Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - HUMAN EVENTS DAILY： DEC 17 2021 - SANTA FE POLICE ISSUE WARRANT FOR ALEC BALDWIN’S PHONE

00:00:00.000 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily powered by Turning

00:00:06.200 Point USA. Today's top stories, the Santa Fe police have issued a search warrant for Alec Baldwin's

00:00:13.940 phone. I told you, Alec, I told you that we were not done with you. Next, Ukraine President

00:00:19.320 Zelensky's approval rating has dropped to 28 percent domestically amid the border crisis

00:00:25.960 with Russia and corruption allegations. Third, the FBI operation against the Michigan militia. Their

00:00:32.340 case is falling apart due to entrapment questions and misconduct. And then finally, the Salvation

00:00:38.800 Army. And my heart really breaks for the story. The Salvation Army, which has done such great work

00:00:43.500 in the past, they've been ditched by donors and volunteers after calling their supporters a bunch 0.52

00:00:48.800 of white racists. All this more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:55.960 Alec Baldwin, I told you, I told you we were not done with you. And last week, we did the segment

00:01:10.680 right here on Human Events Daily, where I broke down all of the various legal arguments that were

00:01:16.020 out there and all of the new theories that are coming forward regarding the question whether or not

00:01:21.600 he fired that gun. Not only was it not an accident, but could it potentially, and this is, of course,

00:01:29.040 our questioning, but could it potentially have been an intentional trigger pull in the moment of anger

00:01:36.140 and when the guy just snapped? Because what's the one thing that we know about Alec Baldwin? When you

00:01:43.380 push that guy, what does he do? He snaps. Well, apparently, the Santa Fe Police Department,

00:01:50.320 the Sheriff's Department there, has some questions of their own. In the matter of the death

00:01:56.180 investigation of Helena Hutchins, San Francisco Sheriff's Office Cates, 2021-00-7949.

00:02:07.100 In the matter to the issuance of a search warrant in regards to the search and seizure of a cellular

00:02:13.040 phone believed to be an Apple iPhone due to conversations between Affiant, that's the sheriff,

00:02:18.000 and Alec Baldwin being conducted through iMessages. The phone belongs to Alec Baldwin and is believed to

00:02:25.040 be in his possession and has a mobile phone number and they list the number. The full telephone number

00:02:30.020 is known, however, is redacted for confidentiality and privacy. The carrier for the phone is Verizon

00:02:35.500 wireless. You are hereby commanded, you are hereby commanded to search. This is Judge David Segura

00:02:43.000 of Santa Fe, New Mexico, says that the Sheriff's Office is hereby commanded to search forthwith the

00:02:51.200 person or place described in the affidavit between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., unless I have

00:02:56.400 specifically authorized a nighttime search for the person or property described in the affidavit.

00:03:01.700 Serving this warrant together with a copy of the affidavit and making the search and if the person or

00:03:05.800 property be found there to seize the person or property and hold for safekeeping until further

00:03:12.020 order of the court. Ladies and gentlemen, we said it last week, we're saying this again, Alec Baldwin

00:03:18.560 is under investigation for the shooting death of Helena Hutchins. And the only question before us,

00:03:25.600 quite frankly, the only question before us is, was this involuntary manslaughter or was this murder?

00:03:32.260 Hell, here's Hilaria Baldwin just last night, again, attacking reporters because they are again 1.00

00:03:38.680 out in public acting like nothing's happening. Take a look.

00:03:41.920 A warrant, a search warrant for your phone. What are you making of that, sir?

00:03:50.760 What happened, sir?

00:03:55.700 And so remember, we talked about this again last week. They're throwing Baldwin under the bus.

00:04:00.400 They're throwing him to the wolves. CNN is coming out after him because they had the gun expert on

00:04:04.500 CNN talking about how that antique Long Colt 45 with the way it has a pull on it, the way that has

00:04:10.360 the hammer drop on it. You cannot, you cannot fire that gun without depressing the trigger. You will

00:04:16.480 not. Right. The hammer break is just not there. It's just not there. Right. See, you either had to

00:04:21.700 depress the trigger beforehand and then you're fanning it. Right. Like if you've seen literally every

00:04:25.520 Western movie or you positively pulled the trigger after decocking the hammer, Alec Baldwin. 0.99

00:04:33.040 Shut up, dude. Like, seriously, I'm saying this now for your own legal defense at this point. 0.98

00:04:39.520 Just stop talking. You're sending iMessages to the sheriff. Are you serious right now?

