00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.860 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.560 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.480 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:51.080 I think the thing with Haley is that she's defining when as, she probably won't say it,

00:00:56.320 but not necessarily defeating Trump for the nomination.

00:00:59.100 The defamation damages trial involving writer E. Jean Carroll is set to resume in New York.

00:01:07.640 Trump and his attorneys claim he wants to testify in his own defense.

00:01:11.800 But it's unclear if he actually will take the stand.

00:01:15.460 We're fundamentally changing the economy in this country.

00:01:19.180 And everybody's getting a little worried about it. 0.98

00:01:21.380 Like Trump, Hitler was also viewed as a clown, a goon, who could be kept in line. 0.94

00:01:27.200 I plan to dismantle the deep state and reclaim our democracy from Washington corruption once and for all. 0.96

00:01:34.700 And corruption it is.

00:01:36.000 We will launch a major crackdown on government leakers who collude with the fake news to deliberately weave false narratives

00:01:43.760 and to subvert our government and our democracy.

00:01:48.000 Do we have a southern border?

00:01:49.840 Yes, ma'am. Of course we do.

00:01:50.800 Then how come people can flow across it every single day?

00:01:53.740 Hundreds and thousands of people over the court.

00:01:55.900 300,000 people in December.

00:01:57.920 We're working very hard to try to fix that, Martha.

00:02:00.080 That's why we need congressional action.

00:02:01.640 If we have a president who doesn't want to secure the border,

00:02:03.240 let's close the border until we get a president that actually is going to enforce our laws. 0.98

00:02:07.840 We're talking about nearly $800 million that Chicago and Illinois have put towards taking care of these migrants 0.99

00:02:14.540 who have arrived over the last year.

00:02:16.640 Health care, housing, and education.

00:02:19.420 And that is frustrating a lot of folks in Chicago's black communities who say

00:02:23.300 those are the same resources that they have been needing and asking for for years.

00:02:28.180 Texas's razor wire is still here inside of Shelby Park.

00:02:32.080 It remains untouched.

00:02:33.880 However, the Biden administration has now warned Texas.

00:02:36.700 It has until tomorrow to allow Biden's border agents back into Shelby Park

00:02:41.620 and the ability to remove Texas's razor wire as it sees fit.

00:02:48.740 The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union

00:02:55.000 a Republican form of government

00:02:57.660 and shall protect each of them against invasion.

00:03:02.080 That's the U.S. Constitution, Article 4, Section 4.

00:03:24.700 That was signed and ratified by all of the states.

00:03:32.020 It was sworn to be uphold

00:03:34.340 by the president of the United States

00:03:38.920 and every single one of our federal officials.

00:03:41.540 So when a sitting commander in chief finds himself in the midst of an invasion of the southern border states

00:03:56.260 and when the southern border states themselves declare legally a state of emergency over that invasion

00:04:05.080 and then that same commander in chief decides to take the side of the invaders.

00:04:15.200 Is there a word for that?

00:04:17.720 Is there a term that we could think of that perhaps, I don't know, I don't know, sums up

00:04:24.340 that type of activity?

00:04:27.780 Taking the side of invaders against your own nation?

00:04:31.580 Taking the side of invaders against your land, your soil, your people?

00:04:38.420 That's treason.

00:04:40.420 That's treason.

00:04:40.940 It's very simple.

00:04:42.800 But we've got a Mexican standoff now at the southern border

00:04:47.900 because the governor of Texas has said that he's going to fight back.

00:04:54.200 The Supreme Court came in, and this is key.

00:04:56.720 The Supreme Court said that if Border Patrol needs to get through any of this Constantino wire that's down there,

00:05:05.800 that they can do so.

00:05:06.940 But they didn't say that Texas has to stop putting the wire there

00:05:12.940 and the border barriers and the Texas National Guard.

00:05:18.740 So here's what I'm going to say.

00:05:20.880 We've got a lot of action to do, folks.

00:05:23.240 Because we've got the Biden administration right where we want them.

00:05:27.840 The optics of this would look terrible if he tried to federalize the Texas Guard

00:05:32.820 or if he tried to send down national troops or something.

00:05:35.520 He wouldn't do that.

00:05:36.020 It's insane.

00:05:37.120 So call your legislators.

00:05:40.040 Call your governors.

00:05:41.220 Have them stand with Texas.

00:05:43.360 Make sure they're standing with Texas.

00:05:45.220 I want to do care packages to the Texas National Guardsmen who are down there.

00:05:50.240 Maybe we can even get MyPillow care packages down to them, to their families.

00:05:56.240 Folks, we have them right where we want them.

00:05:59.280 Don't tip over the edge.

00:06:00.700 I don't see any Fed posting out there.

00:06:02.940 Okay?

00:06:03.580 No Fed posting.

00:06:05.520 Everyone get that?

00:06:06.780 Nobody is Fed posting.

00:06:09.060 We are going to be focused, steely-eyed.

00:06:11.880 We're going to win this election,

00:06:13.760 and Texas and the border states fighting back is how we're going to do it.

00:06:44.400 You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trimatazolitzabam ship, nippy-bam-bam,

00:06:49.760 like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:06:54.140 Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily.

00:06:56.380 Folks, for 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:07:02.720 And when I say only, trust me, I mean it.

00:07:04.140 They're the only one.

00:07:05.360 Glenn and the team over there have been great supporters of Human Events Daily,

00:07:08.520 and that's why I'm proud to partner with them.

00:07:30.260 Their 100% U.S.-based customer service team makes switching easy.

00:07:34.540 So keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade.

00:07:44.840 Join me and make the switch today.

00:07:46.440 PatriotMobile.com slash POSO.

00:07:48.180 That's PatriotMobile.com slash POSO.

00:07:50.940 So I see a lot of people, I see a whole lot of people out there, they're trying to take the bait.

00:07:58.680 They want to take all the bait because the Democrats are baiting you right now.

00:08:02.560 The feds are baiting you right now.

00:08:04.860 They're saying we, the left is desperate for another insurrection narrative.

00:08:09.880 They want to validate their MAGA is public enemy number one angle.

00:08:14.440 It's actually their only angle.

00:08:16.080 MAGA extremists, Biden talks about it all the time.

