00:00:46.040 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:00:50.220 Today, we're going to take a step back and talk about how the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, what is it all really about?
00:00:56.080 It's about the Second Amendment.
00:00:57.900 Next, the CNN headline, they're going full White House shade war.
00:01:04.020 Gee, I wonder where they got that story from.
00:01:06.180 Next, illegal migrants at the Polish border exposed.
00:01:10.380 And finally, the Pfizer CEO has called for criminalization of vaccine criticism.
00:01:15.740 All this is Warhead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:17.200 So the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
00:01:31.560 We've all lived through the past 14 months of this, and everything has come down to today.
00:01:39.480 But I want to talk about something specifically when it comes to this case.
00:01:44.240 It never should have been brought.
00:01:46.220 You could see from the videos that the people on the ground, the journalists, the independent journalists who were there,
00:01:53.760 Elijah Schaefer, Richie McGinnis, Drew Hernandez, Julio Rojas, they showed us what happened.
00:02:01.140 It was self-defense, open and shut.
00:02:06.080 But what is this really about?
00:02:08.100 This is about turning the American justice system into team sports.
00:02:13.560 It's my team versus your team.
00:02:15.660 And these politicized prosecutors have decided that because Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't on their team
00:02:24.380 and because the rioters, the looters, and the arsonists were on their team,
00:02:30.300 that this kid should be prosecuted for going and doing the job that the governor and the mayor should have done in the first place.
00:02:41.300 That's what this case was about.
00:02:42.920 The fact of the matter is you either have a right to self-defense and you either have a Second Amendment or you don't.
00:02:52.300 Do people have rights?
00:02:54.480 Do American citizens have rights or not? 0.75
00:02:57.780 Listen to this insane clip from Joe Scarborough, MSNBC.
00:03:02.720 This isn't a clip, by the way, from months ago.
00:03:05.640 This is a clip from yesterday.
00:03:07.560 So just generally, here we have a 17-year-old kid, underage, said he bought an AR-15 because he thought it was cool.
00:03:16.500 He drove across state, had his mother drive him across state lines.
00:03:20.220 He appointed himself a militia member.
00:03:22.600 He goes around and he ends up unloading, what, 60 rounds, kills two people, wounds a third person.
00:03:29.160 This is behavior that we, and I say we, I'm talking about conservatives, liberals, gun right supporters, gun control supporters.
00:03:40.200 We as a society, this is behavior that we as a society want to discourage.
00:03:47.060 So the question is, what law is in place so Rittenhouse, and Rittenhouse is in the future, don't say, hey, you know what, hell's breaking loose across the border in Georgia.
00:03:58.740 I'm going to get my AR-15, skip school on Friday, and go up, and I'm saying, though, if you're in Florida, I'm going to go across and I'm going to go into Georgia,
00:04:08.740 and my teenage kid is going to just start waving around an AR-15, none of us, none of us want this sort of behavior.
00:04:16.940 So what's the charge against him for that?
00:04:20.160 What's in the law that prevents that sort of, that sort of activity from taking place in the future?
00:04:26.460 So Scarborough is spreading insane lies about this. 1.00
00:04:30.420 Kyle Rittenhouse didn't shoot 60 rounds.
00:04:32.680 He didn't drive up and indiscriminately start shooting into a crowd.
00:04:36.060 That's what they want you to think.
00:04:37.540 Kyle Rittenhouse didn't do that.
00:04:39.980 Kyle Rittenhouse was offering medical aid to people on both sides, and Kyle Rittenhouse ran for his life.
00:04:48.900 You know, I said something on Twitter, and I'm going to say it again.
00:04:53.340 Kyle Rittenhouse had his life saved by the AR-15.
00:04:58.960 If he didn't have that, then he wouldn't be here today because he was fleeing for his life on multiple occasions
00:05:05.940 when a mob of rioters who were enraged were coming after him.
00:05:12.920 That is the specific instance for which you are allowed and empowered by the Second Amendment to be able to defend yourself.
00:05:24.940 You don't have to call 911 as they're chasing you through the street.
00:05:29.120 By the way, if you go and look at the videos, the police were there.
00:05:34.280 The police were there at the other end of the street.
00:05:37.980 But they were so overwhelmed that they couldn't do anything.
00:05:41.680 The governor didn't call in the National Guard.
00:05:43.480 And by the way, this business of crossing state lines.
00:05:46.780 By the way, not a crime to cross state lines in the United States.
00:05:50.640 And second of all, I'm pretty sure this is the first time that I've ever actually heard the left care about borders.
00:05:57.360 By the way, imagine thinking it's illegal to cross state lines to go to the town where you work
00:06:02.140 and the town where your father lives that's 20 minutes away.
00:06:04.640 But nobody wants to talk about the fact that this mob of rioters that came up from Chicago about 45 minutes away to destroy this little town.
00:06:14.720 Nobody talks about them crossing state lines to do damage, to do violence.
00:06:21.220 To wage domestic terrorism against a town that they decided was going to be their target.
00:06:28.220 Make no mistake, folks.
00:06:29.860 We are entering a very dangerous era in our society.
