00:00:55.380
And I will see you down in Florida this July 15th and 16th for the greatest assemblage of patriots this country has seen since Valley Forge.
00:01:12.300
For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.
00:01:23.620
This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:01:27.520
Happy birthday to a great American patriot, amazing father and one-of-a-kind businessman, Michael Lindell.
00:01:36.180
One of the most disturbing problems in our world today is human trafficking.
00:01:41.720
French officials are urging calm in response to overnight protests over a police shooting.
00:01:46.760
An officer is in custody and could face a murder charge after he allegedly shot and killed a 17-year-old boy during a traffic stop.
00:01:54.180
The leader of the rebellion, Yevgeny Progrosyan, talked to top Russian military officers and other leaders in Moscow
00:02:00.460
before the mutiny, possibly seeking their help in that uprising.
00:02:04.440
Affirmative action has been blocked both for private and public colleges.
00:02:09.760
This is in the UNC case and in the Harvard case.
00:02:12.680
They've said in both cases, college admissions cannot consider race as they try to diversify their student bodies.
00:02:21.860
Because they don't know a f*** damn thing about how life is in the city.
00:02:29.040
Mr. Biden, how involved were you in your Chinese shakedown text message?
00:02:42.720
The press finally hit a nerve and Joe Biden just sent a message.
00:02:55.080
Today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:03:01.400
Wanted to bring on our first guest here, Mike Davis.
00:03:03.980
Now, originally, Mike, we were going to chat about something else.
00:03:10.280
The strikedown, essentially, of a huge swath of affirmative action in universities.
00:03:16.680
But also, breaking news, the Supreme Court area itself has been evacuated due to a suspicious
00:03:24.780
package coming right on the heels of this new release of the opinion 6-3 strikedown by
00:03:36.660
Mike Davis, what does this mean going forward for the program of affirmative action in other
00:03:45.200
What it means is these elite universities cannot continue their illegal discrimination against
00:03:53.980
poor, more qualified Asian applicants in favor of the elite, well-connected black applicants.
00:04:01.720
And that has been systematic racial discrimination for too long.
00:04:06.560
And the Supreme Court has finally held that this is unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment
00:04:14.260
So when they consider applicants, they should look at factors like poverty instead of race.
00:04:22.040
Well, so I guess the question going forward is, what will be the enforcement mechanism?
00:04:27.620
Because we know that some of these university administrators, they've been trying to hide
00:04:33.980
So will there open up a channel for people to be able to sue?
00:04:38.540
Will there be ways for people to actually dig into these programs?
00:04:42.900
Well, that's a very good question, Jack, because Harvard University immediately put out an email
00:04:49.540
that I posted on my Twitter where they're essentially telling the Harvard students, faculty, staff,
00:04:59.460
We're going to keep discriminating against Asian Americans, poor, less connected, more qualified
00:05:07.340
Asian Americans in favor of the elite, less qualified black applicants.
00:05:13.600
The way that you're going to have to enforce this, unfortunately, is plan whack-a-mole.
00:05:17.060
And you're going to have to file lawsuits against these schools under the, you know,
00:05:26.140
It's not going to be an easy slog because, as we know, these leftists are so subversive
00:05:30.740
and they'll come up with every trick they can to take care of their elite friends.
00:05:36.840
Well, I think that's right because we have to understand, too, that this, it goes beyond
00:05:41.400
a program that was implemented by the government and other administrators when it came in.
00:05:48.140
And we're coming up on a break here, but I want to hold you over because we need to
00:05:51.480
understand that this is an ideology that has taken root in these organizations.
00:05:57.140
This is an ideology, look, they've all got their diversity czars, they've all got their
00:06:04.300
If you think that this is just going to go away because of some ruling at the Supreme Court,
00:06:09.260
which I'm sure, by the way, that they all disagree with, then you don't understand what
00:06:16.200
You don't understand what part of the movie you're in.
00:06:18.120
But that's why we're on today here, Human Events, with Mike Davis to break down for us
00:06:25.460
Someone who understands exactly what part of the movie we are in, because we are going
00:06:31.480
This is not the time for the sunshine soldiers, right?
00:06:46.220
We're winning, but it's going to be a hard fight, and you need everything you've got if
00:06:54.580
We're celebrating victory today, and we're going to continue with Mike Davis.
