00:04:12.260 because we're going to have to head in for that roundtable, which will be convened by the president very shortly.

00:04:20.520 We have now seen, in a variety of cities in the United States, particularly right now, Chicago and Portland,
00:04:28.360 they are in open rebellion against the federal government's purview, the federal government's jurisdiction, when it comes to immigration law.
00:04:40.860 The enforcement of immigration and customs law is the sole purview and remit of the federal government.
00:04:47.880 It is literally the acronym ICE.
00:04:51.680 That's what it stands for, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
00:04:55.340 And what does that mean?
00:04:56.500 They are the agency that has the lead nationwide with constitutional authority delegated to the president of the United States and the executive branch
00:05:04.760 to control who is allowed to be in this country and who is not allowed to be in this country.
00:05:10.840 This is not a function of state government at all.
00:05:13.960 And what has happened in these areas, Chicago, Portland, and to be sure, other areas as well,
00:05:21.140 you've seen networks activated, shock troops, thugs, militant wings of these networks that are clearly defined, well-developed.

00:05:33.540 Various armed groups all around the country, Socialist Rifle Alliance, John Brown Gun Club,
00:05:41.980 some of the groups that I went up against when I infiltrated the CHAZ in Seattle all the way back in 2020,
00:05:49.000 when I stood off against Antifa right here in Washington, D.C. at Lincoln Park,
00:05:55.180 defending the statue of Abraham Lincoln from destruction by Antifa forces.
00:06:01.780 And so when the critics and the mainstream tell you that Antifa is not real,
00:06:08.480 we've got the receipts, we've got the networks, we've got the funding,
00:06:12.060 and we're here today to explain not only to the president, but we'll also be joined, of course,
00:06:18.040 I'm told by the attorney general, the director of the FBI, Secretary of Homeland Security,
00:06:23.180 will all be present to talk about these issues that we are facing, which they know well,

00:07:52.620 We were seeing these same domestic terror groups attacking in the early stages Trump rallies.
00:07:58.460 And all the way back, go look at San Jose.
00:08:01.020 Go look at the videos from San Jose.
00:08:02.860 People being chased down the street by mobs of black bloc.
00:08:07.220 And CNN would then come up and say, violence breaks out at Trump rally.
00:08:13.400 Now, fast forward 10 years from that, we saw the situation at Utah Valley University with my friend Charlie Kirk.
00:08:24.640 And a couple weeks ago, I was right here live on this program when we first got the news that there had been shots fired at Charlie's rally.
00:08:36.280 We didn't know even if it was true at the time.
00:08:40.180 So I noted it.
00:08:41.660 I said, hey, guys, get confirmation before I say that on air.
00:08:45.000 I don't want to put out something that's untrue.
00:08:47.820 Turns out it was true.
00:08:49.520 And then we got more information and more.
00:08:52.980 We started praying.
00:08:54.840 And then eventually we got the final information.
00:08:57.300 And 33 hours later, after those shots rang out, or even actually I should say prior to that, a few hours after those shots rang out, we found bullet casings.
00:09:12.360 Law enforcement found bullet casings inside an old .30-06 Mauser rifle attached with a scope that included phrases on the casings.
00:09:27.300 Some of them were transgender, furry references, online jokes from Reddit and Discord.
00:09:36.460 Others, though, included the phrase, hey, fascist catch, common Antifa saying.
00:09:45.280 Another included Bella Chow.
00:09:49.040 Bella Chow was written on one of the bullet casings in the gun that shot Charlie Kirk.
00:09:57.300 Killed him.
00:09:58.760 Bella Chow is known around the world.
00:10:01.620 It's a famous song in its own right.
00:10:03.760 It's been used in Netflix series and others.
00:10:06.160 But it is also known to a certain subset, a subgroup, subculture, known as the Antifa International Anthem.
00:10:19.300 That's how they view Bella Chow, a pro-communist international anthem.
00:10:27.520 And that was written on the bullet casing.
00:10:29.920 And so anyone who's familiar with Antifa, anyone who studied them, the research that I did when I wrote the book, Antifa Stories from Inside the Black Bloc, all the way back in 2020, released it early 2021.
00:10:40.320 It shows you the history of this communist Marxist group, the godless atheists, because Antifa started as the international wing of the Bolsheviks.
00:10:54.040 Antifa was funded by the Bolsheviks.
00:10:56.500 It was used to destabilize the Weimar Republic in Germany.
00:10:59.460 It was used to destabilize Spain, which led to the Spanish Civil War and the destabilization of those countries.
00:11:05.620 This is what they do every single time.
00:11:10.000 They destabilize the status quo.
00:11:11.780 And they target who?
00:11:13.300 They target Christians.
00:11:15.320 They constantly target Christians and specific individuals who they believe are standing in the way of their revolution, standing in the way of their supposed Marxist utopia.
00:11:25.880 And it's always been a lie, this idea that Antifa just means, oh, we're the people against fascism.
00:11:33.020 No, that's a communist trick.
00:11:35.320 In East Germany, when everyone knows the Berlin Wall, the official title of the Berlin Wall was the anti-fascist protection rampart.
00:11:44.740 The Antifa Wall is what it was referred to as in East Germany itself, communist East Germany.
00:11:52.160 So it's always been a sort of rhetorical trick.
00:11:55.280 Yes, communists play word games.

