00:01:46.160 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:01:48.800 The Syrian government has lost control of Aleppo for the first time since the start of the country's 13-year-old war.
00:01:56.360 Rebel fighters appeared to take control of the major city of Aleppo after a battle with government troops loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.
00:02:03.520 The Assad regime has responded with airstrikes backed by Russia.
00:02:06.320 It comes nearly 14 years into a war that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives, which until recently was locked in a stalemate.
00:02:16.600 Syrian and Russian jets are stepping up joint strikes on opposition forces in the northern part of the country.
00:02:22.460 Syria's volunteer rescue group, the White Helmet, says airstrikes on Sunday have killed dozens of people.
00:02:27.320 And this comes in retaliation for that sudden offensive that caused the Syrian regime control of the country's second largest city, Aleppo.
00:02:33.540 Rebel forces also say they are expanding their control in the country,
00:02:37.880 claiming that they have now made significant gains in the northern countryside of Aleppo, capturing several towns and villages.
00:02:44.580 No one is above the law.
00:02:46.620 Nobody is above the law.
00:02:48.700 No one is above the law.
00:02:50.280 Breaking overnight, President Joe Biden granted a full and unconditional pardon to his son, Hunter.
00:02:55.960 President-elect Trump proving once again he plans to shake up Washington in his second term,
00:03:01.760 announcing plans to nominate Kash Patel as his next FBI director.
00:03:05.940 To me, Kash Patel, and I don't say this lightly, is the most dangerous nominee that we've seen yet to our democracy.
00:03:14.780 It's a terrible development for the men and women of the FBI and also for the nation that depends on a highly functioning, professional, independent Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:03:26.940 I talked to Kash immediately after the nomination by the president, and it's a fantastic nomination to clean up the deep state, the admin state, and the nanny state.
00:03:35.300 I'd shut down the FBI Hoover building on day one and reopening the next day as a museum of the deep state.
00:03:42.820 And I'd take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals.
00:03:48.640 Go be cops.
00:03:49.880 You're cops.
00:03:50.940 Go be cops.
00:03:51.820 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live, Washington, D.C.
00:03:58.560 Today is December 2, 2024.
00:04:00.920 Anno Domini.
00:04:01.840 A lot going on over the weekend, folks.
00:04:04.820 And so we're here to break it all down.
00:04:07.200 All right, folks, let's talk about why Kash Patel is exactly the man we need to clean up the mess at the FBI.
00:04:14.060 You got to understand, the FBI has been in the deep state's back pocket for too long, and it needs someone with the guts to shake things up.
00:04:21.900 Here's why Kash is the guy.
00:04:23.560 First of all, Kash isn't your typical Washington bureaucrat.
00:04:26.780 He's not part of the establishment that turns a blind eye to corruption for political gain.
00:04:31.560 He's a former federal prosecutor.
00:04:34.120 That means he knows the ins and outs of legal battles.
00:04:36.880 He's been in the trenches.
00:04:38.320 He's seen firsthand how the system can be manipulated.
00:04:41.680 And this isn't just about knowing the law, which he does, but it's also about understanding where the system fails and how to fix it.
00:04:50.840 What's more, Kash was right there in the thick of it during Trump's first term.
00:04:56.360 Chief of staff to the secretary of defense, serving on the National Security Council.
00:05:00.400 And he was part of uncovering what we all know as a hoax, the Russia investigation.
00:05:05.780 He's got the inside knowledge of how these agencies operate.
00:05:10.060 The good, the bad, the ugly.
00:05:12.620 He knows where the bodies are buried, literally and metaphorically.
00:05:17.200 Now think about this.
00:05:18.620 The FBI needs someone who's not just going to maintain the status quo.
00:05:23.140 They need someone who's going to challenge it, to reform it, to bring back the integrity that's been lost.
00:05:30.080 Kash Patel has been vocal about the deep state and about the need for transparency and accountability.
00:05:36.120 You don't get that from someone who's too scared to rock the boat.
00:05:39.620 He's already shown that he's willing to call out the corruption at the highest level.
00:05:43.960 So let's get real here.
00:05:45.400 The FBI has been used as a political weapon.
00:05:48.760 We know this.
00:05:49.400 But with Kash at the helm, you've got someone who's going to ensure that doesn't happen again.
00:05:55.220 He understands the importance of law enforcement serving the people, not political agendas.
00:05:59.660 His work with Devin Nunez on the Intel Committee, that wasn't just about playing defense.
00:06:04.020 It was about exposing the truth.
00:06:06.180 And that's exactly what the FBI needs right now.
00:06:08.940 So here we are, America.
00:06:10.260 You want to restore trust in our institutions.
00:06:12.300 That starts with putting people in power who aren't just there to keep things the same.
00:06:17.780 Kash Patel isn't here to play nice with the establishment.
00:06:21.600 No, he's here to clean house.
00:06:23.640 He's got the experience, the knowledge, and most importantly, the backbone to make the FBI what it was meant to be, a guardian of justice, not a political tool.
00:06:35.500 That's why Kash Patel is the right man for this critical moment for this job.
00:06:41.980 And I've got to say, I am proud to know Kash, to be friends with Kash, and also the fact that President Trump is nominated.
00:06:48.900 It shows him the absolute consummate trust that President Trump is putting in this movement,
00:06:55.540 and the fact that President Donald J. Trump intends to make good on the promises that he made on the campaign trail.
00:07:05.060 Be right back.
00:07:05.780 Huge show today.
00:07:06.680 Human Events Daily continues.
00:07:07.580 All right, Jack Wasovic back live here.
00:07:29.680 Human Events Daily.
00:07:31.380 Attention, American homeowners.
