Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - JAN 13 2022 - RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE ISSUES EVICTION NOTICE TO UNVACCINATED CHILDREN

00:00:00.000 The last few years have proven that people who worry about hyperinflation, bloated government

00:00:04.780 overreach, and your rights being stripped away were all 100% right. They were the people not 0.99

00:00:11.760 standing in food lines and sleeping at night because they had a plan. They were prepared.

00:00:18.480 Things seemed calm at the time, which means now is the time to prepare for what's happening.

00:00:24.760 And that's why I'm so excited to announce that we here at Human Events Daily have partnered with

00:00:29.580 My Patriot Supply and that we are providing now these emergency food kits that if you go to

00:00:35.780 preparewithposo.com, it's preparewithposo.com, you save $50 on a four-week emergency food kit.

00:00:43.500 And the four weeks is really the most popular one. And that kit, the way they do it is it's

00:00:47.500 breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, snacks. You got to get some water. Now it's packed with over 2,000

00:00:53.420 calories a day. So the way that they work on it is they do this calculation, 2,000 calories a day

00:00:59.060 per person. So if you want to get that for your family, now if your family's got more people,

00:01:03.040 look, you got to do a little math, right? You guys understand how it works though.

00:01:06.260 So you've got 2,000 calories a day, but that's over for four weeks. So it's a four-week supply.

00:01:11.180 So you do the math, you know, we've got Tanya's parents live with us. So we've got more people

00:01:16.060 in our house. So we've got to do a different calculation for the amount of people we have

00:01:19.980 for four weeks. One thing I would also say, by the way, though, is look, we're seeing the food

00:01:23.740 crisis right now. We're seeing the shortages. My wife is going out to the grocery store. She can't find

00:01:28.800 anything. She just went on the show the other day talking about that, posting the videos up,

00:01:33.040 saying the shelves, the meat, the produce, the veggies, gone. You cannot get this. That's why

00:01:38.600 you go to preparewithposo.com. So imagine you just went and tried to shop and now there's nothing you

00:01:43.600 can get. And then, oh, by the way, one of these winter storms hits, boom, now you're stuck. What

00:01:48.580 are you going to do? At least you had an emergency food supply. And by the way, we saw what happened with

00:01:53.440 I-95 being stuck on the road for 40 hours in some cases. That's why you throw one of these in your

00:01:59.140 trunk. Or if you're just having an emergency, look, it's peace of mind. So that's why you go

00:02:02.780 preparewithposo.com. Don't put it off. Life can change in an instant.

00:02:09.920 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by

00:02:13.820 Turning Point USA. Today's top stories. Ronald McDonald House in Vancouver, Canada has issued

00:02:20.400 eviction notices to unvaccinated families and children. Next, the Rust Armorer has put out a

00:02:27.320 statement blaming Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting. We're going to dig into that. Next,

00:02:32.100 the Waukesha Christmas Massacre driver was just hit with 71 new charges. We've got new details there

00:02:38.260 as well. And finally, a leaked video, CCP quarantine camps where pregnant women and children are confined

00:02:44.940 to tiny cells in China just before the start of the CCP Olympics. All this is more ahead,

00:02:49.960 Human Events Daily.

00:03:01.840 Our first story today, and I've really just got to start it with the video on this so you guys can

00:03:07.120 see what's going on. A family in Vancouver, Canada, they're at the Ronald McDonald House. And everybody

00:03:12.780 knows Ronald McDonald House is a charity that's made for children for their families that are going

00:03:18.760 through some form of hospitalization, some form of treatment, they need help. That's the whole point

00:03:23.680 of Ronald McDonald House, right? It's an international charity and considered one of the best in the

00:03:28.200 world. However, now they've just issued at this particular chapter, but it looks like this may

00:03:35.100 actually be something that's broader throughout British Columbia and other parts of the world where

00:03:39.920 they are going to be kicking you out if you did not receive your vaccinations. And that includes your

00:03:46.400 kid who has cancer, as we see in this extremely disturbing video. Take a look.

