00:09:04.860Well, here at the World Economic Forum, it almost feels as if the Great Reset, stakeholder capitalism, climate change, investing in green technology has all taken a backseat to Ukraine and the war in Ukraine.
00:09:22.240And the very first speaker here, as I mentioned a moment ago, was President Vladimir Zelensky.
00:09:27.760Now, I actually got to watch Vladimir Zelensky's speech, and he also had sort of a Q&A with Klaus Schwab right afterwards.
00:09:34.240They have these different little, instead of pavilions at the World Economic Forum, what they have are houses.
00:09:39.580So they have a Poland house, you know, I spent some time in there.
00:09:42.900They also have a Namibia house, they have a Ukraine house, and they also have – now, normally, they would have what's called a Russia house.
00:09:50.660But Russia has been completely banned from the World Economic Forum this year.
00:09:54.720So in its place, in the location that the Russia house is usually located, what they've done is they've erected something called the Russia War Crimes House.
00:10:03.980So I went into the Russia War Crimes House, and they were playing a broadcast, live broadcast, of President Zelensky in his speech.
00:10:10.640And I noticed that up in the corner on the screen, it said, brought to you by Viktor Pinchuk Foundation, and that it's a Pinchuk Arts.
00:10:21.200So who is Viktor Pinchuk, and why does he matter?
00:10:23.300Well, Viktor Pinchuk is one of the most powerful and richest oligarchs in all of Ukraine.
00:10:29.600And in fact, at one point, Viktor Pinchuk was one of the biggest donors to the Clinton Foundation during the time that Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State of the United States.
00:10:42.500So Viktor Pinchuk, still very heavily involved in pushing this conflict, pushing everything that's going on.
00:10:49.920In fact, I heard a few people talking while we were in there that Viktor Pinchuk was actually in the very building, in the Russia War Crimes House, around 9.30 this morning.
00:11:02.320We're going to keep an eye out for Mr. Viktor to see if we see him around.
00:11:05.780We also know that the Klitschko brothers, Vitaly Klitschko, the mayor of Kiev, and his brother, Dmitry Klitschko, are going to be speaking at some point today, as well as the Ukrainian foreign ministers.
00:11:16.760What we heard, though, at the very start of the World Economic Forum this morning, the president of the WF came out and called for a new Marshall Plan for Ukraine.
00:11:27.920And we just had $40 billion spent from the U.S. government for Ukraine.
00:11:36.620Another $100 million in U.S. military spending is going towards Ukraine.
00:11:41.080But now, the World Economic Forum is calling for an entire Marshall Plan of Ukraine, and they said that they want to do this even if, even if, a peace plan or a peace settlement is not achieved.
00:11:55.460That means the money is going to flow.
00:11:58.520And the money, when the money starts flowing in these situations, and you see Viktor Pinchuk is involved, you have to understand that what's happening is the oligarchs are getting the money.
00:12:08.780The people in the U.S. are getting paid off, right?
00:12:13.800Their contractors, their firms, the defense contractors, the defense industry, they're getting paid off.
00:12:20.460And the people of Ukraine, do they get anything?
00:12:23.480Do they receive any benefit from all of this money going forward to prolong a conflict rather than suing for peace?

00:12:58.860You remember old Stand By Malcolm, the Stolen Valor guy who went over after he'd stopped working for MSNBC, he couldn't get interviews anymore, and all of a sudden, he decides to turn up in Ukraine and play army soldier.
00:13:10.520Although he went around and even went on CNN and said that he was going to the front in Ukraine, he doesn't actually seem to have done any real fighting.

00:13:29.160Understand, the people in this conference are not interested in peace.

00:13:44.540This is a conference about prolonging war, about prolonging conflict, a conflict that they have always wanted with Russia.
00:13:52.680It is basically a biological chip that it is in the tablet, and once you take the tablet and dissolves into your stomach, sends a signal that you took the tablet.
00:14:07.260So imagine the applications of that, compliance, the insurance companies to know that the medicines that patients should take, they do take them.

00:14:56.400and it's going to be able to tell them when you took your pills, so it's going to ensure compliance.

00:15:03.580There couldn't be anyone seriously talking about that at the World Economic Forum in the Swiss Alps with a guy by the name of Klaus Schwab.

00:18:53.580How do we get to the point where the United States of America has to airlift baby formula from another country in order to feed its children?
00:19:06.460Look, it's a reasonable question and it's frustrating.
00:19:08.760I'm a parent and we look and we say nothing could be more important than the health and the safety of our babies.

00:19:18.520And part of what happened here was that we had a manufacturer that wasn't following the rules
00:19:22.260and that was making formula that had the risk of making babies sick.
00:19:27.200So we have to take action on that front.
00:19:28.620But there's a bigger route to your question, which is how did we end up in a market
00:19:32.360where we have three companies that control 90% of the market?
00:19:35.860It goes back to this question of how we can bring more competition in our economy,
00:19:40.060have more providers of this formula so that no individual company has this much control over supply chains.
