00:00:57.100 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition, Human Events Daily. Huge story today, and we are breaking exclusive footage in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, footage that no one has seen before.

00:01:10.360 That's the first thing that we're going to talk about next. 18 New York City fire companies have shut down after firefighters there were sent home after refusing the vaccine mandate.

00:01:20.280 Third, U.S.-trained Afghan special forces, the report of the WSJ, are joining ISIS-K for protection against the Taliban.

00:01:29.440 Finally, a convicted murderer named Rodney Reed has been denied his retrial, even after support from Kim Kardashian.

00:01:37.600 All this is more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:50.280 On the evening of August 25th, 2020, following three nights of riots and arson and terror throughout the city of Kenosha, Wisconsin,

00:02:01.200 Kyle Rittenhouse and another group of armed members of the community, members of the area, decided that they had had enough,

00:02:09.000 and they wanted to protect the town, the village, really.

00:02:12.440 I've been to Kenosha, I've walked that area, I've walked those streets, protected from what was going on.

00:02:17.340 These marauders who were coming through and destroying everything in their path. 1.00

00:02:23.200 You heard yesterday, if you watched the jury selection, that this was a town that had been terrorized, absolutely terrorized.

00:02:29.720 People were saying, take down your American flags so you don't become a target.

00:02:34.320 Other potential jurors were saying that they had been so terrified that they moved their family out of the county.

00:02:40.300 Other jurors said they couldn't afford to bring their family out of the county, get a hotel, etc., for the whole time.

00:02:47.340 So they were sleeping with their children in local churches.

00:02:51.760 That's how bad things got in Kenosha.

00:02:54.980 Human Events Daily has obtained exclusive footage.

00:02:58.280 This is drone footage.

00:03:00.020 And we were told that it comes from the FBI, which had a drone up that evening that captured the entire sequence of events.

00:03:07.620 I warn you, this footage is graphic, and it does include, for the first time ever seen, the final moments between Joseph Rosenbaum and Kyle Rittenhouse.

00:03:19.960 Rosenbaum, of course, we know, chases Kyle.

00:03:22.700 His associate, Ziminski, fires at Kyle.

00:03:25.540 Then they disappear on the footage that we've seen behind a series of parked cars in this car lot.

00:03:32.620 That's where the shooting takes place.

00:03:34.580 Now, for the first time ever, we can show you from this drone footage that we're told comes from the FBI, what actually happened behind those cars.

00:03:45.720 Here we go.

00:03:46.120 Here we go.

00:03:55.540 Here we go.

00:04:25.520 We got a trash can to put their garbage out.

00:04:28.820 Oh, he's blocking the road.

00:04:33.180 It's now a robot freighter.

00:04:42.420 That's it.

00:04:42.860 That's it.

00:04:44.520 That's it.

00:04:49.400 I see a large crowd over here smashing the SUVs.

00:04:55.620 There we go.

00:04:56.660 Thanks.

00:04:56.780 Yeah, Woohoo! 1.00

00:05:10.880 Can I get here?

00:05:11.980 hey

00:05:38.060 so you can see very clearly on this footage

00:05:40.380 that it was an absolutely chaotic night a horrific night following two nights this is the third

00:05:47.120 night in a row this took place screams gunshots sirens in the background but what you see on the

00:05:55.960 drone footage that's never before been seen is that after rosenbaum chases kyle through that parking

00:06:03.560 lot after the gunshot is fired behind kyle's back rosenbaum then pursues kyle corners him behind

00:06:12.440 those cars lunges at him and lunges for the rifle in kyle's hands kyle rittenhouse was not the

00:06:22.100 aggressor and this footage proves it the state of wisconsin the prosecutors in this case have had

00:06:30.620 this footage from day one why did they not release this why did they let the public and the media spin

00:06:39.920 an insane story a false narrative about what went place what went down because we have the footage

00:06:48.040 and you have had it the entire time

00:06:51.200 so for the latest update in get out of cities you know i've been saying this for a long time

00:07:01.220 probably over a year now and i'm just going to keep repeating it because some of you aren't