00:08:18.960 So when we put up those maps and we talk about the states that are supporting Texas, etc.,

00:08:24.480 that's not about a civil war.

00:08:27.400 That's about the election.

00:08:29.620 That's about which states we are targeting that we want to flip and which states that we

00:08:34.660 want to maintain and hold.

00:08:37.580 So when I say stand up for the border, what I'm saying is right now, I'm from Pennsylvania

00:08:42.840 and I stand with Texas.

00:08:45.000 That means I'm going to be up there.

00:08:46.720 I'm going to get in the streets to curate ballots.

00:08:49.520 I'm going to knock on doors.

00:08:50.740 We're going to do Scott Pressler work.

00:08:52.020 We're going to do the work.

00:08:54.240 We are not the libs, okay?

00:08:56.180 Don't give them an in.

00:08:58.120 But I want to bring on Mike Benz here from the Foundation for Freedom Online because,

00:09:02.420 Mike, this idea of people running around, and I see these posts, I'm sure you've seen

00:09:08.500 these posts, oh, we've got to defy the government.

00:09:11.100 We've got to defy the courts.

00:09:12.280 We've got to defy the feds.

00:09:15.100 We're going to fight back.

00:09:16.540 This is exactly the type of stuff that we've seen in so many documents from the federal

00:09:22.140 agencies and their partners related to essentially what gets you on a watch list.

00:09:28.080 Yeah, that's exactly right.

00:09:29.700 And the beautiful thing about what's shaping up right now is you identified the Biden administration

00:09:33.960 is in a real bind right now because even their core constituents, like people living

00:09:38.820 in New York, let alone Martha's Vineyard, are absolutely terrified of what's happening

00:09:45.180 with the migrant crisis.

00:09:46.740 You see New York City schools being evacuated because of how bad it is.

00:09:50.440 The optics of them going in and defying the will of Texas here are awful.

00:09:55.940 And the other thing that's really great about what's happening right now is the coalition

00:10:01.120 congealment process.

00:10:04.120 Right now you have Greg Abbott in Texas making a very strong stand in defiance of this Supreme

00:10:10.800 Court order.

00:10:11.520 You have the Louisiana State Attorney General, Jeff Landry, having Louisiana stand by the state

00:10:16.920 of Texas.

00:10:18.160 So, you know, things are – don't walk into the mousetrap.

00:10:22.380 I know that the cheese of, you know, red-blooded patriotism is always a very tasty one.

00:10:29.240 And this is not the time and place for that, though.

00:10:32.380 There is a state process being followed right now.

00:10:36.220 And it's perhaps more important than the other aspects of defying tyranny to have state-level

00:10:44.240 solidarity, to have all these states coming together and really unifying on the basis of it while

00:10:50.480 the Democrat coalition is splintering.

00:10:53.360 So be the best keyboard warrior you can be.

00:10:57.140 We don't need warriors in the streets right now.

00:11:01.280 Well, look, I keep saying this.

00:11:02.680 They want to validate their MAGA extremism narrative because you have to – when you talk

00:11:07.420 about the psyops, the gaslighting, you have to look at what they're putting out.

00:11:11.400 And then you can consider or perhaps engineer, backwards engineer, reverse engineer, your

00:11:17.700 actions and your rhetoric from that, from time to time.

00:11:21.320 It doesn't always mean that you should do everything based off of this.

00:11:23.780 But when there are times that are obviously set up to trap you, then, yes, you do not want

00:11:29.420 to walk into those.

00:11:30.500 So when I say action, I say call your governors, call your congressmen.

00:11:34.720 We're going to have President Trump's press secretary on here later today.

00:11:37.460 We're going to talk about it, and the main thing that I would also even – care packages,

00:11:43.500 right?

00:11:43.760 My brother said this, Kevin Posobiec, you know, let's get care packages for the Texas

00:11:47.880 guardsmen.

00:11:48.460 How about MyPillow care packages for them or for their families if they've got kids while 0.76

00:11:53.260 they're down there deployed?

00:11:54.480 You know, some basic stuff to take care of the men and women that are on there actually

00:11:59.020 fighting this invasion.

00:12:00.640 It's very simple because in narrative structure, if this stays about invasion, we win.

00:12:05.860 But if they take this, and this turns into civil war, if this turns into indirection, domestic

00:12:11.320 extremism, that's exactly what they want because it will be used to justify further and more

00:12:16.400 crackdowns.

00:12:17.100 And no, I don't just mean if you're physically going down there.

00:12:19.680 I mean if you're literally just talking about it.

00:12:22.100 And that's exactly what your organization has been fighting all along.

00:12:26.620 Yeah.

00:12:27.200 You know, we focus on basically federal government malfeasance, both in the censorship space and

00:12:32.480 in digital and in civil liberties.

00:12:34.040 But you have a situation right here where you have about seven different federal agencies

00:12:38.020 who were born for the moment that citizens might engage in the kind of defiance that's

00:12:45.560 being talked about online right now.

00:12:47.580 You got the FBI, you got the DHS, you have U.S.

00:12:50.560 Army counterintelligence and about six or seven others that will hear the clink of you hitting

00:12:59.380 the toilet in a meeting even talking about this.

00:13:03.700 That's exactly right.

00:13:04.700 So there is no need for that level of activation.

00:13:08.220 And I should say that these sorts of events are fishing expeditions for feds.

00:13:15.160 So a great example is as a precursor to the January 6th feds erection.

00:13:19.760 Obviously, there was the Gretchen Whitmer fed mapping.

00:13:22.360 But before that, you had these events like the Bundy Ranch standoff and the Malheur National

00:13:27.300 Wildlife Reserve.

00:13:28.680 It came out that there were 28 people occupying the Malheur National Reserve with the Oath Keepers

00:13:33.040 there.

00:13:33.680 16 of those 28 people ended.

00:13:35.760 It later came out.

00:13:37.540 We're federal at.

00:13:38.740 We're either federal informants or federal agents.

00:13:41.000 So, you know, the you may think if you're if you go down there that you're with your brothers

00:13:46.640 in arms, you're actually just with an alphabet soup of feds looking for one stray word, you

00:13:52.920 may say, or or one text message where they can nail you on.

00:13:57.760 It's just not necessary right now with all the momentum.

