Trump dismisses election interference charges against him, while a jury weighs whether or not to award damages to writer E.J. Carrol. President Biden orders Texas to stand down the Texas Guard from the southern border, and 25 other states join Texas in a united front against the White House.

00:16:29.840And we're looking, I'm just looking through some of the comments here, people saying things like they'll wait until the coverage slows down and then all of a new distraction pops up.

00:16:54.360No, I think that I think this is obviously a play on their part to diffuse the situation because they realize they realize that if they come in, if they try to even if he tries to federalize the National Guard and keep in mind, this is this is very key because Governor Abbott and just did this fantastic interview with Tucker Carlson.
00:17:12.800And I urge everyone to go watch that because he said, look, we've got people down there that are, excuse me, statewide law enforcement from the state of Texas that are not National Guard.

00:31:49.420Yeah, and the event ties into what we're doing. You know, my whole plan, Jack, is to go to every county in the country and get rid of these machines, go to paper ballots, hand counting.
00:32:00.780So we've divided the whole United States into 3,143 counties, and we have teams in every county, and we go to them like a sales pitch.
00:32:09.060Well, I just found out yesterday, in fact, that, and each county's got a little different because their state laws are a little different.
00:32:15.720Well, it turns out in New Hampshire, all it takes is it's run, each town can make their own decision.
00:32:23.080So we did this two years ago, and we had about 40% of the people wanting to get rid of the machines.
00:32:30.060But New Hampshire has a law there, if you get 25 signatures in the town, it goes on the ballot immediately to get rid of the machines or whatever you're causing.
00:32:43.840So we have until February 6th to get 25 signatures in every town, which we're getting right now.
00:32:51.940And this goes on the ballot, everybody, in the middle of March to get rid of them.
00:32:56.900New Hampshire could be the first one to completely wipe out the machines, paper ballots, hand counting.
00:33:02.160It'll all be in place by August 1st if it gets voted in.
00:33:05.580Our preliminary polls, it's going to get voted in by a landslide.

00:33:12.560So if we get 60% of them, 70%, it's the tip of the spear, Jack, of everything we're doing in this country to get rid of these things that go to paper ballots.
