00:01:28.320 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. Huge, huge story today, so lock yourselves in.

00:01:38.000 First up, Biden says at a town hall that police and military members who refuse the vaccine should be fired.

00:01:46.080 Next up, Thomas Massey totally grilled A.G. Garland on the events of Jan 6.

00:01:51.300 Third, a grand jury is now working on subpoenas for Fusion GPS and others. This is under John Durham.

00:01:57.540 And fourth, we're going to get into it, the Alec Baldwin on-set killing of the cinematographer and the shooting of the director.

00:02:05.480 All this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:02:07.040 So at a town hall last night, Joe Biden, CNN, Anderson Cooper, right? A very, very hard-hitting town hall, of course.

00:02:25.220 CNN, Anderson Cooper, yeah. That's exactly where Joe Biden's going to go to get the real serious questions.

00:02:30.480 But in all honesty, listen to the answer that he gave when Anderson Cooper actually did ask him about this freedom flu, the thing that's been going on, this idea.

00:02:40.700 And we've been talking about it here on this program.

00:02:42.500 We got a trending number one on Twitter about people calling out from their jobs because they don't want to, and I've called it this, they don't want to submit to medical tyranny.

00:02:51.840 And the fact that he's cracked down on some of the people who are the absolute backbone of this country, right?

00:02:58.240 Our airline workers, our police, our firefighters, our military members.

00:03:03.480 Listen to what Joe Biden said about those people.

00:03:06.580 As many as one in three emergency responders in some cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, right here in Baltimore, are refusing to comply with city vaccine mandates.

00:03:17.540 I'm wondering where you stand on that.

00:03:19.140 Should police officers, emergency responders be mandated to get vaccines?

00:03:24.120 And if not, should they be stay at home or let go?

00:03:27.540 Yes and yes.

00:03:28.280 By the way, I waited until July to talk about mandating because I tried everything else possible.

00:03:44.620 The mandates are working.

00:03:46.800 All the stuff about people leaving and people, goodness, you have everyone from United Airlines to spirit.

00:03:53.520 All these airlines, we're not going to get all, 96, 97% of the people have gotten the vaccine.

00:04:00.480 All the talk about all these folks who are going to leave the military if they're mandated.

00:04:05.320 Not true.

00:04:05.920 You got about a 90 some percent vaccination rate.

00:04:09.300 I mean, so there's a, the idea is that, look, the two things that concern me.

00:04:17.100 One are those who just try to make this a political issue.

00:04:20.780 Freedom. 1.00

00:04:21.180 I have the freedom to kill you with my COVID. 1.00

00:04:25.920 No, I mean, come on. 1.00

00:04:26.960 Freedom.

00:04:29.160 Number one.

00:04:30.340 Number two.

00:04:31.940 The second one is that, you know, the, the gross misinformation that's out there.

00:04:37.180 Listen to that.

00:04:38.240 The sneering avatar of a failed, decrepit aristocracy.

00:04:45.000 That's Joe Biden.

00:04:46.860 Your freedom.

00:04:47.640 He, he spits the word out, freedom.

00:04:50.680 Like it fits, you know, it sticks in his craw.

00:04:53.420 It gets kind of stuck there.

00:04:55.220 He doesn't care about this stuff.

00:04:57.100 This guy, now, first of all, he's a complete empty suit.

00:04:59.460 But I want to be very clear that after 50 years of working in Washington, D.C., all that President Biden, and when he was Senator Biden, for all those years, all he's done is become more and more entrenched in the elite political class of this country.

00:05:17.780 And you hear that in his words, you hear that because he doesn't even think it's authoritarianism.

00:05:22.920 He just thinks that you should shut up and take it.

00:05:25.640 He thinks that you should shut up, obey, roll over, and get what's coming to you, what he's decided.

00:05:33.200 See, this is the problem, right?

00:05:34.560 And I've said all along, if you want to go take the vaccine, go ahead.

00:05:39.400 It's a free country, right?

00:05:40.940 Now, I've talked about my personal issues with it.

00:05:43.460 I've talked about it from a pro-life perspective.

00:05:45.300 I've also talked about it from a medical perspective, trying to understand why it is that somebody who has natural immunity, like I do, should be forced to take this thing.

00:05:53.000 Now, fortunately, I haven't been in any position where I've been forced to take it.

00:05:55.800 But my heart does go out to people who are because imagine putting somebody like that in that kind of position where you have to decide whether or not you can put food on the table for your family, for your kids, or have to go up against your own religious beliefs, your own personally held beliefs.

