Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 627： SATAN TOPPLED IN IOWA

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, we know Christmas is coming, but before Christmas, the gathering

00:00:07.400 of patriots requires your attendance.

00:00:11.540 Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, myself, Donald Trump Jr., Steve Bannon, Roseanne Barr, yeah,

00:00:21.240 that's right, Rob Schneider, James Lindsay, and so many more are going to be at this year's

00:00:27.340 Turning Point America Fest, December 16th to 19th, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona, you are going

00:00:35.300 to be there, your presence is required, go to AmFest.com and use promo code POSO, that's

00:00:41.020 promo code POSO, AmFest.com, secure your tickets now, don't come crying to me when this thing

00:00:47.780 is sold out like it does every single year, AmFest.com, promo code POSO.

00:00:52.640 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:01:04.840 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:01:11.460 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:01:14.400 Deliver us from evil.

00:01:15.920 There's been zero evidence, zero evidence, you can ask me about engagement and what the

00:01:20.700 president has done with his family in conversation, but there's no evidence, there's, wait, wait,

00:01:25.860 but there's no evidence, there is no evidence that the president has done wrongdoing, there's

00:01:30.860 none, absolutely none, none, and that is just a fact.

00:01:36.280 U.S. officials are warning agents to watch out for IEDs, improvised explosive devices, this

00:01:44.040 now, according to an internal memo obtained by Fox Business, says the Mexican military

00:01:48.760 seized 10 explosives at the border.

00:01:51.080 Since the day President Biden came into office, look at this, everything is up more than about

00:01:55.660 17 percent.

00:01:56.740 The U.N. is warning that Gaza faces a, quote, public health disaster amid the collapse of

00:02:01.900 its health care system.

00:02:03.240 This, as clashes rage overnight across the Gaza Strip, with Israel's bombardment of southern

00:02:08.760 Gaza continuing despite the losses of civilian life and the uncertainty over the fate of the

00:02:14.200 hostages still being held.

00:02:15.600 A lead paragraph produced in Moscow by the Associated Press about President Vladimir Putin's question

00:02:22.540 and answer session today, quote, emboldened by battlefield gains and flagging Western support

00:02:29.200 for Ukraine, a relaxed and confident President Vladimir Putin said Thursday there would be

00:02:35.040 no peace until Russia achieved its goals, which he says remain unchanged after nearly two years

00:02:41.060 of fighting.

00:02:41.580 Just yesterday, the court agreed to hear an appeal brought by a man charged with obstructing

00:02:46.340 an official proceeding on January 6th.

00:02:49.180 That is the very same proceeding Jack Smith charged Donald Trump with obstructing, the certification

00:02:54.120 of President Biden's win.

00:02:56.540 And the Supreme Court's decision to weigh in here could impact Trump's own D.C. trial and

00:03:01.600 whether it happens on schedule.

00:03:03.420 The satanic holiday display at the state capitol has been vandalized.

00:03:06.580 This is the shrine earlier this week before it was vandalized.

00:03:11.660 A Mississippi man has been charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for the incident.

00:03:16.760 Governor Kim Reynolds has called for residents to pray for the state in response to the display.

00:03:23.260 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from Phoenix,

00:03:30.860 Arizona.

00:03:31.360 Today is 15 December 2023, Anno Domini.

00:03:37.320 Folks, today we get to declare victory.

00:03:41.560 Today we get to declare death to Satan.

00:03:45.820 Because it's a few moments after we finished yesterday's broadcast.

00:03:49.560 We got the news across the wire.

00:03:52.160 And a cheer rose up from everyone here at America Fest, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:03:57.680 All the patriots that have slowly been coming in from all around the country and, in fact,

00:04:05.220 all over the world.

00:04:08.240 Because we heard that in the state of Iowa, America's heartland, the city of Des Moines,

00:04:15.980 a patriot Christian, a Christian warrior, rose up and said,

00:04:29.240 this satanic statue must be taken down. 0.76

00:04:33.780 His name is Michael Cassidy.

00:04:36.060 He is a veteran officer of the United States military.

00:04:43.140 He's a shipmate of mine.

00:04:45.960 And, folks, what can I say?

00:04:51.840 That when an abomination was defiling America's heartland,

00:04:57.280 God sent an Irishman named Michael Cassidy to take care of business.

00:05:03.080 You know, I got to tell you something, folks.

00:05:06.680 Remember all those, remember all those Christian moms in the 1980s? 0.92

00:05:12.800 And you said, oh, we don't have to worry about them, the Christian moms. 1.00

00:05:19.340 Well, guess what?

00:05:20.860 We are the sons of those Christian moms in the 1980s.

00:05:26.220 And you know what?

00:05:28.020 Now you got something to worry about.

00:05:29.400 Because we're done debating with evil.

00:05:33.340 We are not interested in making peace with evil.

00:05:37.680 Do not make peace with evil. 0.93

00:05:40.260 Destroy it. 1.00

00:05:41.580 Strike it down when it is found within your midst. 1.00

00:05:46.240 It could not be clear.

00:05:49.080 For the Son of God was sent to destroy the works of Satan.

00:05:54.020 1 John 3.8

00:05:56.060 For the Son of God was sent to destroy the works of Satan.

00:06:04.520 Tolerance is not a Christian virtue.

00:06:08.140 The old right is dead and buried. 0.70

00:06:12.220 The new right is ascendant.

00:06:14.740 The trad right is ascendant.

00:06:16.920 And AmFest and everything that happens this weekend,

00:06:19.360 we're going to be live all weekend here in Phoenix.

00:06:21.160 We are a repudiation of that which came before.

00:06:25.720 The weakness will be exercised from this movement.

00:06:31.180 The weakness and the temerity, it is gone.

00:06:34.480 We declare victory.

00:06:36.280 We are ascendant.

00:06:37.460 Go look at the people that are appearing at AmFest this weekend.

00:06:41.080 We're not building an event.

00:06:42.480 We're building your new movement.

00:06:45.160 If you don't like it, you better get used to it.

00:06:47.580 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events

00:06:54.180 and the work that we do is subscribing to us on our Rumble channel.

00:06:59.000 Make sure you're subscribed.

00:07:05.680 And we're putting them out every single day of the week.

00:07:08.320 All right, Jack Posobiec back here live.

00:07:23.260 Human Events Daily, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:07:26.140 We're here for AmeriFest.

00:07:27.800 AmeriFest is kicking off.

00:07:29.640 Look, I've been doing a lot of travel this month.

00:07:31.520 I've been running around with the kids, trying to cram in as much family time,

00:07:35.020 Christmas stuff as we can while doing the show, while doing AmeriFest.

00:07:39.340 And look, folks, look around the world.

00:07:41.560 The world's in flames.

00:07:43.180 Bidenomics, a complete and total disaster.

00:07:46.060 But it cannot and it will not ruin my day.

00:07:48.880 Do you want to know why?

00:07:49.980 It's because I start my day with a hot America First cup of blackout coffee.

00:07:54.020 Blackout coffee is 100% Americana.

00:07:57.660 Blackout coffee is 100% committed to conservative values.

00:08:03.100 Let me tell you something.

00:08:03.920 When I get my blackout coffee every single morning, I'm looking at this thing going,

00:08:07.840 I know I'm not buying something from people who hate me.

00:08:11.100 From the sourcing process of the beans, the roasting, customer support, shipping,

00:08:14.660 they embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.

00:08:19.520 And we've got for 2024 going in, we've got the different flavor pack.

00:08:23.180 We've got the subscription for the entire year.

00:08:24.920 We're so excited.

00:08:34.340 Plus, there's really cool gear.

00:08:38.900 Blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:08:40.960 Be awake, not woke.

00:08:42.840 That's blackoutcoffee.com slash POSO.

00:08:44.980 Promo code POSO20.

00:08:46.300 Very excited now to bring in Mike Davis.

00:08:48.880 Now, Mike has been, he's from the Article 3 Project.

00:08:51.420 Mike has been telling us over and over that these cases against Trump are completely not legit.

