00:02:50.900 ground truth? We'll give this to you again. This comes from the Institute for the Study of War. The
00:02:55.440 encirclement of Kiev is nearing completion. We're also seeing now videos of the Chechens led by Ramzan
00:03:01.920 Kadyrov. They are headed as well into there as well as elements of the Wagner Group, which is essentially
00:03:08.460 Russia's Russia's black border. They're private military contractors, the mercenary group that works
00:03:13.460 directly for the state. From ISW, Russian forces conducted limited attacks northwest of Kiev. They
00:03:18.360 attempted to bridge the European River. They did not conduct defensive operations east of Kiev and
00:03:23.360 continue to prioritize improving logistics and reinforcing combat units. They're strengthening
00:03:28.020 their lines as the encirclement continues. And they're really putting Kiev into the siege type of
00:03:33.660 situation. The continued ability of Ukrainian forces to carry out counterattacks around Kharkiv indicates
00:03:40.900 that Russian forces are unlikely to successfully bypass the city from the south. So it looks like
00:03:47.420 Russian forces are still fighting within that city of Kharkiv. Russian proktyom forces continue to
00:03:53.780 achieve a territorial gains in Donetsk oblast after the initial week. Ukrainian forces also halted resumed
00:04:00.960 Russian attacks from Kherson towards Nikolaev and Kriviri on March 14th. Russia will likely deploy small
00:04:07.500 units of Syrian fighters to Ukraine within the week as confirmed to have deployed, as I mentioned before,
00:04:12.120 the private military forces. A lot of these Syrian fighters, by the way, that have been agreeing to
00:04:16.440 come up to Ukraine to fight for Russia, they're actually Christian fighters that are coming up to
00:04:22.940 support because they are pledging support for Russia in response and as essentially a way to pay them
00:04:28.940 back for helping them to defeat ISIS and fight Al Qaeda out of their lands in Idlib, in places like
00:04:35.480 Aleppo in Syria. And so there's a lot of very complicated issues there. In fact, I was actually
00:04:40.340 just watching the news this morning, you know, scrolling through Telegram channels. When I say
00:04:44.220 watching the news, you know, I do it a little bit differently than my dad does. You know, I'm looking
00:04:49.140 at Telegram, I'm looking at what's going on in language, we're going to various Twitter lists that I have
00:04:55.360 built out. And there was a huge rally that was actually held right in downtown Damascus for,
00:05:01.060 you know, a sort of a pro-Russia, pro-Syria rally that was held, lots of flags, you know, pictures of
00:05:06.580 Assad, pictures of Putin. So people need to understand that this is not seen as unpopular in some parts
00:05:13.980 of the world. And there are people that want to come in. Why? Because this administration and this
00:05:20.120 president, a long succession of these presidents, right, neoliberals and neoconservatives, they've
00:05:27.280 united the world, in a sense. They've united the world against the United States. They've united the
00:05:34.120 world against us. They did promise to unite the world. But they're doing so in a way where we're
00:05:40.520 the bad guy. We are, quote unquote, the evil empire in their eyes. And they're the ones who are picking
00:05:48.120 away now at the scraps. They are the ones that see us as overextended. They see us as heavily in debt.
00:05:54.740 They see us as weak, certainly with this president at the helm. They see us as weak. That's why you're
00:05:59.860 seeing places like Iran kick off right now. That's why you're seeing these massive cyber attacks on
00:06:04.660 Israel. The attack on what we're told was next to the U.S. consulate in Erbil in northern Iraq
00:06:11.000 from northern area of Fatah 110 ballistic missiles out of Iran. Understand we're in a very dangerous
00:06:18.760 time right now in our country. And there was this narrative that was being pushed by U.S. officials
00:06:26.320 saying that Russia needed military equipment from China, yet China and Russia both denied this thing.
00:06:32.740 So believe it when I see it. Like anything else that comes out of Ukraine, guys, I always say,
00:06:36.700 give it the 24-hour rule. But understand, the situation for Ukraine and the government there is
00:06:44.040 very dire. Zelensky and everybody else need to start to realize that the best way out of this is a
00:06:51.780 diplomatic solution. Come to terms, immediate ceasefire. And certainly, by the way, as Tulsi Gabbard
00:06:57.640 has stated, let's get a ceasefire around these bio-research facilities, laboratories, whatever you want to
00:07:03.980 call them. I don't want to make semantic arguments. But let's get a ceasefire around them, bring in
00:07:09.540 international investigators, and clean up whatever is there on the ground and keep people safe.

