00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:30.000 We are in a fifth generational conflict.
00:00:39.600 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:46.260 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:49.120 Deliver us from evil.
00:00:50.620 Something approximating a purge is going on at the FBI as we speak.
00:00:55.580 Sources tell CBS News that tonight, 800 employees, including a few hundred FBI agents, will be leaving the bureau.
00:01:04.460 Now, the majority agreed to a Doge Department of Government Efficiency buyout.
00:01:11.480 That goes into effect tonight.
00:01:12.720 But hundreds of others were recently fired.
00:01:15.220 The Republican governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, posted a picture showing National Guard troops from his state boarding a military aircraft.
00:01:22.020 We're told the president has activated Texas troops to deploy to the Chicago area, where protesters have been clashing with ICE agents.
00:01:30.340 Flight records appear to show the troops landed in neighboring Indiana overnight as they await what comes next.
00:01:35.940 Now, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has called the mobilization an unconstitutional invasion.
00:01:41.480 The city and state have sued over it.
00:01:43.500 But a federal judge declined so far to immediately block the troop deployment in Chicago and has given the Trump administration until Wednesday night to respond to the suit.
00:01:53.020 The National Guard here in California is now headed to Oregon.
00:01:57.060 Governor Newsom announced Trump will move those troops.
00:02:00.200 This comes after an Oregon judge blocked the administration from deploying that state's guard into Portland.
00:02:06.860 Newsom says he plans to fight this move.
00:02:09.160 The financial backing of these groups, particularly Antifa, is certainly something the administration is looking into aggressively.
00:02:17.360 And the federal government has never really been mobilized or tasked with doing that.
00:02:21.400 So we're kind of kickstarting that into gear.
00:02:23.620 The FBI is working on it alongside the White House's Homeland Security Task Force.
00:02:27.660 We have our intelligence community looking into this as well.
00:02:30.380 And even the Secretary of Treasury is involved with these matters since they are financial in nature.
00:02:37.100 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:02:41.400 Today is October 7th, 2025.
00:02:45.340 Anno Domini.
00:02:46.920 We're here live on Real America's Voice.
00:02:50.920 Folks, I'm just going to say it and I'm going to be blunt.
00:02:54.240 The American people elected President Trump to restore law and order in this country.
00:02:58.880 Since his election, we've seen riots.
00:03:02.220 We've seen violence.
00:03:03.840 Both of which are increasing.
00:03:06.060 And both of which coming from the same direction.
00:03:08.860 Attacks on ICE agents.
00:03:11.380 Attempted assassinations of ICE agents where detainees were in fact killed.
00:03:18.100 The murder of Charlie Kirk by an insane leftist in Utah.
00:03:22.480 And now you've got the cities of Portland and Chicago who are flirting with open rebellion against the President of the United States.
00:03:33.820 Well, President Trump last night said that he would consider and be open to backing the Insurrection Act, invoking the Insurrection Act,
00:03:41.860 to call in the National Guard directly to put down an insurrection in the states.
00:03:50.220 George Washington, our very first president, rode into battle himself personally to put down the Whiskey Rebellion in Western Pennsylvania.
00:03:59.240 Putting down rebellions is something the federal government has been doing since the days of the very first president.
00:04:08.220 And to call in the National Guard to deal with these rioters, to call in the National Guard to deal with the situation in Portland and Chicago, invoke it, Mr. President.
00:04:17.660 The American people will back you.
00:04:20.540 We're not talking about a full-scale occupation like Joe Biden did, by the way, the National Guard of Washington, D.C.
00:04:27.020 We're talking about getting the rioters, getting Antifa, the anti-ice types, and getting them all off the streets.
00:04:34.760 It can be done.
00:04:36.520 And so a limited invocation of the Insurrection Act is absolutely called for in this situation.
00:04:44.860 It needs to be put down.
00:04:46.980 It needs to be done quickly.
00:04:48.460 And, Mr. President, the American people will back you when you do it.
00:04:53.040 Look, folks, it's really simple.
00:04:54.400 It's really simple.
00:04:55.660 The president of the United States has the authority, and not only that, but also the will of the people behind him.
00:05:01.880 He has the will of the people behind him who want law and order, who want safety on their streets,
00:05:08.320 and absolutely want the mass deportation of all illegal aliens.
00:05:14.440 A majority in this country, 56 percent, there was a poll that came out last week, 56 percent said get rid of all illegal aliens.
00:05:25.020 And for criminal illegals, that's an 80-20 issue.
00:05:29.260 It's very simple.
00:05:30.840 The president of the United States has the mandate of the people here.
00:05:33.860 He has the mandate of the American people.
00:05:36.660 And the mandate of the American people will be exercised.
00:05:41.500 The mandate of the American people will absolutely be heard.
00:05:47.520 That's what it's for.
00:05:48.940 That's why we have it.
00:05:50.400 That's why President Trump was elected, specifically on this issue.
00:05:54.500 And I'll remember being there in Milwaukee just days after President Trump was shot.
00:05:59.080 And we held those placards that say mass deportations now.
00:06:03.240 Mass deportations now.
00:06:05.740 So, Mr. President, I'll say it again.
00:06:10.420 Go ahead and call in the National Guard.
00:06:13.300 Give them full authority to roll up all of these groups that are fighting the lawful orders of immigrations and customs enforcement in our nation.
00:06:23.840 Nothing will stand in our way.
00:06:28.980 And our golden age has just begun.
00:06:31.360 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:06:33.120 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:06:37.800 Welcome to the second American revolution.
00:06:42.220 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back live, Human Events Daily.
00:06:48.140 Folks, we are on the brink of an economic meltdown.
00:06:52.540 This is a meltdown that's threatening your savings and your retirement.
00:06:56.360 Inflation has surged to a 40-year high.
00:07:00.460 And that's why I want to tell you about today's partner, Allegiance Gold.
00:07:03.640 You can try to budget carefully, but each trip to the grocery store, you know, it can feel like soul-crushing, wallet-pinching experience.
