00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions
00:00:06.800 here on Human Events Daily. So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you
00:00:11.900 hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends. Make sure they're
00:00:17.340 all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.580 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're
00:00:26.760 only going to do so much more. Let's get it. This is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:37.600 meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation,
00:00:48.420 and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:53.280 Christ is king.
00:00:55.300 The search for Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy.
00:00:58.580 Savannah just releasing a new video on Instagram
00:01:01.020 urgently pleading for her mother's return.
00:01:03.600 I'm coming on to say it is day 24
00:01:06.600 since our mom was taken in the dark of night from her bed.
00:01:13.620 And every hour and minute and second
00:01:16.280 and every long night has been agony since then.
00:01:20.720 So many people have been praying of every faith and no faith at all, praying for her return.
00:01:27.460 And we feel those prayers. We also know that she may be lost. She may already be gone.
00:01:34.480 U.S. President Donald Trump is set to give his first formal State of the Union speech of his
00:01:38.520 second term, and it's likely to be a long night of choreographed tension and conflict.
00:01:43.180 He will call on Democrats in Congress to reopen the Department of Homeland Security. It's despicable
00:01:48.360 that they have shut down this agency that is responsible not just for the deportations of
00:01:54.520 murderers and criminals whom none of you, including Democrat politicians, would want
00:01:58.680 living in your communities, but also FEMA, who is on the ground in the Northeast right now,
00:02:03.480 restoring electricity and power for families who have been impacted by the blizzard, the United
00:02:08.760 States Secret Service, which of course is essential to protecting the president of the
00:02:13.440 United States. They just did honorably this past weekend when an armed crazy person
00:02:18.100 intruded at the president's personal property in Florida. These are great men and women who
00:02:22.980 are working around the clock to keep our homeland safe and it's terrible that Democrat politicians
00:02:27.280 have shut them down. Zoran Mamdani getting slammed for his latest proposal calling on New Yorkers
00:02:32.940 to sign up to become emergency snow shovelers. Over the weekend he announced that anyone who
00:02:37.420 wanted to shovel for the city had to show multiple forms of identification with photo IDs, copies of
00:02:43.180 those forms and even a social security card. Credits are calling out his hypocrisy for
00:02:48.400 requiring strict documentation to shovel city streets, but no idea or proof of citizenship
00:02:53.860 to vote in elections. Multiple sources tell CBS News that President Trump is growing increasingly
00:03:00.000 frustrated with what aides describe as the limits on military leverage against Iran.
00:03:05.820 U.S. military has beefed up its presence in the Middle East, while American officials negotiate
00:03:10.980 with Tehran over its nuclear program.
00:03:13.600 Several airlines have resumed flights out of Mexico.
00:03:16.780 The State Department says Americans in several parts of Mexico,
00:03:19.820 including Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta,
00:03:21.980 should continue to shelter in place.
00:03:24.000 This all stemming from the military operation over the weekend
00:03:26.760 that killed notorious cartel leader El Mencho.
00:03:29.880 His death led to a battle between heavily armed Mexican security forces
00:03:33.960 and cartel gunmen who set cars and buildings on fire
00:03:37.560 and blocked roads in dozens of states.
00:03:39.640 Mexican authorities say 25 members of the National Guard were killed.
00:03:44.580 The man accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk will also be in court today.
00:03:48.960 The hearing will be held this morning online where a judge is expected to rule on a motion to dismiss the Utah County Prosecutor's Office over an alleged conflict of interest.
00:03:58.620 Before the court is defendant's motion to disqualify Utah County Attorney's Office,
00:04:04.240 Defendant argues that high-level prosecutor assigned to this case has a concurrent conflict of interest.
00:04:10.860 And because no efforts were made to screed him, the entire office should be disqualified.
00:04:16.040 Because defendant has not established a factual basis for a finding of conflict of interest, his motion is respectfully denied.
00:04:23.880 All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:04:29.680 Jack Posobiec here for you live. Today is February 24th, 2026. Anno Domini. I'm here in Dallas,
00:04:38.920 Texas, where you may see they have a GB on the microphone. I'd like to thank Glenn Beck and
00:04:44.700 the folks at The Blaze for allowing me to borrow their studio. In fact, they actually didn't know
00:04:50.380 that I was going to be borrowing it. I have annexed it, just like the United States should 0.99
00:04:54.380 annexed diego garcia and all your base are belong to us so really glad that they were able to let 0.90
00:05:00.980 me do that going to be doing some coverage tonight of the state of the union on the blaze as well as
00:05:06.100 of course we are going to be doing our own super stream tonight for state of the union on the
00:05:11.360 charlie kirk stream the same way that charlie always would have and we would have done it with
00:05:15.800 him every single time erica kirk of course he saw the announcement just came out right before we
00:05:21.300 went live today, that Erica Kirk, yes, has been announced as one of the special guests who will
00:05:28.660 be arriving to the State of the Union at the behest and invitation of President Donald J.
00:05:34.320 Trump. And he is expected to make a statement on political violence. This is the scourge of
00:05:39.560 our nation. It is the greatest single immediate threat to everything that we are fighting for,
00:05:45.640 because as we fight and continue to put up cultural victories and cultural wins across
00:05:50.720 the board the other side is getting more and more violent and i just wanted to say thank you to
00:05:57.020 president trump for honoring erica in this way and showing that of course the victims of political
00:06:03.060 violence the victims of leftist violence don't just include the immediate victim but also the
00:06:08.660 families they leave behind erica and the two young children and god bless them my prayers are always
00:06:14.800 with them and of course so glad that they are going to be there i'm also glad to see by the way
00:06:18.960 The Team USA has just landed presidential aircraft sent for them.
00:06:24.040 They've just landed at Joint Base Andrews.
00:06:26.680 We're seeing there's some live stream footage of that right now.
00:06:29.820 That's the same base, the same runway, the same airstrip where President Trump and Air Force One just were when they were there recently.
