This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:47.260
UCLA was one of the latest flashpoints between pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli demonstrators.
00:00:58.280
Dozens clashed Sunday after a security barrier was breached.
00:01:04.680
Following the skirmishes, UCLA officials moved to drastically reinforce the barricades and railings.
00:01:10.380
Across the country, authorities detained 100 people at Northeastern University in Boston.
00:01:18.540
Pro-Palestinian student demonstrators are calling for their schools to divest from companies that do business with Israel.
00:01:25.460
The criminal case against Donald Trump for trying to reverse the last election on the rocks.
00:01:30.560
The government aiming to show Mr. Trump cannot be immune from federal charges for his actions leading up to January 6th simply because he was still president at the time.
00:01:40.580
The conservative justices skeptical presidents don't need some protection.
00:01:45.000
The president's 2025 budget proposal plans to raise the capital gains tax rate to 44.6 percent.
00:01:55.080
That's the highest rate since its creation in 1922.
00:02:00.820
That higher capital gains tax, China's at 20 percent.
00:02:07.140
Americans don't assess the economy through the economic indicators and data that we all report on constantly.
00:02:16.320
Thirty-four percent currently approve of Biden's handling of the economy.
00:02:21.380
So significantly lower than his overall job approval.
00:02:26.840
Donald Trump is spending hours each day in a New York courtroom in his criminal hush money trial.
00:02:32.200
But on the campaign trail, a brand new CNN poll out this morning shows Trump sustaining his lead over President Biden among registered voters.
00:02:42.820
With more saying they considered Trump's presidency a success than Biden's.
00:02:49.020
They don't want to give Trump that platform and risk exposing Biden like that on national TV.
00:02:54.420
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:10.900
I want to talk to you about what's going on today.
00:03:13.500
What we're currently facing is the operational election.
00:03:19.380
CNN had a big freak out over the weekend because Donald Trump bested Joe Biden in their national head-to-head poll.
00:03:26.980
He also bested Joe Biden when they added in third parties.
00:03:30.960
In fact, when they added in third parties, Trump actually went up almost nine points higher.
00:03:36.480
Then if you go to RCP, the Real Clear Politics swing state average has Trump up in every single swing state, including 4.8 percent in Nevada, the state of Nevada, which Donald Trump has never actually won.
00:03:48.900
State that Republicans get close to winning very often but don't ever seem to take home.
00:04:09.000
Beyond-politics means we are in an operational election.
00:04:18.960
This isn't an election about just beating your opponent on the issues.
00:04:23.020
This is an election about driving your voters out to the polls, and more so than driving them out, it's actually getting them out to vote in terms of early voting and ballots.
00:04:36.800
Currently, we are not seeing the Trump campaign and the RNC fielding offices in the swing states, in the battleground states.
00:04:45.840
Understand, Donald Trump has been forced off of the campaign trail by state force.
00:04:53.940
They have removed him from the ability to be barnstorming the nation.
00:04:58.080
That's why he wasn't in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania last week on Election Day.
00:05:04.940
Number one, that's why you need to make a plan and make sure at least three of your friends and family need to make a plan to be voting early because you never know where he could be on Election Day.
00:05:15.360
Who knows, like Donald Trump, you could be in court or the second piece of this is that it is incumbent while Donald Trump is on court.
00:05:23.760
They must, must, must have these field offices up and running and this early get out the vote, get out the early vote campaign up in every single one of these battleground states.
00:05:35.220
The Democrats already have their out banking votes.
00:05:39.440
That's why you're seeing him throw out all of these, you know, it's not red meat, it's blue meat, the capital gains, 44%, the Title IX junk.
00:05:50.140
But at the end of the day, folks, if we don't have those field offices and this ground game, we lose.
00:05:56.120
It's incumbent upon us to begin the operations, not in June, but right now, right now, where everything that we are fighting for goes down the drain.
