On this episode of Human Events Daily, host Jack Posobiec talks about the latest in the ongoing ICE raids in Minneapolis, the latest on the shooting of Alex Preddy, and a question of the day from a CNN reporter.
00:02:41.820ABC News with a slightly different question, 56%.
00:02:44.620So what you're seeing essentially here is a very clear indication that a majority of Americans, in fact, when they're asked this blunt question, which I believe gets at the underlying feelings, do in fact want to deport all immigrants who are here illegally.
00:02:58.440There's no arguing with these different numbers.
00:03:01.960Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition here of Human Events Daily.
00:11:32.780They're taking photos of my face so they can recognize me.
00:11:36.780there we go okay and that's what happens when you support sir do you think that makes you right to
00:11:49.020scream at women and call them a come back sir you were so brave to talk to those women i'm trying to
00:11:54.940talk to you come back and talk to me about it all right jack so we're back with rc maxwell he filmed
00:12:02.360that last night in phoenix rc walk us through what went down there well look there was dhs
00:12:09.060activities throughout the valley yesterday so there was lots of progressive protest groups
00:12:14.620tracking this information i was as well as someone who follows dhs and pentagon activity
00:12:20.220and you know what i found was really shocking you know there was multiple flashpoints for
00:12:25.680for chaos throughout the valley there was uh you know people surrounding mobs kind of protesting
00:12:31.700and just yelling. But not until really nightfall did you really see the worst of the worst. And
00:12:36.920you saw it. Saw an old man antagonizing two young girls, who, by the way, it's not necessary that
00:12:42.500these young women were trying to take a photo with ICE. Again, these were DHS agents. They
00:12:47.340just looked like troops, probably just two girls who wanted to get something cool for Instagram.
00:12:52.120And now you have really the line being crossed, Jack. I mean, you talk about this in Unhumans,
00:12:56.920really the difference between dissent and coercion. And really what you have here now
00:13:01.460was coercion. Remember, these were not DHS agents being encircled. These were just civilians,
00:13:06.760two young women. So one of these individuals was actually, it turns out, an elected Democrat
00:13:12.340treasurer. He holds a position. He controls the purse for an entire legislative district.
00:13:18.140And I just reported recently for Red State that I unearthed this man is actually a fundraiser
00:13:24.000for Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays. He hosted multiple fundraising events for her.
00:13:29.620He actually appears to be one of her top fundraisers. He does ritzy top dollar max
00:13:34.860contribution events for the top cop in Arizona. So this is an interesting development. We did
00:13:42.320reach out to the attorney general's office. They did not reply. They did not condemn the
00:13:47.180actions of her fundraiser. So we're going to continue tracking this. And Jack, we're going
00:13:51.660to see if the local Arizona media decides to cover this or cover up for their friend,
00:13:56.900the attorney general. Wow, Mark Halodnik. Let's make him famous. I believe you've got,
00:14:03.020what is it, either the phone number that people could call to reach out or the email is contact
00:14:06.760info? Look, it's all on X. You take a look. It's not hard to find his information. He's a real
00:14:13.000estate agent, it also seems. And of course, as you know, real estate agents, all their information
00:14:17.880is public. And again, he's a treasurer. So he's someone with financial and accounting history.
00:14:23.000So his fingerprints are on multiple organizations. He has a very large digital footprint, all the organizations he either continues to work with or manage money in some sort of way. So this guy is not any small potato.
00:14:36.600And by the way, Jack, these protesters in the videos that I did post to my X account that you can also find in my Red State article, these protesters admit some level of involvement from a group called Puente Arizona.
00:14:48.840So this is an actual accredited nonprofit organization that receives taxpayer-deductible donations, and they apparently use those funds for the activity described by the young woman currently being shown on your screen.
00:15:03.760So this is something that people should be tracking all across America. This isn't just Minnesota now. This is happening in the grand old remade old western town of Arizona that people like myself have fled to, to avoid and to escape California.
00:15:19.780So this is something to keep your eye on, Jack.
00:15:22.280And obviously, I know you have been following this story, as have many other great journalists.
00:15:29.980All eyes are on these deportation efforts and whether or not local officials are going to do the right thing and tell their supporters to stand down.
00:15:39.640They wanted to know if President Trump would tell people to stand down on January 6th.
00:15:43.780Well, every day is January 6th in American cities, thanks to the far left.
