00:00:49.480this is human events with your host jack persobik christ is king well today the man accused of
00:00:55.880opening fire at the White House Correspondents Dinner. We'll be back in federal court in D.C.
00:01:00.120It's the first hearing since a judge refused to remove the top prosecutors from the case.
00:01:04.520With immigration enforcement in the spotlight this morning, President Trump nominating former
00:01:09.100Oklahoma State Trooper Lance Stroyer to head ICE. A preliminary hearing for an Ohio man accused of
00:01:14.940leaving an alleged plot to attack a UFC event at the White House. 19-year-old Tyson Proper faces
00:01:20.040several federal charges, including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States
00:01:24.740and attempted murder. Investigators say Proper's mother contacted the Knox County Sheriff's Office
00:01:29.740after he allegedly said he wanted to take out the, quote, evil government. Federal investigators say
00:01:35.460Proper spent $3,000 on guns and ammunition and believe he and at least four others were targeting
00:01:41.200President Trump, Vice President Vance, and other officials. The Supreme Court's expected to rule
00:01:45.880on several big cases today. It's the last scheduled opinion day of the term and several decisions are
00:01:50.560still outstanding. The justices will decide whether to block President Trump's order,
00:01:54.720redefining who's a citizen at birth. It's also set to rule on transgender athletes and women's sports,
00:02:00.560whether to prevent the president's removal of Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook and more.
00:02:04.900The Supreme Court has just issued a critical ruling ahead of the midterm elections. The
00:02:10.680justices are weighing in on whether states can count late arriving mail-in ballots that were
00:02:16.720sent on time. The Supreme Court upheld state laws allowing the counting of late arriving
00:02:22.720mail-in ballots if they were postmarked by Election Day. This was a 5-4 decision by the
00:02:28.640Supreme Court in an opinion written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the youngest conservative on
00:02:33.360the bench, upholding a Mississippi law that allows the late arriving ballots up to five days after
00:02:39.760Election Day to get counted in that state and effectively preserves similar statutes in 29
00:02:46.120states around the country that have a grace period for voters who don't get their ballots
00:02:51.000in by Election Day, but a short period after. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's
00:02:57.420edition of Human Events Daily. We're here live on Real America's Voice. Today is June 29th,
00:03:04.4802026. Anno Domine. And folks, you know, a lot of news out of the Supreme Court.
00:03:12.080We will duck down, see what we can do to chop through it quite a bit.
00:03:16.940But, you know, some some W's and some L's.
00:03:20.000And we have to be very clear about this.
00:03:22.500Where did the President Trump where did President Trump come in strong?
00:03:25.420He came in strongest when it came to this ruling regarding his presidential power to fire independent board members of the federal government.
00:03:34.680I would actually go a step further and say that the court got it wrong when it came to his ability to fire members of the Federal Reserve Board.
00:03:44.060I would say the president clearly does have that ability.
00:03:50.060But when you also look at the situation where they're saying the president has the full ability, and you go and look, Drudge is losing their mind over this, President Trump's a king, New York Times is losing their minds, the regulators, they're independent regulators.
00:06:07.140Because this is the president, Congress, and then the courts come in in a limited capacity.
00:06:13.660We could even talk more about that, about how the courts have unconstitutionally granted themselves powers, as they have done over the years.
00:06:22.540Judicial review is not in the Constitution, by the way.
00:08:44.760President Trump there going in, up on Truth Social this weekend in a number of posts,
00:08:52.500telling us, telling us that communism is the greatest threat facing America.
00:09:01.720Well, President Trump is exactly right.
00:09:04.120And the voice you just heard was Senator Joseph McCarthy telling us that one communist anywhere
00:09:12.600in government is still one communist too many. One communist on the faculty of one university
00:09:20.440is one communist too many. One communist among the advisors of Yalta is one communist too many.
00:09:28.880this is the energy you need to have when you are focused on communism and we've been looking at
00:09:38.200new york city we've been looking at many others mandami the rise of mandami ism if you will i
00:09:43.820think we have uh i think we have the clip of guys we have that clip of me with uh with with the good
00:09:49.760mayor? Do we have that set up? All right, let's run that flip, guys.
00:10:02.580Jack? I want to know one of the policies as well that Mayor Mike Mondomio talked a number of times
00:10:09.800about on the campaign was shifting the tax burden for property taxes from what he called minority
00:10:15.820communities to white-based communities and putting more taxes on white people. I also noticed that
00:10:21.880in your acceptance speech, you didn't mention anything about America or Christians or white
00:10:28.320people in general. And so I didn't know if that was one of the policies that you guys had spoken
00:10:32.540about. We focused on affordability. We focused on the cost of living crisis. What I will say is that
00:10:37.580I am very much interested in property tax reform because what we see right now in New York City
00:10:42.300is a system that is so inequitable that it can't even stand up in court.
00:10:46.640And the president and I spoke about the importance of not only building more housing,
00:10:50.580but also making sure that regulation of housing is something that is manageable to actually get through
00:10:55.580and not the cause of yet another weight that we see in our city.
00:10:58.300But to be clear, you're continuing this idea of race-based property taxes.
00:11:01.880No, to be very clear, the use of the term was a description of neighborhoods, not a description of intent.
00:11:08.540So you intend to tax the whiter neighborhoods more?
00:11:10.700No, we intend to create a fair property tax system because we want a New York City that is not only fair and equitable, but also one that every New York can afford.
00:11:35.340So they're using race now because it's gay race communism versus the classic economic communism.
00:11:41.460But I wanted to bring on my good friend, Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, because he and I, who, of course, are dressing alike.
00:11:49.980We did not plan this, by the way, also have something in common where where he said.
00:11:57.260Or I should say the president said that communism has been an enemy for thousands of years.
