00:08:41.720 Darren, you've been slicing and dicing this indictment of President Trump, the latest one out of Jack Smith.

00:08:50.820 And you laid out your theory of the case that what's really going on here is that the federal government is setting themselves up not only as the arbiter of truth through the disinformation censorship complex, but also now through the courtrooms by doing this through the judicial system.

00:09:10.780 Essentially setting up an entire edifice whereby if you disagree with them, you won't just get banned online.

00:09:20.060 This isn't just the FBI and Elvis Chan lying, by the way, to Jim Jordan and the Weaponization Committee, though that's an arm of it, about the Hunter Biden laptop suppression.

00:09:28.560 It's also essentially criminalizing dissent if we allow this to continue.

00:09:35.300 Is that basically what your theory is?

00:09:38.000 Yes, and really it's not a theory.

00:09:42.460 It's an obvious conclusion from a careful look at the charging documents, not only against Trump, but as people will see when they go to revolver.news and read the whole piece, which is right on top.

00:09:55.660 It's also reflected on the civil side in none other than Ray Epps' lawsuit against Fox News for Tucker and me basically talking about Epps in relation to January 6th.

00:10:09.860 So just to break it down in summary, there are kind of two components here.

00:10:15.720 The first component is it's clear that the indictment against Trump here is about criminalizing his so-called election denial.

00:10:23.880 The very first paragraphs make it very plain that their real complaint with him is that he denied the official account of the 2020 election, but not only denied it, which in any context is First Amendment protected speech, or at least it should be and was until the DOJ attempted to codify the disinformation scam into criminal law.

00:10:49.220 So this should be First Amendment protected speech, no matter what, but they add something in order to have a charge of deception.

00:10:59.040 They say Trump knowingly lied.

00:11:02.120 Not only did he say what they object to, but they claim, you know, irrigating to themselves the power to read his mind effectively, which is the only way you could really say that he lied.

00:11:13.860 But they maintain he lied, but they maintain he lied.

00:11:16.140 And they say that over and over again, knowingly lied, knowingly lied, knowingly lied, which raises the question, how would they presume to know that he lied?

00:11:26.100 Well, they can't, despite what they want us to think.

00:11:29.960 They can't, you know, use Neuralink or something like that to get into his mind what he was actually thinking.

00:11:36.720 We don't have that technology, at least not yet.

00:11:39.400 Give it another five years and maybe we will.

00:11:42.520 So they have to make an inference that he's lying.

00:11:45.000 And here's where it really gets dark.

00:11:47.080 And frankly, it really gets ridiculous.

00:11:50.280 They say, basically, they can't say for sure that he lied, but they say he must be lying because he heard the correct view presented to him by authoritative voices who were, quote, in a position to know the facts.

00:12:05.680 Now, here's where it really gets amazing when I tell you who these authoritative voices are, who are so unimpeachably correct, just by definition, that for them to tell you something is tantamount to you believing it.

00:12:21.500 And if you stray away from what they told you, you must be lying because deep down, you know, they're so authoritative, they must be right.

00:12:29.500 These authoritative voices include vice president Pence, dork, loser, scum, senior leaders of the Justice Department, snakes who have been working to sabotage Trump from day one.

00:12:46.900 Director of National Intelligence, spook, fake position to begin with, Department of Homeland Security, cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency.

00:12:58.900 Now, this one is the goldmine.

00:13:00.940 This one is the goldmine.

00:13:02.140 It's one thing to invoke Pence, senior justice to people, senior Justice Department people and director of national intelligence, all worthless, all hacks, and say these people are so authoritative, you have to believe them.

00:13:17.040 Otherwise, you must be lying.

00:13:18.140 But for them to invoke the Department of Homeland Security, CISA organization, that's just been put through the ringer by the Twitter files and, in fact, has been subject to a thorough, detailed report by the House Subcommittee on Weaponization of Federal Government for knowingly violating constitutional rights,

00:13:43.600 for putting pressure on the big tech companies to censor information leading up to the election, and then covering it up, and then getting caught red-handed.

00:13:55.400 This discredited organization that was caught violating the Constitution and covering it up is cited by the DOJ as a source that's so authoritative that Trump must have believed them.

00:14:10.180 And for him to deviate from their narrative is a lie because any thinking person would simply believe them by virtue of their authority and steadfastness.

00:14:24.720 So this is quite amazing because, as I said, there's this report about CISA, but the founder of CISA, Chris Krebs, he's got a whole rap sheet when it comes to violating the First Amendment.

00:14:36.760 But one of the best ones was he doubled and tripled down on the Hunter laptop.

00:14:43.100 He maintained over and over again, this was Russian, this was Russian, this was Russian.

00:14:48.260 And then finally, when it was proved beyond any doubt that it wasn't Russian, and you mentioned Elvis Chan, these guys knew from the beginning it wasn't Russian.

00:14:55.880 But finally, when it was proved, and he couldn't even maintain publicly that it was Russian anymore, he simply said, we don't care if it's Russian.

00:15:03.940 It's still an important thing to censor the material anyway.

00:15:07.140 And this guy and this guy's organization is what the DOJ cites as the source that's so authoritative that you can't be taken seriously as few claim not to believe them because they're just the arbiters of truth.

00:15:21.480 That's what's really dangerous. First of all, they're codifying the disinformation scam into law.

00:15:27.180 You should be able to say whatever you want about the election.

00:15:29.380 But secondly, for them to claim that Trump is lying because he didn't listen to this discredited hacks and snakes in the DOJ and the three-letter agencies that have been trying to sabotage him from day one,

00:15:43.620 and now that we know a million times over have violated the Constitution in every angle imaginable,

00:15:51.540 and to not believe these people is tantamount to lying and now lying from the government's point of view is criminal in Trump's case.

00:15:59.380 And just to quickly wrap it up, we see this on the civil side too, because in Ray Epps' lawsuit against Fox,

00:16:09.780 which is really a way of going after Tucker and me, you know, after they're going to shake down Fox,

00:16:15.740 they claim that Tucker knowingly lied in his reporting on Ray Epps.

00:16:21.660 Well, how would they know that he knowingly lied?

00:16:23.480 Well, because he was told otherwise by very authoritative voices.

00:16:29.360 What were those voices?

00:16:31.880 There was a corporate hack at Fox News, but even better than that, Mr. Carlson, quote,

00:16:40.760 also ignored the findings of the January 6th committee, making clear that Epps was not working on behalf of the government.

00:16:47.900 So the January 6th committee is such an authority that for Tucker Carlson to deviate from their narrative is effectively lying from this legal point of view.

00:16:59.320 And this is the cherry on top, which is, you know, would be insulting if it weren't coming from such jokes,

00:17:07.100 Tucker acted with reckless regard for the truth by citing and amplifying the reporting of Revolver News' own Darren J. Beattie.

00:17:16.460 So known by Fox to be a discredited conspiracy theorist.

00:17:21.980 So I'm such a discredited conspiracy theorist that for Tucker to even entertain me means that Tucker's lying because I'm just off the bat,

00:17:32.220 someone who's discredited, which is, of course, ridiculous, as a lot of revolvers reporting on January 6th has been vindicated by the same hack sources that claim were conspiracy theorists.

00:17:49.820 The former head of the pipe bomb investigation has come forward and basically admitted that the entire investigation is a sham that defies any innocent explanation.
