00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I'm excited to let you know that finally the new edition of Unhuman
00:00:05.000 Socialist Revolution is available for pre-order. It's coming out in October. You can get it at
00:00:11.020 unhumansbook.com or amazon.com. Make sure to go and learn the tactics to crush the communist uprising.
00:00:25.340 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:30.000 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:41.060 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:44.180 Christ is king.
00:00:45.720 Earlier, during a demonstration here at City Hall, the mayor was accused of being a traitor to Palestinian causes,
00:00:52.240 as well as the conditions there during the war that followed the Hamas assault.
00:00:56.680 how he's come under fire for a statement he made on social media involving the anniversary of the
00:01:03.260 attacks. He called them painful, but went on to write and accuse Israel of genocide and then
00:01:09.600 slammed the U.S. of being complicit in what he called apartheid in Gaza. So the world is on alert
00:01:15.720 of a suspected plague in Russia. A researcher at the country's plague institute has died and now
00:01:20.600 there are reports of a second possible death related to the disease. The WHO director giving
00:01:25.380 this update yesterday. We don't yet have the full picture of this event and we are not able
00:01:32.560 to conduct a full risk assessment. President Trump spoke at a rally alongside GOP Senate
00:01:39.520 candidate Ken Paxton in San Antonio. Trump was forced to stop his speech several times because
00:01:44.480 of interruptions from the crowd. We saw at least 12 protesters escorted out of the venue, some of
00:01:49.260 them in handcuffs. Meanwhile, the president acknowledged the race could end up determining
00:01:53.140 controlled the Senate and spent the night encouraging Republicans to get out and vote.
00:01:58.320 Texans who have led this country in a very good direction, we are prosperous,
00:02:03.360 we are free, but we have a choice right now. Are we going to accept tyranny or do we going to keep
00:02:09.940 our freedom? A pair of deep red states for President Trump and his party just ahead of
00:02:14.820 the midterms. In Ohio, a state the president won by 11 points in 2024. Democrat Sherrod Brown has
00:02:21.920 a six-point lead in the race for the Senate against the Republican incumbent John Husted.
00:02:27.160 This would be a flip. In Iowa, another state the president won by double digits. No clear leader
00:02:34.120 between Republican Ashley Hinson and Democrat Josh Turek, but again, the fact that's even close
00:02:39.340 tells the story. After a nearly year-long deployment, this morning some 5,000 service
00:02:44.520 members aboard the USS Lincoln are now just hours away from all being home. Arriving today in San
00:02:50.940 Diego. The massive carrier endured a record 286 days without a port call. The Lincoln playing a
00:02:57.540 critical role in the war against Iran, although the extended mission drawing concerns over strained
00:03:02.580 resources and low morale. Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of
00:03:09.160 Human Events Daily. We're here live, real America's voice. Today is October 8th, 2026,
00:03:16.580 Anno Domine. So obviously you guys saw there and of course on social media that yesterday
00:03:22.760 we did have the ability to visit the USS Abraham Lincoln off the coast of California to welcome
00:03:31.720 home the troops. Welcome home our sailors, our brave sailors, our honorable sailors who put
00:03:39.400 themselves in harm's way for our nation. And regardless of anyone's ideas or anyone's
00:03:46.700 opinions, concerns, one way or the other, on the Iran war, one way or the other, one
00:03:52.840 thing that we should all agree on is that our troops, our sailors, all deserve our support.
00:03:59.420 And we have both had Navy and Marine Corps on the ship that we were able to meet yesterday.
00:04:04.300 And, yes, they're very, very proud to have us there.
00:04:07.900 And, honestly, you know, I just tried to do the best I could for myself and for the RAV crew that got us all the way out there safely, returned home safely, including—and just so Rob Sig knows, yes, we brought home all the equipment safely as well.
00:04:22.660 Got to do some shots from the deck of the carrier at sea thanks to Starlink.
00:04:27.240 So shout out to Elon Musk on that, as well as a sit down interview, I should say stand
00:04:32.640 up interview, because we're literally on the flight deck with Secretary Hegseth, which
00:04:37.520 we're going to run in just a few moments.
00:04:39.320 Also, huge news back in Washington, D.C. earlier this morning when J.D. Vance, on the heels
00:04:47.360 of our interview last week, where he called for the ending of the H-1B program, that Vice
00:04:53.500 President Vance has just announced a new initiative from the administration that they are cutting off
00:04:58.740 Microsoft, Cognizant, Adobe, and a number of other tech firms from the program that's known as the
00:05:06.380 PERM program. And what did that, what did that entail? Oh, it allowed H1B IT workers to be able
00:05:13.800 to come in on that work visa and then receive a green card at the end of their employment. They
00:05:21.360 were importing foreign workers to replace American workers. And the Trump administration has just
00:05:28.700 cut off that H-1B to green card IT scammer pipeline. And I want to commend, of course, 1.00
00:05:37.040 the entire work there, the Department of Labor, the vice president, you see Stephen Miller,
00:05:40.400 there's no question that he's going to be there and involved in this as well. This directly
00:05:44.900 affects the top of the funnel for the H-1Bs to be able to come into this country for these IT 0.82
00:05:50.380 scammers to be able to come in and undercut. That's what they were doing. They were undercutting 0.94
00:05:55.320 the salaries of American workers. They were undercutting our wages. They were undercutting
00:06:01.000 our ability to go out there and actually compete in the workforce. And folks, this is what it's
00:06:07.640 all about. Seeing actual legislative and executive action from the government, which we know can be
00:06:14.980 directly tied to the work that we do here on Real America's Voice, to the work that we do on
00:06:20.980 human events daily, day in and day out, to the work that the War Room and the War Room Posse
00:06:25.800 does every day, and the work of all of you, of the grassroots of the American people that so
00:06:31.060 many others forget. Now you see Vice President Vance up there signing it, making it official.
00:06:37.600 But without further ado, I do want to take you back to the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln.
00:06:45.320 Again, we're very honored to be able to participate in their final day at sea, I believe 321 days at sea.
00:06:52.680 I'm honored to be here with the Secretary of War, Pete Egseth, to welcome back USS Abraham Lincoln, CVN 72.
00:07:01.140 Secretary Egseth, tell us why it was so important to you to come out here and make this personal visit.
00:07:06.680 First of all, it's just a historic moment.
00:07:08.380 Jack, thanks for being here.