00:07:33.500 You already do so much to protect your home, but there's a hidden threat that you might not even know about, and it's called title theft.
00:07:42.420 Now, homeowners nationwide have over $32 trillion in equity, talking at an all-time high.
00:07:49.960 With everything going on in the state of the United States economy, homeownership is more challenging than ever,
00:07:56.460 and title theft is one less thing you should have to worry about.
00:08:01.060 That's why you need protection from the crime the FBI calls house stealing, where the equity in American homes is the target.
00:08:09.680 If your title isn't being monitored, scammers can transfer it into their name, take out loans, and your equity could actually be wiped out completely without you ever knowing.
00:08:20.180 Now, the best way to protect your equity is with Triple Lock Protection from our friends of We're at Home Title Lock.

00:09:02.940 All right, I'm very excited to have now on Liz the Great, by the way, the Great Liz Collin from Alpha News is here.
00:09:11.760 She came on multiple times throughout the election.
00:09:15.060 We talked about the various different coverage of what was going on.
00:09:17.760 Tim Walz, of course, the governor.
00:09:19.620 Liz, I got to say, you must be really heartbroken that Tim Walz isn't going to be our vice president.
00:09:25.360 Good to see you again, Jack.
00:09:27.180 Yeah, it's been interesting watching him back here these last weeks.
00:09:31.120 He's talking with the media again.
00:09:33.200 The media, I should say, that he ignored, Jack, the local media, for many months, refusing to grant any interviews.
00:09:40.120 But he made his first public comments a few weeks ago to supporters.
00:09:44.400 And then last week had a bit more of an open press conference.
00:09:48.620 I think the hardest question was something about if he had any regrets.
00:09:52.660 Jack, he does not.
00:09:54.260 That's what he said.
00:09:55.040 No regrets from his time on the campaign trail.
00:09:57.300 And in fact, he was happy to share Minnesota's story, is what he said.
00:10:02.240 That story, I think, included a lot of open eyes along the way to Minnesotans who weren't even fully aware of Tim Walz,
00:10:09.640 not only his current beliefs and radical policies, but his past relationships with China.
00:10:15.260 A lot of people still asking questions here in Minnesota about if anything will come now of these investigations.
00:10:20.340 These were federal investigations about these China ties and also millions of dollars in fraud on Governor Walz's watch.
00:10:28.580 So what will happen?
00:10:29.360 But also he's going back to St. Paul, to the capital of Minnesota, with less power.
00:10:34.540 The DFL trifecta is over after the elections in Minnesota.
00:10:38.580 Interestingly enough, Jack, four counties in Minnesota flipped red this time.
00:10:43.720 Trump did not win Minnesota, but it was very close.
00:10:47.540 And one of those counties was, in fact, the home county of Tim Walz, where he was a longtime educator in Mankato.
00:10:55.380 So, yeah, I actually remember seeing this during the when we were going through some of the election results.
00:11:00.140 And, you know, Minnesota had been one of those states where I know some people had said it's, you know, kind of close to the bubble.
00:11:05.320 It might be on the bubble in terms of being a swing state.
00:11:08.540 Of course, Mike Lindell, of course, is who's a good friend.
00:11:12.060 And he's got the factory there with my fellows.
00:11:14.260 And he's always, you know, he's always telling us that it's, oh, you know, we're a red state.
00:11:17.920 We got we got red state bones, Jack.
00:11:19.640 And they just can't, you know, just can't got to overcome what's what comes out of Minneapolis.
00:11:24.860 But when it really comes down to it, this is the first time we've seen in a very long time that Minnesota, I think, really came closer to flipping.
00:11:32.840 And what's incredible, of course, is the fact that obviously your governor was on the ticket.
00:11:36.980 How do you account for that?
00:11:38.540 Yeah, it really is, really is quite something.
00:11:41.200 And I think something that a lot of people are not going to let go.
00:11:45.540 And for good reason.
00:11:46.360 We have the House now that is at a tie as they head back in January.
00:11:51.960 The state legislature getting going here, which we've been doing a lot of reporting on over at Alpha News.
00:11:56.280 But also there's a lot of press now surrounding some election, you know, election questions, specifically kind of focused on a couple of different races.
00:12:07.320 But a lawsuit, in fact, just filed today after a House race ended up with some missing ballots that were disposed of that should not have been.
00:12:17.020 And the Democrat winning by just 14 votes.
00:12:21.500 So I don't think we're done quite yet with how this is all going to shake out.
00:12:26.100 But I do.
00:12:26.720 I think that it was very close this time around.
00:12:30.280 And it also says a lot that Walls, you know, lived in one particular area for about 20 years in Minnesota.
00:12:36.100 And that, you know, went red as opposed to being a blue county for the first time in quite a bit here.
00:12:43.080 Well, and I just have to say it and I'll put I'll throw this on everyone else is that, you know, and you would know better than me, but there was this narrative.
00:12:52.420 There was this mainstream media narrative that Tim Walls on the ticket would be the connection that the Democrat Party was looking for for that.
00:13:00.720 That that masculine, rugged, you know, alpha male, alpha news, you know, type figure that they could reconnect with with white males, with rural males.
00:13:13.900 And that this guy was going to be the masculine figure to to bring Democrat values and middle American dads and guys together.
00:13:24.260 And I remember thinking that and Richard Barris, you know, the political analyst that actually got, I believe, number one pollster nationwide would come on and say, but Jack, that's not how Tim Walls is gubernatorial races have ever played out.
00:13:37.860 He doesn't win the state because of rural areas.
00:13:40.720 He wins the state because of the blue centers.
00:13:43.740 And that's pretty much it.
