00:13:12.160politics. You have to understand the underpinning of what made America, America. And what made
00:13:18.080America was the fact that we were founded by a Christian country. Yes, it was largely British.

00:13:29.900Christianity was the source of that moral underpinning. And by pushing Christ out of
00:13:36.180the public square and bringing in so many people who have no connection to Christ whatsoever,

00:13:46.740They were able to dilute the moral fabric of our country by diluting the cultural fabric of our
00:13:53.540country, by diluting the spiritual fabric of our country. This is what got us into the situation
00:14:01.100we are in. And if we are simply going to keep complaining about the news of the day or what's
00:14:06.660ever happening on the surface level, then all you're doing is rearranging the deck chairs on
00:14:11.540the Titanic. We can't have that. And so that's why you see Gen Z. And by the way, the Gen Z has a
00:14:19.500split. There's a split in Gen Z where there's folks who are, they want radical change. Some
00:14:25.200folks want the populist right. They want the return to Christianity. They want the return
00:14:30.160to the real thing uncompromising authentic christianity not making apologies for our faith

00:15:14.780And if we're ever going to fix things, this is the way we get it back. This is the way,
00:15:19.560the only way that we get it all back. So folks, that's what we're here to do. And of course,

00:16:32.700say, okay, Charlie Kirk, my dear friend, and Zora Mandami, very similar in age when you think about
00:16:43.100it. They're both in their young 30s, and they both were involved in politics, but two radically
00:16:49.920different solutions to the problems of the day. One was an anti-white, anti-Christian,
00:16:57.320and he became the mayor of New York City. He wants to burn it all down. He has envy and hatred in
00:17:04.540his heart. And the other was Charlie. Look at the example that Charlie set. He built a parallel
00:17:11.780institution, a counter institution, Turning Point USA. He got married. He had two young kids.
00:17:18.920Wanted more. And he was showing that you can build, that you don't have to give into the
00:17:25.080nihilism of the day. You don't have to give into the relativism of the day of saying that
00:17:31.140there's no point to doing anything. And Charlie was a huge fan of Fulton Sheen, huge fan of Fulton
00:17:38.060Sheen. He shared Fulton Sheen stuff with me all the time. So I love this guy. And if you watch
00:17:47.260some of those clips where Charlie would be, particularly the ones where he was speaking

00:34:09.840he's the word he used was degeneracy that was seeping into our culture because they were
00:34:14.560attacking the foundations and underpinnings of it yes in the darkness the line the light shines
00:34:21.060even brighter. A dear friend of mine, and really, he follows the example of Archbishop Fulton
00:34:27.140Sheen so well, dear friend of mine, Bishop Robert Barron, a key thing that he preaches on all the
00:34:33.660time is, and the most important thing, is that Christ must be the center. Christ must be the
00:34:39.260center. If a wheel and tire is out of balance on your vehicle, it's going to be a rough ride.
00:34:44.400And that's what we live whenever Christ is not the center, whenever we are not living a balanced
00:34:48.680life around the Lord. The problem comes when we make ourselves the center, the center. And when
00:34:54.380we make ourselves the center of life, we're living as a sinner. And that makes for a rough ride. So
00:35:00.380if Christ is not at the middle, at the center, the bullseye, the heart of everything that we do,
00:35:05.940it's going to be a rough ride. No, I couldn't agree more. In fact, I'd like to play a clip