00:14:00.860 And, you know, I highly advise against it.

00:14:04.400 Right.

00:14:04.920 And I get this right.

00:14:06.260 I get the outrage.

00:14:07.260 I get the energy.

00:14:07.980 Look, the country is actually physically being invaded.

00:14:11.020 We can all see this.

00:14:12.200 It's very clear.

00:14:14.240 Even Biden, when in a, you know, it's I love when they ask him questions, you know, kind

00:14:18.740 of on the sidelines of these events.

00:14:20.120 And he just gives a straight answer.

00:14:21.460 Is the border secure?

00:14:22.400 No, of course it's not.

00:14:23.540 And he just says it, you know, and all of the White House talking points just get, you

00:14:27.560 know, thrown out the window.

00:14:29.280 Kareem Jean-Pierre's hair is like standing on end in every, you know, 360 directions.

00:14:33.220 And this idea that, you know, that he doesn't understand what he's doing is clear.

00:14:39.560 But if we keep the Delta, again, on the invasion, on the border, I even, this is what I threw 0.89

00:14:45.240 out over here.

00:14:46.380 Why not call for impeachment over this?

00:14:48.160 It's very simple.

00:14:49.020 The United States Constitution, it's right there.

00:14:51.480 It's block letters.

00:14:53.400 Okay.

00:14:54.000 Article 4, Section 4, the United States government will defend the states from invasion.

00:14:59.460 There you go.

00:15:00.260 Okay.

00:15:00.700 You don't need any other, you know, anything else beyond that.

00:15:03.940 And I'm not just saying Mayorkas. 1.00

00:15:05.240 I'm not just saying, oh, the Hunter Biden stuff.

00:15:07.100 No, no, no, no more games, no more theater to the House GOP.

00:15:10.180 And here's another piece of this, by the way.

00:15:11.680 And people say, well, why would we even do that, Jack?

00:15:13.860 Because the Senate would never do that.

00:15:15.420 Did that stop the Democrats when they did it to Donald Trump?

00:15:18.200 No, of course not.

00:15:18.940 And why do they do it?

00:15:19.620 Because it puts the administration into vapor lock.

00:15:23.300 It completely locks down all of their steps.

00:15:26.520 It locks down what they're doing.

00:15:27.960 It stymies them on the world stage.

00:15:31.400 It stymies the blob on the foreign policy stage.

00:15:33.860 Because every partnership deal they try to make, they'll turn around and say, well, you're

00:15:37.060 guys getting kicked out of office.

00:15:38.540 So again, it's incredible leverage.

00:15:41.540 And it's amazing to me that the House Republicans just don't seem to understand it.

00:15:45.060 Mike, when we look at this, though, if this does turn into something where, God forbid,

00:15:53.120 people go down there, if people try to storm federal positions or something like they're

00:15:57.760 talking about, I mean, things get bad really fast, don't they?

00:16:00.860 Oh, yeah, I mean, that would be walking right into the mousetrap again.

00:16:05.620 You know, this is the issue is, is they have been breathlessly hyperventilating about the

00:16:11.500 threat of not just domestic extremism, but open defiance of the federal government.

00:16:17.360 And, you know, there's a fundamental asymmetry here we always need to be mindful of.

00:16:20.640 If they were doing, if you had a freedom convoy from Canada coming up from the northern border

00:16:27.220 and a bunch of climate corps people and shut down D.C. people and Antifa people and Black

00:16:32.300 Lives Matter people all camped out in the northern states to stop the invasion of based

00:16:38.000 Canadians into the northern border, they could do that because they have something called the

00:16:43.200 Justice Department on their side.

00:16:45.800 They are protected.

00:16:47.060 There is a there is two sets of laws in this country.

00:16:50.640 And we do need to recognize that until we have the power to be able to to make things

00:16:57.120 right and even handed in this country in terms of the application of the law, that the laws

00:17:03.220 that protect that them organizing or defending a position or or defying the feds are not available

00:17:11.880 to us.

00:17:12.880 We are the persecuted class in that way.

00:17:15.680 And the way out of this is not not through, you know, you have to recognize that fundamental

00:17:21.200 reality.

00:17:21.820 You know, if you can't just hope that jumping off an 11 story building, well, we actually

00:17:26.500 want it really bad.

00:17:27.360 We actually have a story up at Post Millennial that I was working on this morning where I

00:17:33.540 think 50 50 members of BLM and Antifa from the Seattle riots and Chaz and everything in

00:17:40.420 the summer of love in 2020 have just settled a lawsuit where the city of Seattle is paying

00:17:46.560 them $10 million in a settlement for police tactics used during the summer of love.

00:17:54.280 So just understand the playing field, folks.

00:17:56.500 OK, understand this is what happens when you commit actual violent domestic literally literal

00:18:02.160 insurrection.

00:18:02.680 By the way, in Chaz, that was an actual insurrection.

00:18:05.660 They took over several areas of a city.

00:18:08.800 I was there.

00:18:09.200 We did a whole documentary about it.

00:18:10.580 Everyone go watch the Antifa movie.

00:18:12.280 But the idea is they're going to get paid for that on the back end, but not us.

00:18:18.960 No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:18:20.160 So just understand the playing field.

00:18:22.220 Mike Benz, we've got a break coming up right now when we come back.

00:18:25.680 Want to touch on this some more and then really get into this network and constellation of funding

00:18:32.000 sources that is propelling Nikki Haley against Donald Trump, because I think it matches up

00:18:36.840 with what you've talked about.

00:18:39.200 You know, they talk about influences.

00:18:41.620 These are influences.

00:18:43.540 And they're friends of mine.

00:18:45.860 Jack Pesovic.

00:18:47.320 Where's Jack?

00:18:48.300 Jack.

00:18:49.320 He's done a great job.

00:18:53.740 Jack Pesovic back live.

00:19:05.220 Their hogs are given something called ractopamine, which is banned in 160 countries, including

00:19:13.720 China, by the way.

00:19:46.640 I'm working my way through this thing.

00:19:48.300 I get home, I'm like a wildebeest when I see this thing.

00:19:52.600 I just tear it open.

00:19:53.660 She says, no, I have to cook.

