00:02:42.420 domestic terrorist was arrested by local police, believe it or not, not by U.S. Marshals, by local
00:02:48.480 police. He was then overturned to the FBI after he called himself in. This is something, by the way, a lot
00:02:55.240 of people are talking about this. A lot of people are focused on the story. But I think it's very
00:02:59.020 interesting that the the individual himself decided to chicken out at the last minute, got cold feet,
00:03:05.180 said, OK, I'm not going to do it. And we're glad that he did, obviously. But he called himself in
00:03:11.340 the U.S. Marshals, for some reason, didn't think to go to this guy. And let's let's break it down.
00:03:17.040 OK, black clad individual, 26 year old male walking around with a briefcase, we're told, an actual
00:03:23.180 briefcase, not like a suit, you know, suitcase or, you know, like a backpack, no, a briefcase
00:03:29.140 that he's walking around with right outside of Brett Kavanaugh's house. You'd think, I don't know,
00:03:35.180 if that guy's walking around, maybe maybe go up and tap him on the shoulder. Hey, what's going on,
00:03:39.860 buddy? I know I got detained recently by police and frisked at the World Economic Forum in Davos
00:03:45.900 for standing and doing my job as a reporter up there. But apparently they didn't have an issue with
00:03:51.960 this guy walking around like that when they know that because of the leaked decision on Roe v. Wade
00:03:56.600 and the fact that Brett Kavanaugh is supporting it, they are going after this guy. And you've seen
00:04:01.940 left wing group after left wing group target not only the individuals, but their specific homes.

00:04:57.980 the thing at the last minute. Who knows, right? Who knows what would have happened if he had waited
00:05:02.460 there the same. And I have to say, in my mind, it reminds me of the killing of John Lennon, where
00:05:09.200 Mark David Chapman, another crazy guy, I believe he was also in his 20s when he did this,
00:05:14.120 waited outside the home of John Lennon all day, and then shot him in the back eight times. So what
00:05:19.940 do we have here? This individual, Nicholas John Roski, from California, 26 years old, said he is
00:05:25.820 looking for purpose in his life, told police officers that he was mad about the Roe v. Wade
00:05:30.400 decision that is impending, and that he was upset about the Second Amendment as well. I think a lot of
00:05:36.520 people have noticed so much of the media coverage is leaving out the fact that this was also motivated
00:05:41.840 by his feelings on the Second Amendment. What did he bring? A Glock 17 pistol, a tactical knife, a black
00:05:48.300 tactical chest rig. This is according to the police affidavit out of FBI. Two magazines, ammunition, pepper
00:05:54.560 spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crowbar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots, and other
00:06:04.580 items. Does this sound like a kidnapping to you? Does this actually sound like, and this is like,
00:06:11.560 I'm just reading the list of things that this guy had on him in the suitcase, in the backpack.

00:11:23.920 horrific crimes, right? That took place in Buffalo and Uvalde and Tulsa, by the way, we don't talk
00:11:30.440 about Tulsa anymore or the Philadelphia South Street shooting, right? For some reason, we don't
00:11:34.560 talk about certain mass shootings. We'll talk about other ones because it's about a political
00:11:39.620 operation. You have people with a political agenda that want you to focus on certain things,
00:11:45.360 but not other things. And so we're told it's not the criminal's problem, it's society's problem.
00:11:51.400 And so this gun bill that was passed, what is it? It's increasing the age limit on the purchase of
00:11:57.620 certain firearms, preventing gun trafficking, whatever that means, modernizing the prohibition
00:12:02.840 on untraceable firearms, encouraging the safe storage of firearms, and for other purposes,
00:12:07.840 including controversial red flag laws that are supported by people like Dr. Oz. So here's the
00:12:14.160 situation. Here's the situation. And let's just take the main focus point that everybody's getting
00:12:21.180 at, this idea that you have to be 21 years old to purchase one of these at the federal level.
00:12:26.300 Here's the problem. And I've read the legislation, it doesn't say AR-15, it says semi-automatic
00:12:31.620 centerfire rifle, right? As if that makes a difference. Here's the problem. Unconstitutional.
00:12:37.400 It's been found unconstitutional because California just tried to do this a month ago. And guess what?
00:12:42.980 The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals came down and said, guess what? It's unconstitutional. You
00:12:48.340 literally do not have the ability to restrict this at the constitutional level. Why? Because the
00:12:54.360 Constitution only provides age limits for two things, voting at 18 and then running for office,
00:13:00.900 right? 25, 30, 35 for House, Senate, President. That's it. That's the only age limits that are
00:13:07.200 permissible under the Constitution. So at the state level, you look at that and you say, well, hold on,
00:13:12.520 how come a state can't do whatever they want out of the state? Simple. Because the Second Amendment
00:13:17.780 guarantees, guarantees that right. So let me get it straight, right? You could be 18, you could be
00:13:24.820 sent off to die in Afghanistan, like the kids that Joe Biden sent off to die at the Afghanistan airport
00:13:30.040 in Kabul. But he's going to say that those people, well, yeah, we'll send you off to die in the desert
00:13:35.560 of some Middle Eastern wasteland. But, but when you come back home, you're not able to defend
00:13:41.940 yourself and you can't go shooting with your friends because you're not the same age. How does
00:13:47.460 that make any sense? It doesn't. This is a civil rights issue.