00:03:52.840 Like everybody is not vaccinated, is getting evicted? No, we have a grace period to which you can get your

00:04:00.320 first dose, but essentially after January 17th. It's a board mandate from our... So I just want to get

00:04:07.860 this straight. So by the end of the month, my four-year-old boy with leukemia is getting evicted

00:04:13.280 vaccinated. Because we don't have a vaccine. This is, if he was six months older, he would be in it. But yeah,

00:04:23.260 because we don't have the vaccine, you're going to throw us on the snow. Because a few weeks notice.

00:04:30.280 Like, this is some kind of crazy evil. Like, I have never seen in my life.

00:04:36.560 And now, I want to be clear about this. So in the aftermath of this video, this viral video that comes out,

00:04:41.540 there's a piece that comes from one of the local city papers in Vancouver, where they got a statement

00:04:48.100 out the very next morning by 6 a.m. where the Ronald McDonald House is trying to come out and say,

00:04:53.600 oh, don't worry. Of course, we're going to be providing alternative accommodations. Don't be

00:04:58.980 silly. We're not evicting anybody. Well, here's the problem with that. In the video, this father, 0.99

00:05:04.260 his name's Austin Ferguson, he posted to his Facebook, he shows the letter that he was given,

00:05:09.240 the eviction notice that was sent to him and to his family. It states nothing about alternative

00:05:16.040 accommodations. Then we've got the actual video itself, where what does he do? And look, you know,

00:05:23.180 I don't have any problem with Canadians, but let's just say they're not exactly known for being a very 0.99

00:05:28.800 confrontational group of people. I don't know if you've met any Canadians before, right? So he goes up

00:05:34.180 and very politely initiates this entire situation by asking the manager, say, hey, I got this letter.

00:05:42.260 What's going on? You know, my reading of it is that we're going to be evicted or he's going to be

00:05:46.420 evicted, you know, come six months from now because we're not vaccinated. He won't be vaccinated. Of

00:05:50.300 course, obviously, if you have a child with cancer, with leukemia, you're talking about the

00:05:55.660 immunocompromised people that all this is supposed to be done in order to protect, right? Like you're in

00:06:00.980 Washington, D.C. We're getting vaccine mandates starting on Saturday. More on that tomorrow.

00:06:05.580 We're going to get into it. But in this video, I want you to look very carefully at this administrator

00:06:11.420 because you can see his son comes over. He's playing on the ground. Just it seems like a happy

00:06:16.780 young kid, normal kid. And that administrator doesn't even look at him, doesn't even make eye

00:06:22.480 contact, doesn't even go. And look, I've got little kids when they come up, you know, you you're doing

00:06:27.620 something. You acknowledge them. You say, hey, buddy, how you doing? What's going on? How are

00:06:31.880 you, big guy? She doesn't even acknowledge his presence. The body language right there, it tells

00:06:37.840 you everything. And you don't hear anything as well about, look, this is the new policy that came

00:06:42.900 out, but let me get on the phone. I'm going to look into this. I'm going to find out what's going on.

00:06:47.260 No, it's just a defense of the policy. And you see this, by the way, going on all over the place

00:06:53.880 right now, particularly in the West, it's the policy is what matters. And I don't care about

00:06:58.440 you as an individual. I don't care about you as a person. You look what's going on in in the air

00:07:03.400 right now, in the skies, if you've flown at all during this pandemic, people are getting to their

00:07:07.960 wits end. And they're being treated by these corporations. And in this case, a charity that's

00:07:13.540 tied to a massive corporation, like you are just another cog, like you're just something that's

00:07:18.900 there. Like you're not an actual person. Can we start seeing people as people? It doesn't mean

00:07:24.900 you have to agree with everybody. It doesn't mean you have to, you know, uh, try to convince

00:07:30.060 everyone to be on the same side, all this stuff, you know, that kumbaya, whatever, but just see each

00:07:34.800 other as people, right? As simple as that. So what we did, because look, I don't know this family's

00:07:40.660 entire situation other than what we've seen in this video, saw some other stuff that they had posted

00:07:45.180 on Facebook. We went out, we found their GoFundMe and between yesterday when that video came out or

00:07:50.500 when I first saw it. And today we've gone and raised them $150,000 Canadian in order to help

00:07:57.440 this family. And so you can go, you see my Twitter page and I pinned it to the very top there where we

00:08:01.860 are just raising money to try to help this family through everything they are going through.