00:07:01.800
All right, folks, just had to go chop some trees for a second, a lot of wood to chop,
00:07:07.040
If you think you won't need emergency food, think again, because the federal government recently
00:07:13.240
They revealed the truth about the impending food shortages.
00:07:17.000
According to the USDA, countless crops in America's breadbasket states will not be harvested
00:07:22.700
Extreme weather shortages and worldwide fertilizer shortages wiped them out.
00:07:27.460
That means food will become scarce and expensive.
00:07:31.460
If not, now is the time to stock up on emergency food from our friends at My Patriot Supply at
00:07:37.680
But hurry, this is a limited time offer, and it expires soon.

00:08:04.260
Listen, you will never forgive yourself if you let your family suffer.
00:08:10.740
Now, I got a note in from a friend during the break here.
00:08:15.940
He said, you think you've won, but it's just a moral victory.
00:08:19.280
They will find every way to keep pushing the Marxist agenda.
00:08:29.120
Don't stop until these freaks that want to ruin our country are completely out of options.
00:08:38.340
We have to think about this as a never-ending battle to win back our country.
00:08:44.060
Now, Mike Davis, before the break, we had you on and we were asking about this.
00:08:54.120
Is there one person that above, look, I understand that getting a Supreme Court nominee across
00:08:58.760
the finish line, which obviously was something that you were the quarterback of multiple times,
00:09:03.640
but all of that flows from the person who's making the nominations that's in the White House.
00:09:11.260
There is no question that President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment
00:09:16.920
of his first term was his transformation of the 5-4 left of center court to the 5-4 Clarence
00:09:24.540
And conservatives have been talking about making changes to these liberal laws for decades.
00:09:31.920
Roe versus Wade, affirmative action, case after case after case.
00:09:36.920
This is President Trump's legacy right now for his first term.
00:09:42.700
Well, and I think, too, because you have so many of these people, these naysayers,
00:09:46.520
who were conservative in name only, right, or rhinos, you know, is another term.
00:09:51.800
But I think conservative in name only is actually better because, and it's funny because I've
00:09:56.180
been locked in horns with these National Review guys over the last three days, apparently,
00:10:03.940
all over this analysis of the Trump indictment, the Presidential Records Act, that normally,
00:10:09.640
and I'll ask you a question about it in a second, but it's the same exact people
00:10:13.400
who were undercutting Trump every step of the way in 15 and 16.
00:10:18.100
If they had had their way, Hillary Clinton would be there today.
00:10:21.520
She would be there today, and we would have potentially six-three rulings in the other
00:10:29.680
Well, we would lose our God-given rights to speak, to associate, to worship, to protect
00:10:38.620
We are not playing with our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.
00:10:47.820
And like every Marxist revolution, they play for keeps.
00:10:56.000
And they will keep going and keep going and keep going.
00:10:58.740
And so what I want to say to conservatives, Republicans, right-thinking Democrats, Trump
00:11:09.160
Jack Smith probably guaranteed that Trump is back in the White House.
00:11:13.620
Why do we want to undermine him and make it more difficult for him to get back in the
00:11:18.380
Do we want President Trump or President Biden replacing conservative Supreme Court justices?
00:11:29.180
And for these people who are trying to take down Trump now, they need to understand the
00:11:36.940
Well, look, I've got to ask you, because full disclosure, I'm drafting off of the Mike Davis
00:11:43.320
legal analysis when it comes to the Presidential Records Act, when it comes to everything else
00:11:47.800
that's going on that got me in this fight with Andy McCarthy, of all people.
00:11:52.300
And all I did, by the way, was pull up his old columns from when he was at PJ Media before
00:11:58.560
he was at National Review, not the National Review line, where now it's become this whole
00:12:03.200
human events versus National Review thing, which, of course, is funny, because that's
00:12:07.020
what it's been for, what, 70 years when you think about it.
00:12:09.260
Is he saying that, no, no, no, it was totally fine for Obama to authorize the release of
00:12:17.260
the Stuxnet intel information through General Cartwright, who later, by the way, was charged
00:12:23.020
with perjury in the investigation, but Obama pardoned him.
00:12:26.540
That was totally fine, even though he didn't follow any formal process.