00:15:49.180It certainly is. And so, R.C., when you were out there tracking them, you know, we've seen this evidence of signal chats being used for organizational purposes in Minneapolis.
00:16:00.620I know that I've seen in some of the electronic, I'll just say some of the electronic work that I've done, that they do have state by state chapters of IceWatch.
00:16:11.060Is it your determination? Were you able to see that any of them were using these similar types of organizational tactics there on the ground in Phoenix?
00:16:17.540well yes i mean she she functionally admitted it herself when she says that you know the group
00:16:24.100puente is leading efforts again she says she posts the videos directly to puente and again
00:16:30.940it was an organized effort what you also see in the video that wasn't quite shown because all the
00:16:35.640other stuff was more uh action-packed but they were actually zooming in they were taking photos
00:16:40.900of the ice agents license plates and all that stuff so it's like this this operation is already
00:16:45.740over. Why do you want this information? They want it because this is part of an ongoing information.
00:16:51.040So ongoing, sorry, operation. So this is certainly perhaps an expansion of SignalGate.
00:16:57.460Certainly, you know, you never know what sort of resources. There might be some investigative tools
00:17:02.980used to get access to these sorts of chats in Arizona, but you hit the nail on the head. This
00:17:07.720is local. This is really a localized movement. So when you see perhaps the Trump administration
00:17:13.720get heavy-handed in the coming months with local state entities and local officials perhaps
00:17:20.680utilizing the powers of the Insurrection Act. You know, this is the catalyst perhaps leading up to
00:17:26.420those tense moments. You have state and local officials. Chris Mays, be it mind you, Jack,
00:17:32.880just two days ago, she announced the creation of a new website that is apparently to allow
00:17:38.800people in Arizona to quote, report these poorly trained agents and malfeasions. Remember, she said
00:17:47.340that you can use a stand your ground law, which is a self defense law. And she thinks it applies
00:17:52.440to ICE agents, lawful law enforcement action. She thinks stand your ground law, which is a lethal
00:17:59.300action, you know, to defend yourself if someone is doing something to your person. So things are
00:18:05.500getting tense here in Arizona. The scrutiny is on, Chris Mays, and it remains to be seen if she
00:18:11.640will condemn one of her top fundraisers for really action unbecoming of not just a local party
00:18:18.600official, but of any man, of any human being to get into a woman's face like that. You know,0.75
00:18:23.440Jack, they tell you don't become the story. That's the number one rule in journalism, but
00:18:27.280I'm not just going to sit by and allow some old creep to get into some face of some people who
00:18:33.360are just quite frankly innocent civilians no and and that's exactly what we see going on like you
00:18:39.840gotta you gotta be there and you have to again as jacob fry would say you have to be a good neighbor
00:18:44.700rc maxwell where can people go to follow you my friend follow me on x rc maxwell i'm on there
00:18:50.300really that's the only platform you need to follow me on i'm also writing for red state
00:18:54.620and you'll see hopefully more of me soon all right rc maxwell give him a follow folks red
00:19:01.140state turning point action he's out there running through what ice and antifa this anti-ice ice
00:19:09.000watch group is doing on the ground in valley of salt right back human events daily
00:19:13.660about influencers these are influencers and uh they're friends of mine jack or so like where's
00:19:28.120All right, Jack, so we're back live here. Human events daily. We're down in West Palm Beach while
00:19:40.160the ice storm rages in Washington, D.C., but there's another ice storm raging across the
00:19:47.120country, and that, of course, is localized on Minneapolis. Now, there's questions about what
00:19:53.560the change in posture for the operations means going forward.
00:19:57.980Sending Tom Homan, the Bordersar himself, personally to oversee operations.
00:20:03.580Commander Gregory Bovino being redeployed, an absolute patriot of the highest caliber.
00:20:10.120There's no question that Commander Bovino is one of the greatest Americans walking the
00:20:17.580Wanted to get on Nick Sorter because he's been reporting on this situation as well.
00:20:21.880flurry of activity yesterday nick what's the latest that you're hearing in terms of the uh
00:20:28.320you know this this operational shift in minneapolis
00:20:30.640well jack uh i mean clearly uh the the news that we've gotten this morning uh that i i've touched
00:20:39.960on just a little bit today and and again i just want to stress this for the audience here i am
00:20:44.220not sounding an alarm i'm not blackpilling here i am just reporting to you the facts as we know
00:20:49.960them on the ground. There have been some operational changes this morning that could
00:20:55.420be very temporary. It could just be while Tom Homan and Christine, or not Christine, no,
00:21:01.200Tom Homan negotiates with Tim Waltz and Mayor Frey, Mayor Soyboy down there in Minneapolis.
