00:01:29.000 well ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily powered by turning

00:01:35.160 point usa today's june 10 2022 and i don't dominate today's top headlines ministry of truth new documents

00:01:42.740 leaked outlining their plans to form a rumor control website we'll break that all down next

00:01:50.580 the jane's revenge movement a new cell has struck out again at a pro-life pregnancy center north

00:01:57.460 carolina third a disney executive you remember these guys this was the one who opposed to sandus's

00:02:03.520 parental rights bill he's got he's on he's ousted left the company go home and finally new court

00:02:10.740 documents implicate horatio sands and jimmy fallon in a sexual assault case of a 17 year old snl fan

00:02:18.420 all this and more ahead human events daily

00:02:20.180 and then finally the probably the most important uh learning from my book is that we cannot

00:02:37.360 counter disinformation when we are using those tactics ourselves to me it is not important whether

00:02:42.780 disinformation is coming from outside of our borders or within our borders and in fact

00:02:47.060 the use of domestic disinformation and the politicization of the entire concept of

00:02:52.740 disinformation uh leaves us more vulnerable to these attacks so nina yankovic she just can't keep 1.00

00:02:59.440 our name out of her mouth and so unfortunately for her we're gonna have to keep talking about her

00:03:06.820 so here at human events daily we were credited of course with taylor by taylor renns the washington

00:03:11.860 post and then nina yankovic goes on npr and says oh no human events daily and jack posobik we're

00:03:17.860 we're telling the world the truth about what we were up to wow wow boo hoo right i'm sorry you lost

00:03:25.360 and here's why you lost because your lies caught up with you your lies caught up with you about what

00:03:30.640 you were trying to do we all told the truth the world found out the truth and now we're exposing even

00:03:37.220 more about your lies because here's the thing new documents just coming out senator holly senator

00:03:43.060 grassley got these from a whistleblower remember when we blew this thing up i'm sitting there in

00:03:48.880 the 16 about to go into the 16 chapel with tanya tay my wife and we're about to walk in the 16 chapel

00:03:54.920 i get a text message it's this oh wapo wrote a hit piece on you so what are they writing about

00:03:58.980 apparently you took down the uh the disinformation control board or disinformation governance board i said

00:04:03.820 that's not a hit piece that's a resume what are you talking about i'm gonna send this to

00:04:06.600 everybody um and so and so you know tanya's waiting for me she said sweetheart we've been

00:04:11.260 waiting to go in the 16 chapel i say hold on a second i got a tweet at taylor the rents um so

00:04:17.360 we're in the middle of all that but their response right their response to all of this was that they

00:04:23.860 said it wasn't going to be broad it wasn't going to be sweeping it was just going to be a monitoring

00:04:28.760 function and we were really just going to write some reports very boring very bland okay let's go

00:04:33.300 through all of this because what i see here in these new documents and this new legislative ability

00:04:39.480 of law enforcement which of course dhs is a law enforcement entity right they have law enforcement

00:04:46.340 powers they can build cases on you the same way they build these ridiculous cases on people who

00:04:50.780 are walking around on january 6 who didn't commit any violence and yet they're being held solitary

00:04:57.240 confinement in disgusting conditions inside a washington dc prison cell right listen to this

00:05:02.920 what dhs was up to section four of there they were going to put legislation legislative power behind

00:05:09.140 this section for a rumor control program of the department of homeland security to counter

00:05:15.100 misinformation disinformation and malinformation there is within the center authorized pursuant to

00:05:20.720 section 2209 a public facing website known as rumor control to carry out the functions

00:05:26.880 in administering the rumor control website the director shall establish partnerships that's so nice

00:05:32.780 partnerships with relevant public and private sector stakeholders including technology companies

00:05:40.200 that own or operate internet enabled communications platforms non-governmental and civil society groups

00:05:47.520 state local tribal and territorial government agencies and relevant federal agencies including sector

00:05:54.500 risk management agencies as appropriate huh that's interesting because it sounds an awful lot like

00:06:02.180 you were trying to create a ministry of truth and we caught you that's what it exactly sounds like

00:06:07.280 and let me tell you something why this has resonance with me because when they say rumor control

00:06:13.120 right a rumor control website rumor control site why does that matter so much to me because that's

00:06:19.060 exactly what the ccp calls their online censorship and online monitoring rumor control we are stopping the 0.91

00:06:26.160 spread of dangerous rumors for the chinese people that's that is precisely the phrase that the ccp uses

00:06:33.680 and when i went to davos we got detained over there right i said this is what the great reset is all

00:06:40.900 about the great global reset which includes by the way a pandemic treaty they want to institute the ccp 1.00

00:06:48.800 model their elites and the ccp elites want to run off of the same it's the same playbook they're calling 1.00