00:13:45.620 Yeah, if you look at that map, Jack, that's exactly what what happened in this election.
00:13:49.840 You have a couple of blue dots, you know, maybe a few, including St.
00:13:53.900 Louis County up in the Duluth area.
00:13:56.460 But otherwise, you're not even really a light red.
00:13:59.760 It was a very bright red turnout.
00:14:02.800 And also the state legislature now securing a couple more seats.
00:14:07.720 The Iron Range used to be held by Democrats in a very blue area.
00:14:11.240 And that is just not the case anymore moving forward.
00:14:14.420 And a lot of this was really exposed.
00:14:16.380 Again, you know, being a reporter here for so long, you know, it is interesting as you see people sort of catch on, you know, especially over being being over an independent media.
00:14:26.940 The mainstream media here in town was actually finally forced to report on so much of this, things that they'd ignored for years.
00:14:34.340 You know, we've sort of been talking about it for a very long time over at Alpha News, especially these lies, these character questions that I think people should have been asking very early on with Walls.
00:14:45.380 Why was he lying about everything?
00:14:47.880 Almost, you know, and then it is interesting to see him sort of get this passed as he comes back.
00:14:53.100 He says now, you know, in addition to no regrets, that he is now focused more on listening to the other side and listening more.
00:15:02.280 But I think time will tell.
00:15:03.660 He has not ruled out running again as governor in Minnesota.
00:15:07.200 I'm not sure if the appetite is really quite here for that.
00:15:10.480 But we'll, of course, you know, keep you posted.
00:15:12.600 No, absolutely.
00:15:14.900 And certainly the two Senate seats as well.
00:15:18.220 Look at it this way.
00:15:19.280 If if if there were a way for the Republican Party to to win statewide, either presidential level or Senate or gubernatorial races, do you think there would potentially be a past a path there, given the results that we saw in this race?
00:15:35.240 Yeah, I see this all over the state of Minnesota.
00:15:38.620 I agree with what you've been been told.
00:15:41.040 This seems like a very red state to me where you see, you know, a lot of these radical policies are in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
00:15:50.220 And for the most part, a lot of people don't even go there anymore after what we happened with with the riots, after, you know, the home of the defund and the police movement crimes that take place in those cities that we never would have reported on ever before.
00:16:07.220 I think even just over the past few days, there's been a couple more homicides in Minneapolis.
00:16:13.000 Homicide rate is up 30 or 40 percent over where it was last year in in that city as as record crime continues.
00:16:21.320 But but again, then that's why, you know, I think a lot of Republicans become frustrated in Minnesota that, you know, does their vote even count because they clearly have a math problem on their hands to overcome these big population hubs of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
00:16:36.380 No, I think that's right. Exactly. And in addition, though, this is going to be a huge target vector.
00:16:42.700 And you and I have spoken before about the illegal alien situation.
00:16:46.980 And again, you know, we're not talking about from the northern border.
00:16:50.340 We're talking about from all over the world who seem to somehow, for whatever reason, and obviously you've gone through chapter and verse, why they end up in Minnesota.
00:16:59.660 Yeah, we have a free health care now, Jack, for people who are here illegally free free college.
00:17:07.820 They can drive. They can get a driver's license. These are all things that have happened under walls.
00:17:12.820 He has certainly opened the door and and there are many incentives here.
00:17:17.400 We have day workers line up each and every day in Minneapolis by by the dozens looking for work.
00:17:23.480 We've spoken to them on many occasions.
00:17:25.460 We have hotels, housing illegal immigrants around the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
00:17:31.420 And they've talked to us about, you know, how they're how they're getting compensated credit cards.
00:17:36.380 They're staying for free. They're very open about all of that.
00:17:40.240 But but but absolutely, it's a good point.
00:17:42.620 And again, you know, all programs offered by by the governor here.
00:17:48.040 Well, there you go. All programs offered by the governor.
00:17:51.100 It sounds like something that Tom Homan is going to have to take a look at here in just a couple of weeks.
00:17:57.280 I don't know, Liz, maybe I'll have to call you down to the ICE office for a little sit down with the borders are if you're interested.
00:18:04.380 Oh, absolutely. I think it's very interesting that we have yet to hear from from Mayor Fryer.
00:18:09.000 I expect many of them to come out and say they're going to do everything they can to keep ICE out of Minnesota.
00:18:15.100 But I'm happy to pass along. I'm sure it's coming to pass along information when the time comes for sure.
00:18:20.140 I'm sure it's coming. Liz, where can people go to follow you and get all the access to your writings and everything Alpha News is doing?
00:18:27.580 Yeah, just head on over to Alpha News dot org.
00:18:30.740 And I'm Liz Collin News on X did a recent story also with Derek Chauvin.

00:18:40.720 A prison interview with him that I posted recently. I encourage people to continue to follow that case and that that story as well.
00:18:47.940 But I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to pull that and I'm going to post that. That's perfect.

00:20:16.380 Promo code POSO20.
00:20:18.740 All right, folks.
00:20:19.900 You knew we were going to get into this.
00:20:21.880 And here I am to talk about it.
00:20:24.160 Hunter Biden, this entire situation that we saw, Hunter Biden getting the blanket pardon that he got last night from his dad, from dear old dad over there.
00:20:39.920 Now, this this I got to tell you, folks, I've never seen anything like this.
00:20:45.360 I've never heard of anything like this, a 10 year blanket pardon, which goes all the way back to what?
00:20:52.480 Oh, that's right.
00:20:53.680 January 2014.
00:20:55.800 January 2014.
00:20:56.800 That's a very specific date.
00:20:59.000 Why would it go back?
00:20:59.980 Could it be perhaps that someone's worried about?