00:08:57.080 President Trump himself, when I was at the dinner with him in New York on Saturday night,

00:09:01.380 he said the reason that people don't believe these cases is because they understand they are Democrat cases.

00:09:06.460 They are not legit.

00:09:08.020 Well, now it turns out, Mike, the Supreme Court will be getting a bite at the apple on the Trump cases.

00:09:13.960 Mike Davis, you've been saying this since day one.

00:09:16.580 You've now been vindicated.

00:09:18.020 Walk us through what the latest is.

00:09:20.740 Well, there's a lot going on.

00:09:22.720 So the Supreme Court is trying to decide whether they're going to take Jack Smith's January 6th case,

00:09:30.240 this unprecedented indictment by Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith against President Trump for the non-crime

00:09:36.840 of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

00:09:42.720 Twisting arms politically is allowed by the First Amendment.

00:09:45.060 If this were a crime, Democrats would be in prison for objecting to Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.

00:09:52.940 We don't see Al Gore and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton in prison after they objected, right?

00:09:57.920 So what the Supreme Court is looking at deciding is what we've been saying all along,

00:10:02.960 which is what President Trump did on January 6th was either protected by the First Amendment,

00:10:08.360 if he's acting within his personal capacity, or if he's acting within his presidential capacity,

00:10:13.320 it's covered by presidential immunity.

00:10:16.140 And presidential immunity means you can't charge a government official for what they're doing in their official capacity

00:10:22.880 and under Supreme Court precedent, the outer perimeter of their official capacity.

00:10:27.200 And Jack Smith has charged President Trump essentially for ordering his vice president not to certify the election.

00:10:33.860 Well, you can't do that in your personal capacity.

00:10:36.340 A private citizen Trump can't order the vice president to do anything.

00:10:41.240 He can only do that as the president of the United States.

00:10:43.920 And the president has a constitutional duty to take care that the laws are faithfully executed.

00:10:49.400 So the Supreme Court may hear this.

00:10:52.040 Jack Smith is trying to bypass the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals

00:10:55.860 because Jack Smith is trying to interfere in the 2024 election.

00:11:00.180 Jack Smith desperately wants President Trump sitting in a courtroom starting on March 4th, 2024,

00:11:07.900 for several months, six or seven months,

00:11:09.980 and then have him in the D.C. courtroom with D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Shutkin

00:11:15.000 and railroading him and interfering with the presidential election before the election,

00:11:19.360 and then throw him in prison for the rest of his life after the election.

00:11:23.060 And I hope the Supreme Court understands that they cannot go along with this blatant Democrat lawfare

00:11:29.820 and election interference.

00:11:30.860 The Democrats waited 30 months to bring these bogus charges against President Trump.

00:11:35.860 They stacked these trials in March and March and May and August clearly to interfere with the election.

00:11:43.220 There's no reason that these trials cannot happen after the election,

00:11:47.500 other than Democrats are waging lawfare and election interference,

00:11:51.680 to take out Trump through the legal process because they know that President Trump is going to beat President Biden

00:11:58.540 like a drum on November 5th, 2024.

00:12:01.760 Well, and Mike, that's the thing, right?

00:12:03.760 Because if these things get pushed back, right?

00:12:06.260 And people understand that, and I said this on Charlie Kirk this morning in the previous hour,

00:12:10.720 but if people understand, it's not like a movie, right?

00:12:15.300 Most of what happens in one of these cases actually takes place before you reach the trial phase.

00:12:22.120 Your pretrial motions, your discovery, your witness lists over and over.

00:12:27.300 There's so much that happens.

00:12:28.740 If all of that gets shifted to the right, as we would say in the military, so it gets postponed,

00:12:33.140 it sets off a chain reaction.

00:12:34.760 Now your trial date isn't even going to be until after the election, Trump wins.

00:12:38.680 All of this stuff could be declared moot because you can't do any of this to the President of the United States.

00:12:43.360 And it also, by the way, takes away the central argument of the never-Trumpers

00:12:47.540 who have been saying we need to move past Trump because of these cases.

00:12:50.980 Guess what?

00:12:51.700 The cases have now been moved past the election.

00:12:54.160 Well, assuming or basically reanalyzing and assessing that this Supreme Court,

00:12:59.820 because it is an originalist Supreme Court, really, by the way,

00:13:03.340 and thanks to your personal work, Mike Davis, of getting these originalist jurists and Trump picks up on the court.

00:13:11.940 Yeah, let's just look at this, Jack.

00:13:13.820 Let's look at what the Democrats are trying to do here.

00:13:16.840 Let's take Trump out of the picture and just say the President of the United States.

00:13:20.120 They brought in four unprecedented indictments of a former president and the leading presidential candidate.

00:13:27.320 And they're trying to say what President Trump did on January 6th was criminal somehow.

00:13:32.240 The only way it would be criminal on January 6th is if Trump actually incited a riot on January 6th,

00:13:38.900 which he did not do.

00:13:39.920 There's zero evidence of that or Jack Smith would have brought those charges, right?

00:13:44.740 And so the evidence does not exist.

00:13:46.300 And so what they're trying to say is that the president can face criminal prosecution

00:13:50.840 for ordering his vice president to do or do something.

00:13:54.640 Well, guess what?

00:13:55.560 That sets up a very bad precedent for future presidents and former presidents.

00:13:59.900 For example, President Obama ordered an extrajudicial drone strike

00:14:05.020 and murdered a 16-year-old American citizen abroad.

00:14:09.640 Didn't get a court order, just did it. 0.84

00:14:11.360 Just ordered a drone strike and killed an American.

00:14:13.220 He should have presidential immunity under longstanding understanding of the powers and

00:14:20.600 responsibilities and the protections of the president.

00:14:22.680 But if these Democrat prosecutors like Jack Smith and these Democrat judges like Tanya

00:14:28.840 Shutkin or these Democrat judges on the D.C.

00:14:30.960 Circuit or Democrat justices on the Supreme Court and a couple weak Republicans, if they

00:14:35.820 don't see that there's presidential immunity here, does that mean that the Trump 47 Justice

00:14:40.540 Department can charge President Obama for murdering the 16-year-old American citizen?

00:14:46.200 Do these Democrats really want to go down this path where you're destroying the presidency

00:14:51.560 and destroying our republic because they fear that they can't beat President Trump at the

00:14:56.940 ballot box?

00:14:57.540 So they just want to throw him in prison for the rest of his life, bankrupt him and disqualify

00:15:01.960 him?

00:15:02.920 That's exactly right.

00:15:03.580 Now, Mike, before the break, you were telling me that Elise Stefanik is now weighing in a new 0.73

00:15:07.420 judicial complaint.

00:15:08.320 While we have a few more minutes with you, I wanted you to know if you could briefly break

00:15:11.240 that down for us.

00:15:12.900 Yeah.

00:15:13.160 Congressman Elise Stefanik from New York is an all-star.

00:15:15.840 She's in House leadership.

00:15:17.420 She is the congresswoman who filed the judicial ethics complaint against Manhattan Judge Arthur

00:15:23.200 Ingeron for the bogus rulings up there, the obvious partisanship against Trump for the

00:15:27.980 civil fraud case against Trump for the non-fraud of paying back sophisticated Wall Street

00:15:32.540 banks in full, as agreed on time with interest, right?

00:15:35.900 And so now she's brought a new complaint against D.C. Judge Beryl Howell, who was the chief

00:15:41.060 judge of the D.C. District Court from 2016 to 2023.

00:15:45.360 Judge Beryl Howell is a Democrat operative in a robe, and she's the one who ran, supervised 1.00

00:15:50.840 the bogus molar probe with Weissman.

00:15:53.700 She supervised Jack Smith's grand jury investigations of Trump from Mar-a-Lago on January 6th.

00:15:59.020 She's railroaded January 6th defendants. 1.00

00:16:02.340 She's forced them to stay in jail, pre-trial detention.

00:16:05.640 She is a partisan activist.

