00:00:45.760 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:48.700 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:51.440 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:00:56.020 Today is August 31st, 2023.

00:00:58.360 We're joined now with the great investigative journalist, Julie Kelly, as the breaking news

00:01:05.240 out of Washington, D.C., an organizer with the Proud Boys.

00:01:09.600 Joe Biggs has just been sentenced to 17 years by a D.C. courtroom court, D.C. judge for the

00:01:19.780 crime of seditious conspiracy.

00:01:22.560 Julie Kelly, walk us through what happened here.

00:01:24.880 So, Joe Biggs and three other members of the Proud Boys were convicted by a D.C. jury in May of seditious

00:01:32.960 conspiracy, an extremely rare offense that dates back to the Civil War.

00:01:37.540 No American has ever been convicted of seditious conspiracy before January 6th.

00:01:42.060 Nonetheless, we're talking about Washington, D.C., so anything can happen.

00:01:45.600 So, today was the first of five sentences.

00:01:49.240 One man was acquitted of seditious conspiracy.

00:01:51.680 He'll still be sentenced.

00:01:52.740 But today was Joseph Biggs, a member, leader of the Proud Boys, as you said, convicted of

00:01:59.000 seditious conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, aiding and abetting the destruction

00:02:03.560 of government property.

00:02:04.620 Judge Tim Kelly added, allowed the DOJ's domestic terror, not even domestic, terror enhancement

00:02:15.020 at sentencing, claiming that Joe Biggs' involvement in trying to shake or dismantle part of a metal

00:02:21.880 fence at the Capitol on January 6th is resulted in or equates to a crime of terrorism and added

00:02:32.560 an enhancement that could add up to 10 years in prison for what otherwise would be a low-level

00:02:37.780 misdemeanor vandalism offense, claimed that that was an act of terrorism, and that's what

00:02:45.040 contributed to this excessive sentence.

00:02:47.940 Keep in mind, Jack, the DOJ wanted 33 years in prison for Joe Biggs, not only adding domestic

00:02:54.400 terror or a terror enhancement for the fence incident, but also his convictions of obstruction

00:02:59.860 of an official proceeding, conspiracy, etc.

00:03:03.480 Judge Tim Kelly, a Trump-appointed, allegedly conservative judge, that's what happened in

00:03:08.920 this courtroom this afternoon.

00:03:11.760 So, walk me through the theory of the case here, and we have three minutes, we'll take

00:03:15.340 a break, and then we have a longer segment.

00:03:17.040 But how is, he pushed over a fence, he destroyed a fence, how does that equal terrorism?

00:03:22.940 Well, he didn't even push over the fence, and there were multiple people at this police

00:03:28.500 line on the west side of the Capitol who were shaking these temporary metal barriers that

00:03:33.580 had been erected, really, for the inauguration.

00:03:35.780 They call them the bike fences.

00:03:38.680 Exactly.

00:03:39.320 So, they're temporary fences, right?

00:03:41.380 It's not like a permanent structure.

00:03:43.300 It's not a statue.

00:03:45.200 So, but because it fits this very vague definition part of the terrorism statute saying, well,

00:03:53.700 this is government property.

00:03:54.900 If you destroy or vandalize it, that's part of, that could be considered an act of terrorism.

00:04:01.140 Now, I'm sure the people who wrote that statute didn't think that, you know, 20 years later,

00:04:05.640 30 years later, it would be applied to someone shaking a fence outside of the Capitol.

00:04:09.280 But that's exactly where we are as the COJ and federal judges, Trump-appointed, Obama-appointed,

00:04:15.640 turn low-level offenses and nonviolent offenses like obstruction into crimes, federal crimes

00:04:22.120 of terrorism.

00:04:24.200 A federal crime of terrorism.

00:04:27.700 And look, I was there on January 6th.

00:04:29.660 I remember seeing the bike fences.

00:04:31.680 They were not part of a government facility.

00:04:33.840 They were not part of anything that anyone would consider a government facility.

00:04:37.140 And by the way, those temporary fences, fencing, weren't even at the Capitol itself.

00:04:44.260 They were way ahead, just on the lawn, basically just on the grounds.

00:04:49.800 Well, this was actually near the West Terrace.

00:04:53.080 So this allegedly, these temporary fencing had been erected for the inauguration, which

00:04:58.060 is strange because no one, you know, with COVID still.

00:05:00.460 So, but nonetheless, they were temporary fencing with a few Capitol Police officers behind that

00:05:06.800 fence.

00:05:08.020 And as I said, you know, Joe Biggs was there.

00:05:10.640 He was at the line.

00:05:11.480 He was shaking the fence a little bit with Ethan Dordine.

00:05:13.740 But now he is considered a terrorist.

00:05:18.360 A domestic terrorist, a guy who's a combat veteran, a guy who had worked as a reporter

00:05:24.600 for a long time, is featured in documentaries, well-known documentaries for Serving Our Country,

00:05:31.380 is given 17 years.

00:05:33.560 This is a joke. 0.97

00:05:34.860 This is ridiculous. 0.94

00:05:36.080 We're coming up on a break. 0.73

00:05:36.960 But we're talking now here to Julie Kelly, investigative journalist.

00:05:40.320 We're telling the truth about what happened in a D.C. courtroom to Americans for exercising

00:05:48.520 their rights to protest, some of which then did conduct activity, which would be considered

00:05:54.340 normally a misdemeanor.

00:05:55.600 But these judges have decided to go further than ever before inside the United States,

00:06:02.420 sentencing people using terrorism enhancements for shaking a bike rack at the Capitol on

00:06:09.180 January 6th.

00:06:10.100 Joe Biggs, now sentenced to 17 years in federal prison.

00:06:15.540 And don't think for a second that they don't want to do this to Trump and every single one

00:06:20.060 of us.