00:04:45.620 This guy has a disorder. He absolutely has a personality disorder. And we know, by the way, 0.90

00:04:51.740 that his wife, Hilaria, was on TikTok. Yes, she was actually on TikTok the other day talking about

00:04:56.540 how he has PTSD and he had PTSD prior to the situation. Well, I'm sorry, but having PTSD does

00:05:04.500 not deprive you of liability for a murder. And Alec Baldwin, you need to start being careful.

00:05:12.300 You need to think about your family and think about your future.

00:05:14.340 Ladies and gentlemen, I've said that before, and I'm going to have to say it again. It is time to

00:05:22.540 get on the lifeboats head for the lifeboats now. And the lifeboat is getter G E T T R.com. Go 0.79

00:05:29.940 establish your presence today. Facebook has admitted that it's fact checks are not fact checks.

00:05:35.540 They are censorious interference with your freedom of speech. And until the federal government does

00:05:42.660 anything about this to rein in the tech oligarchs, they will be there to crack down on you. 0.99

00:05:48.180 That's the number one way that they have decided to try to stop this populist movement in its tracks.

00:05:55.020 And this and make no mistake, this is a global movement because we are dealing with a global

00:06:01.420 regime at this point, a regime that has its nooks and crannies and fingers in so many different

00:06:08.180 areas of the world from India to Europe, to the United States, to Brazil. Of course,

00:06:13.460 we see nodes of it in China spreading out across the Korean peninsula. We understand what's going

00:06:18.420 on here. We are dealing with a regime. That is why you need to go now, go to getter, establish your

00:06:24.540 presence because getter is the path forward. This is where freedom and the flame of freedom can stay

00:06:30.940 alive. Go to getter.com, establish yourself today, post haste. But next up, talking about the regime.

00:06:37.380 Where is the regime eyeing today? Where is the eye of sorry? Well, it has fallen once again upon

00:06:43.700 Ukraine. Understand what's going on here. While President Biden's domestic policy is completely

00:06:50.240 in shambles, his presidency in less than one year has completely fallen apart. His domestic agenda

00:06:56.740 is a joke. And we've seen what's happened to his foreign policy when we saw the signs, the videos,

00:07:03.380 the destruction, the death and the depravity coming out of the collapse of Kabul, the fall of Kabul.

00:07:11.380 Understand what they are trying to do now, what they are talking about, the most senior levels of

00:07:15.560 the White House and Human Events Daily can report this is that they are going to try to use Ukraine

00:07:20.840 as a distraction from everything that's going on domestically and internationally. They think now is

00:07:26.840 the time that they can make a huge push to bring Ukraine into the fold. Remember, Ukraine is not a

00:07:32.440 member of NATO. They're not a member of the United Nations. And yet, what do we see? We've seen the

00:07:37.560 head of NATO over there in Ukraine today, right? This whole week, he's there saying essentially that

00:07:44.280 if Russia is to make a move in eastern Ukraine, in these separatist areas, they're calling themselves,

00:07:50.840 you know, these these self autonomous people's republics, right? They are declaring themselves,

00:07:56.120 essentially, that NATO is a de facto, a de facto guarantor of the protection of the borders of

00:08:03.160 Ukraine, right? So instead of defending the US border, instead of defending the southern border,

00:08:08.040 where Americans were, I'm sitting in Phoenix, Arizona, right now, my family is very close to the

00:08:13.320 US southern border, right, especially compared to Washington, DC. They're not defending the United States

00:08:19.240 border. But they're caring very deeply about the border of Ukraine. Listen to the head of NATO

00:08:23.480 talking about this just this week. NATO's relationship with Ukraine is going to be decided

00:08:29.160 by the 30 NATO allies and Ukraine, no one else. We cannot accept that Russia is trying to reestablish 0.59

00:08:37.480 a system where big powers like Russia has spheres of influence, where they can control or decide

00:08:44.200 what other members can do. So that's the short answer.

