00:01:05.020 there. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by TPUSA.

00:01:12.860 Top stories today. A federal judge has blocked Biden's COVID vaccine mandate for contractors. Next,

00:01:20.740 we're going to talk about Tim Cook's secret Apple deal, $275 billion with who? The CCP. Next,

00:01:30.480 the DA says Alec Baldwin is still under investigation. And finally, new documents,

00:01:36.280 the Waukesha massacre suspect faces new charges in his previous SUV attack. All this in Warhead,

00:01:42.380 Human Events Daily.

00:01:50.740 Well, a federal judge has just come out finally and blocked Biden's last remaining COVID vaccine

00:02:00.600 mandate. This is from Daily Mail. The rule on contractors due to vast economic and political

00:02:06.300 significance. Judges have already blocked mandates being imposed on businesses or healthcare workers.

00:02:11.240 The judge, Stan Baker in Savannah, Georgia, said that requiring employees of federal contractors to be

00:02:18.160 vaccinated was beyond Biden's remit. With the ruling, all three of Biden's broad vaccine mandates

00:02:25.240 affecting the private sector have been put on hold by courts. Judges already issued a stay regarding one

00:02:32.900 that applies to businesses with a hundred or more employees and another for healthcare workers across

00:02:37.560 the United States. Why is this one matter so much? Do you remember? Let's go back. Let's go back a

00:02:44.700 couple of weeks. What was I pounding on this show day in, day out? The freedom flu. We talked about

00:02:50.620 Southwest Airlines. We talked about American Airlines, right? Every day. What did it mean?

00:02:54.860 They all said those airlines, and by the way, the CEO of American, he's out. He's going to be retiring

00:03:00.060 at the end of the year. He just announced. They were saying that because of the federal mandates

00:03:05.780 put down by Biden, that they had no choice but to comply with Biden. But then who was it? It was the

00:03:11.440 pilots' unions that were fighting back. And we had whistleblowers in terms of the pilots who were

00:03:16.580 coming out and saying that they weren't going to go along with this. Remember, with those pilots,

00:03:21.120 right, with those people who are flying, a lot of them, a vast majority of them are prior military

00:03:25.640 because they have the experience. They have the ability. They have the flight hours to do so. And of

00:03:29.080 course, flight training is not cheap. It's expensive. Anybody has gone up and tried to do that. So if you're

00:03:34.500 going through the military, of course, military is paying for you. You're getting paid to do it,

00:03:37.600 and you're getting the experience to do it. So a lot of them tend to be in commercial air travel,

00:03:43.000 tend to be prior military. At the same time, it's highly regulated what those pilots are allowed to

00:03:48.680 take. They have to be careful with Sudafed. They're not allowed to take aspirin. They're not allowed to

00:03:52.980 drink. Obviously, it goes on and on and on. So you have to have your flight certification and your

00:03:57.180 medical certification. So for guys like that who are at peak performance, it naturally stands to reason

00:04:03.240 that when it came to something like a federally mandated vaccine, they were going to ask questions

00:04:09.200 about that, and they wanted to consult with their personal doctors much more so than have to abide by

00:04:15.200 something that was handed down by government and forced on everybody like this. So that is why the judge,

00:04:21.460 and keep in mind so everyone understands the difference here, the judge has put this on hold. That does not mean

00:04:27.100 it has been struck down completely. So what does it mean? They file, you file an emergency injunction,

00:04:33.300 and the emergency injunction is, hey, don't apply this standard right now. That's what just happened.

00:04:38.440 There will be a further hearing where Biden and members of the government go in and state their

00:04:46.300 case. They're going to go in and argue before the judge, as well as you're going to have people who

00:04:51.340 are fighting this, the people who sued. In some cases, it'll be the unions. In some cases,

00:04:54.780 it'll be outside organizations, third parties, and then other people can file in on behalf of that,

00:05:00.000 file their own, it's called amicus briefs, in support of that statement. Because here was what

00:05:04.900 it is, folks. At the end of the day, at the end of the day, what Biden did, what President Biden did,

00:05:09.700 is unconstitutional. You cannot mandate something like that on everybody, something that affects the

00:05:16.720 entire population when it comes down to something like this. It's simply not constitutional to do for his

00:05:23.640 president or any president, by the way. If the previous president was in office and was pushing

00:05:28.700 mandates like this, it would also be unconstitutional, because that's the law of our land. But

00:05:34.620 interestingly enough, before he was president, that's not what Joe Biden said he would do.