00:06:55.780 it different things using different names usually but they just slipped up here nina you slipped up

00:07:01.080 again nina you slipped up again you just put forward the exact same line as the ccp and i caught you i caught 0.77

00:07:11.060 you right here i caught you red handed but unfortunately we already caught her and she's out but the fact

00:07:17.760 the matter remains folks they're going to keep trying to do this they're going to get smarter they're

00:07:24.240 going to create something that controls these functions but guess what human events daily myself

00:07:30.100 and this audience will always be there to monitor you we are going to watch the watchers we are going

00:07:37.640 to be the people who defend freedom in our republic and across the entire west

00:07:42.220 so it's been about a week since we've come home from europe my wife and i we're over there we're

00:07:50.340 traveling now she's from europe and she's used to the kind of meat that you get over there the kind

00:07:55.280 of food that you get over there it's all farm to table it's all fresh right that's all they have some

00:07:59.360 of these little towns but here in the united states we have a different system we've been saying how do we

00:08:03.580 get this how do we find it i said sweetheart darling how do we get the same farm to table

00:08:10.120 quality that we had in europe here in the united states and she said sweetheart it's easy it's so

00:08:14.640 simple darling you go to good ranchers.com you use good ranchers.com slash post so that's american

00:08:40.100 so delicious so easy to prepare steakhouse quality takes all the guesswork out boom right there they

00:08:46.240 send you the case you don't have to worry about it and plus the best part ethically raised animals

00:08:51.060 sustainably sourced folks they do it the right way it shows in every case christ followers genuine

00:08:56.820 americans good ranchers american meat delivered you get your case better than what you get in europe

00:09:02.300 better than what you get overseas because it's american boom good ranchers.com slash post so link

00:09:07.900 description you know where to find it first communique by jane's revenge this is not a declaration of war

00:09:16.560 war has been upon us for decades a war which we did not want and did not provoke too long have we been

00:09:24.040 attacked for asking for basic medical care too long have we been shot bombed and forced into childbirth

00:09:30.000 without consent this was only a warning we demand the disbanding of all anti-choice establishments

00:09:37.060 fake clinics and violent anti-choice groups within the next 30 days this is not a mere difference of

00:09:43.100 opinion as some have framed it we are literally fighting for our lives we will not sit still while we

00:09:49.360 are killed and forced into servitude we have run thin on patience and mercy for those to seek to strip 0.99

00:09:55.000 us of what little autonomy we have left as you continue to bomb clinics and assassinate doctors

00:10:00.180 with impunity so too shall we adopt increasingly extreme tactics to maintain freedom over our own

00:10:06.100 bodies we are forced to adopt the minimum military requirement for a political struggle

00:10:10.920 again this was only a warning so this story out of the post-millennial a pro-life pregnancy service

00:10:18.420 clinic in asheville north carolina was vandalized earlier this week with the threat that that quote

00:10:23.080 if abortions aren't safe neither are you spray painted and red in its entrance mountain era pregnancy 0.85

00:10:28.800 services is a christian outreach missionary that works with families to honor the life of their child

00:10:34.160 saying quote all lives are precious valuable and ordained by god not really sure why anybody would want

00:10:42.040 to attack that well the language used by the group that perpetuated the anarchist symbols no forced birth

00:10:51.380 pro-abortion slogans on the wall aligns with the language of that of pro-abortion militant group

00:10:59.260 jane's revenge which i would actually say is more of a movement right it's more of a movement

00:11:03.520 and it mirrors language that was used in a molotov cocktail attack against a pro-life center

00:11:08.660 in madison wisconsin so look at this we're seeing coordinated and decentralized autonomous action

00:11:16.460 movements of anarchists and violent radicals that are perpetuating attacks across the united states

00:11:22.640 you're seeing the birth actually you're you're seeing the the afterbirth right because this is

00:11:28.360 born this movement is out there they exist in real life right it's antifa evolved into a new form

00:11:36.560 of this jane's revenge movement where they're making specific targets not only on pro-life centers and

00:11:43.520 family centers but apparently you've got people that are radicalized on these lines that are even willing

00:11:48.360 to go to the homes of supreme court justices with handguns and be planning to kill them right because

00:11:56.080 you just saw that happen earlier this week in maryland justice kavanaugh where a 26 year old kid

00:12:02.720 was arrested he turned himself in he turned himself in because he got cold feet at the very last

00:12:08.620 minute but he was dressed in black had a suitcase a backpack and he was willing to commit some sort

00:12:15.920 of unspeakable act against one of our supreme court justice so understand the radicalization that we're

00:12:21.060 dealing with when roe v wade is overturned and it looks like it might happen next week it's probably

00:12:26.200 going to happen by the end of this month groups like this are going to be energized because there's

00:12:32.340 multiple here's the state of play right many states across the u.s they're either going to have laws on