00:08:09.220 Well, the Alec Baldwin story, again, I've told you folks, I told you human events daily,

00:08:15.120 is not going to let this story go. You know, there's some other news shows out there where

00:08:20.280 they just go, they boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Rush Limbaugh used to call them the drive by media.

00:08:26.120 And what does that mean? That you come in, you look at a story, you forget about it, and then you go on

00:08:31.900 to the next one, right? You know, for one week or two weeks, you know, this is the top story. And then

00:08:36.360 you move on to something else. We don't do that here. We follow every story to its conclusion. And that's

00:08:44.000 exactly what we're doing here with the Alec Baldwin situation. So we've got a story now. The rust

00:08:50.640 armorer is blaming Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting because he failed to turn up for a specific

00:09:00.460 training session that the firm was holding that he was supposed to go to a safety session. And that

00:09:07.860 she also claims that there's a firm that supplied the wrong ammunition, live ammo instead of dummy

00:09:14.600 rounds. So a ton of information. I haven't seen this anywhere in mainstream media. Of course,

00:09:19.780 George Stephanopoulos on ABC is going to give a sit-down interview to Baldwin. But is George

00:09:23.880 Stephanopoulos going to give a sit-down interview to the armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed? Because we have a 0.96

00:09:30.000 situation here where suddenly it looks like, and I always say this, with every story, remember folks,

00:09:36.560 there are always two sides to every story. And so a lot of people have pointed out,

00:09:43.360 and I think this is rightly so, that she was inexperienced and very young. She's clearly very

00:09:49.060 young to be running a set like that on her own. She's 24, right? That's not exactly the kind of

00:09:54.780 person. And I'm just sorry, but that is the way it is. You know, call me ageist. But I would want some

00:10:00.220 more people around with more experience, you know, make a team. But of course, they were cutting corners on

00:10:04.740 this product, like we'd heard on this entire production, where they were just doing it on

00:10:09.620 the cheap. And so, of course, they're going to hire someone who's young and say, oh, well, she's got a

00:10:13.400 certificate, so we're going to put her in charge, right? And here's a video of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed,

00:10:18.140 so everybody remembers who this is.

00:10:19.540 You hate me, but you love me. Loki, wanna date me?

00:10:23.240 So she was the armorer, also known as the prop master for specifically the guns. This is a

00:10:32.740 Western movie, so there's going to be a lot of guns. But here's the new information. Rust armorer

00:10:37.680 Hannah Gutierrez-Reed filed a lawsuit in New Mexico claiming Alec Baldwin ignored a request to attend a

00:10:45.040 cross-draw session before the tragedy. Now, why is this important? Because the cross-draw is what we

00:10:50.840 are told. That's when the holster is on the opposite side, and then you're pulling it across

00:10:54.900 you. Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has filed a lawsuit in New Mexico claiming that Alec Baldwin

00:11:00.620 ignored a request to attend a cross-draw training safety session before the tragedy. She also faulted

00:11:09.460 assistant director David Halls for failing to follow protocol when he allegedly handed Baldwin the

00:11:16.080 weapon without first calling on her to inspect it. Because remember, go back into the details of

00:11:21.840 the case. We were told that the assistant director is the one that handed Baldwin the gun, not the

00:11:27.720 armorer. So she did not have that last look on it. The chain of custody, remember, chain of custody

00:11:32.820 is so important in terms of all of this. And they were trying to do everything they could to pin all of