00:06:09.440

There's one more thing that you're forgetting, and it could make the biggest difference in your future and your family's financial future, and that's checking out today's episode sponsor, Allegiance Gold.
00:07:18.200
Since 2020, Bidenomics has been obliterating the American economy.
00:07:22.100
Imagine what four more years will do to interest rates, debt, and labor disputes.
00:07:26.620
You need something stable so that you can take a breath and know that the money you earned and the retirement you work for is safe.
00:07:32.740
You have to proactively protect your assets so that when the supply chain gets rocked and Biden decides to print a few trillion more dollar bills, it won't impact your family's bottom line.
00:07:43.000
And the only way to do that is with the one true beacon of stability that so many patriots use to preserve their wealth, and that, my friends, is gold.
00:07:50.520
Over the last five years, it's almost doubled in value.
00:07:53.480
With the way that things are looking, the sky is the limit.
00:07:56.780
Allegiance Gold has done the thing the right way from the beginning, so there's no coincidence that they're earned the best and highest trust ratings in the precious metals industry, five stars with TrustLink, and an A-plus with a Better Business Bureau.

00:08:42.020
Complacency will lead to the demise of the republic.
00:08:50.960
Where are the offices in these swing states and battleground states?
00:08:56.340
That's the bottom question that you need to be asking the bottom line up front.
00:09:00.300
Don't come to me and ask about this issue, that issue, this thing, that thing.
00:09:15.260
And that's why today we're bringing on somebody who directly focuses on operations, not just
00:09:22.820
inside the United States, where he does do a lot of fighting, but also outside the United
00:09:31.120
My guest is coming to us from Paris, France, right next door to myself here.
00:09:38.240
He is the executive director of Republicans for National Renewal.
00:09:42.520
But of course, he hails originally from the proud and great state of Texas.
00:09:56.580
You and I just did CPAC Hungary, and then we went over and did Make Europe Great Again,
00:10:04.560
I'm over in Madrid working with some of the local right-wing parties here.
00:10:10.100
And so what I said in both of those speeches is in order to properly fight globalism, because
00:10:16.700
it is a global system, the irony is that we need to build an international alliance of
00:10:23.900
And that's what we've become, an international alliance of anti-globalists.
00:10:29.060
And so what do you say to folks when they sort of say, wait a minute, if we're fighting
00:10:35.780
for America first, then why is it that you're gallivanting around Europe?
00:10:43.520
Well, Jack, it was quite the honor, as I'm sure you'd agree, that we were in Budapest,
00:10:48.240
Hungary, meeting with Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who really has kind of made that country,
00:10:54.780
Hungary, a beacon of hope for national populace or true conservatives, whatever you want to
00:11:01.620
I know there's different terms used in different countries.
00:11:04.160
But as far as this issue where, oh, you're America first, but you're also gallivanting in
00:11:08.920
different countries and talking to foreign leaders.
00:11:11.100
Well, people who are aware of the issues, they know that the left is not just the left
00:11:24.500
They've been networking for many years, well before conservatives have been getting together.
00:11:29.060
The one thing they don't have is the support of the people of every respective country.
00:11:33.360
And so they have to rely on pouring in millions of dollars into propaganda campaigns or just
00:11:41.360
But conservatives, we've been fractioned, right?
00:11:44.280
We even here in Europe, I'm sure you talk to some people, they'll say, well, this other
00:11:49.300
country, even though they have a conservative leader, we have a bad history with them.
00:11:55.360
Or, you know, 50 years ago, they did something that we didn't like.
00:12:00.000
And maybe that's a legitimate concern and a legitimate reason to not want to work with
00:12:04.540
But when the stakes are so high, where you're fighting, it's this globalist tyranny.
00:12:10.960
And so we're not for globalism, but we are for global cooperation, uniting with our allies
00:12:19.140
And frankly, you're fighting a lot of the same issues.
