amazing, amazing, amazing main stage speakers, and a panel
00:29:56.620 with some of the best and brightest education leaders across the United States right now.
00:30:01.060 Ellen Weaver, state superintendent in South Carolina, Manny Diaz from Florida, Jacob Oliva
00:30:05.980 from Arkansas, newly appointed by Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and then Ryan Walters in Oklahoma working
00:30:11.620 under Governor Stitt.
00:30:12.960 We'll do a panel talking about the future of education.
00:30:15.840 And then there's going to be breakout sessions.
00:30:17.300 There's 18 different breakout sessions that people can go to.
00:30:21.140 So, Jack, it's all about really giving parents the resources and tools they need, right, equipping
00:30:26.200 these moms to be able to, you know, unify their communities, educate their chapter members
00:30:32.580 and others in their community about issues, and then hopefully empower them to make change
00:30:36.000 happen.
00:30:37.360 Look, I got to tell you, as a conservative out of the Philly area, as now a father, I am
00:30:43.420 so glad that you chose Philadelphia for this because we have to go back to the birthplace
00:30:47.820 of liberty where it all started.
00:30:49.260 Yes, sir.
00:30:51.180 Yes, sir.
00:30:51.660 And so we'll have our opening night at the Revolutionary War Museum, and that's going
00:30:56.400 to be fantastic.
00:30:57.540 And you're right.
00:30:58.520 You know, we need to start fighting for America.
00:31:02.080 God bless you, Tiffany.
00:31:04.780 Go to momsforliberty.org.
00:31:07.860 God bless you, Tiffany.
00:31:09.160 God bless your fight.
00:31:11.000 We are going to be with you.
00:31:12.000 Human events will be with you and all of us, Turning Point, Turning Point Action, et cetera.
00:31:15.840 Every step of the way, we are not going to let them take you down.
00:31:20.120 Nice.
00:31:20.600 Thanks, Jack.
00:31:21.120 We really appreciate the support.
00:31:23.280 God bless.
00:31:24.060 Look, folks, Philadelphia, right?
00:31:26.260 You know, I have such a love-hate relationship because, you know, you see what it's turned
00:31:31.040 into, but at the same time, you know, going to Independence Hall, going to the Franklin
00:31:34.960 Institute on every single field trip as a kid.
00:31:38.480 Tanya Tay and I, we got engaged at Valley Forge.
00:31:41.080 We got married right at a church at Valley Forge.
00:31:44.380 This is the true birthplace of our nation.
00:31:47.400 It's the birthplace of liberty itself, and we need to start fighting.
00:31:52.260 We need to actually start taking the fight back politically to the people that have stolen
00:31:58.120 our cities, that have stolen our country, that are trying to steal our republic.
00:32:02.260 Go back to where the republic itself started.
00:32:04.200 Folks, we have a bombshell interview.
00:32:06.620 Marjorie Taylor Greene, straight from the skiff to human events, is going to tell us everything
00:32:12.120 that is in these documents on Biden.
00:32:19.380 All right.
00:32:20.120 We're very excited and thrilled to have Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who joins us today.
00:32:26.120 Congresswoman, you've been making incredible news this week, really exposing and blowing
00:32:32.800 apart, I think, the final piece of the Burisma case for us that we've been talking about for
00:32:39.880 years at this point, but everybody's always been looking for the smoking gun.
00:32:45.100 You go into the skiff after finally putting pressure, along with the Speaker, the rest of
00:32:50.080 the House, on the FBI, you go into the skiff, you get to see the smoking gun, and on the very day
00:32:56.140 you reveal it to the public, they indict President Trump.
00:33:00.680 Congresswoman, what is going on?