00:16:07.560 She gave a highly inappropriate political speech a couple weeks ago where she essentially 0.99

00:16:13.000 said that re-electing President Trump will bring fascism to America.

00:16:18.100 She didn't say Trump by name, but it was very clear what she was talking about.

00:16:21.580 She was up there with Biden's Deputy Attorney General, Lisa Monaco, hugging and receiving

00:16:26.340 award and having a cheerleader session, a pom-pom session, where they were praising each other

00:16:31.320 and trashing Republicans, trashing Trump supporters, citing a book, an anti-Trump screed.

00:16:38.240 And so Elise Stefanik, to her great credit, filed an ethics complaint with the D.C. Circuit 0.99

00:16:44.040 Court of Appeals because we cannot let this lawfare continue by these Democrat prosecutors

00:16:49.940 and these Democrat judges and these Democrat hellholes like D.C., New York and Atlanta, 0.74

00:16:55.560 the American people, not these partisan activists, prosecutors and judges, get to decide the next

00:17:01.080 election.

00:17:02.680 That's incredible.

00:17:03.620 Now, so this is the fact that we actually can get some accountability for this is absolutely

00:17:10.080 critical.

00:17:11.020 And I do think, though, as you say, the ultimate backstop to this will be taking it to the Supreme

00:17:16.620 Court, this current Supreme Court, thanks to the Trump appointees.

00:17:20.720 And I need to say this again and again.

00:17:22.200 They are not pro-Trump.

00:17:24.180 They're pro-Constitution.

00:17:25.940 And it's the first time we've actually had constitutionalists on the Supreme Court and

00:17:30.520 an entire generation.

00:17:31.780 And we're going to show this country what the difference is between having activist judges

00:17:37.120 who legislate from the bench, who make law from the bench, and those who actually apply

00:17:42.900 the original framers intent, the text, history and tradition.

00:17:48.120 By the way, I love that test, Mike Davis, the text, history and tradition test that should

00:17:53.440 be applied to every single piece of every single statute that crosses the desk of the

00:17:59.800 Supreme Court.

00:18:00.460 Mike Davis, last final word.

00:18:02.080 One minute.

00:18:02.580 Where can people go to follow you?

00:18:03.760 Where can what are your coordinates?

00:18:05.500 I would just say this.

00:18:06.640 Remember, Congress has speech or debate clause.

00:18:08.940 They have congressional immunity.

00:18:10.480 Judges have immunity.

00:18:11.240 Why the hell doesn't the president of the United States have immunity?

00:18:14.200 If President Trump does not have immunity, these judges are being politicians in robes

00:18:18.600 and it will come back to bite Congress.

00:18:21.000 It will come back to bite future and former presidents.

00:18:23.700 It will come back to bite these judges, right?

00:18:25.760 And I would say go to article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:18:29.920 You can donate there.

00:18:31.260 I'm at article3project, at article3project.gettertwittertruth.

00:18:35.240 And my personal, when I'm not kicked off, is at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA.

00:18:42.380 And thank you so much, Jack.

00:18:43.460 You've been a huge supporter of ours.

00:18:45.800 God bless, Mike, as always.

00:18:47.440 They want to turn us into a third world banana republic. 1.00

00:18:50.840 Well, we're going to be talking about the third world and talking about some of these 1.00

00:18:54.660 banana republic type nations coming up next.

00:18:57.080 You know, they talk about influences.

00:19:01.940 These are influences.

00:19:03.860 And they're friends of mine.

00:19:06.180 Jack Prusovic.

00:19:07.700 Where's Jack?

00:19:08.660 Jack.

00:19:09.620 He's done a great job.

00:19:13.860 Okay, we're back here live.

00:19:15.760 Human events daily.

00:19:17.880 We are in Phoenix, Arizona for AmericaFest.

00:19:22.200 We've got everybody flying in for AmericaFest.

00:19:24.540 People over to, by the way, it's super exciting.

00:19:27.260 We've got, by the way, Libby Emmons is here. 0.72

00:19:29.500 She's just, she's in the control room on it now.

00:19:31.760 What's up, Libby?

00:19:32.580 We've got Kay Poso.

00:19:33.940 Kevin Posovic is here.

00:19:35.540 You know, we're going to bring them on later in the weekend.

00:19:38.800 There's so many people coming in.

00:19:40.220 A lot of surprises I haven't even talked about yet.

00:19:41.860 But one of those is a guy that I met during the push for Sound of Freedom when Sound of

00:19:48.860 Freedom got going.

00:19:49.660 And I remember when Matt Faraci reached out to me from Gideon 300 and he said,

00:19:54.560 Jack, I'm working with the Sound of Freedom guys and working with Angel and all of it.

00:19:58.800 And we really need some help getting this movie going.

00:20:01.580 And we don't know if anyone's going to watch it.

00:20:03.420 Oh, and you saw it.

00:20:03.920 Oh, you do saw it.

00:20:04.880 And I saw it.

00:20:05.380 And I remember.

00:20:05.980 And you said, we're not sure if anyone's going to watch Sound of Freedom.

00:20:08.260 We're not sure if anyone's going to want to see this film.

00:20:11.520 But we think that your viewers.

00:20:13.460 Tough to watch.

00:20:13.780 It is a tough film.

00:20:14.580 It is a strong film emotionally.

00:20:18.760 It's an experience to watch this film.

00:20:20.500 And I remember.

00:20:21.420 And you brought us to DC.

00:20:22.360 I remember your reaction.

00:20:23.220 I remember that we're at the Museum of the Bible and you walked out of the theater and

00:20:28.640 you had the same reaction I did.

00:20:31.080 Most people have said that most people would not accuse me of being a quiet person.

00:20:38.040 Right.

00:20:38.200 You know, it takes a lot to, my wife would tell me, she's like, he doesn't stop.

00:20:42.900 Mile a minute.

00:20:43.380 Mile a minute.

00:20:44.120 Right?

00:20:44.400 What can I say?

00:20:44.900 I'm an East Coast guy.

00:20:45.600 Right?

00:20:45.900 That's how we run.

00:20:47.660 But when I saw this film and it just shook me to my core.

00:20:52.420 Yeah.

00:20:52.700 I remember.

00:20:53.240 And it's hard to watch.

00:20:54.260 And going from there, and we should actually talk about that for a minute, going from that

00:20:57.940 moment before it had even been released publicly, because it was before the July 4th release

00:21:01.760 date, it's now going on, I pulled it this morning, $250 million.

00:21:08.740 Worldwide, Sound of Freedom.

00:21:10.160 Could you have ever believed that if I had told you going into it?

00:21:14.100 We thought it was going to do well.

00:21:17.500 And I think my guess of well was maybe $70, $75.

00:21:22.220 Yeah.

00:21:22.820 Because if you think about it.

00:21:23.940 $14 million budget.

00:21:24.960 Yeah.

00:21:25.420 Which, by the way, the Godzilla, the new Godzilla, which the Japanese one, Godzilla minus one,

00:21:30.080 same price point, $14 million.

00:21:31.940 Really?

00:21:32.380 Yeah, because they did it in Japan, no stars.

00:21:34.080 Now wait, I have to stop.

00:21:34.840 Did you see it?

00:21:35.440 It was fantastic.

00:21:36.520 It was phenomenal.

00:21:37.260 Okay, I want the audience to know, if Jack likes a movie, you're pretty spot on.

00:21:41.560 Well, I was right on Napoleon.

00:21:42.560 Because you talked me out of Napoleon.

00:21:44.180 I was so right on Napoleon.

00:21:45.600 I was so right on Napoleon. 1.00

00:21:46.920 It was garbage. 0.99

00:21:48.040 This Godzilla, it's a love story. 1.00

00:21:49.980 It's a World War II story.

00:21:51.300 Wait, is it a love story?

00:21:52.320 Not between the two?

00:21:53.140 No, no, no, it's all Japanese veterans.

00:21:55.860 It's all Japanese veterans.

00:21:57.120 Wow.

00:21:57.380 And Tokyo is in, I'll give you the elevator pitch.