00:07:09.260 Thanks.
00:07:10.160 You're familiar terrain for you.
00:07:11.940 It's a little bit like coming home.
00:07:13.860 But it's historic.
00:07:15.480 And also, we want to correct the record.
00:07:17.460 Like these men and women that on this historic mission deserve to have the real story told
00:07:21.340 of what the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group did at Epic Fury and in the blockade.
00:07:25.520 And when you talk to them, they're beaming with pride.
00:07:27.880 You saw it in the faces of these sailors and Marines.
00:07:29.980 what they accomplished was truly historic from the number of sorties to number of bombs dropped
00:07:35.620 to the ironclad blockade to no flight mishaps look at this flight deck they did hundreds of
00:07:42.020 hours you could see the deck has had a little use we had a little use no no flight mishaps
00:07:47.340 no casualties like it i mean no other military could do what we did and yet somehow for some
00:07:53.820 reason not for some reason you know why there are members of our media who hate the president more
00:07:57.740 and they love the country, and so they want to take anything they can to try to disparage him
00:08:01.620 or any effort he undertakes. And they tried to make the Lincoln a symbol, a symbol of dysfunction
00:08:06.280 or a symbol of failure or a symbol of low morale. As usual, it's the exact opposite.
00:08:12.480 And that's why we came out here to correct that record, to showcase and highlight. I said it to
00:08:18.540 the group, I thank almighty God for such Americas. These 18, 20, 22-year-olds, some of them their
00:08:23.980 first deployment, combat deployment, extended twice, which I never take those things lightly
00:08:30.400 in our office. You're looking at that orders book and you're saying, man, I know these guys
00:08:34.400 were planning to be home, but we needed them in the mission. They delivered when we needed them.
00:08:39.300 Iran will never get a nuclear weapon. So we were proud to be here to hand them the presidential
00:08:43.740 unit citation, which is the Navy cross of unit metal. It's a huge deal. It's a for folks that
00:08:48.560 don't know Navy. That's a huge deal. Big, big deal. And we don't give it out lightly. They
00:08:53.560 earned it. And we're proud to be here to give it to him. And one thing I've been saying in the
00:08:57.120 coverage, too, is even if you're out there, you're someone who, you know, regardless of where you
00:09:01.240 stand on the mission, on the particular war, on the deployment, that something we should hopefully
00:09:06.460 all agree on is that we honor the service of the troops. Yeah, you think. But on one side of the
00:09:11.880 aisle, it doesn't work that way. Again, I said they hate they hate the president more than they
00:09:16.080 love the country. And so they're willing to use the troops as pawns, give away their positions
00:09:21.420 on the battlefield, base locations, ship morale, fake stories, photos posted, anonymous sources.
00:09:29.440 It doesn't mean it wasn't difficult. It doesn't mean it wasn't challenging.
00:09:32.480 But let's look. I mean, we were just talking to the commanding officer, even about the galley,
00:09:35.700 what it takes to feed 14,000 meals a day in a contested environment of high seas and contested
00:09:42.340 logistics. Like what they did was simply historic and amazing. And yet one side wants to point it
00:09:48.480 at it as if it's some sort of a failure uh i ultimately i should i should by the way mention
00:09:54.000 that before you came out i did hop up when everybody was was waiting and i said hey guys
00:09:59.100 just so you know lobsters and steaks on the secretary when we pull into port so i'm just
00:10:04.540 just just so you know thank you for mentioning that do you remember when we took a bunch of
00:10:08.220 heat because apparently we spent a bunch of money on lobsters and steak for the troops
00:10:11.600 and then it was the other so thank you i i i would assume that's what they'll be created now you're
00:10:16.160 on the hook with that, by the way. No, but so on that point, though, on that point, and
00:10:20.180 what do you say to the folks who look at this and they say, well, wait a minute, you know,
00:10:24.880 almost a full year at sea, almost 11 months, the 40 days of combat missions, all those sorties,
00:10:30.920 all the operations. Are we looking at an endpoint to the Iran war, to Operation Epic Fury? How are
00:10:37.760 we moving from the combat operations to the blockade? What is the commander's desire to
00:10:42.520 end state? And are we getting close to it? Well, the end state, the president's been clear about
00:10:45.640 from the beginning, Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. And they were given an opportunity to give
00:10:50.840 it away peacefully. Midnight Hammer buried those sites. Their ambitions never stopped. Their
00:10:55.300 conventional umbrella grew. So the president took decisive action with Epic Fury. Ultimately,
00:11:01.480 he's given them every opportunity to do so at the table. They thought they have leverage in
00:11:06.720 the Strait of Hormuz. We took it away. They don't. We control the Strait of Hormuz.
00:11:09.980 And so think of all that, that all that took place within nine months. And that's not to discount. If you start the epic fury to today, that's not to discount that. That's American lives. That's American investment. That's all of those things.
00:11:22.820 But as the president does, compare that to the Iraq war, the war in Afghanistan, Vietnam and others that went on with sort of this nebulous view of what the mission or the outcome might be.
00:11:33.740 We're not trying to nation build in Iran.
00:11:35.720 We're not trying to put a bunch of boots on the ground and control terrain, simply trying to say to that regime, crazy Islamist regime, you'll never have a nuclear weapon. 0.91
00:11:43.940 Now, will that happen the easy way or the hard way? 0.92
00:11:46.940 Iran gets to choose, but ultimately the president will choose. 0.85
00:11:49.700 And I can guarantee you, if that moment comes, it'll be swift and decisive.
00:11:54.240 So this is not a president who plays games, not a president who tolerates excessive amounts of time.
00:11:59.980 So he both wants peace, but he's willing to do what it takes to get there in a real way, in a historic way. 0.80
00:12:07.280 And in Iran with a nuclear bomb is a bad thing, not just for us, but for the whole world, most especially for us, though. 0.75
00:12:12.540 And he was willing to put the country first and do something about it, and we'll get a good result. 0.92
00:12:15.700 Now, at the same time, we when we're looking at it publicly, we've seen a lot of, I think, underreporting on the new basing posture in the Middle East, particularly Syria and Iraq.
00:12:27.280 Can you talk to that a little bit? Because moving the last combat troops that are, I believe, the last troops total out of Iraq and then with the Syria drawdown, this is something that a lot of people, I think, have kind of gone without noticing.