00:12:30.660
And I pointed out that what's very different from the things that you and National Review
00:12:36.080
are saying today, he writes a 5,000-word column responding to me last night in a very strange
00:12:44.020
manner, making all sorts of claims that I didn't make.
00:12:47.300
Then when I point out some of his false claims, he said, well, I'm sorry, I'm on vacation right
00:12:51.920
But I wanted to ask you about a salient point in there, because he said that even under the
00:12:57.160
Presidential Records Act, that President Trump doesn't have the authority to take these because
00:13:02.880
he didn't document the collection of these documents.
00:13:10.980
We were allies on the judicial fight confirming Trump's judicial nominees, including three justices
00:13:18.560
They just don't like Trump, and they are letting their opposition to Trump cloud their legal
00:13:25.860
The Presidential Records Act is very clear that any document created or received by the
00:13:32.940
president or his White House staff is a presidential record, and it does not matter
00:13:38.340
whether they are classified agency records or not.
00:13:41.540
They're trying to say that classified agency records sent to the president to advise the
00:13:46.300
president or not presidential records, that is just not the law.
00:13:49.080
They are absolutely dead wrong about that part of the law.
00:13:52.620
And under the Presidential Records Act, the president himself gets to decide whether these
00:14:01.160
And go look at the Clinton sock drawer case when Clinton had eight years of highly classified
00:14:05.360
audio recordings, including conversations with foreign leaders and his national security officials
00:14:11.680
that he took from the White House and he put in his sock drawer.
00:14:14.840
And an Obama judge in 2012 said the mere fact that Obama took those White House tapes that
00:14:21.100
was recorded by the deputy White House chief of staff for operations, took those White House
00:14:25.440
tapes with him when he left, deemed them personal under the Presidential Records Act.
00:14:32.340
Alternatively, they are presidential records which are owned by the government, but under
00:14:38.080
the Presidential Records Act, the former president can access his presidential records any time
00:14:47.140
At best, this is a bureaucratic dispute, a civil lawsuit with Biden's librarians and other
00:14:57.640
Ask these people, Jack, do they want President Trump to die in prison because of an espionage
00:15:04.600
charge, because of Trump's fight with Biden's and other bureaucrats?
00:15:08.140
And the answer they will probably tell you is yes, because they fear that Trump's going
00:15:16.520
And I'll just say, you know, without naming names, I've had a lot of people in Washington,
00:15:20.340
D.C. reach out to me and say that's exactly what's going on here.
00:15:23.540
Maybe not specifically with with McCarthy, but some of these guys, it's it's all about
00:15:31.500
It's all about preserving what they view as the integrity of the Department of Justice,
00:15:36.400
the same one people that were pushing all of the hoaxes for all these years.
00:15:40.900
We're going to come right back with Mike Davis, Article three project here in human events
00:15:45.260
on this stupendous and historic day that affirmative action has been destroyed at the university
00:15:58.060
Bidenflation is getting worse and worse and worse.
00:16:02.000
Well, right now, there is a way to get up to $5,000 in free silver on a qualifying purchase
00:16:10.500
This is the way that we can fight back against the inflation, against the spending, against
00:16:15.980
the Federal Reserve, everything that's being pushed by the Biden administration that's coming
00:16:21.760
You just head on over to protectwithposo.com today.
00:16:26.920
And folks, up to $5,000 in free silver on a qualifying purchase.
00:16:33.760
Mike Davis, we were chatting about this on the back end there.
00:16:42.300
They were loading those boxes into that truck from the White House on January 14th.
00:16:58.040
It follows that if they're loading the boxes on the 14th, that the designation would have
00:17:03.040
happened prior to the 14th, the designation of the documents, where they're supposed to
00:17:07.720
go, which documents go where, et cetera, et cetera.
00:17:10.120
And so why do they keep sidestepping this situation where they say, oh, who was president in 2021
00:17:20.560
The salient point is who was president when it came down.
00:17:24.160
Also, which I found kind of amusing, also, Andy McCarthy has argued for years that presidents
00:17:31.440
cannot be prosecuted for obstruction while carrying out their constitutional duties, which
00:17:37.740
Yeah, I mean, Jack, you didn't see the Trump derangement exception to the commander-in-chief
00:17:48.200
The president can declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants in any manner he wants,
00:17:53.440
You didn't see the Trump derangement exception in the Presidential Records Act, that presidents
00:17:58.120
can take their presidential records when they leave office.