00:12:21.700
I know we've brought over some members of European Parliament to some of our events with
00:12:26.300
Republicans for National Renewal and had panels.
00:12:28.940
And they'll explain to the audience, our American audience, what kind of issues they're
00:12:34.000
So they're being told things like, well, you're from Sweden, but you have no culture.
00:12:39.180
You should be happy to welcome people from Afghanistan or Africa, the Middle East in
00:12:55.600
And they say, wow, that's insane to hear that, especially from a European country like
00:13:00.640
Sweden, feminism is pushed very hard there, too.
00:13:03.480
And so I think once Americans also realize that we're not just on an island upon ourselves
00:13:08.300
fighting one enemy, we're fighting the same enemy as the Europeans and so and across the
00:13:13.980
So definitely if we're going to actually launch an offensive against the left, we have to
00:13:20.340
Otherwise, we'll continue to be on the defensive and stepping back instead of stepping forward.
00:13:25.440
And in fact, so you and I actually had the opportunity, along with our colleague Gavin
00:13:29.300
Wax, to speak directly to Prime Minister Orban there at that off the record.
00:13:34.080
Since it was off the record, we don't really need to talk about everything that we said,
00:13:37.800
though I will say that from a lot of people in the in the European sphere, particularly
00:13:44.180
Viktor Orban, who's been so successful, he's given us a way to show us the playbook of
00:13:54.020
Hungary is the country that George Soros originated from.
00:13:59.300
How did Viktor Orban originally become so popular and so strong in Hungary?
00:14:04.280
He ran George Soros and his operations out of the country, and he did so without remorse.
00:14:14.220
This is the guy who beat Soros in his home country, and they were sort of both vying for
00:14:19.280
power in Hungary, and Orban was able to rally the people to his side and get get Soros out
00:14:27.840
Why would you not want to talk to a guy who's already done that?
00:14:30.580
Number two, he also showed us the way to reorient nationalist populism so that it's not
00:14:38.620
necessarily something where people will say, oh, you're just anti-immigrant, you're anti-welcoming.
00:14:45.080
And what Orban did, I think that was so smart and continues to do, was to reorient the entire
00:14:50.660
framework of speaking around the idea of family, around the idea of we support our families.
00:14:58.540
Now, that means, of course, on a direct level, on the surface level, saying we are going
00:15:04.720
to support people having more families, using economic incentives for this, but then also
00:15:08.500
that you defend your country the way you would defend your family.
00:15:12.520
And so the leader becomes the defender of the country because they're defending their
00:15:17.920
The same way I would do anything to defend my family, I would defend my family up to and
00:15:23.300
There's no question about what I would do to defend my family because I love my family.
00:15:27.880
And so this is a complete spin on the way the conservatives, I think, have interacted
00:15:37.220
And, you know, Tanya Tay had a tweet that went pretty viral because every time we go to
00:15:42.300
Budapest, you walk around, there's playgrounds everywhere, there's free strollers in the
00:15:49.820
It is just a family-friendly and specifically child-friendly city.
00:15:53.860
And so when people go and try to paint him as this, like, you know, autocratic tyrant,
00:15:59.200
you go to Budapest and you see families walking around with like five, six kids and they're
00:16:04.160
You're like, wait, this is what a, you know, a tyrannical autocracy is like.
00:16:12.700
So it's very interesting to me whenever, you know, I'm sure your audience has heard the
00:16:17.980
argument we have with the communist types, we ask them, where has communism ever been
00:16:25.860
And of course, you get a bunch of him and ha and real communism has never been implemented.
00:16:30.680
They just messed up in all these other countries where communism brought all kinds of destruction
00:16:36.100
It just hasn't really been implemented properly.
00:16:38.040
But one question we never get is, well, where has national populism been implemented and
00:16:44.840
Well, I think we both know why, because there's several examples of that.
00:16:48.480
And I think Hungary is probably one of the best examples.
00:16:51.620
Like you said, you go there and it's a beautiful, beautiful country to go to.