00:12:39.600 Yeah. Well, Jack, you know, good news stories like that don't make for headlines in the so-called mainstream press.
00:12:46.480 So the legacy press, the fake news press, has mostly ignored what was, again, another Herculean effort in Syria and Iraq.
00:12:52.960 The president ordered us to get out, to reduce our footprint in the Middle East.
00:12:57.800 In Syria, it went from eight bases to four to two to one.
00:13:00.760 There were 7,000 ISIS prisoners that we had in custody when we took over.
00:13:04.680 We moved all 7,000 over to bases in Iraq where they were taken care of.
00:13:08.680 And we got every screw and every nail and every vehicle and every human out of Syria under the radar. 0.64
00:13:15.340 Most people didn't even know it was happening. But again, reduce the attack space, reduce the surface space.
00:13:20.120 And then we made sure that ISIS wasn't reemerging in the process. Same thing in Iraq.
00:13:24.440 A historic end to Operation Inherit Resolve, to the mission in Iraq. And we did it, bringing everything back. 0.75
00:13:30.260 Contrast that with Afghanistan. I'm sorry, folks. What Joe Biden did in Afghanistan smeared our reputation. 1.00
00:13:37.780 What President Trump has done in Syria and Iraq is bring every human, every vehicle, every aircraft, every part of those bases back with us while ensuring that detainees are passed over to others that will hold them still.
00:13:50.860 Again, it's a demonstration of competency.
00:13:53.960 It's a demonstration of a vision of where he wants to go. 0.68
00:13:56.580 And it gives us even more options in the region going forward, either with ISIS or to counter Iran.
00:14:02.380 Well, and at the same time, it also is kind of gives, I think, some air cover to this idea that we hear in Washington all the time about, you know, it started with Obama.
00:14:12.060 He claimed we were going to pivot to Asia. We never did this. I'm really more of a China guy by trade.
00:14:17.220 And so that's always been one of the things that we've been looking towards is are we ever going to be able to really get that forced posture lay down with a real pivot to Asia?
00:14:25.780 So to your point, will freeing up resources, and I get those are mostly ground resources, but writ large, will that be able to allow the department then to be able to reallocate resources to the H-Pacific?
00:14:36.640 We're already doing it.
00:14:37.900 And you'll see it in Europe as well with our NATO 3.0 review on our base posture there.
00:14:42.680 We're also growing the force.
00:14:44.240 So our budget this year accounts for 5% increase in end strength, 50,000 to 60,000 new troops.
00:14:49.320 That's why we're building a great new American base at home also.
00:14:52.340 I was just with the Marines this morning where they were talking all about First Island Chain,
00:14:56.420 Second Island Chain, Pacific. If you look at my visits, a lot of them have been out to PACOM.
00:15:01.360 We're building out the alliance structure and others to create more dilemmas as well to ensure
00:15:05.500 that we deter any military action or change in the status quo out in the Pacific. So
00:15:10.660 anybody who thinks we haven't been focused there isn't paying attention or they want to
00:15:15.760 follow the shiny objects. President Trump expects us to be able to do multiple things at once.
00:15:20.360 we're bringing the focus back on the hemisphere which is shores up our backyard which previous
00:15:24.780 administrations ignored and they allowed foreign powers to gain influence on our hemisphere we're
00:15:29.220 changing that whole dynamic we're looking at our posture in europe to make sure europe can actually
00:15:32.940 step up we've changed our basing posture in the middle east while also taking iran on and their
00:15:38.020 nuclear ambitions and we're also making sure that every piece of combat power necessary to deter a
00:15:42.640 change in the status quo at pay comp is is there in 27 in 28 and 29 and we're very focused on a
00:15:49.200 reconciliation package also of $350 billion, which we believe will get passed in the coming months,
00:15:57.200 which will be key to making sure we have the capabilities we need on that front as well.
00:16:00.480 Now, you mentioned staffing up, fleeting up, recruiting. One of the things, and more of a
00:16:06.760 political question, I know in a sense, but I won't ask you to go there in your official capacity.
00:16:11.620 The idea, though, that young people in America, particularly young men,
00:16:16.840 There's a lot when you look at the polls, there's a lot of dissatisfaction.
00:16:19.920 There's people say, hey, you know, this is what I wanted out of the administration.
00:16:23.660 This is what I wanted out of the country. It feels like the system is against me.
00:16:26.900 It feels like in some cases there's even politicians who are against me on both sides of the aisle and almost like a demonization campaign of young men out there.
00:16:37.160 So not to tie it directly to the midterms, but what would your message be to those young men who feel like the system is against them? 0.69
00:16:43.620 Come join the War Department.
00:16:46.060 I had no idea you'd say that, by the way.
00:16:48.340 I mean, what a big surprise that young men were not interested in joining the Defense Department when the advertisements were about my two mommies.
00:16:56.680 You know, I mean, what you've seen is a very different ethos.
00:17:00.200 It's, you know, gender neutral, merit based, colorblind.
00:17:02.920 We want the best of the best. 0.91
00:17:04.320 We want young men.
00:17:05.240 We want strong men.
00:17:06.240 We want men.
00:17:07.100 We want to do tough things.
00:17:08.540 We're going to empower you in that process.
00:17:10.520 So as we grow that force, we've seen the enthusiasm.
00:17:12.940 I mean, a historic surge in recruitment. And an interesting part of it is most, at least initially, the recruits were getting in were two to three years older than normal.
00:17:23.420 It's because a lot of them had said, I don't want to join what Joe Biden's doing with that social experiment.
00:17:28.260 Almost like something happened about two, three years ago.
00:17:30.480 Like, you know, and like November of 2024, they saw a new president that might actually get back to basics.
00:17:36.840 Another interesting kid, but I don't know if we've ever said this publicly.
00:17:39.520 Under the Biden administration, there's one hour of television that they advertised the most on.
00:17:45.260 In fact, it shocked us.
00:17:46.520 What hour of network television do you think the Biden administration spent the most ad dollars on for the Defense Department or for Sears?
00:17:53.100 Probably Rachel Maddow or something.
00:17:54.360 Pretty close.
00:17:54.920 The View.
00:17:55.540 There you go.
00:17:56.080 The View.
00:17:56.980 So a lot of big, strong young men watching The View.
00:17:59.600 Yeah.
00:17:59.960 So we've totally inverted the way this department talked.
