00:00:54.520Well, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is in the hospital in critical but stable condition in Florida this morning.
00:01:01.440A spokesperson not disclosing the 81-year-old's illness, although he has had past health battles.
00:01:08.140Two U.S. soldiers are currently missing in Morocco this morning.
00:01:12.100An anonymous source tells CBS that the pair were off duty when they fell off a cliff and into the ocean.
00:01:18.200They're stationed in Morocco as part of a training exercise with several African nations.
00:01:22.420Tonight, pressure is mounting for ABC and Disney after an unprecedented move by the FCC ordering all eight Disney-owned local stations at major cities across the country to file early license renewals years before their expiration.
00:01:37.060If the renewals are not granted, they would lose their ability to broadcast.
00:01:41.100The FCC has been investigating Disney, the parent company of ABC, over its DEI policy since last year.
00:01:47.360A source with knowledge of the matter tells NBC News that Kimmel's recent comments
00:01:51.700about the first lady will now be part of the review.
00:01:54.500The suspect in the White House Correspondent Association dinner shooting expected back
00:01:58.620in court today after being taken off suicide watch.
00:02:01.560Slightly different than the last administration.
00:02:08.020President Donald Trump approved a major oil pipeline project from Canada into the United
00:02:12.280States, reviving an initiative from his first term that the Biden administration canceled.
00:02:16.900The project, informally dubbed Keystone Light, is seen as a scaled-down successor to the controversial Keystone XL pipeline.
00:02:24.440The Supreme Court is restoring access to the abortion bill by mail after two drug companies filed an emergency appeal.
00:02:31.700Mifepristone has been approved as safe and effective by the FDA since 2000.
00:02:36.100It's used in about two-thirds of U.S. abortions and commonly used to prevent complications from miscarriages.
00:02:41.600Friday, a federal appeals court ruled doctors could no longer prescribe Mifepristone by mail or telemedicine while a legal challenge plays out.
00:02:48.860Now the Supreme Court is blocking that lower court's ruling, allowing patients to maintain their access.
00:02:54.600Speaking news out of the Middle East now, as missile alerts went out in the United Arab Emirates for the first time since the ceasefire began.
00:03:01.980The defense ministry says missiles were fired from Iran and three were intercepted.
00:03:06.720This, as President Trump's new efforts to guide stranded ships through the Strait of Hormuz
00:03:11.240are underway, with Iran promising an aggressive response.
00:03:18.060This edition of Human Events Daily, we're here live on Real America's Voice. Today is May 4th,
00:03:23.4802026, Anno Domini. Well, just within the past hour or so, we've seen multiple waves of strikes
00:03:30.360on the United Arab Emirates, just across the Strait of Hormuz from Iran.
00:03:36.720That port that was struck, the Fujairah port, is a key oil port, a pipeline port for the UAE.
00:03:43.520That's where they're able to get their pipeline supplies from inside the Gulf and across a potential alternate vector to the UAE, or excuse me, to the Strait of Hormuz for the UAE.
00:03:55.520So they're able to get their pipeline supplies to cargo vessels there in the port.
00:04:01.360However, of course, it's nowhere near the amount of volume that this trade of Hormuz itself would be able to sustain.
00:04:09.640So the UAE had been trying to get that across.
00:04:13.340Now, now Iran has seemingly responded with an attack on that port.
00:04:19.940We'll see what comes of that since then.
00:04:22.260We're also hearing reports that Iran fired on ships.
00:04:25.260Of course, President Trump himself has multiple truth socials up talking about this and says that Iran fired on third party nations.
00:04:33.640I believe it was South Korea was one of the ones he was talking about, potentially some others.
00:04:39.160There have now been six plus one, so seven gunboats, Iranian IRGC small boats that have been attacked in retaliation.
00:04:46.620And the president has come out and said that those were destroyed.
00:04:50.300So a real test here, a real test on the ceasefire.