00:18:01.080
And you didn't see the Trump derangement exception in the Espionage Act, that the president
00:18:05.980
can't be charged with espionage unless you're Trump.
00:18:11.960
Because when you look at any of these situations, even when they claim, by the way, the Espionage
00:18:17.320
So this was one of the other arguments they were making, saying, oh, well, it's the retention
00:18:22.120
It doesn't matter if they're classified or not.
00:18:23.700
It's the retention of NDI, the retention of it.
00:18:28.900
These are not original documents that he took from the White House or the government and
00:18:34.540
is squirreling away in his home because the Espionage Act was written during World War
00:18:40.300
The systems were a little bit different back then because you actually had things like
00:18:47.980
I can say that this part I know because I can talk about it from my intel hat.
00:18:52.640
Obviously, I can't talk about specific systems.
00:18:54.460
But the idea that the president of the United States is going to be given an original document
00:18:59.500
and not a printout for a briefing and that the government loses their access to the original
00:19:07.380
It's obviously sitting on U.S. government held computers.
00:19:10.740
This isn't some document that they were prevented from getting because he had it down at Mar-a-Lago.
00:19:17.980
And how can you unlawfully retain a record he's allowed to have under the Presidential
00:19:26.460
They're trying to say, again, that classified agency records sent to the president to advise
00:19:36.540
There is case law that that's wrong, but they want to ignore that.
00:19:39.040
The agency records that are not subject to the Presidential Records Act are agency records,
00:19:44.140
original agency records that are subject to FOIA, right?
00:19:49.300
Classified agency records are exempt from FOIA.
00:19:56.640
Maybe other than the love letter from the North Korean dictator to Trump, maybe Trump kept his
00:20:03.200
He said it's personal under the Presidential Records Act and it's mine.
00:20:06.020
I'm keeping Kim Jong, whatever the hell his name is, his love letter.
00:20:11.600
But even then, it would be hard to argue that that's not a personal record.
00:20:22.640
And remember, there's no criminal component to the Presidential Records Act.
00:20:26.080
The disputes are resolved through negotiations and civil lawsuits, not illegal home raids and
00:20:35.460
Look, Mike, you're going to be proud of me because I actually went last night and I was
00:20:43.300
I was looking at them, not just the Presidential Records Act, but even went into the former
00:20:49.840
Presidents Act, the FPA, which is sort of a follow on to all of this and where it delineates
00:21:00.560
These acts, they don't have any timeline on them.
00:21:03.540
There's no it doesn't say anything about he he ceases being the former president seven
00:21:09.920
months after eight months after and then all of it has to be returned.
00:21:16.080
And it specifically speaks to the idea that obviously presidents and former presidents
00:21:22.620
And and you hear President Trump actually referring to this in that interview that he did with
00:21:27.260
Brett Berry said, you know, we didn't have time to go through it yet.
00:21:30.120
And it seemed to me that the language he was using in that interview was very similar
00:21:37.720
And I wondered perhaps if he was that was the legal advice that he was given because they're
00:21:42.140
looking at the statute and saying, yeah, this is Mr. President, this is how it works.
00:21:49.360
I learned the Presidential Records Act inside and out during Kavanaugh's confirmation because
00:21:54.000
he was the White House staff secretary and we had to go through millions of pages of
00:21:57.800
records from the Bush 43 White House and we had to navigate the Presidential Records Act
00:22:04.120
President Trump is absolutely right as a matter of law.
00:22:08.760
Why don't they walk down at the Biden Justice Department?
00:22:11.540
Why don't they walk down the hall to the Office of Legal Counsel, OLC, and get an opinion
00:22:16.820
before they had Jay Bratt, this partisan operative, go to this biased judge, magistrate judge,
00:22:22.560
Bruce Reinhardt, to get this unnecessary, unlawful, unprecedented home raid?
00:22:26.800
Why did they not even cite the Presidential Records Act when they did this?
00:22:33.260
Again, we've been saying this from August, Jack.
00:22:35.800
The whole point of this raid was to get Trump's declassified crossfire hurricane records.
00:22:40.920
He was getting ready to go into a civil lawsuit versus Hillary Clinton on the Russian collusion
00:22:47.880
He had these declassified records via presidential memo the day before he left office.