00:21:07.660But right now, it seems that Border Patrol in particular have been given an order to
00:21:15.320no longer apprehend what are being referred to as non-criminal illegal aliens. Now, I think that
00:21:24.120is a very misleading term, because if you are here illegally, you have committed a crime. There
00:21:29.600is a federal statute that prevents you from entering the country and remaining in the country
00:21:34.280illegally. But that's where we're at this morning. The example that was given to me by a Border
00:21:40.880patrol agent actually two border patrol agents on the ground one of them gave me an example where
00:21:45.760they say that uh they are no longer allowed to apprehend somebody that for example if they run
00:21:52.400a license plate and that license plate comes back to an illegal alien they are no longer allowed to0.81
00:21:58.960arrest that person simply for being an illegal alien and again this could just be while homen
00:22:07.680and uh toman's there now meeting with walton and fray and hopefully that is just for that
00:22:14.200negotiating period i want to stress that it could just be very temporary but if this is a an actual
00:22:20.360change in posture and this was the concession that was made uh then we're going to have some
00:22:26.500problems and i think the base is going to be very upset but we're not there yet we're not there yet
00:22:30.000folks we're going to figure this one out yeah we've been fielding emails all day here and i've
00:22:35.660been reading them online, people very concerned about what's actually going on. And one of my
00:22:40.620questions has been, and I think this remains to be seen, whether or not Fry or Tim Waltz directly
00:22:48.200will, number one, provide security for those ICE agents and those ICE operations going forward,
00:22:54.880because that's really been the problem at large. I mean, these guys should have the full security
00:22:59.320cordon. There shouldn't be any way for Alex Preddy or any of these disruptors to get close
00:23:04.100to ICE while they're conducting operations. It's really simple. It's not hard to do. And then,
00:23:08.680of course, the other move forward is it's not just about the state prisons, right? It's about
00:23:13.380the county jails and the municipal jails, the city jails. Those have been the ones where the
00:23:18.100administration has never been allowed to get into because that's the sanctuary city policy.
00:23:23.260But if they can crack open these sanctuary policies and actually get in there, then there's
00:23:27.920going to be a ton of people. I was told five or six figures worth of illegal aliens that are
00:23:33.860sitting right now in Minnesota jails that the administration isn't able to touch because of
00:23:39.860these policies. Right, exactly. And so that's why I'm trying to give Tom Homan some time to
00:23:45.560negotiate here. Tim Waltz's press release that he put out yesterday saying that, oh, well,
00:23:52.440the federal or the state prisons have always turned over illegal aliens from, you know,
00:24:00.940after their sentences are over. And that's quite misleading because what is actually being done,
00:24:08.280even California does that, Jack. So that should tell you a lot, right? That's nothing noble.
00:24:14.220But when you have Minnesota that refuses to prosecute pretty much anybody that's not named Derek Chauvin, then you can see why that would be a problem, that when they arrest a violent illegal, let him out on cashless bail, and then they don't prosecute or whatever,
00:24:40.280then they never they're not going to honor the ICE detainer on that. So there's so, so, so many
00:24:47.620of these people sitting in county jails, local jails, as you said, that should that can and
00:24:53.800should be turned over to ICE. And this is not this should not be a controversial topic. You
00:24:59.660know, the Democrats keep saying, oh, well, you know, we're not saying that that child rapists
00:25:05.100and murderers shouldn't be turned over to ICE. It's like, yeah, you are. But just the fact that
00:25:09.060you're guarding them and not honoring those ICE detainers. You are protecting them. And to hit
00:25:15.480your point, Jack, when they're saying that they're arguing and saying that, well, local police,
00:25:21.240you know, shouldn't have anything to do with ICE raids and such, local police should be out there
00:25:27.440maintaining order in the streets. That's part of their job. When they're allowing things like this
00:25:32.900to happen, they are enabling people like Alex Pretty, who we found out today apparently was in
00:25:39.280another violent scuffle with federal agents just one week ago. So this guy was known to federal
00:25:47.540law enforcement. He was increasingly aggressive, and he never should have been allowed to get
00:25:52.260anywhere close to this operation. But Minneapolis PD refused to do their jobs, and all it would have
00:25:58.960to do is them standing there and saying, OK, if you if you go into the street and you block traffic,
00:26:05.100which is what a lot of these people do, then you're going to be cited or in extreme cases,
00:26:10.480you're going to go to jail. And trust me, they're not going to be doing that. But now they know that
00:26:15.220ICE can't enforce traffic laws. So they know they can block traffic and stuff. And there's very
00:26:21.900little that ICE can do about it, especially when we just found out that the chief judge in the
00:26:27.620federal district of minnesota uh was a uh a donor to uh left-wing immigration uh funds so we we just
00:26:38.380know it's a complete these guys are up against so much it's complete and absolute joke nick
00:26:44.280thanks so much for your work on the ground thanks so much by the way for uh for watching kevin's
00:26:49.180back while he was there where people go to follow you uh follow me on x that's the main platform
00:26:55.140and we're going to get uncensored stuff.