00:05:36.700what is going on now from the communication side
00:05:39.680between tehran and dc right now at this moment we're trying to monitor this for any breaking
00:05:45.980updates and specifically trying to figure out what's going on we did see a few u.s flag vessels
00:05:51.600successfully pass through the strait uh the ircc of course refused that uh oil prices rose stocks
00:05:58.260fell of course no surprises there and in lebanon the israeli military is conducting further strikes
00:06:05.660So a new evacuation order is now being put out there, and Hezbollah has continued to trade strikes with Israel during what we see as a fragile ceasefire, and there could be potentially more going.
00:06:18.120And so, folks, these situations are not going away on their own.
00:06:23.780They are festering, they are simmering, and we could see the outbreak of further strikes on Iran should this continue.
00:06:33.040Remember, we do still have two aircraft carriers that are in the region.
00:06:37.120We have the entire flotilla of the United States Naval Force there.
00:06:41.700And President Trump, should he make the decision, could start that as soon as possible.
00:09:20.060this is for all the moms grandmoms out there they deserve it you should be there for them
00:09:28.680so speaking of people who are always there for us someone who is always there and brings along with
00:09:36.320him the receipts is a man by the name of luke rosiak luke rosiak the investigative journalist
00:09:42.500over at daily wire luke how's it going man jack thanks for having me so so you you you like you
00:09:49.280go silent you fall off the radar you're off the map you're like going to ground and people are
00:09:53.940saying to me post so where's luke where's what's going on is he quit is he out of the game is he
00:09:58.500working at a wawa or something i said no no no no he's up to something i know that i know luke he's
00:10:04.420up to something tell us what you were doing for all this time uh well i've been going into medicaid
00:10:11.160data it's a huge thing that doge did they dropped this massive database not a lot of people have
00:10:16.300looked at yet, but it totally changes the game because it unlocks this whole sector of federal
00:10:21.020spending that we thought was off limits. They call it non-discretionary funding. So when we're
00:10:26.100trying to cut the budget, they're like, well, there's nothing to even touch in Medicaid.
00:10:29.260There's a ton to touch in Medicaid. And when you look at the Minnesota fraud, a lot of what
00:10:34.740happened there was Medicaid waivers. But they're also going on in red states, even red states like
00:10:40.580ohio where the newest thing is if you can believe it free butlers for somalis
00:10:46.440free butler wait wait you did that that that can't be real that's that's that's not actually
00:10:53.600a thing it sounds it sounds uh like it couldn't be real but they will send people to your home
00:11:00.040and they will clean for you cook for you um they'll even just provide companionship and
00:11:06.180conversation if they want that's the that's the best case is that we're getting free free butlers
00:11:11.240to Somalis the the worst case is that they are the butlers are the relatives of the other Somalis
00:11:17.540so what you're talking about here is just paying families to hang out with each other do normal
00:11:22.820things for each other maybe cook cook food for your family members like all human beings have
00:11:27.500done for all of eternity without demanding a paycheck from the government but that is what
00:11:32.360we're seeing Somalis in particular mastering is the art of exploiting federal programs at scale
00:11:39.440and taking programs that were based on trust and good faith, and then just setting the country on
00:11:45.580the course for bankruptcy by just draining them and insisting on getting paid for doing things
00:11:51.760that any human being, any decent human being would do for free. Like, you know, if your mom
00:11:56.680is getting a little old, you know, maybe vacuum for her once a week. And that's what we're talking
00:12:01.200about here it's called originally it was home home aids basically which were nurses and then
00:12:07.340they pushed it further and they have this category that medicaid calls personal services and this
00:12:12.480isn't medicine at all um but certain states including ohio have it and it a large portion
00:12:19.280of it i believe is fraud maybe 99 percent um certainly fraud and waste you know at best case
00:12:25.540it's a total waste um but i think some states maybe don't care because the feds are paying for
00:12:30.460it. So it's that other people's money problem. Yeah, it's a ridiculous program and it's wasteful,
00:12:35.560but hey, it's 70% of it's coming from the Fed. So who cares?