00:05:41.040 Listen to what he said about vaccine mandates when he was president-elect.

00:05:44.820 No, I don't think it should be mandatory. I wouldn't demand to be mandatory, but I would

00:05:48.960 do everything in my power. It's like I don't think masks have to be made mandatory nationwide.

00:05:53.980 So you get it, right? Even he understood that there was a problem back then with the government

00:06:00.380 mandating it down. But for some reason, a couple months into his administration,

00:06:05.300 he changed his mind. What was that thing called? I'll tell you. It was called Afghanistan.

00:06:10.900 Afghanistan. Remember, all of these mandates were pushed out. Originally, they were going to talk

00:06:15.080 about more nationwide lockdowns. But then when the vaccine started rolling out, people came to him,

00:06:20.600 his policy advisors came to him, we covered all of this in real time. Then he said, no, we're going

00:06:24.720 to change it. We're not going to do nationwide lockdowns. We're going to do nationwide vaccine

00:06:28.960 mandates. So they changed it. They did the primetime. Well, not really primetime, because primetime,

00:06:34.080 look, it's Biden primetime. There's primetime, and then there's Biden primetime, right? So they were

00:06:37.860 going to do a primetime national address. But Biden primetime is more like 5 p.m., 5.30. If he's

00:06:44.860 pushing it, if he's got a hot tea, he can push it to 5.45. But, you know, real primetime would be

00:06:49.600 like 8 p.m., 9 p.m. Biden primetime is 5 p.m., 5.45 at the very latest. Folks, stand up against

00:06:58.300 medical tyranny. Stand up for freedom. This is a win for the American people.

00:07:07.860 Look, folks, the Christmas season is upon us. In this Christmas season, support your families,

00:07:14.340 support American workers and their families, support the Midwest, support the heartland,

00:07:19.640 support American businesses, support Made in America. That's why I support and I urge you to

00:07:25.260 support MyPillow.com. Go there, use promo code POSO. You've got all sorts of deals. MyPillow.com,

00:07:32.180 promo code POSO. You get it. You support American workers, support American businesses.

00:07:35.820 But now we're going to talk about an American business that doesn't support American workers.

00:07:41.440 And who is that? Of course, it's Apple. According to a massive report just released by The Information,

00:07:48.100 Apple CEO Tim Cook reportedly signed a secret $275 billion deal with China in 2016 to skirt

00:07:59.280 challenges with government regulators. What did this mean? This meant that Apple agreed

00:08:04.980 to build, quote, the most advanced manufacturing technologies and invest many billions of dollars

00:08:12.720 in China to build their infrastructure, to build their corporations, to build their economy at the

00:08:19.680 behest of the CCP. So understand what was going on. All the way back in 2016, Tim Cook was double

00:08:27.980 dealing on this. Why does that matter? Because when tariffs, when the policy of tariffs came out

00:08:33.820 throughout the years of the previous administration, the Trump administration,

00:08:37.800 Tim Cook was constantly out there banging the drum against these. It's free trade. It's all,

00:08:42.960 it's just free trade. We just want free trade. That's all we care about. We just care about free

00:08:47.480 trade. Listen to what he said. There's a clip from him in 2018.