00:11:38.620 this on her when it first came out. Now we're getting more information. We're told that she was

00:11:45.200 supposed to be called before anyone was handed a gun. But because of COVID protocols, they forced

00:11:51.460 her to stay out of the area. They were in, essentially, this set was a church room where

00:11:57.560 they were filming this. Now, following the workshop, they're saying that she landed this gig,

00:12:03.020 she carried all the stuff together. But by the time she got there, she had already found that another

00:12:08.780 group had put those bullets in the gun, not her. So here's the question, right? The big question that

00:12:16.180 we have is, were the bullets put into the gun by this firm that she claims use live ammo and not

00:12:22.500 the dummy rounds that she would have used? Were proper safety protocols followed? Was she kept out

00:12:28.520 because the producers of which, remember, Alec Baldwin was a producer on this. They keep trying to say

00:12:35.400 this line, oh, well, he was just the, you know, one of the actors on this. This didn't matter. It

00:12:39.940 wasn't his fault. No, no, no, no, no. He was a producer. That means he's in charge of the production.

00:12:44.640 That means in terms of all this cost cutting, the stuff that was missed out, that was because

00:12:49.320 Alec Baldwin had signed off on cutting the cost to all this. That's his issue as a producer. And

00:12:55.860 that's why, by the way, when it comes to all these wrongful death suits, he is the one who's going to be

00:13:00.660 sued. And he's going to be sued personally for all of this. You're probably also going to see a

00:13:04.900 number of lawsuits regarding this situation, not just from the family of the one who died,

00:13:10.080 the woman who died, but also from people like Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, because she's saying that

00:13:15.800 he is the one that essentially created this bad situation, this false situation. So, and here's

00:13:20.640 what we have. For Alec Baldwin's gun, Hannah loaded four dummy rounds with holes in them from her pants

00:13:27.240 pocket. A fifth dummy round from the box with a hole in it, and a fifth dummy round then was in the

00:13:34.340 box. Then she attempted to load a sixth dummy round without a hole, but it would not go into the 0.89

00:13:38.440 chamber, and she thought the chamber might need to be cleared. Hannah remembers shaking the sixth

00:13:42.340 round to ensure herself that it was a dummy round. She then handed the gun, and it was in possession

00:13:47.860 of it from 10 a.m. who had custody of that gun during lunch, because to the best of her knowledge,

00:13:54.080 the gun was loaded with six dummy rounds when she left it. That is why timeline matters. That is why

00:14:00.440 chain of custody matters, and we here at Human Events Daily are not going to let this story go.

00:14:10.160 Well, folks, we know that this weekend, winter storm Izzy is coming. It's bringing its ice.

00:14:17.560 It's bringing snow. It's going to be hitting the Midwest, the Northeast, and even parts of the South.

00:14:22.980 So that's why you got to go to MyPillow.com and snuggle up with promo code POSO. You get the

00:14:29.340 slippers. You get the quilts. You get the down blankets, the throw blankets. You get the nice

00:14:33.840 robes, and of course, the classic pillows. Go there today. Get yourself bundled up. Get yourself

00:14:38.920 warm, because this winter is shaping up to be one of the strongest winters that we've seen in a long

00:14:44.080 time. Today's story from the Postmillennial. Waukesha Massacre suspect faces 71 new charges

00:14:53.400 over the Christmas parade massacre. Daryl E. Brooks. Now, you remember Daryl E. Brooks. You remember

00:14:59.740 this story, and I want to caution people, you know, this video, and we're going to play the video.

00:15:05.680 This is not for little ears. It's not for little eyes, but it's something that I think is important

00:15:09.960 that we need to show, because the mainstream media is not going to even talk about this story anymore.

00:15:16.480 Here it is.

00:15:35.260 So it looks like the authorities are finally going after this guy, but we remember why he was out on

00:15:39.800 the street in the first place. It was because of bail reform, and that's why initially I was actually

00:15:45.300 referring to this as the bail reform massacre, the bail reform massacre of Waukesha. Why is that?