00:21:02.060 Oh, I don't know.
00:21:03.120 Statute of limitations.
00:21:05.580 Perhaps a 10 year statute of limitations.
00:21:08.680 Oh, it's so perfect, of course, because what was Hunter Biden up to back in 2014?
00:21:14.460 Well, we know what Joe Biden was up to back in 2014 because he was intimately involved in something called the Maidan coup of 2014.
00:21:26.420 And what was the Maidan coup?
00:21:28.080 Do you ask?
00:21:29.520 Well, this was Biden, this was Biden, John McCain, Victoria Newland, and the idea that they would overthrow the government of Ukraine and install a pro-Western, pro-US leadership.
00:21:52.300 This is the same type of thinking, by the way.
00:21:54.240 Keep in mind, this is only a couple of years after the same group of people kicked off the Syrian civil war.
00:22:00.080 And we're going to talk about this in a second because Syria is kicking off too.
00:22:03.040 But understand, this is the neocon, neoliberal, color revolution, regime change operation manifesto.
00:22:11.020 This is their playbook.
00:22:12.360 This is exactly what they do every time.
00:22:16.220 They run these operations around the world.
00:22:18.960 They think that they know best.
00:22:21.080 They know who should be in charge of that country.
00:22:23.320 No, no, no, no.
00:22:24.320 It'll be great for Ukraine if we get rid of this guy.
00:22:26.920 We're going to install our own president of Ukraine.
00:22:30.060 He's going to be so much better.
00:22:31.620 Oh, and by the way, we're going to grease the skids with Hunter Biden.
00:22:35.120 We're going to grease the skids with some money from dear old dad.
00:22:37.560 Yeah, throw him on the board of Burisma.
00:22:39.140 Don't worry about it.
00:22:40.060 That's going to make sure that we take it.
00:22:41.240 Keep in mind, Biden was never supposed to be president.
00:22:43.240 Remember, you got to go all the way back, folks.
00:22:45.560 You got to go way, way, way, way, way back.
00:22:47.600 You got to put yourself in the mindset of 2014.
00:22:49.800 Hillary Clinton was supposed to be president in 2016.
00:22:56.020 Hillary Clinton was supposed to win.
00:22:58.060 And once you understand that Hillary Clinton was supposed to win 2016, then the rest of this all falls into place.
00:23:06.300 Because you think, wait a minute, why does it seem like so many of these operations are either half-baked or ridiculous?
00:23:12.760 They're not well thought out.
00:23:13.900 They're not well put together.
00:23:14.680 Because they were never meant to stand up to scrutiny.
00:23:16.960 The Steele dossier wasn't meant to stand up to scrutiny.
00:23:19.320 Hunter Biden was never supposed to stand up to scrutiny.
00:23:21.560 Burisma was never supposed to stand up to scrutiny.
00:23:23.680 The Biden crime family, and that's what they are.
00:23:26.200 And that's what this pardon proves.
00:23:28.360 That they are and have always been the Biden crime family.
00:23:32.120 You got Jersey Jill, Jill from Jersey, Jersey Jill.
00:23:36.760 Oh, yeah, Jersey Jill.
00:23:38.040 Probably holding her husband's arthritic hand there while he signs the document, signing over.
00:23:44.880 And by the way, there's no love lost between Jill and Hunter Biden.
00:23:48.520 Understand that.
00:23:49.780 There's no love lost between Jill and Hunter Biden.
00:23:53.020 What's really going on here?
00:23:55.120 She doesn't want anyone digging into it.
00:23:57.720 None of them want anyone digging into it.
00:23:59.760 They're worried if they don't want to cash Patel or a Pam Bondi or Donald Trump himself
00:24:05.000 asking any questions or having any situation where you can really dig in.
00:24:09.440 And they know Hunter is the fall guy.
00:24:11.360 So what do they do to give him the blanket pardon?
00:24:13.380 By the way, the blanket pardon for Hunter Biden also covers what?
00:24:17.580 Oh, right.
00:24:18.580 The White House cocaine.
00:24:20.620 Remember the White House cocaine?
00:24:22.180 Well, I guess Hunter Biden could walk right out today and say, yep, it was mine.
00:24:26.140 Doesn't matter.
00:24:27.240 Blanket pardon.
00:24:28.480 Blanket immunity.
00:24:29.460 You got to love it, folks.
00:24:31.440 An absolute blanket pardon.
00:24:33.200 And that's the plenary power of the president when it comes to pardons at the federal level, too.
00:24:39.560 No president can have their pardon overturned.
00:24:43.100 So what does that mean?
00:24:44.240 So that means it's an absolute power of the presidency, plenary power.
00:24:48.260 So the Supreme Court can't overturn it.
00:24:50.920 Congress can't overturn it.
00:24:52.340 The next president can't overturn it.
00:24:54.100 In fact, Joe Biden himself can't even overturn this pardon because that's the way it's written, folks.
00:25:02.700 That's the way it works.
00:25:03.300 But Jill wasn't worried about Hunter.
00:25:06.920 She didn't care about Hunter.
00:25:08.460 She cared about Hunter going public.
00:25:11.900 She cared about Hunter putting this out.
00:25:14.340 And I got a report last night, actually, a couple of reports asked around.
00:25:19.100 And they said that, yeah, Hunter Biden was sitting there up in Nantucket with his dad at Thanksgiving dinner and telling dear old dad, according to White House officials and other Hill sources,
00:25:31.880 that he was telling dear old dad at the dinner table in front of everyone about a book that he was thinking about writing, about all the things that he's been through.
00:25:42.060 Because remember, Hunter Biden was about to be sentenced in just about two weeks time, actually 10 days time, December 12th.