00:06:20.460 Stay right there.

00:06:21.320 You won't get this anywhere else.

00:06:26.660 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events and

00:06:31.260 the work that we do is subscribing to us on our Rumble channel.

00:06:35.880 Make sure you're subscribed.

00:06:37.060 You hit the notifications so you'll never miss a clip.

00:06:40.000 You'll never miss a new live episode.

00:06:42.340 And we're putting them out every single day of the week.

00:06:45.220 I grew up in the hood.

00:06:46.200 I rolled with bloods.

00:06:47.820 And them boys had a saying.

00:06:49.960 You can't be listening to all that slappy whack, trim out his outlet, it's a bam ship, 1.00

00:06:54.160 nippy bam bam, like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:06:57.420 Jack Posobiec, back here, investigative journalist Julie Kelly on Human Events.

00:07:04.300 Julie, I was riveted to your Twitter page, your live tweeting, essentially, of these trials

00:07:11.500 and this insanity that was going on in the D.C. courthouse.

00:07:14.880 I've been to some pretty disgusting trials at the D.C. courthouse.

00:07:18.660 I don't think I've seen anything as bad as this.

00:07:21.500 Walk us through some of the abject insanity that you saw, but at the same time, there

00:07:28.560 seemed to be bringing up, and you notice this again and again, they keep bringing up the

00:07:33.100 name Donald Trump again and again in connection to seditious conspiracy.

00:07:38.540 What went down?

00:07:40.300 So you're right.

00:07:41.360 So Judge Tim Kelly brought up Donald Trump's name.

00:07:44.960 Donald Trump, the man who appointed him to the federal bench in 2017, brought up his name

00:07:50.560 repeatedly in a pre-sentencing hearing on Tuesday.

00:07:55.820 The government, this DOJ, has basically said, not basically said, has said that the alleged

00:08:01.520 conspiracy, this seditious conspiracy, began on December 19th, 2020.

00:08:07.400 And that's not an accident, Jack.

00:08:09.220 That was the day that Donald Trump sent that tweet, come to Washington on January 6th, will

00:08:15.180 be wild.

00:08:16.460 Their reaction to that in private group chats then, the government says, the DOJ says, and

00:08:22.040 obviously Judge Tim Kelly agreed with, that initiated the plan to conspire to, quote unquote,

00:08:28.900 attack the Capitol.

00:08:30.620 So he brought up, and Donald Trump's name came up again today.

00:08:34.480 So by, here, I'm at the airport, by Judge Kelly again, noting that tweet and noting that

00:08:42.900 Donald Trump was responsible for prompting the Proud Boys to conspire to, what, overthrow

00:08:49.900 the government on January 6th.

00:08:51.480 So what you're saying is they're essentially, and if I can summarize for a second, what you're

00:08:59.200 basically trying to say is they're trying to claim that Trump's tweet, his tweet about

00:09:06.580 coming to D.C. for the protest was essentially, by the way, and I'm just going to say it, this

00:09:11.800 is the same exact logic that we saw from Fannie Willis in connecting this series of unrelated

00:09:17.420 efforts and actions into a grand sweeping conspiracy.

00:09:22.220 What you're saying is these judges, even some of which are Trump appointed, are doing the exact

00:09:27.400 same thing with his tweet in connecting them, these Proud Boys members, in a wide-reaching,

00:09:34.580 you know, spiderweb conspiracy to Donald Trump's Twitter.

00:09:38.320 Well, they actually, the Department of Justice and judges like Tim Kelly, actually go back

00:09:44.340 even further, citing Donald Trump's offhanded remark in the September 2020 presidential

00:09:50.040 debate when, after being prompted by Joe Biden twice, said, Proud Boys, stand back and stand

00:09:57.440 by.

00:09:58.180 What prosecutors have said and judges have basically endorsed is that was a call to action.

00:10:03.680 It was a call to arms that that was supposed to prompt all sorts of recruitment for the

00:10:10.060 Proud Boys, but Donald Trump said that from the debate stage.

00:10:13.660 So this has extensive ties to Donald Trump, and now we have the imprimatur of, you know,

00:10:20.860 a minor vandalism act being considered a terrorism act and stretching that, connecting that back

00:10:29.300 to Donald Trump.

00:10:30.160 That's why I don't think, Jack, that Jack Smith is done with Donald Trump related to January

00:10:35.300 6th, because these sentences, what these judges are saying, whether it's Tim Kelly appointed

00:10:40.560 by Trump, Ahmet Maida appointed by Barack Obama, they are the ones that are putting this terrorism

00:10:46.980 imprimatur on minor acts, non-violent acts, but eventually connecting an all-ex Donald Trump.

00:10:54.420 And so this is what you've said before, your theory has been all long, that it seems as

00:11:02.020 though Jack Smith, and it would seem that the DOJ obviously has caught wind of what he's

00:11:07.520 working on, what he's cooking up over there, that in the special counsel's investigations,

00:11:12.200 particularly the DC one, which of course is happening in the same building, by the way,

00:11:16.280 people understand how the geography of DC is the same building where all of this is going

00:11:20.580 on, there's another grand jury that could potentially be looking at what you've said before, a superseding

00:11:26.720 indictment.

00:11:28.020 Do you still think that it would be a seditious conspiracy charge to Donald Trump?

00:11:33.720 I believe that that is still possible.

00:11:36.000 The DC, the grand jury impaneled in DC for January 6th is still working.

00:11:40.780 That's my understanding from a source today.

00:11:42.760 You have to remember there's six unindicted co-conspirators in Jack Smith's original

00:11:48.820 indictment, which includes, you know, the same people in Fannie Willis' indictment, Rudy Giuliani,

00:11:54.140 John Eastman, Jeff Clark, Sidney Powell.