00:19:54.640 I said, no, I want to eat it raw.

00:19:55.680 All right, join the Moink movement today and keep American farming going by signing up 1.00

00:20:12.700 Spelled M-O-I-N-K box.com slash poso.

00:20:15.560 That's M-O-I-N-K box.com slash poso.

00:20:18.320 Mike Benz, I got to ask you another question because you came on here and you have been telling

00:20:23.640 this crazy story.

00:20:24.780 It's just totally, you know, as you do, you know, hair on fire, all your hair, you

00:20:28.720 know, that's what happened.

00:20:29.760 Obviously, it was obviously on fire and, you know, went away.

00:20:33.900 Something happened to it.

00:20:36.220 And about the Yankee Cowboy Alliance.

00:20:38.680 It's like a rainforest.

00:20:39.620 It'll grow back.

00:20:40.920 It was a rainforest.

00:20:41.800 I've seen those old.

00:20:42.720 Yeah, you know, like it's like a lightning bolt hit it.

00:20:45.040 It's healthier.

00:20:46.680 Exactly.

00:20:47.240 Exactly.

00:20:47.720 That's right.

00:20:48.040 That's how you got so smart.

00:20:48.840 And but this this big money alliance that's come up to defy Trump.

00:20:56.380 Look, I've been getting sources.

00:20:59.000 I've been getting phone calls, late night text messages, signal chats hitting me up like

00:21:03.020 crazy, saying, hey, man, all that money that you guys have been talking about, that's lined

00:21:08.200 up behind Nikki right now.

00:21:09.760 And none of this is about her actually winning the nomination.

00:21:13.620 It's about, number one, weakening Trump for the general or, number two, maybe getting

00:21:19.060 her, you know, sort of latched into the Trump ticket as his vice presidential pick. 0.99

00:21:25.320 And you can turn on a certain other conservative leaning network and you will hear all of the

00:21:31.780 hosts talking about that very thing.

00:21:34.580 What's going on with this Nikki Haley sabotage operation?

00:21:38.620 Yeah, so Nikki Haley is really the paradigm of the so-called Yankee Cowboy Alliance, this

00:21:46.020 this New York City, London, Democrat, liberal, big finance alliance, and this sort of military

00:21:54.800 energy, agriculture, chamber of commerce, corporate Republican power wing.

00:22:01.400 These two factions were at war with each other for most of the 20th century.

00:22:04.820 And then they're always competing for the senior and junior position within the blob of Washington.

00:22:11.420 And then along came Donald Trump down the golden elevator in 2016 and the and knocked out both

00:22:17.520 the Bush and the Clinton dynasty, knocked out both the Cowboys and the Yankees.

00:22:21.840 And these two power factions have now had to bind together to try to create essentially a

00:22:27.680 super source, a kind of, you know, a kind of super Zord power ranger structure, putting to get putting

00:22:36.520 past all the rivalries behind them to try to join forces to take on Trumpism.

00:22:42.600 And Nikki Haley is kind of the well, she's the Haley Zord.

00:22:46.060 You know, she's she's been basically foisted together out of a combination of Koch Brothers 0.66

00:22:51.980 cowboy money and Reid Hoffman, Jamie Dimon, Yankee money to create this Frankensteinian 0.72

00:22:59.900 alt Republican blob manifestation.

00:23:04.480 Now, the reason that she's staying in the race, I think there's a lot of competing theories,

00:23:08.760 all with wildly divergent predictions.

00:23:10.960 But, you know, one of them is, listen, this is the best press you can buy for a dollar at

00:23:18.080 any moment in history if you are in opposition to Trump Republican competing, not just for

00:23:24.260 necessarily 2024, but for who takes the mantle of Trumpism after Trump or the Republican

00:23:30.580 Party after Trump.

00:23:32.040 It may be the case, for example, no matter what, this is basically Trump's last swing

00:23:37.340 up to bat, whether he wins or loses.

00:23:42.000 At any rate, there will be a battle for the baton.

00:23:44.980 There will be a sort of crisis of emerging leadership.

00:23:48.600 And and the biggest stars who's starting out that race are going to have a big advantage.

00:23:53.080 And so I've I've called this the Dylan Dennis strategy.

00:23:56.120 You know, Dylan Dennis was this jujitsu guy who fought against Logan Paul and didn't know

00:24:01.140 how to box, even though it was a boxing match.

00:24:03.340 But, you know, he talked a lot of poo, shall we say, on Twitter and Instagram for about

00:24:09.900 eight months leading up to the fight and ended up growing his Instagram following from about

00:24:14.060 50,000 to over a million just by staying in the limelight and and constantly slinging

00:24:20.160 arrows.

00:24:20.840 You have Nikki Haley's profile has never been more consuming of of mainstream news.

00:24:27.120 And as she's accruing coalition allies along the way, you now have a donor bank she can 0.56

00:24:32.800 return to for 10 years after this.

00:24:35.860 And she's a media darling on MSNBC because she is the last woman standing, so to speak, 0.82

00:24:42.120 against Trumpism.

00:24:43.340 So whether she stays in for several months because of that or whether she drops out next

00:24:48.700 week because of a tactical decision is really hard to to pierce through right now.

00:24:52.660 But that is what she represents.

00:24:53.800 And so this it's it's it's multivector.

00:24:58.940 And I really appreciate your analysis there, because you're right.

00:25:01.840 It isn't just about this election.

00:25:03.060 So it's about this election in the sense that this certainly helps to weaken Trump for the

00:25:08.800 general.

00:25:09.240 So it keeps him it forces him to keep spending money in the states.

00:25:13.040 It forces him to have to compete in multiple states where most, you know, most political

00:25:17.360 analysts are looking at this going, wait a minute.

00:25:19.500 It seems like this thing is is done.

00:25:21.860 She doesn't have any path forward.

00:25:23.000 The math isn't there.

00:25:24.120 The arithmetic for the delegates, you know, there's not even like Jeff Rowe and his magic

00:25:27.840 math can can make this work for her to get on that stage in Milwaukee. 1.00

00:25:31.760 But it doesn't matter, because if your goal is to force him to have to fight through all

00:25:35.900 these states, continue to use his money, time and resources, then you can you can achieve

00:25:41.500 that through Nikki Haley.