00:06:36.340 Of course, that's where the president flies out of.
00:06:38.300 That's the president's personal airport, if you look at it that way, just down the road from Washington, D.C.
00:06:44.520 So, of course, Team USA and this incredible victory will be present as well at the president's invitation and behest.
00:06:52.280 We're going to talk about that in a second.
00:06:54.140 But also, on the legal front, Tyler Robinson, his case just saw a huge ruling earlier today, just moments ago,
00:07:02.820 where the judge in Utah ruled against Tyler Robinson's defense lawyer and their motion to strike the prosecutors from the case.
00:07:11.700 they have been shot down because that ruling was a joke. It was desperate. We told you it was
00:07:19.060 desperate. We told you it was a long shot move. And the reason that they're pushing these desperate
00:07:24.140 moves is they have nothing. Right back, Human Events. And our golden age has just begun.
00:07:31.500 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec. Now it's time for everyone to understand
00:07:35.740 what America first truly means. Welcome to the second American revolution.
00:07:44.280 All right, folks, we're back. Jack Posobiec here. We're live human events daily, Dallas, Texas.
00:07:49.120 I want to thank again, The Blaze, for allowing us to use the studio and inviting me in for
00:07:52.980 sitting in on their coverage, State of the Union analysis tonight. Folks, every major company you
00:07:59.600 know is using AI right now. TurboTax, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Banks, insurance
00:08:05.240 companies hospitals credit bureaus retailers data firms they say it's about innovation but the truth
00:08:10.280 is it's about turning your personal information into profit big corporations are serving you up
00:08:15.480 on a silver platter to cyber criminals ai runs on data about real people your name your address
00:08:21.160 your phone number your job your family that information comes from a data broker and from
00:08:25.880 people search sites that build detailed profiles on you without your permission so during this tax
00:08:31.800 season, believe it or not, that exposure becomes even more dangerous because those same profiles
00:08:36.600 don't just feed corporate AI systems, they're used by scammers. Criminals look people up before they
00:08:42.400 attack. They know who you are, they know where you live, and they know how to approach you.
00:08:46.680 And this is the time of year they strike hardest, filing fake tax returns, impersonating the IRS,
00:08:52.440 and stealing refunds using stolen identities. AI makes scams faster, easier to execute,
00:08:58.360 and harder to spot. When your information is public, you are exposed. So ask yourself,
00:09:03.700 what defenses do you actually have against this? The Human Events audience knows exactly what the
00:09:08.840 defense is. It's Patriot Protect. Patriot Protect is the only anti-AI tool that actually removes
00:09:15.320 you from this system. Patriot Protect will delete your personal information from Google and remove
00:09:20.360 it from over 240 data brokers and people search sites, the exact places that AI systems and
00:09:25.960 scammers pull from. Once removed, their search and destroy protocol, kind of reminds me of
00:09:31.040 seek and destroy a little bit, keeps monitoring and wiping new exposures automatically. Don't
00:09:35.920 sit there and let scammers use AI to exploit and steal from you and your family. Use Patriot
00:09:40.600 Protect and take your data back. Take control of your personal information and reduce your
00:09:44.660 exposure using promo code POSO for 15% off all Patriot Protect plans. Go to patriot-protect.com
00:09:51.260 slash POSO and use promo code POSO for 15% off.
00:09:55.600 All right, guys, I want to play this great clip.
00:09:57.680 It was over the weekend.
00:09:58.760 It was Sunday morning, of course, when it all went down,
00:10:02.280 when Team USA won the gold.
00:10:04.600 Now Jack Hughes puts it around the car.
00:10:06.780 The United States with numbers.
00:10:10.440 Back across it comes.
00:10:12.420 Jack Hughes wins it.
00:10:13.680 The golden goal for the United States.
00:10:16.540 for the first time since the 1980 miracle the United States takes the gold
00:10:25.920 the United States wins the gold medal here in Milan one minute 41 seconds into overtime
00:10:37.040 all right so this has led to a lot of conversation and a lot of discourse online about
00:10:45.780 what does it mean to support America? What does it mean to be on Team USA? Team USA representing
00:10:53.000 the country. You also saw this with Alyssa Liu. And I had one of the, I think, initial posts that
00:10:59.260 went really, really viral about this when she won the gold talking about how her father was a
00:11:04.320 dissident in communist China or had left communist China during the Tiananmen Square protests,
00:11:09.180 which led to the massacre. And then how the Chinese government at the CCP had tried to get
00:11:14.460 her to play for their team the same way they did with Eileen Goo. Of course, she knew how much
00:11:18.620 money she could make had she done that. She refused. She played for Team USA. She competed
00:11:22.880 for Team USA. She won the gold clearly in her own very unique way, Manic Pixie Skater Girl. 0.98
00:11:30.700 And she won, I think, the hearts of America. She's America's sweetheart right now. There's
00:11:35.740 no question. And so this has led to a lot of problems for the left because, of course,
00:11:40.400 they bet against America and have been doing so for a decade. Here to help make some sense of this
00:11:45.360 in studio is Aaron McIntyre. What's up, Aaron? Doing well, man. Thanks for having me.
00:11:49.600 So this discourse is so interesting because it's like, this is the stuff that you and I have been
00:11:54.700 talking about for about a year at this point. And it's so awkward when you try to put these
00:12:00.500 things into words. We don't really have a good vocabulary for it. And when we try to make what
00:12:05.040 it ends up sounding like really weird and awkward.
00:12:08.980 But then something like this happens,
00:12:10.780 Team USA wins and you wave the flag
00:12:13.200 and you feel good about being an American.
00:12:15.180 That's what we've been talking about the whole time,
00:12:17.120 isn't it?
00:12:17.840 Yeah, what's nationalism?
00:12:19.000 Well, I know it when I see it.
00:12:20.100 There it is, there it is.
00:12:21.460 Exactly, right.