00:11:56.540 So they have yet to charge them.

00:11:58.680 So it's very possible Jack Smith will charge those individuals separately and then do what's

00:12:03.760 called a superseding indictment, which is to combine defendants, combine charges, add charges.

00:12:09.980 You know, he could bring seditious conspiracy charges against John Eastman, Jeff Clark, Rudy Giuliani,

00:12:17.320 Sidney Powell, and then that would sort of be the launching pad to do the same to Trump.

00:12:23.580 I just can't believe that after all this time and money and publicity that Jack Smith is just going

00:12:28.780 to walk away with a four-count indictment or four-count conviction on obstruction of an official

00:12:35.200 proceeding opposed to Enron law and three, you know, random conspiracy counts.

00:12:39.980 I just don't believe that that is his long-term, short-term plan.

00:12:44.980 Well, and we look at what the case has shown down in Georgia, and I'm going to go back to this again,

00:12:51.300 because in her RICO indictment, she also alleged this conspiracy.

00:12:57.020 Many of the actions would overlap, and I'm sure I've heard this, I'm sure you've heard

00:13:01.200 it as well, that there has been coordination between the office of Fannie Willis and the

00:13:06.780 investigation of Jack Smith.

00:13:08.480 Do you think then that perhaps this RICO case could be part of a roadmap into where the grand

00:13:15.040 jury is going in D.C.?

00:13:16.020 I mean, it could be, but, you know, because obviously they were working at the same time

00:13:22.900 Fannie Willis launched her investigation into Trump in February of 2021.

00:13:27.880 So I don't know if there was any collaboration between Fannie Smith and DOJ and then with Jack

00:13:34.840 Smith when he was appointed in November of 2022.

00:13:37.240 You'll recall when she was asked at her near midnight press conference after her indictment

00:13:43.120 whether there had been collaboration or communication between her office and Jack Smith, and she

00:13:48.920 refused to answer the question.

00:13:51.400 But look, part of my argument is Fannie Willis has kind of upstaged all of the other indictments,

00:13:57.740 including the classified documents, and now January 6th.

00:14:00.800 She got the big, needy, you know, 90-plus page indictment.

00:14:04.480 She has all the bad guys tied to Trump world, including Donald Trump himself.

00:14:09.560 So that's why, you know, I doubt that they're necessarily collaborating.

00:14:15.840 But, you know, she took a lot of stuff from the J6 report, so to Jack Smith.

00:14:20.120 That really is the roadmap, and that was the whole point of that committee, was to get all

00:14:24.780 of the witness transcripts, to collect all the information.

00:14:27.920 We now know that some of the material has been destroyed or is missing.

00:14:31.500 We know that certain transcripts have not been made publicly available.

00:14:34.880 All of that now is in hand to Jack Smith.

00:14:36.780 So I think that was more of the roadmap than anything else.

00:14:41.320 Julie, what should Republicans be doing when they're faced with this situation, when they're

00:14:46.920 seeing this, as you can see it coming, you know, right down the pike, as they say, why 0.89

00:14:54.000 does it seem like Republicans are in passive receive mode on this?

00:14:57.340 Because they are, because they don't know, they don't understand the gravity of what's

00:15:03.640 happening in these courtrooms.

00:15:06.180 They don't understand the precedent that is being set now, not just things like rattling

00:15:12.000 a metal fence on federal property, but obstruction and making up these crazy conspiracy schemes

00:15:19.180 and turning them into federal crimes punishable by 20 years in prison.

00:15:22.960 They just, they're not paying attention.

00:15:25.560 I understand the Hunter Biden and the Joe Biden and all.

00:15:28.400 I get that that's very important.

00:15:30.440 But look, at the end of the day, unfortunately, we know that's not going anywhere.

00:15:34.240 What they need to do right now is look at what's happening in these courts.

00:15:37.900 They need to call these judges in front of a public hearing, not transcribed interview.

00:15:42.560 They do have oversight capacity of the judicial branch.

00:15:46.100 I can't even tell you the last time a federal judge was impeached.

00:15:49.040 And maybe they don't have enough justification to impeach them, but they certainly can call

00:15:53.680 them to account and have them explain to the American people the decisions that they are

00:15:57.940 making basically behind closed doors.

00:16:00.160 Remember, there's no cameras in these courtrooms.

00:16:02.920 When I first started covering all of this, I could call into a public access line because

00:16:07.760 of COVID.

00:16:08.300 They shut all of that down.

00:16:09.860 Unless you travel to Washington, D.C. and you go in these courtrooms, no one is saying

00:16:14.840 what these judges and prosecutors are doing and saying.

00:16:17.400 So I think the House GOP should confront them publicly, televised hearings, and have Judge

00:16:24.300 Tim Kelly, Ahmet Maida, Beryl Howell, et cetera, explain their rulings, their pretrial detention.

00:16:30.640 You say Joe Biggs, 17 years in prison.

00:16:32.460 He's already been in jail for 30 months.

00:16:34.900 He's been denied relief since his arrest in January of 2021.

00:16:38.660 These are political prisoners.

00:16:40.300 And these judges, at the end of the day, are the ones responsible for holding them as

00:16:45.280 political prisoners and treating them the way that they have been.

00:16:51.420 Well, I think that's exactly right.

00:16:53.240 Julie, I know you have to run in a second here.

00:16:55.440 Tell us, just in bottom line, how should people be thinking about this when they look at these

00:17:01.700 cases?

00:17:02.460 More sentences will be coming.

00:17:04.240 And then let us know where people can go to follow all your work.

00:17:06.640 I mean, all I say to people is pressure your representative, Republican representative in

00:17:13.240 Congress to pay attention to this and figure out legislatively if there is any remedy.

00:17:18.700 That's about all we can do right now.