00:22:01.500 And it's Tokyo's in shambles.

00:22:03.180 The military's destroyed, right, by the Americans. 0.99

00:22:06.280 But the Americans don't want to get involved.

00:22:08.200 The Soviets don't want to get involved.

00:22:09.820 Now Godzilla comes to destroy Tokyo.

00:22:12.600 Everybody's trying to eke out an existence.

00:22:14.260 There's a guy.

00:22:15.000 He's with a woman and a baby.

00:22:16.380 It's not even his baby.

00:22:17.360 Oh, this sounds cool.

00:22:17.760 And now Godzilla's threatening their home.

00:22:20.860 So all the veterans of the war raise up and volunteer themselves.

00:22:26.260 They find like some old Navy ships and they go out to fight Godzilla themselves because

00:22:31.340 they're the last one, the last line to save their city.

00:22:34.300 It's amazing.

00:22:35.000 It's incredible.

00:22:35.520 So it's a very freedom kind of film.

00:22:36.660 Right, right.

00:22:37.140 It's about freedom.

00:22:38.240 It's about standing up for your people.

00:22:39.400 It's about honor.

00:22:40.300 It's about duty.

00:22:41.000 That's cool.

00:22:41.520 It's about family, you know, nationalism.

00:22:44.100 It's so many of those things.

00:22:45.480 And that in a way that sound of freedom, because it's a movie with heart, it's a movie that's

00:22:50.660 about heart and it's a movie about something.

00:22:53.220 And that's, and by the way, it's a cool action movie too, right?

00:22:55.340 In both respects.

00:22:56.320 So, so the Godzilla movie, it's, it's great action.

00:22:58.940 If you like monster movies, the Godzilla is incredible.

00:23:01.660 We took our three-year-old.

00:23:02.760 He, you know, he couldn't, you know, understand that, you know, he doesn't speak Japanese either,

00:23:06.520 but, um, but he couldn't, it didn't matter because he's, you know, these guys are fighting

00:23:10.800 Godzilla.

00:23:11.340 Big monsters on screen.

00:23:12.400 What's not to love?

00:23:12.700 Yeah, you don't need more.

00:23:13.400 And, and the same way with sound of freedom though, it is a, it's a great action movie

00:23:17.900 on top of a movie with a lot of heart because you've got these, these action scenes.

00:23:22.780 It's a kind of a heist movie too, but, but to see it doing, doing $250 million to me,

00:23:28.440 I have to say, and I don't say this much, um, but I, I do believe that, that the success

00:23:36.720 of sound of freedom was due to the hand of God.

00:23:38.260 Yeah, yeah, totally.

00:23:40.680 I really do.

00:23:41.240 Totally.

00:23:41.940 And, uh, in addition to the hand of God, which I think maybe these two things are not in,

00:23:46.920 are inextricably linked, the great, uh, uh, Maryland philosopher, Tim Poole, um, I asked

00:23:54.160 him once what, what he thought.

00:23:55.460 Who he's flying in, I think tomorrow, by the way.

00:23:57.360 Yeah.

00:23:57.460 I asked him why he thought it did so well.

00:23:59.360 And he said, he said that it's a verification that this Patriot economy is working a hundred

00:24:04.220 percent, essentially that you didn't, we didn't have any of the mainstream marketing channels

00:24:07.660 to go through.

00:24:08.100 No, we had the opposite.

00:24:08.740 The mainstream, the mainstream was attacking us and attacking the film mainstream was

00:24:13.640 savaging, but then we turned that into marketing for the film, right?

00:24:18.400 Because it's, it's, and Joshua Lysak, shout out to Joshua Lysak.

00:24:22.240 You know, he says, he said bad reviews can be marketing, bad reviews from bad people are

00:24:28.160 advertisements, right?

00:24:29.640 So that's Joshua Lysak.

00:24:30.700 He wrote a whole book about this.

00:24:32.140 Um, uh, so good.

00:24:33.260 They call you fake.

00:24:33.800 Another smart guy.

00:24:34.360 And he said, yeah, so he said bad reviews by bad people are advertisements.

00:24:38.580 Wow.

00:24:38.760 And that's exactly what happened with Sound of Freedom.

00:24:41.060 So every time they, it was, I mean, Rolling Stone ran an entire anti Sound of Freedom campaign

00:24:47.340 against this, which actually became the advertising vehicle for it.

00:24:51.180 They're still doing it, by the way.

00:24:52.440 I'm sure they are.

00:24:53.180 They're still doing it.

00:24:53.580 I'm sure they are.

00:24:54.500 And right.

00:24:55.260 And they just, they can't let it go.

00:24:56.600 I think, I think that the, the establishment, I'm going to call it the Hollywood establishment.

00:25:01.700 Yes.

00:25:01.980 But I, that's the best word I can come up with.

00:25:04.680 But I think when you're, when you're putting entertainment into the hands of the people,

00:25:10.220 that is threatening to the establishment.

00:25:12.620 And then when you're putting entertainment in the hands of the people in the way that

00:25:16.100 Angel Studios does it, where the audience picked Sound of Freedom, there wasn't a bunch

00:25:20.740 of executives.

00:25:21.520 That's right.

00:25:21.800 It was the audience that picked it.

00:25:22.800 And this is, they call it the committee of 500.

00:25:24.720 Yeah.

00:25:24.920 The, it's called the Angel Guild.

00:25:26.460 The Angel Guild.

00:25:26.960 Okay.

00:25:27.020 And it's a group of 100,000 investors.

00:25:29.200 It's 100,000.

00:25:29.860 Okay.

00:25:29.980 Yeah.

00:25:30.380 And, and growing.

00:25:31.280 I didn't realize it was that many.

00:25:32.200 Yeah.

00:25:32.580 100,000 investors who, who, when I, I started a show called The Chosen a couple of years

00:25:37.780 ago.

00:25:38.720 And that was-

00:25:39.040 Little show.

00:25:39.360 Small show.

00:25:40.020 Yeah.

00:25:40.620 People may have heard of it.

00:25:41.580 And that, I, and there was a, there was a group of us that put that show together and

00:25:46.000 that was the test to see, could we make this model work?

00:25:49.220 And then the model worked.

00:25:50.520 And so now it's the people.

00:25:52.000 Right.

00:25:52.200 Because that model-

00:25:53.120 It's the people that choose the content.

00:25:54.280 It's, it's, it's, it's, it's basically, you're taking the power of crowdfunding plus,

00:25:57.740 and this is what people don't understand.

00:25:58.960 And then there's, cause they, they attack the pay it forward model and they say, well,

00:26:02.860 you can't do pay it forward because that's front loading and that's, that's, that's

00:26:06.040 forcing it.

00:26:06.440 Look, people wouldn't be paying for it if they didn't want to see it.

00:26:10.120 Right.

00:26:10.540 They wouldn't, they wouldn't be doing the pay it forward if it wasn't successful.

00:26:13.720 Right.

00:26:14.020 Exactly.

00:26:14.600 The pay it forward is as if you are doing some kind of like larger or, um, you know,

00:26:20.900 you know, wider, I don't know.

00:26:22.220 How dare you incentivize other people to see the movie.

00:26:24.700 You're incentivizing.

00:26:24.820 Cause every, every studio does incentivizing and marketing campaigns for their movies.

00:26:30.560 Every single one.

00:26:31.560 Right.

00:26:31.760 It's just that if you don't have those budgets, you got to be creative about it.

00:26:34.860 So you come up with pay it forward and you pay, you come up with crowdfunding.

00:26:38.140 And then, so the success of the, like, that doesn't mean that I'm sure that every pitch

00:26:42.540 that Angel gets doesn't get taken up or maybe even someone that starts paying forward

00:26:46.240 don't make it.

00:26:46.980 Yeah.

00:26:47.180 It's a very low percentage.

00:26:48.740 Of course.

00:26:49.380 Of things that go through the guild that get picked, but that's because think about it.

00:26:53.700 I mean, Jack, when you go shopping, like you don't buy everything you see.