00:14:32.840 the latest victim of the Biden economy. Apparently he just lost his job. We know unemployment is having,
00:14:41.440 you know, this huge spike right now. And we're very sorry, Mr. Boudin, because, you know, it looks like
00:14:47.420 there aren't any jobs available for scumbags like you. Now, this is a guy two years ago when he was first
00:14:55.480 coming out that I said, you need to watch out for this guy. He was raised by Bill Ayers and
00:15:02.660 Bernadine Dorn as their adoptive son. His parents were left-wing terrorists in the weather
00:15:09.260 underground. Yes, literal terrorists who actually killed a security guard at a bank. Then when they
00:15:15.880 couldn't raise their son anymore, they gave him off to left-wing radicals like Bill Ayers, the guy who
00:15:22.500 is the grandfather of Antifa and left-wing radical violence, and they raised him. Now, and they say,
00:15:29.380 we'll post it. Hold on, hold on. You can't hold a child against the sins of the father. You can't do
00:15:33.100 that. Of course not. Of course not. But that being said, you have to look at where someone comes from.

00:17:52.540 a law problem in this country. I would go so far as to say, controversial as it may sound,
00:18:00.620 we don't have a gun problem in this country. We have a people problem. We have a community problem.
00:18:07.560 We do have a society problem. That's true. But it's not oppressors versus oppressed. It's a problem

00:19:42.280 if the U.S. ramps up sanctions. There's a policy proposal that was just made out of Bloomberg
00:19:48.420 in a speech on U.S.-China relations in a research group overseen by the CCP's economic planning agency.
00:19:55.320 They're talking about the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. So understand what's
00:20:00.980 going on here. Semiconductors are Taiwan's key strategic interest for the United States.
00:20:08.080 They have essentially, I'm not going to say a monopoly on the market, but they are the key
00:20:13.420 manufacturer of semiconductors in the entire country or entire world. And now I wish they weren't.
00:20:19.400 I wish that those semiconductors, by the way, were being made right here in the United States
00:20:22.500 in places like Wisconsin or Arizona. They're building someone, a prefab plant outside of
00:20:29.240 Phoenix right now, or really just anywhere in the United States. I wish those jobs were here,
00:20:33.140 but they're not. They're in Taiwan. And this firm specifically, TSMC, one of the largest
00:20:39.960 semiconductor firms, they're out of Taiwan. They have facilities in the United States and they have
00:20:44.960 facilities in China. So understand what's going on here. The CCP will use this as a causes
00:20:52.140 bell-eye. They will use this as a pretext for war. They will say, semiconductors are a key
00:20:59.180 national security interest for the PLA, for the Chinese army, the Red Army, that we are going to
00:21:05.240 need this for our Navy. We're going to need this for expansion. And so they'll move to nationalize
00:21:09.660 the company. And they'll say, we're nationalizing not just the one in Shanghai. No, they'll start
00:21:15.880 there. But then they'll say, we're nationalizing the one on Taiwan. And they'll claim that they're
00:21:22.760 able to do that because remember, the CCP out of Beijing declares Taiwan not to be a separate nation,
00:21:29.580 but to be a rogue province that's in rebellion with the mainland. Taiwan, on the other hand,
00:21:36.500 considers themselves the Republic of China, the original government of China from the 1920s,
00:21:42.120 which was a Republic, a limited Republic, a form of democracy, right? They were kicked out by the
00:21:49.260 communists in 1949 and fled the island of Taiwan. This has been the status quo since the 1950s.
00:21:57.780 That then they would say, okay, Taiwan, you need to turn over these semiconductor plants to us.
00:22:04.860 And what do you think Taiwan's going to say? Of course, they'll say no. And in response,
00:22:09.040 the CCP will begin military operations on Taiwan in this scenario. It's a perfect cause's belly for
00:22:17.640 them. It absolutely makes sense from their perspective. They would use the exact same
00:22:23.220 strategy, the exact same playbook against the West that Putin's using right now. They would say,
00:22:28.080 we've got the resources. We have this right here. Our Navy's right here. Our air force is right here.
00:22:34.460 Taiwan's right next door to us. It's so far from you, from Okinawa, from Guam, from Yakuska.
00:22:41.820 Try us. And they will imply, and I talked about this on War Room last weekend when we did an entire
00:22:46.540 Taiwan special on the anniversary of Tiananmen Square, because we're looking at what could come
00:22:51.140 next. And I said, it would be an embargo, an embargo and a blockade, a naval blockade of the island
00:22:57.160 of Taiwan, where they would starve them out the same way that they starved a hundred million people
00:23:02.380 during the Great Leap Forward, and the same way that they starved 29 million people in the city
00:23:08.540 of Shanghai in the name of stopping COVID. Understand what's going on here.
