00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
00:00:09.340 So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
00:00:16.720 Make sure they're all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.440 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're only going to do so much more.
00:00:29.360 Let's get it.
00:00:33.960 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:43.080 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:49.860 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:52.860 Christ is king.
00:00:54.420 Trump is making moves to restrict birthright citizenship, just signing two new executive orders just weeks after his first attempt was rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:01:03.680 Unfortunately, we had a bad decision, very unfair decision. Our country suffers because of it, and we're ending it a different way.
00:01:11.600 The president signing two executive orders Thursday, taking a more narrow approach to stop the children born to non-citizens in the U.S. from automatically being granted U.S. citizenship. 1.00
00:01:21.860 We're cracking down very big, very big, big crackdowns, and this will give us the right
00:01:27.940 to do it in a much more forceful manner. In a narrow June decision, the Supreme Court shot
00:01:33.020 down President Trump's first attempt at restricting the right guaranteed by the 14th
00:01:37.220 Amendment to the Constitution. The new executive orders are more focused, denying automatic
00:01:42.480 citizenship to children of foreign diplomatic staff working in the U.S., children of people
00:01:47.600 classified as alien enemies, children born in U.S. territories, if Congress changes the law,
00:01:53.540 and children born to mothers taking part in so-called birth tourism.
00:01:57.340 We have some breaking news this morning. New data shows concern in the job market. U.S.
00:02:01.800 employers lost 23,000 jobs in July, falling well short of expectations. Meanwhile,
00:02:07.640 the unemployment rate changed little, ticking down 4.1 percent.
00:02:11.760 The Trump administration has quietly ordered U.S. airports to hand over the name of every
00:02:16.160 single passenger to ICE. Not suspects, not people with warrants, everyone. The TSA is now feeding
00:02:22.480 ICE passenger lists multiple times a week, and ICE is cross-checking those names against deportation
00:02:28.320 databases. John Gannon is a 75-year-old businessman and lifelong Republican who supported President
00:02:34.040 Trump in 2024. I wouldn't do that again, not after this fiasco. His fiancée, 45-year-old
00:02:40.820 Venezuelan immigrant, Yasmin Suarez Regis, was detained by ICE at George Butch Intercontinental Airport in Houston in late July.
00:02:48.600 Eight ICE agents swarmed Jasmine and detained her, didn't tell us why.
00:02:58.340 Help! Help us! Hey, you guys, come help us! ICE is here! Help us! Help us!
00:03:06.300 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:21.920 We're here live on Real America's Voice.
00:03:23.760 Today is August 7th, 2026.
00:03:25.720 Anno Domine.
00:03:27.580 My gosh, you look at those videos that are coming out now.
00:03:30.200 CBS had this guy last night or the night before, I don't know what it was, that he's up there saying, oh, and ICE, they took my fiancé and she's from Venezuela.
00:03:43.000 And, yes, she may not have been here legally, but she told me she loved me.
00:03:46.580 And, like, dude, you're getting played, bro.
00:03:49.680 You're getting played.
00:03:50.760 By the way, how many adult-age children does this guy have who are now breathing a sigh of relief?
00:03:54.840 I bet you it was this guy's adult children that called ICE on the, you know, the quote-unquote new mom-to-be there from Venezuela.
00:04:05.740 It's like, bro, bro, she's using you, okay?
00:04:09.940 What do you mean?
00:04:11.000 She told me I wasn't like all the other men.
00:04:14.100 Jasmine told me this was for real.
00:04:15.520 Jasmine told me no man had ever made me feel like that. 0.84
00:04:19.600 And, you know, she's just trying to get a little bit of money to put herself through nursing school, right?
00:04:24.220 she's got a kid at home, right? I'm, I'm, I'm a good guy. I'm just trying to help. I'm just
00:04:29.020 trying to be out there. I was like, bro, bro, seriously, seriously. No, honestly, like, like
00:04:36.300 you could probably do a little bit better than just saying like in general, if that's what you're
00:04:40.200 looking for, but no, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. They have to go back. They have to go back all the
00:04:48.400 south american uh all the south american hoochies coming up for the sugar daddies they're going back 0.98
00:04:56.760 every single one of them every single one of them and and we're not doing it anymore we are not 0.56
00:05:05.380 doing it anymore and so guess what the airport raids are phenomenal and the airport raids will
00:05:13.260 continue because here's how it works. Boys and girls, airports are located within the federal
00:05:18.960 United States. That means that ice has jurisdiction at every airport. And I love these guys too. I saw
00:05:27.480 these lives on Tik TOK, um, not Chai's page, but, and, and it goes, and they were saying,
00:05:32.780 did you know that the Trump administration is now like looking up every person who gets on a plane?
00:05:40.120 they're like checking the list what do you think happens when you go to an airport what do you
00:05:45.840 think that they're doing when they're checking your id when they're checking your facial
00:05:50.660 recognition when they're doing all that and i'm not even like you know going to come out and
00:05:54.620 supporting that all of it but i'm saying is you do realize that they check that every time you
00:06:00.300 get on a plane right there's always a security check this has been in place since before 9-11
00:06:05.880 And in fact, and by the way, if immigration had been something that we focused on pre
00:06:10.880 9-11, then 9-11 wouldn't have happened because those people, a number of them had outstanding
00:06:17.380 visas.
00:06:18.900 Another of them shouldn't have had visas in the first place.
00:06:20.820 It literally would have prevented 9-11, literally.
00:06:23.680 And so we're going to continue the airport raids.
00:06:25.500 And if you don't like it, by the way, you can, you can simply go ahead and book a one
00:06:30.220 way ticket home.
00:06:31.080 It's really simple.
00:06:32.500 You're already at the airport and just think, you know, instead of doing something illegal,
00:06:36.660 I'm going to do the first legal thing that I've done in however many years it's been,
00:06:40.840 and I'm going to go home.
00:06:42.760 It's really simple. 0.99
00:06:43.880 If you came into this country and the first thing you did was break in,
00:06:47.520 the first thing you did was not follow our laws, then that makes you a criminal.