00:18:04.840 Well, and that. But you know, it's interesting. But that's because they want to join, too.
00:18:08.500 So it's it's strong. It's tough. It's a challenge. Can you make it? Can you cut it?
00:18:12.400 And so young men are attracted to that view and that idea. And we need young men.
00:18:17.060 This flight deck is packed full of young men.
00:18:19.220 Well, and what I wanted to say is it's it's not about saying that you need a specific quota.
00:18:24.180 It's that if you put excellence as your North Star, then it will attract excellence.
00:18:28.980 And it's not about saying we need our force to look a certain way or meet a certain political agenda.
00:18:35.520 It's about actually just finding the best people for the job.
00:18:38.180 Change. I mean, the service academies, the admissions criteria two years ago were all based on racial and gender quotas.
00:18:45.060 It was insane. We've, of course, changed all of that and getting back to, you know, only a merit based approach.
00:18:51.340 so yeah it's people are turned off by the idea that we're social engineering in this job where
00:18:58.240 it's life or death and that's why in every combat position we've returned the standards and you'll
00:19:02.820 appreciate this to the highest male standard only well that means that women that make the standard 0.53
00:19:08.160 can make it are in great but there's one standard for that combat position it doesn't matter if 1.00
00:19:13.140 you're a male or a female or if you're 250 pounds or 90 pounds you better be able to the artillery
00:19:18.700 round weighs the same the pack weighs the same the rifle weighs the same you got to be able to
00:19:22.780 do the job you got to drag a buddy out drag a buddy out you got to move a piece of ordinance
00:19:26.420 here like those things really matter so it's back to basics and we mean it well one one last question
00:19:31.920 i know you got to run we all have to run i don't believe that they are circling yes yes he doesn't
00:19:38.220 mean the the birds um i don't believe anyone's asked you on um on air about this yet and so i
00:19:44.780 wanted to get you on the record. Major Hassan, huge news that came out. One of these people,
00:19:51.720 Dzhokhar Zarnaev is another federal one who's got the death penalty that we were sort of waiting on,
00:19:55.640 but he's not military. But Major Hassan, this news that came down regarding firing squad,
00:20:00.780 can you tell us about how that came about and what led to that decision process?
00:20:05.480 No brainer. Execution by firing squad. Army major betrays his country, radical Islamist, 0.93
00:20:11.100 kills a bunch of Americans at Fort Hood. Of course, we're going to do it at Fort Hood. 0.98
00:20:14.780 going to do it on a thursday we're going to do it at one o'clock which is when he did it
00:20:17.820 and it's going to be soldiers with rifles executing the firing squad uh it hadn't been
00:20:22.660 since world war ii since we've done that well i kind of like the mentality we had in world war ii
00:20:26.600 which was win which was uh understand when the enemy attacks you you you need to stand your 0.61
00:20:31.880 ground so it was radical islamist terror attack remember what remember what obama called it
00:20:36.340 workplace violence i mean that's what we're up against that's the worldview we're up against
00:20:40.280 is workplace violence. CVE. We know what it is. It was a radical Islamist attack in uniform inside
00:20:46.180 the ranks. And so he's going to get a firing squad of soldiers, as it should be. And we'll 0.99
00:20:50.480 make sure that people are able to watch it, that it's public, because people need to understand
00:20:55.840 that there's serious consequences for these types of things. Has Major Hassan made any final
00:21:01.860 request, reached out to the president, anything like that, to your knowledge? Don't care.
00:21:05.060 We'll see him on December 3rd
00:21:08.200 December 3rd, Fort Hood
00:21:09.680 Ladies and gentlemen, Secretary of War, Pete Hegstad
00:21:11.320 Thank you very much
00:21:11.860 Thanks for coming with us, appreciate it
00:21:12.960 First, member of the media, whatever you want to call him
00:21:16.500 To ever do PT with us as well
00:21:18.160 I was surprised about that, nobody's asked
00:21:20.280 Nobody's asked
00:21:21.280 Well, not everybody can cut it like Jack
00:21:23.760 Hey, I thought it was just something to do, man
00:21:25.860 I was traveling, I needed to get some reps in, you know
00:21:28.960 That's great, that's good
00:21:35.060 You talk about influences, these are influences, and they're friends of mine, Jack,
00:22:04.640 All right, folks, Jack Kosovic, welcome back.
00:22:16.120 Look, ladies and gentlemen, just an incredible interview there with Secretary Hegseth.
00:22:20.460 We're going to dig into all that in just one moment.
00:22:26.100 And I want to give you, again, just the opportunity to go and support our partners.
00:22:31.240 By supporting our partners, that's how you're able to help us to be able to go out and show
00:22:35.580 our support for the troops, to be able to go out and give you the coverage that we are
00:22:39.380 doing.
00:22:39.960 And so from aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln to Air Force Two, we're bringing you right
00:22:45.500 into the action.
00:22:46.720 One of our best partners is Patriot Mobile.
00:22:50.380 And look, the guys over at Patriot Mobile, they're the absolute best because a lot of
00:22:54.200 companies talk about American values.
00:22:55.640 You know who actually backs it up?
00:22:56.620 I'll tell you who does.
00:22:57.480 Patriot Mobile.
00:22:58.520 Patriot Mobile is built different.
00:23:00.260 And that is why their support matters so much to us.
00:23:03.120 And for more than 12 years, they have stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending.
00:23:08.240 And they all started with a simple idea, where you spend your money matters.
00:23:11.740 And Americans deserve a conservative wireless alternative.
00:23:15.720 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:23:19.140 You get premium priority service on all three major U.S. networks.
00:23:22.700 Unlimited data plans, international roaming, and customer support based entirely here in the U.S. of A.
00:23:28.120 And now, if you have a qualifying phone, you can use even up to two networks on one device.
00:23:33.760 That means more coverage and more peace of mind.
00:23:35.900 But this is about more than your phone bill.
00:23:38.060 Every year, Patriot Mobile gives millions to organizations defending our freedoms.
00:23:42.620 Free speech, religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and our Second Amendment rights.
00:23:47.000 Those are the values we talk about here on Human Events.
00:23:49.860 Patriot Mobile puts their money behind them.
00:23:52.820 They don't sit on the sidelines.
00:23:54.040 You got Glenn and Jenny Story over there.
00:23:55.700 They help us move the needle right here over on Human Events.