00:07:13.840 And we know that President Trump is working hard.
00:07:16.640 President Trump is getting the gasoline prices down.
00:07:19.620 They're certainly down right now.
00:07:21.040 And he's doing everything that he can.
00:07:23.980 But we know what it's like when you're in certain parts of the country and we do have pocket inflation in certain areas where monthly bills are escalating.
00:07:31.580 And here's how inflation works.
00:07:32.840 Inflation is an evil, silent force that eats away at purchasing power and ultimately your ability to save for retirement.
00:07:42.080 So don't let this happen to you.

00:08:27.980 Folks, we are very, very excited to bring once again on the show my friend and yours.
00:08:35.520 You, of course, know her from Turning Point USA.
00:08:38.060 You know her from Frontlines.
00:08:40.140 It is the great Savannah Hernandez.
00:08:42.480 What's up, Sav?
00:08:43.940 Thanks for having me, Jack.
00:08:45.140 I always love coming on your show, especially on a Tuesday, you know, in the middle of all of the chaos of the week.
00:08:52.500 You're absolutely right.
00:08:53.520 Somebody was telling me that there's more cops out on Tuesdays than usual.
00:08:56.200 I had never heard that before, but somebody was just telling me that yesterday.
00:08:58.980 So there's something about Tuesdays.
00:09:00.260 I don't know.
00:09:01.240 I don't know what the deal is.
00:09:02.160 But we do need more cops out in places like Portland, places like Chicago.
00:09:05.980 Now, Sav, you've gotten back from covering all of this insanity.
00:09:10.260 President Trump now talking about the Insurrection Act.
00:09:13.520 And, of course, the media wants to ratchet up the fears.
00:09:17.480 Oh, my gosh, President Trump is going to be declaring martial law, et cetera, et cetera.
00:09:21.760 No, it's not.
00:09:22.680 No, it's literally just the president has Title X authority to call up the National Guard to put down a rebellion.
00:09:29.440 Well, that is what's going on.
00:09:31.000 And, again, in these specific areas, it's not like he's just going to send them randomly to, like, your supermarket or something.
00:09:39.120 That's obviously not true.
00:09:40.540 So, Sav, walk us through.
00:09:42.580 If President Trump – well, let me just ask you a question first up.
00:09:45.240 Do you think President Trump would receive the approval of the American people if he called in the National Guard to deal with this?
00:09:52.220 Oh, absolutely, Jack.
00:09:53.760 I mean, if we just start with Portland, of course, and take a peek over there,
00:09:56.800 you have citizens of Portland who have had to sue the city because they will call the police who are tasked with protecting them.
00:10:03.780 And the police have told them, hey, sorry, there's nothing that we can do regarding the noise ordinances that are broken every single night.
00:10:10.620 People have been getting tormented on the streets of Portland, whether that is with threats, assaults, you know, the, again, noise ordinances, people not being able to sleep.
00:10:20.320 It's just been complete chaos on the streets, so absolutely, the law-abiding American citizens who voted for Donald Trump,
00:10:27.100 maybe some of them who even didn't vote for Donald Trump but have been living in these chaotic cities in which there is no law and order,
00:10:33.660 I guarantee you, and I've spoken to them on the ground, they would absolutely support this measure
00:10:38.460 because they are tired of living in a lawless, third-world-like, you know, country or environment.
00:10:44.640 This is not how the United States of America should be running.
00:10:47.400 And it's hilarious, Jack, because these Antifa members will be on the ground, and they think that they're so 1776 and they're fighting against this fascistic government.
00:10:56.320 No, the law-abiding American people put the Trump administration in office, and we put them there.
00:11:01.780 We gave them a mandate to fix this country because it has gotten so out of control.
00:11:06.260 From the illegal immigration issue to the domestic terrorist issue like Antifa, who has been running these streets since 2020,
00:11:12.420 Americans are exhausted. They're tired. They want to be able to live in their neighborhoods safely.
00:11:18.080 They want their kids to be able to walk along the streets.
00:11:20.520 And one of the most dystopian things that I saw in Portland is kids that are walking the streets,
00:11:25.340 because keep in mind, too, it's not just Antifa that is an issue over there.
00:11:28.520 It's also drug addicts that are having schizophrenic episodes in the middle of the day.
00:11:32.920 You're watching children that are walking past this.
00:11:35.060 You're watching children that are walking past this ICE facility that is covered in graffiti and threats,
00:11:39.980 reading, kill ICE, the only good cop is a dead cop, kill ICE pigs, shoot ICE pigs.
00:11:45.260 I mean, again, sorry for, you know, the vulgar language here, but this is what is written on the very streets of Portland,
00:11:51.040 and this is what children are walking past every single day.
00:11:54.540 So, long answer there, but yes, absolutely.
00:11:57.060 The American people, you know, the ones that the mainstream media continues to ignore,
00:12:01.300 want the National Guard to come in to enact basic law and order on their streets.
00:12:06.400 And I love, by the way, you'll see the New York Times, you'll see CNN, all the rest of it,
00:12:10.600 and they'll walk around in the daytime, which is the opposite of what you do, Sav,
00:12:14.940 or Nick Sartor or the great Katie Davis Court, my colleague from Post Millennial who's been,
00:12:21.600 you know, who was assaulted there, Sav, you've been attacked on multiple occasions by these same freaks,
00:12:27.440 Nick Sartor, of course, who got arrested, and congratulations to him, by the way,
00:12:30.900 because I saw that the charges were dropped by the DA when they saw the video,
00:12:35.060 and they said, oh, look, all of the evidence shows that the other person was at fault,
00:12:38.960 but of course, no charges on the person who attacked Nick Sartor in the first place.
00:12:42.800 So, again, we just go around and around in these situations, and Nick Shirley himself, you know,
00:12:48.040 I keep watching these videos, and I think, I'm just going to say it, Sav,
00:12:52.920 that in the wake of what happened to Charlie, I watch these videos,
00:12:57.220 and every single time, I think, it's only going to take one second.