00:06:51.880 And that means you have to go back.
00:06:55.120 It's really simple.
00:06:56.320 And I applaud ICE for continuing this.
00:06:58.040 I hope that you have more.
00:06:59.480 I want to see more of these things.
00:07:00.700 I want them to keep going.
00:07:01.540 and to the sugar daddies out there the the 70 year old sugar daddies i'm so sorry i'm so sorry
00:07:08.080 you're going to have to actually actually focus on your own children and grandchildren
00:07:14.520 jack prosovic back soon human events daily
00:07:16.760 where's jack where is he jack i want to see you
00:07:40.060 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:07:45.420 talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting
00:07:50.380 policies. All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back here, Human Events Daily. Ladies and gentlemen,
00:07:57.800 every day, more of our personal information ends up online than most people realize. Your name,
00:08:01.840 your home address, phone number, family members, old addresses, email addresses,
00:08:05.880 even information from past data breaches is often just a few clicks away. Hundreds of data broker
00:08:10.680 websites collect and publish that information. And unless you take action, stays right there.
00:08:15.420 Someone with bad intentions can use those details to piece together where you live,
00:08:19.620 who you're related to, and other personal information.
00:08:22.560 If you're politically active, you work in the media,
00:08:24.220 or simply value your family's privacy, it's worth taking seriously.
00:08:28.280 That's where Patriot Protect comes in.
00:08:29.960 Patriot Protect works to remove your personal information from data broker websites
00:08:33.660 before the wrong people can use it.
00:08:35.800 Instead of waiting until after you've become a victim,
00:08:37.940 they help make you much harder to find in the first place.
00:08:40.900 A single phone scam or identity theft incident can cost you thousands of dollars.
00:08:45.020 Protecting yourself is a lot less expensive.
00:08:47.060 Go to patriot-protect.com and use promo code POSO to save 15%.
00:08:54.020 Take control of your privacy.
00:08:55.760 Add some digital camouflage to your life and make yourself much harder to find online.
00:09:00.300 Patriot-protect.com.
00:09:02.080 I want to welcome on our first guest.
00:09:05.240 It's, of course, the great Beau French.
00:09:07.300 He's running for Texas Railroad Commissionary 1, the primary.
00:09:11.160 Beau, how are you?
00:09:12.820 Jack, I'm great.
00:09:13.580 Thanks for having me on today. Well, you know, you've you're you're running statewide in Texas.
00:09:20.040 Of course, Texas is a huge target state for the Democrats this time around.
00:09:23.820 And we've been having this. It started with this. They called it the great burrito beef on on social media the last, you know, the last week or so.
00:09:34.900 And and you popped in there and I and and you had you had this great chart that you were talking about.
00:09:40.200 And then you and I had a conversation and you said that, look, when out on the campaign trail, as you go across the great state of Texas, you've been talking to a lot of young voters, a lot of working class voters.
00:09:50.140 And and it seems to me that's where you're hearing a lot of these same concerns.
00:09:55.460 So tell us about the chart. Tell us about what you're hearing.
00:09:58.840 Yeah, I mean, it's really simple, Jack. I mean, economics 101, you know, we have sort of two sides to this equation.
00:10:05.940 We have the fact that our government has spent uncontrollably over the last number of decades.
00:10:12.860 They've printed enormous amounts of money and saddled future generations with massive amounts of debt.
00:10:18.100 And most Republicans will agree with that.
00:10:20.680 But what the other side of the equation that a lot of people seem to miss is the fact that and, you know, Trump tapped into this, you know, in his first in his first election 10 years ago.
00:10:30.440 And it's the fact that there are a bunch of people in this country who shouldn't be here.
00:10:34.040 And why are they here? It's not just the illegal aliens. And, you know, estimates range from, you know, 50 million to 100 million of those. It's also the H-1B workers. It's the people who have come to this country because they view it as an economic zone. Can't blame them for wanting to come. 1.00
00:10:51.480 But the effect of that is, is they those people are more often willing to work for much lower wages.
00:10:56.920 So while everything because of the massive amount of inflation that government spending and largesse has caused, wages have not kept up with that because we have 100 million people or whatever the number is in this country who are willing to work at a lower price.
00:11:13.880 So if you're 25 years old and you're a couple of years out of college or a few years out
00:11:20.240 of high school and you're trying to get a job, and especially like blue collar type
00:11:24.240 jobs, you just think about it.
00:11:25.800 These people are having to compete with someone who is willing to work for 75%, 50% of the
00:11:32.760 wages that you need to survive on.
00:11:35.320 And so everything is more expensive, but wages have been kept up.
00:11:39.100 And that's what these young people are noticing.
00:11:41.720 And let me tell you something.
00:11:42.460 I've traveled the whole state of Texas. I'm talking to young people all of the time.
00:11:47.560 And this is a consistent theme. And I think it's one of the reasons why my campaign has kind of caught fire,
00:11:52.520 because I'm really speaking about these issues that they know.
00:11:56.100 And I think very few people in public office are willing to address the root causes of these issues.
00:12:03.620 And, you know, it's time we change that.
00:12:05.440 one and it's it's so important the way that you're describing this because uh obviously you know
00:12:12.700 you're running for office you have to listen to the voters that's first and foremost because i've
00:12:16.620 seen you know kind of this toned up response from a lot of the dc republicans saying oh you know you
00:12:21.660 just kind of have to suck it up and you should you should settle for less and and that's not
00:12:26.220 really something as a party you want to be offering voters when they tell you hey i'm experiencing
00:12:32.600 pain. I mean, it goes back to 1992 and, you know, Bill Clinton, who I'm no fan of, but he would
00:12:39.320 connect with voters because he said, I feel your pain. He would just, he would just say it over and
00:12:43.080 over and over. And we saw what happened with, with Bush and Perot. And the fact that Perot even had
00:12:48.120 that lane to go into was because Bush was so tone deaf on so many of these issues. And the idea
00:12:56.220 being that the first and foremost is meet, meet the people where they are. And it sounds like
00:13:00.300 you're doing that. And then yes, talk about not just cost of living, but then also all of these
00:13:06.100 underlying, uh, underlying things. We were doing a show last night with, um, the turning point crew.