00:08:48.360 But we just got word out of the Wilson Center on this. And the Wilson Center, they focus on democracy,

00:08:54.120 they focus on what's going on. I mean, this is a very neocon kind of blog, right? But I go and look 0.65

00:08:59.720 at this. And it says, Vladimir Zelensky, who is the current president of Ukraine, right? So you had

00:09:04.920 Yanukovych who was no like him or not, Yanukovych was a democratically elected president

00:09:10.040 in Ukraine. He was overthrown in the Maidan color revolution in 2014. He then later fled the country.

00:09:16.360 Then Viktor Poroshenko, an oligarch in his own right, who originally was pro US, but then essentially

00:09:22.440 he just became pro Poroshenko, was installed as the new president of Ukraine. Following his end of

00:09:30.680 term in office, Zelensky became elected. Zelensky got 73% of the vote when he was first elected. But now we

00:09:37.800 look at polls and Zelensky is down in just less than two and a half years. He's down to only 28%

00:09:45.160 approval. What is going on? Well, according to the Wilson Institute, it says that his image has,

00:09:50.680 that originally he was told that he, they, you know, essentially sold himself as a radical

00:09:54.760 alternative to political cynicism, but he has turned into another, a just like all the others

00:10:00.120 politician whose political support is waning. Remember, this was a popular guy. He was an actor,

00:10:04.920 actually, before he came in. This was a fictional character. You know, he was sort of a Mr. Smith,

00:10:09.320 goes to Washington kind of guy. That was his, um, his total household ID, name ID before he became

00:10:16.600 elected. But his approval rating is dropping and dropping and dropping. And why they answer it at

00:10:22.840 the midpoint of his presidency, Zelensky himself has destroyed his image as an alternative politician.

00:10:27.720 Here's what he did. First, they started promoting the idea that he was just like any other business

00:10:33.320 person in Ukraine. This statement was repeated again and again. They, then the Pandora papers come

00:10:38.840 out and they can see that he himself is involved in corruption, financial dealings, just like all of

00:10:44.280 the other oligarchs, right? They've got money in offshore companies, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus,

00:10:48.520 of course, and also Belize. Zelensky's family is getting money from offshore, et cetera, et cetera,

00:10:53.960 et cetera. And at the end of the day, at the end of the day, he seems to have been just another guy

00:10:59.480 who's tied up in all of this corruption. We've seen the corruption when we, in terms of, uh, Burisma,

00:11:04.040 we've gone through the corruption of McCulloch Lachefsky, everything that is being run in the

00:11:08.920 government of Ukraine right now is completely corrupt. And the U S is looking now to exploit that

00:11:15.320 situation to prop up the Biden administration's flailing approval rating here at home domestically.

00:11:22.920 Are you paying attention yet? Well, you know, this is crazy because here we are,

00:11:31.640 right? I think for the second time in two weeks, and I am going to quote Buzzfeed news. I know,

00:11:37.880 I know we did this the last time and people were very upset. They said, well, Jack, why are you out

00:11:41.880 in a post? So what are you doing? Why are you quoting Buzzfeed? Why are you getting involved with

00:11:45.560 these guys? These are not our friends. Like I know, I know, but there's a couple of things. And I

00:11:50.760 explained this last time. I'll explain it again. There are some Gen Xers at Buzzfeed news that still 1.00

00:11:56.520 have this kind of mentality where it's not that they're just dyed in the wool leftists. It's that

00:12:02.360 they're anti authority and they view, uh, the government, they view the establishment as part of that

00:12:10.360 authority. And so they view their brand of, and this is a very Gen X version of leftism. This is not

00:12:15.480 millennial left. Like millennial leftism is social justice leftism. Okay. Get that. But you still

00:12:19.880 have a lot of Gen X leftists and liberals, right? Essentially that's more your, your liberal types

00:12:25.480 who say, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're just anti authority. It's the millennials that are more 0.92

00:12:29.640 militant. That is your social justice militants. And, you know, I think when we go back at some

00:12:35.160 point and when historians look at this era, you know, we're not going to call it the woke era.