00:12:22.160 And this is so funny because as you say,
00:12:23.960 the left has made their entire identity
00:12:25.520 about dismantling nationalism,
00:12:27.400 being embarrassed by your country.
00:12:30.120 We see the Huffington Post talking about
00:12:32.280 how it should be embarrassing for you to wave the flag or if you feel bad when you see people
00:12:36.540 celebrating america it's okay that's just who the left are and hilariously they want to talk about
00:12:42.200 how this olympics speaks something to something about how we can't have immigration controls how
00:12:47.760 having a real national identity is going to keep us from winning at the olympics but it's exactly
00:12:53.020 the opposite by understanding who the american people are and what we're celebrating together
00:12:57.220 one of these olympic games one of these amazing victories really binds us in a way that nothing
00:13:01.940 else can and so by the left are running around looking like losers complaining about america
00:13:06.740 dominating all these other nations conservatives nationalists right-wingers we can all just
00:13:11.300 celebrate together saying yeah this is exactly who we are we're victorious people and that's
00:13:15.300 what matters you know and and it also reminds me by the way of bad bunny right remember he was
00:13:20.180 trying to push just a couple weeks ago the last big sporting event that we had where this this
00:13:25.780 new sort of like globalist mexamerican we're in the the glenn beck studio so i might as well say
00:13:31.460 it mexamericanada um as glenn used to put it and um you know they were going to blend all the
00:13:37.460 countries together and that's kind of what bad bunny was pushing this this notion you hear this
00:13:41.860 by the way from like the woke latinx crowd all the time that all america's a continent and we're 0.96
00:13:46.900 all americans it's like no that's not what people mean when they say america but of course they were
00:13:53.300 making that same argument that america is this expansive nebulous term no it's not no it's not
00:13:59.340 are you rooting were you rooting for team usa that's what makes you an american and okay i don't
00:14:05.280 want to i don't want to like single anyone out here but there i'll just say there's someone that
00:14:10.440 i was at an event with recently who happens to hail from canada although she currently lives
00:14:17.720 in the united states and it's it's nothing personal but i remember asking oh so you know
00:14:23.300 which which team are you rooting for and she's like i was rooting for team canada i'm a canadian
00:14:27.820 and it's like yeah i totally get that that's where you're from that's your nation and you know
00:14:33.360 there's winners and there's losers what can i say but it that's what it's all about right it's really
00:14:39.180 it's it is something nebulous in the sense that um it you can be a member of another nation
00:14:46.060 regardless of where you're physically present.
00:14:47.940 You know what I'm saying?
00:14:49.080 Yeah, and that's really, I think, the test here.
00:14:51.120 Once again, the left has tried to make this.
00:14:53.280 You're exactly right.
00:14:54.000 It's a tangible test.
00:14:55.120 That's exactly what this is, which we don't usually get.
00:14:58.100 Exactly.
00:14:58.640 You really put all your chips on the table.
00:15:00.800 Who are you siding with?
00:15:01.780 You have to choose now.
00:15:02.800 And so many of these athletes we've seen are really just treating America as an economic zone.
00:15:07.880 They come here to be part of a professional sports team or to train with some of the best in the world.
00:15:13.800 but when it comes to actually representing they want to be somewhere else they might want to live
00:15:18.180 here but they want to represent some other people and again that is a test we know who you are and
00:15:22.840 who you're loyal to you are and that's the other the other chinese um skier this eileen gu right
00:15:28.480 who she's born in the united states she lives in the united states as far as i know she trains in 0.76
00:15:31.760 the united states and yet she competes for team canada or excuse me team china and makes all the 1.00
00:15:37.340 money i think she's the highest paid athlete in the world something like 20 million dollars 1.00
00:15:41.280 a year. She took the money and she goes and competes for Team China. Alyssa Liu said no. 1.00
00:15:47.400 So there is a question of nationalism there, clearly. Yeah. When the mercenary option is
00:15:51.820 there, when you have a material gain, but you turned it down because your identity is tied to
00:15:56.160 the United States. Well, I mean, that's about as good as a gut check as you're going to get.
00:16:00.080 You're putting yourself out there. You're denying some kind of benefit by joining another team where
00:16:04.920 you might be celebrated and you're sticking with the United States because that's who you want to
00:16:08.220 be identified with, that's who you want to take the gold home to. And that's what really matters
00:16:12.340 at the end of the day. Don't get me wrong, there are much deeper questions when it comes to
00:16:15.520 nationalism, and you and I have discussed this on a regular basis. But again, we rarely get this
00:16:21.500 really visceral demonstration of loyalty that comes in a moment like winning the gold for the
00:16:27.100 United States. And I think that's why everybody has an easy time celebrating, even if they don't
00:16:30.940 care about anyone's specific political affiliation in this moment. Right. And especially, so people
00:16:35.720 The left was trying to say, oh, well, Alyssa Liu, she's kind of woke, and nobody cares.
00:16:41.260 Yeah, nobody cares.
00:16:42.260 The right is not going to care about that.
00:16:44.180 Why? 0.99
00:16:44.680 Because she didn't politicize the moment. 1.00
00:16:46.940 She didn't get up there and start pontificating on politics.
00:16:49.980 She got up there and talked about skating and talked about her personal journey.
00:16:53.960 She talked about herself, and that's it.
00:16:55.940 She didn't try to make it about some political, oh, I'm on the ice, but I'm against ice. 0.94
00:17:01.200 She didn't say anything ridiculous like that, like the other skater did.
00:17:05.200 And we're just not the side that's about making the personal political.
00:17:08.220 Like, ultimately, we understand people are going to differ.
00:17:10.800 That's going to be what it's about.
00:17:12.060 And we can still celebrate America.
00:17:13.980 We can still celebrate our national identity and our triumphs without forcing every single athlete to adhere to some specific ideology.
00:17:21.700 We're here to celebrate America every time.
00:17:23.760 And I'll give you the and here's the flip side of that.
