00:04:31.200 housing prices. They come in, they pay cash, they're putting prices that nobody else can afford.

00:11:25.680 to come. And I'm shooting for three. All of the major decisions for the last 10 years have been along

00:14:30.500 December, 2020, the CDC officials routinely were communicating with Twitter, Facebook, and Google

00:14:36.840 over what they called vaccine misinformation. At various times, CDC officials would flag specific posts

00:14:46.120 by users on social media platforms, such as Twitter as quote example posts. And we're getting this by the

00:14:53.000 way, from the free beacon who first reported it in one email to a CDC staffer, a Twitter employee said, he's

00:15:00.420 looking forward to setting up regular chats with the agency. Other emails show the scheduling of

00:15:06.560 meetings with the CDC over how to best police alleged misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.

00:15:13.420 Although many of the posts of the flag flagged by the CDC did in fact contain false information,

00:15:18.640 the efforts to police misinformation also resulted in mistaken acts of censorship. An April 20, 2021 email

00:15:27.740 from a CDC staffer to Facebook states that quote, algorithms that Facebook and other social media

00:15:33.920 networks are apparently using to screen out by postings sources of vaccine misinformation are also

00:15:41.140 apparently screening out valid public health messaging, including at one point Wyoming, the communications

00:15:47.740 from Wyoming health. Look, take it back. Everything that you thought was true is true. Everything that you

00:15:57.180 thought they were doing, they're doing and more. We knew from the start of this, that you had CDC officials

00:16:04.080 that were obviously working directly hand in glove with these big tech platforms to censor people. Now,

00:16:13.040 here's the problem with that. Go back to the legal basis. If you are a company that decide a tech

00:16:19.960 company that decides that you don't want certain information on your platform, you don't want

00:16:24.060 certain people on your platform. Legally, you are allowed to do something about that, that because

00:16:30.080 that's called section 230 protections. You're allowed to take that action. But the government is not

00:16:37.140 allowed to come in to those companies and tell people what people are allowed to say and who's

00:16:44.340 allowed to be on the platform because that is a violation of the first amendment. The government

00:16:50.180 cannot direct the censorship of speech and the censorship of individuals. That's what happened here.

00:16:58.140 You know, Alex Berenson just got back on Twitter, still verified on Twitter, by the way. He was taken down

00:17:05.620 for months, sues Twitter, and then he got information and we talked about here in this program. We got

00:17:12.020 information that not only had Twitter changed up their terms of service and then didn't follow the new terms

00:17:16.960 of service, but they were also working with government entities in order to censor him. DC Drano has a similar

00:17:25.640 situation in the state of California with this. Every single person who was censored from any of

00:17:31.920 the big social medias, Twitter, Facebook, Google, YouTube, I guess that's under Google. You now have

00:17:40.240 the ability to sue because we can see underneath these filings, we can actually see that the government

00:17:48.540 was coming in and telling people who's allowed to speak. This is very similar to the disinformation

00:19:39.840 in less than one percent of arrests, shoot their guns even less than that, and long term long jail

00:19:46.420 terms are in fact reserved for hardened criminals. This obviously takes on liberal theories of the

00:19:54.240 racist justice system. In this in in a sample of arrests, it states and the author is Rafael Manguel.

00:20:01.500 His new book, his new study is called Criminal Injustice. Police used force in just point 78%

00:20:10.360 of sampled arrests and fired their weapons in only point zero three percent of those arrests or

00:20:18.160 altercations. This is the exact opposite that we hear from the mainstream media constantly. This idea

00:20:24.000 that police are out there just hunting people because of the color of their skin. It's not true.

00:20:27.540 It's never been true. As a matter of fact, it's a myth. It's an urban legend. It's something that

00:20:40.940 that have reoffended within 10 years of their release? And just on state numbers alone, the number

00:20:46.420 is 80%. 80% of prisoners are reoffenders at the state level. Next, what proportion of prisoners are

00:20:54.440 detained for violence or violent weapon offenses? That's 60%. Again, at the state level. Proportion

00:21:03.680 of convicted felons who were on parole, probation, or pretrial release at time of offense? 36%.

00:21:11.200 Guess what? It turns out that in the United States, we do have a problem in our criminal justice system,

00:21:18.940 and it's called criminals. And no amount of hand wringing about spending and about poverty and

00:21:27.360 about root causes, what they love to call racism, system, all this. No, no, no, no, right? All of

00:21:34.020 those things are the issues. Sure. Absolutely. They are. Should root causes be dealt with? Yes,

00:21:38.000 absolutely. They should. But the reason that we had a reduction in crime in the 1990s, and I just

00:21:42.000 interviewed Mayor Giuliani about this last week, was that police stepped up and were given the ability

00:21:47.600 to actually go and do their jobs. That's it. That's absolutely it. President Trump just said

00:21:53.020 the other day that if you execute drug dealers, then on average, you will save for every one drug

00:22:00.360 dealer you execute, you will save 500 lives. Understand these theories are there. The data is there. And it

00:22:08.900 shows the problem that we have in this country. We have an under policing problem. Just follow the actual

00:22:20.840 the issue. It's not about the low crime areas. It's about protecting the people that live in high

00:24:07.720 the 14th Amendment do? It granted citizenship to the slaves. Formerly enslaved people born or

00:24:13.940 naturalized in the United States were given U.S. citizenship. Obviously, of course, this is during

00:24:18.440 the Reconstruction era. This was after the Civil War. It was long before my family ever got here.

00:24:23.560 But if you look at the actual text of the document, what it's talking about is reaffirming

00:24:30.100 the privileges and rights of all citizens and granting citizens equal protection under the law.

00:24:34.660 Okay. What it does not discuss is illegal immigrants and foreign citizens coming here and having children

00:24:42.800 on our soil and then getting automatic citizenship. It is not there and it never was. That needs to end.