00:09:15.780 What is going on in the world markets for energy? Now, you may have noticed there were a few headlines
00:09:22.160 out there that the price of oil was actually dropping yesterday. Why did this happen? Why
00:09:27.500 did this occur? We'll explain. The price of oil is based predominantly on the futures market.
00:09:34.940 There's a lot more that goes into it than that, obviously. But what we're seeing right now
00:09:38.200 isn't so much what the price of a barrel costs today in terms of the actual expenses of getting
00:09:46.200 it out of the ground, getting it to market, shipping it, processing it, et cetera, et cetera.
00:09:50.240 No, no, no. It's based on what people in the market, speculators, think it will be six months
00:09:55.200 from now, eight months from now, 10 months from now, a year from now. Well, one of those speculations
00:10:01.640 just came out yesterday because there's news of a report now. We talked about this last week
00:10:06.880 about the Biden administration sending a team down to Caracas, Venezuela, to go talk to the
00:10:12.300 gangsters of Caracas, the Maduro regime. And what does it say? And it's from Zero Hedge. We got the
00:10:16.560 article. Oil drops a report that Chevron, of course, owned by Venezuela, to start trading Venezuelan oil
00:10:22.600 and that the US will relax sanctions. Oil, which tumbled below $100 amid speculation that a Ukrainian
00:10:29.860 ceasefire is imminent, even though it may not be, and that Chinese oil demand will collapse due to
00:10:34.580 the Shenzhen lockdown, yet probably not again, dropped over a dollar moments ago when Reuters
00:10:39.300 reported that a new source of oil may be about to emerge. Venezuela, which, like Russia, is currently
00:10:44.760 sanctioned by the United States, but may not be for long. According to Reuters, who cited three people
00:10:50.140 familiar with the situation, Chevron is preparing to take operational control of its joint ventures in
00:10:55.400 Venezuela if Washington relaxes sanctions on Caracas to boost crude supplies after banning
00:11:00.660 Russian oil imports. The United States oil major has begun assembling a trading team to market oil
00:11:06.480 from Venezuela as a first step. And if U.S. approvals are received, Chevron aims to expand its role to the
00:11:12.640 four joint ventures it shares with the state-run company PDVSA. The Biden administration, which is
00:11:18.760 desperate to procure oil from any source, even Venezuela, if it means lower gas prices, has said that
00:11:23.260 any new authorizations will depend on Maduro taking further political steps, such as releasing more
00:11:29.380 jailed Americans, setting a firm date for negotiations, etc., etc. While the date has not been set for any
00:11:34.280 authorization, Chevron has begun preparations for employees to get Venezuelan visas in Aruba ready
00:11:41.000 to head to Caracas if the U.S. Treasury eases the restrictions. Now, these are the types of moves that you would
00:11:45.960 expect to see if Venezuela is going to come back online for gas. That doesn't necessarily mean that the oil
00:11:52.060 will be shipped to the United States. And Jen Psaki was saying that's probably not being talked about
00:11:56.660 right now. I wouldn't be so sure about that. But it's also very similar to what they're trying to do
00:12:01.800 with the Iran deal is they're trying to get more oil to the market from foreign countries. Why from
00:12:08.520 foreign countries? Because they don't want the United States to be energy independent. Understand that energy
00:12:16.380 independence is the opposite of the petrodollar system. For the petrodollar system to work, oil
00:12:22.760 and gas need to be traded on the global market using the U.S. dollar as the reserve currency, using
00:12:29.840 the U.S. dollar as your token of barter, your token of trade. As long as those transactions are being done
00:12:36.240 in the U.S. dollar, there will always be a demand internationally for the U.S. dollar, and that will keep
00:12:43.080 the value of the dollar up. Therefore, you can't have one or the other, right? You either have a strong U.S. dollar
00:12:50.200 because of the system that we've set up, or you can have a strong energy independence. They're actually
00:12:55.940 in tension with one another. And that's something that I think a lot of people don't quite understand,
00:13:00.700 that we have this financial system that is completely at odds with U.S. energy independence. We talked about this
00:13:07.140 a little bit last week, but the way to understand it is, yes, the U.S. dollar is no longer backed by gold,
00:13:11.860 but in many ways, right? Even though it's not direct and certainly not stated, the U.S. dollar
00:13:16.900 is backed by oil as long as foreign transactions are being made in U.S. dollars. Of course, nobody
00:13:23.880 explains this to you. Nobody ever tells you that's how the system works. But since we're talking about
00:13:29.660 oil and we're talking about the energy markets and how this is so important, a new deal also might be
00:13:35.640 signed between Russia and India. Today, the West is trying to chastise the world's largest democracy,
00:13:43.520 India, and sermonizing that this is the stand India should take, and that is the stand India should
00:13:48.560 take. And I'd like to tell you, we have taken a stand. We are not going to fight a battle with Russia.