00:13:01.480 It's only going to take one second, and we're going to hear a crack.
00:13:05.300 You're going to hear that, you know, that sound ring out, and someone's going to go down,
00:13:10.480 and I hate to say it, and, you know, Nick or Katie or you or any of the, you know,
00:13:17.140 intrepid people who are out there doing this, and I don't want anyone to back down,
00:13:20.780 but we have to be safe when we do all of this, that because no one else will show the story,
00:13:26.180 and so what we don't need are, you know, are more scenes of this.
00:13:30.380 Have the National Guard go up, and if you see these optics, like the National Guard's already
00:13:34.420 there in some instances, right, because they're just protecting the federal facilities.
00:13:38.440 You invoke the act, all that means is they can go and actually chase them once they leave the
00:13:43.380 facility. It's really simple, and I think, and there's no question in my mind that the
00:13:49.420 American people would support it, because all this would be at night, you know, any crackdown
00:13:53.420 will be done directly on the narrowed wells, the evildoers, the scumbags that are doing this,
00:13:58.760 and guess what? The rest of the city would be perfectly safe, and all the lib boomers can
00:14:04.580 sing their little ukulele songs all day long, and no one's going to care.
00:14:08.860 Exactly, Jack, and that's what needs to happen, because again, it is the district court judges,
00:14:14.340 it is the police force in Portland, not, you know, not only in Portland, actually, across the nation,
00:14:18.680 who has allowed this criminal activity to continue again and again and again, and I was talking to
00:14:24.160 Katie Davis Court, who has been reporting on this since day one in Portland, putting her life at
00:14:28.320 risk, like you just talked about, and she was telling me that the reason why you see these
00:14:32.360 agitators on the ground again and again and again is because they can basically get a three-count
00:14:38.160 warning, right? So they can get one, two citations, that means they're getting arrested, brought into the
00:14:43.580 ICE facility, they're given a citation, but it isn't until that third citation that they get hit
00:14:49.360 with felony charges, and then also actually potential jail time. So that's why you're seeing
00:14:55.220 these people continue to agitate, and then what happens as well, as we saw with Katie Davis Court's
00:15:01.060 attack, the other Antifa members will go, and they will shield said attacker, and then the police as
00:15:07.000 well will just say, oh, well, it's really dangerous for us, and it's really hard for us to do our basic
00:15:10.980 jobs because we actually align with Antifa, and we don't care about the city being lawless. Of course,
00:15:15.800 I'm being facetious here, but it really does seem like that's the MO of the Portland police. I mean,
00:15:21.840 you just had Ben Berquam this week filming Portland police say, hey, if you guys don't want the National
00:15:27.100 Guard to come in, you got to get out of the street. Just, you know, maybe just enact the lawlessness
00:15:32.400 not on camera here. So Portland has been bad since 2020, and, you know, back during the George Floyd
00:15:38.940 riots, if you even so much as brought your phone out, you were getting beaten by a steel bat. We
00:15:43.580 saw what happened to Andy Noe via Antifa, and for some reason, none of those people have been
00:15:48.220 prosecuted. None of those people have been found out. None of those people have been held accountable,
00:15:52.240 and so today in 2025, you still have Antifa members who think it's okay to come and threaten
00:15:57.520 journalists and, again, completely trample on our First Amendment rights. It's truly egregious,
00:16:03.960 to be quite honest. And look, there are going to be liberals who cry and scream, but you know
00:16:12.740 something else? Washington, D.C. President Trump authorized the National Guard for Washington,
00:16:18.600 D.C., and guess what? The media was wailing and caterwauling and doing everything they could to,
00:16:24.180 you know, scream about this and say, scream bloody murder, bloody murder before anything
00:16:28.020 had even happened. And then what did they do? The streets of D.C. became perfectly safe. They've
00:16:34.300 been there since the summer, by the way. And suddenly, oh, everyone stopped caring about it
00:16:39.940 because the crime just went away. The crime just flittered away. This is what Bukele has taught us.
00:16:47.240 He's taught us that crime is optional, that these insane levels of violent crime that we see from
00:16:53.940 illegal aliens or that we see from Hardin Street criminals. Obviously, the administration's putting
00:16:58.420 a focus on Memphis right now. It's all optional. If you just respond with law and order, if you just
00:17:05.100 respond with dropping the hammer on the worst offenders, then guess what? It frees up the city
00:17:11.940 for everyone else. So my wife, my kids don't have to worry when they're walking down the street,
00:17:18.660 when they want to go out, when they want to go to dinner, when the normal, regular, law-abiding people
00:17:23.500 want to go out. They're not going to be getting carjacked and mugged and all the rest of it.
00:17:28.420 Sav, one minute till the break. Yeah, Jack, I feel like the best analogy that I can give you is
00:17:33.440 the left wing, the progressive left is like a screaming toddler who wants to start to touch
00:17:38.060 a burning stove, right? Super hot stove, like don't do that. And then they're screaming and
00:17:41.800 they're having a tantrum, but you're trying to keep them from hurting themselves. And in this
00:17:45.900 instance, these people are hurting our country. And again, we really do need to go in and we need to
00:17:50.840 completely gut the justice system and clean that out because it is these district court judges who
00:17:55.300 are aiding and abetting criminal activity by allowing these people who continuously get arrested to be
00:18:00.740 let out on the streets again and again and again. This is what we saw with Arena. That is why, you
00:18:06.000 know, she was so brutally murdered as well in front of the United States. And we all saw that because
00:18:10.820 you had a repeat criminal offender who should have been behind bars, who was let out again and again
00:18:16.040 and again, and Portland as well as again, the epicenter of this type of justice, if you will.
00:18:24.500 Influences. These are influences. And they're friends of mine. Jack. So like, where's Jack?
00:18:31.380 Jack. He's done a great job.