00:06:34.640 Do we want to live in a society where roving bands of marauders are given a free pass because they're on the right team?
00:06:43.400 Or do we want to live in a society where we have the rule of law and it is applied equally?
00:06:50.400 Kyle Rittenhouse never should have been on trial.
00:06:52.620 Every single person in that mob should have been on trial.
00:07:00.320 It is a banner day here on Human Events Daily.
00:07:03.960 And why is that?
00:07:05.100 Well, we've been telling you, we've been the only outlet in the entire world for six months now telling you about the war within the White House.
00:07:15.620 We call it the Shade War. 0.91
00:07:17.100 Well, guess what?
00:07:18.900 Finally.
00:07:19.860 And this is hilarious to me, by the way.
00:07:22.280 Everybody said, oh, Human Events Daily.
00:07:25.060 Poso doesn't have any sources.
00:07:26.640 He's making this all up.
00:07:28.320 This is a joke.
00:07:29.280 This is, you know, he's just trying to sow dissension between the White House.
00:07:33.700 Well, guess what?
00:07:35.940 This weekend, CNN, 10-minute segment by none other than Jim Acosta came in lighting up Kamala Harris.
00:07:48.020 You go to CNN's webpage yesterday, the entire thing, the entire every headline on CNN was about the White House Shade War.
00:07:57.960 Team B, Team Biden, just launched a tactical nuke on Kamala Harris' team and they're doing it through CNN.
00:08:06.460 You've got to check this out.
00:08:07.560 So we've got today, of course, another one of our updates, but it's coming to you, not for me.
00:08:13.320 It's coming to you courtesy of the people at CNN.
00:08:16.600 Yes, I've got Jim Acosta doing my dirty work for me now.
00:08:19.660 Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for a Shade War update.
00:08:25.980 Shade War update.
00:08:28.660 The CNN exclusive insiders revealed for the first time tension and frustration behind the scenes between Vice President Kamala Harris and the White House.
00:08:38.120 The accounts come from nearly three dozen current and former Harris aides administration officials, Democratic operatives, donors, and outside advisors who spoke to CNN about the complex reality inside the White House.
00:08:49.920 On one side, members of Harris' inner circle who believe she's being sidelined and set up to fail instead of being positioned to be a future president.
00:08:58.100 One former high-level Harris aide put it this way, put this up on screen, they're consistently sending her out there on losing issues in the wrong situations for her skill set.
00:09:08.320 CNN has also learned Harris has told confidants she feels constrained in what she's able to do.
00:09:13.680 The mood apparently summed up by this satirical headline from The Onion goes like this, that Harris defenders sometimes pass around when they're feeling annoyed.
00:09:22.360 White House urges Kamala Harris to sit at computer all day in case emails come through. 1.00
00:09:26.800 Of course, it's not that bad inside the White House.
00:09:28.820 But on the other side of things, you have West Wing staffers who say they are completely exasperated, throwing up their hands at what they perceive as some of Harris' awkward mistakes, including some cringy answers on Israel and the border crisis.
00:09:41.800 The sources tell CNN there's also the belief that Harris' staff has repeatedly failed her and left her exposed.
00:09:48.140 I'm joined now by the journalist behind all of this reporting, CNN senior reporter Isaac Dever.
00:09:53.320 Isaac, great stuff as always from you.
00:09:55.880 Let's begin with what's going on with Harris' office.
00:09:59.060 What's with all the finger-pointing behind the scenes?
00:10:01.640 You know, as I was describing it to somebody, you know, this is what political reporting was like when we were on Earth One before Donald Trump came along.
00:10:08.800 Sometimes this goes on behind the scenes of administration, and so it's not too surprising that it's happening now, but very interesting.
00:10:14.740 It does, but, of course, the particular situation here is that Kamala Harris is perceived as someone who is likely to be running for president in the future.
00:10:21.720 Why is she perceived that way? 0.63
00:10:22.780 She's run in the past.
00:10:23.700 She's the incumbent vice president.
00:10:25.240 Also, Joe Biden will be 82 years old in 2024.
00:10:28.740 He says he's running for president for re-election.
00:10:31.040 There's no reason to not take him at his word, but if that doesn't turn out to be the way that things go, she could be running for president in a year.
00:10:39.580 This could be, and she could be on the ballot herself, if not as the presidential nominee, as Biden's running man, again, needing to validate someone who will be saying to the country, keep me in power until I'm 86 years old.
00:10:51.260 There's a lot of political weight on her for that, and then, of course, there's the historical weight, people who look to her as the first black, first woman in power in this position, the first woman of color in this position, and all of that, what goes into that and people wanting to see her really succeed and get out.
00:11:09.760 Yeah, and in this piece, which we should again mention, sourced by dozens of people, you also reference these Aaron Sorkin-like rumors that Biden could replace her.
00:11:21.680 I mean, that sounds very far-fetched, but when the poll numbers get where they are, like they are right now inside the White House, I know this from covering the Obama administration and the Trump administration, people start talking about all sorts of things.
00:11:35.240 Yeah, and look, as I said, this is, it says in the piece, this is an Aaron Sorkin-style rumor that Biden could appoint her to the Supreme Court and then put her on the court and then pick someone else to be his running mate going into re-election in 2024.