00:12:38.840 We're going to call it the social justice era. That's the era that we're living through. So even

00:12:42.680 though we live in this time of social justice, and of course there's tons of social justice warriors now

00:12:48.360 throughout places like Buzzfeed. And in the next segment, we're going to talk about how

00:12:51.320 they're ruining the Salvation Army. Now we've got a report from these Gen X liberals at Buzzfeed news. 0.99

00:12:58.040 And look at this headline. The FBI said it busted a plot to kidnap Michigan's governor,

00:13:03.640 but then things got complicated. The case seemed like a lock until an informant and one FBI agent were

00:13:11.320 charged with crimes and another was accused of perjury. And a third was found promoting a private

00:13:17.080 security firm. And that wasn't all. So I want you guys to go back because remember,

00:13:21.880 we were in the heat of things. October 2020 was when this investigation, when this huge raid,

00:13:29.560 all of these arrests, this drop, this was major, major news. And if you weren't following,

00:13:35.800 right, if you weren't necessarily someone who only follows conservative media, if you were just in sort

00:13:39.880 of the normie sphere, or if you were following left wing media, this was the major driver. In fact,

00:13:44.600 this was the story that they were talking about in October, 2020, so that they didn't have to talk

00:13:48.920 about the Hunter Biden story. So go back to that time and listen to this interview that was conducted

00:13:53.320 with the Michigan attorney general on CNN. Well, it was an extensive plot. There's no question about

00:13:58.840 that. And I think what's important for people to know is that it's not just the organizations that

00:14:06.680 were alleged to have commit these offenses in the both federal and state complaints. There are many

00:14:11.880 groups operating out there. And if you recall, the director of the FBI has stated quite clearly

00:14:20.040 that domestic terrorism is one of the biggest threats that we have ongoing to our security

00:14:25.880 in the United States. And I think that this case really demonstrates that. But the fact is,

00:14:30.600 there are multiple groups that are operating across multiple jurisdictions in many different states.

00:14:36.360 Uh, and it is something that we need to be very concerned about.

00:14:39.480 And you really have to go, go to buzzfeed news.com. We'll put this link in the show notes.

00:14:45.080 Uh, I, I've tweeted out a lot of people tweeted out, but there's so many good lines and there's so

00:14:51.480 many good quotes in this thing to talk about how this entire, this entire thing was an FBI entrapment

00:14:56.600 operation. Right. And I know we've covered this before, but essentially what was going on is people

00:15:01.000 thought that they were joining like a militia to go, they thought it was a gun shoot, like a gun

00:15:05.960 group, right? We're going to go and learn tactics. We're going to learn, Hey, these guys have military

00:15:09.880 experience. They have some training. We're going to go out in the woods. We're going to learn to

00:15:13.240 shoot, move, communicate. We're going to learn some basic tactics and basic drills. We're going to go do

00:15:17.480 this stuff. And let's listen to this line, right? This, this, this line, just, just, I think of all of it,

00:15:23.720 this is the one that jumps out at me in the Michigan kidnapping case, at least a dozen

00:15:28.840 confidential informants, as well as two or more undercover FBI agents helped gather evidence

00:15:35.100 against the 14 men who were charged. So wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, a dozen

00:15:41.280 confidential informants plus two or more undercover FBI agents. So that gets you to 14. So you're,

00:15:48.400 it took 14 informants or agents for the FBI to gather evidence to charge 14 men who were charged in

00:15:57.380 this thing. So 14 defendants, right? That's a one-to-one ratio. You've got one handler,

00:16:02.480 one FBI informant or agent per person charged. Do you have any idea how much time and money it took

00:16:09.040 to put together this entire entrapment operation? This is insane. This is completely insane. And

00:16:15.480 understand ladies and gentlemen, this is what your government is doing. This is what your tax dollars

00:16:20.840 are paying for. This is what Chris Ray is focused on. He's not focused on the domestic terrorists that

00:16:25.700 were burning down our cities all last year. No, he's running operations like this.

00:16:34.700 Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for continuing to support us, continuing to support

00:16:38.220 the podcast, the way you do that, the way you keep this work going, you go to mypillow.com,

00:16:42.300 you use promo code POSO. You've got so much there. We've got, by the way, the dog beds,

00:16:47.340 they just sent me a message this morning. I got a message from the guys at MyPillow. They said,

00:16:50.600 Jack, the dog beds have been selling so well. And I said, why is that? And they said, look,

00:16:54.760 because people, they've already bought stuff for their families. They bought the robes,

00:16:57.980 they bought the slippers, they bought the towels, the toppers, but they remember that man's best

00:17:02.760 friend, right? Your best friend at Christmas time deserves something a little bit special,

00:17:08.020 a little bit nice. So people are going in, they're buying the dog bed. So I say, go to mypillow.com

00:17:11.860 and don't forget the dog beds. All right, there, I said it. Next up, Human Events Daily. I believe this

00:17:17.280 is an exclusive because I haven't seen anyone been able to post this, any video anywhere yet. And when I

00:17:22.560 found it last night on the Salvation Army YouTube page, it only had about 400 views.