00:25:42.380 And you had a former Democrat and advisor for Joe Biden up on MSNBC just yesterday talking

00:25:49.120 about that, saying this is great.

00:25:50.560 So Democrats are absolutely.

00:25:52.220 And we saw the crossover in New Hampshire just on Tuesday night that they were coming

00:25:57.220 over, registering independent so they could go and vote for her.

00:25:59.940 But then it sets up a larger proxy war for the future.

00:26:05.780 And, you know, I'm just gonna be honest and I'll say it that it seemed for a long time like

00:26:10.400 Ron DeSantis was going to be sort of the heir apparent of MAGA.

00:26:14.100 I don't know if he's the heir apparent anymore.

00:26:17.140 And so because he's not, because now there's a vacuum for that position, you know, the crown

00:26:22.980 prince of MAGA has no longer, you know, the seat is vacant.

00:26:26.660 You know, maybe Don Jr., I guess, would would be the, you know, the the other name that I

00:26:30.260 could think of.

00:26:31.000 But the question is, then, does that give more credence to the idea that Nikki Haley could

00:26:36.500 potentially sweep in and then build herself up for a 2028 role? 1.00

00:26:42.180 That that's exactly right.

00:26:44.220 You know, I mean, just like you said, they are inflating there, you know, they're doing

00:26:48.300 an inflate a Haley thing right now where there is this power vacuum that they're anticipating

00:26:52.600 as when Trump ism ultimately when Trump ultimately wanes.

00:26:57.540 And then there will be the future of the Republican Party, which is which is half of this story

00:27:01.760 anyway, because they're concerned about about the speaker fights.

00:27:05.360 They're concerned about Republicans continuing to to pay tribute to Ukraine and other

00:27:11.640 colonies and and other sort of globalist uniparty interests.

00:27:16.260 And so there is this party.

00:27:17.760 There's this struggle for the future of the Republican Party.

00:27:21.200 We know this because even in their color revolution planning documents from 2020 from the Transition

00:27:26.000 Integrity Project, the final appendix was on Trumpism after Trump, which was, well, even

00:27:31.420 if we defeat him in November 2020, he will still loom large.

00:27:35.680 He will still consume the soul of the Republican Party.

00:27:37.680 So we need a long term plan to be able to put the Republican Party back in the box, back

00:27:44.380 in the traditional sort of Yankee cowboy struggle where everybody at least gets paid.

00:27:49.800 And so, you know, and also even within Trumpism, you know, who would have thought with Trump

00:27:56.320 running on being against the Iraq war and and and militarism that Trump would be appointing

00:28:03.920 a, you know, a national security adviser in the form of John Bolton, as he did for about

00:28:11.580 six months during his presidency.

00:28:13.300 And that was a donor favor.

00:28:14.800 But the fact that it happened shows the sort of real politic of Washington that when you

00:28:22.380 do have these blob beloved figures, personnel picks are favors to secure favors in kind and

00:28:33.140 Trump will need favors in kind from the establishment Republicanism should he win the White House,

00:28:39.600 you know, just as he needed them.

00:28:40.700 Speaking of, I was just going to say, speaking of the establishment, the sort of the old players,

00:28:47.360 the established figures versus new players, someone that I know that you've tweeted about

00:28:51.180 and Malcolm Flex sends a message and he's watching.

00:28:54.080 He said, don't forget Vivek for the crown prince of MAGA.

00:28:56.840 He's making a strong play for it, a very strong play.

00:28:59.740 Two minutes left.

00:29:00.920 Where do you see his role?

00:29:02.560 Because, of course, Tim Scott is much more in line in terms of foreign policy with Nikki Haley,

00:29:07.120 Lindsey Graham, they're all from the same state, obviously huge defense base in South Carolina.

00:29:12.080 But Vivek has just emerged as this total wildcard.

00:29:16.080 Wildcard is exactly right.

00:29:17.800 You know, I mean, what we're seeing with Vivek here is a once in a generation talent when it

00:29:22.480 comes to linguistic fluidity and I don't want to say, you know, and rhetorical communication

00:29:31.120 power.

00:29:32.020 I mean, this guy just went on The Breakfast Club and basically gave Charlemagne what

00:29:37.100 what's what, you know, and this guy, you could throw him in a shark tank and he'll

00:29:40.580 be persuading sharks to, you know, to vote against, you know, climate change bills.

00:29:45.540 I mean, the guy is a genuine phenom at that.

00:29:48.120 The unanswered question about Vivek is when he is entrusted with power, will he be as faithful

00:29:56.580 in action as he is in words?

00:29:58.540 I think at this point he has earned the right to be to be trusted, earned, earned the right

00:30:06.220 to prove himself with responsibility when it comes to government.

00:30:10.360 The thing about DeSantis is he did actually put his he's not very good with words, but

00:30:15.640 he put his money where his mouth was when it came to the Disney fight.

00:30:18.240 He put his money where his mouth was when it came to the DEI fight and when it came to

00:30:22.500 taking on, you know, he's best in class on COVID and all these other things that nobody

00:30:26.400 else had the had the gumption to actually sacrifice political capital.

00:30:30.940 So the question right now for Vivek is what can he do to earn that missing trust, whether

00:30:37.320 that's a cabinet secretary position or whether that's I mean, he needs to be tested at this

00:30:41.800 point.

00:30:42.220 He's earned the right to be tested as I see it.

00:30:44.500 It's just a question of what Trump decides.

00:30:47.280 And in pro wrestling, they say, who did you ever beat?

00:30:50.080 Mike Benz, where can people follow you?

00:30:53.080 You can find me on X slash Twitter at Mike Benz cyber is the best place.

00:30:56.900 Awesome.

00:32:59.920 Very excited now to bring back to the show to hear on Human Events Daily,

00:33:04.260 Carolyn Levitt, the National Press Secretary for the Trump Campaign 2024.

00:33:09.660 How are you today?

00:33:11.260 Hey, Jack.

00:33:12.200 I am doing great.

00:33:13.200 Thanks so much for having me again.

00:33:14.420 We appreciate it.

00:33:16.200 Absolutely.

00:33:16.860 So I've got to get you to weigh in, of course,

00:33:19.140 because Texas is really the biggest piece of the news.

00:33:23.740 People are looking at this.

00:33:25.080 We're calling it a Mexican standoff on the border between the Greg Abbott and the Texas National Guard,

00:33:31.960 the Biden administration, Supreme Court coming in and saying they can continue cutting down the razor wire.

00:33:36.920 I've got to get the campaign's statement on this.

00:33:41.900 Well, first of all, Jack, let's just take a step back and think about how tragic it is

00:33:46.340 that Texas is having to deal with this nightmare of an illegal invasion on our United States southern border.

00:33:53.060 Joe Biden was handed the most secure border in American history by President Trump.

00:33:57.960 Don't take that from me.

00:33:59.120 Take it from the longtime director of ICE, Tom Homan,

00:34:01.580 who said that no one did more to secure the United States border than Donald Trump.

00:34:05.180 We had remain in Mexico.

00:34:06.940 We had effective migrant deterrent policies.

00:34:09.780 Of course, we had President Trump ended catch and release in American cities.

00:34:14.060 He ended amnesty and he built nearly 500 miles of border wall.

00:34:18.440 Joe Biden, with the swipe of a pen on day one,

00:34:21.000 made it very clear that his administration was doing away with all of those policies.

00:34:24.960 Now we've had an invasion of nearly 10 million illegal people that we know about.

00:34:29.900 I would beg that it's much, much more than that.

00:34:32.360 They are being flown around on the American taxpayer dimes to every single corner of this country.

00:34:38.480 Every state is a border state, not just Texas.

00:34:40.960 That's why it's great to see so many Republican governors stepping forward and saying that they stand

00:34:45.300 with Texas against Joe Biden's unconstitutional invasion of this country.

00:34:50.480 And they need to do what they need to do to secure the border because it's very clear, Jack,

00:34:55.080 that Joe Biden doesn't want to secure the border.

00:34:57.840 This is a purposeful invasion so they can implement an entire new voting bloc here in the United States 0.99

00:35:03.100 of America for more power and control.

00:35:05.780 That's what this is about at the end of the day.

00:35:08.660 Now, when we look at this situation and people have said that it certainly has the tension could

00:35:15.120 grow over here because people are saying that now with the Supreme Court getting involved,

00:35:19.180 this does become a states versus federal government thing.

00:35:23.220 And so for the president, for the campaign, do they side more with Biden on this one or

00:35:30.120 with Governor Abbott?

00:35:32.100 We side with the great Republican governors, Governor Abbott and all of the others who have

00:35:36.980 signed up to ensure that they have the right to protect their states and protect American

00:35:43.120 citizens and American lives.

00:35:44.600 This is the greatest dereliction of duty by any president that we've ever seen, what Joe

00:35:49.480 Biden has allowed to occur at this border.

00:35:52.000 And the great governors of all of these states need to do what they have to do to protect

00:35:56.640 their citizens.

00:35:58.640 Do you know, and of course, you may not know, but if you're not privy to it, but do you know

00:36:03.820 if President Trump has spoken with Governor Abbott through the course of this?

00:36:06.720 I am not privy to that conversation.

00:36:09.940 I have not heard that.

00:36:11.320 But absolutely, we stand with the governors across this country who need to protect this

00:36:15.720 border from Joe Biden's illegal invasion.

00:36:18.580 Oh, absolutely.

00:36:19.240 And so when we look at the border itself as a situation, in terms of what the campaign

00:36:25.080 is running, obviously, immigration, illegal immigration, the criminality, fentanyl, these

00:36:30.400 are all themes that have been playing out and the campaign has highlighted.

00:36:33.940 Are you seeing anything in internal polling or just in anecdotes as you travel around

00:36:39.200 that it seems like these issues are rising to the level of dominance the way they are

00:36:44.720 on the airwaves?

00:36:46.320 Oh, absolutely.

00:36:47.520 And I'm glad you brought it up, Jack, because the economy and immigration are the top two

00:36:51.940 issues for the American public.

00:36:53.440 And in many states across this country, including battleground states, immigration is actually

00:36:58.780 at the top of the list.

00:36:59.800 And that is because the American people are seeing the very real consequences that Biden's

00:37:04.480 border invasion is having on their own communities.

00:37:07.060 They're seeing mass influxes of illegal people taking over their community centers.

00:37:12.060 In the case of New York City, you had American students who are already incredibly behind in

00:37:17.460 reading, writing, and math in their academics because of blue state governors who shut down our

00:37:22.220 cities and communities and schools during COVID-19.

00:37:25.160 Being forced to learn remotely once again to make room for illegal immigrants in their 1.00

00:37:30.300 school's cafeteria.

00:37:31.680 That is what you get when you have a president and Democrat officials who put America last

00:37:36.140 at every single turn.

00:37:37.800 And so there is no one tougher on the border and on the issue of immigration than Donald

00:37:42.680 Trump.

00:37:43.140 Voters trust him to lead on that.

00:37:44.760 The polls indicated.

00:37:46.460 And also anecdotally, when you go out into the heartland, the great states like Iowa and

00:37:50.280 New Hampshire, for example, where President Trump just had two dominating victories,

00:37:53.840 people say they trust Donald Trump to secure the border because he did it before and he

00:37:58.960 will do it again.

00:38:00.140 And his plan to clean up this country after Joe Biden's mess that he's brought us into

00:38:05.060 is far stronger than Nikki Haley, if you want to get into that.

00:38:10.420 He has promised to launch a mass deportation operation of every single illegal person that

00:38:15.720 has crossed the border over the past few years.

00:38:17.680 Of course, starting with the criminals and terrorists, many of whom we know are on United States

00:38:23.320 terror watch lists.

00:38:24.960 And so we need President Trump again to secure the border and this illegal invasion.

00:38:29.160 Voters trust him to do it.

00:38:30.520 And it will be top of mind heading into the general election in November.

00:38:33.720 And that's why he's the best choice we have to defeat Joe Biden.

00:38:37.580 Well, it's interesting you mention that because when I hear Nikki Haley speak, she, you know,

00:38:41.380 when she talks about the border, she seems like she's much more interested in the borders

00:38:44.700 of countries that are nowhere near the United States, ones that are thousands of miles away

00:38:49.540 and, you know, causes that are certainly compelling, but certainly not ones that directly affect

00:38:54.760 our border.