00:13:54.680 That is a Western creation. This is a creation of the West. We are abstaining. We did not cause this war,
00:14:01.360 we did not cause this war, and we will look out for ourselves. Now, India, of course, has been doing
00:14:08.040 their best to balance out the situation. Remember, India is a major trading ally of Russia, right? Again,
00:14:15.680 they're also part of this Eurasian landmass, right? That's your Southern Asia. So India's major
00:14:22.220 adversary is China. However, China and Russia are partners on many, many things. So what's Russia
00:14:28.800 trying to do? They're trying to balance out India and China. Russia also knows that if they want to
00:14:35.520 keep China at bay, a strong India is a great way to do that. So India is considering, as from thehill.com,
00:14:42.620 considering a Russian offer to buy crude and other commodities at discount prices a week after the
00:14:48.340 U.S. banned all Russian energy imports. India is the world's third largest oil consumer importer of
00:14:54.100 one of the few countries not to condemn Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. Currently imports 80% of its
00:14:59.840 oil, but only about 2% to 3% from Russia. Understand, ladies and gentlemen, the parallel economy is being
00:15:06.320 built, and it's being built around the United States and without it. So we just got out of the bomb

00:16:27.960 We're going to talk about it. The EU and China are working together to draft an independent monetary
00:16:37.040 and financial system. And it's amazing because the only place that, and I actually, the team spent
00:16:43.260 all last night trying to dig in this story. We only were able to find sources on it out of Kazakhstan.
00:16:48.960 Kazakhstan, of course, is part of the EU, this Eurasian Economic Union, which is basically an
00:16:54.900 answer to the European Union, certainly not as strong as the European Union, but it is an economic
00:16:59.720 block that's been built as a response to the EU. And certainly, one of the end game goals,
00:17:07.880 one of the end goals for the war in Ukraine is probably that Russia will argue that Ukraine
00:17:13.680 should be part of this EU. And so I want you guys to understand, we're not just going to give you
00:17:19.320 the information of what's happening on the ground today. We're going to talk to you about what's going
00:17:22.900 to happen in three weeks. We're going to talk to you about what's going to happen in three months,
00:17:26.260 perhaps even in three years. The Eurasian Economic Union and China are working together to develop
00:17:34.380 a draft of an independent international monetary and financial system. The Eurasian Economic
00:17:41.760 Commission reported that the system will presumably be based on a new international currency, which will
00:17:49.340 be taken as an index of the national currencies of the member countries and the prices of exchange-traded
00:17:55.260 commodities. The first step is expected to be presented for discussion by the end of March. This is coming
00:18:00.420 up very, very fast. Let's see, Sergei Gazelayev says, who is the minister in charge of integration and
00:18:08.880 macroeconomics, stated that given the common challenges and risks associated with the global economic slowdown,
00:18:14.440 the restrictive measures against the EU and Chinese states, our country should step up practical
00:18:20.580 cooperation, both at the level of regular export dialogues and in form of joint measures and
00:18:25.960 projects. Understand where this is going. Understand how to put your financial well-being ahead of all of
00:18:34.560 this. That's where we're going with. You have to have your family set up right. We have to have our
00:18:38.280 country set up right. They are taking steps to integrate, whether you want to call it the global

00:19:15.100 Washington, DC axis. This is a new power structure, a new global financial market that they're setting
00:19:23.240 up outside of the Swiss system. So One Belt, One Road, the Belt and Road Initiative, the BRICS nations,
00:19:29.840 Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, they have been talking about this for years and understand
00:19:36.160 by the way, and we talked about it yesterday, the role of central bank, digital currency and crypto
00:19:41.060 is going to play in all of this. They have commodities. We need to be smart and start
00:19:47.700 developing our own commodities and our own resources if we are going to play in this new world, because
00:19:53.860 that's the problem with all of this. These other countries, all these people, Xi, Putin, the rest of
00:19:58.900 them, they play to win. Us, all we do is play. Folks, you need to understand what point in the movie you are in.