00:15:51.360 Because he was let out on a thousand dollars bail just a week before this incident. And what did he do

00:15:58.580 in that previous incident? Well, he had attempted to run over his girlfriend at a gas station of all

00:16:05.340 places, right? That's what was going on, because you had this prosecutor, this DA in Milwaukee County,

00:16:13.420 which is right next to Waukesha, where he let him out, and he's one of these woke guys, and he was

00:16:18.720 funded by a bunch of groups that are tied to everyone's favorite Hungarian Wall Street billionaire,

00:16:24.120 right? And we went through that entire list a couple of shows back. We might have to bring it back,

00:16:28.040 because this is not going away. This stuff just keeps going, keeps happening. But here's a new

00:16:33.980 interesting piece of information that we have from these new charges, because there was a new probable

00:16:39.080 cause statement that was placed in. And this is the new line. But I want people to remember,

00:16:44.280 for those who don't remember the story, if you don't know how you could forget, but of course,

00:16:48.740 when something, you know, the media will continue to talk about January 6th, January 6th, January 6th,

00:16:52.560 January 6th, January 6th, January 6th, there's a whole commission about it, right? Well, that ended.

00:16:57.100 In this situation, eight people were killed, including a little child. And dozens of people were run

00:17:03.880 over. 71, we're told now, in terms of these new charges, it's first degree reckless endangerment

00:17:10.820 of safety. They'll talk about that. Or excuse me, they won't talk about that. They'll talk about

00:17:15.780 Jan 6th. Here's the new information that we have. Brooks leaned his head out the window to steer. It's

00:17:23.740 from the actual court documents. Leant his head out the window to steer, because there was a person

00:17:28.400 on the windshield blocking his vision. However, Brooks does not stop, but continues driving.

00:17:37.120 So explain to me how you put that in front of a jury. And they say, oh, you know, and I imagine,

00:17:43.780 you know, originally we were told, oh, he was fleeing police. He was fleeing police. Remember CNN

00:17:47.060 kept saying that he was fleeing police. He wasn't fleeing anyone. Police were trying to get him to

00:17:51.880 stop because go through those initial statements. They say he was driving so slowly that police were able

00:17:57.740 to come up to him and say, you know, stop, don't go in there. There's a parade in there. They will

00:18:02.180 knock on the window and have a discussion with him. Then he turns, crashes through the barricade

00:18:08.880 onto the parade route, and then sets up this attack. And that's what this was. This was an attack

00:18:16.200 on a Christmas parade in America's heartland from a guy who should have been locked up. And I saw there

00:18:24.060 people out there saying, well, maybe he's got mental issues. Maybe he didn't mean to do it. Maybe

00:18:28.100 he's got mental issues. Fine. Great. Give him the help he needs behind a locked door. This is not the 0.99

00:18:36.360 type of person who should just be out in the community allowed to plow through an entire parade

00:18:43.100 of people like this. You know, I talked about this on, we did a Twitter Spaces yesterday, and they asked

00:18:49.020 me, you know, what I feel about the public mental health facilities. And I say, I don't want to argue

00:18:53.100 about why they got defunded back in the seventies, eighties, nineties, whatever. I want to have a

00:18:58.700 conversation about how we can refund America's public mental health system, and we need to refund it

00:19:06.700 immediately. The CCP lockdowns are continuing across millions and millions of citizens within

00:19:18.120 mainland China, within the PRC, the Lao Baixing. They are being locked up. Now there's video that

00:19:23.620 is starting to come out, the reality of zero COVID. It's called, that's what they're calling

00:19:27.500 it now, the zero COVID policy. And this, by the way, is something that started in Australia. It started

00:19:32.060 in New Zealand. This isn't just something that's going on behind, you know, the, the great wall

00:19:38.860 of communist China. This is something that's going on in Australia. It's going on in New Zealand as

00:19:44.380 well. Now it may not be going on to such an extent as it is in the CCP, but we need to be very clear