00:12:38.420 the books that allow for abortion or laws on the books that immediately outlaw abortion once roe v wade

00:12:43.640 is overturned there's also going to be states like for example the state of florida right states that have

00:12:49.240 a very strong uh conservative contingent very strong liberal contingent where you're going to have

00:12:54.320 fights over what exactly abortion rights or abortion um bands will be in that state right you have one

00:13:01.780 side um going up against the other side the but the problem is you've now got groups like this that

00:13:08.240 are driving themselves into the public debate and saying essentially there can be no debate they want

00:13:14.720 open abortion for all they want abortion um allowed for everybody they want it to be free they want it to

00:13:21.180 be government funded and agree and think about this right these groups that they're attacking right

00:13:27.460 the pro-life family centers um the christian outreach missionaries right these groups don't actually do

00:13:35.320 anything in the physical space to try to stop people from getting abortions they might pray for them 0.99

00:13:39.560 but many in many cases they operate pro-life family centers what does that mean that means for women

00:13:46.180 who might be um underprivileged they'll help to pay for any of the testing uh any of the care that they

00:13:53.660 need through the pregnancy and then even help with adoption services that's who these groups are

00:13:59.160 attacking that's who jane's revenge is attacking anyone because it's not pro-life at the end of the day 1.00

00:14:05.020 or pro-choice for them it's about pro-abortion they want more abortions and they're willing to use

00:14:12.900 violence and radical means to achieve their ends and i think both for you know sexual harassment and

00:14:22.000 also for um for gender discrimination in general i think this is a very important moment and i think

00:14:28.720 the people who are coming forward are very brave i think the journalists um who are investigating and

00:14:33.960 breaking stories are helping the culture and i think it's going to be better for us as businesses

00:14:39.760 if we reflect the culture and the society that we live in and i think that means you know in all

00:14:46.780 manner of diversity that our workforces you know should reflect who we're serving well power plays and

00:14:53.940 shake-ups over at disney disney inc because a disney chairman who had voiced his support or excuse me

00:15:02.460 voices opposition i should rather say for ronda santis and this anti-grooming bill is out from the company

00:15:09.700 yes peter rice a guy who was the chairman of disney general entertainment content is done he's out so

00:15:16.780 he looked over the streaming platforms disney plus hulu star the cable the broadcast networks right

00:15:23.000 super powerful guy with inside disney and keep in mind the way these corporate power politics where

00:15:28.320 it's all game of thrones in there because everybody wants to be ceo everybody wants to make it to the

00:15:32.780 board everybody wants to be you know get ahead of the next guy get ahead of the next gal all the 0.68

00:15:37.200 backstabbing etc etc so we don't know specifically if it was the fact that he called disney's bill

00:15:44.780 quote a violation of fundamental human rights completely ridiculous this idea that parents

00:15:51.340 can't have uh say over how their children are raised and they're talking about sexualized content

00:15:56.340 that it shouldn't be a parent's decision that it should be a teacher's decision no way right that's all

00:16:00.400 de sanis was saying what you're really seeing here is a question of sovereignty right that's what the

00:16:06.680 whole fight between disney and florida has all been about so let's let's zoom out a little bit

00:16:11.640 for so long conservatives would say that we should allow business to do whatever they want

00:16:19.380 because business is always right corporations are always right and the role of the conservative party

00:16:25.760 should be to limit the size of government and get out the way of business right and typically you

00:16:31.920 know we do support as conservatives we do want to support the free free enterprise free market free

00:16:36.860 innovations right we we like those things we like competition but then you get to the point where

00:16:43.200 these companies like disney or companies like facebook and twitter and some of that they become

00:16:48.560 monopolies they become so powerful that they almost become sovereign unto themselves

00:16:54.380 and so disney look at all the carve outs disney's been given by government the tax breaks that they

00:16:59.560 get in the state of florida the copyright legislation that keeps getting extended for characters like of

00:17:06.440 course mickey mouse who turned he's going to turn a hundred here just look this up mickey mouse is going

00:17:11.320 to be 100 in about uh six years there's no copyright laws for anything else that get extended that far

00:17:19.760 mickey mouse should be public domain and it would be for anybody else and if conservatives really want

00:17:26.460 to get smart about disney if they really want to start bringing disney to heel that's one of the

00:17:32.580 things you have to start looking at the special federal legislation that was extended for mickey mouse and

00:17:38.480 other characters as a handout to disney right because here's the thing right here's the thing and people

00:17:45.420 say oh that's government and getting in and shouldn't conservatives be against that hold on hold

00:17:49.920 on disney is the one making themselves a political actor by coming out and supporting or opposing

00:17:58.160 legislation right legislation that has nothing to do like you know they've got legislation that affects

00:18:03.700 like you know i don't know highway in the state of florida or tax rates and things something that

