00:00:51.060 I will see you there.

00:00:53.480 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard.

00:00:55.020 Today's edition of Human Events Daily powered by Turning Point USA.

00:00:58.940 On today's show, a lot of stories, so make sure you stay tuned.

00:01:02.660 Number one, Kyle Rittenhouse's prosecutors lie to criminalize the act of self-defense.

00:01:08.820 Next, MSNBC celebrating mob violence in Kenosha.

00:01:13.860 Third, an Antifa journalist.

00:01:15.840 What does that even mean?

00:01:16.620 I don't know.

00:01:16.880 We'll talk about it.

00:01:17.720 An Antifa journalist accused of predatory behavior by left-wing women.

00:01:22.060 And finally, empty vassal, President Biden kowtows to Chairman Xi Jinping in a virtual meeting.

00:01:28.040 All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:29.620 So we just had the closing arguments in the case of Kyle Rittenhouse, who's been put on trial for a clear act of self-defense.

00:01:49.860 I want to go through a montage of this, but before I play the montage, I want to be very clear about what you're seeing.

00:01:54.160 All of this incident, just like many incidents that we've seen lately here in the 21st century, was on film.

00:02:02.740 Multiple angles of this were captured on film.

00:02:05.780 A lot of cases like this, if you take it back a step, a lot of cases like this in the past, it was a dark alley, a guy came up, tried to mug me, etc., etc.

00:02:14.860 Look, I've been in Philadelphia for a long time.

00:02:17.900 That's kind of how it goes.

00:02:19.820 And so it's really, you don't have much chance to explain what really went wrong, because if one person walks away, then the other person obviously can't present their side of the story.

00:02:29.440 Well, we live in the 21st century now.

00:02:31.140 And so if you're a lawyer out there, or if you're involved in anything like this, you've got to understand, it's all going to be about the video.

00:02:37.920 You have to understand the video.

00:02:40.320 And, of course, video played a crucial role in this case in a way that I haven't really seen before in any criminal case.

00:02:49.120 So this never should have been brought, because we can all see on the video that it's a clear act of self-defense.

00:02:53.880 But that's not with these corrupt prosecutors, D.A. Binger and D.A. Lunchbox.

00:03:00.000 I call them Lunchbox.

00:03:00.920 His name is Krauss, but I call them Lunchbox, and I think we all know why. 0.96

00:03:03.300 Look at what the arguments and the jousting were back and forth that day in court.

00:03:09.780 That Joseph Rosenbaum was going to take that gun and use it on the defendant, because they know you can't claim self-defense against an unarmed man like this.

00:03:22.740 You lose the right to self-defense when you're the one who brought the gun, when you're the one creating the danger, when you're the one provoking other people.

00:03:33.300 The defendant fired four shots at Joseph Rosenbaum and caused five wounds total.

00:03:39.800 Mr. Binger, the person who's made it his personal goal of putting my client's head on his wall.

00:03:48.900 Ladies and gentlemen, that's what it did.

00:03:52.880 And it means he's been cutting corners.

00:03:56.120 This active shooter BS is something that Mr. Binger is trying to sell you people.

00:04:01.600 Has he shot anybody since CarSource 3?

00:04:04.600 No, he hasn't.

00:04:05.860 He's running to try and get to the police.

00:04:08.960 Mr. Binger must live in fairytale land to think that Kyle could stop, put his gun down, and say,

00:04:16.260 Hey, everything's good.

00:04:17.840 Leave me alone.

00:04:18.580 I'm going to the police.

00:04:20.320 Unfortunately, that's not how the real world works.

00:04:25.060 This was real world.

00:04:27.380 He has as much right to go there as anybody else in the city of Kenosha and be unmolested by the likes of Joseph Rosenbaum, Kelly, and Joshua Zeminski.

00:04:42.220 Everybody takes a beating sometimes, right?

00:04:44.580 Sometimes you get in a scuffle and maybe you do get hurt a little bit.

00:04:48.620 That doesn't mean you get to start plugging people with your full metal jacket, AR-15 rounds, and no bullets are not bullets.

00:04:57.040 And we heard testimony about that.

00:04:58.980 If you bring a gun, you lose the right to self-defense.

00:05:03.220 Everybody takes a beating once in a while.

00:05:06.000 Everybody takes a beating.

00:05:07.260 Really, Lunchbox?