00:25:50.660 And so he didn't want to get sentenced.
00:25:52.820 He didn't want to go to jail.
00:25:54.020 He wouldn't do any of that.
00:25:54.900 And so he said, Dad, you know, I'm going to have a lot of time when I'm in jail for these sentences, for this gun charge, these tax evasion crimes.
00:26:06.040 Maybe, I don't know, maybe I'll write a book.
00:26:08.460 In fact, Dad, I've already started working on the book.
00:26:11.340 I'm going to put it out.
00:26:12.860 What do you think about that, Dad?
00:26:14.280 I still got my tongue.
00:26:15.520 I can still speak freely.
00:26:18.740 Unless something were to happen, Dad, I don't know.
00:26:21.500 Do you get it?
00:26:22.260 Jill and Joe were trying to save their own tails.
00:26:27.820 That's what's going on here.
00:26:29.860 And it coincides with everything.
00:26:31.740 That's why it goes all the way back to 2014.
00:26:34.820 The CIA coup of Ukraine, covered.
00:26:38.740 The Biolabs, Metabiota, covered.
00:26:41.960 CEFC, the Chinese Energy Concern, covered.
00:26:44.880 The CCP deals, covered.
00:26:46.560 All of it, covered.
00:26:47.860 Kazakhstan, Russia, the Moscow mayor's wife.
00:26:49.920 It's all covered, folks.
00:26:52.260 Every single bit of it.
00:26:53.500 The trips to Dubai.
00:26:55.820 All of a sudden.
00:26:56.780 By the way, this Burisma story.
00:26:58.320 I remember, I've been reporting on this for going on five years now.
00:27:01.560 Five years.
00:27:03.360 And this was never supposed to be public, right?
00:27:06.380 Because remember, going back to what I was saying before.
00:27:08.360 Hillary was supposed to be president.
00:27:10.820 And this was supposed to be the Biden nest egg.
00:27:13.420 The plan was, remember, Obama always knew that Biden would screw up.
00:27:17.120 Obama told everyone this.
00:27:20.300 Obama said, remember, Joe Biden, don't underestimate Biden's ability to fudge things up.
00:27:28.180 Let's say fudge things up.
00:27:31.060 Barack Obama used a different word.
00:27:32.680 So, this was supposed to be the nest egg.
00:27:39.540 Obama passes Biden over for Hillary, endorses Hillary in 2016, has her run.
00:27:47.660 She wins.
00:27:49.640 Biden doesn't get it.
00:27:50.580 But then, all of a sudden, this accident of history, Biden says, I'm going to run in 2020.
00:27:56.440 And then, because they had COVID and everything else going on board, suddenly, Biden gets installed.
00:28:03.700 And he still screws it up.
00:28:05.480 He still screws it up.
00:28:07.040 Because he's that much of a screw up.
00:28:08.700 And then, Obama comes in.
00:28:09.800 This is a real story of everything, folks.
00:28:11.440 This is a real story of what went on in your government.
00:28:13.600 Then, Obama comes in.
00:28:15.300 And we did this all in bulletproof.
00:28:16.420 We outlined all of this in Bulletproof for you to see.
00:28:19.400 Obama comes in with Michelle.
00:28:22.080 And then, he gets Oprah involved and George Clooney and all the rest of it.
00:28:25.720 And pulls Biden from the presidency.
00:28:28.220 Pulls him out and says, you're not going to run.
00:28:30.580 And so, he puts Kamala Harris in there.
00:28:33.380 And then, he installs his own loyalists and his own people in the campaign around Kamala Harris.
00:28:40.160 They go down in flames.
00:28:41.060 The real way to understand everything that you've seen over the last decade or so is the fact that Barack Obama hates Joe Biden.
00:28:52.180 He always has.
00:28:53.520 The bromance has been a complete farce.
00:28:56.540 And that Joe Biden has no love lost for the guy.
00:28:59.420 He's sitting there thinking, wait a minute.
00:29:00.700 Keep in mind, folks.
00:29:01.900 Keep in mind.
00:29:02.360 For eight years.
00:29:03.460 Okay.
00:29:03.740 Remember this fact.
00:29:04.660 For eight years.
00:29:06.480 And Joe Biden admitted this once.
00:29:08.100 He said, when he moved into the White House.
00:29:10.500 He said, you know, I've never been in the residence before.
00:29:13.340 Well, hold on a second.
00:29:15.660 What do you mean you've never been in the White House residence?
00:29:17.740 That's the residential section where the family lives.
00:29:20.140 The first family.
00:29:20.740 So, that means for eight years, he served as the vice president.
00:29:27.440 And Barack Obama never even invited him over for a cup of coffee together.
00:29:33.580 Never even sat down for a meal.
00:29:36.120 Never said, hey, Joe, come on.
00:29:38.900 Let's go get dinner.
00:29:40.120 Let's do any of this.
00:29:40.860 No.
00:29:41.720 There's no relationship there.
00:29:43.520 There's nothing.
00:29:44.300 And there hasn't been for a long time.
00:29:47.860 So, this was Joe going to Hunter and saying, and Jill, and saying, you know what?
00:29:53.820 We got a couple of months left.
00:29:55.800 We're just pulling out all the stops.
00:29:57.800 We don't care anymore.
00:29:58.980 We're not playing the game.
00:30:00.440 We're done with it.
00:30:01.540 What does it mean for us as conservatives, by the way?
00:30:03.740 And us as people who have been trying to tell the truth about what's going on here?
00:30:08.120 It means everything that we've said about the corruption.