00:33:03.520 Well, it's exactly what you said, and Jack, you've been one of the many that have been right all along,
00:33:09.940 so I just want you to know you've been vindicated, you've been trying to tell the truth
00:33:14.040 the American people, and it's been our agencies, and the FBI specifically have hidden it from
00:33:21.480 the American people, and so yesterday, you know, after a month, we've been going back
00:33:26.920 and forth with the FBI, we subpoenaed Christopher Wray in a specific FD-1023 form, which I want
00:33:34.600 everyone to know is an unclassified form, it's not classified, but the FBI wouldn't even admit
00:33:41.280 it existed in the beginning, until they figured out they had no choice, we have a whistleblower
00:33:47.920 that had already shown us a copy of it, so we know exactly what's on the form, and finally,
00:33:54.080 Christopher Wray started cooperating with us, because we were going to hold him to Congress
00:33:59.080 yesterday, so he allowed all of the Oversight Committee to start looking at the form yesterday,
00:34:04.620 and I happened to be in there right from the beginning, and what I did is,
00:34:11.280 they didn't want us to have the form, they haven't given us possession, because they're
00:34:15.060 still trying to protect Joe Biden, and not let the country know what the form said, but I took notes
00:34:21.980 inside the SCIF, and I wrote down everything that the document said, it's unclassified, and then I took
00:34:28.820 my notes, and they wouldn't let me take my notes out of the SCIF, so I filed them in a file in the SCIF,
00:34:34.840 so, and then I left, and I wrote down everything from memory, because it was easy to remember,
00:34:41.760 because I just read it multiple times, and had taken notes, and I wrote down and made detailed
00:34:46.760 notes, and then I walked out and told the press conference everything that I had read, because
00:34:53.020 I'm appalled that America is not allowed to have this information that tells specifically about Hunter
00:35:01.060 Biden and Joe Biden each taking separately $5 million payments, so that's a total of $10 million,
00:35:08.200 but $5 million went to Hunter Biden, $5 million went to Joe Biden when he was Vice President of the
00:35:13.900 United States in order for him to put pressure on Ukraine by withholding $1 billion in USAID
00:35:20.680 and getting the prosecutor, Victor Shokin, fired, so that he wouldn't investigate Burisma anymore.
00:35:29.120 Well, and this is exactly what, again, people forget that when President Trump called Zelensky,
00:35:36.020 it's amazing, by the way, how Zelensky and Ukraine are right at the center of all of these different
00:35:40.000 things, that when he called him, he was asking if Zelensky could look into this situation as well,
00:35:46.840 but it wasn't predicated off of some, you know, some rumor or some internet thing. It was that Joe
00:35:53.120 Biden went and publicly bragged about getting the prosecutor fired in public. That's where this all
00:36:00.220 started from Joe Biden's own mouth. That's right. He did it publicly on camera, and then there's also
00:36:07.620 a recording of him on a phone call talking about the USAID money, and they let him know on the phone
00:36:15.420 call that Victor Shokin has been fired, and he replies, good, very good. And then it's on that
00:36:21.100 phone call he releases USAID money. There's more evidence of Joe Biden committing crimes, and this
00:36:27.880 is real criminal behavior, which is terrifying. As vice president, he not only took bribe money
00:36:35.760 in exchange for foreign policy decisions, but he got paid $5 million doing it, and that's what this
00:36:43.920 1023 form outlines, but I got to tell you something else, Jack. The 1023 also references
00:36:51.700 two other 1023 forms, so there's more forms about the Bidens, and next week, Chairman Comer and the
00:37:00.840 minority linking member, Congressman Raskin, will be going in to look at the two additional 1023 forms,
00:37:08.080 and today we sent out Sabina's subpoenas to two more banks to get bank records and statements in
00:37:16.540 relationship with Ukraine. So we feel like we are on the trail to something to expose the real evidence
00:37:24.680 of these Biden crimes, and that is why they are cranking up the heat, going after President Trump,
00:37:32.120 indicting him because he's their top political enemy, and Jack, everyone needs to really be scared
00:37:38.580 of this. They should be very concerned. Their intention is to put President Trump in jail.
00:37:46.960 Well, I think you're exactly right, and when people look at this, when you go to Article 2,
00:37:51.600 Section 4 of the Constitution, it specifically says, we all know in the impeachment clause,
00:37:56.100 it says high crimes and misdemeanors, but right before that, it says treason or bribery. Bribery
00:38:02.800 was specifically delineated by the founding fathers in the impeachment statute of the U.S. Constitution
00:38:11.200 as an impeachable offense because they knew how dangerous it was for our nation.
00:38:17.200 Oh, yeah, it's so dangerous, but this 23 form is so detailed. The FBI told us that this informant
00:38:30.060 that that filled out form is actually their top informant. This is the informant they consider
00:38:35.700 to be their most credible paid informant, and the information is in chronological order on this form.