00:26:57.160 You're, if I'm only at my pillow.com, then you go, yeah, then you go crazy.

00:27:03.520 But I'm saying like, I took my son to get some shoes this morning.

00:27:06.340 It's like he picked one pair.

00:27:07.680 There was 400 available.

00:27:09.020 Of course.

00:27:09.400 You're going to pick the one that you really feel like this is great.

00:27:11.900 Right.

00:27:12.080 These are my total sense.

00:27:13.280 Right.

00:27:13.560 Yeah.

00:27:14.140 And so, and, and, and that's it.

00:27:15.520 And so the success of it is it.

00:27:17.620 Cause Angel has done other stuff and, and the chosen obviously taken off and just, just,

00:27:21.580 We have a movie in theaters right now called The Shift, which is awesome.

00:27:26.040 Which by the way, I haven't seen it yet.

00:27:27.700 It's like The Matrix meets, it's like The Matrix meets the, I guess, people say The Book of

00:27:34.200 Job.

00:27:34.460 I think it has themes from Job, but it's really interesting.

00:27:38.240 Well, so my brother, my brother has been talking about it.

00:27:41.580 Rudy.

00:27:42.020 Rudy.

00:27:42.760 Rudy.

00:27:43.000 My brother's been talking about it like crazy.

00:27:45.260 He's been talking about it nonstop.

00:27:46.380 He loved his thing.

00:27:47.160 Well, Kevin knows what he's talking about.

00:27:48.240 Kevin was like, I, you gotta see this.

00:27:50.360 He said it to him, and this was his, his opinion.

00:27:53.740 He said it was like, it was like The Book of Job in like a sci-fi, as a sci-fi horror

00:27:58.520 movie.

00:27:58.600 Yes.

00:27:59.200 Yes.

00:27:59.580 And I was like, I'm sold.

00:28:01.000 I need to see this.

00:28:01.180 And what I like about it is that you don't know where, don't you get tired of the formulaic

00:28:05.760 movies where 10 minutes into it, you know how this is going to go.

00:28:08.340 For me, it's five.

00:28:08.640 There's going to be a chase scene. 0.99

00:28:09.720 For me, it's five.

00:28:10.040 There's going to be a fight scene. 0.67

00:28:11.020 But yeah.

00:28:11.440 I have no attention span for that.

00:28:13.160 The Shift, you start watching it and you're like, where is this going?

00:28:16.420 That's what I want though.

00:28:17.380 I don't want to know where a movie is going.

00:28:19.260 I want, I want you to, and then we, so we have that.

00:28:21.540 Because when you think of The Book of Job as, as just, as, as we know, the, the actual

00:28:24.960 biblical account of Job, it is a horror movie, right?

00:28:27.900 Yeah.

00:28:28.120 What happens to Job is some of the most horrific.

00:28:31.140 When I, when I read Job as, uh, you know, when I was younger, of course, it was, you know,

00:28:35.940 and you think like, oh, wow, you, you really look at the perseverance of Job and you look

00:28:39.300 at his ability to endure.

00:28:40.140 Or, but then when I became a father and when I, when I, when I became a husband, and then,

00:28:46.560 and then I really, which also made me reflect on the story of Abraham and Isaac as well,

00:28:50.000 that, and, and I just, I couldn't do it.

00:28:52.900 I couldn't do it.

00:28:54.280 I, I, I don't think I could do it.

00:28:56.360 That if, you know, if God comes to me and says, you know, take out your firstborn son

00:28:59.680 or, or if God crushes your family, it's, I don't know if I could do it.

00:29:05.400 I don't think they thought they could do it either.

00:29:07.300 Yeah.

00:29:07.620 I think that's probably true.

00:29:08.900 Yeah.

00:29:09.240 Um, so it, it's worth, you should see it.

00:29:11.760 I'd like to get the Jack, Jack P review.

00:29:14.700 Actually.

00:29:15.060 I'll see it.

00:29:15.620 I'll see it.

00:29:16.140 Um, and I will give a serious review as I give of all things.

00:29:19.100 And then in March, I hope I don't get misquoted in March, we're coming out with Cabrini.

00:29:25.120 Mother Cabrini.

00:29:25.900 Mother Cabrini.

00:29:26.440 No, you're doing a mother Cabrini movie.

00:29:29.580 Yes.

00:29:30.220 You're not serious.

00:29:30.940 Yes.

00:29:31.420 Oh yeah.

00:29:31.760 And it's directed by the same director, Alejandro Monteverde as Sound of Freedom.

00:29:37.180 Right.

00:29:37.380 And he did Bella.

00:29:38.220 Yeah.

00:29:38.440 And it's, it's so good.

00:29:40.800 Mother Cabrini and the miracles she performed.

00:29:44.000 And when Mother Cabrini was, when she was canonized in 1947 and 1946 and, and every, every Catholic

00:29:50.700 growing up in, you know, you're speaking my language now.

00:29:52.860 So every Catholic growing up in the United States knows Mother Cabrini.

00:29:55.440 And I'm from Pennsylvania with Cabrini College, um, that they said at Soldier Field in Chicago

00:30:00.300 and she died in Chicago, when she ran all of her missions and all of her, and it was

00:30:03.600 all for the, the children, all for homeless children.

00:30:06.300 Amazing.

00:30:06.420 The children.

00:30:06.880 And, and she would go out into the streets and find these homeless, hungry children and

00:30:11.180 bring them all over the country and then expand it all over the world.

00:30:13.740 They said that when she was canonized, that they held a mass for her.

00:30:18.400 The mass got so big.

00:30:19.820 They had to rent out Soldier Field in Chicago, 120,000 people showed up.

00:30:25.800 Do you think there's footage of that?

00:30:27.100 I'm sure there's footage of it.

00:30:28.560 I'm sure there's footage of that.

00:30:29.140 Okay.

00:30:29.160 That's interesting.

00:30:29.840 I'm going to have to look into that.

00:30:30.600 That her canonization mass, because that's how beloved she, that Cabrini was.

00:30:33.840 Well, also that she did it through entrepreneurship. 0.96

00:30:35.680 Yes.

00:30:35.820 That's the part that gets me.

00:30:36.900 Kind of like pay it forward.

00:30:37.960 Yes.

00:30:38.460 Like she used. 0.89

00:30:39.820 Grassroots.

00:30:40.320 She used the, the capitalist system, which, which was created in the Torah, by the way.

00:30:44.160 She used that system to, to, and that's, and let's just back up. 1.00

00:30:49.080 That's the reason it was created.

00:30:50.520 God wanted people to be able to generate wealth to take care of the poor, not government, but

00:30:56.540 people like you and you and me.

00:30:58.400 And we see this again and again.

00:30:59.680 It's part of American history.

00:31:01.180 It's part of our history of faith.

00:31:03.040 And we need to start telling these stories again about these heroes because they've stolen

00:31:08.240 our history.

00:31:09.060 They don't want us to know who we are.

00:31:11.340 And they put up statues of Satan instead of the statues of the founding fathers.

00:31:16.100 We'll talk about, we're going to break right here real quick.

00:31:17.840 And that will be just back in one sec with Matt Faraci.

00:31:20.420 And we are changing culture one movie at a time.

00:31:26.060 Jack.

00:31:27.960 Where's Jack?

00:31:30.080 Where is he?

00:31:31.360 Jack, I want to see you.

00:31:35.000 Great job, Jack.

00:31:36.440 Thank you.

00:31:37.220 What a job you do.

00:31:38.640 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:31:39.820 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are

00:31:44.380 the guys who should be getting Pulisic.

00:31:50.160 Jack Posobiec back here live, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:31:53.900 I just had to tweet that out.

00:31:55.420 I know we were, we were still up there.

00:31:56.860 The fact that Sound of Freedom went and did $250 million worldwide.

00:32:03.340 I had to get that out to the audience.

00:32:04.960 People know this.

00:32:05.660 They say, Posobiec, why do you tweet during your show?