00:18:09.140 directly affects their business okay sure fine no problem this doesn't this is a cultural issue a

00:18:15.220 political issue something that you know should be decided under one of those that that what was

00:18:20.240 that thing i keep forgetting that thing this week oh yeah right right right the thing where the people

00:18:24.640 come together and debate and then choose and vote and oh democracy right it was called democracy

00:18:30.460 right rule of the people right but disney doesn't want that anymore so the minute that disney steps onto

00:18:36.940 the political playing field disney becomes a political actor and if they're going to take a side

00:18:43.560 in politics like that on one of these hot button cultural issues then guess what we are going to

00:18:50.420 treat you as a member of the political opposition so for conservatives out there and you know from

00:18:58.580 the new right perspective on this the new right perspective i wish we could send like you know when

00:19:02.720 your your cell phone gets a software update and say oh they pushed an update right i want to push an update

00:19:07.000 from the new right to all conservatives and just everybody out there right you have to stop looking at

00:19:12.280 these things as neutral they're not being neutral disney is not neutral they're not neutral anymore

00:19:16.620 you have to treat them accordingly it's not the 1980s anymore

00:19:20.300 do you remember the uh the the writer's table the writer's party it was the last writer's party i

00:19:27.280 don't think they're allowed to have them anymore i don't think you could party i'm 17 anymore because

00:19:30.620 of what happened dude it was what you did is that me yeah you you broke a rib i broke a rib but do you

00:19:38.340 know why i think so okay let's explain what we were doing up there we were letting off a little work

00:19:47.760 steam yeah uh because it was the last week of the show and we have a writer's party on wednesday

00:19:53.360 right or they i don't know if they still do but they used to and so uh it was just us and a few

00:19:58.340 friends and then we just get really really drunk even tina got drunk who doesn't really drink no

00:20:02.780 yeah well there's a story and a lawsuit that we covered earlier this year doesn't seem like it's

00:20:09.560 getting any traction in mainstream media never trends on twitter funny how that works never trends

00:20:15.600 whatsoever on twitter when it's talked about yet it includes some of the biggest names in comedy

00:20:22.180 late night comedy snl from the last 20 years so why is it that no one's talking about this story

00:20:31.760 well a new affidavit was filed by the jane doe in this case in her current lawsuit against horatio sands

00:20:39.000 snl and mbc this is according to the blemish.com it brought out even more details about the then 17

00:20:47.800 year olds visits to snl and parties at snl where sands allegedly sexually assaulted her while cast

00:20:56.760 members such as tina fay yeah tina fay and rachel dratch allegedly watched and you go through this

00:21:04.800 right the whole story to remind everyone the story this was in the early days of the internet in the

00:21:09.320 days of aol instant messenger you had these things called fan boards and message boards and so you would

00:21:15.500 go to them and you'd say snl fans right and this this was the girl who ran the snl fans fan board

00:21:21.300 well apparently cast members of snl would also go to the fan boards and then they would find people

00:21:27.220 that were their super fans and they would invite them out to new york invite them to the parties

00:21:32.060 bring them to everything right this was huge this says that jimmy fallon a cast member from 98 to 2004

00:21:40.460 allegedly knew the age of the jane doe saw sands interacting with her put her name on the guest

00:21:47.120 list and this is what she writes in the affidavit at the party i sat in a vip area with jimmy fallon

00:21:53.200 his manager and two fashion designers we discussed that i was a high school student studying for my

00:21:58.320 sat exam fallon said so you have a few years before you graduate i drank budweiser beer and we shared

00:22:05.320 calamari i also discussed the sats and drank with will ferrell's friend in front of will ferrell

00:22:11.520 both of whom were seated at the table next to us fallon allegedly asked jane doe for her phone number

00:22:17.800 so we could meet a girl from her web forum she then gave him the number written in sparkling lip gloss 0.97

00:22:23.780 from claire's claire's boutique right now all of this very salacious but then the question of course

00:22:29.560 becomes how do you prove it right how do you prove any of this do you have anything backing it up

00:22:32.640 well here's the thing she sent text messages to horatio sands years later reminding him of who

00:22:42.220 she was horatio sands responds and apologizes now you've got a potential now it doesn't mean

00:22:50.460 right that doesn't mean we do believe in this interest before guilt around here

00:22:53.780 but the fact that he acknowledged in writing that they did have some kind of relationship and that he

00:23:01.460 he behaved inappropriately is huge so it's amazing to me right you you put out allegations about a

00:23:09.620 conservative it's everywhere every name in this a list of comedy you never see a trend you never see

00:23:16.920 it anywhere and it's a direct direct implication of horatio sands jimmy fallon tina fey will ferrell so

00:23:24.680 many others about underage sexual assault at snl parties and so that is it for us this week of human