00:38:44.180 The date is June 30, 2020, but it details out a storyline of multiple conversations
00:38:51.180 between the CHS, which is the informant, and the oligarch from Burisma, and it goes all the way
00:38:59.780 back to 2015 and 2016, and it's really interesting, the details that are provided in the 1023 form.
00:39:06.660 One of the details that was so interesting was the oligarch that owns Burisma brags to the informant
00:39:16.060 in such an interesting way, says that it'll take 10 years for the U.S., that's us, to find
00:39:25.060 all the bank statements and wire transfers of these payments to buy in the past 10 years.
00:39:34.460 Well, look at what Republicans on oversight have been able to do in less than six months,
00:39:39.660 Jack, and I really believe God is on our side with this one.
00:39:44.440 I think you're exactly right. We're coming up on a quick break. Let me take that. We're going to work
00:39:48.840 on getting the signal back up. We are on with Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. She is
00:39:54.620 explaining to us this bombshell information. Multiple meetings with an FBI informant. The
00:40:01.340 top informant came out on the heels of the Biden investigation meeting with the oligarch in charge
00:40:09.140 of Burisma in Ukraine. Stay tuned. Human Events comes back.
00:40:17.140 And we're back here. Human Events. Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene responding to the indictment
00:40:22.120 of President Trump, but also detailing for us these conversations between a highly paid,
00:40:29.140 highly placed, high P&A placement and access, we would say, in the biz, informant working directly
00:40:36.100 with the oligarch in charge of Burisma, who then turned around, hired Hunter Biden. We know put
00:40:43.780 Hunter Biden on that board. We're now hearing, was bragging that he was giving a $5 million payment
00:40:50.140 to Hunter, another $5 million payment to his father, Joe Biden, to get this prosecutor, Victor
00:40:56.760 Shokin, fired. Of course, we know that in the past, Biden was bragging about this. Where we left,
00:41:03.100 Congresswoman, you were telling us that there are more forms that the FBI has. This, this operation
00:41:09.980 was, was run over a period of, it looks like almost, we're looking at almost a decade here at this
00:41:15.280 point. Oh yeah, absolutely. And this is, this is why it's imperative that Christopher Wright keep
00:41:23.140 cooperating with us. And he is cooperating because he knows his days are numbered. We, the polling is
00:41:30.120 there, President Trump will win and no one can deny it. The Democrats are actually terrified.
00:41:35.560 And this is why they're ramping up their fake investigations or fake charges and actually
00:41:41.120 charging President Trump with outrageous crime that their Democrat leaders are actually guilty of
00:41:47.020 themselves. And, but the form, the 1023 form I read yesterday, pulled of two other 1023 forms.
00:41:54.700 And so next week, Chairman Comer and Congressman Raskin will be going in and reading those two
00:42:00.720 forms. And then our two subpoenas, uh, to bank, to banks involving, uh, bank statements and bank
00:42:07.040 accounts, uh, with Ukraine, we sent those out today. Um, so we are going to keep tracking this
00:42:13.020 information down, but here's something else that everyone really needs to know. The, the oligarch for
00:42:18.660 Ukraine, uh, the informant, uh, they were having many conversations and that's what's on this 1023
00:42:25.580 form. And one of them is the informant explains that in Russia and Ukraine, it's just commonplace
00:42:32.340 practice and business that, that bribes take place. As a matter of fact, businessmen and anyone starting
00:42:38.920 a business or buying a business or making a business deal includes in their budgets, extra money
00:42:44.840 for bribes. So it's normal for them. It's so normal. It's, it's not really that illegal. It's
00:42:51.060 just normal. But in America, obviously that's illegal. And like you said, our constitution
00:42:55.840 outlines that is an, an impeachable offense, bribery. And so for the oligarch, this was normal.