00:17:25.920 The flip side is, so do you remember, so Team USA, when they win the gold in hockey, the left, you know, is cheering them.
00:17:34.320 They have the same level of acclaim until, remember, what did they do right after?
00:17:38.620 They took a phone call from Donald Trump.
00:17:40.940 And they were cheering Trump.
00:17:42.980 And from that moment on, when they took the call and they were yamming it up with him, by the way, this is why, like, regular people like Trump.
00:17:49.820 because you could just tell he genuinely cares about the country,
00:17:53.660 loves the team, loves the excellence.
00:17:55.360 He's going on and on about the goalie and how great he is,
00:17:58.440 who actually plays for a Canadian team professionally.
00:18:02.220 But it's like, whatever, he's an American,
00:18:03.500 so he plays for the right team at the Olympics.
00:18:06.200 He's with Winnipeg.
00:18:07.820 And what did they do?
00:18:09.980 They immediately denounced Team USA.
00:18:12.040 So once again, you see it's the progressives
00:18:14.480 who want this kind of tyrannical fealty and loyalty to their dogma, whereas conservatives,
00:18:22.260 American nationalists, patriots, whatever you want to call us, we are the ones who say,
00:18:27.660 no, we just want you to be on Team America. That's really it.
00:18:30.860 Yeah. Ultimately, you recognize that I'm sure not every person on the hockey team is a huge
00:18:36.260 supporter of Donald Trump or voting Republican every time, but they put that aside because
00:18:40.080 that's not who they are in this moment. They are exemplars of the American spirit. They're out
00:18:44.160 there representing us. They're showing our excellence. They're performing on behalf of
00:18:48.760 the United States. And in that moment, the leader of the United States is there to celebrate with
00:18:52.480 them. However they feel about a specific policy or whatever, that's pushed to the wayside. Because
00:18:56.820 in this moment, they are just, again, exemplars of the American spirit. And Donald Trump is the
00:19:02.180 leader of that country. And in that moment, you celebrate together, no matter your differences.
00:19:06.840 It's really as simple as that. And it shows the differences along the political dialogue. And
00:19:12.220 and by the way if you're the type of person who had a problem with waving the flag like
00:19:17.420 hovington post says then guess what you might just be on what do they call it oh that's right
00:19:22.460 the wrong side of history right back about influences these are influences and uh they're
00:19:28.300 friends of mine jack or something where's jack he's done a great job
00:19:34.700 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we are back live here.
00:19:40.680 Human Events in Dallas, Texas.

00:20:01.160 So make sure you're checking that out.
00:20:02.420 I'll post that on X as well.
00:20:04.320 and I'll be with all the usual gang, except, of course, for Andrew will actually be at the State
00:20:10.720 of the Union. And then, of course, Erica Kirk herself will be attending at the personal
00:20:15.400 invitation of President Donald J. Trump. Incredible things are happening. Folks,
00:20:21.400 you know what I've been telling you? You got to pay attention to what's happening with the dollar
00:20:24.420 debt in central banks. It's all piling up. And when things get rocky, gold has always been the
00:20:28.660 safe haven. But now gold isn't just defensive, it's an offensive asset. And that's why I've
00:20:33.680 been working with my partners at Allegiance Gold for the past three years. They help you protect
00:20:37.200 your savings and retirement with real physical gold and silver, not paper promises. And right
00:20:41.740 now, Allegiance Gold is making it even better. They'll donate 1% of qualified investments from
00:20:46.720 my audience to Turning Point USA or, if you like, another great America First organization,
00:20:52.420 in addition to the 1% you already qualify for. So you can protect your wealth and support the
00:20:57.260 movement at the same time. If you've been waiting for a sign, this is it. Don't overthink it.

00:21:16.120 stand with me fighting for america so aren't the way we you know we parse these things through
00:21:23.860 it's been a decade since you know i i'll never forget and and trump came in so quickly on this
00:21:30.260 I don't even really think that Hillary Clinton went down this particular brand of sort of like anti-American wokeness.
00:21:38.420 I think that really started for me 2017 with Colin Kaepernick and the kneeling for the anthem and saying that we're going to we're going to degrade the nation in order to promote one set of politics.
00:21:52.340 I just in my mind, that's kind of where I think it started.
00:21:55.120 Like even Hillary in 2016 wasn't willing to go to that part yet.
00:21:58.920 and then all the liberals follow suit and then you get places like and and people are mentioning
00:22:04.540 netflix has kind of you know adopted this this weird global woke role and other places have
00:22:10.980 adopted it as well and it's really put them in a very bad place because it seems to me like
00:22:18.740 patriotism is back on the menu patriotism is in loving your country is in you know and i haven't
00:22:26.640 yet see in the discourse anyone you know attacking the diversity of the team usa hockey you know
00:22:33.360 hockey team yet i'm sure someone will you know bring that out at some point but then of course
00:22:37.520 you know the response will be well what about the diversity of the uh team usa men's basketball team
00:22:44.480 you know this will be the obvious response and and i guess i mean to say is is this something
00:22:51.120 that bodes well for our politics, if we if can, you know, can we actually bridge the divide here
00:22:56.700 and sort of come back to a more stable place where we say, OK, we are actually all proud to
00:23:03.340 be Americans and we don't have to just make everything about politics first. I think we
00:23:08.140 really are in that moment. And I think this is a predictable cycle. Every once in a while,
00:23:11.500 the left just drives too hard, too fast and puts himself in this position. I think we can all
00:23:16.800 remember back to different things like soldiers coming back from Vietnam and being treated terribly,
00:23:22.760 being called baby killers, the attack on patriotism. We recognize that that was ugly and brutish. And
00:23:28.500 what did that usher in? It ushered in a Reagan-esque movement of people who were proud,
00:23:33.120 wanted to celebrate, wanted to succeed, wanted to see America be celebrated again. I think people
00:23:38.140 ultimately don't want to hear their leaders hate the United States. And the Democrats learned that
00:23:42.900 lesson for a while. Like you said, people like Hillary Clinton, they would talk about parts of
00:23:46.520 America they don't like, or maybe we should be ashamed of. But there was still this general idea
00:23:50.420 that we were kind of on the same team. And at least they were trying to kind of perfect this
00:23:54.420 thing that they cared about, even if it was flawed. Even Obama with his famous, well, I believe
00:23:59.860 Americans believe in American exceptionalism the same way the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.
