00:02:17.840 A witness, Gage Gross-Kruitz, admitted that he pointed a gun at Rittenhouse and moved on him before he was shot.

00:02:29.640 On Monday, one of the men shot by Kyle Rittenhouse admitted the Kenosha riots in August 2020,
00:02:34.040 admitted on the stand that he was pointing a gun, it was a loaded gun, by the way,
00:02:38.820 at the teenager just before he was fired upon.
00:02:42.540 If the case against Rittenhouse wasn't weak enough already, it just fell apart completely.
00:02:47.420 Gage Gross-Kruitz was one of the three agitators who Rittenhouse, then 17,
00:02:51.400 shot on the night of August 25th during an altercation and the fiery but mostly peaceful riots.
00:02:57.160 He took the stand on money and told his side of the story.
00:02:59.880 Turns out that, yet again, it was helpful for the defense.
00:03:03.380 In fact, very interestingly, he even admitted that Kyle Rittenhouse was being attacked by Anthony Huber

00:03:13.660 So again, he's admitting on those two counts, of which, of course, Kyle is charged one for murder
00:03:19.500 and one for reckless endangerment, that he was acting in self-defense.

00:06:28.860 He's had a small Twitter account, but they brought it up at the trial to point out that he was joking about participating in testimony in court.

00:08:12.800 Next, his cousin, Edward Adoramian, is the city attorney, the lead DA over the whole thing.

00:08:21.320 And then, finally, you've got Benjamin Adoramian, who takes the stand.

00:08:29.060 Any time that you hear somebody with the Adoramian name at the end of this, understand this is what's going on.
00:08:34.440 He, the mayor, was responsible for the burning of Kenosha.
00:08:39.620 He knew that he didn't have enough National Guard there.
00:08:42.820 He knew that all of his plans to make money off of this Brownfield scam were falling apart, so he had to do what?

00:08:55.540 The same thing any one of these scumbags do when they get caught in one of these situations, they find a scapegoat.
00:09:00.620 So, in this case, his scapegoat became Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:09:04.720 This is the entire reason Kyle is on trial, because you've got legal experts around the country scratching their heads looking at this thing going, there's no evidence that he didn't act in self-defense.
00:09:15.380 All of the evidence that we've seen on tape after tape after tape and witness statement after witness statement claims and supports the claim, I should say, supports the argument that he acted in self-defense.

00:09:27.880 And we ought to have a rule in this country that if you are a member of the prosecution team and you bring these false accusations and you commit prosecutorial misconduct, then you should have to go to jail for the same exact sentence that you were going to put the defendant under.

00:09:50.520 So, listen to what Detective Adoramian said when they asked him, did you check the phone, you had a search warrant, did you check the phone of Gage Grosskruitz, the guy who was a member of the mob chasing after him and pointing a gun at him.
00:10:07.600 Have you ever relied on Marcy's Law not to execute a search warrant since it's gone into effect?
00:10:15.060 We've had conversations in the aftermath, but I don't recall not searching one solely on that basis.

00:11:21.480 And had you reviewed the video in the case as well, involving Mr. Grosskruitz?

00:11:26.500 So you knew that he had lied about dropping his gun, correct?
00:11:34.320 There was definitely a discrepancy between what the video showed us and what his original statement to Officer Birch showed.
00:11:39.460 And when you interview Mr. Grosskruitz in September, once you kind of get to the meat and potatoes about what had happened with him, he refused to answer your questions.

00:11:58.740 He consulted with his attorney, and yeah, we did not get all of our questions answered.
00:12:04.180 Now, if you're looking at one of these situations of malicious prosecution, that is your smoking gun right there.

00:12:15.940 By the way, they also mentioned that Kyle Rittenhouse, when they asked him about his phone, they said, oh, it's password protected.

00:12:31.860 And by the way, the same detective at Aramia, they asked him, did you see Grosskruitz running after chasing Kyle Rittenhouse?

00:16:16.940 Given that Poland's defense ministry has freshly indicated
00:16:19.940 that over 12,000 soldiers have now been deployed
00:16:23.940 and stand prepared to defend Polish border,
00:16:26.940 along with a beefed-up police and volunteer guards presence,
00:16:29.940 there are fears of a major incident looming.
00:16:32.940 This, as multiple social media videos over the last days
00:16:35.940 show increasingly aggressive and provocative confrontations,
00:16:38.940 agents are accused of prodding people across barbed wire fences
00:16:43.940 where they are met with armed Polish guards on the other side.
00:16:46.940 In fact, Poland is even discussing building a large wall
00:16:50.940 in place of what's mostly razor wire fences at the moment.
00:16:54.940 So it's razor wire fences, they're talking about actually building a larger wall.
00:16:58.940 They have imposed a state of emergency, the razor wire is up,
00:17:01.940 and they're talking about building a $400 million wall along the eastern border.
00:17:06.940 Look at these videos and look at also this picture of Polish troops.
00:17:11.940 They're amassed standing watch overnight.
00:17:14.940 Night gathers and now their watch begins.
00:17:16.940 Also, a Catholic priest came out and you can see the soldiers praying before they go in.
00:17:21.940 This, of course, into the night that is.
00:17:24.940 This is something that goes back to the territorial integrity of Poland
00:17:29.940 that speaks to a lot of history between Poland, migrants,
00:17:33.940 people trying to break into their territory.