00:19:49.880 that these authoritarian measures are not only taking place behind the walls of China, they're taking

00:19:57.660 place around the world. Here's a headline, Daily Mail. Social media videos show quarantine camps

00:20:04.060 where pregnant women and children are confined to tiny cells amid reports of mass detentions in the

00:20:09.500 dead of night. Residents have been transferred to quarantine camps in China, insiders say. The

00:20:14.040 camps have rows of cramped metal boxes with a wooden bed and toilet. 20 million people in China are now

00:20:23.200 under strict lockdown rules ahead of the Olympics. The Olympics begin the first week of February. So

00:20:29.600 go and watch this video and see for yourself what is going on in the country that is about to launch

00:20:34.880 the CCP Olympics.

00:20:39.280 Pregnant women, children, the elderly are believed to be among those sent to the Xi'an camps with insiders

00:20:58.960 sharing the horrors of their detention in the zero COVID state. Footage shared widely online shows

00:21:05.200 people in tiny boxes furnished with a wooden bed and toilet where they are forced to remain for as long

00:21:11.520 as two weeks. Now, of course, this is no nothing new for the CCP. They've been using the same exact

00:21:18.800 policy for Uyghurs, for dissidents, for people who are potentially political prisoners when they have

00:21:25.280 issues, criminal issues, or they've got some judge they don't like anymore. They're going to put you 0.94

00:21:31.440 and they call it the Lao guy and you are going to be shangguied and you are going to be put away.

00:21:36.080 Detainees showed workers in hazmat suits providing food to those being held in the camps in the epicenter

00:21:42.160 of the latest Chinese outbreak. By the way, we also talked about the other day how there is this

00:21:47.440 hemorrhagic fever virus that was also spreading in Xi'an. So when it comes to the CCP, can we really

00:21:54.560 trust them to tell us the truth about what's going on behind the lockdown in these cities?

00:22:01.200 Can we really trust the country that allowed that lab to operate the way it did in Wuhan, 0.63

00:22:08.320 the country that lied about COVID-19 when the first outbreak happened? Can we really trust this country

00:22:15.360 that won't tell us about the gain-of-function experiments, which of course were funded by Dr.

00:22:19.760 Fauci, can we really trust this country that this is only about Omicron and that this is not anything

00:22:28.000 to do with the hemorrhagic fever virus that was also spreading in Xi'an? Our question is, and this

00:22:34.880 is a simple question, it's a public health question, is, is this just about Omicron or do you have this

00:22:40.480 other extremely powerful and fatal virus that's also spreading? Now, you said before they're trying to

00:22:45.760 downplay it, oh, it's just a seasonal thing, this happens all the time, it's no big deal, they won't

00:22:50.960 give us the answers. And at the same time, we're seeing these insane levels of lockdowns. Why are

00:22:57.760 the Olympics going on? Why are we allowing the CCP Olympics to take place under these conditions?

00:23:03.760 Well, that's it for us here at Human Events Daily. Remember, of course, our motto to all of you,

00:23:08.000 be good, be brief, be gone. And now, of course, our homework to you, be the influence agent. Share

00:23:14.400 this out with one of your normie friends. Remember, we're doing this here day in, day out. Thank you so

00:23:20.080 much to everybody that's on. And thank you to everyone who keeps supporting us. We get these

00:23:23.840 great messages in. We get so much support from you guys. We're talking about stories that you're

00:23:28.880 really not going to get everywhere else. And we're doing it in a fashion where it's high impact,

00:23:33.520 it's high production, high value, and then boom, it gets out to you. And by the way,

00:23:37.440 if you're listening at 2x speed, like I listen to everything at 2x speed, you're getting this

00:23:42.320 whole thing in basically 11, 12 minutes. I don't know any other podcast on the face of the internet

00:23:48.080 that's doing that. Before we go, though, it's time for today's moment of history. 1785,

00:23:54.400 John Walter published the first issue of the Times of London, and thus the downfall of Western

00:24:01.200 civilization began. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