00:24:04.560 And, you know, even he, which is kind of a very soft way of at least making it exceptionalism
00:24:10.720 relative that even that was excoriated at the time because it was unbelievable to hear a president
00:24:17.120 saying something like that yeah and so now you have this moment where americans have watched
00:24:22.000 people just continues continually crap on the united states insult every aspect of it saying 0.97
00:24:27.840 it's unredeemable its people are the problem its systems are the problem the heritage the beliefs 0.99
00:24:33.360 the traditions are the problem and they all need to be destroyed and people are just sick of that
00:24:37.600 they're tired of that that's why donald trump was such an important figure in american electoral
00:24:42.320 politics donald trump made it okay to have an american identity again once again we look at it
00:24:47.520 and we say i don't know exactly what that is i can't nail it down immediately but i know donald
00:24:53.360 trump is representing it i know donald trump is proud of it i know donald trump is not ashamed of
00:24:57.440 it and i think that's why he was so well received especially by conservatives but i think even with
00:25:02.160 independent voters they just didn't want to see this anymore and so watching team usa dominate
00:25:06.960 why donald trump is in the white house is just the perfect marriage of these patriotic aspects
00:25:11.520 because it's the excellence of the united states being brought together with a leader who truly
00:25:15.680 respects understands and wants to celebrate what america is it's the invigoration of american
00:25:21.040 identity across the board i think he's the perfect president to preside over that moment and and i
00:25:25.200 love that it's through sport as well because this this is vitalism that's the type of vitalism that
00:25:29.760 we we you know so many on the right have talked about which which again is just an awkward thing
00:25:34.000 when you put it into words like ah we must promote vitalism and like bap talks about this and bap
00:25:39.680 speaks of this and uh you know all that stuff and it just gets very it's just very awkward when you
00:25:44.640 talk about it but when you see it when you describe it you know when you when you you know talk about
00:25:49.620 halftime shows that that aren't you know fake and gay and actually cool ones that that just have
00:25:55.240 some good rock music that people like and country music which is still the number one searched music
00:26:00.420 genre in america then it guess it turns what guess what people want that people want to be part of
00:26:07.560 that country whatever that is and it is kind of nebulous and it is hard to to weigh it down and
00:26:12.460 the left always tries to say well you know and and and they're doing the same thing right now
00:26:16.920 with alice lu they'll say well technically she's the daughter of an immigrant and all this by the
00:26:21.480 way actual refugee we should point that out shouldn't we right that her father was an actual
00:26:25.660 dissident from the Chinese Communist Party. He was accepted here because, of course, they are our
00:26:30.800 enemy. They are someone that we are against. We support people who stand up for freedom against
00:26:35.920 the CCP. They're not economic migrants. In fact, they probably would have made more money if they
00:26:39.420 went back to China for the 2022 Beijing Olympics. So when it all comes down to it, I think
00:26:44.780 Americanism has won the day. And R. McIntyre, I wanted to congratulate you since we're here today
00:26:50.100 because I know that you were someone who stuck your neck out for this very early on and took a
00:26:54.240 lot of took a lot of crap for it a lot of slings and arrows but it's back baby we're so back i
00:26:59.920 appreciate that man and yeah i only did that because i think it's so important it's so critical 0.76
00:27:03.560 for us to understand that the question moving forward especially as we're tackling immigration
00:27:08.240 and all these other issues is what is an american and what can we be proud of and so the fact that
00:27:12.700 we now have this unifying moment i think it's huge that's right there all right we'll be right
00:27:16.540 back aaron's gonna run you'll see more of him later tonight on the blaze live stream you talk
00:27:21.760 about influences. These are influences
00:27:23.760 and they're friends
00:27:25.760 of mine. Jack
00:27:27.440 Kosovic. Where's Jack?
00:27:29.520 Jack. He's done a great job.
00:27:34.280 Alright, Jack Kosovic, we're back
00:27:35.880 live. Now, yesterday we were talking
00:27:37.660 about the
00:27:38.800 insane level of
00:27:41.680 the violence that has come out
00:27:43.900 from
00:27:44.600 Mexico, this cartel violence
00:27:47.720 that's being knocked off right now. I want to go live
00:27:50.040 to Oscar Blue Ramirez, who's been reporting from the ground there in Mexico for Real America's
00:27:56.460 Voice all about this since things have gotten hot. Oscar, thank God that you're safe. Thank
00:28:01.740 God that you are okay. Tell us what's the latest, what are you hearing, and what should we be
00:28:07.380 expecting to see coming up in the next couple of days and weeks? Well, as everybody saw, Jack,
00:28:12.360 I was reporting on the ground of what was currently happening, the burning of automobiles,
00:28:15.980 that these are considered narco blockades after the execution and the assassination of Nemesio
00:28:21.180 Oseguera Cermantes. A lot of the people were saying he got executed on the mission led by
00:28:25.860 the federal government, but no, he died in the helicopter on the way to Mexico City. That was
00:28:31.080 a big thing and a big news, and a lot of speculation were saying, was he assassinated
00:28:34.840 inside of the helicopter because of the enormous extraction of information that he has, or did he
00:28:39.700 die because of the confrontation? More than 25 military men from Mexico died on this confrontation.
00:28:45.240 The head leader of the national defense was crying yesterday on a morning conference saying that it was a great effort from the Mexican military, but they could not accomplish this without the intelligence of the American government.
00:28:59.220 That is incredible information to reaffirm that the secretary of defense said this, that it was a collaboration with intelligence of information provided by the American government.