00:22:52.200
These are so damning for Obama, Biden, Hillary, the FBI, the AG, the CIA.
00:22:58.000
A lot of people in the federal government would have been destroyed if these records became
00:23:07.900
And if they actually cared about our national security and espionage, why do they not care
00:23:12.480
about Biden's five sets of stolen classified records moved several times accessible by their
00:23:18.700
Chinese agent and almost certainly used by Hunter as the bad man for the Bidens to secure
00:23:23.940
millions and millions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars in corrupt Chinese, Ukrainian,
00:23:30.000
Romanian and other foreign corruption and bribery?
00:23:34.340
And they ditched that over to an IRS investigation.
00:23:42.080
They're not even they're not looking to the bribery, any public corruption investigation,
00:23:48.320
But I want to ask you that about that as well, because, you know, I heard as well through
00:23:52.600
my own sources at the time that this was all about crossfire hurricane.
00:23:57.280
And that's something that's now been completely reported.
00:23:59.680
We were certainly one of the first here at human events.
00:24:02.840
Obviously, you were also one of the first on this at War Room and everywhere else at Article
00:24:08.820
Those crossfire hurricane documents, though, as far as we know, have not actually been recovered
00:24:20.880
Well, maybe they just grabbed the documents and they didn't put them in the inventory when
00:24:25.400
That could be because remember back, I think it was like August 18th of 2022.
00:24:30.240
Bill Arkin, I think it was at Newsweek, reported a leak from the Biden Justice Department that
00:24:35.700
that was the intent of the raid was to get back the crossfire hurricane documents.
00:24:43.080
And so this this becomes an interesting question, because if you notice that that was all the
00:24:48.420
rage when this thing first happened, everybody was talking about it and made it to Newsweek.
00:24:53.060
Then suddenly we start hearing us about nuclear facilities.
00:24:58.820
Then, of course, the Iran map is essentially mentioned in the in the Jack Smith indictment.
00:25:05.400
But if you dig through, CBS is reporting out now that they never recovered any Iran memo.
00:25:10.880
And it is not one of the 31 counts of retention of NDI that he's even being charged with.
00:25:17.300
So this whole thing about the tape and Trump was waving the documents back and forth, it
00:25:21.840
seems like it's becoming more likely that what he was actually holding was a copy of
00:25:26.780
The New Yorker from that week where General Milley had leaked information.
00:25:31.640
And when he's talking about leaking and highly classified and secret, he's just referring to
00:25:37.040
what Milley had done a few days prior, five days prior in the pages of The New Yorker.
00:25:44.760
Remember, Jack Smith is the Democrat prosecutor that Democrat attorneys general bring in to
00:25:51.280
take out Republican presidential candidates like Jack Smith did for potential Republican
00:25:57.520
presidential candidate, Virginia Governor Bob McDonald.
00:26:00.120
Back in 2012, Jack Smith brought a bogus corruption charge against him, took him out as a presidential
00:26:06.720
The Supreme Court later in 2000, I think it was 15, ruled unanimously eight to nothing.
00:26:16.640
It was eight to nothing that that Jack Smith's legal theory was completely bogus.
00:26:22.040
It is hard to get overturned by the Supreme Court on a criminal conviction.
00:26:31.680
Jack Smith is a political scud missile to take out Republican presidential candidates because
00:26:56.400
I remember when you first started coming on War Room.
00:26:58.860
And now it's like every time I turn around, you're cutting another promo.
00:27:04.220
So it's article3project.org, article3project.org, at article3project.org, at article3project,
00:27:09.540
on gettertwittertruth, and at M-R-D-D-M-I-A is my personal.
00:27:19.500
He's in Denver right now, but he's got that D.C. stink on him.
00:27:25.820
He knows where the crocodiles are, the swamp creatures, because he's done battle with every
00:27:32.200
Well, stay tuned because we're switching gears.
00:27:34.260
We go from Washington, D.C. all the way over to Ukraine.
00:27:38.320
And Judge Napolitano joins us next for an update on what was going on with the affair
00:27:44.920
I'm buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.
00:27:51.000
I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

I'm very excited to welcome back to the program Judge Andrew Napolitano.
00:28:46.620
Judge, thank you so much for taking time to join us here at Human Events.