00:11:46.260 Is that likely to happen? No, but it's the kind of thing that's going around in circles now because there's such a sense of frantic panic, what's going on with her political prospects.
00:11:55.460 You see a poll that came out last week that had Biden at his lowest numbers yet, but had Kamala Harris 10 points below that, she was at 28%.
00:12:04.280 That means that there is a real problem that she has.
00:12:07.300 And you see, when you get to those sorts of numbers, that means that the base of voters is draining away from her. 0.99
00:12:12.180 And that's a problem that she's going to have to deal with.
00:12:14.120 That's a problem that the Biden administration is going to have to deal with if they want things to be better.
00:12:17.900 So you get what's going on here, right?
00:12:20.180 Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, they are the two frontrunners for the DNC nomination in 2024.
00:12:27.860 And they say it in the clip, Joe Biden will be 82 years old.
00:12:32.840 That means at the end of his second term, if he got a second term, he would be 86 years old.
00:12:38.320 So what do you have?
00:12:39.280 You have Kamala and Buttigieg battling it out, not necessarily for Democrat support, but for donor support in Silicon Valley.
00:12:46.600 Mark my words, those Silicon Valley donors, that's exactly what Pete Buttigieg is going for.
00:12:52.220 That's exactly who Kamala Harris is trying to hold on to being from California in the first place. 1.00
00:12:57.520 We'll continue to cover this story.
00:13:02.840 So I've had a ton of people asking me, what is going on on the Polish border?
00:13:09.340 Why is it that Poland has militarized their entire border with Belarus?
00:13:14.220 What's going on with this Middle Eastern migrant caravan?
00:13:17.600 Why are they trying to break into Poland right now?
00:13:19.740 What's the whole deal?
00:13:21.080 Well, I said, it's actually quite simple.
00:13:23.780 So, you know, I went on Twitter and I changed my name to the Polish pronunciation name, which would be Jacek Posobiec.
00:13:30.280 And I went in and I used a very high tech, very specialized piece of intelligence community software that I'm able to know because of my background as a former intelligence officer.
00:13:43.480 And what it is, it's called Snapchat.
00:13:46.680 So you go to Snapchat, and I don't know if people know this, but you don't have to be friends with everybody on Snapchat to see their snaps.
00:13:52.680 You go in to the map feature, and then you zoom in, you zoom in, you zoom in, where?
00:13:58.820 Specifically on that border of Poland and Belarus, and you see who's posting.
00:14:04.400 Crazy, I know.
00:14:05.700 Nobody in the mainstream media, no one in corporate media, will tell you the truth about this.
00:14:11.800 You can go and find this information yourself.
00:14:14.380 Anyone can go look.
00:14:15.600 And so I went in a couple of times, and I was scrolling around.
00:14:18.720 And I saw that other people were going into this, look at some of the stuff that we found on the Polish border.
00:14:24.540 Clearly, clearly we can see that these people are not fleeing refugees.
00:14:30.600 Weiss even did an interview with some of them and said, well, you know, we're not necessarily refugees.
00:14:35.360 We just think there's a better economic situation if we can get into the European Union.
00:14:40.420 So you understand what's going on.
00:14:41.520 They want to get into the EU because of the welfare programs that the EU, through Brussels, through Angela Merkel, have been pushing for migrants.
00:14:52.400 So understand that the entire media narrative of this is a complete lie.
00:14:57.480 It's a complete joke.
00:14:59.140 Will anyone admit that they're lying about this?
00:15:02.220 Of course not.
00:15:02.900 Of course not.
00:15:03.760 Because the headlines are just too spicy.
00:15:05.660 Poland forcing these poor refugees to stay out in the cold.
00:15:10.360 The Polish winter is kicking in.
00:15:12.520 How dare you?
00:15:13.680 How dare you?
00:15:14.280 Well, let's go take a look at some of these videos that actually document, because you can go back in time through Snapchat,
00:15:22.420 that actually document the travel process by people from the Middle East into Minsk, into Grodno, and other parts of Belarus,
00:15:30.980 and then making their way down to the Polish border.
00:15:33.140 Let's take a look.
00:15:35.660 Let's take a look.
00:16:05.660 Let's take a look.
00:16:35.660 Let's take a look.
00:16:49.200 so you get the scam right do you get the scam now these are people who are looking for an
00:17:05.920 economic leg up there are people who were basically in some cases middle class right
00:17:13.020 from their home countries and now they're coming in they're saying no no no we demand 1.00
00:17:18.960 to come into your country well take a good look at this joe biden president biden and vice president
00:17:26.020 harris poland will teach you a lesson about how you defend your borders because defending your
00:17:33.160 border doesn't mean you hate the people outside it means you care about the people inside defending
00:17:39.760 your border is defending your people is defending your country poland says we are not interested 0.99
00:17:47.760 we know that this is not a legal process that you are demanding to come in and as we dig through
00:17:53.740 more and more of this information it's all coming out and it's all coming to light and we
00:17:59.360 here at human events daily are not going to stop digging
00:18:03.320 thank you so much for continuing to watch human events daily support us support the show go to