00:12:41.160So this is getting paid by the Fed. Now, where's the oversight? Where's the oversight that we're
00:12:45.900supposed to be looking into this? Obviously, we know that the vice president has come out
00:12:50.680and he's set up this new task force. And I'm certainly hoping that you
00:12:54.120have passed along your findings to them. Yeah, I'm really interested to see what JD Vance is
00:13:00.000going to do in his home state of Ohio. They've got this task force with Andrew Ferguson from
00:13:04.680the Federal Trade Commission. He's great too. The problem is this is a program where fraud is
00:13:10.040difficult to prove and that's inherent in the program. Anytime you're saying, well,
00:13:16.380something's going on in a private residence behind closed doors and you just send me a receipt and
00:13:21.480we'll pay it out. How do you prove that? How do you send somebody to jail and say, well, we know
00:13:26.100you didn't actually go to those different houses and serve as a butler for them um it's difficult
00:13:32.260to prove and so far they will get them here and there for example if they claim to have gone and
00:13:39.820helped out somebody but that person is also billing medicaid because they're in the hospital
00:13:43.580it's like well now we know you're a liar you were not at that person's house the person was in the
00:13:47.960hospital but what they'll do even then is like okay well just give us back the money for that
00:13:52.280one appointment and we keep taking these people's words for it um so i'm pretty skeptical on the
00:13:57.880anti-fraud approach i think it's kind of playing whack-a-mole i'm gonna have case studies rolling
00:14:02.620out in the daily wire every day this week with absurd examples like um you know there's this
00:14:08.000accountant that got his license taken away for stealing federal funds and then he started a
00:14:13.200home health care company using the address of a convicted money launderer's teenage son
00:14:18.140Like, it's like something out of a, you know, doofus comedy. But the government's like, yeah, that's fine. Have seven million dollars in Medicaid. So it's kind of absurd. It's clear nobody's looking at this stuff. The fact that they are all foreign does two things. I mean, it says something about low trust societies, but also it poses issues for enforcement when their people's names are Mohammed Ahmed and Ahmed Mohammed and Omar Omar.
00:14:42.600and they don't even have birthdays, they're all listed as being born January 1st, because I don't
00:14:47.160think they even know when they were born. How do you track that? How do you make sure it's the same
00:14:50.860person or not the same person who was previously banned from the program? How do you find out who
00:14:55.980their brother is and that they're actually hiding assets in their brother's name to get around
00:14:59.660rules? It poses all sorts of enforcement nightmares that I think itself would create an entire
00:15:04.720bureaucracy to police. So I say just get rid of this butler, what I call the butler code on
00:15:11.980Medicaid, which is personal services. I think maybe you can have nice things or you can have
00:15:17.220mass immigration from low-trust societies, but what Minnesota and Ohio have found is you can't
00:15:21.980have both. So I think if any grannies want somebody to come make them a can of soup once a week,
00:15:27.520their relatives are going to have to do that for free because we can't let what I saw in Columbus,
00:15:33.240we can't let this continue to go on. So you mentioned Columbus. What other parts of Ohio
00:15:39.880were you seeing this going on and what what areas is it most prevalent so when i was looking at the
00:15:44.280data my eye was immediately drawn to ohio first and then columbus in particular and that's all i
00:15:49.600focused on because it's like night and day okay um this is a program that's available statewide
00:15:54.200and yet people in the other parts of ohio they have old people too um but they don't feel the
00:16:00.800need to bill medicaid for it and in columbus and in particular in the immigrant communities on
00:16:05.960along this one road in Northeast Columbus,
00:17:04.560they have debts, they have outside businesses they're running at the same time, and they don't
00:17:09.020even pay their taxes. A lot of times they'll get 10 million bucks from the government and they
00:17:13.400won't even pay their taxes. So it is a bleak scene and it's actually displaced all the other
00:17:19.500industry in Columbus, in this one corner of Columbus where the Somalis live. You drive down
00:17:24.720the street and you won't see anything else. All the businesses have actually just been replaced
00:17:28.680by make work, billing the government for just doing ordinary human being things.
00:17:34.560And so it's really kind of sad in the same way that I guess, you know, welfare has led to fatherless homes.
00:17:41.080This kind of thing, paying Somalis to just hang out with their own families has led to there are no other jobs or businesses now because it's easier and more lucrative just to get paid for for hanging out with your family.