00:38:55.900 Isn't that right?

00:38:57.140 That is exactly right.

00:38:58.620 Nikki Haley is another America for America last politician. 1.00

00:39:02.380 Her campaign is funded by the same Democrat donors who are funding Joe Biden's campaign

00:39:07.640 right now and support Joe Biden's administration's plan to open up our border that support his plan

00:39:14.040 to send billions of dollars to Ukraine.

00:39:16.380 And so she's funded by those same people.

00:39:18.860 Her campaign is run by Democrat staffers, former Democrat lobbyists, and they are making

00:39:23.680 a very vocal and concerted effort to target Democrat donors.

00:39:27.660 And her record on the issue of immigration cannot be trusted.

00:39:31.340 She opposed President Trump's border wall in 2016, saying, quote, walls don't work.

00:39:36.940 She said that illegal immigrants should not be referred to as criminals.

00:39:41.000 They are criminals.

00:39:41.940 Not only should they be referred to as such, but they should also be treated as such and deported. 0.98

00:39:46.920 Donald Trump will do it.

00:39:48.240 Nikki Haley can. 1.00

00:39:49.400 She is weak on the issue.

00:39:50.820 And during this time, again, when we need a president who will secure the border, end

00:39:55.500 this invasion, and take that step to deport all those who have broken our country's laws 1.00

00:39:59.780 and are mooching off of our United States government and system, we need someone who will do that.

00:40:05.460 Donald Trump will.

00:40:06.540 Nikki Haley will not.

00:40:07.500 Well, Carolyn, we just, and right before you came home, we were talking about this very

00:40:11.880 peculiar, very strange phenomenon that's going on that you just outlined, that so many of

00:40:18.300 these donors, these mega donors that we find on the left, from Wall Street, from these people

00:40:23.800 that have been fully involved and invested in Joe Biden, the left-wing campaigns are now

00:40:28.760 all flocking to Nikki Haley.

00:40:32.520 Yes, they most certainly are.

00:40:34.260 They've been supporting her for a long time, Jack, but as they saw her kind of get some

00:40:38.780 more spotlight as Ron DeSantis' campaign ultimately did fail, they have realized that Nikki Haley

00:40:45.000 is the best vessel for the Never Trump Establishment Movement, the movement that wants to engage

00:40:51.220 in endless wars and send American citizens over to die in wars far away, the movement that 0.89

00:40:57.660 wants to have an administrative state that spies on the American public at church or at school

00:41:02.120 board meetings, that censors and silences anyone that they don't agree with, and that

00:41:07.580 also sends billions of dollars, as you mentioned earlier, to secure the borders of foreign nations

00:41:12.560 without supporting, without securing it.

00:41:15.620 It's so strange, so strange to see people that are totally against Republicans and conservatives

00:41:20.760 backing Nikki Haley.

00:41:22.300 Quick break.

00:41:22.840 We'll be right back with Karen Levin.

00:41:23.960 Of course, I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:32.420 All right, Jack Posobiec back live.

00:41:33.780 I would be remiss if I didn't mention this, but breaking news just as the show was getting

00:41:37.760 going today.

00:41:38.960 A guy who was here on the program, also a good friend of the show, a good friend of, he's

00:41:44.800 a member of the family, Dr. Peter Navarro, sentenced to four months by the Department, or not by the

00:41:51.500 Department of Justice, but in this case involving the January 6th committee, he has been sentenced

00:41:57.300 by a D.C. judge for this.

00:42:00.080 I'm sure he will be appealing, and we'll get him on as soon as we can to follow up with this.

00:42:05.020 I'll speak with him as soon as I can.

00:42:06.840 He might be on War Room later tonight.

00:42:08.620 We will see.

00:42:09.380 Of course, the news is just breaking four months, the same four months, by the way, that Steve

00:42:13.280 Bannon was sentenced to for the exact same conviction on this idea of contempt when they

00:42:19.340 claimed, obviously, executive privilege over the January 6th conversation.

00:42:23.780 So, Caroline Levitt, we continue our conversation and really our investigation, I think, into

00:42:29.520 these Nikki Haley donors.

00:42:31.140 And I would be remiss if I didn't ask about this, this truth social that came out from

00:42:35.120 President Trump's account yesterday saying that, essentially, that from this moment on,

00:42:40.180 that anyone who donates to her is barred from MAGA.

00:42:44.100 So he's looking at these donors as well, isn't he?

00:42:46.160 Yes, of course he is.

00:42:48.860 And it's very important that we are, because you have to follow the money with these politicians.

00:42:53.540 And those that they are funded and fueled by is usually how they will govern when they

00:42:58.020 are elected.

00:42:58.680 And Nikki Haley is funded by Democrat donors.

00:43:02.280 Some of the very same donors, Jack, that fund Joe Biden's campaign, and even worse than

00:43:07.500 that, are funding the lawsuits and the political persecutions and witch hunts against the former

00:43:12.800 president, Reid Hoffman, one of the people that is funding the E.G.

00:43:16.800 Kara lawsuit that we see going on today.

00:43:18.900 Donald Trump is in a courthouse today fighting that sham lawsuit.

00:43:22.680 And that same person that's helping to fund it is funding Nikki Haley's campaign.

00:43:27.240 So that tells you everything you need to know about Nikki Haley.

00:43:31.240 Not only is she fueled by Democrat donors, but she is actively targeting and make a concerted

00:43:36.880 effort to appeal to Democrat voters.

00:43:39.460 That is why she cannot be trusted to lead on the issues that matter.

00:43:42.920 And it's why it's so important that great patriots and Republicans in the state of South

00:43:47.260 Carolina send another very strong message.

00:43:49.880 Get out and vote for Donald Trump, just like you did in Iowa and New Hampshire, to make

00:43:54.200 it clear to these never Trump rhinos and Democrat donors that we don't want their chosen candidate. 0.87

00:43:59.220 We want President Trump.