00:06:14.320 And by the way, people who have pre-existing conditions, but for whatever reason, they're not being granted these medical exemptions.

00:06:22.700 And we've heard story after story after story of this.

00:06:25.800 Because they say, oh, it doesn't matter.

00:06:27.840 Oh, it doesn't matter, right?

00:06:29.760 And we've played the audio so many times of doctors telling people, well, like the Army soldier that we played last week.

00:06:36.320 And she said, I have a medical condition that's making me have to leave the military.

00:06:41.300 Certainly, that should be something that would also prevent me from taking the vaccine shot, right?

00:06:45.100 No, no.

00:06:46.420 Not only that, they took away her medical retirement, even though underlying all of it, they didn't fix the medical issue that she had, obviously.

00:06:56.260 This is medical tyranny.

00:06:58.720 Joe Biden just said what he thinks of all of you, what he thinks of the deplorables.

00:07:03.000 And it's the same thing the CCP thinks of the Lao Baixing, the old hundred names, the people of China, the same way they think of the people of America.

00:07:11.940 You have a 1% in this country, the same way they have 1% in China.

00:07:16.960 This is the fight.

00:07:18.360 It's not left-right.

00:07:19.840 It's up-down.

00:07:21.120 We need to end this.

00:07:23.200 And that is why populism is on the rise in America today.

00:07:27.240 Yesterday on The Hill, Thomas Massey, among other congressmen, grilled AG Merrick Garland over numerous issues that are going on at the Department of Justice.

00:07:41.700 But one of the most salient things that was asked, and really one of the things that makes Thomas Massey just stand out as any legislator, but also just a voice in this country, was that he asked Garland a very specific question about the events of January 6th.

00:07:56.620 Were there federal plants, informants, handlers, officers that were working and had infiltrated either the militias or members of the crowd in January 6th or prior to January 6th leading up to it?

00:08:15.660 Listen to what Merrick Garland said.

00:08:17.260 Agents of the government or assets of the government present on January 5th and January 6th during the protests.

00:08:24.980 And I've got some pictures that I want to show you, if my staff could bring those to you.

00:08:35.360 I'm going to put it out there.

00:08:36.760 I'm probably going to go to jail.

00:08:38.820 Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol.

00:08:42.540 Into the Capitol.

00:08:45.240 I'm afraid I can't see that at all.

00:08:47.060 He's moving!

00:08:49.220 Then!

00:08:49.660 Then!

00:08:50.320 Then!

00:08:50.820 Then!

00:08:51.320 Then!

00:08:51.400 Then!

00:08:51.920 Then!

00:08:52.460 Then!

00:08:53.020 Then!

00:08:53.560 Then!

00:08:54.040 Then!

00:08:54.520 He's moving!

00:08:56.740 OK, folks.

00:08:58.200 Number one, as soon as the firm has done speaking, we go to the Capitol.

00:09:02.680 The Capitol disconnected.

00:09:04.020 Jack, is that a crude video?

00:09:07.200 He's moving!

00:09:08.440 He's moving!

00:09:09.280 We're on the car!

00:09:11.600 It's that direction!

00:09:12.740 He's moving!

00:09:13.500 He's moving!

00:09:14.000 He's moving!

00:09:14.240 He's moving!

00:09:15.120 All right, you have those images there, and they're captioned.

00:09:20.200 They were from January 5th and January 6th.

00:09:23.640 As far as we can determine, the individual who was saying he'll probably go to jail,

00:09:28.560 he'll probably be arrested, but they need to go into the Capitol the next day,

00:09:34.480 is then the next day directing people to the Capitol.

00:09:37.620 And as far as we can find, this individual has not been charged with anything.

00:09:41.060 You said this is one of the most sweeping investigations in history.

00:09:45.820 Have you seen that video or those frames from that video?

00:09:50.440 So as I said at the outset, one of the norms of the Justice Department is to not comment on impending investigations

00:09:58.900 and particularly not to comment about particular scenes or particular individuals.

00:10:04.880 Okay, I was hoping today to give you an opportunity to put to rest the concerns that people have,

00:10:11.580 that there were federal agents or assets of the federal government present on January 5th and January 6th.

00:10:18.100 Can you tell us, without talking about particular incidents or particular videos,

00:10:22.600 how many agents or assets of the federal government were present on January 6th,

00:10:26.620 whether they agitated to go into the Capitol and if any of them did?

00:10:31.120 So I'm not going to violate this norm of the rule of law.