00:17:51.300no and unfortunately what it does is it takes money that was meant for working class folks
00:17:59.200like oh like ohioans who are there in the rust belt who are good people who are people who
00:18:04.980actually deserve it and it's hanging it over to people who weren't supposed to be in this country
00:18:10.000in the first place they were brought in through these various refugee programs they were then
00:18:14.960planted right there in Ohio, a state which Barack Obama and many other people like Minneapolis,
00:18:21.480like Minnesota, want to do flip from a swing state, try to make it blue. They're still trying
00:18:27.040to do that, by the way, and only because of Trump advance have they been able to pull it back.
00:18:32.140But they're doing this over and over in places all around the country. They're doing it in Maine
00:18:36.920as well with towns like Lewiston. Be right back here. Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily. We're
00:18:43.100We're also, of course, monitoring the breaking news out of the straight hormones here on the program.
00:24:55.100so so they're moving from place to place committing fraud i i remember i remember
00:25:03.380actually hearing something recently at the it was out of the uk and ireland where someone was
00:25:07.800there was this migrant who was it strikes me similar he was living in the uk but he would
00:25:12.200fly to ireland once a week to pick up his his paycheck because he's on the dole as they call
00:25:17.580it in ireland and he was then flying back to to london where he lived but nobody was actually
00:25:22.380checking it yeah i mean the government has its head in the sand on this i mean when i went to
00:25:28.300these places it was just so clear that like if you were in charge of the government you would
00:25:33.040never write a check to these people if you step foot in these buildings and you look them in the
00:25:37.060You would know for certain this is not on the up and up. This is not something that a reasonable person would spend money on. But it's clear that no one's checking. It's very difficult. This is why it's very difficult to keep track of the Ahmed Mohammeds and Mohammed Ahmeds. You know, I think they have a benefit. First of all, you and I don't get paid by the government a million dollars or $10 million a year.
00:26:02.420if we had bankruptcies and criminal records and tax liens, we sure wouldn't be allowed to just
00:26:09.260get government money. Like somehow these systems all break down for them. And I think it's either
00:26:14.680intentional or it's because they have certain benefits that we don't have. They have names
00:26:19.260that are difficult to track. They have the ability to send money abroad. They have the ability to
00:26:23.980leave the country if they really get in trouble. We don't, you know, you and I don't have a second
00:26:57.820Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you.
00:27:04.820Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do.
00:27:08.820You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting polices.
00:27:15.820I'm pretty sure I'm in danger. And I am going to leave.
00:27:22.820They just threw a rock in my face okay
00:28:19.900Hey, Jack. Yes, I am. Can you hear me?
00:28:22.820I can hear you just fine. So, so tell me first, are you okay?
00:28:27.080You know, um, mentally, no, I'll be honest about that. They have reached such a violent level.
00:28:34.420And I want to make it very clear that I believe that this suspect was trying to kill me that night.
00:28:39.140The individual ran at me full speed and threw a rock directly at my face from five feet away,
00:28:45.400as if he, as if he were on like a MLB pitching mound. And then he continued to pursue me.
00:28:51.240And I want to see charges. It's time that the DOJ steps in and starts prosecuting these people because they're only emboldened because Portland doesn't hold them accountable.
00:29:05.660So walk us through what happened that evening. Just tell us the story. You were, you know, you're out there for reporting. What was it that you were going to report on and how did the how did the evening escalate?