00:23:59.120 So all patriots, go to PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or give them a call, 972-PATRIOT.
00:24:05.080 Use promo code POSO for a free month of service.
00:24:07.960 That's PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or, again, give them a call, 972-PATRIOT.
00:24:13.480 And so, folks, just the huge news, obviously, out of that, not only the number of things that Secretary Hegseth said,
00:24:21.480 the pivot to Asia, the drawdown in the Middle East, the end state of the Iran war. So many of
00:24:29.800 those things, a lot of questions that, and tough, serious questions that needed to be asked. But at
00:24:35.580 the same time, the news that he just dropped with us about Major Hassan, the public execution
00:24:44.600 by firing squad of Major Nadal Hassan.
00:24:49.740 Now, for folks who don't remember,
00:24:52.400 this attack took place all the way back in 2009.
00:24:57.900 And this mass murderer, this traitor to our country, 0.89
00:25:00.960 a traitor in uniform, got up on a military base. 0.91
00:25:06.720 It was November 5th, 2009. 0.52
00:25:09.460 murdered 13 people, including 32 others.
00:25:17.540 He'd email exchanges with Anwar al-Awlaki. 0.83
00:25:24.380 Absolute disgusting. 0.93
00:25:28.180 Absolutely criminal. 0.98
00:25:31.400 People need to understand.
00:25:33.980 People need to understand that this was 12 army soldiers,
00:25:36.980 one civilian, plus an unborn baby. The unborn child of Private First Class Francesca Velez
00:25:48.940 was murdered by this animal, by this freak, and shot up another 30 military personnel and
00:25:58.700 civilians. And Army police officers confronted him, shot him, ended the attack, but he didn't die. 0.65
00:26:06.980 He didn't die that day on Fort Hood, but you know what? He is going to die. On December 3rd,
00:26:13.320 2026, by firing squad on the same base where he perpetrated his insane and sick and disgusting 0.97
00:26:23.200 attack on our people and on our nation. And at the same hour that he decided to conduct his attack, 0.93
00:26:30.360 Because there is only one language that these animals understand.
00:26:36.080 There's only one language they understand.
00:26:38.780 They're not interested in pleading.
00:26:42.160 They're not interested in your reasons.
00:26:44.980 They're not interested in your Jeffersonian democracy and your liberal values.
00:26:49.960 No, they don't care.
00:26:52.580 There's only one language they speak.
00:26:55.380 And by the way, that is the language that should have been spoken years ago, and yet it wasn't.
00:27:01.940 It's also the language that should be spoken to Dzhokhar Zarnaev, who I mentioned there in the interview to Secretary Hegseth.
00:27:10.620 Dzhokhar Zarnaev, of course, is the remaining surviving Boston bomber from the Boston bombing of April 2013.
00:27:22.240 And all the civilians that he murdered up there that day.
00:27:25.380 you have these freaks that are still alive that are kept on death row for no reason whatsoever
00:27:30.820 for no reason whatsoever and they look at our system and they look at us like we're a joke
00:27:35.360 and why because we spend it's been almost 20 years with major hassan almost 20 years
00:27:40.700 still alive and kicking still going still up there has no information has no intelligence value that
00:27:47.020 he could share with us nothing just still alive living off the taxpayer dime no you have to
00:27:53.320 respond and you have to respond swiftly and you have to send the message. Terrorists and assassins
00:27:59.060 all always deserve the death penalty. And I've said this again and again, and I will continue 0.99
00:28:05.920 to say so again and again. And Secretary Hegseth, by the way, I had no idea he was going to say that.
00:28:12.340 Obviously, you know, we talked before the interview a little bit, but I had no idea that
00:28:16.620 I mentioned that I was going to ask him about Major Hassan, and it came as a surprise to me
00:28:24.660 as well that he said, you will be able to watch. It will be public. And this is something where
00:28:30.320 it's finally time and it's high time for the United States of America to regain our standing
00:28:36.580 on the international field, to regain the spiritual and moral high ground, to say,
00:28:43.340 you are not allowed to conduct attacks like this on the american people to send a message to all
00:28:50.720 those who would consider attacking there was a guy um was going to shoot up the mall of america
00:28:58.200 an isis inspired freak up there in minneapolis no more if you attempt an attack on our people 0.99
00:29:05.400 then you will be killed you'll be executed by firing squad and it will be public this this must 0.99
00:29:11.420 be done is a necessity because it sends a message. It sends a message in the only language they 0.99
00:29:18.720 speak. I'm not talking about Arabic. I'm not talking about Farsi or Urdu or any of these 1.00
00:29:23.620 things. No, I'm talking about the old language. I am talking about, as they say, paying the iron
00:29:32.740 price. And oh yes, Major Hassan will be paid the iron price. December 3rd, 2026 in public
00:29:43.540 at Fort Hood. Be right back. Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.
00:30:02.740 All right, folks, Jack Sobek, we're back live here, Human Events Daily.
00:30:26.460 You know, folks, I just got back from another trip out to the field,
00:30:30.640 and this time to the USS Abraham Lincoln.
00:30:33.500 And I got to tell you, after traveling, I was ready for a good night's sleep.
00:30:38.220 You probably know the feeling yourself, but are you waking up rested?
00:30:42.220 Or are you just waking up, you know, feeling sore, feeling rough?
00:30:46.360 Did do PT out with the Marines yesterday morning and Secretary Hayes said that I got to tell you,
00:30:52.240 I was, I did all right, all right, I hung, I hung, right, we'll have some videos.
00:30:56.260 I hung with the crowd, but, you know, I was definitely feeling it when I woke up
00:31:00.280 And that's why I was so glad that I had my ghost bed.
00:31:03.400 And so that's where they come in because every ghost bed mattress is designed to relieve
00:31:09.020 pressure, help regulate temperature, support your body all through the night.
00:31:13.420 And their cooling technology is actually built into every mattress.
00:31:17.040 Cause I, I don't like to sleep hot.
00:31:18.600 I not like sleeping hot.
00:31:19.940 It's, it is not something that I do.
00:31:22.560 And, and I just want to, I just need, I need to feel cool.
00:31:25.520 If I don't feel quiet, I'm not going to sleep.
00:31:27.060 So with ghost bed, it was like a match made in heaven.