00:08:49.500 I talked about trade and the importance of trade and how I felt that two countries trading together

00:08:59.720 make the pie larger. And that it's true, I think undoubtedly true, that not everyone has been

00:09:09.520 advantaged from that in either country. And we've got to work on that. But I felt that tariffs were,

00:09:19.480 not the right approach there. Look, I've talked about this for years. The collusion isn't between

00:09:25.540 Russia. It's China and it's our top corporations. It's China, Silicon Valley, and Wall Street. The CCP, 0.76

00:09:34.140 the 1% of China, and the 1% in the United States, they have formed an unholy alliance. And what is the 0.85

00:09:42.180 point? The point is a global slave state where the people in China are the workers, they're the 0.99

00:09:48.660 manufacturers, they're paid slave wages. The people in America, you're consumers. You're hooked up to

00:09:54.280 the Zuckerverse. You're downloading your new content. You're downloading your new operating

00:09:58.460 system. You're getting all of that stuff injected directly into your cerebral cortex. Meanwhile,

00:10:04.320 Tim Cook and the CCP and everybody else goes on being rich, but it doesn't matter because you're

00:10:08.960 going to live in the pod. You're going to own nothing. And you're going to be happy because you're

00:10:12.840 going to be plugged in. You're going to be getting your endorphins. You're going to be getting your

00:10:16.480 yearly booster, right? They're talking about yearly boosters now. That is the world they want

00:10:20.980 for you. They want to cut you off from human agency. They want to cut you off from spirituality.

00:10:25.700 They want to cut you off from what it means to be alive. Is that what you want to stand for?

00:10:32.800 Listen to this stuff. Tim Cook behind everyone's back, behind closed doors. In line with China's 0.99

00:10:38.660 five-year plan, Apple further committed to grow together with Chinese enterprises to achieve

00:10:43.840 mutual benefits and win-win situations to help the CCP's IT industries and promote science,

00:10:50.160 technology, education, and environmental protection in China. Okay. And in exchange,

00:10:56.320 the CCP agreed to offer necessary support and assistance. Outside of the deal, Apple made other

00:11:04.000 concessions to the CCP to keep business running within the PRC's borders. By early 2015,

00:11:10.440 the CCP's State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping had directed Apple Maps to make the Diaoyu Islands or

00:11:18.000 Senkaku Islands, which China and Japan both claim, look big even when zoomed out. Now, regulators said

00:11:25.700 that they would refuse to approve the Apple Watch for inside China if Apple didn't comply. Apple, of course,

00:11:33.820 has complied with everything. By the way, Apple also announced a deal with China's largest wind turbine

00:11:41.000 maker. Who is that? The Xinjiang Gold Wind Science and Technology Corporation. Wait a minute. The Xinjiang

00:11:46.920 Corporation. Why does Xinjiang sound familiar? Oh, right. That's where the Uyghur concentration camps 0.99

00:11:52.740 and the Uyghur slaves are. Do you understand the world they are building? A universal slave state 1.00

00:12:00.200 where the workers are kept in slavery, paid by slave wages, the profits go to the 1%, and you,

00:12:08.760 you're just going to be a consumer. You're going to be eating your nutrient paste that's delivered to

00:12:13.080 you via tube. You're going to be getting your booster, also delivered via intravenous. You're going

00:12:17.960 to be plugged in to the Zuckerverse where they control everything. They control your life, your entire 0.99

00:12:22.800 cerebral cortex, your memories, your visions. You won't own anything in the real world. In Zuckerworld, you're

00:12:29.380 going to have palaces and you're going to have mansions, but in the real world, you're going to be a shell

00:12:35.060 of what it means to be a human. They want to cut you off from humanity. They want to cut you off from God.

00:12:41.180 They want to cut you off from what it means to be alive. Well, around here, we say no, and we see your

00:12:49.420 schemes, and we see your agendas, and we're going to do something about it.

00:12:57.600 Alec Baldwin, did you think we were really done with you? Did you think that you could really just walk

00:13:04.440 away from what you did? That you could just skirt away, shoot someone, kill them, leave them dead on 1.00

00:13:12.160 the floor of a movie set, and then walk off, shave your beard, go hang out, and act like nothing had 1.00

00:13:18.620 happened? And by the way, the DA out there in New Mexico has come out and stated that Alec Baldwin is

00:13:26.640 still under investigation. The entire situation is still under investigation, which means he could

00:13:31.540 still be charged for this. And so there's debate raging now, and Tim Poole's weighed in on this,

00:13:37.740 and I've seen Viva Fry weigh in on this as well online. Andrew Branca, who's a fantastic lawyer when

00:13:42.920 it comes to self-defense and firearm issues, really, really suggests go watching all three of those guys.