00:29:19.700right so I was actually undercover I was wearing my entire identity was concealed and I lasted for
00:29:27.640a very long time and I went in with a couple other people to report we were kind of watching
00:29:32.200each other's backs and all of a sudden when Portland police came in and started pushing
00:29:38.500the rioters out this guy named Chandler Patey he's the one who has the Antifa safe house he
00:29:43.840started yelling my name out pointing me that's Katie that's Katie we know what your fingers
00:29:48.720look like. So they somehow identified me by my hand when I was just trying to record. And this
00:29:55.260was a Mayday riot. Antifa mobilized to attack the federal facility again. And the federal police
00:30:03.760told them to vacate. There was criminal activity observed. And that's when local police came and
00:30:10.200pushed them out. But then they started calling me out. And I knew that once local police pulled
00:30:16.700back I was going to be in danger and so I was actually making my exit and that's why I walked
00:30:21.140back towards federal property and I was going to leave and then it was this complete coordinated
00:30:26.120attack against me and this one couple instigated all the violence they've been targeting me since
00:30:32.7402020 and they are Rose City Antifa I already we have that well documented throughout the years
00:30:38.340and I don't feel safe at all doing my job I am not going to go out there unless I have several
00:30:44.380security officers. But I just want to know why Antifa, it's a designated terrorist organization,
00:30:50.660why they are still allowed to mobilize in the first place to attack. It doesn't make any sense
00:30:56.000to me. I know that President Trump agrees with us. He wants Antifa taken down. This isn't on
00:31:02.680President Trump. It's on his team. They need to start taking more aggressive action because
00:31:06.900they're at the point where they're killing people. Well, Katie, you and I were, of course,
00:31:13.340sitting right next to each other in President Trump's roundtable on political violence,
00:31:19.460left-wing political violence, and you were there with a black eye from the last time that you had
00:31:24.960been assaulted in one of these situations. Now you have been hit again. Do you feel like
00:31:32.580the federal government is doing everything it needs to do about these groups?
00:31:37.020well no not at all i i think that they shouldn't be able to mobilize in the first place
00:31:43.900i do understand so the trump administration they and the reason why i keep going out there is
00:31:48.900because the protesters and the local the city and the state government keep going after the trump
00:31:55.800admin to on behalf of the protesters in the court so they are actively helping the protesters
00:32:01.860sue the Trump admin for any time a federal officer uses munitions against them.
00:33:13.220Obviously, you've done incredible work and you and I were in Chaz together back in 2020
00:33:18.220and you have been absolutely intrepid going out there, documenting this, getting it on video.
00:33:25.240And yet, to your point, these left-wing violent groups are able to continue mobilizing.
00:33:32.800We saw them, I think they were in New York this weekend as well, mobilizing for their attacks on federal facilities, continuing to conduct attacks on federal facilities over and over and over.
00:33:45.280And they do so with almost impunity within the confines of the United States of America.
00:33:53.640And that's why I keep going back out there because it's so shocking to see Antifa has free reign in Portland, a terrorist group, and they act like they're allowed to do it because there's no prosecutions against them because the local government doesn't do anything.
00:34:09.800And so the federal government actually has to step in. I don't think that they realize. I hope Trump realizes that he is literally our only hope in the Pacific Northwest for our own safety, for America's safety. This isn't I'm not the only journalist out there who's been attacked.
00:34:26.860Honey Badger Mom has been attacked a few times. Other right wing streamers. It's it's so many
00:34:34.940people. The list is so long and everyone deserves justice. And because there has been no action
00:34:40.740taken effectively, there has been action taken, but there needs to be a final solution. That's
00:34:47.740where we're at. There has to be a final solution. I don't know how it works. I'm just the reporter.
00:34:52.620I'm going to continue reporting only safely.
00:34:56.880I will not be going out there without security, but it's the feds, they have to step in or people are going to die.
00:35:10.400And unfortunately, we already saw just a few months ago the death of young conservative leader Charlie Kirk, our friend, our colleague, who was was shot with a bullet that said, you know, hey, fascist catch.
00:35:26.000So it's this ideology that's allowed to fester. It's this organization, this movement, these people who keep going out there night after night after night with impunity.
00:35:39.500We know the names. We know the networks. The Portland Field Office, Portland Federal Field
00:35:46.020Office is right there. And I guarantee I know, you know, people there and I guarantee they know
00:35:51.380who the organizers are. Absolutely. Jack, riddle me this. Two weeks ago, the crime think group from
00:35:58.760Minneapolis, the anti ice terrorists came down and conducted a full on terrorist radicalized
00:36:05.460training event in Portland, training Antifa to actively target ice. And why was that allowed
00:36:13.020to go on? It was by crime think that's already an established Antifa terrorist group. So they're
00:36:19.160actively still allowed to openly train in Portland without zero pushback. So I'm wondering,
00:36:24.100is the FBI just not aware that this is happening? Does HSI need to step in? Does it need to be a