00:13:11.800 And I, I, I said, it's kind of like layers of a burrito, if you will, that's, uh, you know,
00:13:17.800 the, the amount of pressure that, you know, that, that young, uh, young voters, young people,
00:13:22.820 the working class are feeling because you got, you got rent being up, you've got, um, the pressure
00:13:28.400 in the workforce. And again, you've got illegal aliens, H-1Bs, H-2Bs that have taken up so many
00:13:34.820 of the jobs that that is a downward pressure effect on wages. Well, and there's the other
00:13:42.080 side of that, too, is on the demand side, right? The Democrats have wanted to make this election
00:13:46.260 about affordability. Look, I think that's a fair thing to talk about. But let's look at why things
00:13:51.240 are less affordable. Again, if there are 100 million people in this country from foreign lands, 1.00
00:13:57.020 mostly third world lands, occupying housing and apartments. Well, guess what? The landlords can 0.98
00:14:04.240 charge more for those because the demand is higher. So this is why, you know, Scott Besson
00:14:08.460 was on TV, I believe yesterday, and he mentioned that everywhere where ICE is gone, rents have
00:14:14.300 actually come down. And of course, because you are removing the people who are occupying housing
00:14:19.900 and apartments and freeing that up for the marketplace to actually work as it is intended
00:14:25.960 to. And so, you know, there are lots of facets to this, but really the overarching issue and
00:14:31.040 especially the one that young people feel the most is it is mass deportations, right? If we
00:14:36.280 can address mass deportations and speed that up in a way, you know, beyond just the, you know,
00:14:43.940 million or two million that they're talking about doing and get that to five or 10 million a year,
00:14:48.420 well, then we can really start seeing dramatic change in the demand side of the equation.
00:14:52.960 and then wages will start to go back up as well.
00:14:56.840 And really, that is how we're going to reset this country. 0.59
00:14:59.400 And that's how we're going to save young people
00:15:01.560 from being attracted to these DSA-type candidates
00:15:05.140 who are promising them the sun.
00:15:07.460 Of course, we all know that you and I are old enough
00:15:09.980 to know that socialism doesn't work.
00:15:12.720 But a lot of young people don't necessarily know that.
00:15:15.600 They certainly weren't taught that in school
00:15:17.620 or in history class.
00:15:19.620 And so it is attractive
00:15:21.380 when you're promised all of these things
00:15:23.200 because you're feeling the economic pain now.
00:15:26.320 And so Republicans, it is incumbent on us
00:15:28.720 to demonstrate that not only do we hear them
00:15:31.580 and understand them, but we actually have solutions.
00:15:35.860 Well, that's exactly right.
00:15:36.560 And Boat, I would be remiss if people say,
00:15:38.200 whoa, you're running for the railroad commission.
00:15:41.560 That doesn't directly affect deportations.
00:15:45.120 You're talking about this and obviously it's a key issue.
00:15:47.600 But one thing that I think people don't realize is,
00:15:50.660 And this is something that just coming to, you know, really that you've kind of educated me on is that what you do have direct ability to affect is gas prices, because that is a key regulatory position for all not just of the rail lines, but the pipelines down in Texas.
00:16:07.440 So talk about what you would be able to do to directly help with relief at the pump.
00:16:13.900 Yeah, I mean, look, this election is really pretty a stark contrast between my opponent and I.
00:16:19.040 My opponent, your listeners probably heard of James Tallarico, who's running against Ken Paxton for the U.S. Senate here in Texas.
00:16:26.820 My opponent serves with Tallarico in the House.
00:16:29.680 There's zero daylight between them on positions. 0.93
00:16:32.520 They're both radical leftists who have embraced every LGBTQ degeneracy, have praised, care, think that George Soros should be running things here. 1.00
00:16:45.340 So they're crazy. 1.00
00:16:46.880 We all know that. 0.88
00:16:48.060 But the reality is the Texas Railroad Commission actually doesn't have anything to do with
00:16:52.540 trains anymore.
00:16:53.300 They moved that over to transportation a long time ago.
00:16:55.280 But it is the regulatory agency over Texas' oil and gas industry, which, of course, in
00:17:01.100 Texas is our largest and most important industry.
00:17:03.740 It's the industry which powers America.
00:17:06.060 We produce almost half the oil and gas in the United States.
00:17:09.180 It is a national security issue.
00:17:11.140 I think Trump has rightly focused for the criticisms that people have of his administration
00:17:15.480 and foreign policy.
00:17:16.320 You could argue that at least he is focused on the free flow of oil around the world and have it be more America friendly as opposed to, you know, discounted oil going to fund our enemies like China and Russia.
00:17:28.820 And so it is a critical position.
00:17:30.800 And in terms of gas prices, my opponent wants to raise taxes on the industry, wants to, you know, bring in Biden, EPA type regulations on the industry, increase people's ability to, you know, protest and delay and all those kinds of things.
00:17:45.140 All of this would be terrible not only for the industry, it would be terrible for gas prices, and it would be terrible for the roughly 2 million jobs in Texas that rely on the oil and gas industry.
00:17:56.040 So his policies are a disaster.
00:17:58.700 I tell people, if you want higher gas prices, vote for my opponent.
00:18:02.000 If you want lower gas prices, vote for me.
00:18:05.240 So the idea being that you get some of the regulations down, and if the pump's got two ends, right?
00:18:12.400 You're pumping it out in Texas, and that's getting to the pump where people can get it into their vehicles.
00:18:19.020 I know it's not direct, but just go with me, folks, that that if there's more coming through, then that means it's going generally just based on on supply and demand.
00:18:29.660 That means costs are going to come down, of course.
00:18:33.120 And, you know, look, the way I look at it is I'm not a politician.
00:18:35.840 I'm a business guy. I've been in been in the oil industry since 1994.
00:18:40.540 I've also, you know, owned businesses in the Middle East.
00:18:42.920 I've had businesses, you know, fighting Islamic Jihad.