00:26:56.360It's X at Nick Sorter, N-I-C-K-S-O-R-T-O-R.
00:26:59.440And appreciate you bringing the truth to people, Jack.
00:30:24.720If your audience will recall, I posted a meme, a joking meme that said Hillary Clinton supporters
00:30:29.300could text their vote and skip the line.
00:30:31.220For this, they arrested me and said that it was part of a Klan Act conspiracy to injure voters in the exercise of their right to vote.
00:30:41.160Now, I wish I could blame Joe Biden for my prosecution, but the reality is I was indicted.
00:30:48.540I was actually not indicted, but they arrested me and then they indicted me just seven days into the administration.
00:30:54.040There was no attorney general confirmed. There was certainly no U.S. attorney confirmed.
00:30:59.260So this arrest was done by career actors within the Justice Department without even Biden's approval, or not approval, rather, but without his playing a role in it.
00:31:14.040So that's just how bad the situation was.
00:31:16.520And then Biden got his attorney general, Merrick Garland, into place, and he got his U.S. attorneys.
00:31:21.720He got Jack Smith into place, and we all saw what happened.
00:31:26.460This was probably I was probably one of the canaries in the coal mine, perhaps along with the J6ers, except I posted this meme in the 2016 election cycle.1.00
00:31:35.940So they were planning this prosecution for years and waiting until Trump left office so they could bring this case.1.00
00:31:42.820But it was very dark times. I was I was put on trial in New York City, in Brooklyn, right before Trump was indicted.
00:31:52.660And he was actually indicted during my trial.
00:31:55.600And so Trump was basically persona non grata.
00:31:58.860Trump supporters were persona non grata, not just in New York, but throughout the country.
00:33:02.220Don Lemon, who the DOJ tried to charge with the same charge that Biden's DOJ charged me
00:33:08.040with, and the federal judge refused to sign the warrant.
00:33:12.060And who knows if a grand jury will even indict Don Lemon in that jurisdiction.
00:33:16.240So the justice system was instrumentalized under Biden against Trump supporters, and now it's being instrumentalized again against the Trump administration.
00:33:25.940This is a continuation of a 10-year insurgency against MAGA, against the America First movement that is only trying to bring law and order back to the land.
00:33:36.560And so when you look at this, this is actually a huge problem because the question of venue was an issue that came up with you.
00:33:43.320You were arrested, but then you were brought back up to Brooklyn, just blocks away from Hillary Clinton's campaign office was.
00:33:50.060And they claimed the venue, the jurisdiction change, was because of the use of the Internet, if I remember correctly.
00:33:56.520But in these cases, when the Trump administration, the DOJ, is bringing them up, whether it's Washington, D.C. or potentially Minnesota, where we're going to be looking at some cases come forward, you've got judges who refuse to sign the warrants.
00:34:09.400You've got juries in Washington, D.C. that are nullifying these charges, getting letting people get off because they're saying, oh, well, that's a Trump thing and I don't like Trump, so I'm just going to declare this guy not guilty.
00:34:22.600This is actually a huge problem, isn't it?
00:34:27.500And the question is, you know, if Governor Walz and Mayor Frey in Minnesota are not going to put police into the streets to suppress riots, these are not lawful protests.
00:34:39.040these are riots. If they're not going to do that, then the question is, what's next? If you can't
00:34:43.820arrest them, you can't convict them, how are you ever going to restore law and order? And quite
00:34:49.960frankly, the only way I can think of doing it sort of through the direct route, through the legal
00:34:54.300route, would be Insurrection Act, would be suspending the rule of law or martial law.