00:05:08.120 Is that your message to the women, then the daughters of Kenosha, that they should just take the beating? 0.94

00:05:16.080 Forget that Second Amendment and that whole right to bear arms and all that business.

00:05:20.520 No, understand.

00:05:21.520 Chairman Mao knew this.

00:05:23.560 And I will quote Chairman Mao on this.

00:05:26.040 Political power grows from the barrel of a gun.

00:05:29.400 The people of the United States have the Second Amendment.

00:05:32.760 And that is why this country is not Australia right now.

00:05:35.140 That is why we're not China.

00:05:37.040 That's why we're not Russia.

00:05:38.720 That's why we're not anywhere else.

00:05:40.640 Because the people in this country have implicit power.

00:05:44.160 Literally, the Second Amendment is there to protect all the other amendments and all the other rights of the American people.

00:05:51.520 Because Chairman Mao was right when he said that famous maxim.

00:05:57.820 You have the right to self-defense.

00:06:00.760 And these prosecutors, they lied.

00:06:03.100 They lied all the way through this entire thing.

00:06:07.120 We've seen the video.

00:06:08.720 We know exactly what it shows.

00:06:10.660 No, you don't have to take the beating when a murderous mob is running after you.

00:06:16.320 And why is it, by the way, that a murderous mob of left-wing rioters always seems to have a pedophile in it?

00:06:23.280 I'm not sure what that is about.

00:06:25.040 I'm not sure what that's about.

00:06:25.760 But they will do it to you.

00:06:29.780 They will do this to your children.

00:06:31.900 They will do this to anyone.

00:06:34.820 This is the Soviet system that we saw behind the Iron Curtain.

00:06:39.420 Do not let this happen in America.

00:06:43.280 So they say that conservative media is sometimes that it's an echo chamber, that it's a silo, that it's just full of right-wing propaganda, and you can't listen to only that.

00:06:59.040 And I say, you say, okay, fine.

00:07:00.540 All right, fine.

00:07:01.580 If your criticism of conservative media is that we're not doing enough to step outside our comfort zone, then I will do that the same way that I cover CNN.

00:07:12.760 We're also going to cover MSNBC, Microsoft NBC.

00:07:17.020 Remember, Bill Gates' Microsoft NBC.

00:07:19.860 You know, I think a lot of people forget that the MS in MSNBC stands for Microsoft.

00:07:25.200 So I'm just going to remind everybody, Microsoft NBC.

00:07:28.180 Let's go and take a listen to the wonderful jurist, Katie Fang, over at, well, lawyer, not jurist, over at MSNBC, the legal analyst there, who, of course, went to Yale.

00:07:41.560 Yale, of course, was a slave owner, and because she went to Yale, she is, of course, the beneficiary of slave owning.

00:07:50.840 Why do I bring this up?

00:07:51.760 Because that's exactly the thing that I tweeted at her when she had Yale in her Twitter bio, and she actually took it out of her Twitter bio right before she blocked me.

00:08:01.240 Take a listen.

00:08:01.880 Let's be clear.

00:08:03.200 You don't have to have a judgment about whether or not the protests were good or bad.

00:08:08.880 What they did on the defense is they basically wanted to inflame the jury to think that it was totally fine for Kyle Rittenhouse to come in on his white horse, this night on the white horse, to save that community of Kenosha, which he had no business being there in the first place, right?

00:08:26.380 So putting aside whether or not you want to have a qualitative value judgment about what was going on in terms of those protests, Kyle Rittenhouse's behavior had to be reasonable that evening in question.

00:08:37.660 And he was not physically harmed.

00:08:40.420 You have two dead people, multiple injured others.

00:08:43.800 And the reality is it was hands, feet, a skateboard.

00:08:48.940 Hands, feet, and a skateboard versus an AR-15.

00:08:51.900 That's what that was.

00:08:53.240 The thing that we heard in the rebuttal close, I think that really made sense and that countered what the defense was attempting to do today, was the fact that they called Rittenhouse a chaos tourist.

00:09:04.060 Kind of reminded you a little bit about the January 6th insurrection, right?

00:09:07.680 This idea that you had people that showed up armed to do harm.

00:09:11.500 And that is exactly what Kyle Rittenhouse did as a chaos tourist.

00:09:14.640 He showed up.