00:07:05.900 understanding it get out of cities just don't be there for the foreseeable future uh five years ten

00:07:12.640 years whatever it may be specifically large cities you know i'm an east coast guy myself and so i

00:07:19.500 understand that america's large cities on the east coast are large they're largely gone right they're

00:07:24.780 largely in a declining spiral it's getting worse it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better

00:07:32.140 you know when you talk about the west coast go you know take your pick seattle portland san francisco

00:07:37.620 los angeles right these are not places that you want to be i was just in denver it was horrific

00:07:42.640 uh chicago um downtown chicago i found to be actually was i thought was nice i mean these cities

00:07:48.560 let's say these cities don't have nice areas in them but it's all that happens around them washington dc

00:07:54.500 um not to not breaking any news here but i'll just say that we are working on our escape plan it'll be

00:08:00.360 for me since navy intelligence sent me to washington dc um almost 10 years ago it was a 2012

00:08:07.300 when i was first stationed at navy intelligence and then um you know it'll be 10 years in in april

00:08:15.480 here so just a couple of months away from 10 years in dc and we're working on our escape plan we don't

00:08:20.400 live in the city proper obviously i'm not going to talk about where i live uh actually but let's talk

00:08:26.140 about new york city on new york city all of course has an election today it looks as though eric adams

00:08:31.440 the democrat candidate will be elected and become the next mayor of new york so we'll see how that plays

00:08:36.620 out but look at the headline from this is in the daily mail it's also been corroborated cnn

00:08:42.900 new york post new york daily news everywhere else in the new york papers 18 new york city fire

00:08:49.060 companies are out of 300 out of service after firefighters are sent home for refusing to comply

00:08:58.040 with the vaccine mandate and 2300 2 300 firefighters in new york city have called out sick 5 000 new york

00:09:08.600 police department unvaccinated cops have filed exemptions to keep their jogs and de blasio's

00:09:14.100 covid jab mandate creates emt havoc so you're talking about uh people being sent home you're

00:09:22.280 talking about people calling out doing sick outs what's that for it's because of vaccine mandates

00:09:26.700 now we're talking about new york city your fire department your police department think of

00:09:33.300 everything that the police officers and the police departments around this country have gone through

00:09:38.220 in the last 18 months the last two years right they've been under attack there has been a political

00:09:45.320 campaign waged against law enforcement in this country they are trying to shut it down they are

00:09:52.840 trying to remove it they are literally in the city of mannyapolis trying to shut down the police

00:09:57.160 department and create this new uh public safety department which is going to include social workers

00:10:03.680 and uh mental health counselors that are sent out to all of these different you know situations but

00:10:09.740 when it comes down to it when your house is burning down you don't need a social worker you need a

00:10:15.500 firefighter so these are the people and god bless god bless every single one of them and the fact that

00:10:22.240 we have people that are willing that are willing that when they see a burning building when they see

00:10:29.400 a situation where people are in danger they are willing to go in and to help listen to this video

00:10:37.040 that came out just recently talking about all this six on the deadline vaccination uh mandate

00:10:43.540 and members of new york city firefighters a fire department are being put on leave without pay

00:10:48.360 uh we're not clear what the numbers are we're not entirely clear uh how many fire companies will be closed

00:10:54.640 today we're expecting uh dozens we're hoping fire department is not uh it's a part but it's very

00:11:01.020 hard to say this time um you know we're here today because of a mandate that was put on the you know

00:11:07.020 our members but also on all new york city employees given nine days to make a life-changing decision

00:11:12.940 on their career or whether or not they can take a vaccine and we're going to live with the aftermath

00:11:17.040 of this right now you have it right there the president of the uniformed firefighters association

00:11:22.900 these families remember it's not just the firefighters it's the families the spouses

00:11:29.200 the children that know that when they go to work they can be put in a situation where they're putting

00:11:35.620 their lives on the line for other people so god bless them for existing and god bless them for being

00:11:41.800 there for other people this is the type of person you want to support this is the type of family that

00:11:48.820 society should always support you've got to support the working families the working men and women of

00:11:55.280 this country because without them everything stops you don't have truckers you don't have products on