00:10:35.960 I'm not going to comment on an investigation that's ongoing.

00:10:38.960 Now, what Massey's getting at here is very important because we saw the exact same thing,

00:10:44.200 and BuzzFeed has reported this regarding the Gretchen Whitmer plot of last year,

00:10:48.920 that the entire thing was an entrapment operation by the FBI against these militia groups,

00:10:55.620 who in many cases are affiliated with the Boogaloo movement.

00:10:58.240 The Boogaloo movement is predominantly anarchist, anti-government extremists.

00:11:03.880 One of the things that was actually mentioned, but very completely overlooked,

00:11:08.460 almost completely and absolutely overlooked by the mainstream media,

00:11:11.140 is that not only did they want to target Gretchen Whitmer, but you also had Governor Whitmer,

00:11:15.620 but you also had people talking about then-President Trump and targeting him.

00:11:19.600 So you have a group here, and I talk about this in my book, Antifa, Stories from Inside the Black Bloc,

00:11:25.320 where they themselves are on the anarchist spectrum,

00:11:29.420 but they come to it from a place of wanting personal, extreme personal liberty,

00:11:35.560 not from a left-wing perspective.

00:11:37.640 They come from an extreme right perspective,

00:11:40.360 But you'll also see members of this group, this former group that seems to have completely disappeared since 2020, by the way,

00:11:46.940 also supporting BLM, also supporting Antifa, at times actually being on the ground, in the streets, marching with Antifa.

00:11:56.140 And then, of course, we also had reports that members of the Boogaloo were involved in January 6.

00:12:02.000 There's actually a Reuters report that talked about this after the time, where they claimed that they were there.

00:12:06.440 And yet, when you look at the dockets in any of this stuff, none of it ever seems to come out.

00:12:11.760 So the question, the real question becomes, for Merrick Garland,

00:12:15.560 why is it that you can't answer all the information about what was going on that day?

00:12:20.860 I want a full investigation of this, by the way.

00:12:23.540 I'm someone who said, that's fine if you want to have this commission and you want to do everything else,

00:12:27.540 you want to crack this open and find out everything that actually took place that day.

00:12:31.180 But you can't do that if you're going to make it partisan and you're going to make it political.

00:12:35.520 Let's have a serious, authoritative investigation.

00:12:39.940 Let's go through every bit of the communications.

00:12:42.560 Let's go through what went wrong with the security posture.

00:12:45.400 Why weren't there National Guard there?

00:12:47.420 Why weren't there any more defenses at the Capitol?

00:12:49.860 Why weren't any of these things done when they were asked for?

00:12:53.400 Who was it that told the Capitol Police not to beef up security?

00:12:57.800 Who was it that shot down National Guard? 0.77

00:13:00.060 And if the FBI had any prior knowledge or any of these prior individuals involved with the FBI

00:13:07.060 that were working in one of these militia groups, the American people deserve to know.

00:13:13.280 This is something that obviously one party in this country has made very important

00:13:18.460 and the media has not stopped talking about since it happened.

00:13:21.240 So fine, let's talk about it.

00:13:23.040 But give us all the facts the American people deserve to know.

00:13:31.960 So we've got a new article drop from my good friend, Technofog.

00:13:36.920 Now, Technofog is someone that if you don't follow them, you really need to.

00:13:41.100 This is someone who works in the legal field.

00:13:43.680 He keeps his identity mostly, I would say mostly, anonymous.

00:13:49.540 I know who he is, but of course, we're not going to talk about it.

00:13:51.540 But he uses it anonymously.

00:13:53.400 He did post some wedding pictures, though, you know, recently.

00:13:55.960 So, you know, you probably could figure out what's going on there.

00:13:58.940 But just posted a new article all about CrowdStrike, Fusion GPS,

00:14:04.760 and what John Durham is now looking into.

00:14:07.140 So I highly recommend go to Technofog's Substack and check this out.

00:14:11.040 Here's what he has.

00:14:11.700 A new filing in the Michael Sussman case has revealed the depth of special counsel John Durham's investigation.

00:14:17.580 It doesn't look good for former lawyer and former Perkins Coie member Sussman

00:14:21.720 or for the group that pushed the Alpha Bank hoax.

00:14:25.520 Durham has filed an opposition to Michael Sussman's motion for a bill of particulars.

00:14:30.480 All right.

00:14:30.900 What's really remarkable about it is that it discloses the volumes of evidence

00:14:35.180 that has already been produced to Sussman and the number of entities and people Durham has subpoenaed.