00:18:46.300 So, look, I understand sort of the complexities of the global markets and what we need to be doing here in Texas.
00:18:53.700 And, you know, my whole position is we need to have a regulatory framework that makes it easier and cheaper for our oil and gas producers to pump oil out of the ground.
00:19:03.980 It's not that hard.
00:19:04.940 Simple as that.
00:19:05.500 We're just about out of time.
00:19:07.620 Packed show today.
00:19:08.580 Where can people go to follow you?
00:19:09.980 beaufrench.com or at beaufrench on twitter all right god bless and god bless texas right back
00:19:17.040 jack so big human events daily
00:19:18.300 you talk about influences these are influences and uh they're friends of mine jack so big where's
00:19:38.220 job. He's done a great job. All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live human events daily real
00:19:49.460 America's voice. And of course, as we know, on Friday, we'd like to we'd like to throw the
00:19:55.740 question out to you guys because we say on Fridays you are the guest. And so I want to put this out
00:20:02.340 and put it on social media and we get up here as well. And here's our question of the day. It's
00:20:05.980 really simple, because I think that the GOP needs something they can rally behind, rally people
00:20:11.960 behind in 2026. It needs to be simple. So you take the psychology of no tax on tips, and that
00:20:17.880 affects you if you are a, you know, if you work and you accept tips, but why not extend that to
00:20:23.520 everyone? Should the GOP campaign on no taxes for working people? When I say working people,
00:20:30.980 I mean working families, I mean working individuals. You take a number, you do an
00:20:35.320 individual number, family number, you know, joint filing, whatever it is. And, uh, maybe it's,
00:20:40.520 maybe it's, you know, what are under 250 K for, uh, for joint, maybe under a hundred for
00:20:46.640 individual, whatever the number is something along those lines. I think that is absolutely
00:20:52.720 going to be a huge win. It's just going to be a huge win. It's going to be something that people
00:20:57.980 can hear it. Wow. If we vote for Republicans, no taxes, no taxes. If we vote for Republicans,
00:21:03.860 Wow.
00:21:04.520 That's something you can go to the working class, you can go to young folks and say,
00:21:07.880 guess what?
00:21:08.880 If you vote for us, there's going to be no tax.
00:21:10.620 And we're working on it right now.
00:21:11.720 We're working on it right now.
00:21:13.200 And we just need to expand our lead to be able to get that in.
00:21:16.740 You do something like that.
00:21:17.640 You're offering something directly to voters.
00:21:21.020 Offer something directly to voters.
00:21:23.380 It's really not that hard.
00:21:24.640 I'd love to get some questions in on this.
00:21:26.620 and um you know first first response we got in is from our our good good friend uh the wuhan clan
00:21:33.860 also goes by wuhan fourth turning swan he says in 2024 jd vance proposed a five thousand dollar
00:21:39.680 child tax credit neocons ended up cutting this to 20 2200 because your kids can always just eat
00:21:46.120 ramen jd was two years ahead of this conversation well he's he always is cliff maloney of course our
00:21:51.680 good friend cliff maloney writes in from citizens alliance doors win wars he says yes
00:21:56.220 uh seen oddy is in with uh the only morally defensible tax rate is zero sister stick says
00:22:04.700 if they do i feel like there will be a backlash from the anti-trumpers because this was part of
00:22:10.020 the campaign promise in 2024 well remember that was no tax on tips now we're saying no taps on
00:22:16.100 everyone who's under a certain income level so if you're working family if you're working
00:22:22.060 individual, if you're just starting out, no tax. There's going to be no tax. You pay no tax. It's
00:22:26.940 really simple. Let's see. Somi Hill says, MAGA is standing up to our faith in God and Christian
00:22:33.880 values. The Democrat communists have decided to sell this country out to woke radical Islamic 0.80
00:22:37.980 values. We can't allow these liberals to succeed. Let's turn out in huge numbers during the midterms.
00:22:44.500 Mari comes in and she writes, they need to do something other than hide. It's really simple.
00:22:50.580 It's really simple. You know, you have to be offering something pop over here to the rumble chat.
00:22:56.600 Let's see. Sacagawea says. Worked in the insurance industry and would hear these things.
00:23:07.560 Phenomenal, phenomenal. We've got she also says that my first car came from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
00:23:15.060 Have to be careful of those. They tend to get beat up.
00:23:17.920 That's true.
00:23:18.620 However, if you get a car from, if you're buying a car that was former rental, you can get one with just, you know, that only has one year on it.
00:23:26.640 So you can get some pretty good deals there.
00:23:29.480 Patrick Collins III says, no tax on the first $120,000.
00:23:33.940 Yeah, that sounds good.
00:23:34.960 I'm okay with that.
00:23:35.620 First $120,000, if you think $120,000 is the number.
00:23:38.320 I said $100,000, $120,000.
00:23:39.900 I'm okay for that.
00:23:41.560 13K Woods does remind us that, of course, it is Franco Friday.
00:23:44.300 Happy Franco Friday to everyone out there.
00:23:46.920 Um, yeah, the facts that, um, people are saying now they're, now they're talking about the rental
00:23:53.460 cars that that's, um, you know, a lot of the rental cars aren't quite, quite out there yet.
00:23:58.280 Uh, let's see what else. Let's see. This one's in from Joe. It says, I don't know what, what in
00:24:03.540 the world they are thinking, but they need to get the economic messaging under control. I think
00:24:07.060 you're absolutely correct. Margaret. Yes. Single people need a tax break too. And that's, that's
00:24:11.680 what I'm saying to be clear. This is working people. So that that's why I didn't say working
00:24:14.920 families, right? So working people would include, if you're an individual, if you're single,
00:24:20.520 if you're a single parent, et cetera, et cetera. I'm saying that, I'm just saying that the numbers
00:24:26.120 work out differently depending on how you file your taxes, because some people file as single
00:24:31.680 individual, some people file as joint, you know, married joint filing together. So, you know,
00:24:37.880 the number then would be different because taxes are calculated different. That's just,
00:24:41.620 that's just the system. That's not what I'm saying. So the number, the number would would
00:24:46.520 then definitely be different. This one said VG Spark says no taxes for working people or retirees.