00:29:09.500 Now, what has happened on the day after, we reported on that same day when there was a narco black case, more than six vehicles that they were burned in the city of Tijuana.
00:29:17.700 This violence escalated from the central parts of the country all the way to the north borders.
00:29:22.420 In Tijuana alone, the city that I'm located, more than 22 incidents.
00:29:26.320 Why are they considered incidents, Jack?
00:29:28.140 Because they were not only burning vehicles, they were burning businesses as a sign and as a message that we still have power on these areas.
00:29:37.020 and we are going to terrorize the citizens if we want to now on the next day we thought that they
00:29:42.680 was going to decrease because they uh they arrested more than 20 of these agitators and
00:29:47.340 these cartel members that they were burning vehicles right here in tijuana they arrested 20
00:29:51.580 but they still burned three automobiles and this is the video that i'm that i was recording jack
00:29:56.740 look how close they are to the border wall and this particular this picture right here right here
00:30:02.120 way they burned this vehicle in front of this vehicle there's a large camera post on the
00:30:07.420 american side by the u.s customs and the border agents it means that the cartel had the boldness
00:30:12.900 and the audacity to burn it in front of the camera because they know that the level of extraction of
00:30:18.060 information to execute and mention was provided by the american government these people are
00:30:22.400 completely upset of the american government collaborating with the mexican government
00:30:26.560 Now, after everything has evolved, this level of increasing of violence in these cities and in the central parts of the country, they just deployed, breaking news, they deployed 103 infantrymen on a naval vessel right now to Puerto Vallarta.
00:30:44.300 Why Puerto Vallarta?
00:30:45.880 In Puerto Vallarta, you have thousands of American citizens that they live there and hundreds of thousands that they vacation there.
00:30:53.160 Of course, it was a huge red flag for tourism and ultimately, at the end of the day, for the Mexican government to protect not only the Mexican citizens, but also the American citizens that they are located here.
00:31:05.000 You see right here on the video the vessel that just arrived with 103 infantrymen.
00:31:09.140 Talking to our connections down there in Puerto Vallarta, they have told us that you see now the military men walking on foot on every single resort area, making sure that it's highly secure and they are in high alert, completely on high alert to protect the American citizens, to protect the resort areas.
00:31:29.880 And ultimately, not only that, to provide the security and to, we have the World Cup coming up.
00:31:36.660 Jalisco is a complete disaster, Jack. 0.86
00:31:38.860 And, you know, just a kilometer away from Akron Stadium that is going to be the host of the World Cup,
00:31:45.260 they have found more than 456 bags of human remains buried by the cartel on a mass grave.
00:31:51.880 This is the cartel that is in charge of this, was the Jalisco Nueva Generación, the guy that was recently murdered.
00:31:58.380 so you have a disaster of a city of a disaster of a state what the president of mexico wants is
00:32:03.780 they don't want to be you know this possibility of having the world cup in this place they don't
00:32:09.280 want them to be closing or they they want the possibility to have the world cup so they're
00:32:13.300 trying to do the best that they can to provide the security not only for mexican citizens but also
00:32:17.800 for american citizens on this location and today still the ongoing messages from the cartel in the
00:32:24.560 city of tijuana they have found two uh narco banners in in public schools also they have a
00:32:30.660 body that it was dropped off in the main road still the violence that is increasing the the
00:32:35.400 messages are still by the organized crime they are completely upset this is the head of the snake
00:32:40.220 and a lot of people need to understand that this criminal organization they look up to this guy
00:32:45.380 and mention as it was a god you know they look up to him as it was a a great leader of of a great 0.89
00:32:50.540 criminal organization we need to understand that the cjng got two times bigger two times stronger
00:32:57.380 in technology on territory on land and financially because of the four years of the biden administration
00:33:04.120 this is why they have this enormous technology these mad max vehicles that they have been on
00:33:09.600 viral videos and they have this enormous force to threaten the country of mexico 0.90
00:33:14.500 so when we look at at this this the cjng did they function almost like a separate government 0.67
00:33:23.500 there on the ground which is actually in in some ways a shadow government to the actual government
00:33:30.180 of mexico in these areas they have taken over a lot of the territory in in the central parts of
00:33:35.600 the country which tells you that they have bought off a lot of corrupt politicians and this is one
00:33:39.720 of the reasons why there's this huge speculation of el mencho when he was captured in the helicopter
00:33:44.340 that he died out of injuries or that he was in his life was taken away because of the level of
00:33:49.740 extraction of information they were controlling a lot of the territory jack they were controlling
00:33:54.020 big states like michoacan jalisco nayarit colima uh in border towns that it was a complete surprise
00:34:00.880 for us in the border town in tijuana that is the border that is with more transit of vehicles and
00:34:06.260 pedestrians of american citizens in the world that is the border between tijuana and san isidro
00:34:10.360 We thought that this border town was controlled by the Sinaloa cartel, and oh, surprise, on Saturday, we saw the relentless power that this criminal organization has due to the level of technology, due to the level of intelligence that they have, and the level of connections.
00:34:26.180 Just recently, one of the mayors in Tequila, Jalisco, was arrested from the same political party of the left of the president, was arrested for extortion and kidnapping and having links to the organized crime and also directly to El Mencho.