00:09:15.620 He didn't mean to improve the community.

00:09:17.580 And you know what?

00:09:18.180 If the jury listens to the law and applies the facts and the evidence to the law, then they should be able to come back with at least one conviction.

00:09:25.600 Because remember, each victim is a separate count.

00:09:29.400 It's not all of the victims under one count.

00:09:31.680 And so the prosecution actually has more than one bite at the apple to be able to convict Kyle Rittenhouse.

00:09:36.360 Kind of a chaos tourist, right?

00:09:38.920 Kyle Rittenhouse was the chaos tourist.

00:09:41.600 Not the mob of people that came up from Chicago, the people who came in from Portland as part of the riot kitchen, or any of the people that have been roving the country.

00:09:52.300 By the way, you want to talk about Chaz, where I was for a week last year, out in Seattle, night after night after night, where people were coming from all around the country, armed militants of the John Brown Gun Club of Puget Sound, that took over a six-square-block radius of the downtown of one of the most important cities in America's great Pacific Northwest.

00:10:19.520 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:10:20.960 Don't worry about any of that stuff.

00:10:22.300 Those are the good guys.

00:10:23.960 Those are the good guys.

00:10:25.260 It's the people who are trying to defend their communities, the people who are trying to stand up for the right thing, the people who don't want to see their town burned to the ground.

00:10:36.640 Those are the people who are wrong.

00:10:39.760 Understand, they've turned this into team sports.

00:10:46.200 Kyle Rittenhouse isn't on their team, and so Kyle Rittenhouse becomes the target.

00:10:51.220 It was the same thing, by the way, that happened to Jake Gardner up in Nebraska.

00:10:57.640 Go look up that case.

00:10:59.100 He was also somebody who took steps to defend himself when a mob was coming after him, and they ruined his life.

00:11:08.300 He later committed suicide.

00:11:11.180 But I argue that Jake Gardner was actually murdered by the media.

00:11:16.360 He was murdered by this political age we live in.

00:11:19.320 You need to stop.

00:11:22.420 Stop justifying political violence when it's on your side.

00:11:27.460 Period.

00:11:28.080 End of story.

00:11:29.480 Never allow that in the United States of America.

00:11:32.880 This is a hard line, and I don't care what side of the spectrum you're on, quite frankly.

00:11:37.240 You could be a liberal.

00:11:38.320 You could be a socialist.

00:11:39.500 You could be a communist. 0.95

00:11:40.380 Obviously, you know that if you're a tanky, then you're someone that, of course, supports violence. 0.95

00:11:45.280 So, obviously, that's not going to work.

00:11:47.700 I will stand with anyone who takes the nonviolence pledge.

00:11:52.160 I held a rally out front of the White House in June of 2017, calling for an end to the normalization of political violence in America.

00:12:02.920 I went to Shakespeare in the Park and crashed it, protesting, when they were stabbing Donald Trump on stage night after night after night, and people were cheering and applauding.

00:12:12.320 I saw it with my own eyes.

00:12:14.540 I don't want to live in a country like this.

00:12:16.340 I don't want to live in a country where we're justifying violence because it serves our political ends or the targets of our political opponents.

00:12:25.720 No.

00:12:26.500 No.

00:12:26.960 I reject that, and I reject it in all of its forms.

00:12:30.200 And I would ask that every single other member of the media, the Katie Fangs of the world, to stand up and say, we don't want to go to that place.

00:12:39.820 Take the nonviolence pledge.

00:12:46.340 Well, a new report is out by my friend Andy Ngo over at The Post Millennial, and I'm going to present this report to everyone because it's truly disturbing, and it shows one of the greatest issues that's going on in our country right now, and is that we've empowered extremists to use their political words and their political opponents as targets for their extremism.

00:13:09.600 And when they're on the left, in many cases, number one, they're doing so in bad faith, and number two, they're doing so only to support themselves and to destroy the lives of others.

00:13:20.340 Andy Ngo, and you can go find him on Locals, go support him there.

00:13:23.920 He's also got a Patreon up.

00:13:25.600 He writes,

00:13:26.100 A Los Angeles-based self-identified Antifa member turned, quote-unquote, again, journalist, has been accused of predatory behavior by women.

00:13:46.620 His name is Chad Loader.

00:13:48.620 He's a 45-year-old, well-to-do white male from California with a professional career in digital security.