00:24:52.900 Nicole says, I love the idea of no taxes. This will definitely get the American people's attention.
00:24:58.080 So many people would want this. So many people would vote for it. A lot of the local governments
00:25:02.080 may be the problem. They all want the homestead and are fighting for that. Well, look, this should
00:25:06.740 be something that should be party wide. So the president obviously can talk about it at the
00:25:10.920 federal level, Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, the Congress can talk about the federal level. But
00:25:16.120 then guess what? If you got candidates that are running for governor, they could talk about it
00:25:19.760 at the state level. And to be sure, many states do not have an income tax. But if your state has
00:25:25.300 an income tax, then boom, you put that one in there. So no taxes under a certain level. It's
00:25:29.620 really simple. I don't see how that would work. Can you explain war? Where would the government
00:25:35.460 get money from? I'm all for it. State taxes, too. That's in from Phyllis. Remember, I'm not saying
00:25:39.840 no taxes for everyone. I'm saying up to a certain level. So up to a certain level and, you know,
00:25:45.600 we can, you know, we're throwing out, we're just brainstorming here what that level will be. It
00:25:50.240 could be, I said, $100,000 for an individual. Someone said $120,000. So no tax on the first
00:25:54.920 $120,000, maybe $200,000 for a couple. So up to the first $200,000, there's no taxes. Then after
00:26:01.780 that, you would pay taxes on the money after that. Someone said no property tax. Ricky says
00:26:07.360 no property tax on primary home. Let's see. Let's see. Let's see. People are flying these. Remember,
00:26:13.700 1776 humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com. People really like this. People really seem to
00:26:22.500 be liking this idea. They want to hear how it's going to work. They want to hear how it comes in.
00:26:27.860 And, you know, well, this one says no tax. This is Dennis. No taxes on military pay,
00:26:33.380 including retirement he said unless you're an eagles fan wow okay bro all right let's let's go
00:26:41.460 let's talk right meet me uh post coordinates christy says i vote yes we are in our late 50s
00:26:47.460 and feel forgotten we're not seniors quite yet so no tax on social security did not help our child
00:26:52.480 has grown up so the child tax credit did not help us and my husband gets no overtime so no help where
00:26:57.140 do we fit in you would fit in here christy this would be for you because no taxes on the first
00:27:02.420 $100,000 or $200,000 if you're married filing jointly. So that's the question. I want to throw
00:27:09.160 it out there. Make it viral, folks. No taxes. That's what we're running on. No taxes for
00:27:14.660 working people. Boom. Take it. Jack Posobiec back next. 0.99
00:27:32.420 uh...
00:27:53.780 part of step so that we are back live here human events daily real
00:27:59.140 america's voice and folks
00:28:02.100 I want to give a shout out to our good friends over at Allegiance Gold.
00:28:05.140 Allegiance Gold supports the coverage that we do every day,
00:28:07.620 and we appreciate partners who help make reporting like this possible.
00:28:11.040 It also reminds me that security means different things to different people.
00:28:15.520 Whether it's the stories we're covering or the decisions we make for our own families,
00:28:19.000 it's important to think about what we have worked hard to build and protecting it.
00:28:25.820 And how do we do that?
00:28:26.880 Well, we can do that with our friends at Allegiance Gold.
00:28:30.280 We've been working together with them for the past five years, and the relationships like that, they're not just built overnight.
00:28:35.340 They're not.
00:28:36.480 They're built on trust, consistency, and showing up for each other.
00:28:39.900 We appreciate their support, and we're proud to have them standing with us.
00:28:42.560 If you'd like to learn any more about what you can do to help protect your family's financial situation, just go to protectwithposo.com.
00:28:50.260 That's protectwithposo.com, or give them a call at 844-577-POSO to learn more.
00:28:55.900 All right, folks, my once again, we have on my favorite anti-communist, ladies and gentlemen, Evita Duffy joins us from the great state of Wisconsin.
00:29:02.940 Evita, how are you? Doing good, Jack. Thanks for having me.
00:29:07.020 So, you know, all all all eyes are going to be on Wisconsin.
00:29:10.280 Of course, we're here Friday. You guys had the big the big election coming up on Tuesday.
00:29:16.060 I got to ask, you know, obviously, I know your husband's running, but of course, there's this huge fight on the Democrat primary side, Francesca Hong.
00:29:23.620 I mean, I just I love her so much. I love her to death. I can't get enough of her.
00:29:27.960 I wish her the best. I'm praying for her. I'm praying rosaries for her.
00:29:31.760 What do you think is to walk us through what's going to happen?
00:29:34.980 You're there on the ground on on on Tuesday in Wisconsin. 0.98
00:29:40.560 Well, Jack, Francesca Hong is clinically insane. This is a clinically insane woman. 1.00
00:29:45.040 The tweets about the tweets from her keep getting worse. So she's against Thanksgiving. 0.99
00:29:48.920 Then we find out she's also against Halloween and Christmas.
00:29:52.560 She goes into a Culver's.
00:29:53.760 If you're from Wisconsin, you know Culver's.
00:29:56.000 Culver's is like our thing.
00:29:58.080 I don't know what, like the equivalent of In-N-Out in California.
00:30:01.680 Culver's is our thing.
00:30:02.580 She goes into Culver's and she goes on this anti-white racist screed, says she's worried 0.93
00:30:07.120 that her son's going to be around all these white people.
00:30:09.420 Wisconsin's an 85% white state. 1.00
00:30:11.780 This woman is a radical communist. 1.00
00:30:13.960 She hates Wisconsinites. 1.00
00:30:15.280 She hates Americans, as all DSA members do. 0.81
00:30:17.680 But she's going to win this primary because the competition is a complete disaster.
00:30:23.000 And the Democrat establishment is absolutely terrified.
00:30:27.380 The same reason the Washington Post is pushing for Kamala Harris, because they know they're going to get a radical Democrat as the presidential nominee if they don't tamper down the communists in their party, is the same reason that these people are completely terrified of Francesca Hong.