00:20:15.720 Throughout the more than two years of fighting the epidemic, the Hong Kong SAR government has put in
00:20:22.960 all the necessary resources and efforts in order to keep Hong Kong people safe, and we did achieve
00:20:30.060 that objective of keeping Hong Kong people safe until we were hard hit by the fifth wave arisen from a
00:20:38.080 highly transmissible Omicron. The most saddening part of it is vaccination. We have spent over one year
00:20:46.420 to promote, to encourage, to coerce people to take the jab, but unfortunately, the entire society,
00:20:54.820 partly because of the low infection rate in the last year or so, and partly because of anxiety and
00:21:02.920 worries and so on, that we have not achieved this high rate of vaccination, especially amongst the
00:21:11.060 elderly, particularly amongst elderly in elderly homes. Well, down in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and other
00:21:18.880 parts of southern China, the Pearl River Delta, massive lockdowns, restrictions are going in place
00:21:26.860 because a new wave of COVID is sweeping through there. That's kind of interesting because I thought
00:21:32.400 that COVID had pretty much been over. We also know that in Hong Kong and some of these areas,
00:21:37.500 that it wasn't as strong as earlier reported, at least back in 2020, or at least in terms of what
00:21:44.260 the CCP was willing to tell us. We've all got, we've got this out of, you could see it, ABC, NBC,
00:21:49.660 they've all got it, right? China's facing its worst COVID crisis since early 2020, when the world first
00:21:54.340 witnessed entire population lockdown in Wuhan, surrounding provinces, two years on. It's now
00:21:59.660 sending tens of millions of people into lockdown in the entire north, as well as the northeastern
00:22:04.460 province of Jilin and the southern cities of Shenzhen and Dongguan, with 17.5 million and 10 million
00:22:11.580 respectively. You're talking about 15 billion plus people. Also in Hong Kong, we've got out of the
00:22:16.980 Hong Kong Free Press, Hong Kong's COVID-19 death toll exceeds Wuhan's as mainland Chinese medics to
00:22:23.040 arrive on Monday in a press briefing. And we just heard from Chief Executive Carrie Lam, her
00:22:26.800 administration put in all necessary resources to keep the population safe, and is blaming, of course,
00:22:31.660 the low vaccination rate. So what is actually going on in Hong Kong? What's going on on the ground
00:22:38.380 there? Is this a new variant? Or is this something else that's going on? Now, obviously, the CCP are the
00:22:48.980 people who, from the very start, didn't tell us the truth about what was going on in Wuhan. That's
00:22:56.380 number one. Number two, they told us that those gain-of-function experiments that were going on in
00:23:02.920 the Wuhan lab were being done so that we would have a potential preset strategy to be able to deal
00:23:10.980 with any of these things that broke out. Yet it broke out in Wuhan. Now it's breaking out in Hong Kong.
00:23:16.720 It's streaking across, burning across Shenzhen, Jilin, Dongguan. City after city is being struck down.
00:23:25.220 And you've got millions of Chinese people now, the Lao Baijing of China, that are directly affected
00:23:31.700 by this, by the feckless leadership that doesn't care about the little people, that doesn't care about
00:23:39.960 the people that are caught up in all of this. Whether it be these bio labs that we're talking about here
00:23:45.860 in China, bio labs and other places, you have this shady research going on, and then it ends up with
00:23:52.640 people getting hurt on the back end. And when they get hurt, you've got nothing for them.
00:23:59.260 So we have to understand what's happening in Hong Kong. We have to understand what's happening in
00:24:03.640 Shenzhen. This is one of the most heavily populated and densely populated areas of the entire world.