00:16:55.340
And even their capital city and all across the West, most capital cities are dirty, high
00:17:04.320
You barely see any of the natives around there.
00:17:06.440
Hungary is a very nice exception, where you have actual Hungarians living there.
00:17:13.700
And again, it's safe, whether you're walking around at two in the morning, 10 in the morning.
00:17:22.240
I wasn't walking around at two and three in the morning.
00:17:25.140
What were you up to at two in the morning, walking around Budapest, going around with Gavin
00:17:29.380
Not that I was, but if anyone were to ask me, I plead the fifth.
00:17:33.800
But the way I've been told, and so I've heard, that it's a very safe place to walk around
00:17:42.800
Let's just say that Gavin and his friends conducted a few extracurricular activities in the evenings,
00:17:52.600
I was in, I'm not going to say I was there myself, because I was hanging out with the
00:17:56.380
lovely and beautiful Tanya Tay, who's just sitting over there.
00:17:59.180
But I was in group chat, and I got to see some videos.
00:18:17.080
So I'm jumping on my computer, going to pre-order town.
00:18:31.340
I want to know the truth, what really went down.
00:18:34.640
So I'm jumping on my computer, going to pre-order town.
00:18:47.020
Human Events Daily, Madrid, Spain, here with the lovely and beautiful, talented Tanya Tay,
00:18:51.280
meeting some brave and strong Spanish patriots and talking about the way forward.
00:18:58.300
Folks, I've got to tell you real quick, the world is in flames, and biodynamics is a complete
00:19:05.300
It's because I start my day with a hot America First cup of blackout coffee.
00:19:08.300
Yes, even here in Spain, we brought the blackout coffee with us.
00:19:13.580
We use the little, like the deal they've got in the hotels.
00:19:20.320
Because blackout coffee is 100% committed to conservative values, from sourcing the beans
00:19:24.840
to the roasting process, customer support and shipping.
00:19:27.300
They embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.
00:19:34.840
So you guys will be able to power yourself, power your family, power your business.
00:19:41.580
Promo code POSO20 for 20% off your first order.
00:19:46.880
It's never too soon to give mom and those close to your heart the gift of being awake,
00:19:58.960
So, Mark, I've got an interesting story slash question.
00:20:01.640
We're speaking with Mark Evano from the Republicans for National Review.
00:20:07.300
And he and I have both conducted these conferences here in over in Budapest, as well as in Bucharest.
00:20:14.760
And, Mark, really interesting is because people kept asking me.
00:20:22.000
That's normally the question you would get in a election season when you're when you're overseas
00:20:28.940
That's not what they said, especially in Romania.
00:20:31.280
People kept asking me, are they going to let Trump back in office?
00:20:37.400
And my response to them was like, hey, guys, you know better than me what's going on because
00:20:43.860
This was under the Iron Curtain and the Romanians were under the Iron Curtain.
00:20:49.900
They didn't just ask for their freedom back, didn't ask for their country back.
00:20:55.260
The Romanians rose up and fought off the communists and took their country back.
00:21:00.300
We don't have to talk about what happened to Kochesko and his wife.
00:21:03.520
And then you've got also in Hungary where they launched multiple, you know, multiple uprisings
00:21:08.200
that failed and were, you know, covered under martial law, even under the communists.
00:21:16.200
So, you know, why is it, though, that even overseas, even abroad, in places that were
00:21:22.320
under the Iron Curtain, behind the Iron Curtain, why are they asking me, will Trump be allowed
00:21:30.120
You know, I got a lot of those similar questions and I would tell them, you know, we all know
00:21:50.200
And that's why I've called, I was on a panel in CPAC Hungary and I called for essentially
00:21:56.900
If you're in a state where you're allowed to ballot harvest, go do it.
00:22:00.460
Go to the local church, go anywhere where you think conservatives might be and do some
00:22:06.620
I even mentioned Scott Pressler and what he's campaigning for.