00:32:07.400 And I said, because what else would I tweet?

00:32:08.840 Of course we're going to tweet.

00:32:09.540 I'm the only guy who does this.

00:32:10.520 I live tweet my own show.

00:32:11.680 I love that.

00:32:12.200 So I'm putting it out.

00:32:13.360 But, but it's so important.

00:32:14.620 You say what, what Angel Studios is doing is the fact that they've got these stories

00:32:17.700 like Sound of Freedom.

00:32:18.400 So it's a modern, it's a modern story of liberation, you know, but then we're all,

00:32:22.660 so we're, we're propping up the modern heroes, the stories that don't get told, you know,

00:32:26.160 then obviously with the chosen, you know, it's, it's, it's the Bible, it's the gospel.

00:32:30.080 Then with Mother Cabrini taking these, these figures who are known to the Catholic community

00:32:36.640 who of course are known.

00:32:37.580 And if you talk to the Italian Americans by a producer, Faz, when I told producer Faz that

00:32:42.180 you guys were making a Mother Cabrini movie, I believe the, the proper term is he plotsed

00:32:47.080 because he went, I know, I know, I know, I'm from Philly, what can I say, that he went

00:32:54.380 absolutely nuts and he was like, I gotta watch this.

00:32:57.260 I couldn't talk to him for another, for like three minutes, I'm trying to get a hold of

00:33:00.220 him on the phone.

00:33:00.720 He's sitting there watching the trailer.

00:33:02.320 He's like, tears streaming down his eyes.

00:33:04.260 He's like, it makes me think of my mother.

00:33:06.100 It makes me think of my mother.

00:33:07.660 He's like banging the table because for Italian Americans, it's like, it's like Christopher Columbus 1.00

00:33:13.240 and then Mother Cabrini. 0.98

00:33:14.420 And growing up in Philly, like I said, we had Cabrini College.

00:33:17.180 And, and so the fact that we're taking these American heroes too, these are American heroes

00:33:23.580 that we're talking about and making films about them, telling stories about them, as opposed

00:33:28.940 to, as opposed to putting up statues of Lucifer and Satan in our own public houses.

00:33:38.140 And we were chatting about this before.

00:33:40.660 This has been sort of the firestorm debate that's been out there.

00:33:43.560 It's, should we allow this?

00:33:45.360 And people are saying, Posobik, you're the, you're the Christian Taliban for, you know,

00:33:49.400 for taking this down.

00:33:50.540 You're a Christian nationalist.

00:33:51.940 You're destroying the first amendment.

00:33:53.600 You're ripping up the constitution.

00:33:55.060 We, we must allow the Satanists to perform their worship.

00:33:59.020 And these aren't even like actual stationists.

00:34:00.800 They're like, they're like this fake leftist group that pretends to be Satanists, but then

00:34:05.120 they put up statues of Satan.

00:34:06.400 And I'm like, that's exactly what Satan would do is would trick you into putting up statues

00:34:11.980 of himself.

00:34:12.500 You don't put up statues of like, you know, Bozo the Clown or something, or Karl Marx,

00:34:16.640 who's basically Bozo the Clown, but if we know, like German, in terms of political philosophy,

00:34:21.200 at least.

00:34:21.840 So, so what is the actual history?

00:34:23.640 Where do you fall down on that in terms of, of should we allow statues like this under

00:34:28.080 the first amendment?

00:34:28.900 Or is this something that falls outside of that scope?

00:34:31.980 Well, okay.

00:34:32.400 First of all, John Adams was the one that said, essentially, when the constitution was passed,

00:34:37.780 I'm paraphrasing.

00:34:38.940 And he's the father of the constitution.

00:34:39.980 It was Adams of Madison.

00:34:40.900 This is only going to work if we have a just and moral people.

00:34:44.780 Yes.

00:34:45.380 When we get off of that, Dennis Prager said that, that the decline of Christianity essentially

00:34:49.660 is, you can point all of America's problems to the decline of Christianity.

00:34:53.680 And this was, this was sort of the moral backbone of the majority in the U.S. was Christianity

00:34:58.720 because we used to open, even in public schools, I said there's David French ones, he didn't

00:35:01.900 understand, that in, in just American history, schools used to open up with the passage of

00:35:06.320 the Bible.

00:35:07.140 That's, that's how it was.

00:35:08.420 Right.

00:35:08.760 And it was just normal.

00:35:10.080 And so I actually looked up that, so, so the argument I was reading that the argument

00:35:15.500 that the guy in Iowa was making was, hey, we're for freedom of religion.

00:35:19.640 So, so first of all, so I asked myself, so what does religion mean?

00:35:22.780 Because Hamas has a religion. 0.89

00:35:24.740 Sure. 1.00

00:35:25.280 And, and their version of that religion means you can rape women, you can torture people, 1.00

00:35:30.460 you can burn babies in ovens. 1.00

00:35:32.140 If, if that's religion, then that doesn't fit. 0.99

00:35:34.520 It's all permissible because they are the enemies of Islam. 1.00

00:35:36.820 They are apostates. 0.99

00:35:37.400 So if you slap the type, just be, infidels. 1.00

00:35:39.780 Right.

00:35:40.000 So just because you call it religion doesn't make it religion.

00:35:42.260 So I looked up Noah Webster's 1828 dictionary, which was, which is, which is kind of like

00:35:49.000 the, um, the founding, the, like the, the founding of our country, a lot of people tell

00:35:54.620 you refer to that dictionary.

00:35:55.940 Cause you know, somebody that controls that was the dictionary of the founders.

00:36:00.220 That was our, yeah.

00:36:01.140 It was the understood version of the words.

00:36:03.560 So what does he call religion?

00:36:05.120 He has got, I won't read the long one.

00:36:06.940 Here's the two short ones.

00:36:08.520 Religion as distinct from theology is godliness or real piety in practice, consisting in the

00:36:14.280 performance of all known duties to God and our fellow men in obedience to divine command

00:36:20.140 or love to God and his law.

00:36:22.020 And he quotes James 126.

00:36:23.820 Webster does.

00:36:24.280 The second one, religion as distinct from virtue or morality consists in the performance of

00:36:30.380 the duties we owe directly to God from a principle of obedience to his will.

00:36:35.600 Hence, we often speak of religion and virtue as different branches of one system or the duties

00:36:41.140 of the first and second tables of the law.

00:36:43.640 So I'm checking, I'm looking over there to double check.

00:36:46.600 He's not reading from some theological website or some, right.

00:36:50.000 This is Webster's dictionary dictionary.

00:36:51.280 Dictionary, the understood, so 1828 to 1876, you're right in the same time frame.

00:36:57.520 This is the meaning of the word of religion as understood at the time of the framing.

00:37:02.580 When they wrote the Constitution.

00:37:03.820 Now, listen to the woke dictionary now, the modern Merriam-Webster.

00:37:07.460 A personal set or institutionalized system of religious attitudes, beliefs, and practices.

00:37:11.960 What does that mean?

00:37:12.840 Religion is whatever the heck you... 0.97

00:37:14.000 Religion is whatever you say it is. 0.73

00:37:15.020 Whatever you say it is.

00:37:15.800 Right.

00:37:15.980 But even they, even the woke modern dictionary says the service and worship of God.

00:37:21.280 It says, or the supernatural.

00:37:22.920 Okay.

00:37:23.580 Commitment or devotion to religious faith or observance.

00:37:26.220 The point is, religion is a good thing.

00:37:29.220 There is a good and there's an evil.

00:37:30.920 Yes.

00:37:31.300 And there's, religion is a good thing.

00:37:32.900 Yes.

00:37:33.480 So, Satanism doesn't fit the definition of religion.

00:37:35.800 Correct.

00:37:37.060 It doesn't.

00:37:37.700 No.

00:37:38.000 It's a, it's a belief system.

00:37:39.520 It's a violent...

00:37:40.500 Religion is obedience to God.

00:37:43.020 Right.

00:37:43.260 And the essence of Satanism is disobedience to God.