00:31:29.520 folks you can also get that match made in heaven with ghost beds new 101 night sleep trial try it
00:31:36.560 in your own home because the real test is how you feel in the morning if you're waking up sore if
00:31:41.040 you're overheated or if you're still tired take a look at ghost bed for a limited time the human
00:31:45.420 events audience gets an extra 10 off the lowest prices available so go to ghostbed.com slash
00:31:51.260 pozo use promo code pozo that's ghostbed.com slash pozo promo code pozo so okay may obviously
00:31:59.060 major news there i want to get on we have rich barris uh the people's pundit i want to get him
00:32:04.280 on here rich how are you living the dream brother how you doing my friend i'm doing well so rich
00:32:09.940 let me ask you something just off the dome so we just broke the news here of course that uh that
00:32:14.960 the major hassan execution will be public that is something the secretary hegseth said to us
00:32:20.560 here on human events daily exclusively just a few moments ago rich uh this story is it's it's about
00:32:27.900 the united states but it's also about texas i mean is this something number one let me get your
00:32:32.680 response to uh just that that uh that breaking news but then also its potential effect on the
00:32:39.400 senate race i just want to first i just want to thank uh secretary p and then uh sean for coming
00:32:45.880 through on this jack i mean this has been way too long it's a national disgrace that it takes
00:32:52.880 forever to punish somebody, uh, a court in accordance with the law who pulls, who pulls
00:32:58.100 something like this is a betrayal of the highest order, uh, for, for people who may be young and
00:33:03.560 don't remember this, or, I mean, this was a member of the U S armed services wearing a uniform, Jack
00:33:10.160 who then turned his fire on his own. And it's, it was a horrible time in our country. And this
00:33:17.100 should have been taken care of a long time ago. And honestly, for those of us who have been around
00:33:21.000 for as long as we have watching the trump movement this is exactly the kind of promise that donald
00:33:25.860 trump you know made to the country you know he said we will not be laughed at anymore we will
00:33:30.480 punish people who deserve to be punished like this and during the obama era it was it was dark
00:33:36.880 and demoralizing that people would do things like this and uh we almost got to a place where we
00:33:42.600 didn't even expect jack we didn't even expect rich remember anything about it the demoralization
00:33:48.040 was the point. This is, this is the unhumans. This is the unhumans thesis that we say over
00:33:53.940 and over and over. They weren't demoralizing us accidentally. They were demoralizing us
00:33:59.180 on purpose. They wanted us to feel demoralized because they wanted to lower our morale. That's
00:34:06.040 what the demoralization campaign does that when you're running intelligence operations,
00:34:10.300 which, you know, I may or may not know, I can neither confirm nor deny that I know anything
00:34:14.300 about. What you want to do is lower your enemy's morale. And by doing so, that's the way you run
00:34:22.300 that to say, well, you know, that's when you start coming in. Well, you know, I don't know.
00:34:27.040 It's, you know, he had a rough childhood and his mom didn't hug him enough and all this and that
00:34:33.640 and playing this stuff up. And I love, by the way, you know, I was, you know, I was just doing the
00:34:39.120 interview and I said, you know, did he have any, you know, final demands that he asked to speak
00:34:43.600 to the president or anything like that? Any final requests? And, and Hexeth just says,
00:34:47.560 I don't care. I don't care. We'll see him on ice cold. I don't care. We'll see him on December 3rd.
00:34:54.800 Just ice cold. I mean, I don't, I don't even want to, I don't even want to repeat my thoughts when
00:34:59.820 I heard you ask that question because I, I had some final requests for him. I mean, Jack, you
00:35:04.780 know, when you're conducting, you know, when you're conducting one of these interviews, it's,
00:35:10.220 it's, you know, when you're talking about something like that, it seemed to me, you know, 0.88
00:35:14.280 like an obvious question to ask, you know, is he requesting for an imam to come in? Does he,
00:35:18.820 does he want to, you know, have a special copy of the Quran? Like that's, that's the kind of
00:35:22.840 thing I was thinking maybe would be, you know, would come up and just ice cold response,
00:35:29.920 perfect pitch, perfect response from the secretary there. And Rich, so I would go so far as to say,
00:35:37.720 And and we'll talk the politics of it in a second. But this is actually a re moralization for the United States of America to know that we're the type of country that if you commit an act like this on our soil, that you yourself will be executed in the same way on the same soil.
00:36:00.360 guys we could have an honest debate over the wisdom of ed snowden's decision we could have
00:36:07.660 an honest debate over the wisdom of bradley manning's decision uh you know this is different
00:36:12.780 okay i don't care how upset you were about u.s foreign policy which i criticize all the time
00:36:18.180 which you criticize all the time this is something very different and as two veterans sitting here
00:36:22.760 talking this man put on a uniform jack he put on a uniform and then turned his fire on his fellow
00:36:29.420 service men and women that's beyond unforgivable and if there's a death penalty good for anything
00:36:35.600 this is the kind of case this is a no-brainer but you're right it is and i would even go so far as
00:36:41.120 to say you know ken you may ken out in texas you may want to remind everybody about what it was
00:36:46.440 like especially in texas where this you know obviously is ford we used to call him the ford
00:36:50.260 but we should probably take this moment to remind everybody maybe some of the voters are on the fence
00:36:56.240 in texas whether they want to vote or not um that this you know that this is the difference okay
00:37:02.020 is uh upset as you may be this is the difference what come on are you kidding and just rich and
00:37:10.080 and and by the way so so you flip it around right now now imagine that that you you've got a
00:37:17.100 situation where where ken paxton comes in and says and congratulates um you know the administration
00:37:23.500 on this says that, you know, as the attorney general of Texas, that he'll personally attend,
00:37:28.620 et cetera, et cetera, make the campaign about this, make Tallarico have to respond, who,
00:37:36.160 by the way, and the president just posted this right before we wanted to air today, that Tallarico
00:37:40.120 hasn't even been seen in 12 days. Make him say, make him respond to this and say that he's on
00:37:46.580 the side of Major Hassan. Make him come out and support Major Hassan. And by the way, you know
00:37:52.120 what? If you're Mike Rogers up in Michigan, make El Saeed have to respond. Make Abdul El Saeed have
00:37:59.900 to respond on this. Make everyone have to respond. Make the entire campaign. So Rich, you and I were
00:38:06.660 talking about how the Supreme Court potentially protecting the Alito seat is obviously a great 0.81
00:38:12.140 way to nationalize the race. Here's another one. The remoralization of the American people. 0.87
00:38:18.260 do you back the public execution of major hassan yes or no yeah and bottom line here america you're
00:38:27.220 not i mean it is what it is if you if you elected democrats in november you think that's going to
00:38:31.620 help you at the pump it's not these are the questions that really at the final thoughts
00:38:35.620 if you're really undecided or you're undecided about whether you even want to vote these are
00:38:39.580 the questions that republicans should be asking voters in these final weeks because you know the
00:38:43.980 the die is already kind of cast with the rest of that stuff jack it is let's just face it in 2018
00:38:49.240 when republicans were facing headwinds they were able to put up the best performance for an
00:38:54.360 incumbent first term midterm uh that we had seen since jfk if they would have won one more seat
00:38:59.960 and eked it out in arizona you'd have to go back to fdr to see when they put up that that good of
00:39:05.360 a performance for a first term incumbent midterm in the u.s senate in the house it was average loss
00:39:10.140 right, that we have seen in the modern era. But this time around, these two issues are ones that
00:39:16.400 can again, like they did in 18, effectively use them to say, well, wait a minute, the Senate is
00:39:21.380 a little bit more consequential. You can have Justice Alito retiring. You could have, by the
00:39:25.660 way, a ton of senators who want to open up stupid investigations into how this execution was carried 1.00
00:39:30.620 out. Let me just paint a picture for everybody if Democrats take back both chambers, okay? 0.99
00:39:35.320 OK, it's just going to be nonstop.
