00:08:22.600 A modeling agent who is suspected of organizing the accommodation of young girls or young women on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein has been charged with the rape of minors, a French prosecutor said.
00:08:34.660 Jean-Luc Brunel was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation on Wednesday at Charles de Gaulle Airport, the airport of Paris, as he was preparing to take a flight to Senegal in Africa.
00:08:46.740 Listen to one of his accusers who came out publicly and spoke at that time.
00:08:51.500 I reported Brunel to the police 10 months ago.
00:08:57.020 And I knew that my case was past the statute of limitations, but I did it anyway.

00:09:15.660 That was when Brunel raped me.

00:12:47.440 And more importantly, most importantly, perhaps, how did he die?

00:13:06.020 Again, we see direct ties to the royal family, direct ties where the Maxwells were going in and out of these circles.
00:13:13.600 It was Robert Maxwell who enabled Ghislaine Maxwell to move into these circles.
00:13:17.640 And then Ghislaine Maxwell used her access to then bring Jeffrey Epstein, who brought along his money, into these circles.
00:13:25.780 Why did they need this money, you ask?
00:13:27.580 Well, simple.
00:13:28.920 Robert Maxwell was a very powerful newspaper publisher in England.
00:13:33.960 He published The Daily Mirror as well as numerous other newspapers throughout the country.
00:13:39.900 These are some of the most powerful tabloids, and they still are, in the UK.
00:13:44.280 Then something happened.
00:13:46.660 One day, 1991, he was found missing from his yacht while he was out sailing near the Canary Islands, Spain.
00:13:56.700 They later found his body naked in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
00:14:03.180 Investigators claimed that it was an accidental death from drowning, that he had fallen overboard, had a heart attack, and then died in the water.
00:14:10.800 But that's not what Ghislaine Maxwell believed, according to her brother.

00:14:16.100 A body has been found in the sea off the Canaries.
00:14:21.000 It would appear very much as if it is that of our father.
00:14:26.440 Well, I mean, it marked a turning point for all of us.
00:14:29.400 One of the most powerful publishers in the world has died.
00:14:31.760 Robert Maxwell, he disappeared today from his yacht.
00:14:34.980 While the official cause of death was a heart attack, a lot of people didn't buy it.
00:14:39.440 Nobody was sure what happened.
00:14:42.120 Some thought it was an accident.
00:14:43.740 Others thought suicide.
00:14:45.920 Ghislaine, however, uniquely in our family, has always thought he was murdered.
00:14:51.560 And she's alone in that.

00:14:56.560 The world's press basically flocked to the Canary Islands in the hope of finding out what had happened.
00:15:12.520 It's Ghislaine who takes the lead, and she stands on the deck of the boat that bears her name and gives a press conference.

00:15:28.520 Throughout his entire career with his businesses, Robert Maxwell ended up getting into billions and billions of dollars of debt.
00:15:37.940 He then proceeded, or he's accused, this later came out after his death, he was accused of pension fraud, basically robbing from his pensions in order to continue to fund his businesses while lying to everybody and cooking the books on this.
00:15:51.320 Why would he do these things?
00:15:52.480 Well, one of the theories out there that's largely suspected by a number of top journalists back in the 1990s who reported on this was that he may have been some sort of an intelligence asset, whether he was a source or an informant or actually potentially an asset himself for either a variety of countries, including Russia, Israel, he was accused of, Czechoslovakia at the time.

00:16:20.440 But the questions surrounding his death and the questions surrounding his access to the royal family have always been questioned.

00:16:31.260 Now, Ghislaine Maxwell has stated that she believes her father was murdered.
00:16:36.380 What we know for sure is that her father had access at some of these extremely high levels.