00:37:46.080 So, this guy's argument that under...

00:37:49.860 By the way, and, and Satan's motto, original motto was non-service.

00:37:53.060 Do not serve.

00:37:54.620 Really?

00:37:55.200 Do not serve.

00:37:56.960 Interesting.

00:37:57.560 Because, I mean, that's this, he leads the war on heaven and this is, this is all of it.

00:38:00.720 This is all of it.

00:38:01.300 This is Satan stood as against God.

00:38:04.180 He rebuked God.

00:38:05.540 He, he was prideful to say that I should supplant God.

00:38:08.660 That I, we don't need God.

00:38:10.120 I can do this better than him.

00:38:11.720 Leads the war of the angels.

00:38:13.480 And so, to, to claim that this is a religion that deserves the same protection, it's completely against.

00:38:22.640 Which, by the way, even the worship of Satan is not something that's been done in a public codified sense at any point in history.

00:38:31.140 This has been, this is like, sure, there's been pagan and occult rituals, but this stuff, it all comes up in the 1900s.

00:38:36.560 It's like less than 100 years old.

00:38:38.280 At least they're not hiding it.

00:38:40.120 At least they're not hiding it anymore.

00:38:42.020 But, but it is, I agree with you, it is totally shocking.

00:38:45.160 And I think we're seeing a lot of things that are totally shocking in our culture.

00:38:48.280 Now, speaking of, and not just things that are shocking, but, but I do want to get into a little bit.

00:38:52.680 And before we end the show, so we've got, we've got a couple minutes in this break, up until this break.

00:38:57.120 And maybe, guys, we can start showing some of the B-roll because you've just come back from Israel.

00:39:01.060 Yeah.

00:39:01.260 And, and I want to do, before we get, before we end the show, I want to do a little bit of a military update.

00:39:06.920 But, but tell us a little bit, we just, we just got two minutes into the break here.

00:39:10.220 Yeah.

00:39:10.380 We'll get into it more after.

00:39:11.380 Yeah.

00:39:11.440 About what it was like viewing Israel, because you were able to get down pretty close to Gaza.

00:39:15.600 Yeah.

00:39:15.940 I went to, the IDF took me to Kfaraza, which is the kibbutz that was most, one of the kibbutz that was hardest hit.

00:39:23.440 Okay.

00:39:23.600 And, and, and then also to the Nova Music Festival site.

00:39:27.940 And, now have they cleaned it up now or is it, okay, okay.

00:39:32.400 I mean, I mean, they, they have cleaned the bodies out.

00:39:34.600 Sure.

00:39:35.060 But what you'll see from my photos and videos, the town is the same.

00:39:40.240 And that's the weird, eerie thing is it's frozen on October 7th.

00:39:44.380 So you see.

00:39:45.260 Like a murder scene.

00:39:46.560 It's crazy.

00:39:47.160 So you see, like, I went into this one home and this girl has her dresses and a little hat hung on her clothing wrap, but they have bullets through them.

00:39:56.620 Her laundry is still in the washing machine.

00:39:59.360 There's a, I saw a little soccer ball that a little boy had left on his front lawn.

00:40:04.200 What happened to that boy?

00:40:05.760 Like what, you know, and it is the most, it's so disturbing that your brain, I still, your brain doesn't have a way to process what you're looking at.

00:40:16.020 You're walking through somebody else's life as if you're in someone's house, as if they're about to come home.

00:40:22.040 Right.

00:40:22.440 And you've come into their house thinking they should be there, but they're not there and everything's, it's like when you walk home and you're the only one home and you have a sense that I'm the only one in the house.

00:40:31.700 And the people that are supposed to be here are not here.

00:40:33.980 But it's also the smells.

00:40:35.080 It's the, you can still smell, because what they did was if they, if you went into your safe room, they would burn your house down and you were either burned alive or you ran out of your safe room and they'd shoot you on your way out.

00:40:46.220 Yes.

00:40:46.460 You can still smell the smoke.

00:40:48.140 You can still smell the stench from the houses that had, and they torched a lot of houses.

00:40:51.940 The sulfur.

00:40:52.720 You can still smell it.

00:40:53.780 And it's so disgusting.

00:40:55.960 But you ask yourself, we're talking on our earlier subject, how does this happen?

00:41:00.620 How does a human being do this to another human being?

00:41:04.000 To innocent children.

00:41:05.380 To anybody.

00:41:05.900 Innocent children.

00:41:06.460 Yeah, yeah, it's horrific.

00:41:08.900 But once you see that, and I think this was most interesting for me, when you realize that those guys in the IDF are fighting a couple miles from their house, if you really think about how small Israel is, you wonder why they're fighting like lions?

00:41:21.480 This is it.

00:41:22.600 This is it.

00:41:23.500 They know that.

00:41:24.180 And we, look, we visited, and we'll talk more in the next segment, but we visited a kibbutz in the north last year.

00:41:29.020 I brought my whole family there.

00:41:30.020 Wow.

00:41:30.300 I was there with my children.

00:41:31.240 I was there with my wife.

00:41:31.920 And we traveled throughout the south as well, not far at all from where this took place.

00:41:36.280 And I just think about what would have happened if it had been one year before when this happened.

00:41:42.680 We got caught up in that.

00:41:43.680 Yeah.

00:41:44.100 Coming back with more Mafferaci after the break.

00:41:48.840 Long hours.

00:41:49.980 I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:54.180 All right, Jack Posobiec back here, live, Human Events Daily, Phoenix, Arizona.

00:41:58.960 We're getting set up for AmFest.

00:42:01.860 AmericaFest begins in just a few hours, really.

00:42:05.080 It begins tomorrow.

00:42:06.600 This is the pregame show.

00:42:07.980 So this is the pregame for AmFest.

00:42:09.700 We will be live tomorrow from the convention center.

00:42:12.240 We're going to be pulling in all sorts of people.

00:42:14.820 And one of the buddies that I got to meet from, you know, Sound of Freedom Time was Matt Ferrati.

00:42:20.040 Matt was also telling us, though, about his recent trip to Israel.

00:42:23.500 By the way, if we've got, Faz, give me a thumbs up. 0.99

00:42:25.700 Can we get that map up of the Israel, the current situation in Gaza, the military situation in Gaza?

00:42:32.480 Because I'd love to do a map break and show people.

00:42:35.240 Yes, you promised me this.

00:42:35.940 All right, it is now up.

00:42:37.940 Okay, and we can see it here, Matt.

00:42:39.380 We can look at it at the corner.

00:42:40.140 So people don't understand, the IDF has caused Gaza to no longer be a strip.

00:42:47.200 It's here.

00:42:47.960 Just show the main map, guys, that it is now severed down the middle where there's now North Gaza, there's South Gaza.

00:42:57.240 There's a couple pockets in the middle.

00:42:59.160 And because of this military operation, they've been slowly and systematically going street by street.

00:43:04.400 People know they've used seawater to flood out the tunnels.

00:43:07.600 By the way, were you able to confirm, did they bless the seawater before they put it?

00:43:12.400 I don't know. I hope so.

00:43:13.500 I certainly hope they did bless the seawater before they went in.

00:43:17.300 I think it's blessed the minute it goes into the tunnels.

00:43:19.080 Systematically, though, what they've been doing is going block by block and constricting the movements within these areas,

00:43:26.340 obviously centered around what IDF intelligence believed to be Hamas strongholds.

00:43:32.920 Because, and I said this when Lieutenant Colonel Tony Schaefer was here, probably just a couple of days after the event took place in the first time,

00:43:40.320 that it seems to me that the strategy is very clear and from Netanyahu's statements that, and look, they were, I think they underestimated Hamas.

00:43:50.780 I do. I think they underestimated that this attack was coming.

00:43:54.240 They had some warnings, and I'll ask about that in a second.

00:43:57.160 But now I think they're trying to correct for that, basically, and to say at this point going forward, Gaza will no longer be self-governing.