00:28:49.840
It's always a pleasure to be on with you, Jack.
00:28:54.760
Well, I don't know if you've seen, but the neocons over at Neocon Review, I mean National
00:28:58.860
Review, have been very, very upset with me lately.
00:29:01.160
Just really raining down on human events, so I'm sure that my Ukraine coverage may have
00:29:09.580
Before you even tell me why they're upset with you, it's a badge of courage and honor that
00:29:24.460
We're calling it Le Affaire de Pregosien, right?
00:29:27.300
The Pregosien affair, looking at everything, the ins and outs, the moves of the Wagner
00:29:35.920
And now, all of a sudden, in the midst of all of this, we just got breaking news right
00:29:41.940
before we went to air today that Mike Pence, the former vice president, now presidential
00:29:46.900
candidate, has arrived in Kiev and is meeting directly with President Zelensky.
00:29:53.800
I think this is the first time we've had a presidential candidate make a trip to Ukraine
00:30:00.720
I didn't know there were any voters in the Republican primary in Kiev.
00:30:06.000
He should spend his time in New Hampshire, where Donald Trump is beating him by 51% to 5%.
00:30:14.880
I would think that that would be a more efficient use of his time.
00:30:17.540
Look, I understand what these photo ops are worth, and I've known Mike for 30 years since
00:30:24.320
we were in radio together before he was governor of Indiana, before he was a congressman, long
00:30:33.060
I don't think he's going to be the Republican nominee, and I don't think he's going to be
00:30:40.960
I'm not so sure this will help him in New Hampshire, where he will probably be knocked
00:30:46.480
out of the box by Donald Trump's 51% and Ron DeSantis' 20%.
00:30:52.200
I mean, right now, he's neck and neck with Chris Christie for third place.
00:30:59.780
And you do also have a situation in the primary where there seem to be so many people getting
00:31:05.840
into this, and yet I'm not sure for some of these guys what lane it is that they're looking
00:31:12.500
at that they think they can grasp onto, other than potentially this idea of Trump getting
00:31:18.160
knocked out of the race due to some of these legal battles that he finds himself in.
00:31:26.360
You know, Governor Christie and I have been friends for 30 years.
00:31:30.240
Donald Trump and I have been friends for 35 years, so I know them both.
00:31:35.720
I think Governor Christie, his game plan is based on Donald Trump being disabled from
00:31:44.360
running for office because of a conviction that will cause Republicans to recoil.
00:31:50.880
Now, a conviction on the Mar-a-Lago documents case, you were just discussing this with your
00:31:55.080
previous guest, would not automatically disable him from running.
00:31:59.000
A conviction on the indictment that hasn't come yet, the January 6th indictment, that
00:32:03.700
would disable him from running because the Constitution prohibits anyone holding public
00:32:09.740
office who's been convicted of having anything to do with an insurrection.
00:32:13.580
I happen to think that the First Amendment protects what he said on January 6th, but we'll
00:32:22.400
But yes, I do believe that all of those Republicans expect him to be wounded by these indictments and
00:32:29.880
In the Republican primary, in the polls, the opposite has been the effect.
00:32:35.340
Every time he's indicted or every time there's some evidence against him, whether you believe
00:32:39.820
the evidence or not, it seems to push him up in the Republican polls.
00:32:43.760
Well, I think that does seem to be the situation as well.
00:32:51.900
Now, going over to Ukraine, though, obviously, it's an opportunity to try to burnish foreign
00:32:58.480
But at the same time, you're not getting that same sense of a call for it.
00:33:04.700
And by the way, this has been RFK Jr. has called out the war in Ukraine, the conduct of it,
00:33:10.560
as well as the, I would say, the motivations for it.
00:33:14.620
John Mearsheimer had a huge piece this week talking about how he, that everyone seems to
00:33:20.640
have these Manichean views on it, where in the West it's now become, you know, it's democracy
00:33:26.940
And at the same time, you're not hearing very many people actually discuss the prospect of
00:33:36.620
Do you think that that's something that could also play a role in this?
00:33:42.960
Well, the American government is not in favor of peace on the ground.
00:33:47.200
I am sure that President Zelensky would go to Geneva and meet with President Putin or send
00:33:53.520
their number two or number three persons, their foreign ministers or defense ministers.