00:17:29.280 These guys say, so remember what happened with the Salvation Army. They said that they put out a

00:17:34.940 statement that was just, oh, it was an internal document calling their supporters to apologize

00:17:40.100 for their white racism. And they said, no, that was just an internal thing. We don't believe that.

00:17:45.040 So I said, okay. And I went to their YouTube page. How many of you knew the Salvation Army had a

00:17:49.620 YouTube page? See, this is why you watch Human Events Daily. We went to this thing and I scrolled

00:17:54.660 back to summer of 2021. And what did I find? A 35-minute seminar of them extolling full-on

00:18:04.880 critical race theory. Let me play a clip of this. Two terms that I think need a little clarification

00:18:11.280 is equality and equity. Many times we seem to use them interchangeably, but there is a difference

00:18:23.380 between the two. Equality means each group or individual is given the same resources or access

00:18:31.160 to opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person and or groups may have different circumstances.

00:18:38.980 These circumstances may impair their ability to achieve equality and allocate or tries to allocate the

00:18:49.140 exact resources and opportunity needed to bring everyone to equality. Look at this picture. Many of us can

00:18:58.280 recognize inequality. That is when none or limited resources are made available to a specific group of

00:19:06.220 people. We can see that it cannot be righted. There cannot be a level of justice unless there is

00:19:13.860 significant change. Equality is when something is done to give equal access, but things may still be

00:19:22.660 greatly out of whack. Those people in favor from the beginning may be given initial advantage at a

00:19:32.180 disadvantage to others so there is no real equality. Equity is when we take into consideration the needs of

00:19:42.760 all and we attempt to right the injustice. And what's been the result from the Washington Examiner?

00:19:50.040 The Salvation Army is ditched by donors and volunteers after the disastrous release of their anti-racism

00:19:57.660 guide. Salvation Army chapters across the country are reporting massive shortages and volunteer hours and

00:20:03.700 toy donations. 20,000 volunteers down, 33% of the charges. And look, let me just say something, right?

00:20:10.320 What a horrible disgrace. These people get involved. These social justice warriors, these infiltrators and

00:20:17.320 interlopers get involved with a fantastic organization like the Salvation Army that is a Christian

00:20:22.660 organization that stands up for what's right. And they do great things for people in need. And then

00:20:29.720 you start pushing stuff like this and you steal that organization's name, that good name, and use it to

00:20:35.780 further your own political agendas. You should all be ashamed and you should all resign in disgrace.

00:20:41.360 All right, that is all the time we have. This is, by the way, our last episode of the week. But I will be

00:20:46.720 going into America Fest, which starts tomorrow. Guys, I've seen the stage for this thing. It is going to be

00:20:51.600 absolutely amazing. I think it's the largest stage that's ever been seen before in the conservative

00:20:55.660 movement. When you guys see this thing, you're going to absolutely blow your mind. All right.

00:20:59.460 So go check out America Fest this entire weekend. I'm going to be broadcasting live from there. We've

00:21:04.300 got a lot of special events. It's a lot of special guests. So just stay tuned. This is going to be all

00:21:08.960 over the place. But before we go, today's moment of history is, it's a fantastic one. It's an excellent

00:21:14.820 one. It's so American. Today is the anniversary of the Wright brothers' first flight at Kitty Hawk, North

00:21:21.040 Carolina, 1035 a.m., December 17th, 1903. But I want to say something about the Wright brothers.

00:21:28.120 They were high school dropouts. They didn't go to college. They didn't have some prestigious degrees.

00:21:34.040 They weren't saddled with years and years of debt and gender studies programs. No,

00:21:38.540 they were two guys who did their own research and literally broke the bonds that shackled them to

00:21:46.600 earth and took to the skies. What could be more American than that? Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission
