00:01:18.460 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by
00:01:24.360 TPUSA.
00:01:25.360 On today's episode, Fiona Hill.
00:01:28.560 Did she commit perjury in the impeachment testimony?
00:01:32.340 We're going to get into it next.
00:01:33.880 Representative Adam Schiff is grilled on, of all places, the view over the Russiagate scandal,
00:01:41.280 the hoax.
00:01:41.940 Next, the White House has finally been questioned about the Human Events Daily scoop over Jake
00:01:47.920 Sullivan's involvement in the Steele dossier.
00:01:50.800 And finally, the media prejudged Kyle Rittenhouse before seeing any evidence of this malicious
00:01:57.140 prosecution.
00:01:58.640 All of this is more ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:02:00.120 Now, last week, we talked all about the information that was coming regarding this Danchenko indictment,
00:02:18.840 as well as the Sussman indictment, all of this relating back to John Durham, the U.S. attorney,
00:02:24.580 the special counsel that is going after the originators of the Russiagate hoax.
00:02:29.580 And there was something that we talked about.
00:02:31.560 There are a few things that we talked about all the way back in September when we looked
00:02:34.380 at this.
00:02:35.100 Most importantly, that specifically, Fiona Hill, herself a former member of the previous administration's
00:02:43.000 National Security Council, but also a researcher at the far-left Brookings Institute, which has
00:02:49.820 received funding from China and Qatar, that she was involved with not only introducing Christopher
00:02:57.880 Steele to Igor Danchenko, that she also introduced Christopher Steele to this high-level left-wing
00:03:05.860 operative that may have been the source of many, many of the stories that found their ridiculous
00:03:11.800 way into this dossier.
00:03:13.800 But listen to a piece out of real, clear investigations that digs a little bit deeper.
00:03:19.060 As part of the impeachment proceedings, Fiona Hill gave closed-door testimony to House lawmakers
00:03:25.180 and investigators for the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Committee on
00:03:29.600 Oversight and Reform, and the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
00:03:32.420 During her testimony, she didn't express any sort of the memory fog that often afflicts
00:03:38.040 well-coached and evasive witnesses.
00:03:40.500 Asked if she, Fiona Hill, was aware of any interaction between Mr. Steele and Ukrainians,
00:03:46.620 you need to listen to how she responded.
00:03:49.120 She didn't say, well, to the best of my recollection, or I don't remember specifically, or even a simple
00:03:54.140 no.
00:03:54.520 See, that's what you do if you're well-coached, if you're an expert at this stuff.
00:03:57.900 But listen to what she said.
00:04:00.180 She expanded her answer to deny not only any knowledge of Steele and Ukrainians, but to deny
00:04:06.620 any knowledge of anything Steele-related.
00:04:09.640 Fiona Hill testified,
00:04:10.900 I have no knowledge whatsoever of how he developed that dossier.
00:04:16.860 None.
00:04:17.480 I just want to state that.
00:04:19.540 Well, here's the problem, Fiona.
00:04:21.860 You introduced the main source of the dossier to Christopher Steele.
00:04:28.500 Then you introduced Christopher Steele to the exact same PR executive, the far-left operative,
00:04:36.720 a very powerful, high-level operative that eventually made, essentially made up the stories
00:04:42.880 that went into the dossier.
00:04:44.460 This is a huge problem for her.
00:04:46.460 It's a huge problem for Brookings.
00:04:48.200 We've been talking about this the entire time that Brookings itself is under investigation.
00:04:53.280 But why would she do this?
00:04:54.880 Why would Fiona Hill be involved in all of this?
00:04:57.680 Listen to her in an interview just a few months ago.
00:05:00.680 You stated in your deposition that a colleague had showed you the Steele dossier before it was
00:05:05.480 published, who was that colleague?
00:05:08.300 That was one of my colleagues at the Brookings Institution.
00:05:11.620 And who was that?
00:05:13.340 That was the Brookings Institution President Strub Talbot, who had been sent a copy of this.
00:05:18.860 And he shared it with you?
00:05:20.080 That was the day before it was published in BuzzFeed.
00:05:22.520 Thank you.
00:05:23.000 You mentioned in your deposition also that you thought that it was a, let's get the exact
00:05:30.440 quote, that the dossier was a rabbit hole.
00:05:35.260 Is that still your testimony?
00:05:36.500 That's correct.
00:05:36.980 Do you know who paid Christopher Steele to do, to generate the Steele dossiers?
00:05:46.760 There were several of them.
00:05:47.920 At the time, I did not know.
00:05:49.560 I understand from the media that it was through GPS Fusion, if that's not correct.
00:05:55.000 You know who was, and there was a law firm involved, but you know who the source of the
00:05:58.520 money was?
00:05:59.540 I didn't at the time.
00:06:00.540 No, I did not.
00:06:01.040 But do you know who was?
00:06:02.300 Well, now I've read it in reports, and thanks to your colleagues as well, that it was the
00:06:06.760 DNC, as I'm led to believe.
00:06:08.680 And the Clinton campaign?
00:06:10.380 I don't know that for sure.
00:06:12.020 So you get it, right?
00:06:13.540 This is all about a grift.
00:06:16.520 She's very well-spoken.
00:06:18.240 She's very highly educated.
00:06:20.320 She's a highly educated operative that is using these things, like the Steele dossier,
00:06:25.980 like introducing these people behind the scenes and work at places like the far left,
00:06:31.040 very powerful Brookings Institution, which takes funding from all sorts of America's
00:06:35.980 foreign adversaries, like China, like Qatar.
00:06:39.260 It's about setting up political operatives inside the United States.
00:06:45.360 And essentially, we're now finding out it's also about setting up FBI investigations.
00:06:51.060 Now, she's going to try to backpedal on this one, and she's going to try to get out of this
00:06:55.380 anything she can.
00:06:56.100 So my advice to you, Fiona, it's quite simple.
00:06:58.340 Cut a deal.
00:06:58.800 Cut a deal and come clean, and everything will go easier on you.
00:07:04.440 Remember, the first person to flip is the one who gets the best deal, right?
00:07:10.080 So, Fiona, it's time to start singing.
00:07:13.780 Next up, you've got to watch this clip from the great Morgan Ortegas, who is filling in
00:07:25.900 as a guest host on The View when she had the chance to actually, for the very first time
00:07:31.780 ever, confront Congressman Adam Schiff about his lies in Russiagate.
00:07:37.900 Listen to this incredible piece of footage.
00:07:40.740 So I want to ask you about something that's in the news a lot right now.
00:07:44.700 You've been really prolific over the past few years being the head of the Intel Committee,
00:07:48.640 and you've defended, promoted, you even read into the congressional record the Steele dossier.
00:07:54.100 And we know last week the main source of the dossier was indicted by the FBI for lying about
00:07:59.420 most of the key claims in that dossier.
00:08:01.600 Do you have any reflections on your role in promoting this to the American people?
00:08:07.060 Well, first of all, whoever lied to the FBI or lied to Christopher Steele should be prosecuted.
00:08:12.020 And they are.
00:08:12.820 And unlike in the Trump administration, if they're convicted, they should go to jail and not be pardoned.
00:08:19.780 So Donald Trump pardoned Roger Stone for lying.
00:08:22.440 He pardoned Michael Flynn for lying.
00:08:24.660 If people lied to the FBI, they should go to jail.
00:08:27.880 But at the beginning of the Russian investigation, I said that any allegations should be investigated.
00:08:32.820 We couldn't have known, for example, people were lying to Christopher Steele.
00:08:35.800 So it was proper to investigate them.
00:08:37.960 He may have been fired.
00:08:39.160 But the effort to get Russian help continued, and even beyond the effort to get Russian help,
00:08:43.820 But you may have helped spread Russian disinformation yourself for years by promoting this.
00:08:48.560 I think that's what Republicans and what people who entrusted you as the Intel Committee chair
00:08:53.200 are so confused about your culpability in all of this.
00:08:56.080 Well, I completely disagree with your premise.
00:08:58.660 It's one thing to say allegations should be investigated, and they were.
00:09:01.900 It's another to say that we should have foreseen in advance that some people were lying to Christopher Steele,
00:09:08.080 which is impossible, of course, to do.
00:09:10.120 But let's not use that as a smokescreen to somehow shield Donald Trump's culpability
00:09:15.820 for inviting Russia to help him in the election, which they did,
00:09:20.320 for trying to coerce Ukraine into helping him in the next election, which he did,
00:09:25.060 into inciting an insurrection, which he did.
00:09:28.200 None of that is undercut.
00:09:30.480 None of that serious misconduct is in any way diminished by the fact that people lied to Christopher Steele.
00:09:35.620 No, I think just your credibility is.
00:09:37.880 So I think it goes without saying that for Morgan, that's probably the last time The View is going to have her on
00:09:43.700 and ask her back.
00:09:44.920 And it's as simple as this, folks.
00:09:46.260 It's as simple as this.
00:09:47.160 She did, in that instance, more journalism than anyone at CNN, The Washington Post, or The New York Times has done in five years,
00:09:58.580 not to mention MSNBC.
00:10:00.240 Jake Taper and all these, Joy Reid, Maggie Haberman, all of these people,
00:10:06.060 all of these people that have been focused on Russiagate and who knew what and who said what,
00:10:11.400 why not just ask the guy, Congressman Schiff, who started the entire smear campaign,
00:10:18.820 who was the public voice of this thing for years, by the way, for years.
00:10:22.920 He would go on the late shows.
00:10:24.300 He would go on HBO with Bill Maher.
00:10:26.080 He went on everywhere talking about Russiagate.
00:10:30.200 Well, now the entire thing has fallen apart.
00:10:33.500 It's fallen apart, but unfortunately, it tore our country apart for years.
00:10:38.180 It resulted in the mass shooting of a congressional baseball practice in which Congressman Steve Scalise nearly lost his life.
00:10:49.880 But Rachel Maddow, who was the other largest show to do it, $20 million contract from Microsoft NBC.
00:10:58.720 You know what MSNBC stands for?
00:11:01.440 Microsoft NBC.
00:11:02.540 So Microsoft NBC is giving Rachel Maddow $20 million for her role in the domestic color revolution that took place here within the United States.
00:11:14.700 And people need to understand it.
00:11:16.500 When you're looking at the piece of all of this, and I said it on the show yesterday, I'm going to say it again.
00:11:21.140 If you understand that we are living through an era of regime politics, then all of this, all of it, from where I am right now speaking in Silicon Valley.
00:11:32.100 I spoke there last night, and I gave a barn burner speech talking all about the need to restore and to preserve the free and open internet.
00:11:40.100 And it's as simple as that.
00:11:41.540 No Zuckerverse, no injecting ourselves into the mental machines controlled by Mark Zuckerberg, controlled by Microsoft, Bill Gates, et cetera, et cetera.
00:11:50.080 No, no, for this movement, for populism, this national, really international movement, we do have technology to thank.
00:11:58.720 Why?
00:11:59.320 Because just like the printing presses in the 1700s that allowed Thomas Paine and his countrymen to get their message across, independent media now has the free and open internet to be able to share our ideas and our stories across.
00:12:16.820 And that is how we were able to take down this Russiagate operation, because what it was, was a domestic color revolution and a false narrative pitched by those that were seeking domestic regime change here within the United States and really throughout the West.
00:12:34.340 Because this regime did not want the people coming up and telling them that we don't care about your imperial ambitions anymore.
00:12:43.820 We care about what's going on with our infrastructure.
00:12:46.180 We care what's going on in our country.
00:12:47.460 We care what's going on in terms of inflation.
00:12:49.460 We want to be able to have jobs.
00:12:50.700 And we don't want our kids being raised to hate their parents and hate their history.
00:12:55.480 No more.
00:12:55.980 Folks, thank you for supporting us so much.
00:13:02.020 Thank you for supporting the show.
00:13:03.300 Go to MyPillow.com.
00:13:04.860 Use promo code POSO.
00:13:06.360 Christmas is coming.
00:13:07.420 You got the towel pack.
00:13:08.560 You got the sheets.
00:13:09.640 You got the pillows that started it all.
00:13:11.620 You know, we were speaking here in Silicon Valley last night, and Tanya actually got up.
00:13:16.200 My wife, Tanya, got up and spoke to the crowd for a minute.
00:13:19.600 And one of the questions they had was, why did you want to immigrate to the United States?
00:13:23.580 My wife was born in the Soviet Union.
00:13:24.900 She immigrated legally to the United States.
00:13:27.340 And she said, because I was seeking the American dream, because this was a place where your dreams
00:13:33.840 can come true.
00:13:34.820 That is the reputation, or it was the reputation of America, that you come to America, and it's
00:13:39.800 a place where dreams come true.
00:13:42.800 And then, of course, I added, and the best way for your dreams to come true is with the
00:13:47.600 best night's sleep in the whole wide world at MyPillow.com with promo code POSO.
00:13:53.240 I'm sorry, folks.
00:13:54.180 I had to.
00:13:54.860 What can I say?
00:13:55.540 I had to.
00:13:56.820 But listen, I want you to get to this next story, because we broke on this program, Human
00:14:02.940 Events Daily, all the way back on September 17th, one of our very first episodes.
00:14:08.200 I believe it was episode four.
00:14:09.420 In our first week of existence, when that indictment of Michael Sussman from Perkins Coie, high-level
00:14:16.100 left-wing operative, when that came out, and they talked about a foreign policy advisor
00:14:21.940 that was involved in all of this, I said, positively, that foreign policy advisor can be none other
00:14:29.400 than Jake Sullivan, the current national security advisor.
00:14:33.100 It's got to be him.
00:14:34.820 He is the one.
00:14:35.780 Well, finally, finally, the White House was asked about this yesterday at the press conference.
00:14:41.980 Listen to this.
00:14:42.480 Just speaking from our Justice Department reporter, two sources are telling Fox that National
00:14:47.880 Security Advisor Jake Sullivan is the foreign policy advisor mentioned in the former Clinton
00:14:53.300 lawyer Michael Sussman's indictment.
00:14:55.340 And I understand that this just came across while you're at the podium, so you haven't
00:14:58.960 probably had a chance to read into that.
00:15:00.280 But what is the White House comment on that?
00:15:02.740 And is there any conflict here, given that there has been news around the indictment?
00:15:08.120 Is there any conflict here that would preclude Sullivan from being able to carry out his duties?
00:15:13.060 As you just said, Jackie, I'm just now hearing this, so I don't have a comment for you at
00:15:18.120 this moment.
00:15:18.700 I don't know anything about what you're just mentioning, so I have to talk to our team.
00:15:23.040 And there has been news around the dossier, though, over the last couple of weeks, and
00:15:27.760 sort of this feeling that it's falling apart after the revelations of the Clinton-tied lawyer
00:15:33.100 had lied to the FBI.
00:15:35.460 Now, knowing what we know about the dossier, is there any concern that there was a lot of
00:15:41.220 focus or too much focus on that during the president's campaign?
00:15:45.060 So, Jackie, I refer you to the Department of Justice.
00:15:47.120 I'm not going to comment on that from here, from the podium.
00:15:49.920 And now, with my same offer that I just gave out to Fiona Hill a couple of minutes ago,
00:15:55.500 and Jake, I know I said this to you last week, lawyer up.
00:15:59.280 You need to lawyer up the same way that everyone at Brookings needs to lawyer up.
00:16:02.720 And of course, I'm just kidding, because I already know that you have, of course, already
00:16:06.860 lawyered up.
00:16:08.180 But here's the problem for you, Jake.
00:16:10.320 Fiona, see, she's going to take that first deal.
00:16:12.820 And she's going to flip, which means you, I don't know, buddy, not looking good, not
00:16:19.460 looking very good for you, Jake.
00:16:21.740 You're going to try to get out of this.
00:16:23.440 I'm not sure.
00:16:24.140 You might be looking at five years.
00:16:25.760 You might be looking at 10 years.
00:16:27.240 You don't have much time left.
00:16:29.980 Jake, who told you to call Perkins Coy?
00:16:34.280 Who told you to make that deal?
00:16:36.220 Who told you to work with Mark Elias and Michael Sussman and all the rest of it?
00:16:42.800 Christopher Steele, who told you to hire Fusion GPS?
00:16:46.420 Who told you to work with Brookings?
00:16:49.300 Just come clean.
00:16:50.880 You got to come clean now, because at this point, Durham, he's wrapping up.
00:16:55.400 He's wrapping up, Jake, and you are the sitting national security advisor.
00:16:59.560 This is the pinnacle, it's been the pinnacle of your heretofore pretty unnoteworthy career.
00:17:06.720 So what do you want to do?
00:17:08.200 Do you want to be the person who goes down with the ship, who goes down with the Titanic?
00:17:12.420 Or do you want to be the person that stood up when it mattered, that stood on the right
00:17:17.320 side of history, that stood against a corrupt regime and said, no more.
00:17:21.960 I'm against this.
00:17:22.980 I'm walking away.
00:17:24.040 The same way that Michael Schellenberger walked away from open society, the same way he walked
00:17:28.820 away from the left, and he's now blowing the whistle on all the craziness that went
00:17:32.760 on.
00:17:33.460 Just tell us the truth.
00:17:34.860 The American people deserve it, Jake.
00:17:37.900 In fact, I will invite you.
00:17:40.580 I invite Jake Sullivan.
00:17:42.240 You know, we've never even had a guest here on Human Events Daily.
00:17:44.540 I invite you to be our first guest here on Human Events Daily.
00:17:49.000 We're right down the street, buddy.
00:17:50.280 We're right down the street on Capitol Hill.
00:17:52.460 Come over, tell all, and come clean for the American people.
00:17:58.820 So I've got some news regarding public opinion vis-a-vis the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
00:18:07.180 Got a message in from Rasmussen Reports just this morning talking about public opinion on
00:18:13.640 the case.
00:18:14.300 And it's interesting because it is split.
00:18:16.760 But I want to go back.
00:18:18.680 I want to take you back a little bit and play this incredible supercut that Gravian and
00:18:23.680 Tom Elliott put together regarding all of the way that the media discussed this case
00:18:29.360 in the early days of it before they ever looked at a single piece of evidence.