00:13:49.580 Their analysis is incredible. Did Alec Baldwin merely commit involuntary manslaughter, or did he actually,

00:13:58.660 in fact, commit murder, right? And think about this. Go back to it. We were told in the first 24 hours what

00:14:07.000 was the first thing, and you saw everyone in the media saying this, repeating it over and over and

00:14:10.980 over and over. Prop gun, prop gun, prop gun, prop gun, prop gun. And you remember thinking, wait a minute,

00:14:17.640 how is it possible that someone could be killed with a prop gun? Surely prop gun sounds like something

00:14:22.360 that couldn't actually fire a live round. You know, maybe something with wadding, maybe something with a

00:14:27.460 blank or a dummy around. How could a prop gun fire this? But you heard it over and over. That,

00:14:33.940 my friends, is what we call regime disinformation operation. They turned on the reality distortion

00:14:41.480 machine and said that over and over and over, because they knew that people were paying attention

00:14:47.420 to this thing. So the first story they had to get out, regardless of what the truth was,

00:14:51.880 was the one that a lot of people were going to remember. Just like when they said Kyle Rittenhouse

00:14:57.320 came, shot three people, and they really made you think, they kept saying Black Lives Matter 0.98

00:15:02.440 protesters, Black Lives Matter protesters, BLM protesters. There are millions of people who vote

00:15:08.300 today that even after the trial, even after all the exoneration of Kyle Rittenhouse, they will still 0.89

00:15:15.120 believe that he shot Black protesters. Just not true. Just simply not true. But here's the new thing

00:15:22.480 with Alec Baldwin. He said in his ABC interview with Stephanopoulos, a former President Clinton

00:15:26.740 staffer, that he didn't pull the trigger. But then other people have come out and pointed out that with

00:15:32.040 the antique Colt .45 revolver, it's not possible to fire that without pulling the trigger. You have to

00:15:39.520 drop the hammer and then pull the trigger. So here's what other people have been saying. But I

00:15:46.080 want to go back and play two clips. I want to play two clips for you from Alec Baldwin. The first is

00:15:52.400 Alec Baldwin describing what happened. And the second is Alec Baldwin when he was confronted by a reporter

00:15:57.680 from the New York Post just this week.

00:15:59.680 An angle that may not have ended up in the film at all. But we kept doing this news. So then I said

00:16:05.600 to her, now in this scene, I'm going to cock the gun. And I said, do you want to see that? And she

00:16:09.760 said, yes. So I take the gun and I start to cock the gun. I'm not going to pull the trigger. I said,

00:16:14.880 do you see that? She goes, well, just cheat it down and tilt it down a little bit like that. And I 0.96

00:16:18.080 cocked the gun. I go, can you see that? Can you see that? Can you see that? And she says, and then I

00:16:22.160 let go of the hammer of the gun and the gun goes off. At the moment? That was the moment the gun went off.

00:16:27.600 Yeah, that was the moment the gun went off. Wait, Mr. Baldwin, I have to ask you,

00:16:30.960 what brings you to New York City? I asked you to leave.

00:16:34.880 Mr. Baldwin, why? Who's here? I asked you to go away. Please go away.

00:16:40.720 Can I have a photograph under somebody's private home?

00:16:42.480 This is not a photograph under somebody's private home.

00:16:45.040 This is not a photograph under somebody's private home. This is public property.

00:16:46.800 Go away.

00:16:47.680 Who's here? Did you really not pull the trigger?

00:16:54.000 Do you believe it went off without you pulling the trigger?

00:16:56.240 Was it malfunction?

00:16:57.920 Alec Baldwin, there's something that we know about this guy. He flies off the handle.