00:30:10.140 Everything that we've told you about the Biden crime family, about the way they've used these foreign wars to loot the taxpayer wallet, to suckle at the teat of the American worker and steal your bread and sucker, steal your bread and milk while it made themselves rich.
00:30:29.980 Well, they enriched themselves from things like Ukraine, from things like China, by selling out the middle American to put money in their own pocket and cocaine up Hunter's nose.
00:30:44.620 That's what this pardon was about.
00:30:46.540 This is the two-tier system of justice, and it's not the deep state because it's in your face, and it's right in front of you.
00:30:53.720 So, you have the ability right now to do something about this, and the Senate certainly has the ability.
00:30:58.600 If you want to do something to reform this system, confirm Cash Patel.
00:31:03.580 Be right back.

00:33:16.600 All right, folks, really excited for this next case here because this is a big one.
00:33:22.800 U.S. Supreme Court this Wednesday is actually going to now hear a case on the Tennessee law banning trans care for minors.
00:33:32.940 And now we actually are very excited to have the bill's author here from Tennessee, State Senator Jack Johnson.
00:33:39.960 Senator, thank you so much for coming on.
00:33:42.120 Thanks, Jack. Great to be with you.
00:33:44.580 Now, walk us through the story of the case.
00:33:47.980 How did you get it from Tennessee all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court?
00:33:52.800 Well, in late 2022, there was some investigative reporting that took place that revealed that a prominent medical facility right here in Middle Tennessee actually had a dedicated clinic,
00:34:04.200 a clinic dedicated to performing transgender reassignment surgeries on minors.
00:34:09.480 And when that news broke, obviously, there was a tremendous outcry all across Tennessee and amongst members of the General Assembly, including myself.
00:34:15.580 So I partnered with the House Majority Leader.
00:34:18.600 I serve as the Senate Majority Leader.
00:34:20.040 And we crafted legislation working with our Attorney General to ban this practice in Tennessee.
00:34:25.740 The bill passed overwhelmingly.
00:34:27.100 It was promptly signed into law by Governor Bill Lee.
00:34:29.920 Not surprisingly, we were sued by the Biden Department of Justice and the ACLU.
00:34:35.100 That case has made its way through the legal process.
00:34:37.840 Good news is, Jack, that the bill has been affirmed by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and it is in effect now in Tennessee.
00:34:46.260 Kids are being protected.
00:34:47.820 But the Supreme Court has taken the case up.
00:34:49.900 And as you said, oral arguments are this coming Wednesday.
00:34:52.660 And very, very hopeful and cautiously optimistic that the Supreme Court will affirm that Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals decision
00:34:59.940 and affirm the right of states to protect kids from these procedures.
00:35:03.260 Now, it seems to me that this should be a fairly straightforward states' rights argument.
00:35:09.820 This is something that's pretty much always been done at the state level.
00:35:14.280 Medical decisions like this have always been run by state governments.
00:35:17.640 What are some of the opponents saying?
00:35:20.000 Well, you're exactly right.
00:35:21.540 Tennessee has for many years, and many states have.
00:35:24.000 There's clear case precedent for the right of states to regulate medical procedures and to have prohibited medical procedures,
00:35:30.640 which is what we did in Tennessee.
00:35:33.860 The plaintiffs are trying to make an argument that I certainly don't agree with,
00:35:38.740 that this is somehow a violation of the Equal Protection Clause in the United States Constitution.
00:35:44.020 Again, the Sixth Circuit did not see it that way in a two-to-one decision.
00:35:47.540 A great opinion written by Judge Sutton from the Sixth Circuit that affirmed the right of states.
00:35:52.200 As you said, very much a Tenth Amendment issue.
00:35:54.720 I'm very excited.
00:35:55.420 President Trump has spoken, he's been very outspoken in support of this and in support of banning these types of procedures.
00:36:03.180 And I'm very excited to have him in the White House and have all new leadership at the Department of Justice.
00:36:08.240 And hopefully we won't have these types of problems in the future.
00:36:11.580 But I agree with you.
00:36:12.960 It's a federalism issue.
00:36:14.340 It's a state's rights Tenth Amendment issue, clearly.
00:36:17.920 Well, it clearly comes down to it.
00:36:20.000 This is just not something that I think the founders ever envisioned that the federal government would be getting into.
00:36:24.480 Well, I couldn't agree with you more.
00:36:29.440 Excuse me.
00:36:30.440 Again, there's long history in states.
00:36:31.700 Oh, I got the same thing.
00:36:33.980 It's good old winter allergies here.
00:36:35.900 There's a long history and a lot of case precedent affirming the right of states to regulate these types of procedures.
00:36:41.140 And ultimately, states have, I believe Tennessee and all states have a compelling interest to protect kids.
00:36:47.520 We do so in a myriad of ways.
00:36:49.600 In Tennessee, you can't get a tattoo unless you're 18.
00:36:53.100 Even with parental consent.
00:36:54.620 So why in the world would we let you remove body parts or modify body parts because you're experiencing gender dysphoria?
00:37:02.200 No, it's clearly a situation where the overriding interest is coming not because of a real due process claim or a Sixth Amendment claim.
00:37:16.120 What it really is, it's coming out, or excuse me, Fifth Amendment.
00:37:18.260 But the real issue to me seems like this is about a special interest group that is looking for special preferential treatment to get around the Bill of Rights.
00:37:29.140 You're exactly right.
00:37:32.500 Right. And again, if you believe in the Tenth Amendment, state sovereignty, you believe in federalism, which I do.
00:37:40.380 And keep in mind, I am a state legislator.
00:37:42.800 And one of the biggest issues we have in trying to do what we think is right for the state of Tennessee is trying to deal with the federal government and the federal government trying to come in and impede our efforts to do what we think is right.