00:34:39.240 it tells you the level of corruption but also one thing that it needs to be highlighted the
00:34:44.940 american intelligence it is like no other the level of extraction of information and intelligence
00:34:49.560 from the american government it is from first class it is you have never seen this and nobody
00:34:55.520 in history has pressured the mexican government like the trump administration it is doing right
00:34:59.940 now extracting the information of more than 50 dirty politicians in mexico dismantling continuously 0.56
00:35:05.140 laboratories that they were making tons and tons of fentanyl and methamphetamines to cross them
00:35:09.620 illegally to the united states of america dismantling companies that they were providing
00:35:13.280 the legal precursors to los chapos and los mayos that they were trafficking into the united states
00:35:17.680 you know extracting more than 50 plus liters of criminal cells to the united states of america 0.86
00:35:22.580 this you have never seen it in history the mexican president it is pinned to the wall
00:35:26.600 because of the enormous pressure and the extraction of information that the american
00:35:30.440 government has over the mexican government and when we see this at the same time there's also
00:35:38.060 a real danger by the way of course that we know about the infiltration of the cartels in so many
00:35:43.980 levels lower levels and even higher levels of both the mexican government and in some cases
00:35:48.740 areas of the american government mayors governors in some cases members of parliament members of
00:35:55.200 Congress. There are so many issues that we see. So this cartel issue is not just an issue for
00:36:00.940 Mexico. This is on both sides of the border. And the political corruption is 100 percent real.
00:36:06.100 Human events was one of the programs that it was reporting for so many years on this. And you were
00:36:10.600 the pioneer of this, Jack, reporting on the open borders. This was a great opportunity for the
00:36:16.920 criminal organization of the CJNG to walk and have power with human trafficking, with child 0.65
00:36:22.140 trafficking with a huge amount of trafficking of drugs and illegal substances into the United
00:36:27.120 States of America. And it was not only trafficking, it was controlling the territory on these border
00:36:32.220 towns. This is why it is a national security issue. I said it on a video where you see the
00:36:37.500 pickup truck burning in front of the camera of the border patrol. I said, this is a national
00:36:41.920 security issue on both sides of the aisle. Why? Because this criminal organization has presence
00:36:47.100 in denver new york miami chicago all the border towns so you do not know if they are just preparing
00:36:54.900 for an attack they're really passive right now because they know the level of the military of
00:37:00.060 mexico how serious they're taking this but we cannot trust these are terrorists jack we cannot
00:37:05.140 trust what they are going to do in the next incoming days this week it is going to be extremely
00:37:09.840 critical a lot of speculation of who is the one that is going to take over the criminal organization
00:37:14.600 We cannot say that right now because we know that they're going to be fighting among each other for the territory and who is going to be taking over this criminal organization.
00:37:23.000 oscar i want to say thank you so much for your willingness to put yourself out there going up
00:37:30.600 against these cartels some of the most brutal organizations on the face of the planet they give
00:37:37.040 isis a run for the money the way that they're willing to go after families the way they're
00:37:41.320 willing to go after children the things that they have done to children on tape targeting members of
00:37:47.100 the police the national guard there in mexico so i want to say please stay safe whatever we can do
00:37:52.700 to help provide for your safety security please make sure that we know i'll tell rob whatever
00:37:58.000 checks he's got to sign he's got to sign him if you're going downtown man because if you're going
00:38:02.300 out into indian country we got to make sure you have the backup that you need so stay safe brother
00:38:06.700 okay thank you so much jack for the invitation thank you all right god bless him go give him a

00:38:34.740 all right folks jack posovic here live dallas texas want to thank the blaze once again for

00:39:01.540 hitting that um also in terms of state of the union i also want to throw out that it looks like
00:39:06.340 that team usa has just arrived to the white house and there's a picture that uh margo martin just
00:39:13.980 posted of team usa with their gold medals looks like they're out there on the south lawn of the
00:39:20.100 white house just incredible moment incredible moment of patriotism again country over politics
00:39:26.900 country over party that's what we've been saying all along it's about having an american be your
00:39:33.400 identity uh guys do we have that um clip i want to go in now so we had some movement in the tyler
00:39:39.320 robinson case and a ruling that came down i talked about at the beginning of the show i want to make
00:39:44.200 sure we get it do we have that if we have that clip of the of the judge let's play that now
00:39:47.920 Accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk will also be in court today.
00:39:51.900 The hearing will be held this morning online where a judge is expected to rule on a motion to dismiss the Utah County Prosecutor's Office over an alleged conflict of interest.
00:40:01.440 Before the court is defendant's motion to disqualify Utah County Attorney's Office, defendant argues that high-level prosecutor assigned to this case has a concurrent conflict of interest.
00:40:13.400 And because no efforts were made to screed him, the entire office should be disqualified.
00:40:19.220 Because the defendant has not established a factual basis for a finding of conflict of interest, his motion is respectfully denied.
00:40:27.040 All right, so you heard it there.
00:40:29.400 This was the Tyler Robinson motion to try to strike down the prosecutors in the case.
00:40:36.440 It was always a long shot.
00:40:37.960 It was always a Hail Mary, a desperation play, a delay tactic that we've said over and over
00:40:43.980 because it just looks like this defense team for Tyler Robinson is grasping at straws.
00:40:50.160 I want to bring in now Libby Emmons, the editor-in-chief of the Postmillennial and Human Events,
00:40:54.940 who was also watching this.
00:40:57.180 Libby, wanted to get your take on the ruling.
00:41:00.180 Were you surprised that Judge Graff ruled this way, that the prosecutor was in fact,
00:41:04.840 And by the way, the insinuation of bias because his daughter or one of the prosecutor's daughters were there at the trial and that's why the charges were brought and that's why the death penalty was sought. 0.95
00:41:16.820 I mean, it's ridiculous. 0.86
00:41:18.340 They did this because it was the assassination of Charlie Kirk and an incredibly heinous act. 0.56
00:41:23.860 And I actually appreciated when the judge ruled and he sort of chided the the defense team a bit there and pointed out that defense of victims is obviously a legitimate bias to have.
00:41:37.760 That is why we have prosecutions in this country. Libby.
00:41:42.480 Yeah, I agree with you on that. It was really fascinating to see this ruling come down.
00:41:46.180 I was not surprised that Judge Tony Graff ruled in favor of the Utah County Prosecutor's Office.
00:41:52.300 And yes, you are correct. I believe that the defense attorney is trying to do everything they can to delay, delay, delay this trial. And this was just another effort to do that. They had tried to disqualify not just the one prosecutor whose daughter was at Utah Valley on September 10th, but tried to disqualify the entire Utah County prosecutor's office.