00:18:35.020 Rittenhouse is basically what you would have had in a school shooter.
00:18:38.720 He's a 17-year-old kid.
00:18:40.040 He shouldn't have had a gun.
00:18:41.080 He crossed state lines to supposedly protect property.
00:18:43.840 No, he was going out to shoot people.
00:18:45.440 Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old vigilante.
00:18:48.120 Kyle Rittenhouse, the vigilante.
00:18:50.200 Kyle Rittenhouse, the armed teenage vigilante.
00:18:52.760 A 17-year-old vigilante, arguably a domestic terrorist, picked up a rifle, drove to a different
00:18:58.200 state to shoot people.
00:18:59.120 Kyle Rittenhouse, a guy who's deeply racist, went with weapons to a Black Lives Matter protest,
00:19:06.120 looking to get in trouble.
00:19:07.000 He did.
00:19:07.540 He murdered a couple of people.
00:19:08.720 Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old kid, just running around, shooting and killing protesters.
00:19:15.980 You see the 17-year-old, who was radicalized by Trumpism, took his AR-15 to Kenosha and
00:19:22.360 became a killer.
00:19:23.180 A white, Trump-supporting, MAGA-loving, Blue Lives Matter social media partisan, 17 years
00:19:32.340 old, picks up a gun, drives from one state to another with the intent to shoot people.
00:19:37.040 A 17-year-old boy who drove across state lines with an AR-15 and started shooting people
00:19:47.160 up, including a guy with a skateboard.
00:19:50.000 Kyle Rittenhouse, who has killed protesters, unarmed protesters.
00:19:54.760 Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old that went with a weapon into the middle of protests and then
00:20:00.640 provoked people and then shot and killed them.
00:20:03.380 Kyle Rittenhouse is the enemy.
00:20:05.160 A boy from out of state drives up to the state with an AR-15 around his neck, shoots and kills
00:20:12.460 a couple of people, shooting wildly, running around, acting like a rent-a-cop.
00:20:18.980 Drove across state lines armed with a rifle to go and shoot people.
00:20:24.660 What a dark, dystopian scene where a 17-year-old boy is carrying around a rifle, running around.
00:20:37.240 All right.
00:20:37.660 Now, you saw that, and I promised you this.
00:20:39.740 I teased it.
00:20:40.620 I'm going to give it to you.
00:20:41.500 55% of people that have been watching this trial, 55% say that Kyle Rittenhouse should
00:20:51.840 be found not guilty.
00:20:53.760 And it's simple.
00:20:55.240 Kyle Rittenhouse is the victim of a malicious prosecution.
00:20:59.360 When you look at the events that took place on that tape, and the only reason we have these
00:21:04.380 tapes is because we fought for it from the FBI, Human Events Daily was able to produce that tape
00:21:10.320 for the first place anywhere, and we had independent journalists, people like BG on the scene,
00:21:16.380 Richie McGinnis, Elijah Schaefer, Drew Hernandez, and so many others.
00:21:20.780 I'm going to miss, you know, I always leave some people out when I go through this list.
00:21:24.920 Julio Rojas, Shelby Talcott.
00:21:26.580 But these are the names of the independent, not corporate, but independent journalists
00:21:32.360 that went there, that captured those events on tape, and not taking sides.
00:21:38.420 I want to be clear about that.
00:21:39.500 Not taking sides other than the side of the truth.
00:21:43.180 They let us know the truth that these crooked prosecutors would have us believe a lie.
00:21:49.760 Well, folks, that's all the time we have for here on Human Events Daily.
00:21:52.940 Thank you always for supporting us, for getting the word out.
00:21:55.700 Be the influence agent.
00:21:57.820 Share this with your normie friends.
00:22:00.060 Remember, it's just 25 minutes a day.
00:22:03.520 Our motto to you, be good, be brief, be gone.
00:22:06.700 We give you the bluff, the bottom line up front.
00:22:10.500 That's all we do here, and we're going to do it every single day until they try to shut
00:22:15.500 us down, and even then, we are going to persevere.
00:22:18.860 But before we go, it's time for today's moment of history, and we got a big one today.
00:22:23.600 A very special 246 happy birthday to the Tufel Hunden, to the Devil Dogs, to the men and women
00:22:33.340 of the United States Marine Corps.
00:22:35.980 Founded in 1775, November 10th, in Tun Tavern, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, they came together
00:22:44.260 to serve the fledgling Continental Army before we even really had a Navy.
00:22:48.680 They came together to serve this country.
00:22:51.900 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