00:22:11.320
I mean, if we just go out and campaign a traditional way, we go out, give nice speeches, we shake
00:22:17.580
Meanwhile, the Democrats are in their basement doing nothing, but they have their cronies
00:22:22.220
out there ballot harvesting and they come in at three in the morning with a box full of
00:22:25.940
a few thousand ballots and all of a sudden they won the election by a slight margin.
00:22:32.520
And so Republicans need to wake up, have the offices in different states, especially swing
00:22:38.820
You know, we were talking before coming on live and it's it's how can you win?
00:22:44.580
Republicans aren't really trying to win that much as of right now if they're not embracing
00:22:48.660
ballot harvesting and then the rules within each state as corrupt as they might be.
00:23:03.320
And I'm just going to keep saying that until we get the offices open.
00:23:10.520
Because it's not even it's not even get out the vote anymore.
00:23:13.980
So, G-O-T-B, where are the where are the people that are putting this together?
00:23:19.760
We know Turning Point Action already has their plan with Tyler Boyer and they've got they've
00:23:27.240
But of course, Tyler just went and got indicted by the Democrats in Arizona because people need
00:23:33.300
to understand what's going on is a full spectrum attack on Trump and Trump supporters and key
00:23:39.640
Trump lieutenants in all of these different parts of the country.
00:23:45.300
And it blows my mind that people won't simply call it what it is.
00:23:48.780
Trump has been removed from the campaign trail by state force.
00:23:54.460
This has never happened before in the history of the United States that a leading can actually
00:24:00.720
if you go by the polls, the leading candidate for president has been removed from the campaign
00:24:12.560
If this were happening in Russia, we all know what everybody would say.
00:24:16.620
But, Mark, in places like Hungary and Romania, they know exactly what that is, don't they?
00:24:26.740
And it's kind of interesting where, you know, I go to countries like Hungary, Romania, even
00:24:32.800
El Salvador and the election integrity isn't really an issue over there.
00:24:36.900
And you think, well, surely in some of these developing countries, particularly El Salvador,
00:24:43.220
But they don't seem to really discuss that much.
00:24:45.540
Meanwhile, we're here in a first world country.
00:24:47.900
It's supposed to be the country of freedom, liberty.
00:24:50.200
And we're dealing with some of the biggest corruption, I think, really surprising to most
00:24:57.540
I always thought this was things that would happen in, you know, some foreign countries,
00:25:01.940
But then you you see it being uncovered, especially in the last five years or so, where we have
00:25:07.680
some of the worst corruption that we've ever seen in the first world.
00:25:12.160
And even in any European country, they wouldn't tolerate that.
00:25:16.280
They have much more security when it comes to elections.
00:25:19.040
And so people should be questioning, why is it that in our country, supposedly the greatest
00:25:24.360
country in the world, which I agree it is in many aspects, why can we not have election
00:25:29.520
Well, that's because it would not benefit a certain party, the current ruling party.
00:25:34.560
And I think they'll do everything they can to stop us from having election integrity,
00:25:38.000
whether it is cheating, using violence and intimidation tactics.
00:25:43.160
And say President Trump does get elected this term, which I think he will, despite the cheating
00:25:48.580
and the voter fraud, they're going to want to burn the country down.
00:25:51.220
So they wanted to make it a lose-lose situation for us, it seems.
00:25:55.120
So I said this on War Room this morning, and I agree with you completely that what we're
00:26:00.960
seeing happen right now on these campuses isn't actually about Israel or Gaza.
00:26:05.980
What it's about is setting up the operational networks for that havoc and anarchy and destruction
00:26:15.500
And what they're doing is it's network development as well as network stress testing.
00:26:19.580
So they're getting their test bed out right now.
00:26:28.880
And the only piece of it that they left to have is BLM.
00:26:32.620
Once they get BLM on board, there's no question in my mind, cities will burn before Election
00:26:41.960
And we're already seeing the networks being built in real time for this.