00:13:55.880 What does he do?

00:13:56.960 He makes false accusations against people for a living and then raises money while trying to get people doxed, fired, targeted, lying about people, lying about Jewish Americans, lying about Jewish websites, attacking the state of Israel.

00:14:11.880 And we now find out he is also a predator towards women who originally had supported him.

00:14:20.400 Let's talk a little bit about that, shall we?

00:14:24.460 In August 2020, Twitter user Slade of Yaupon posted screenshots of a direct message from Loader, where he sent her an unsolicited shirtless photo of himself next to a young child.

00:14:35.600 She wrote,

00:14:37.020 Women should be able to participate in activist communities without dealing with creepy dudes.

00:14:41.880 I only followed Chad Loader because I thought he would be a useful comrade.

00:14:46.140 I'm angry.

00:14:47.640 Jackie Singh, a left-wing cybersecurity expert who worked for Joe Biden's 2020 campaign on security matters, initially defended Loader for being an ally, but then later tweeted tersely,

00:14:57.300 I retract my support for this individual.

00:15:00.180 Hmm.

00:15:01.080 In May 2021, a second woman posted screenshots of direct messages, more direct messages, of Loader making comments on her appearance.

00:15:07.620 Y'all don't have to boost this, but I just want everyone to be aware this dude hopped into my DMs, hitting on me.

00:15:14.580 Loader frequently posts about his sex life and comments on women's photos.

00:15:18.380 And in a disturbing August 2021 tweet, he mocked the homicide of a woman using sexual innuendo.

00:15:24.620 Loader posted a photograph of Ashley Babbitt with the text,

00:15:28.840 You know, honestly, folks, I'm not even going to read what he wrote about Ashley Babbitt.

00:15:33.760 But what I will tell you is, it's disgusting, and he made sexual comments about Ashley Babbitt, even following her homicide.

00:15:43.780 He's also been served with a temporary restraining order, and Andy posted the video.

00:15:48.380 We'll show it.

00:15:48.820 Is there anything in the world more predatory than a self-described male feminist? 1.00

00:15:59.060 No, there never is.

00:16:00.640 I've talked about Antifa for years.

00:16:03.100 They attract people like this. 1.00

00:16:04.860 Low lives, scumbags, hollow people. 1.00

00:16:08.100 What do I mean by that? 1.00

00:16:08.960 People who are empty shells.

00:16:10.980 People who have no core.

00:16:12.040 They have nothing but hate for themselves, and they're insecure.

00:16:16.280 They have deep issues and deep insecurities.

00:16:21.100 And so what do they do?

00:16:22.180 Instead of trying to work to better themselves or better community, no.

00:16:25.460 They lash out at others because of their own failings, because of their own problems, and because of their own issues.

00:16:31.580 This person is a clear extremist, and now we find has been a predator towards women in his own area.

00:16:39.360 How many times has this happened with left-wing journalists, left-wing activists, left-wing Antifa members, that they rise their profile up through these social media hate campaigns, and then we find them preying on women after women after women?

00:16:54.620 And these are only the first ones that have come out. 0.80

00:16:56.840 It's disgusting. 0.93

00:16:58.280 It's absolutely disgusting. 0.99

00:16:59.560 And yet, there are still people that will go and listen to these insane political actors. 0.95

00:17:07.080 It needs to stop, and it needs to stop now.

00:17:10.740 So we're going to pray for Chad Loder, and we're going to pray for anyone who may have been caught in one of his traps.

00:17:17.320 This kind of behavior is what destroys America and pits neighbor against neighbor.

00:17:22.740 It splits up our communities.

00:17:24.120 It splits up our societies.

00:17:25.500 We don't want to condone this, and it is just as bad as political violence, because what are you doing at the end of the day?

00:17:32.840 You're destroying people's livelihoods.

00:17:36.040 You're taking away their ability to put food on the table for their families and for their children.

00:17:41.500 It needs to stop.

00:17:46.600 Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for continuing to support us, to support this show, to support our work, support this podcast.

00:17:52.120 If you want to continue that support, go to MyPillow.com.

00:17:54.940 Utilize promo code POSO for up to 65% off.

00:17:57.820 Make sure you get your Christmas orders in now.

00:18:00.760 Christmas will be here sooner than you realize.

00:18:04.040 So make sure you get your orders in now.