00:39:37.840 You just had the interview with Secretary Hegseth and it's going to be nonstop. 0.93
00:39:41.980 Oh, did Pete kill this narco terrorist correctly or not? 0.72
00:39:45.640 Did he put Nadal Hassan to death correctly or not? 1.00
00:39:48.560 It's going to be one stupid investigation after another. 1.00
00:39:51.260 If you think you're getting lower gas prices, you're insane. 1.00
00:39:53.980 You're getting gridlock, you're getting paralysis and you're getting nonstop investigations.
00:39:59.100 Right. And again, what does that do to the country?
00:40:01.800 It's demoralizing. It doesn't help us move forward.
00:40:04.460 These are two really good things to drive home.
00:40:07.780 And you brought up Mike Rogers, which I was going to do right after.
00:40:11.200 They got a debate coming up, Jack.
00:40:13.120 Make Abdul Syed look into the camera and tell everybody how he feels
00:40:18.100 about whether Nadal Hassan should be put to death like this. 0.94
00:40:21.140 Do it.
00:40:23.300 Nationalize it.
00:40:24.820 Nationalize the entire thing.
00:40:26.500 Because you know they don't, Jack.
00:40:28.240 You know they don't support this.
00:40:29.500 They need to do this.
00:40:30.960 The next time El Saeed goes on Fox.
00:40:34.000 The next time El Saeed goes on Fox, are they going to ask him the question?
00:40:37.120 They should ask him the question.
00:40:39.180 Rich, we'll be right back here.
00:40:40.560 Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:40:44.440 We are driving the news all the way home.
00:40:57.640 Sobic Appreciation Hour.
00:40:58.960 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee 0.52
00:41:03.640 if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:41:04.920 And that is, I'm being honest.
00:41:14.020 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live.
00:41:16.400 Here we are, Real America's Voice.
00:41:17.740 Folks, the summer may be over,
00:41:19.700 but the stomach illness outbreak
00:41:21.320 is still making headlines.
00:41:23.040 More than 18,000 confirmed and suspected cases
00:41:25.560 have been reported nationwide.
00:41:27.760 Michigan health officials have also confirmed
00:41:29.560 two deaths linked to this outbreak.
00:41:32.700 Those are the first reported U.S. deaths associated with it.
00:41:36.740 Now, the CDC says a tiny parasite is behind the illness.
00:41:39.980 It often spreads through contaminated fresh produce.
00:41:42.860 Symptoms include severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fatigue.
00:41:45.840 It can really knock you down.
00:41:48.440 CDC recommends a prescription antibiotic called Bactrim to treat the infection.
00:41:53.180 Well, that's why the wellness company created the medical emergency kit.
00:41:56.720 I have mine.
00:41:57.400 We love it.
00:41:58.060 With all the travel we do, with all the places that I'm going, you got to have stuff like
00:42:02.460 this because that includes generic backdrop plus seven other prescription medications.
00:42:08.000 And together they help treat more than 30 common illnesses and medical emergencies.
00:42:12.040 And they're prescribed before you even need them.
00:42:13.980 Getting your kit is simple.
00:42:15.380 Fill out a secure online medical questionnaire.
00:42:17.600 A licensed physician reviews your request.
00:42:20.240 If approved, your kit then is able to be sent directly to you.
00:42:24.860 remember, this is only in the U.S., so it's only available to U.S. customers. So if you want to
00:42:31.380 get yours, it's really simple. You just go to twc.health.poso. Again, remember, twc.health.poso,
00:42:39.700 and with our promo code, you save up to $30 per kit. Again, twc.health.poso. By the way, guys,
00:42:48.140 throw up that shot again. I believe, if that's what I'm looking at, of the USS Lincoln today,
00:42:52.860 Look at them. Look at them, folks. Look at them there. The Cracker Jack Parade. The ice cream suits are out. That is the USS Abraham Lincoln pulling into home port San Diego after over 320, just under 11 months at sea, 11 months underway.
00:43:14.260 to the men and women of the lincoln you have my permission to lay ashore lay ashore just absolutely
00:43:24.540 incredible i'm incredibly welcome aboard and i'm incredible to be able to finally watch them lay
00:43:29.220 ashore it's just it's such a moving moment it's it's the homecoming it's incredible to see and
00:43:35.880 i'm just i'm really glad that all those good guys and girls that i got to meet yesterday are able to
00:43:40.480 be with their loved ones now today going to go back we've got rich barris rich so you know we're
00:43:46.340 talking about this you know the return of the lincoln we're talking about pete hegseth this uh
00:43:51.440 this order for the public execution of major hassan and we already have people you know asking
00:43:58.120 questions is it like public tv public or public just their witnesses etc i'm sure we're going to
00:44:03.640 get all the details out and i'm also sure that uh that rav is going to do everything we can to make
00:44:09.940 sure that we are going to be able to cover that with our pool feed. And I'm certainly, if, if,
00:44:15.100 if available, I would absolutely volunteer to go there. I'm happy to volunteer for other things,
00:44:20.880 by the way, that they have as well. But Rich, when it comes down to it, I might go with this.