00:43:03.920 He was paying a bribe to the vice president of the United States because Joe Biden as vice president
00:43:10.380 had the ability to get Victor Shokin fired, who was targeting him and prosecuting, investigating to
00:43:17.080 prosecute Burisma. But here's the other interesting thing. After he mentions bribery being commonplace,
00:43:24.260 the oligarch that owns Burisma bragged to the informant and says, it'll take them talking about us in the
00:43:32.220 United States, 10 years to find all the bank records and wire transfers and bank statements with the
00:43:38.960 Bidens. He's bragging about it because the Bidens do this so much and there's so much information out
00:43:46.740 there to find. And I want to tell you, Jack, that it didn't take us 10 years. It took us less than six
00:43:52.500 months, but we have over 2,300 pages of SARS reports in the treasury. We have up to 12 banks we have
00:44:00.840 subpoenaed. We have so many bank statements and wire transfers where money was wire transferred from
00:44:06.680 foreign countries into fake LLCs, dozens and dozens of fake LLCs, and then payments from these fake LLCs
00:44:14.860 and shell companies to so many Biden family members. So the oligarch that owns Burisma was right about
00:44:22.720 one part that there were so many bank records and statements and wire transfers. But what he was wrong
00:44:29.140 about is it's not going to take us 10 years. We are doing it in less than six months and we need more
00:44:34.600 time and we are getting no cooperation, hardly any cooperation from the FBI because they won't let
00:44:41.580 us hold possession of these unclassified 1023s. I mean, this is some of the most shocking information
00:44:49.500 that we've heard because, and it seems to me, it really does seem to me that if, if they did not
00:44:56.060 indict, if they had not indicted President Trump this week, that what you're saying right now would be
00:45:02.000 the lead on every single newspaper out there. And yet, of course they can't because they've now
00:45:07.860 placed this cover story, this distraction directly on top of it. Do you believe that's why they rushed
00:45:13.440 to indict President Trump this week? Oh, absolutely. If we were a just nation, if our laws really
00:45:20.780 mattered, they would be hauling Joe Biden out of the White House in handcuffs. We would be seeing that
00:45:26.380 all over the news. And, and I want to add on about the last piece of the 1023 form, which I find very
00:45:32.620 interesting because bribes are so commonplace and it's a part of business and I own a business. So I
00:45:39.060 understand business records. You always keep your accounts and receivables. You always keep your,
00:45:45.300 your payables and receivables. You keep it all because you need that for taxes and so on. Well,
00:45:50.660 the last thing mentioned on the 1023 form is the oligarch that owns Burisma tells the informant
00:45:56.680 that he, this is after he says he's unhappy President Trump won. He's unhappy because he lost
00:46:03.400 his most powerful connection, which was Joe Biden. But this is really interesting. He says that he kept
00:46:11.680 two pieces of evidence showing that he paid not only Hunter Biden, but that he paid Joe Biden. He kept the
00:46:18.960 evidence and anyone that understands what that means. You have to get it. If you're in a, if you're in a
00:46:26.200 country where bribery is commonplace, the only way to make sure the people you're bribing come through
00:46:31.700 on your bribes is you hold the evidence and the proof that you bribed them. And so that oligarch that
00:46:39.000 owns Burisma told the informant that he kept two pieces of evidence proving that he paid Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
00:46:46.340 And he's, who knows where this guy is over it with everything that's going on in Ukraine,
00:46:51.840 the money that's going through. It'd be interesting to see which companies are getting this money that's
00:46:56.200 going through. Congressman, we are up against the end of the show. We have to have you back on as
00:47:01.260 this investigation continues. God bless you for your yeoman's work on this. Thank you so much.
00:47:07.400 Where can people go to follow you? People can follow me on, on any of my social media and,
00:47:13.260 and Jack, I'll make sure that I can bring back all the information that I can continue
00:47:17.380 to get in this, in this investigation, because I believe the entire country deserves to know.
00:47:24.320 Well, I believe you're right. And, and, and what you're talking about is not, uh, these,
00:47:28.700 you know, these paper filing, uh, mishandling, et cetera, et cetera. Oh, he misfiled this.
00:47:33.520 He misfiled that. No, you're talking about actual high crimes and misdemeanors,
00:47:37.700 the bribery of the vice president, potentially destabilizing our country, potentially destabilizing
00:47:44.680 Ukraine, sending them in on a collision course for war with Russia that we've now seen, which
00:47:51.320 has been completely disastrous. This is what the regime is doing. The globalist American empire that
00:47:57.900 we've been telling you about for years, folks. Now it is time for the MAGA counter-offensive ladies and
00:48:05.220 gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