00:18:37.140 Jack. So like we're back live human events daily, real America's voice. We're on with
00:18:43.040 Sav Hernandez, front lines, TP USA. Folks, it's going to get better. All right. They turn up the
00:18:52.100 heat on this. But Sav, you saw the polls that just came out yesterday. 78% of Americans support
00:18:58.980 deporting the lead or excuse me, the criminal illegal aliens and 56%, a straight majority support
00:19:07.040 getting rid of all illegal aliens. This is the key issue that president Trump was pointing out. So
00:19:14.620 when you're seeing these tiny groups, this is made for TV. These are tiny little slivers of what's going
00:19:20.880 on, but they're trying. And of course, because they have the backing of the government there,
00:19:25.280 they're absolutely in league with them. They are the local arm of it. Plus you've got this and Sav,
00:19:33.020 I don't know if you saw the story, but the, the Latin Kings up in Chicago, just one of them just
00:19:38.560 got indicted for putting a hit out on a border patrol agent. So one, a guy who was operating in
00:19:45.860 Chicago, by the way, and the Latin Kings of course, are the local retail arm of the Sinaloa cartel.
00:19:53.700 So you've now got cartel affiliated gangs putting out hits on border patrol officers.
00:19:59.420 What other word for this would there be other than an invasion and an insurrection? I really
00:20:05.960 don't. I just, I fail to see what the issue is from, from a legal perspective and from a political
00:20:13.240 perspective. It's all there. It's, it's all there. I would say, just do it. Just go ahead and invoke
00:20:18.320 it. Call up the national guard immediately. It's out of control.
00:20:21.760 Oh, absolutely. Jack. And again, regarding the mass deportations, absolutely. This was the
00:20:26.420 number one issue for so many Americans because we watched our country get completely invaded
00:20:31.580 and destroyed. Quite frankly, you know, you just mentioned Chicago trend that agua was actually,
00:20:37.480 uh, they essentially created and established themselves in the United States in Chicago.
00:20:43.540 I want to say it was back in 2022 or 2023 because of our open borders. And then you had trend that agua
00:20:50.500 members who made their way up to New York who were then saying, Oh yeah, sorry. We've been shooting
00:20:54.300 the cops up here. It's just a part of our culture. We do it over in Venezuela. We didn't know we weren't
00:20:58.480 supposed to do it here in the United States. So we've had that aspect of, uh, lawlessness in the
00:21:03.820 country, right? American women and children that have been killed by illegal immigrants for the last
00:21:09.100 couple of years for a long time. Actually, we need to clean this country up immediately. And then you
00:21:13.440 also have this added aspect of Antifa. Again, this domestic terrorist group who has been silencing,
00:21:19.480 threatening, threatening, and intimidating any American who wants to push back against this and
00:21:24.360 state that, Hey, this is wrong because let's not forget that the crime rate for illegal immigrants
00:21:28.760 is 100%. The first act that they committed upon coming into the United States of America was to
00:21:33.960 break our laws, to break into our country. They don't respect us. They made that clear time and time
00:21:40.100 again with how they've treated Americans and treated our country. And, um, yeah, Jack, the American people
00:21:46.080 are tired. I mean, just to give you my own little, uh, story here, I was at Walmart the other day.
00:21:50.860 I walked up to three separate people. Not one of them speak, spoke English. It took me finding the
00:21:56.540 fourth person to find somebody who could actually help me. And it's just this type of everyday activity
00:22:01.280 as well, that Americans are so tired of. They are tired of seeing our culture watered down, not being
00:22:06.720 able to communicate with people in our own language, in our own country. And then, like I said,
00:22:11.740 we're not even touching on the crime aspect of this and then the liberals and the progressive
00:22:17.600 faction of the United States of America that come in and just build upon that. So, uh, you know,
00:22:23.120 the national guard absolutely needs to be deployed. You were talking about Washington DC earlier,
00:22:27.360 and that is the best example of what it looks like when you enact basic law and order. I mean,
00:22:33.400 DC was the test case, if you will, this needs to happen across every major city in the United States
00:22:38.820 of America, because again, Democrat leaders are completely lawless. They don't care about
00:22:43.500 protecting the American people. I quite frankly think that they've shirked their duties. And if
00:22:47.660 you're not serving the American people, then who are you serving yourself, foreign entities? I don't
00:22:52.260 know, but not the American people. If you're not enacting basic law and order. It's very simple.
00:22:58.520 The American people want it. And yes, the media is going to complain. The media is going to cry.
00:23:03.880 The media is going to lie. They're going to smear. But at the end of the day, Donald Trump won the
00:23:09.820 national popular vote by, by campaigning specifically on these policies of deporting
00:23:17.740 the massive amounts of foreigners who should not be in our country. This is something Sav and I was
00:23:25.500 having a conversation with somebody who's a, shall we say not from our side of the aisle yesterday.
00:23:29.620 And I said, look, you know, people have real grievances in this country about health care,
00:23:35.180 about the economy, about wages, about housing. These are real legitimate grievances. But the
00:23:40.860 answer isn't to turn to Zora Mandami. The answer is to find a way to actually help people to see who
00:23:48.360 are just looking for some kind of relief. And I hear it all the time. And I say, you know what,
00:23:52.780 you know, it's a great way to help all those system getting rid of the 30 million people plus who
00:23:58.260 shouldn't be here. Oh, absolutely, Jack. And I think that the media has done a fabulous job
00:24:04.920 of manipulating and warping all of these issues, like you said, from the house, the housing market
00:24:09.440 to the economy. And Americans don't understand why the economy is so bad, why the housing market is so
00:24:15.460 bad, why we're dealing with such high crime rates, because the media has refused to report on it. And it
00:24:21.160 has been independent media like yourself, like myself, who have been on the ground, who have been
00:24:25.660 highlighting these issues. I mean, I think back during Joe Biden's administration, and it was
00:24:30.680 just absolutely insane to me, because we had, you know, members of the DHS at that time who were
00:24:35.440 saying, the borders, the borders closed, the borders not wide open, there's not really people coming in
00:24:39.500 here, you know, ignore everything that's happening. And so, again, it's been decades at this point of
00:24:45.280 manipulation of the American people. And now we don't even understand how we got to this point as a
00:24:50.620 country and why things are as bad as they are. So again, thank God for independent media who are
00:24:55.500 able to talk about these issues. Because CNN and MSNBC, like you said, instead of focusing in on how
00:25:02.020 we got here as a country, instead of focusing in on what's really going on, they're too busy
00:25:06.460 demonizing the administration. And by extension, every single American who has put that administration
00:25:11.760 into office, as again, our last plea for help to get things fixed, because it is unbearable at this
00:25:18.060 point. I mean, the fact that we're even having to talk about the National Guard being deployed,
00:25:21.940 because local police and state police refuse to do their jobs in places like Oregon, just goes to
00:25:27.700 show how out of control this country has become. Absolutely. Sav, thank you for your intrepid work.