00:12:01.960 your shelves you don't have firefighters you have buildings burning down and you don't have police

00:12:06.080 officer as well you see what's going on in major cities right now when they're pulling back the police

00:12:11.240 and that's why i say as the as long as this goes on as long as this campaign of insanity goes on in our

00:12:17.800 cities against um against these first responders get out get out of cities

00:13:01.740 shopping done don't worry about it don't put it off just go to mypillow.com use promo code poso you

00:13:17.320 it's absolutely amazing thank you for supporting us go use mypillow.com promo code poso this story

00:13:23.320 and i saw this on zero hedge when it's it's a write-up of a wall street journal investigative

00:13:27.340 report this is absolutely insane here's the headline u.s trained afghan spies and special forces

00:13:35.420 are joining isis for protection against the taliban so you remember this right when we left 0.69

00:13:42.120 we had tony blinken of the administration and they promised they promised us they promised us

00:13:47.960 that they would be so kind and they wouldn't do anything and they wouldn't lay a hair wouldn't lay

00:13:53.760 a finger on the hair of any single member uh of the people that had worked with the united states and

00:13:59.320 of course we we cut and left them there we left us citizens there listen to what tony blinken said at

00:14:03.660 the time about the taliban was we said we continue our intensive diplomacy with allies and partners

00:14:08.660 we initiated a statement joined by more than half the world's countries over 100 countries as well

00:14:15.080 as the united nations security council resolution setting out the international community's expectations

00:14:20.020 of a taliban-led government we expect the taliban to ensure freedom of travel to make good on its

00:14:26.580 commitments on counterterrorism to uphold the basic rights of the afghan people including women girls

00:14:32.460 and minorities to name a broadly representative permanent government to force wear reprisals

00:14:38.420 the legitimacy and support the taliban seeks from the international community will depend on its

00:14:45.220 conduct so that was then this is now many former national afghan forces who are now being hunted by

00:14:52.880 the taliban after their u.s military backers withdrew from the country in august are turning to

00:14:59.260 the islamic state for protection new investigative wall street journal report finds also among those

00:15:05.920 joining the ranks of isis in afghanistan or isis k khorasan are members of afghan's u.s afghanistan's

00:15:12.860 u.s trained intelligence service the number of defectors joining the terrorist group is relatively

00:15:17.620 small but growing according to people who know these men to former afghan security officials into the

00:15:23.200 taliban though this is happening in small numbers and is described as a move out of desperation

00:15:27.800 it could be a huge boon to isis k's capital capabilities given u.s trained intelligence

00:15:33.240 members bring their expertise and capabilities with them to the terrorist group critics of the

00:15:38.000 biden administration's afghan exit fiasco have long warned that left behind u.s assets will be swooped up

00:15:43.760 by terror groups if you understand anything about human nature if you understand stand anything about

00:15:49.680 human motivation incentives all of this this was the most predictable outcome for anyone looking at

00:15:58.200 this situation if you have a u.s trained unit that means they trained with america that means the

00:16:04.200 taliban views you as the enemy well you didn't get brought out you didn't get brought to safety you

00:16:09.820 haven't been brought to any of our partner nations in the area where you can actually do something

00:16:13.460 uh good so instead you were left behind left to cut and left high and dry by the biden administration

00:16:21.900 so who's the taliban's biggest serious enemy yes there's the the you know the the tigers of the

00:16:31.160 panjir right up in uh up in panjir province but they haven't been able to field a serious resistance

00:16:39.660 effort but they know you know who else is out there is isis k and the taliban and isis k have been

00:16:46.220 locked in battle for a long time so if you're someone who's also being hunted down by isis k or excuse

00:16:53.480 me hunted down by the taliban where are you going to go you're going to go to isis k and that's exactly

00:16:59.220 what these people are doing and they're cashing out from their chips from everything they were taught

00:17:04.680 the training the expertise that they were given by the united states and the afghan intel service

00:17:11.560 and the data and the biometrics and the tactics and the methods that the americans and everyone

00:17:17.200 else gave them for all those years and then put them in the situation where they left them behind