00:37:54.500 In this instance, we think it's right to protect kids from these procedures, not just the surgeries, by the way, Jack, also these very harmful drugs that can result in chemical castration of little boys and delay puberty, which has irreversible effects.
00:38:09.100 Many medical professionals will tell you that.
00:38:11.200 So it's, again, from a legal standpoint, I'm not a constitutional scholar, but I am certainly an advocate for state's rights.
00:38:18.660 And I hope that the Supreme Court sees it the same way.
00:38:21.200 Well, it generally seems that way.
00:38:24.940 And again, you know, these are medical procedures.
00:38:26.920 Also, by the way, you know, for as much as as much controversy has been following the Dobbs decision that really for people who actually read the Dobbs decision, which came down from the Supreme Court, that is what they were talking about.
00:38:39.360 They were talking about the rights of states.
00:38:41.700 It wasn't actually a decision that was predicated on should we have abortion?
00:38:46.380 Should we not have abortion?
00:38:47.740 Should abortion be banned?
00:38:48.760 Should abortion be allowed?
00:38:49.820 That wasn't the crux of the legal argument.
00:38:52.420 The crux of the legal argument was should the federal government be making these decisions blanket for all 50 states?
00:38:59.840 You're exactly right.
00:39:01.140 And, you know, if you look over the last really hundred years and the expansive nature of the federal government, how big and how much they encroach on the right of states.
00:39:10.900 I certainly believe that framers intended for the federal government to be very small, very limited and for states to be laboratories of democracy, to have debates and decide within their jurisdictions, within the boundaries of the state and representing the people of a given state, what is best for their states and their communities.
00:39:28.280 And that's what we did here in Tennessee.
00:39:29.760 This legislation was supported overwhelmingly, not only by members of the General Assembly, but it's it's supported overwhelmingly by Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives.
00:39:39.320 It has overwhelming support.
00:39:41.480 So we are, in effect, as members of the Tennessee General Assembly, reflecting the will of our constituents.
00:39:46.680 And that's the way it should be.
00:39:47.960 And so this this clearly strikes me as an example of something where the federal government would potentially be overreaching.
00:39:59.280 And again, there's I think there's going to be a huge push.
00:40:02.620 And I expect you'll see from the plaintiffs here a huge push, particularly I'm just going to say it, particularly towards the females on the court to say, oh, this is about protecting children.
00:40:11.400 This is about making sure that kids get the best care that they need, et cetera, et cetera, when that isn't actually the case at all.
00:40:21.580 Well, you're right.
00:40:22.600 The advocates for these procedures, they use the term gender affirming care.
00:40:27.880 And I don't accept that that that euphemism, if you will.
00:40:31.680 I don't accept that terminology because I don't believe it's care.
00:40:35.160 These drugs, these surgeries can have a very, very lasting impact on the lives of these children.
00:40:40.860 And it's why states have a compelling interest to to protect them.
00:40:45.220 And and if you really want to talk about care of children, you know, I acknowledge the fact that puberty, development of the body can be difficult on kids, some more than others.
00:40:56.120 I recognize that.
00:40:57.060 And we have a lot of discussion about that when we are contemplating this legislation.
00:41:00.740 Let's love these kids.
00:41:02.300 Let's embrace them.
00:41:03.180 Let's get them the mental health treatment that they need.
00:41:05.580 But let's don't allow them to make a decision or allow a medical provider to make a decision for a child that is irreversible.
00:41:12.200 You can't undo this when you cut off a body part where you do damage.
00:41:15.820 It's not a haircut.
00:41:16.860 It's not a haircut.
00:41:18.020 It's not dyeing your hair.
00:41:19.360 It is something completely else.
00:41:21.400 Senator, where can people go to follow you?
00:41:23.640 So you can follow me on X at S-E-N Johnson, Sam Johnson and Johnson for Tennessee dot com.
00:41:30.460 Jack, really appreciate you having me on the big week for not just kids, Tennessee, but the entire country.
00:41:35.860 This coming Wednesday.
00:41:36.520 God bless.
00:41:37.000 We'll be praying for you up there.
00:41:38.980 Right back.
00:41:39.700 Human Events Daily continues.
00:41:40.680 Darren B.
00:41:41.000 I'll be right back.
00:41:48.240 Jack is a great guy.
00:41:49.800 He's written a fantastic book.
00:41:51.500 Everybody's talking about it.
00:41:52.680 Go get it.
00:41:53.840 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:41:57.780 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great to get to him.
00:42:01.040 Amen.
00:42:01.320 All right.
00:42:04.820 Jack Posobiec back live here.
00:42:06.520 Human Events Daily, 1776, humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com.
00:42:13.580 Breaking news, folks.
00:42:14.840 We've got a huge post out from President Trump here.
00:42:18.040 He says, everyone is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely, and against the will of the entire world.
00:42:28.560 Just pulling it up here so we can read this.
00:42:31.320 Rule of the entire world in the Middle East.
00:42:33.700 But it's all talk and no action.
00:42:35.420 Please let this truth serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20, 2025, the date that I proudly assume the office as President of the United States, there will be, in all caps, all hell to pay in the Middle East.
00:42:52.220 And for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against humanity.
00:42:56.920 Those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied history of the United States of America.
00:43:05.020 Release the hostages now in all capital letters.
00:43:09.620 Folks, there's President Trump.
00:43:11.300 He's throwing down.
00:43:12.860 You never heard language like this from Biden.
00:43:14.920 You never heard language like this from Jake Sullivan.
00:43:16.620 You never heard language like this from any of them.
00:43:18.960 He's being very serious here.
00:43:20.520 If an American hostage is taken, again, period, full stop, that is one of our people.