00:25:33.720 And by the way, for the love of God, if you're going to go out there, please make sure that you've
00:25:38.360 got full security, that you've got everything else that you need, because there's so many of us
00:25:42.980 that, you know, we love you, we love your work, we care about you very much,
00:25:47.340 and we want you to come home safe. Thank you, Jack. I promise I will.
00:25:52.180 All right, folks, Savannah Hernandez, Savannah with one N, my favorite tomorrow, make sure that
00:25:57.940 you go and give her a follow. We'll be right back with breaking news from New Jersey. Stay tuned.
00:26:02.880 Jack, where is Jack? Where is Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you.
00:26:21.120 Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always
00:26:28.640 talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys, and these are the guys who'd be getting
00:26:33.600 policies.
00:26:34.000 All right, folks, Jack, we're back here at Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. Well, yesterday
00:26:42.280 on the program, talked to Scott Pressler all about New Jersey, and so excited about the race that's
00:26:52.160 going on there, the momentum that's in the race. There's a lot of action. There's a lot of foot.
00:26:58.540 There's a lot going on, and someone who knows a little bit about the chase, if you will, is Cliff
00:27:05.160 Maloney. Cliff Maloney joins us now. Cliff, do we have you there?
00:27:10.060 I'm here, baby. We are ready to chase ballots in New Jersey, and I'm just going to tell you this.
00:27:16.200 I see you've got your South Jersey hat on there, Cliff.
00:27:20.280 Well, it's funny. I told Andrew Colvett, I said, oh, why did I choose New Jersey? Because in half
00:27:24.300 the state, I can still wear my Eagles green. But no, Jack, happy to announce on your show,
00:27:29.300 the P.A. Chase is taking all of our infrastructure, all of the knowledge, the tactics, the things that
00:27:35.220 we learned in 2024 to deliver the White House for Donald J. Trump through Pennsylvania.
00:27:40.960 Well, we're going over the Walt Whitman Bridge. We're launching the New Jersey chase. We
00:27:46.200 going over the Walt Whitman. We're going over the Ben Franklin. We're going through Camden. We're
00:27:57.040 going to South Jersey. We're going to North Jersey. We're going to Central Jersey. We're
00:28:01.960 going to Wildwood. We're going all over. So walk us through how many. And by the way,
00:28:06.860 of course, we've got the tweet up here. Very excited to announce the Cape May County Chairman
00:28:12.040 just put up the tweet, just pretty much as we were going on to air here, that yes,
00:28:16.040 I will be speaking this Friday at the huge rally that's going on, Wildwood, New Jersey.
00:28:22.880 So excited to be down there. We will have full security. And I've been in comms with them
00:28:26.940 about that, which does include, by the way, overhead drone-based security cliff. I want to say
00:28:33.200 thank you for working to set up this event, as well as Scott Pressler and Benny and, you know,
00:28:38.020 all the others that are going to be there. It's an incredible event. And I think with all the energy
00:28:42.980 that has been built up over the last couple of weeks, I really feel something. I really feel
00:28:49.280 something about New Jersey. And I would not be coming all the way up there or all the way over
00:28:53.420 there, I should say, if otherwise. Yeah. Look, Jack, I'll give you credit. I mean,
00:29:00.040 you were one of the people that said, look, we need a fight, you know, after Charlie's murder. I mean,
00:29:04.120 we were all kind of thinking, well, you know, do we dive in here? Where do we take the energy of
00:29:08.760 trying to do the work, as Charlie would say? And I think New Jersey is the play, right? To take the
00:29:14.540 PA as the play from your wordsmithing. New Jersey is the battle right now. We've got this great event
00:29:21.300 in Wildwood for Cape County. I mean, I'm thinking that this is going to be something that's going to
00:29:27.220 not only set us up for success now, but this is the type of energy that we can build leading into
00:29:32.620 the 2026 midterms. Right now, it's a dead heat. And all we have to do is, one, match the turnout
00:29:38.660 on Election Day from 2021, when Jack lost to Murphy. But two, and this is the most important,
00:29:44.240 you got people like Pressler registering. You got people like the NJ Chase. We're in here chasing
00:29:48.880 these ballots. We have to compete when it comes to mail-in ballots, getting the low propensity voters,
00:29:54.940 the folks that aren't going to vote. But if they do vote, they're going to vote Republican.
00:29:58.320 That's the name of the game. We compete in mail-in votes in New Jersey. We can win the governor's
00:30:03.920 match. Look, NJ is the play. NJ is the play. And it's all about this. You saw the polls tightening.
00:30:15.820 That is not normal. Not for New Jersey in a year like this. Chris Christie won, and not to get into
00:30:22.560 Chris Christie, but you look at the dynamics of that. Chris Christie won in an economic downturn year
00:30:27.740 where they were going from Democrat to, Democrat was timed out, was termed out. And so they were
00:30:34.560 looking at something Barack Obama had just won in 2008. Then the flip of that is Chris Christie coming
00:30:40.480 in and being able to swing the entire state in 2009. What are we seeing now? The Democrats have
00:30:45.880 absolutely run New Jersey. What was once the beautiful Garden State, the beautiful Garden State
00:30:51.920 cliff is now run into the dirt. And I'm just going to say it, you know, for, for, for anyone who
00:30:57.640 grew up in the Philly area and Cliff, I've never even asked you this question. And I already
00:31:01.760 know the answer. Cliff, where did you go in the summer?