00:30:44.480 she scares them because they know what she's pushing is not palatable to regular normal
00:30:49.860 Americans. Well, and by the way, and we've said on the show, and I know you know this, that
00:30:55.960 when we talk about Francesca Hong and gosh, I'm having so much fun pulling off her old tweets,
00:31:00.900 I've I found some real doozies in there. But but the point is, is should we really be surprised
00:31:08.980 knowing what we know about communists, that a communist would hate the cultural holidays
00:31:15.700 of a culture that they were trying to subvert. Isn't this actually what communists always do?
00:31:22.100 Oh, it is. I mean, this is textbook, right? They want to subvert the mores, the culture,
00:31:27.960 the heritage of that place and replace it with collectivism, replace it with godless communism.
00:31:34.840 This is the playbook, Jack. And the most unfortunate part is Francesca Hong is actually talking about some things that matter to Americans, right? The price of health care, the price of housing, the price of education, the price of child care. These things are all radically expensive in this country. But communist ideas are only going to make those sectors of life more unaffordable.
00:31:53.920 The reason they're so expensive in the first place, Jack, is because the government is involved in all these sectors.
00:31:59.520 Republicans need to talk about, acknowledge, I think, that these sectors of our economy are radically too expensive.
00:32:05.140 Talk about how we can actually fix it instead of denying that Francesca Hong is right.
00:32:10.560 Things are too expensive. She just has a terrible idea of fixing it. 1.00
00:32:14.960 Well, I completely agree. And, you know, it's it's really disheartening to see so many Republicans out there,
00:32:23.080 especially D.C. Republicans snapping at people, belittling people at the same time that they're
00:32:28.920 trying to ask for their votes. I mean, it's like, are you trying to lose? I mean, perhaps they are.
00:32:33.980 No, I think they are trying to. I mean, some of these people I do think are subversive within
00:32:38.520 our own party. They don't they don't care about winning. Right. Donald Trump. But, you know,
00:32:42.060 he says you're going to get tired of winning with me. These people are losers. They love to lose 1.00
00:32:46.420 because they actually don't care about the American people. It's actually kind of similar
00:32:50.500 to the communists. They hate the people because what will Francesca Honk's policies lead to?
00:32:55.280 Not more affordable health care and housing. It'll lead to equitable suffering for everyone. 1.00
00:32:59.480 On the neocon establishment Republican side, it's going to lead to those same problems. You're still
00:33:05.300 going to have suffering. So I think both sides really hate the American people, the establishment
00:33:09.460 neocon right. And then, of course, the communist side of the radical left. There has to be an
00:33:15.180 America first agenda with real policies, the American way. I love your idea of getting rid
00:33:20.380 of taxes, Jack Posobiec. That is actually what an American tradition. What do we start this
00:33:24.760 revolution over? Getting rid of taxing and and and destroying the American people.
00:33:29.800 Sure did. Yeah, no, no, no. And so just, you know, it's this idea, this this simple idea,
00:33:38.060 right? We're overtaxed right now. No taxation without representation, et cetera. But no taxation
00:33:42.140 was a huge part of that. And I just remember thinking, when are we going to actually provide
00:33:47.380 something directly to voters? So why not? Why not just have Republicans say, and you tell me,
00:33:52.700 right, you're out there in Wisconsin, you know, what do you think, you know, you're married,
00:33:58.720 so married couple, I said maybe 200 to 250. The first 200 to 250 is completely untaxed.
00:34:06.760 I mean, I love that idea. And I think, you know, taking into account when you have children,
00:34:11.240 I mean, a lot of times the establishment Republicans will say, and the radical left as well, we need to import the third world into our country to, you know, fix the labor shortages that we have. How about incentivizing people to have children? If you get married and you have kids, there should be some benefits to that, meaning tax breaks. You shouldn't be suffering and floundering. You should be prospering as Americans when you start a family in this country. That's a message to run on. 0.67
00:34:38.180 I mean, it's really simple. And again, talking to voters, do you think this is something the
00:34:46.580 voters of Wisconsin would be into? Absolutely, Jack. Absolutely. And also, I think
00:34:52.040 President Trump has gotten rid of taxes on Social Security. Having that actually implemented into
00:34:58.660 law so it continues, it's not just an executive order, would be also really important. We have to
00:35:03.460 be thinking about what puts the American people first. And when you talk about tax breaks, well,
00:35:08.880 something has to give in our budget, right? And I do think we need to get the government out of
00:35:12.720 the way in all of these sectors of our economy, childcare, healthcare, education, housing. 1.00
00:35:18.220 Education is really interesting because Gen Zers are saddled with thousands, in some cases, 1.00
00:35:24.440 hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt because they're getting these degrees that are basically 1.00
00:35:28.040 worthless and propped up by a system that will just give you a federal student loan,
00:35:34.200 irrespective of how valuable your degree is, get the government out of the way, and you'll see the
00:35:38.600 prices of education radically come down. Charlie Kirk was talking about this all the time. We can't
00:35:43.500 have a Gen Z that prospers and believes in the American dream if they come out into the world 1.00
00:35:49.260 and they're immediately in radical amounts of debt. It doesn't work. It doesn't work. It's 1.00
00:35:56.280 not sustainable. The debt is too high. Charlie, of course, talked about this at length in his
00:36:02.460 interview with Tucker Carlson. It was going to be a huge push on his campus tour in 2025, which
00:36:07.960 is, of course, cut short after, I think, the second questioner. He only made it two questions
00:36:13.860 in, two questioners in. And it was going to be his big thing. And he and I had many, many
00:36:19.500 conversations about the types of things that we could be offering to those individuals. And by
00:36:25.080 the way, like I'm not, I'm not a UBI person, right? I'm not one of those people who say the
00:36:28.920 government should just be giving out free money. I don't believe in that. I don't think that's
00:36:31.620 right. I think it messes with people's heads. I think it messes with their psychology, but I am
00:36:35.220 someone who says that if there's a relief that the government can provide for people, then you
00:36:42.060 should. And by the way, you never hear the socialists call calling about, they'll say,
00:36:47.260 they'll say tax the rich, but they never say drop taxes on the poor. Funny how that works.