00:33:58.380
But Zelensky's American masters, Victoria Zuland, Tony Blinken, Lloyd Austin, Jake Sullivan,
00:34:05.100
and to the extent he knows what's going on, the president himself simply won't allow that.
00:34:10.200
They don't have an off-ramp for this disastrous, unconstitutional, illegal, immoral war that we
00:34:18.620
My column out this morning, depending on where you get it, one title is Bloodshed and Honesty,
00:34:25.840
the other is War and Honesty, talks about how Congress cannot declare war on Russia because
00:34:31.920
Russia does not pose a military threat to the United States.
00:34:35.640
We pose more of a military threat to Russia than they do to us.
00:34:40.360
So rather than declare war, which they can't do, Congress decides to fund a war.
00:34:45.260
They haven't authorized troops, but Joe Biden and Lloyd Austin and Tony Blinken have sent
00:34:50.760
military equipment there that only Americans can operate.
00:34:56.280
Well, like Bill Clinton, it depends on what the meaning of is is.
00:34:59.800
It depends on what the meaning of troops on the ground is.
00:35:03.320
If by troops on the ground, you mean Americans wearing boots and in fatigues and a helmet and
00:35:16.560
But if by boots on the ground, you mean Americans in civilian clothes who are full-time military
00:35:21.440
operating American military equipment, pulling triggers or pressing buttons in control booths
00:35:27.460
that are sending projectiles to kill Russian Americans, then we do have troops on the ground.
00:35:32.100
And without their uniforms on, which is a violation of the Geneva Conventions,
00:35:38.820
They can be captured as spies and legally executed summarily, that is, without trial,
00:35:45.880
because they're in a war zone shooting at Russian soldiers and they don't have uniforms on.
00:35:52.780
All because Joe Biden wants to run for re-election as a wartime president.
00:35:57.600
When they start to come home in body bags, the American public will begin to pay attention.
00:36:02.320
Right now, the public is not paying attention because the media in America, not you, not
00:36:09.680
me, but most of the mainstream media, is mouthing exactly what MI6 and CIA want them to say,
00:36:17.420
which is that Putin's a monster and we have to protect Zelensky because if Zelensky falls,
00:36:28.720
That's the neocon mantra, which they have been spouting for years and years and years.
00:36:34.120
They're bitter that the Cold War has ended and they want to use Ukraine as a battering ram.
00:36:41.360
They think somehow they can drive Vladimir Putin from office.
00:36:46.500
And when Yevgeny Purgosian knew that he was about to be slaughtered by 10,000 Russian troops
00:36:55.080
Judge, we're coming up on a quick break, and I think that's exactly right.
00:37:05.520
This was a this was part of a thing that Putin was behind.
00:37:11.520
I think this is about the regime change in Russia.
00:37:14.240
I think that's exactly what they are trying to push their judge.
00:37:18.420
Andrew Napolitano, thank you so much for joining us here.
00:37:23.080
Well, they can watch my YouTube, which is Judging Freedom at YouTube.
00:37:29.880
We're about four million, four million views a week.
00:37:43.240
When I grew up in the hood, I rolled with bloods and them boys had a saying.
00:37:50.820
You can't be listening to all that slappy whack trimatozolitzabam ship, nippy bam bam, like human events with Jack Posobiec.
00:38:01.920
Now, we played at the beginning of the show today, Mel Gibson and his urging of Americans and everyone to go and see the sound of freedom.
00:38:14.920
This movie that we're partnering with, Angel Studios, go to angel.com slash human events.
00:38:23.820
So what it means is that you need to go and buy more tickets than you need.
00:38:28.520
Buy tickets for people that might not otherwise see it.
00:38:32.240
Buy tickets to get passes for your friends so that they can see it.
00:38:35.000
Remember, this is going to be released on July 4th, and I'm saying it right now.
00:38:38.600
Don't go and spend money to this woke piece of crap Indiana Jones movie that Disney is pushing, where they're gender swapping everything, where they're making Indiana Jones look like he's a bumbling fool, where he's going to be dodding around Harrison Ford.
00:38:58.140
Put your money into something real, and that's called sound of freedom.
00:39:06.080
I sat there with Caviezel, with Ballard, with Eduardo, and with my wife, Tanya Tay.