00:26:45.940
And you go and they interview the people, and you find out that less than 10% of them
00:26:52.000
Tewer than 10% are actually students at these protests.
00:26:55.520
And the rest of it is just committed far-leftists, rent-a-mobs, and these same types of networks.
00:27:01.040
But let me ask you this question, because, look, we can see the left getting their powers
00:27:08.500
They've got their battleground state offices open.
00:27:11.480
They've already got their mobilizing their street forces and their street militias.
00:27:17.220
Is it time for Republicans to start putting pressure on key leftists with not just the
00:27:25.320
sort of online rhetoric, or should we actually be using things like lawfare against them?
00:27:31.980
Why aren't we seeing subpoenas going out against all of the far-left organizations and NGOs?
00:27:38.120
Why aren't we seeing RICO investigations open up?
00:27:40.580
I've been calling for this for months at this point, that the state's attorney general need
00:27:46.060
to start doing this on left-wing NGOs, whether it's ADL, SPLC, or any organization, students
00:27:52.460
Oh, they're, you know, New York Post, oh, they're funded by George Soros.
00:27:58.900
Start investigating them from the federal level with the House, and yet Jordan won't
00:28:03.700
What is it about your sort of modern conservative that just is so averse to actually using power?
00:28:13.020
So I'm an attorney, and I understand how lawfare works.
00:28:15.680
And I also understand that a lot of the times it's not necessarily used because you have
00:28:29.900
Lauren Witzke, she was sued for defamation, alleged defamation.
00:28:33.800
I represented her in that case here in Houston.
00:28:38.940
And it seems to me like there's, even if it's just mildly meritorious, or it can be argued
00:28:45.240
that it's mildly meritorious, then it passes muster, and it's difficult to get it dismissed.
00:28:52.400
And I think they would not be anywhere near as successful as they have been had it not
00:28:57.820
And so, yes, of course, the right has to embrace that.
00:29:00.260
And we've seen Prime Minister Viktor Orban, you know, I think the left hates him so much,
00:29:04.300
and they're so mad at him, because he actually operates in a similar way that they do, only
00:29:09.360
he's pushing conservative values, the family, the original family unit, and Christianity.
00:29:17.040
And so they hate him for using some of those tactics against them, legitimate state power.
00:29:21.420
And so, yes, conservatives need to embrace that, or just be a dying breed.
00:29:27.720
Real quick, we only got about 90 seconds left, and we're going to be doing, in the second half,
00:29:33.100
But I want to ask you, while I have you on, as an attorney, what is your sense of Alvin
00:29:41.580
I've been reading Jonathan Turley on it, but I want to get your sense of it's a felony
00:29:52.740
Yeah, as an attorney, I can't make any sense of it, actually.
00:29:55.900
Looking it over, it just seems like he pulled out of thin air.
00:30:00.920
And then he said, it's a felony, it's a felony, it's a felony, and then just filed it.
00:30:06.680
It's because it blows my mind, and yet he won't actually even say what the supposed
00:30:15.160
crime that's being covered up is, and yet this is the reason that he's forced off.
00:30:20.640
Folks, we want to thank Mark Ivano for being here.
00:30:23.740
Go give him a follow on Twitter, and ask Mark Ivano, as well as go and follow and support
00:30:56.080
All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back live now, talking about lawfare.
00:31:04.700
We're here, Madrid, Spain, but we're also talking about lawfare.
00:31:07.280
We're talking about ways that the right can fight back, and we're also learning about
00:31:14.740
And our guest now is Will Chamberlain from the Article 3 Project.
00:31:18.420
Will, this is something that it's truly remarkable to me that
00:31:22.360
Actually, I had told you we were going to start with the Supreme Court, but I lied.
00:31:28.500
Because, and just take it all back from a second,
00:31:56.920
And yet he's been removed from the campaign trail