00:36:53.080 Yeah, of course, Jack, because what they want is taxes. This is why I always say what they want is equitable suffering. We're all going to be equal in our misery. That's what they want. And again, Jack, the problem is that they are talking about things that matter to young people. They are identifying actual problems.
00:37:11.140 It's a disservice to our country for the right to ignore the problems.
00:37:15.700 If we want young people to be brought back from the brink and to reject communism, they're calling themselves democratic socialists.
00:37:22.000 They are communists. If we want to reject the communism, we want our young people to reject the communism.
00:37:26.740 We have to deliver wins for them. We have to make the American dream real.
00:37:33.020 It's really simple. Running the American dream, having the American dream.
00:37:36.400 Vita, we had a little bit of a guest booking switcheroo.
00:37:41.620 Are you able to hang on?
00:37:42.900 Are you able to hang on for another segment?
00:37:43.880 Yeah, let's do it. 0.98
00:37:46.260 Vita Duffy, she's going to stay.
00:37:48.360 She's going to hang on for another segment.
00:37:49.640 She's going to walk us through Wisconsin as the president is set to speak in about 15
00:37:55.420 to 20 minutes up there at the Department of State on mining.
00:38:00.620 Right back here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:06.400 The Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:30.640 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro
00:38:33.720 would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:36.620 And that is, I'm going to be honest.
00:38:43.860 Hi, folks, ladies and gentlemen, we are back here.
00:38:46.260 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:48.620 And I'm going to keep pushing it.
00:38:50.440 You know, President Trump's roundtable on mining at the Department of State is set to begin soon.
00:38:55.260 And, of course, Real America's Voice will cover that.
00:38:57.260 And I'm going to keep pushing this.
00:38:58.340 What do you guys think of my idea?
00:38:59.780 Run on no taxes. 1.00
00:39:01.440 No taxes for working people.
00:39:02.940 Not just no tax on Social Security, not just no tax on tips.
00:39:05.960 I'm saying this, no taxes for working people.
00:39:09.120 When I say people, that means individuals and families.
00:39:12.740 And yes, the child care tax credit has to be part of this, obviously, and all the rest.
00:39:19.640 Because this is what you need to do when you're in an election.
00:39:22.460 You need to offer something to voters, directly to the voters.
00:39:27.060 You know, say, you know, we need more votes and we need to keep the majority.
00:39:30.020 because you know evita uh our guest here is evita duffy and whose husband is also running for
00:39:35.460 congress this is what it's all about you have to offer something directly to voters you can't just
00:39:41.620 say vote for me because i'm a nice guy no you can't you you have you have to be somebody that's
00:39:48.180 going to deliver for them and you know it's it's hard to compete with democrats right and i they're
00:39:53.140 not really even democrats anymore these are full full-on socialists the the the comment full-on
00:39:58.420 communists the communists have occupied the democratic party and what they're offering is
00:40:02.740 is sounds pretty good right it's free stuff free everything free transportation free child care
00:40:08.300 free education like it sounds really great um especially if you're a young person and you're
00:40:12.840 struggling what can we offer them right we actually have to make the economy better we actually have
00:40:18.720 to discuss how communism has never worked anywhere it's tried particularly if you look at venezuela
00:40:24.980 This is not 100 or 50 years in the past. This is right now. This is a completely disastrous country that was destroyed by communism. So we have to talk about what communism leads to and then also what we're going to deliver for young people, which has to be the American dream, the real way, the American way, not selling out to foreign business, not selling out to foreign labor, actually delivering for the American people.
00:40:52.520 it's it's really simple so so talk me though though through a little bit by the way you know
00:40:58.340 you're uh as we said of course your husband is running i know you guys have a a primary of
00:41:03.420 course there's a lot going on uh walk us through um what's happening there the ins the outs and
00:41:09.460 and where people can go to to check out all the latest there and and by the way what people could
00:41:14.220 be doing this weekend if they are in the district or near the district well i mean what what michael
00:41:19.580 talks about all the time is unleashing the American economy. We're talking about energy
00:41:24.680 independence, getting the deportation numbers up to bring up the value of labor, tax breaks for
00:41:28.900 married couples with children, maybe no taxes, a suggestion by Jack Posobiec, which I love.
00:41:34.420 It's unleashing the American economy. And if Michael's elected, he will be the first member
00:41:39.100 of Congress born this century. And what we talk about a lot is when we are dealing with communists
00:41:44.060 who are running and winning young people, we have to fight them back and the messenger matters.
00:41:49.580 Michael is 26. He'll be the youngest member of Congress. I think that's a positive thing. I think it's a really good thing. Early voting ends today. The election is August 11th. He will be an incredible congressman, an America first congressman. He's Trump endorsed. And I could not be more proud of him. And there are people who attack him for his age. There are people who attack him for being young. And I just think we have to fight the left in the way that they are fighting us, which is the minds of young people. Michael can win them back.
00:42:19.580 and and i want to be clear about something um is is michael alfonso from wisconsin
00:42:27.120 yes so this this is i mean this is okay so we have republican opponents these republican
00:42:33.460 opponents are actually i've been watching your social media and i was like i'm like i'm trying
00:42:38.720 to remember because we've had him on the show we've had you on the show i'm like you've told
00:42:41.760 me this story so many times about how you guys were like uh middle school right like basically
00:42:46.940 middle school is when you met yes yes so so yeah you're like middle school sweethearts and all the
00:42:52.320 rest i'm like why are people saying this like you're from wisconsin it's so weird the anti-trump
00:42:57.560 dark money republicans are republicans right are trying to say that michael is not from wisconsin
00:43:02.900 michael and i met in middle school before middle school he was living in landa lakes um then we
00:43:08.540 we went to high school together we got married while he was still a student at uw madison he
00:43:13.220 We worked construction in Wisconsin before, during, and after graduation.