00:39:13.200
And we watched every second of it, and it was so bad I was holding my rosary throughout the film itself.
00:39:22.680
So then Caviezel comes out and says, one of the reasons that they push conflict, one of the reasons that they do this is for organ harvesting, and it's something they're doing in Ukraine.
00:39:39.080
We'll look at the story that we reported here at humanevents.com yesterday.
00:39:43.220
A charity worker has been detained in Ukraine after he was caught trying to buy an 11-month-old baby from his mother and sell the child abroad.
00:39:53.840
The 43-year-old man was detained after allegedly giving a $1,000 down payment to the boy's mother, claiming that he would ensure a family in Europe would adopt him away to live away from the war in Ukraine.
00:40:08.360
The woman, you know, she was offered $5,000 for the charge, said it was an adoption fee.
00:40:15.260
He said, I'm going to give you $1,000 cash, U.S. dollars in cash.
00:40:23.500
He takes the kid, this little boy, this little blonde-haired baby boy that, and I saw the photos, and we dug into, this is from, this is a release from the National Police of Ukraine.
00:40:37.580
And I got to say, he looks just like my little two-year-old.
00:40:50.340
They target women that are in crisis situations.
00:40:59.340
I've been to those train stations, all right, coming out of Odessa, seeing the family, seeing the kids.
00:41:05.500
You get off the train, you get a bunch of kiosks, you get a bunch of taxis, charity workers, you don't know what's going on.
00:41:13.980
You have no idea where you're going to sleep under your head.
00:41:16.280
You don't know where you're going to get your next meal.
00:41:21.580
And you have no clue what's going to happen to your kid.
00:41:25.640
And by the way, dad is stuck back home, is stuck fighting.
00:41:29.700
He's getting sent to the front lines in the latest mobilization because of the martial law.
00:41:33.020
And then along comes a guy with $1,000 in U.S. dollars, greenbacks, saying, hey, I'm here to help.
00:41:47.660
And it said in that article, it said in that article that the reason they were targeting this guy,
00:41:56.420
We don't know if it was a wife, girlfriend, sister, etc.
00:41:58.300
The boy was rescued, but the man is suspected to have sold three other children under the same pretext.
00:42:08.220
They were looking for parents who are ready to sell their children for organs.
00:42:12.920
Law enforcement officers, you have to go to humanevents.com and see this story.
00:42:16.860
Law enforcement officers have operational information that this was not for adoption to the EU,
00:42:21.840
that the child would have been sold on to illegal organ transplanters.
00:42:28.300
The organizations have seen teams and couples working together to lure Ukrainian refugees traveling to the border,
00:42:45.340
And do you understand, Interpol, by the way, has had tons of reports on this.
00:42:51.980
Organized criminal groups are known to be trafficking in human beings for organ removal.
00:42:56.940
A wide spectrum of actors involved in organ trafficking in North and West Africa, in many countries, notably in Asia and the Middle East.
00:43:06.020
Trafficking in human organs is done through a framework of complex networks due to the medical skills required,
00:43:12.800
the logistics, health care facilities, the vulnerable communities.
00:43:16.580
They specifically talk about, they specifically talk about this as targeting the Black Sea region.
00:43:26.140
Trafficking in humans for organ removal is not a new phenomenon.
00:43:29.740
It is underreported due to the clandestine nature of the crime combined with the lack of awareness by law enforcement agencies
00:43:35.500
and the deficiency of information sharing channels between the medical and police sectors.
00:43:42.100
That is straight from Interpol saying that this has been going on around the world.
00:43:52.900
And you mean to tell me for a second that you got Mike Pence over there saying we got to continue the war.
00:44:02.460
You got Joe Biden over there saying we got to keep going.
00:44:06.880
But when this is what's happening on the back end, look, I'm not saying that Mike Pence is complicit in this.
00:44:15.400
These are some of the most disgusting and sick, depraved, evil demons that walk the face of the earth.
00:44:25.180
And if you believe for a second that anyone could do something like that to a child like this
00:44:29.320
and is not being influenced or completely controlled by demonic activity,
00:44:49.240
And we know what will happen to them in the end.
00:44:52.020
But the real question is how much hate, how much evil that they can spread
00:44:58.700
and how many children they get sucked up into their evil web.
00:45:27.880
Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