00:14:40.980 Listen to this.

00:14:41.700 According to the filing, Durham has produced more than 6,000 documents comprising approximately 81,000 pages.

00:14:49.700 This includes, among others, political organizations, a university, university researchers, an investigative firm, and numerous companies.

00:14:59.300 So let's decipher this.

00:15:00.300 So here's Technofog, and this is, I'm just reading what his assessment is of the situation.

00:15:06.400 Political organizations likely refer to the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign slash Hillary for America.

00:15:12.400 A university most likely is Georgia Tech.

00:15:15.280 University researchers is the team involved in the Alpha Bank hoax.

00:15:18.800 The investigative firm Fusion GPS.

00:15:21.260 Numerous companies, the companies involved with Rodney Jaffa and Tech Executive One.

00:15:26.140 All right, what all is going on here?

00:15:29.260 Listen to Kash Patel describe this situation in a clip from the plot against the president, a film made by Amanda Milius, that included myself, and many, many others that came out last year.

00:15:40.440 And all of these things sort of started coming together in a very unusual fashion.

00:15:44.160 I said, Devin, we're following the money, and I'm going to tell you right now that the DNC and Hillary paid for this.

00:15:49.040 It was 9 a.m. on a weekday, and he literally looks at me, he goes, Kash, if you're going to start drinking this morning, get out of my office.

00:15:55.480 It always goes back to the money, and it's the easiest thing to follow because you have to document it in some fashion or you've got to move it in some way.

00:16:03.460 We were able to, pursuant to the judge's authority, allow myself and one other colleague to visit bank's attorneys and review in closed session the records.

00:16:17.260 And we were not allowed to disclose it to anybody what we reviewed.

00:16:20.140 And then finally, on the eve of the ruling of the court, Fusion disclosed that Christopher Steele had been paid by the DNC themselves.

00:16:32.300 There were names that would eventually come out that were being paid by Fusion, names now that are public but at the time weren't Nellie Orr.

00:16:42.380 The wife of Brussor was being paid by Fusion GPS, we would come to learn to do Russian intelligence information gathering and then submit it to the FBI.

00:16:54.880 We were able to figure out that the attorneys, Perkins Coie, were the attorneys for the DNC.

00:17:03.140 Nellie had been working, Brussor's wife, had been working for Fusion GPS.

00:17:06.800 The folks that Perkins Coie paid $10 million to and then they took that $10 million and paid Christopher Steele $168,000 to dig up dirt.

00:17:16.420 They paid Nellie Orr, I think, $50,000 to do her research against the president and his daughter.

00:17:21.580 And they fed all of that directly to the bureau who then used it in the FISA and in the investigation.

00:17:28.480 Now what Techno gets into is also pointing out the fact that this group spoofed the data.

00:17:35.020 They actually spoofed traffic and they've got this, Durham's got this, in the investigation, that they faked it up to make it look like this bank was communicating with a server in that tower.

00:17:46.240 They made it up.

00:17:47.480 He also questions then why was it that it was the same firm, Perkins Coie, and many of the same lawyers, including potentially Sussman, that brought in CrowdStrike to investigate the original hack that went on.

00:18:03.020 What he says is, what if CrowdStrike was a patsy there to unknowingly reach a false conclusion based on information provided to them by Perkins Coie?

00:18:12.680 Because you have to look at the situation.

00:18:14.240 If they were providing false information on Alpha Bank, could they potentially have been providing false information before to seek political ends?

00:18:23.160 Durham, hopefully, let us know.

00:18:29.000 Now this last segment, this is a breaking story.

00:18:32.300 This is something that's very new, so we're still going through the information.

00:18:35.600 But before we get into that, I want to remind everybody, go to the Turning Point USA YouTube channel.

00:18:41.520 Subscribe to us there.

00:18:42.720 You've got great shows like this one, like Turning Point Live.

00:18:46.000 We also have Smash, which comes on after us.

00:18:48.880 It's a huge, huge just commentary on breaking through the liberal indoctrinations.

00:18:54.200 We also have Breakaway, but it's going to be starting up pretty soon after this as its own show.

00:18:58.780 That's just awesome, very cool.

00:19:00.280 John Root hosts it, and it's all sports.

00:19:02.520 It's all sports talk, but without any of the woke nonsense that seems to be on all the other channels.

00:19:07.580 Let's get into the story.

00:19:08.360 Actually, Alec Baldwin, what happened on that movie set?