00:17:20.640 I think it's falling on deaf ears, but if you want to try something, that's about all we've got.

00:17:25.820 So people can find me at my subset, beclassified with Julie Kelly, Twitter, Julie underscore

00:17:32.100 Kelly, to Truth Social, Julie underscore Kelly.

00:17:35.260 As you guys know, I post a lot of motions, court transcripts and breaking news.

00:17:38.980 So that's where people can find it.

00:17:41.380 Oh, it's absolutely the best place.

00:17:43.780 It's like having a Patriots window directly into the D.C. docket.

00:17:49.080 Julie Kelly, God bless you for doing the yeoman's work on this.

00:17:52.300 God bless you for taking the time literally as you're boarding a plane to be with us here

00:17:56.580 and to inform the human events audience today.

00:18:00.340 Well, you're the best, Jack.

00:18:01.440 Thanks for covering all my work from the beginning.

00:18:03.360 I really, really am grateful.

00:18:04.920 And so are all the people involved in this.

00:18:07.420 Very grateful for your coverage and your attention.

00:18:10.780 Now, of course, Julie Kelly doing some of the most important work out there, not only on

00:18:15.620 this, but even prior to that, on the Never Trump movement, which we'll be talking about

00:18:19.700 in the future here.

00:18:21.140 But folks, this is more important than those early battles.

00:18:25.160 This is the battle for the republic itself.

00:18:28.660 Do you want to restore the republic?

00:18:31.400 Do you want to institute a new American republic?

00:18:34.860 We must face the overstate as it is. 0.60

00:18:37.520 And Julie Kelly knows it better than anyone else.

00:18:40.180 I'm going to talk about influences.

00:18:45.960 These are influences.

00:18:47.880 And they're friends of mine.

00:18:50.200 Jack Prasovic.

00:18:51.700 Where's Jack?

00:18:52.700 Jack?

00:18:53.620 He's done a great job.

00:18:55.080 Folks, are you sick and tired of the web of lies being spun by the Biden administration,

00:20:49.340 All right, folks, we had Julie Kelly originally on. 1.00

00:20:53.240 We didn't get to do the cold open yet.

00:20:54.820 So, folks, here it is.

00:20:56.420 The left-wing lunatics are trying very hard to bring back COVID lockdowns and mandates

00:21:01.720 with all of their sudden fear-mongering. 0.83

00:21:05.180 We will not let it happen.

00:21:07.420 When I'm back in the White House, I will use every available authority to cut federal funding

00:21:11.880 to any school, college, airline, or public transportation system

00:21:15.880 that imposes a mask mandate or a vaccine mandate.

00:21:20.260 Over 100 days ago, Joe Biden promised that he would visit East Palestine,

00:21:23.400 and he has broken that promise, refused to visit.

00:21:26.240 And more importantly, Sean, he has refused to actually employ the services of his government

00:21:31.360 to help the people of East Palestine.

00:21:33.160 Donald Trump showed up in East Palestine, and Joe Biden never did,

00:21:37.020 and he hasn't shown up anywhere else either.

00:21:38.780 Well, I welcome a federal response in Maui.

00:21:42.020 I think that they should go out and talk to every elected official.

00:21:46.320 The president reacted in record time when it came to dealing with the wildfires,

00:21:51.520 when it came to dealing and making sure that they got everything that they need on the federal level

00:21:55.780 to deal with what was going on on the ground.

00:21:57.740 So your question is wrong.

00:22:00.280 It's flawed in many, many ways.

00:22:02.240 What we saw with this storm, as we have seen with several of our hurricanes over the last few years,

00:22:07.240 is that they are intensifying more rapidly due to the elevated heat of the water temperature in the Gulf.

00:22:13.760 I let each governor I spoke with know, if there's anything, anything the states need right now,

00:22:20.500 I'm ready to mobilize that support.

00:22:22.660 I don't think anybody can deny the impact of the climate crisis anymore.

00:22:26.940 There will be a hot war between the United States and Russia in the next year.

00:22:31.560 But I think as a political matter, they need to declare war footing in order to assume war powers in order to win.

00:22:39.540 All right, folks.

00:22:42.140 So there's Tucker Carlson in an interview with Adam Carolla,

00:22:47.860 saying that he predicts that within a year, we will be in a hot war with Russia,

00:22:55.260 not because it's in America's strategic interest,

00:22:58.200 but because it's in the strategic interest of the overstate,

00:23:02.160 the strategic interest of the powers that be to maintain total control over us

00:23:10.300 and total control over our country.

00:23:13.760 Tucker even went so far as to say that they would do so in order to enact war powers

00:23:18.940 and essentially cancel the 2024 election.

00:23:22.800 I threw up a tweet yesterday that, as of right now, 2.5 million impressions on Twitter.

00:23:30.300 We have it right here.

00:23:32.240 I wrote, they'd launch America into war with Russia just to get rid of military-age American males 1.00

00:23:38.020 who are more likely to support Trump.

00:23:42.120 Now, what do you think, folks?

00:23:44.000 Does it make sense?

00:23:45.540 Do you buy it?

00:23:46.760 Do you think that's crazy?

00:23:47.860 Well, let me tell you what happened with this tweet.

00:23:49.740 Because I posted it yesterday, and the neocons lost their ever-loving minds.

00:23:56.440 They freaked out.

00:23:57.840 They went nuts.

00:23:59.200 Why?

00:24:00.300 Because they have devoted their entire lives to the furtherance of the overstate's ability

00:24:07.900 to wage war overseas.

00:24:09.860 They came at me with, oh, don't you care about this human rights abuse somewhere in the world?

00:24:14.220 Don't you care about this thing that doesn't affect Americans directly?

00:24:16.680 What about this?

00:24:17.280 What about that?

00:24:18.460 I said, guys, I was one of you.