00:44:06.580 But talk to me about this report, and you were saying before about how some of the intel analysts had actually identified that this attack was coming,

00:44:14.460 but the commanders, just for whatever reason, discounted it.

00:44:17.420 Yeah, these were just stories that I had heard, and they have to be confirmed.

00:44:21.000 But stories I had heard is that people had been given warnings that there were specific people that would watch the walls in that area.

00:44:28.880 And I'd been there maybe seven months before this happened, and I remember...

00:44:34.280 We were there one year before. Exactly one year before.

00:44:36.780 Did you go to some of the places where you could actually look, you could get binoculars, and you could look over at Gaza?

00:44:42.380 We didn't have time to go to those, but actually, I think my brother did.

00:44:46.240 Okay. Well, it was surreal, because I was looking, and somebody a couple hundred yards was looking back at me.

00:44:53.060 But, you know, I think the world felt like...

00:44:56.980 Oh, by the way, we did that on the northern border with Hezbollah, actually.

00:45:00.220 Oh, and the same experience?

00:45:00.520 So we were on the northern border with the Kibbutz, and we had the binoculars, and I'm looking across,

00:45:05.260 and there's the yellow flag of Hezbollah is flying, and we've got some IDF guys in a tank behind us,

00:45:10.700 and we played all this on the show. We actually climbed Masato on that trip.

00:45:13.740 Wow.

00:45:13.920 We played that on the show.

00:45:14.980 I've got to go with you. We've got to do a trip together.

00:45:16.880 We've got to do it. We've got to do it. We've got to do it. We'll do it.

00:45:18.680 Come on. Okay.

00:45:19.700 And we were on the Kibbutz, and this is in the north, right?

00:45:24.240 Yeah.

00:45:24.320 Obviously, this came from the south.

00:45:25.420 And so I know exactly what you're talking about.

00:45:27.820 Yeah, and I was going to say, Jack, I think that the world thought that this was just rhetoric,

00:45:33.320 and maybe even some in Israel, because, look, it's weird, right?

00:45:39.100 I remember being there on Shabbat just like two weeks ago, I think, and a rocket, you know,

00:45:44.140 when the rockets get fired, they know if it's going to land in the field,

00:45:48.260 and so they don't shoot it down with the Iron Dome if it's going to hit nowhere.

00:45:51.720 Don't waste the ammo.

00:45:52.360 So I remember just being there, and we were eating dinner, and the rocket went off,

00:45:57.540 and you could feel the vibration, and everybody sort of barely moved because they're used to that.

00:46:02.920 But can you imagine being used to that?

00:46:05.280 Like, can you imagine being okay with that?

00:46:07.800 Yeah, it was just a rocket.

00:46:09.320 And yet that's what people in Israel have been expected to do, just put up with it. 0.88

00:46:14.460 Hey, it's just rockets from Hezbollah.

00:46:16.140 Don't worry about it.

00:46:17.520 It's just a nuisance.

00:46:18.220 It's not.

00:46:18.820 These are missiles intended to kill people.

00:46:22.180 And by the way, that field, who's to say that there aren't some kids playing in there?

00:46:25.740 Yes.

00:46:25.840 Who's to say that there aren't some family pets?

00:46:28.980 There's always a risk.

00:46:29.660 Or whatever it is.

00:46:30.620 So I think the most interesting...

00:46:32.100 Or, by the way, if it doesn't go off, and then some kids go the next day,

00:46:35.480 and they want to mess around with it.

00:46:36.720 And there's nothing routine about this.

00:46:39.000 The most interesting thing, Jack, that I think you'll be keen on is there is a spiritual revival

00:46:44.580 taking place in the country.

00:46:46.520 And it's exactly what we need in America.

00:46:48.320 It's what Turning Point's working towards.

00:46:50.320 And it's among the young people.

00:46:51.960 And it's among the soldiers.

00:46:53.000 And they are turning to God in droves.

00:46:56.940 And they are taking their faith seriously again.

00:47:00.060 And they are understanding that it's not the government, it's not the institutions,

00:47:04.480 that if they're going to win this war, it's because they have God's favor.

00:47:08.560 And I think that is amazing for me.

00:47:11.860 I never thought I'd see that in my life.

00:47:13.680 I will just say that...

00:47:15.180 It's amazing to see.

00:47:16.240 You know, I haven't said this publicly, but I'm going to say it.

00:47:18.500 I'm going to say it.

00:47:19.160 I've noticed that among friends of mine in the U.S. who are Jewish,

00:47:23.860 and some of whom, you know, in the past are, you know, they...

00:47:28.860 I'm not going to say they're...

00:47:30.060 I'm not going to say...

00:47:30.580 No, no, no, no.

00:47:31.100 That's Santos.

00:47:34.680 I love his cameos, by the way.

00:47:36.580 It's so good.

00:47:37.760 That, no, I've noticed them becoming more religious.

00:47:40.480 I've noticed it.

00:47:41.300 And just in their speech and in their say,

00:47:43.160 oh, I'm going to a dinner, I'm going to a synagogue.

00:47:45.720 And I just take note.

00:47:47.100 You know, I don't comment.

00:47:48.060 I just take note that I've noticed something.

00:47:51.000 So, whereas I can see it happening on the Catholic side,

00:47:55.260 where I can see it happening in the evangelical side,

00:47:58.960 now we're seeing it on the Jewish side as well.

00:48:01.820 It's more of a return to religion.

00:48:03.480 It's the people of the book.

00:48:03.900 It's the people of the book coming together.

00:48:06.080 And when we all come together,

00:48:08.740 I don't care what evil exists in the world,

00:48:10.660 when the people of the Bible come together,

00:48:13.700 nothing can stop us.

00:48:15.280 Well, I mean, the Satanists have been on the march, okay?

00:48:18.540 With drag queens in the schools, 1.00

00:48:21.780 with satanic statues all over the place,

00:48:24.240 the way they're putting Satan clubs in the schools now,

00:48:26.640 which is something we absolutely need to fight

00:48:28.200 on the same grounds. 0.97

00:48:29.580 I'm not saying go behead them, 0.98

00:48:30.740 but I'm saying we need to fight them. 0.99

00:48:32.000 Right, it's not a legitimate thing.

00:48:33.140 From what you just said, it's not a legitimate religion.

00:48:35.400 And we need state law after state law to enshrine this.

00:48:40.140 So you put out a lot of information.

00:48:42.200 We've got about a minute left.

00:48:43.680 Where's the best place to go for people to follow you

00:48:45.880 to get coordinates on everything that's going on?

00:48:48.020 Actually, guys, I'm going to give,

00:48:51.180 I have a Twitter and you can follow it at Matthew Parachi,

00:48:54.560 but I post a lot of stuff on LinkedIn, believe it or not,

00:48:57.560 because it's a, you can find me there.

00:49:00.500 LinkedIn, this might be the first LinkedIn pitch that we've had.

00:49:02.880 I always give people a chance to,

00:49:04.440 I was like, shill your shill, go guys.

00:49:05.820 Yeah, I'll tell you why.

00:49:06.980 It's a space for people that want to have,

00:49:09.240 it's a space for people that really want to be thoughtful

00:49:12.560 about policy.

00:49:13.960 We get, we do a lot of our, honestly,

00:49:16.280 a lot of guests we get from LinkedIn.

00:49:18.100 We get a lot, we got a lot of comments from there.

00:49:20.100 It's very serious.

00:49:20.680 It's like the serious people's social network.

00:49:21.680 It is serious.

00:49:22.020 I'm not going to say it's conservative,

00:49:23.080 but it's a little bit more serious.

00:49:24.100 You're not posting your pictures to the beach there.

00:49:26.240 Folks, we're just about out of time.

00:49:28.440 What a win for our country.

00:49:30.400 What a win for our world.

00:49:31.560 What a win on the spiritual battlefield

00:49:33.960 that we are in at this very moment.

00:49:37.300 I'm Jack Posobiec, Matt Faraci, Human Events Daily.

00:49:40.520 Ladies and gentlemen, as always,

00:49:41.800 you have my permission to lay ashore.