00:18:06.300 Your family, your friends, just get it done.

00:18:08.300 Just get it done, honestly.

00:18:09.500 It'll be so much faster.

00:18:10.500 It'll be great.

00:18:11.660 Joe Biden has kowtowed to Chairman Xi.

00:18:15.060 President Biden, in a virtual experience, met with Chairman Xi and kowtow.

00:18:21.180 What is kowtowing?

00:18:21.960 It's a measure of formal bowing to the emperor of China.

00:18:25.060 A new emperor has arisen in the East.

00:18:27.520 And folks, it's sorry to say, this is Joe Biden bowing down to him.

00:18:32.260 He is acting like a vassal state.

00:18:35.860 Joe Biden is an empty vassal to China.

00:18:38.860 This is like the vice president of sales meeting with the CEO.

00:18:42.220 And from the very start, the very start, what did Xi Jinping say?

00:18:46.140 He said, it's nice to meet you, my old friend.

00:18:49.980 Wow.

00:18:50.800 Just right under the bus.

00:18:52.880 What else did they say?

00:18:53.740 Number one, you hear nothing about Wuhan.

00:18:55.980 You hear nothing about Taiwan.

00:18:57.620 You hear nothing about Hong Kong, the freedom, the Uyghurs, their treatment. 1.00

00:19:01.400 Oh, excuse me.

00:19:01.900 What did he say about Taiwan?

00:19:03.320 He adhered to the one China policy.

00:19:06.580 You are seeing a man who is in decline and who has put a nation in decline.

00:19:11.940 Watch this clip.

00:19:17.080 Good to see you, Mr. President.

00:19:22.120 Next time, I hope we get to do it face-to-face like we used to when we travel through China.

00:19:26.300 We've spent an awful lot, a lot of time talking to one another, and hope we can have a candid conversation tonight as well.

00:19:41.360 Maybe I should start more formally, although you and I have never been that formal with one another.

00:19:55.780 Good evening to everyone here in the United States, and good morning to you, Mr. President, in Beijing.

00:20:07.200 I'm happy we had found time to meet, and I look forward to a candid and forthright discussion like all the discussions we've had thus far.

00:20:24.120 As I've said before, it seems to me our responsibility as leaders of China and the United States

00:20:40.640 to ensure that the competition between our countries does not veer into conflict, whether intended or unintended.

00:20:48.100 Just simple, straightforward competition.

00:20:49.640 President Trump viewed China as a competitor.

00:20:56.640 President Trump viewed China as a competitor, but when you see Biden, when you see President Biden, he's acting as if China has already won the war.

00:21:06.640 That's what you're saying there, that is deference, that is kowtowing, that is the decline versus the rise, that is the lower versus the higher, and if you understand anything about optics, power dynamics, and power dynamics, and power dynamics, and power dynamics, and power dynamics, and power dynamics.

00:21:36.640 You know.

00:21:37.640 You know.

00:21:38.640 You now live in the United States of America that is subservient to the needs of the CCP.

00:21:43.640 Folks, it's all the time we have today for Human Events Daily.

00:21:46.640 Remember my motto to you, the motto that Binger, I guess, couldn't seem to figure out in court. 1.00

00:21:51.640 Be good, be brief, be gone.

00:21:54.640 Don't spend two and a half hours wasting everybody's time.

00:21:57.640 Be good, be brief, be gone, and don't be Binger. 1.00

00:22:00.640 Remember, reject Bingerism in all of its forms. 1.00

00:22:03.640 So be the influence agent.

00:22:05.640 Share this out with your Normie friends.

00:22:06.640 Leave us your five-star review on Apple Politics, everywhere else.

00:22:09.640 But before we go, it's time for today's moment of history.

00:22:12.640 There's a cool one today, actually.

00:22:14.640 Today, back in 1982, was the first operational flight of the Space Shuttle Columbia.

00:22:22.640 Why is this important?

00:22:23.640 Because normally when I talk about history, it's about going into the past.

00:22:26.640 But this shows us going forward.

00:22:29.640 When I was a kid, this country had space shuttles.

00:22:32.640 And then somewhere along the line, we put those space shuttles in warehouses and museums.

00:22:38.640 We need to bring them back.

00:22:40.640 America deserves to go to the stars.

00:22:43.640 Always look forward.

00:22:45.640 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay ashore.