00:24:23.100 I've gone to your conferences.

00:24:24.660 I've gone to your schools.

00:24:25.880 I've worn your uniform.

00:24:29.420 I've been on your deployments.

00:24:31.720 I understand what it's like when you're inside the system.

00:24:36.540 But let me tell you something.

00:24:37.860 The overstate doesn't care about our children.

00:24:43.600 They never did.

00:24:45.100 They don't care if the people you love are in a trench fighting a war that can't be won,

00:24:51.440 thousands of miles away from home, a lifetime away from peace and real freedom.

00:24:57.880 To them, you are just a cog in the machine, a cog in the machine that they own.

00:25:06.880 And if you can't see that in every neocon war room, every liberal think tank that hasn't thrown

00:25:13.160 this idea against the wall as a break glass in case of emergency scenario, then you're part of

00:25:19.720 the problem.

00:25:20.140 They will do this.

00:25:23.520 They would do this.

00:25:25.000 Why do you have a guy like Tucker Carlson coming out and saying this now?

00:25:29.120 Why do you have a regime that's doing everything they can?

00:25:32.020 I've got the mugshot right here.

00:25:33.280 I've got the mugshot right here.

00:25:34.820 You see that?

00:25:35.900 I've got the mugshot right here.

00:25:38.140 Why are they doing everything they can to stop the one man who stood in their way?

00:25:45.320 Because there's one path.

00:25:47.400 There's one path to peace.

00:25:49.640 And the overstate is terrified of him and the voices of the people he speaks for.

00:25:58.180 You cannot let them erase you.

00:26:01.420 You cannot let them shut you down silently and go into that cold night.

00:26:11.600 The war is not meant to be won.

00:26:14.700 The war is meant to be continuous. 0.82

00:26:17.500 They don't care about spreading democracy and they sure don't care about protecting freedom.

00:26:25.480 I think we figured that out at this point.

00:26:28.480 They're in survival mode.

00:26:30.860 They are the beast falling down the pit on the way to the abyss and oblivion.

00:26:36.060 And they're trying to make sure that you and your family and your children get there before they do.

00:26:44.040 Look at the United States right now.

00:26:45.500 We are like the Soviet Union in its final years, decrepit leaders, people who can barely stand up, people who can't even tell what room they're in. 0.98

00:26:57.740 And yet you do see this on both sides of the aisle, pushing insane ideologies on their own people, demanding that these ideologies be upheld overseas and having the military ability to push for it at the same time.

00:27:19.080 Folks, we saw what happened to the Soviet Union, this could be us, the Constitution was shredded years ago and conservatives didn't conserve it.

00:27:34.760 They didn't.

00:27:35.760 They didn't.

00:27:36.760 And that's why the new right is here now.

00:27:40.020 The left was more than happy to create the new power, to create the new structure, that which we now call the overstate.

00:27:52.260 This is the system under which we live and the people that control it, like Tucker Carlson said, that we're willing to assassinate a president of the United States, that we're willing to drive Richard Nixon out of office, that we're willing to smear, impeach, indict and perhaps even imprison Donald Trump.

00:28:18.000 But you don't think that that country wouldn't send you to die, wouldn't send you knowingly to your death for their own ends, for their own designs.

00:28:30.640 Joe Biden has millions of reasons to make sure that those files and those recordings in Ukraine never see the light of day.

00:28:42.920 He's got, shall we say, personal reasons.

00:28:48.000 But understand this, the ruling class will use Joe Biden like their own personal sock puppet to keep him up there, even in the face of what everyone knows to be true.

00:29:03.900 They know that Joe Biden isn't running the show.

00:29:07.620 Everyone knows that.

00:29:08.500 It's people like Victoria Nuland, it's people like Tony Blinken, and before them, Madeleine Albright, Hillary Clinton, these people, these globalists, Barack Obama, right?

00:29:24.980 They're the ones that have launched wars, they're the ones that have pushed regime change, they're the ones who have extended America into the empire that the overstate tries to institute today, bringing in the World Economic Forum, bringing in the WHO, forcing the United Nations to be a ridiculous joke.

00:29:47.980 Honestly, it was always kind of a ridiculous joke.

00:29:52.320 We do not have the systems and the infrastructure in place, but more to the point, we don't have time for anything else.

00:30:01.000 Anyway, folks, as we go, I want to let you out on a little high note here, because this week I was the featured guest on the new Roseanne podcast.

00:30:12.380 I want to throw that in for all of you, go make sure you check it out.

00:30:16.860 We've got a sneak peek, guys, we have a sneak peek of this.

00:30:19.320 Yes, producer Faz, get it up for us right now, sneak peek of the Roseanne podcast, and make sure you listen to it right here, Libertarian joins us in the next segment.

00:30:28.560 I'm the crypto-fascist, Mossad, CIA agent, Russian, KGB, all at once.

00:30:33.800 They threw a riot to prevent the debate.

00:30:36.000 To prevent the adjudication, to prevent the debate, to prevent it from being held in the world of the Senate.

00:30:40.800 So what actually happens, after all the dust clears, they meet later that night on January 6th, there's no debate is held, and they just ram it through.

00:30:53.380 Massive disobedience if they try to lock us down again.

00:30:56.120 Massive disobedience.

00:30:57.280 We cannot fall for false flags.

00:30:58.700 We have to mostly peaceful protest.

00:31:00.640 We cannot.

00:31:01.300 And will you please admit that you are a CIA operative before you leave?

00:31:05.900 Look, you know what they say, man.

00:31:07.440 Once you go Langley, you never go back.

00:31:10.800 You'll see the boring people at your office.

00:31:14.260 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:31:20.040 Jack Posobiec back here, live human events.

00:32:47.200 I'm going to leave it in there.

00:32:48.640 Ladies and gentlemen, we are very excited.

00:32:50.580 Someone that we've wanted to have on human events for a while, and we were working on schedules, getting things lined up.

00:32:58.100 We are here.

00:32:58.840 Josie, the red-headed libertarian, joins us now from Timcast.

00:33:03.600 Josie, thank you so much for joining us today.

00:33:05.640 Thanks so much for having me, Jack.

00:33:07.160 So you saw Tucker Carlson's interview talking about this potential for a hot war with Russia.

00:33:14.520 I've thrown out here this potential secondary goal to whittle away the potential pool of dissidents here in the United States.

00:33:24.820 Are we off?

00:33:25.900 Are we completely off our rockers on this?

00:33:28.220 Because I'll tell you something.

00:33:28.940 It's very interesting.

00:33:30.220 Neocons have been screaming at me for like the last 25 hours about this tweet. 1.00

00:33:36.920 Liberals haven't said a word because you know what?

00:33:39.380 They looked at this thing, and they winked.

00:33:41.920 They winked.

00:33:42.840 What do you think is going on?

00:33:43.920 I think that there is definitely potential for a hot war with Russia.

00:33:50.160 I believe that you're right about trying to remove dissidents.

00:33:53.820 What we're seeing happen right now, we're kind of in this communist overthrow, right?

00:33:59.700 And if anybody has ever read Karl Marx, if they've ever read the Communist Manifesto, they know that he kind of outlined how to overthrow a society in that book.

00:34:08.780 And so we said, all right, well, in order to overthrow a society, we need to overthrow the ruling class.

00:34:14.440 And the ruling class involved family, history, truth, religion, all of those things that are kind of seen as bad right now.

00:34:25.380 If you have a good family, if you're in religion, they're trying to overthrow all of that now. 0.99

00:34:29.760 And I believe that they could use something like a war with Russia to forward this kind of communist agenda that's happening right now.

00:34:37.500 Well, I think it's exactly right.

00:34:41.560 By the way, did I say right here?

00:34:43.040 It's right-headed.

00:34:43.600 Right-headed libertarian.

00:34:44.640 Gosh.

00:34:44.840 We're sitting here.

00:34:46.580 I'm looking at a million different things.

00:34:48.120 But Josie, when we're talking about a potential communist overthrow, do we really think that it's people like Joe Biden that are actually in charge of these things?

00:34:55.500 Or is he the guy who's just on TV kind of selling us this stuff?

00:34:58.860 He's our puppet.

00:34:59.940 There's no way.

00:35:00.960 There's no way that he's in charge of this stuff.

00:35:02.800 He can't lace a sentence together.

00:35:04.380 The man, there's definitely something going on there, whether it's dementia, whether it's other kind of just elderly, just being old.

00:35:12.000 There's something not right.

00:35:13.800 He's not pulling the strings.

00:35:15.220 We do have some kind of shadow government in place.

00:35:17.500 I don't know who it is.

00:35:20.020 There was all the talk about Barack Obama's third term.

00:35:23.200 Who knows?

00:35:23.700 Maybe he's pulling the strings.

00:35:25.020 I'm not sure.

00:35:25.700 But it's definitely not Joe Biden.

00:35:29.640 Now, when they talk about sedition, when they talk about the seditious conspiracy, you've got the Proud Boys.

00:35:34.840 They've all been charged and convicted with seditious conspiracy.

00:35:39.860 Joe Biggs, 17 years.

00:35:41.860 They want to put him away for the rest of his life.

00:35:45.880 They want him in there basically for the rest of his life.

00:35:49.680 Why, then, would they do that to people who, okay, admittedly, you know, they were up to mischief.

00:35:57.940 They committed trespass.

00:35:59.560 There was vandalism.

00:36:00.640 Got it.

00:36:01.320 Parading.

00:36:01.720 Why, though, go and slam them with sentences that are absolutely this long?

00:36:08.280 It's a perp walk.

00:36:12.080 So, essentially, if you look at our history, when it comes to the Civil War, for instance, the charges against the president of the Confederate States of America had all of his charges dropped.

00:36:27.960 Because no judge worth his weight would touch something like that.

00:36:32.180 Because America was founded on seditious conspiracy.

00:36:35.780 So, they wrote the four people they had, I believe, when they wrote it, you know, but I think it was more like trying to scare people away from it.

00:36:44.640 But they're actually using it, which is just, I don't even have words for it.

00:36:50.120 They, I don't have any words for it.

00:36:53.500 You actually, well, the words of it, the words of it are actually right over your shoulder there.

00:36:58.120 I can see it.

00:36:58.980 And the namesake of this show that we're on right now, when in the course of human events.

00:37:06.640 The Declaration of Independence is, by its own writ, an inherent and overt seditious conspiracy against the government.

00:37:16.900 At the time, this was the government of the British Empire.

00:37:20.640 And something that we've talked about for a long time was how back then the British Empire was essentially the global system.

00:37:28.140 This was the global world order of the time.

00:37:31.420 Of course, ruled in a very different way than the current world order.

00:37:34.520 But at the same time, it was this idea that we were a colony that was sort of one satellite state apart from the mother, you know, the mothership of London.

00:37:44.720 That's where it all came down.

00:37:46.060 Power flowed through there.

00:37:47.480 This was sort of settlement.

00:37:48.600 A, you know, they were going to see how it was, a potential investment.

00:37:52.320 There were wars.

00:37:53.340 Taxation went on top of that to fight against the Indians, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. 0.90

00:37:58.140 But when America was founded, it was founded as a nation state.

00:38:03.840 This is entirely different.

00:38:06.660 So, Josie, when we think about how these neocons will tell us about, oh, the, you know,

00:38:11.840 the people of this group in Syria or that group in Donetsk and Lugansk, what's the disconnect from actually dealing with Americans here at home?