00:19:14.900 The latest out of the Daily Mail.

00:19:16.880 Prop Masters Union claims Alec Baldwin fired a live round at the cinematographer on the set of the movie

00:19:22.500 that was staffed with a local New Mexico crew.

00:19:25.500 Actor asked, quote,

00:19:26.620 Why was I handed a hot gun after accidentally killing her and wounding the film's director?

00:19:34.760 Let's watch a clip from Reuters.

00:19:36.140 Actor Alec Baldwin accidentally killed a cinematographer on set of an indie film titled Rust after firing a prop gun on Thursday.

00:19:44.320 That's according to authorities who say he also wounded the film's director, Joel Sosa.

00:19:48.960 Police in New Mexico confirmed in a statement, quote,

00:19:53.480 Two individuals were shot on the set of Rust,

00:19:56.540 Helena Hutchins, 42, director of photography, and Joel Sosa, 48, director.

00:20:02.920 Authorities added that Hutchins was flown by helicopter to the University of New Mexico Hospital,

00:20:07.960 where she was pronounced dead.

00:20:10.480 Sosa was taken to a different regional medical center to undergo treatment for his injuries.

00:20:15.240 The severity of those injuries is not immediately known.

00:20:18.900 Variety reported the fatal incident happened at the Bonanza Creek Ranch in New Mexico,

00:20:23.560 a popular production location south of Santa Fe.

00:20:26.980 Security at the film's set confirmed it is on lockdown.

00:20:30.620 No charges have been filed related to the incident,

00:20:33.080 but police said they are investigating the shooting.

00:20:36.140 Baldwin's representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

00:20:40.120 Now, of course, if anyone who's been following these types of incidents in the past knows

00:20:43.760 that on Hollywood sets there have been problems in the past with the use of prop guns.

00:20:48.520 And by the way, prop gun just means a gun that's brought in as a prop.

00:20:51.640 So you could have a real gun, you could have a dummy gun, you could have a rubber gun,

00:20:54.940 you could have a gun that's plugged right to the barrel, it can't fire, etc., etc.

00:20:58.440 There's a whole range of this.

00:21:00.460 And because of incidents in the past, like it happened to Brandon Lee, who was Bruce Lee's son,

00:21:04.580 there's been a lot of regulations put into place here.

00:21:06.920 We need a full investigation to understand what went wrong.

00:21:11.700 A tweet up from Adam Baldwin.

00:21:14.260 If you're pointing a weapon at anyone on set without permission from the armorer,

00:21:19.900 director, and first assistant director,

00:21:22.060 then you should be reprimanded for the first offense and fired for the second.

00:21:25.400 If you do so and harm or kill someone, you should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

00:21:30.740 Next, Robbie Starbuck, who is himself a director.

00:21:33.180 I would be surprised if this doesn't end with manslaughter charges for one if not two people,

00:21:37.060 the person responsible for the faulty blanks, if that's what was fired,

00:21:39.740 and the person who shot the victims.

00:21:41.800 Alec, as an actor, has safety protocols that, if adhered to, should prevent this.

00:21:45.540 Look, folks, I'll say this from having been in the military, from having been around firearms for most of my life.

00:21:51.460 The first rule of gun safety is treat every gun as if it were loaded.

00:21:59.940 That is rule number one.

00:22:02.180 Lots of other rules, right?

00:22:03.320 Always aim your gun downrange, et cetera, et cetera.

00:22:05.480 But treat every gun at all times.

00:22:08.960 Even if somebody checked it before they handed it to you and you saw them check it, you check it again.

00:22:14.060 Check everywhere.

00:22:16.220 Check this magazine.

00:22:17.440 Check the chamber.

00:22:18.520 Check the slide.

00:22:19.160 Check everything.

00:22:19.700 You need to be careful about this.

00:22:23.440 And we demand a full investigation.

00:22:26.540 All right.

00:22:27.040 That closes out another week here for Human Events Daily.

00:22:48.120 Support American workers.

00:22:49.040 But first, before we go, today's moment of history.

00:22:52.220 October 22, 1962, JFK delivered his Cuban Missile Crisis address to the American people,

00:23:01.480 explaining that the Soviet Union had placed ballistic missiles on the island of Cuba

00:23:06.900 and could potentially be escalating a nuclear strike on Western nations.

00:23:13.780 Folks, that is why we need America to be strong so that America can always be safe.

00:23:21.820 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission.

00:23:24.400 I'll lay ashore.