00:17:22.300 what did you think they were going to do and this is why ladies and gentlemen we have to stop

00:17:28.480 messing around in that part of the world

00:17:31.660 kim kardashian does not run our justice system and neither does dr phil yet over the course of the

00:17:43.860 past few years those two have been interjecting themselves in a number of murder cases around the

00:17:51.560 country trying to sway public officials to their narrative and they're doing this with alongside a

00:17:57.860 group called the innocence project who's very tied in with powerful executives at netflix and powerful

00:18:04.220 democrat operatives this situation right this situation threatens to overturn our system of law

00:18:12.340 well in bostrup county texas just outside of austin a case involving a man named rodney reed who was

00:18:19.940 convicted of rape and murder all the way back in a case that began 1996 against a teenage girl named

00:18:27.560 stacy steitz they've been trying to get him off of death row a judge just came out and said that all

00:18:34.260 of these claims do not amount to anything and that he should not be given a new trial that the case was

00:18:41.780 handled properly and that even with all of these new claims made by kardashian and dr phil and the

00:18:49.000 innocence project all the people coming out he needs to remain convicted listen to an interview that was

00:18:57.460 given by the sister of the victim what leads you to believe that reed is guilty of stite's murder

00:19:04.480 um i think that what the celebrities that knows is the entire story that rodney reed has a history

00:19:12.560 uh physical and sexual violence against women um they keep saying well he hasn't been uh found guilty

00:19:19.660 in these other cases but those women still have stories and to tell them that what happened to them 0.99

00:19:25.400 um doesn't matter because they didn't get their day in court it's an atrocity of justice

00:19:30.380 what's your response though to people who say the new witnesses should be heard and the new

00:19:37.220 evidence presented before deciding whether reed lives or dies um i do think that the evidence needs

00:19:45.260 to be heard um at no point do we want to deny him the full extent of of the justice system um however i

00:19:54.660 i don't put a lot of faith in people that come out uh two decades later and have sudden memories um

00:20:01.640 i always wonder where were these people during that first year when there was a 50 000 reward by

00:20:06.880 hcb and if they had information they could have come forward with it i see on the day reed was

00:20:13.920 scheduled to be executed you released a statement saying in part today we start fighting back to get

00:20:19.980 justice for all of rodney reed's victims what do you have planned um just to speak out more like this

00:20:28.440 i reached out to the other victims and told them that um i apologize that we hadn't spoken out

00:20:35.420 sooner but um the violence against women is not acceptable we've made so much progress with the

00:20:40.760 me too movement and these women are saying rodney reed assaulted me too rodney reed raped me too

00:20:45.580 and if no one else is going to stand up and be a boy for those women i will

00:20:49.520 certainly there are many perspectives on this case and we thank you so much for taking the time to share

00:20:56.140 yours as of now no new hearings have been set for when new evidence will be reviewed but you can

00:21:03.020 count on spectrum news to continue to follow this story to talk to people on both sides of it and to

00:21:07.980 bring you the very latest deborah thank you so much for taking the time and thank you so much for joining

00:21:12.700 us for this interview now more news and weather now you won't hear the sister of the victim on kim

00:21:18.300 kardashian or dr phil because they won't give her a voice they instead give a voice to this monster

00:21:25.260 who has committed an entire crusade of crimes against women they'll give him a voice well justice

00:21:34.220 prevailed in austin texas because the judge looked at this and despite these claims said no we are going

00:21:41.100 to go with the justice system we are not going to go with dr phil and kim kardashian really huge show

00:21:47.660 today make sure you share this one out if you're going to share an episode out share this one with

00:21:51.580 your normie friends that information the footage and go watch the video version of this you can find

00:22:25.260 happening in our country but before we go it's time for today's moment of history today in france 1789

00:22:33.900 the french government during the revolution confiscated all of the churches in france and turned

00:22:40.540 them into temples of reason and they tried to dethrone god but we are not letting them dethrone god here

00:22:48.140 in the united states because we still believe in him and we still believe that we are endowed by our

00:22:53.100 creator ladies and gentlemen you have my permission to lay ashore