00:17:04.960 Or to use another phrase, he's easily triggered. And this guy we know has used violence when he

00:17:13.760 becomes triggered. So is it that hard to imagine that in a situation like that, when someone's

00:17:20.960 telling him to do something again and again and again, pull it out, draw the gun, pull it out,

00:17:24.560 draw the gun, pull it out, draw the gun, cock the hammer, cock the hammer, cock the hammer.

00:17:28.640 Is it so much to believe that in an act of frustration at somebody, he snapped and pulled

00:17:34.720 the trigger? And that doesn't mean that he necessarily meant to kill anybody or for someone

00:17:39.280 to die. I thought it would just do a click. I think it's plausible. And I think that we need

00:17:46.320 all footage of this event to be released.

00:17:50.320 The time to get on the lifeboats is right now for social media. If you're on Twitter,

00:18:00.480 what did they just do? They just got rid of Jack Dorsey. They brought in this guy who's super woke.

00:18:06.320 He's pushing new censorship regimes. What does it mean? If you're someone who believes in the truth,

00:18:12.000 if you're someone who believes in freedom, if you're someone who's part of the populist movement,

00:18:16.800 whether you're on the right, the left, conservative, liberal, I don't care.

00:18:20.720 Get on the lifeboats. Go to Getter. G-E-T-T-R. Sign up today. I'm there every day. Great engagement. 0.98

00:18:27.840 Great conversations. Many, many, many less trolls as opposed to Twitter. That's the place you want to go

00:18:34.400 because this is what's coming. The regime is going to swing the ban hammer down. They're going to come

00:18:40.960 for you. They're going to come for me. They're going to come for everyone. So that's why I've established

00:18:45.280 my presence at Getter and you should establish your account immediately. G-E-T-T-R. 0.99

00:18:50.240 I will see you there. The next story that we want to talk about today is the Waukesha massacre suspect.

00:18:56.400 You notice, by the way, that the entire mainstream media has dropped this thing.

00:19:00.080 Jake Tapper doesn't talk about it anymore. In fact, Jake Tapper, I went and checked his Twitter account.

00:19:06.320 He has never even once tweeted about the Waukesha massacre. What does that tell you? Remember what it

00:19:12.640 was? Darrell E. Brooks deliberately drove his SUV through a Christmas parade in America's heartland,

00:19:22.320 killing six people, including an eight-year-old boy and injuring dozens and dozens more. Over 62

00:19:30.160 people were struck by him. New documents and new charges have come down in this case. Take a listen to

00:19:36.880 the local DA. The state has uncovered some intimidation that took place while the defendant

00:19:41.680 was in jail at the Milwaukee County Jail with regards to the underlying domestic violence case.

00:19:47.840 November 2nd, prosecutors say Brooks ran over his long-time girlfriend of 16 years only,

00:19:52.800 identified by her initials, with the same SUV in the parade. Between November 5th and 15th,

00:19:58.080 while in jail, and despite a no-contact order from the court, the two spoke on recorded calls

00:20:03.120 several times. During the calls, Brooks threatened her, once saying, quote,

00:20:06.800 you acting like you got so much protection like you safe. You on my turf. Remember that.

00:20:12.320 This DA should be ashamed of himself. He should have resigned two days ago. He should have resigned a

00:20:17.040 month ago. And by the way, he should also be arrested. I do not understand how it is that the

00:20:23.440 Wisconsin Attorney General has not filed charges on this DA yet. It should have been done and it should

00:20:28.560 have been done within the first minute of him saying, oh, it was an accident. We're so

00:20:32.720 sorry that the person was only given $1,000 bail. Listen to the probable cause statement,

00:20:37.360 because here at Human Events Daily, we have uncovered the actual documents from that original

00:20:43.600 case. Remember, he was locked up and then he was let go on $1,000 bail. His mom paid it for him.

00:20:50.400 According to the criminal complaint in a Milwaukee case on November 2nd, 2021, the defendant got into

00:20:56.960 an argument with his ex-girlfriend, during which the defendant punched her in the face. After

00:21:01.920 punching her in the face, the defendant got into, and I'm reading directly from the documents,

00:21:06.880 got into a red Ford escape, a red Ford escape and drove away. As she was walking to a nearby BP gas