00:42:13.620 and Judge Graff went through the list of reasons why that's absolutely not reasonable to do in
00:42:19.660 this case. And I appreciated that. I thought it was very thorough the way he marked that down.
00:42:25.560 He said that prosecutors have absolutely bias against the person that they are prosecuting,
00:42:32.060 and that's part of their job. And that's true. Justice defense attorneys have to do everything
00:42:35.900 they can to make sure that the law is applied fairly to their client. That's what lawyers do.
00:42:40.920 That's the point of it. But these lawyers are going on and they are trying to delay this trial is what it looks like to me. They've brought motion after motion, trying to, you know, keep things moving at a snail's pace.
00:42:54.740 One of the more interesting moments that I thought, and it was a very short hearing today, was when Judge Graff scolded the defense attorneys for apparently not prioritizing the scheduling of this case.
00:43:07.460 And Graff said that it's his responsibility to make sure that everybody's constitutional rights are respected, and that includes the right to a speedy trial.
00:43:16.300 and he um and also uh charlie's widow erica kirk has come in and said hey you know you should you
00:43:23.500 should get on this without any undue uh without any undue delays here and um yeah so he said you
00:43:30.740 really got to prioritize the scheduling in this and the defense attorneys then did have to say
00:43:34.960 okay for the upcoming hearing i will clear my schedule i was supposed to be here or there but
00:43:40.020 i'll try and get around it uh so i thought that was good too and it was actually one of the firmer
00:43:44.680 moments that we've seen from graph in this whole trial so far or the hearings pre-trial so far
00:43:51.020 yeah and there's you know this is one of the biggest um i mean he's made some motions in
00:43:55.960 the past he's granted defense motions in the past by the way when it came to restricting cameras
00:44:00.400 at the sally ports those entrances and exits exits for the defendant um he's he's come down
00:44:07.860 you know on the he's a stickler for the rules is kind of what it seems like to me and which is kind
00:44:12.720 of what you want a judge to be. Obviously, he's been very strict as well with the camera operator
00:44:17.520 saying, look, I don't want you being too close to Tyler Robinson. There's concerns about lip
00:44:23.520 syncing or lip reading, which I've never heard of before in a case. I remember when Kyle Rittenhouse
00:44:29.100 was on trial. I mean, you could see him the entire time or Brian Koberger or any of these other
00:44:33.760 defendants in cases where typically they are on camera. And so one of the first instances I've
00:44:39.680 heard of that. But at the same time, he are saying, look, you guys need to prioritize this
00:44:45.640 case. This is a case, which he understands. Because think of it, their argument is incoherent
00:44:51.020 because on one side, they're trying to say, oh, there's so much media scrutiny. This is such a
00:44:55.520 high profile case. But on the other side, they're also saying that, oh, well, you know, we've got
00:45:00.120 other stuff to do. And these hearings, there's just too many of them and can't really get it
00:45:04.640 the schedule we've got so which is it or is this a high priority case or not and then to your point
00:45:10.560 as well erica kirk also made a motion which under utah law has this unique um this unique feature
00:45:17.920 to it where victims are able to come in and invoke a sort of more strenuous right of speedy trial
00:45:25.360 that they have at the state level to say i want to use whatever um whatever legal power i have
00:45:31.600 as a victim and of course the uh the victim advocate for the estate of charlie kirk so
00:45:38.320 because of course obviously he is not able to be there present himself because he was murdered
00:45:43.680 that erica is speaking in lieu of charlie so of course she is his advocate officially by the
00:45:51.600 court so that's an official standing that she has within the case and that will certainly come up
00:45:57.440 if he is convicted that will come up during the death penalty phase important to know
00:46:02.800 and she has invoked this right to a speedy trial under utah law that's what the judge was referring
00:46:08.640 to to say look you know i've got to balance this all out and you guys are sitting here telling me
00:46:13.200 that you don't have time in your in your calendar for it you know you're trying to push it off till
00:46:17.680 may what about march what about april what else can we do here what are you really waiting for 0.91
00:46:23.280 When when, you know, Libby, we see this, that the tactics that they that they are spending time on are ridiculous.
00:46:29.540 Yeah, I think that that's right. And the judge also said that he was going to hold to the May trial date for the basically the preliminary hearing in the trial to move forward.
00:46:39.720 And that's I think that's that's the arraignment, right? Yeah, that's the arraignment. I'm sorry.
00:46:43.780 Yeah, that's the arraignment. Yes. And that's in May. And he said that's pretty much fixed.
00:46:47.440 He doesn't want to delay that at all. And so he was encouraging them to clear their calendars.
00:46:51.480 He noted that March 13th is a day that he has completely free on his bench that he could spend the whole day going through all of these motions, and he urged them to make themselves available for that day.
00:47:03.560 There was some discussion about whether or not that could be done via WebEx, and presumably that will be the date when we finally learn Graf's ruling on whether or not cameras will be permitted in the courtroom.
00:47:14.800 We've seen limits on that, as you said, already, and that has been pretty extreme with camera crews being told to move back.
00:47:23.180 There is an attorney in the room for the media representing the media's interests, and that's something really fascinating.
00:47:29.860 I don't always follow criminal cases, but that's something I haven't seen in criminal cases,
00:47:35.300 and I think that's very fascinating to see that the media is represented to say this needs to be open, this needs to be fair,
00:47:42.160 we all need access to what's going on here so ideally march 13th we'll find out what the ruling
00:47:47.760 is on that hopefully all right libby emmons go and give her a follow incredible work that she's
00:47:53.760 done on this case and also by the way you know libby you are with the one of the ones leading
00:47:57.600 the charge over at human events and and ourselves as well to keep the cameras rolling full transparency
00:48:04.240 free and fair trial for tyler robinson in the murder of charlie kirk ladies and gentlemen
00:48:10.480 and as always, you have my permission.