00:38:22.040 I'm sorry, Jack.

00:38:26.440 Can you repeat that?

00:38:27.160 Oh, yeah, so sure.

00:38:29.360 So to me, it seems like there's a disconnect from the way that our country was founded as a nation state where we're directly supposed to be only beholden to our own citizens.

00:38:40.180 And yet you get these neocons up there that are constantly telling us that we need to worry about the concerns.

00:38:45.260 And look, I know there's human rights abuses.

00:38:47.120 There's always going to be terrible things going on around the world.

00:38:49.840 Go look at Africa. 0.98

00:38:50.700 They're knocking off governments left and right right now.

00:38:53.080 But at the same time, we've got problems here in our own backyard.

00:38:57.360 Yes, they are.

00:39:00.460 So under Article 4 of the U.S. Constitution, the military is only supposed to intervene when it comes to protecting the states from foreign invaders.

00:39:09.560 They're not supposed to do what they're doing now when it comes to wars in other countries.

00:39:18.120 Like, there's nothing enshrined in the Constitution about that at all.

00:39:25.140 Exactly right.

00:39:25.860 And so we have we have specific rules when it comes to the use of military force, the military operations within the United States.

00:39:34.800 Are we defending and protecting our country?

00:39:37.420 Are we defending our people or are we doing something where we've decided to go far back?

00:39:43.100 Keep in mind, people need to understand this, that all of these activities, these military operations, they're being funded and enforced under the 9-11 War Powers Act.

00:39:54.540 So because of 9-11, we've got troops in Syria because of 9-11, we've got troops all throughout Africa.

00:40:00.940 At some point, Josie, are the American people ever going to wake up and demand more from their government?

00:40:06.820 I mean, I hope so. We've done it in the past. I like to think that the blood of our founders still runs through our bodies and we're going to wake up.

00:40:19.840 But I think that the way forward ultimately is going to be with strong states, right?

00:40:24.200 So we're seeing like Florida become freer because they're putting in these kind of they're not they're not listening to the federal government.

00:40:34.300 They're kind of abiding by the 10th Amendment as opposed to listening to what the federal government said, like whether it was COVID or really anything else.

00:40:42.820 And I believe that as we move forward, we're going to see a nation of 50 separate sovereign states in the way that our founders kind of intended to when they put that failsafe in there that said,

00:40:52.700 this is what happens if you ever get another King George, you're going to be protected because of your states.

00:40:58.980 That's very interesting. So let's let's look. We're coming up on a break here.

00:41:04.880 And what guys, producers, let's work on that. I think we have a little connection snag. We'll work on that in the break.

00:41:09.600 But I want to I want to tease out this idea that you have, Josie, this this idea of 50 sovereign states moving apart.

00:41:17.900 COVID obviously being one of the major catalysts of this war. Another.

00:41:22.200 This is fascinating. And this is how America is moving.

00:41:25.680 We've talked about it before. The great exodus, the national exodus, the civil exodus, not civil war, but civil exodus.

00:41:33.580 Can it hold? Stay tuned. We're here with Redheaded Libertarian. 1.00

00:41:40.580 I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:44.960 Jack Posobiec live, Washington, D.C.

00:41:46.840 We are talking with the Redheaded Libertarian.

00:41:49.780 And really interesting segment that you are a concept that you just brought up, Josie, here in the last segment was about this idea of 50 sovereign states.

00:41:58.600 And you're right that it wasn't just one country, one federal state that was created under our Constitution.

00:42:05.000 It was an idea of this, of course, flowing through the 10th Amendment that states' rights would take primacy.

00:42:11.780 Now, though, I think there's a lot of laws that went in to change this.

00:42:14.880 I think the civil rights law, for example, was a huge erosion of states' rights, regardless of what Joy Reid and actually the one time I was on Joy Reid.

00:42:22.220 We really got into it over the Civil Rights Act, that they would have us believe.

00:42:28.720 But in a situation where the state of the states, as it were, is supposed to be like this, we're starting to see now this internal migration within the United States,

00:42:40.420 where people are moving from one area to another based largely upon politics, some of which in response to crime, but then, of course, is a political function at the same time.

00:42:50.600 So, Josie, can this be achieved?

00:42:53.480 Can a nation, a sovereign nation of 50 states be restored in America?

00:43:00.080 Absolutely.

00:43:01.480 And I know because I'm one of those people that left my state to go for your state.

00:43:06.840 It can be done.

00:43:08.160 It was scary.

00:43:09.300 I left my family, which I love very much.

00:43:11.960 They're all up in Massachusetts, but it was best for my children to be in Florida.

00:43:17.700 And they're thriving here.

00:43:18.920 And, you know, and that's what I tell people.

00:43:23.540 I'm like, if you feel like it can't be done or you're trying to making excuses for why it can't be done or why you can't move,

00:43:29.860 just put all that aside and just do it because you could be saving your child's life.

00:43:32.840 You don't know.

00:43:33.440 But I feel like a lot of parents are waking up to this and they're moving away from states that maybe don't have their child's best interest at heart, whether it's the trans agenda or the pornography in the schools or, you know, just the equity as opposed to meritocracies in any of these states.

00:43:55.260 And parents are really waking up to it.

00:43:57.220 I believe Florida has had a huge influx of parents like me that moved here.

00:44:03.480 And I think it was Scott Kressler, I could be wrong, who said that, you know, he does all the voting, the voting stuff and said that it was like 100 percent red votes that moved here.

00:44:15.500 So we're not getting any blue votes moving here.

00:44:17.200 So people are starting to kind of balkanize themselves, I guess, in a way and put themselves where they feel most at home.

00:44:25.740 Well, and so we called this the civil I've called this the civil exodus.