00:31:05.460 No, you're not going to like my answer. I went to Rehoboth. I wasn't a Wildwood guy.
00:31:09.560 Oh my gosh. You're one of those. Now I've, I, I, I have gone to Bethany from time to time.
00:31:14.940 I like Bethany, but Rehoboth, oh, oh, puke.
00:31:17.840 We would take the ferry, Cape May Lewis ferry. So I did a lot of time in Cape May.
00:31:21.760 Yeah. Okay. So you go to Cape May, of course, of course you go to Cape May, uh, for us,
00:31:27.380 ocean city, Brigantine going up to Atlantic city from time to time, by the way, I can actually
00:31:32.320 say that, uh, I think it was 92 or 93. We actually stayed at the Trump Taz Mahal. So we have actually
00:31:37.380 stayed, uh, back when they still had the Trump Taz Mahal and, and Wildwood, right? You go to Wildwood,
00:31:42.740 you go to sea isle, right? These Avalon, you know, these are the cities, the towns that pretty much
00:31:48.760 all of Philadelphia would go to in the summertime. And, you know, just so many great stories of
00:31:55.700 growing up there. My dad, by the way, you'll, you'll love this. My dad used to tell me the story
00:31:59.880 that my, my Nana, my grandma used to have a house. I want to say it was an ocean city or Wildwood.
00:32:05.960 One of the two, I can't remember off the top of my head. And I definitely didn't ask him about this.
00:32:08.960 So she used to have a, like a beach house down there, sold it in the sixties, right, right before
00:32:15.140 all the property values went up, sold it for a song, sold it for, for nothing. That property
00:32:20.480 now is like millions upon millions of dollars. And they used to, I'm like, you're like, we had a
00:32:25.740 house down the shore. We had a house down the shore, man. But you know, it, it, it's a spot that,
00:32:31.180 you know, I think it's close to a lot of our hearts, you know, for people who, who are from
00:32:34.460 the Philly area, even though of course, you know, we have our, we have our little, you know, sibling
00:32:38.740 rivalry with New Jersey, but when it comes down to it, we do actually want the best for them.
00:32:43.180 And despite, uh, despite some of the other comments we may have made along the way,
00:32:48.080 I have to tone down my anti-Jersey rhetoric. Well, look, Jack, one thing I'll tell everybody
00:32:54.140 that's, that's fascinating, looking at the rules between Pennsylvania and Jersey, you know, in PA,
00:32:59.120 we have vote by mail and then we have election day. Yes. You can do your on demand, uh, vote by mail
00:33:04.560 ballot and go to your County office, but we don't have technically early voting. New Jersey does.
00:33:09.920 And this is where Republicans compete and compete strongly. And so that's another advantage,
00:33:15.080 not just to the polls closing, not just as Mikey Sherrill proving to be one of the worst candidates
00:33:20.100 in New Jersey history, probably nationally, uh, with some of her missteps over the past couple of
00:33:24.900 weeks, but there's early voting. So when I'm at the door and our door knockers are talking to voters
00:33:30.580 in New Jersey, it's not just vote by mail. If they object to that, you say, fine, let's set a date
00:33:36.500 for you to go and vote early. We compete in vote by mail and we continue to compete in early voting.
00:33:42.240 And I think we've got a great, great shot at flipping the governor's mansion with us knocking
00:33:46.840 those 500,000 doors in New Jersey. So 500,000. So now this is going to be a bit of a shootout for
00:33:54.260 you guys because, you know, look at it. We're, we're, we're, I think we're less than one month
00:33:58.300 away. So we're just under one month away from the election cliff. They say it can't be done.
00:34:04.740 How are you going to do it? They said that in 24, I was on your show, listening to the Democrats,
00:34:10.300 all saying that Republicans had no idea what they were doing with the ground game, whether it was
00:34:14.400 Arizona and Wisconsin with Charlie and turning point, whether it was me and you right here in
00:34:18.700 Pennsylvania, the reality is we're going to go as hard as we can. We've got Airbnb is across New
00:34:24.020 Jersey. Folks can go to NJ chase.org. You want to sponsor a ballot chaser. We've already got the
00:34:30.000 shirts. We've been pounding on doors, but this is what it takes. And Jack, the biggest difference
00:34:34.540 in New Jersey, the left is not used to having competent operatives on the right. They're used
00:34:41.340 to just focusing on the big Carl Rove TV ads, phoning it in. You can see them starting to spin
00:34:47.560 things up now, which is fine. Competition is good, but we will get to those 500,000 doors,
00:34:53.360 take it to the bank. I'm saying it right here on human events daily with post. So as my witness,
00:34:58.100 we will knock 500,000 doors in New Jersey, and we will make this race as competitive as we possibly can
00:35:03.880 to try to win for Jack Cittarelli. And that's what it's all about. You know, you've got this,
00:35:09.880 you've got this, and I want to get in. We've got a next segment coming up, but you know, this,
00:35:14.000 this candidate, I mean, she's, she's awful. She's actually awful. She is the Kamala Harris of New
00:35:20.540 Jersey. You've got a, an actual, I would say once it once in a lifetime chance, once in a lifetime
00:35:27.340 chance to actually get a serious, good governor, a true son in New Jersey, by the way, in, in Jack
00:35:34.280 Cittarelli, to be able to actually get him there and to knock off somebody, this, this, this Mickey
00:35:39.660 Cheryl. I mean, she's, first of all, she's from Virginia, right? She, she cheated in the Naval Academy
00:35:45.720 and, and look, you know, it was so, Oh, what about the 94? And she was just trying to protect people.