00:34:59.940Because look, if there's mobs of thousands of people, you can't arrest all of them. And they're
00:35:05.020all wearing masks, it's impossible to collect evidence against all of them and go through the
00:35:10.020tedious process of securing an indictment, then how do you bring law and order back to the streets?
00:35:15.180Remember that the ordinary people of Minnesota are suffering, while 2,000 or 3,000 miscreants
00:35:20.520are creating all of these problems. And the police we saw last night in St. Cloud, a more
00:35:27.580Republican suburb of Minnesota, they suppressed a protest. It wasn't a protest. I don't want to
00:35:32.220call it a protest because we have the first amendment right to protest this was an unlawful
00:35:36.920riot a siege of a hotel they said they put down the siege in about two seconds so governor walls
00:35:43.740and the mayor they're holding back the police from doing the job that needs to be done
00:35:47.140no they absolutely are tell us again you know we kind of skipped over but tell us again some more
00:35:53.260about the lawsuit that you are bringing because this is a this is the what was done to you was
00:35:58.920absolute miscarriage of justice and now that we at least have the trump administration in
00:36:04.280tell us about the lawsuit and what you're seeking here yeah so we follow the federal tort claims uh
00:36:11.240uh a claim under the federal tort claims act with the doj we have begun settlement discussions and
00:36:17.320it's a civil rights claim for violations of first amendment fourth amendment etc for damages
00:36:24.040including legal fees, including all of the suffering that went on in that, the lost wages,
00:36:30.960lost income opportunities, defamation, et cetera, et cetera. When they went to the press and said
00:36:38.200that 4,900 Democrats lost their right to vote, which was completely false and not substantiated
00:36:44.400at trial, not a single Democrat was put on the stand who fell for my meme, and they couldn't
00:36:50.440find one. We know they were searching because we have the FBI 302 reports. So we're looking for
00:36:56.460compensation, and we're very happy that this administration is taking a stand against
00:37:01.540weaponization. And we believe restitution is due here. So we are discussing with the DOJ a settlement
00:37:08.660for these millions in legal fees and other damages. So we're very confident in Attorney
00:37:16.500General Bondi and Deputy Blanche and some of the other folks that are good people within the
00:37:22.520Justice Department, that we are going to be able to come to a settlement and not have to file
00:37:26.180a lawsuit in federal court and go through that tedious process. But don't worry. We're also
00:37:32.960going to be working on the accountability. It's going to be step two of this process. After we
00:37:40.420settle the civil suit, we're going to be working. I have some lawyers lined up pro bono that are
00:37:46.140going to be working on accountability within the system to reform how the the uh administration
00:37:52.300that doug we're just about we're just about out of time folks go give him a follow douglas
00:37:58.660mackie on twitter x everywhere go and support this because he's not just fighting for himself
00:38:03.920he's fighting for the freedom of speech and the right to meme online be right back jack
00:38:09.720sobycune events daily jack is a great guy he's written a fantastic book everybody's talking
00:38:16.880about it go get it and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event

00:38:41.280where Michael Alfonso, who is running for Congress, joins us now. Michael, how are you?
00:38:49.360I'm great. Thanks for having me on, Jack.
00:38:52.020So you're running up there. It's Wisconsin 7. Tell us about the district and how far away is
00:38:57.740that from Minneapolis? Well, it's one of the biggest districts in the entire country. It's
00:39:02.800almost the entire north third of Wisconsin. But one of the biggest cities in our district,
00:39:08.940Hudson, Wisconsin, is 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. So we see what's happening with
00:39:14.800our neighbor and we're a little concerned with it. Certainly, I can't imagine. And when you see
00:39:23.680this type of disruption, has that been crossing over at all into Wisconsin?
00:39:28.080You know, we haven't seen it yet. But I have to say, look back in 2020. First, it starts in Minneapolis, just like this. And then it comes to Kenosha, Wisconsin. And, you know, frankly, I've heard you say it on your show, and I couldn't agree more. This is just what Marxists do.
00:39:45.420When the will of the people is to have mass deportations or President Trump in office, and mind you, he was elected with a popular vote mandate to get this agenda through, the violent Marxists, who are apparently the party that's been preaching democracy for the last five years, subvert the will of the people by rioting and looting and plundering.