00:43:26.640 And if one of our people is taken, then it is the goal of the entire United States government to get that person back.
00:43:34.320 Why?
00:43:34.980 Because if you don't, then that means no one views you as strong.
00:43:40.240 You are viewed as weak.
00:43:42.160 No one will pay you any respect at all if you just allow your people to be taken off the street like that and thrown in cages.
00:43:49.520 It's ridiculous, and the fact that the Biden administration or Dr. Jill or Tony Blinken or any of these people will never – by the way, go and look at what animates those guys.
00:44:00.880 There is one group of people.
00:44:02.820 So I want to actually – a thought occurs to me here that I want to actually explain to you guys.
00:44:10.200 So President Trump gets very animated when he talks about injustices that are done to the American people.
00:44:17.160 But what does the Biden administration actually get very excited about?
00:44:23.000 Let's think about, oh, I don't know, Merrick Garland or Joe Biden in his own speeches.
00:44:28.360 They get excited about persecuting you.
00:44:31.980 They get excited about persecuting the American people.
00:44:36.520 Think about when they talk about January 6th.
00:44:39.040 Think about the way they talked about anyone who attended there, even if you were just a protester, even if you were just walking around peacefully.
00:44:45.260 Think about how they talk about people on Jan 6th.
00:44:48.060 Now think about how they talked about the unvaccinated.
00:44:51.300 Remember it was going to be the dark winter for the unvaccinated?
00:44:55.260 Remember all this?
00:44:56.220 Or the threats to democracy?
00:44:58.300 Remember when they talked about you as a threat to democracy?
00:45:01.980 That's what actually excites them.
00:45:03.540 I was going to talk about Syria here for a second, but that's what actually excites them.
00:45:07.720 So a lot of people are asking me, though.
00:45:10.100 They said, what's going on in Syria?
00:45:11.420 We've seen the news over the weekend.
00:45:13.780 We're working on getting Darren Beattie on if we can.
00:45:16.200 But in a nutshell, I walked through this on War Room this morning with Steve Bannon.
00:45:21.320 But if you didn't catch that here, let me explain.
00:45:24.940 In 2011, the CIA, in conjunction with the Biden administration, John Brennan, and John McCain, like I was saying earlier, with Ukraine,
00:45:34.820 decided to throw together a regime change operation in Syria, vis-a-vis these pipelines that they wanted built from Qatar, across Syria, and then into Turkey to feed this liquid natural gas into Europe.
00:45:49.700 It's all about feeding the energy needs of Europe.
00:45:53.560 And who gets to do that?
00:45:55.860 Well, Assad, in around 2009, decided to not sign off on this.
00:46:00.900 A couple years later, oh, look, the CIA decides to start funding and arming and training, quote-unquote, moderate jihadist groups to overthrow Assad.
00:46:12.660 And this creates something we call the Syrian Civil War, completely explodes in the region.
00:46:19.600 The Syrian splinter groups of that break off and use that same equipment to found ISIS.
00:46:24.700 And the entire rat's nest is still in play today with people on various sides.
00:46:31.000 We've only got a couple of minutes left in the show.
00:46:32.560 I believe we do have Darren on.
00:46:33.760 Darren, are you there?
00:46:35.340 I'm here.
00:46:37.060 Darren, how should we think about the current crisis ongoing in Syria right now?
00:46:44.080 Well, it's a very interesting situation.
00:46:46.680 On one hand, it seems like a rehash of 2011, really 2015.
00:46:55.620 We saw the whole thing with Hillary and Anne-Marie Slaughter.
00:46:59.900 And that was a huge part of the foreign policy conversation, where, in effect, as we learned from WikiLeaks, of all places,
00:47:07.460 al-Qaeda was, quote-unquote, on our side, and various permutations and reiterations of al-Qaeda under the guise of Sunni rebels.
00:47:18.420 And let's not let it slide that that email of al-Qaeda is on our side in Syria was written by none other than Jake Sullivan, who is the current national security advisor.
00:47:33.140 Correct.
00:47:33.360 And so, in many ways, it's just a rehash of how many times we have to go over this again, and here it is.
00:47:40.920 And I guess the conspiratorial-minded of us might even think that this recent surge, if you would, by these, quote-unquote, al-Qaeda rebels,
00:47:52.300 was catalyzed as a kind of pressure point toward Russia in this sort of lame-duck transitionary period in the same way that, you know, Ukraine got long-range missiles and so forth.
00:48:07.260 And so, in that sense, it is almost a copy-paste of 2011, 2015.
00:48:13.280 Yeah, they met with him just a couple of months ago.
00:48:43.280 Exactly.
00:48:43.760 Darren, we are just about out of time here today.
00:48:46.800 Let me ask you something, man.
00:48:47.880 I'm going to be down there in West Palm.
00:48:49.960 Can we do a deep dive on this in person?
00:48:52.260 I think we need to.
00:48:54.100 Let's do it.
00:48:55.220 Let's do it.
00:48:55.980 In studio, in person.
00:48:58.400 In studio, in person, the deep dive.
00:49:01.420 We're going to walk around the Dirty Wars of the Deep State, a full, special episode.
00:49:07.800 Jack Posobiec and Darren Beattie.
00:49:10.100 And that might even include, I don't know, some dirty pipe bombs.
00:49:13.880 A lot of dirty laundry coming out tomorrow.
00:49:16.160 It's Dirty Laundry Day tomorrow on Human Events Daily.
00:49:19.520 Jack Posobiec, I'll see you there.
00:49:21.420 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission.
00:49:23.220 Oh, yeah.
00:49:42.960 Oh.
00:49:45.840 Oh.