00:43:16.880 We spent 14 months, that's it, 14 months, in Florida working for the great Dan Bongino.
00:43:22.380 That is it.
00:43:23.920 We have lived in Wisconsin our entire lives.
00:43:26.500 But this is what never-Trumpers and anti-conservative people will do.
00:43:31.840 They lie, they twist the truth, and it's really unfortunate.
00:43:35.700 But Michael and I are from Wisconsin.
00:43:37.040 We met in middle school.
00:43:38.080 He grew up in the Northwoods.
00:43:39.500 It is truly disgusting and lies that are being put on us by our Republican opponents who claim to be pro-Trump and are backed by anti-Trump dark money.
00:43:47.520 And by the way, by the way, when when you took that job in Florida, that was during covid.
00:43:51.940 So you fled to escape the Evers lockdowns.
00:43:55.880 Isn't that right?
00:43:57.640 Yeah, well, actually, it was a little bit after that.
00:43:59.400 So we we did live through the Evers lockdowns while Michael was in was in was in college.
00:44:04.260 And it was it was horrible.
00:44:05.400 And he was actually working construction at the time.
00:44:07.280 Um, so we were, we, we were in Florida in 2024.
00:44:11.980 I mean, like it was, it was a very short amount of time.
00:44:14.560 And immediately when we, um, when Dan went to the FBI and we left that job, um, at the
00:44:20.980 same time he did, we went back to Wisconsin.
00:44:23.600 We have, Wisconsin has always been our home, but they're using this because Michael's a
00:44:28.120 good citizen and registered to vote in Florida.
00:44:29.860 When we moved to Florida, they're saying, oh, he's registered in Florida.
00:44:33.100 Um, and it's really dishonest and, and obviously fake.
00:44:36.540 yeah no it's it's it's just it blows my mind because it's like your your father well obviously
00:44:42.280 was uh you know uh the congressman he was a da out there like everybody knows this it's not like
00:44:48.680 some big secret you know that like oh no one's ever heard of these people before like no it's
00:44:53.940 like uh and and you of course have had the you know the wonderful um yeah unique situation of
00:44:59.360 having uh two parents in in media and politics that you know most people don't get to experience
00:45:04.280 and uh which of course explains um how you came out so messed up and that and and and that it you
00:45:11.860 know it goes this way so it's like this is all so easily verifiable that's what kills me it's though
00:45:17.200 i i always say that that local politics is 100 times worse than national politics because the
00:45:22.280 stakes are so much lower it's so true jack and we just got a new mailer today where they're going
00:45:27.380 after my husband and saying he has a spray tan. Jack, my husband has very tan skin. From being
00:45:34.260 outside, working it, doing parades, doing dairy breakfast, doing fairs, this is a man who has
00:45:41.060 never spray tanned in his life. Neither have I. Unfortunately, we're out in the hot sun working
00:45:45.680 all day campaigning, hustling harder than anybody in this race, and they hit him for that, which I
00:45:50.940 just think is absurd. This is what these people do. And, and it's, no, it is. And I've worked
00:45:58.500 local races in the past, but this is one of the reasons that I got out of politics because it's,
00:46:03.040 it's just straight up lies. They, they go after good people and, you know, we sit and we wonder
00:46:08.680 why do good people not run? And it's because when you go up against these moneyed interests,
00:46:13.000 I mean, all anyone has to do is look at what they did to Trump and look what they say about Trump
00:46:17.900 and they accused him of and everything they did to, to arrest him and go after him in,
00:46:22.960 in, you know, creative, insane ways, because he legitimately just wanted to do the right
00:46:29.380 thing for the right reasons.
00:46:31.520 And, you know, people want to, want to complain about that.
00:46:34.360 People want to disagree, but it's actually just true.
00:46:36.740 He had no, he had no need to run.
00:46:38.400 He had no, you know, he had no, um, you know, no financial stake in it.
00:46:43.540 it's just what he wanted to do because he was so upset at the state of the country and so when i
00:46:49.180 see you know good candidates like your husband good families like you guys getting involved and
00:46:53.880 your your whole family obviously is involved in public service uh with both your parents that
00:46:58.620 it's it's it just and and the amount of attacks that you guys have taken especially uh even
00:47:03.200 they've attacked your own sister your little sister they go after it's it's unbelievable
00:47:07.660 they got after my sister they went after me when i had a baby that's what that's the left
00:47:11.460 I had a baby, and that was a new story.
00:47:12.860 Wait, I didn't actually miss that one.
00:47:14.160 What did they go after you for?
00:47:15.400 Oh, yeah, the Daily Beast did this whole story attacking me right after I had a child saying
00:47:20.440 that Nepo baby, Evita Duffy, daughter of Trump goon, has a baby.
00:47:25.260 Like, it was the craziest headline.
00:47:26.940 Like, I'm sorry I had a baby.
00:47:27.520 Oh, yeah, I saw that headline.
00:47:28.440 I remember I didn't understand.
00:47:29.820 Like, what was the attack?
00:47:31.140 How dare you have children?
00:47:33.280 I'm confused.
00:47:35.400 That would be on point with the Daily Beast, right?
00:47:38.340 They hate children. 0.99
00:47:39.080 They hate civilization. 0.98
00:47:39.920 They hate humanity.
00:47:40.500 I have one. I have one just where we run the Politico attacked my my oldest son before he
00:47:48.880 was born. Wow. They hate they hate they hate they hate children. They hate humanity. That's
00:47:54.640 what they do. Make your last point and then we got to run. We're out of time.
00:47:57.660 I just want to say Michael was inspired by Charlie Kirk's death. That is why he got into
00:48:01.320 this race. It has nothing to do with anything nefarious. There's nothing for them to hit us
00:48:06.380 on. Right. That's why they're lying. Michael was inspired by Charlie. He's a great American.
00:48:10.500 give them a shout
00:48:12.720 Michael Alfonso running for Congress
00:48:15.180 the great Evita Duffy my favorite anti-communist
00:48:17.540 ladies and gentlemen as always you have my permission
00:48:19.020 until later