00:44:01.380 So I posted some reporting last night that I got from a source, essentially, that this

00:44:06.660 has been specifically their strategy and will continue to be their strategy that they're

00:44:11.160 mapping out every single open state or open system primary that comes up throughout the

00:44:16.920 schedule, throughout the entire calendar coming forward and going through, say, and then

00:44:20.600 targeting with ads, targeting with text message, micro targeting these universes of people that

00:44:26.940 they think are would be willing to switch from Democrat to independent or potentially aren't

00:44:32.040 independent who is, you know, I guess you would say Democrat leaning or Democrat, you know,

00:44:37.020 left leaning independent, liberal independent to come out and vote for Nikki Haley because

00:44:42.020 they know they can do this.

00:44:43.660 Number one, to stymie the operations or stymie the momentum of President Trump, weaken him for

00:44:49.280 the general.

00:44:50.420 It's not actually about winning.

00:44:51.840 It's actually about drawing the fight out.

00:44:53.720 Yes, but it won't work and it won't weaken President Trump.

00:44:58.260 They tried to do it in New Hampshire and it didn't work at all.

00:45:01.080 Nearly 70 percent of the people that voted for Nikki Haley in New Hampshire were unaffiliated

00:45:05.760 voters.

00:45:06.680 Many thousands of them were formerly registered Democrat voters that switched their party

00:45:11.820 affiliation just in time for the primary so that they could purposely vote for Nikki Haley. 1.00

00:45:16.700 Only 29 percent of the people that voted for her in New Hampshire were actual registered

00:45:21.460 Republicans.

00:45:22.040 Now they are being very vocal about trying to.

00:45:24.520 And she's still, by the way, Jack lost by double digits.

00:45:27.480 The voter turnout on the other side was high, but President Trump's was higher.

00:45:31.800 He actually made history breaking the most votes of any presidential candidate from either

00:45:36.520 side of the aisle in your presidential primary history.

00:45:39.580 And so it just shows you that their strategy will not work, but they're continuing to lean

00:45:44.320 into it going into South Carolina.

00:45:46.160 One of Nikki Haley's top surrogates, Governor Chris Sununu, who was just embarrassed in his own

00:45:51.740 home state of New Hampshire with her defeat, was on television this morning saying that

00:45:56.240 it's great for Nikki Haley that South Carolina's primary is even more open than New Hampshire,

00:46:01.160 so more Democrats can go to the polls and vote for her. 1.00

00:46:04.060 This is their strategy.

00:46:05.240 They are open and vocal about it.

00:46:07.020 They know they don't appeal to the base because Nikki Haley is more of a liberal than she is 0.98

00:46:11.160 a conservative.

00:46:11.680 So they're actively targeting and appealing those Democrat voters.

00:46:15.400 That is not a practical pathway to the Republican nomination.

00:46:18.560 Nikki Haley has never had one.

00:46:20.220 She never will.

00:46:21.280 It's beyond time for her to drop out.

00:46:23.520 And hopefully she will come to her census soon.

00:46:26.240 Doesn't look like she will.

00:46:27.300 So we'll continue to fight her tooth and nail.

00:46:29.300 And again, that's why it's so important that every grassroots patriot out there gets out

00:46:34.020 and votes as you did in Iowa, as you did in New Hampshire.

00:46:37.060 Just keep on voting.

00:46:38.300 We will keep on winning and we will prevail all the way through November.

00:46:42.340 So the president's strategy going forward, we've got Nevada.

00:46:45.280 We actually have Nevada next.

00:46:46.540 Even if you listen to Nikki Haley, she doesn't even mention it.

00:46:49.420 She really wants everyone to focus, really wants everyone to focus on this South Carolina

00:46:54.440 race because it is the next one she's competitive in. 0.99

00:46:57.020 But if I understand correctly, doesn't seem like she's doing as well in her home state as

00:47:01.440 most people would normally expect.

00:47:03.780 No, absolutely not.

00:47:05.340 She's being demolished in the polls. 1.00

00:47:06.880 President Trump has nearly every single state elected official endorsement.

00:47:12.300 He is endorsed by the sitting governor, endorsed by both United States senators from South Carolina,

00:47:17.300 and he's endorsed by the people.

00:47:18.960 The polls show it.

00:47:19.800 They trust him to lead on the issues that matter.

00:47:21.920 Immigration, the economy, restoring peace around this world.

00:47:25.180 They don't trust Nikki Haley and they shouldn't because she was governor of South Carolina.

00:47:29.560 She pledged to raise the sales tax or she promised not to raise the sales tax and then she did.

00:47:35.340 She pledged she would never raise the gas tax and then ultimately she supported raising up the gas tax.

00:47:41.040 Then she went back on her website and scrubbed her original opposition to it.

00:47:46.200 And she also sold out South Carolina's farmland to the CCP.

00:47:50.220 The CCP doubled their investment in South Carolina when Nikki Haley was governor.

00:47:54.760 That only happens when you have a governor who puts China first and America last.

00:48:00.680 The CCP knows it and they would treat her the same way if she were ever to get close to the White House.

00:48:05.860 And just imagine what somebody would do with that if given actual global power, given the power of the Oval Office, given the power of the desk.

00:48:16.720 And, you know, people don't usually I haven't actually heard anyone say this before, but she's asking to be America's first female president. 0.99

00:48:23.600 And no, I just I just don't think Nikki Haley is the person that we want in that position.

00:48:29.500 Crown Levitt, where can people go to follow you directly?

00:48:32.400 And if they want to get more involved with the campaign, how do they sign up?

00:48:35.860 Yeah, absolutely.

00:48:36.680 You can go to my personal X or Truth Social at K Levitt, L-E-A-V-I-T-T-N-H.

00:48:43.140 And go follow our campaign accounts, Team Trump and Team Trump War Room.

00:48:47.140 Thanks so much, Jack.

00:48:47.920 We appreciate you and your audience so very much.

00:48:51.240 All right.

00:48:51.520 God bless and good luck to you.

00:48:54.000 Thank you as well for telling us that the president's campaign stands with Texas, stands with Greg Abbott.

00:49:01.400 You know, what can I say?

00:49:02.920 I roll with Greg.

00:49:04.200 I roll with Greg Abbott because, ladies and gentlemen, this is about taking our country back.

00:49:12.080 It starts in Texas and it's going to sweep to every single one of the 50 states of this great nation.

00:49:18.980 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission.

00:49:21.400 I'm sure.