00:44:28.460 And in fact, I've called for a civil exodus.

00:44:31.960 And this, of course, is in response to what a lot of people say.

00:44:35.360 They say, oh, we need national divorce and we need to break up into two systems. 1.00

00:44:39.400 I just and I just don't think it's realistic.

00:44:41.780 Frankly, I don't think it's it would and if it ever attempted to happen, it would not be peaceful whatsoever.

00:44:49.240 But you're seeing it.

00:44:50.300 Of course, California, probably the best example that people are just leaving.

00:44:53.660 They're voting with their feet and they're coming down to areas not just in Florida, but throughout the south.

00:44:58.940 And which is funny, because if you actually look at the trajectory of California's demographics,

00:45:04.080 a lot of the people that originally moved there to California in the settlement of California was post-Civil War.

00:45:11.120 So a lot of these people actually do a couple generations back have southern roots themselves.

00:45:16.620 So this might be sort of a great sort that we're seeing.

00:45:20.360 But but Josie, what what is your take?

00:45:21.960 And I'm not going to put you on a hot seat here.

00:45:23.260 But do you think that a that a civil exodus would be preferable to a straight up national divorce?

00:45:30.580 Yes, I don't believe a national divorce is even possible.

00:45:33.120 Look at how loosely they're throwing around sedition like just anybody.

00:45:38.840 Anybody can be charged with sedition.

00:45:40.320 Now, imagine trying to divorce your entire state from the country.

00:45:44.660 So so and they're not afraid to use that because it's power.

00:45:47.960 They have power over the 50 sovereign states to an extent.

00:45:51.660 And they don't want to give up even one of those states.

00:45:53.880 So I don't believe a national divorce is possible.

00:45:57.000 I don't believe it's going to happen.

00:45:57.980 But I do believe in a civil exodus.

00:46:01.180 Absolutely.

00:46:02.340 Because we're seeing it.

00:46:03.220 We're seeing it happen now.

00:46:04.060 And we're seeing it happen peacefully.

00:46:07.880 I mean, that's exactly right.

00:46:09.280 And a huge insight, by the way, that if anyone were to actually attempt, actually attempt to enact a national divorce, this Department of Justice, look what they're doing.

00:46:21.440 Joe Biggs shaking a bite rack.

00:46:23.920 Now that's that's called terrorism.

00:46:26.520 His acts go towards the obstruction of an official proceeding.

00:46:30.480 17 years in jail.

00:46:32.100 They want Enrique Tarrio to be sent in jail for the rest of his life.

00:46:35.360 Essentially, you try to put something like a national divorce on the, you know, I guess the state legislature, the state rules anywhere, you know, at Charleston, of course, right, because South Carolina was the first one last time.

00:46:48.360 You absolutely would be charged with sedition.

00:46:52.840 I think people who are I think there's a lot of well-meaning people who, you know, who propose this national divorce thing.

00:47:01.180 But I just don't think they're maybe they're not as jaded as some of the rest of us.

00:47:06.680 But I do also notice I'm just going to throw it out there.

00:47:08.940 There's a generational divide on this where a lot of the people who seem to support national divorce fall into the Generation X category.

00:47:17.840 Am I crazy for pointing that out?

00:47:19.340 Am I crazy for noticing that, Josie?

00:47:20.720 Not at all.

00:47:22.100 It's Generation X.

00:47:23.260 It's the Xennials. 0.65

00:47:24.640 So it's people maybe our age that are kind of in between that millennial Xennial kind of divide.

00:47:29.780 Yeah.

00:47:30.960 Yeah.

00:47:31.540 And it's big in libertarian circles, too.

00:47:34.900 I'm too pragmatic for it.

00:47:36.660 I see I see what we're doing instead.

00:47:39.040 And I see that that's working.

00:47:40.520 And I think that it's very radical to say that a national divorce will happen.

00:47:44.380 But like when it comes to maybe the anarchist sect of libertarianism, they're all about it.

00:47:48.120 And, you know, it's like, OK, maybe that's an ultimate goal.

00:47:51.400 Once we've balkanized ourselves enough away from each other, maybe somebody will look at it as maybe the country will feel like we don't want to do business with this state.

00:48:00.500 Maybe it's better to not be unified in that regard.

00:48:03.900 Well, it's like it's like it's it's kind of like, you know, it's it's sort of like, you know, you're you're it's a separation, but you're still living under the same roof.

00:48:11.260 You're in different bedrooms.

00:48:12.640 Maybe you date other countries every once in a while, but you're staying together for the stake of New England, really, for the sake of New England.

00:48:21.100 And some of the other the other little kid for Guam for Puerto Rico.

00:48:24.200 You've got to stay together because these places will be completely overrun by the Chinese and the Russians if we don't the redheaded libertarian. 0.99

00:48:30.300 Tell us where can people go to follow you, follow your work?

00:48:33.680 Absolutely.

00:48:34.660 You can find me on X, the old Twitter at T-R-H-L.

00:48:39.880 Old Twitter.

00:48:41.240 Old Twitter.

00:48:42.660 Or you can or definitely go over to TimCast.com and subscribe over there to help support our work.

00:48:50.720 And those are really the two places to find me.

00:48:52.520 All right, Josie, thank you so much for coming on enlightening discussion.

00:48:57.040 Folks, do we really think that they would just let us go when you're looking at people being sentenced to 17 years, another who's facing life in prison for shaking a bike rack, people who weren't even there understand what time it is.

00:49:14.040 Understand what Julie Kelly is walking through.

00:49:17.480 The overstate is coming for you.

00:49:20.740 They're coming for your family.

00:49:21.940 They will come for your children.

00:49:24.420 The only way out is through.

00:49:28.360 The only way out is to defeat them with its total victory or total annihilation.

00:49:35.000 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay a short.