00:35:51.540 Release the records. Then release the records. If you've got nothing to hide, then show us that
00:35:55.980 you've got nothing to hide. If you have nothing there, if there's nothing to find, then great.
00:36:01.060 Go ahead and release the records. Why don't you, why are they sealed? Why does she have that under
00:36:05.600 a seal? If they, if you know, if she has nothing to worry about, about her Naval Academy time, it's
00:36:10.860 really as simple as that. I, I've every, every, and by the way, I don't usually talk about it from,
00:36:15.920 from this perspective, but every single time anyone has asked to say, to, to see my records from the
00:36:21.820 Navy and they'll say, Oh, well, you know, so big. And he's, he's said he did this and he said he did
00:36:27.780 that. And we don't believe him. I just send him, I just send him copies of my evals. I send him copies
00:36:32.020 of my fit reps. And I'm like, there you go. There you go. That's the writeup. You can see there's my
00:36:36.960 grade. There's where I deployed to. This is what I did. This is what they said. This is what
00:36:40.840 they said at the afterward, you know, after it, it's really as simple as that. And I've been
00:36:44.800 happy to do that. I've even posted them on X in the past. Gitmo, whatever. Yeah, here it is.
00:36:50.540 Go for it. Accused me of stolen valor, you know, but she won't even release the records.
00:36:55.040 Why is that? We'll be right back. Cliff Maloney, Real America's Voice, Human Events Daily.
00:36:59.020 Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get
00:37:11.640 it. And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event. And
00:37:16.740 we're going to turn it around and make sure it's actually quite a good day. Amen.
00:37:19.900 Jack Posobiec, we are back here. Live Human Events Daily. We're on with Cliff Maloney.
00:37:32.480 The P.A. Chase is now becoming the N.J. Chase. Oh, yeah. We are going down. We're going down
00:37:39.400 to shore. We're going down to shore. As we say, if you guys don't know, you know, the phrasing,
00:37:44.200 the phraseology will, you know, we'll get you in there. We're going down to shore. And
00:37:47.580 so we're going down to Wildwood. I call my mom up. By the way, so I was not at Trump's
00:37:51.380 big Wildwood rally, just schedule and all that. And but I was at the original Trump rally
00:37:58.660 in Wildwood, the one where we had a thousand people sleeping out overnight in 2020 and in
00:38:04.800 freezing cold January weather. And nobody cared because we're all fun to be down a boardwalk
00:38:09.260 down the shore. And just an amazing, amazing time. So Gallagher down in Wildwood once, the
00:38:17.300 old comedian Gallagher. I love that guy. All time favorite. But but, Cliff, when we're
00:38:22.520 looking at it, tell me how you size up the race, because you're a political analyst as
00:38:27.780 as much as any. I'll be there on Friday night. You'll be there on Friday night. Size up this
00:38:33.140 race for me because you're putting a lot on the line here.
00:38:35.200 Yeah, look, I mean, you know, there's polling that has this is a dead heat. You know, you
00:38:40.140 can look at some polls that have it much more spread out. But if you compare this is to me
00:38:44.300 is one of the best comparisons. If you look at Biden versus Trump in Pennsylvania and you
00:38:49.460 look at Jack versus Murphy back in 2021, it's pretty wild the percentage of the share of the
00:38:56.440 mail in vote that each of them got. And so I'm not here to announce that we need to get
00:39:00.580 to 33 percent of the mail in in Jersey. We're still looking at the numbers before we go
00:39:04.980 public with where we need to be. But really, if Jack competes at the same level on early
00:39:11.700 voting and on Election Day voting as he did in 2021, we just have to have to increase his
00:39:18.060 share of mail in by about 10 percentage points, maybe even fewer. And so I just look at everything's
00:39:23.500 coming his way. Registration is coming Jack's way. Right. You look at the fact that Trump lost
00:39:28.840 by double digits in 2020 and in 2024, he lost by just under six points. So when you look at all
00:39:35.460 the different metrics that you can use and then you add in what you just said in the last segment,
00:39:40.280 Jack, which is all of the missteps she's making. I mean, she is Kamala Harris in the sense that
00:39:45.520 the more time that Mikey Sherrill spends in the public eye, the more time that people get to know
00:39:51.600 who she truly is, the more time that people get to analyze and see her speak and her authenticity,
00:39:58.180 the more votes that go to Jack Cittarelli. That's the beautiful thing about you always want to be
00:40:03.940 in the position where the momentum is with you. We dealt with this in PA in 2024. But yeah, we were
00:40:09.380 behind, but we were fighting and we had the momentum. That's where Jack Cittarelli is right now
00:40:13.800 at this moment and we just have to finish strong. It's, it's, it's, it's really simple. You, you take
00:40:21.800 what you see in the polls, you take those numbers, but then this is what the PHAs and now the NJ
00:40:26.900 Chase was always about. This is what 2024 was about. This is what Charlie was all about. And I
00:40:31.820 remember being with Charlie on election night in 2022 where Charlie said, we got to start banking
00:40:36.540 ballots. We got to start banking ballots and we have to start doing this now. The Democrats are doing it.
00:40:41.220 They changed the way we run elections. We're, we're thinking about it all wrong. It's not votes
00:40:46.180 anymore. Right. That's what I love, by the way, and Cliff, you and I could have, I'm sure a long
00:40:50.440 digression about that because we don't vote for candidates anymore. We collect ballots for candidates
00:40:56.300 now. Well, starting to completely change this. And as I say, look, you don't have election day,
00:41:02.780 which is what you and me grew up with, right? You don't have election day. You don't have election week.
00:41:06.660 You don't even have election month, right? We're talking 50 days of voting. And so you're right.