00:11:57.740 Shocking, right?
00:11:59.220 But these are the types of things that you will hear from the president, excuse me, from mainstream media, from the former administration.
00:12:06.840 And these are the things that the president of the United States has convened this roundtable to fight against.
00:12:12.780 These are the things that the president of the United States, right behind me, in just a few minutes, will be speaking about and hearing that testimony from people who have faced off against them, people who have been attacked by them, like Andy Ngo, who will be joining us soon, Katie Davis Court, who will be joining us.

00:12:33.680 And Antifa has come at me many times, many, many times, and they failed every single one of them.

00:12:42.680 You'll hear people like the mayor of Portland or the mayor of Chicago, and they'll say, everything's perfectly fine.

00:12:48.820 Look how clean.

00:12:49.900 And they'll walk around in the daytime.
00:12:52.420 And you see New York Times columnists will do the same thing.

00:12:55.740 They'll say, I did the same in Chaz, by the way, in Seattle.
00:12:57.760 And I remember this game when I infiltrated Chaz and lived inside there for about a week.
00:13:05.500 They wouldn't go out at night.
00:13:07.400 They wouldn't walk around with a GoPro.
00:13:09.420 They wouldn't try to interview people within the black block.
00:13:11.920 They would go during the daytime when it was safe.
00:13:15.820 But I remember what it was like at night.
00:13:18.040 I remember what it was like when the black block became activated.

00:13:23.040 I remember the armed militia group of the John Brown Gun Club.
00:13:27.760 Maintaining the perimeter, maintaining armed checkpoints within an American city.
00:13:34.400 So, no, we absolutely can't allow this in the United States of America.
00:13:39.340 They are a stated insurrectionist force.
00:13:42.740 And so when the mayors of these areas say, we refuse to comply with ICE,
00:13:49.060 we refuse to comply with federal law enforcement, immigration and customs enforcement,
00:13:54.760 which is a duly authorized law enforcement agency of the United States government.
00:14:00.920 That's the signal.
00:14:02.260 That's the signal to these groups, to these shock troops in the streets to go out and launch their attack.
00:14:08.780 And what do we see in Portland, specifically in Portland?
00:14:11.260 They will attack reporters.
00:14:15.420 They will attack female journalists like my friend Katie.
00:14:20.160 She received an eye hemorrhage and a concussion from Antifa.
00:14:24.280 Then she goes to the police.
00:14:26.040 And what did the police say?
00:14:28.200 We can't help you.
00:14:30.140 It's not safe.
00:14:31.160 It's too dangerous to do anything.
00:14:36.340 When you grow up, you hear the police are the people that you go to when you need help.
00:14:40.760 But what happens in these cases where a system, a city, a locality becomes so corrupted by ideology,
00:14:48.760 so captured by Marxist hate, so captured by domestic terrorist ideology,
00:14:55.720 that the own police force itself not only will not help a victim like Katie,
00:15:01.260 but will even arrest a working journalist like Nick Sartor,
00:15:07.740 who was arrested, I think it was the next night after Katie was attacked.
00:15:13.180 He was arrested while defending himself from Antifa that were assaulting him.
00:15:19.600 Nick Shirley as well, another individual who will be joining us today at the roundtable.
00:15:25.060 He's someone who's constantly been assaulted in the streets.
00:15:27.560 And in the wake of Charlie Kirk's murder, by an individual who we know,
00:15:34.740 who we have evidence of, verifiable evidence of,
00:15:40.100 ascribed to Antifa ideology, enough to the point where he was willing to put those words and phrases
00:15:48.780 and symbols on his bullet casings.
00:15:51.260 The next week, shots fired by another domestic terrorist in Dallas, Texas, at an ICE facility.
00:16:00.000 Then the ICE facility in Chicago.
00:16:02.120 It is very clear what's going on here.
00:16:05.240 The domestic terrorist networks are being given aid and comfort
00:16:08.180 by a political system that has gone completely around the bend,
00:16:13.440 that is in open rebellion against the president of the United States.
00:16:16.940 And yesterday on this program, I put out the call.
00:16:19.620 I said, Mr. President, invoke the Insurrection Act.
00:16:23.360 And if you do, and call in the National Guard,
00:16:26.700 because if the police won't help you or can't help you,
00:16:31.060 then that is why we have a National Guard.
00:16:34.140 And if the dereliction of duty of these mayors and governors
00:16:38.080 to not sign the order to call in the National Guard
00:16:42.040 is so vast, is so lacking,
00:16:48.580 that it is incumbent upon the president of the United States,
00:16:52.980 who has a duty to carry out and execute the laws of the United States,
00:16:59.520 he swore an oath to do so,
00:17:00.780 it is his duty then to do what is necessary
00:17:05.420 to maintain the laws and the order of the United States of America.
00:17:11.260 And that means calling in the National Guard.
00:17:13.120 And no, it doesn't mean some massive deployment of,
00:17:17.220 you know, an occupation of an entire city.
00:17:19.080 No, of course not.
00:17:20.600 But it does mean a deployment of the National Guard
00:17:23.600 in order to put down the lawlessness,
00:17:27.820 in order to correct the chaos,
00:17:31.000 to upright and uphold the law and order of these select areas.