00:44:25.820 I'm not kidding. Exactly. Right. This is what separates at a very deep level. This is what
00:44:30.840 separates conservatives and liberals, isn't it? It is. And this is, I mean, I was trying to make
00:44:37.020 this point before which is that you know why would we want to make them respond because they're very
00:44:42.380 good at hiding they're especially when they're in an opposition position like they are going into
00:44:47.300 this midterm you might notice they haven't espoused anything that they're for have you heard
00:44:51.660 democrats run on anything that they are for or what they believe in this is an issue where it
00:44:56.820 really can expose that there is an enormous gulf and you know again it's not just texas the mike
00:45:03.320 Rogers campaign in Michigan, this is another great example of that, where somewhere along the
00:45:09.700 line, when you and I were young, we all just had the same idea of where we all wanted America to
00:45:15.100 end up or what we wanted for it. We just had very different, slightly even, different visions on how
00:45:21.040 we thought the best way, you know, the best path forward to take to get to that place. Well, that's
00:45:26.320 not the case anymore. The left just views things very differently. It's by definition, it's not an
00:45:32.900 insult. By definition, it's not American. It's antithesis of Americanism. And they are doing a 0.90
00:45:41.440 very good job of hiding it. And this is a great issue to expose what I'm talking about, which is
00:45:48.620 that, let's face it, they will defend this guy's right to what? Sitting in jail for the rest of
00:45:54.660 his life and be treated like a pampered little prince instead of getting what the law demands
00:46:01.380 that you know he gets for this punishment most americans and we you know we deal with this with
00:46:06.540 the death penalty debate all the time with the left right and we've seen supreme court decisions
00:46:11.480 scalia was amazing at writing this you know you guys just keep coming at this the public sticks
00:46:17.060 with it all of these years and it's because once in a while a case like this will come and and it's
00:46:24.060 like well if there is any case where the death penalty or capital punishment is appropriate
00:46:29.260 well this would be it or you may hear in this in in the civilian world where there's a serial
00:46:35.420 rapist murderer or something or a child rapist murderer and you think okay we got him if there's
00:46:40.540 any case where this is applicable this is it the left doesn't believe that they don't and they 0.97
00:46:46.640 don't even first of all they don't even believe in the criminalization of some of these acts
00:46:50.240 let's get real i mean they they believe in basically rehabilitating everything which is
00:46:56.220 I wish in a perfect world could be possible, but you're not rehabilitating that man's hatred.
00:47:01.280 You're not rehabilitating the sick desires of twisted, deluded people who are broken, permanently broken.
00:47:08.080 And the law gives us a way for society to handle this.
00:47:12.180 And Americans stand by it.
00:47:15.140 So make Democrats explain why it is or what contempt they have so much so in their heart for America that something like this does not require the death penalty.
00:47:24.720 Jack.
00:47:26.220 make them say that you know rich rich i'm i'm actually pulling up uh you know i'm pulling up
00:47:32.800 some of the quotes and from from uh scalia on this and it's just i mean it's just so beautiful
00:47:39.480 this is kansas v marsh the american people so so first of all his his common argument on this
00:47:47.000 on the death penalty has always been we're going to talk about this on thought crime tonight and
00:47:51.220 by the way if it comes up on i'm doing an event with tim pool tomorrow the chicago thinker at
00:47:55.900 the university of chicago and so if this comes up there i will certainly uh use these quotes there
00:48:01.100 as well the america so he points out that even if you on the plain text reading of the constitution
00:48:06.460 in the eighth amendment it says no no one shall be deprived of of life without due process of
00:48:11.620 law excuse me fifth amendment no um no person shall be deprived of life without due process
00:48:16.480 of law so right there contained within the text is that they allow for the death penalty they're
00:48:22.460 just saying you need to have due process first right so they're allowing for it that's the
00:48:27.140 founders now go back to to Scalia he said the American people have determined that the good
00:48:32.640 to be derived from the capital punishment in deterrence and perhaps most of all in the meeting
00:48:38.240 out of condigent justice for horrible crimes outweighs the risk of error for a believing
00:48:47.360 and then listen to this listen to this for the believing christian death is no big deal
00:48:54.040 intentionally killing an innocent person is a big deal it's a grave sin which causes one to
00:48:58.580 their soul but in losing this life in exchange for the next the point is has to do with making
00:49:05.700 sure that you don't obviously you commit this in error but the idea that losing life is a big deal
00:49:12.520 it's not in christianity it's in in a a very spiritual sense i'm saying that we all know that
00:49:19.100 it will happen at some point to the point of christianity the morality is to determine where
00:49:23.800 we go after that's his point right he's saying that this is inevitable for all of us so we so
00:49:29.400 in this case when you just make need to make sure that it's done in the right way and not done as a
00:49:33.820 grave sin and there is no i mean and there is oh go ahead no and it's and it's it's just they they
00:49:41.220 try to sabotage the moral arguments on this they really do yeah and there is it they're not even
00:49:46.460 applicable to this case there is no question there's no there is no doubt this isn't a who
00:49:51.980 did who done it we know uh so that and look for for people out there just so they know
00:49:57.040 i am uh for personally not not that i always talk about my own personal feelings or beliefs but
00:50:02.500 personally i am for the death penalty and i can see some of the arguments where people like okay
00:50:07.240 well let's make sure it's with some restrictions and even avoiding the the entire point that
00:50:12.360 Scalia was making there but that is not one of these cases that's not the you know this is this
00:50:18.280 is a slam dunk nobody was ever confused about what happened here and who did it so I mean a lot of
00:50:23.740 these arguments don't even apply leaving only that spiritual argument that that you just cited from
00:50:27.860 Scalia you pulled two of my almost they have to be if they're not top two they're in the top three
00:50:33.340 or five of what Scalia
00:50:34.460 has written about
00:50:35.040 the death penalty
00:50:35.700 because it has had
00:50:37.120 an impact on my own
00:50:38.220 on my own beliefs
00:50:39.400 his opinions
00:50:39.980 just amazing
00:50:40.640 Rich Barris
00:50:41.360 Rich Barris
00:50:42.020 we'll have to
00:50:42.480 we'll have to leave it there