00:41:13.320 People aren't even looking at the names on the ballot because the whole strategy is go to people
00:41:19.140 that are Republican on our side, go to those Republicans that are not likely to vote and just
00:41:24.720 get them a ballot. There's 70%, seven out of 10 of the people that are low propensity that got a ballot
00:41:32.100 voted. Meaning instead of being low propensity, guess what? Now they're a regular voter. And so
00:41:38.460 I just tell everybody that you have to rethink. It's not about the perfect TV message going into
00:41:43.740 the election day. These are months long campaigns and you're right. You're banking the votes. And once
00:41:50.340 again, for all the critics out there that hate mail-in ballots, I do too. But what I'm doing is I'm not
00:41:55.720 taking election day voters and making them vote by mail. I'm taking voters that are not likely to show
00:42:01.980 up on election day and I'm making them much more likely because we get a ballot sent to their house
00:42:07.440 and they're going to vote. That's the whole strategy. NJ is the play. I'm writing that down, Jack.
00:42:14.900 NJ is the play. We're going down. I don't know. We might have to go down. I think I remember the
00:42:21.560 last time I was down the boardwalk because I grew up with Mac and Manko's down the boardwalk, Mac and
00:42:25.680 Manko's pizza. But I think they split up now or something. And Mac and Manko's, I don't think
00:42:31.920 I got divorced or whatever it is, but it's, it's not Mac and Manko's. We used to joke,
00:42:35.820 by the way, we used to joke that we were going to open like a corporate lease franchise up
00:42:39.160 on the boardwalk. And we were saying, we'll get the, we'll get the pizzas, you know, tomato pies
00:42:44.960 in Narsetown and then drive them down the boardwalk. We'll go at like four in the morning
00:42:48.820 and get the fresh ones. Nobody's going to have this. That was going to be our,
00:42:52.040 our side hustle because that's what we used to always do when we had parties or something down there.
00:42:56.700 And I said, you know, we could turn this into a business and, you know, collect a little profit
00:43:00.180 on the side, get a little walking around money as they used to say in Philly. But, you know,
00:43:05.680 you look at all this, you look at all the, all the political wins, you look at the fact that Trump
00:43:10.400 was able to turn and, and I I've shown, I don't even know if we have the graphic cause I didn't
00:43:14.540 call for it earlier, but we had, when we go to the County map, when you go and look at the County
00:43:19.080 shift map of New Jersey, it's every single in 2024, every single County of the state showed a right
00:43:28.260 word shift and not a single one showed a blue shift. Now I understand, look, the left is going
00:43:35.700 to be energized to come out because they see ice. They watch MSNBC. They watch all this stuff. They
00:43:40.720 get it. But when you look at that County shift map, it's nothing but red. It's literally nothing
00:43:45.500 but red. And so you've got a real opportunity here that I think is potentially once in a lifetime,
00:43:51.680 maybe even once in a generation to actually pull this out and get it going.
00:43:58.240 Yeah. And look, I mean, it's very similar to PA, right? 66 of our 67 counties from 2020 to 2024
00:44:04.700 had a shift to the right in terms of registration. New Jersey's got tons of Republicans and Jack,
00:44:10.180 once again, here's the beauty. They're not used to being targeted. They're not used to being engaged
00:44:16.860 with by people on our side. I mean, we're knocking on these doors. They're like, we've never had anybody
00:44:21.380 knock on our door before, right? We're in rural counties. We're in some of these areas, Ocean County.
00:44:25.960 Do you know how many Republicans there are in Ocean County? And our objective is not just to win
00:44:30.620 Ocean County. We have to dominate these Republican counties in a way that every single low propensity
00:44:37.040 Republican says, hey, this is important. And you're right, Jack. The left has so much that
00:44:41.700 motivates them. Well, guess what? They shot Charlie. We have something that motivates us on the right.
00:44:47.300 They're coming after every single person. The guy in Virginia talking about fantasizing about killing
00:44:53.180 a delegate and his kids. If this doesn't motivate you to stand up to political violence with a peaceful
00:44:59.000 message to say we want our country back, I don't know what will. We've got to come through and
00:45:04.020 we've got to have a victory. You know, and look at the insanity that's coming out. He's running as
00:45:12.120 attorney general. He's on the ticket with the LG. He's on the ticket with Spanberger, who's the
00:45:19.000 gubernatorial candidate. She can't even say a word about it. Your running mate, your running mate was
00:45:24.100 talking about killing that. And by the way, some of the some of the tweets or text messages, I should
00:45:29.780 say the text messages. I can't even read them on air because they're so horrific. You should have
00:45:35.360 your child die in your arms after they've been murdered. Just just horrific levels of stuff. They
00:45:41.580 fantasize about killing conservative families, Republican families just for having different
00:45:47.140 opinion. And then you got you got Vindman who's sitting there saying, oh, you know, we're still
00:45:52.600 supporting him. We're still endorsing him. You got V.A. Blue coming out and say they're supporting
00:45:56.360 him. Joe Scarborough, I'll give him credit. He called for him to drop out. But in the rest of
00:46:00.080 them, they just sit there and act like it didn't happen. So, Cliff, don't sit. Don't let them sit
00:46:03.980 there and tell us we're the ones who have to tone down the rhetoric. The bullets are flying in one
00:46:08.220 direction. The text messages are going in one direction. We don't celebrate when when terrible
00:46:12.780 things happen. We pray. We have vigils and then we get to work. Cliff, tell people once again how they
00:46:19.100 can get involved in the rally this coming Friday and how they get involved in the NJ Chase.
00:46:22.800 Sure. NJchase.org if you want to sponsor a ballot chase for 175 hours is a whole day
00:46:29.100 on X at Maloney. We're going to be posting tons of updates for the event. If you can make it out
00:46:34.420 there Friday, Benny Johnson, Jack Posobiec, Scott Pressler, Mike Donahue, Matt Rooney, Rich Zioli,
00:46:40.620 Dom Giordano. I'm probably missing somebody. We're all going to be there. And it's about doing the work,
00:46:46.420 which is what the great Dom Giordano, the great Rich Zioli, the great WPHT. I can't wait. I can't
00:46:52.780 wait. My old radio station will be there. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission
00:46:57.640 to lay ashore.