00:12:02.800And Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, you may know him as the Rodic Nationalist, he's written a book all about that very fact and has a new article up explaining that, yes, actually, the president is completely correct.
00:12:13.860So, so, Dr. Charles, explain to us what is the president talking about when he says communism is thousands of years old?
00:12:20.840I mean, even even Marx was in the 1800s, the Bolshevik Revolution, 1917.
00:12:25.920What does he mean that communism is thousands of years old?
00:12:28.940it's great to be back with you Jack and it was great to see you like you say holding Zoran0.97
00:12:35.520Mamdami's feet to the fire because he is a gay race communist he does intend to tax New Yorkers0.82
00:12:42.820differentially on the basis of race he said that that is what he wants to do and that is what he0.88
00:12:48.000will do if he can but no President Trump's comments actually which started on Friday so
00:12:54.460he made a personal appearance at the Washington Hilton, which, if you may remember, in April was
00:12:59.820where the latest assassination attempt took place. Another radical left winger tried to kill
00:13:06.200President Trump and failed. But President Trump was speaking at a conference and he spoke about
00:13:12.380communism as the greatest threat to America in its 250 year history. But he also made some enigmatic
00:13:18.880comments about how this keeps happening and it's been happening for thousands of years now i wrote
00:13:25.240a piece for alex jones live where i said look the the broke interpretation of communism is that
00:13:32.240communism was founded in the mid-19th century by marx and engel the woke interpretation is that it
00:13:39.460was the french revolution you know 50 years before that really established the basic principles of
00:13:44.960modern leftism and communism the bespoke interpretation and the interpretation that
00:13:51.060Donald Trump seems to be gesturing towards is that communism is actually more than an ideology
00:13:55.500that it's something more like a way of life that it's rooted in biology even perhaps in different
00:14:02.180kinds of um in different forms of life and in different kinds of people and uh you know I think
00:14:10.560that's i think that's genuinely true i think it is a biological phenomenon i think it goes deeper
00:14:16.680much deeper than ideology and uh you know that's one of the reasons why it has such a compelling
00:14:23.260power because it's not just about ideas it's about deeply rooted feelings um uh and in particular
00:14:30.880emotions like envy resentment jealousy um hatred of people who have more than you because they are
00:14:39.960better than you and the worst thing of all is that you know that they're better than you
00:14:43.820so um it was very very encouraging i think to hear donald trump speaking about communism in
00:14:50.160this way because actually it really does suggest that he actually knows what's really going on
00:14:55.960it's not just a series of silly ideas that you know misguided people uh end up believing it's
00:15:03.040actually it's a way of life and it is a fundamental threat to the american way of life
00:15:09.700Well, it's very interesting because I did see some folks responding to this, you know,
00:15:14.900and of course the left and the Reddit midwitter tier said, oh, communism was officially a
00:15:28.820It's the justification of horrific acts done for the the purpose of envy before for this
00:15:36.840deliberate goal of taking that which another has and making it your own. And where do we see this?
00:15:44.820One of the most ancient references to this, of course, is the book of Genesis. And in the book
00:15:49.880of Genesis, the first murder that ever takes place in the world was Cain murdering his brother Abel
00:15:58.200because he was envious of Abel. He was envious. He had resentment of his own brother. And in fact,
00:16:06.100Cain is the first born human of the world.
00:16:09.780And of course, as a Catholic, I certainly have to point out that he would be also the first person who had original sin.
00:16:16.760So again, it's tying this idea of sin, the fall from grace, man's fallen nature, and the idea that we are corrupted.
00:16:25.620And if we allow that corruption to consume us, we turn into Cain.
00:16:29.400And in fact, when I did my book a couple of years ago on humans, the secret history of communist revolutions and how to crush them, one of the early working titles that I had come up with was the children of Cain, because this was the exact reference that I wanted to make.
00:16:46.880now at the time i thought you know what maybe people won't won't quite get the reference i
00:16:51.300like it i think it's cool but i went for something that sort of had a little more mystique to it a
00:16:56.740little more uh eye-catching perhaps but children of cane is something that has always stuck with
00:17:01.640me and perhaps uh you know perhaps i'll use it for something else but that really is what what
00:17:06.700the president's talking about it's this idea of taking envy and using that to replace all morality
00:17:13.260yeah absolutely and you know i mean cain is envious of abel because abel receives god's
00:17:21.520favor abel makes a worthy sacrifice to god on the basis of his own hard work nothing is given to him
00:17:28.440what cain cannot stand is the fact that he doesn't um match up to his brother he can't uh he's either
00:17:37.340not prepared to make the effort to uh you know to provide a willing sacrifice or he can't but
00:17:44.100either way he thinks that the justified response to that is murder and uh this is something that
00:17:50.820we see time and time again throughout history that links all of these kind of resentment based
00:17:56.180envy based movements uh that seek to overturn the existing order that seek to deprive uh people of
00:18:03.540their property of uh things that they have um acquired by the sweat of their own brow by their
00:18:08.980own hard work that haven't necessarily been given to them um uh but what it also signals i think as
00:18:16.160well what it what it reminds us is that this is a very very hard thing to do away with we are
00:18:22.400talking about what is the worst and lowest in man you know the the worst emotions the lowest
00:18:29.540sentiments envy jealousy resentment um and that that really does mean that actually you know
00:18:35.780communism is much harder to stamp out than you would think because we're not just dealing with
00:18:40.740a system of silly ideas like i said you know we're not just dealing with mistaken beliefs that
00:18:46.460and then the the the the the ideas and and you could you go back to that clip where i said to go0.60
00:18:52.680to Mondami was he throws this window dressing at you, this word salad of equality and equity.
00:19:00.280But that's not what it's really about, because I noticed when the mask slipped and the mask
00:19:04.920slipped when he said race based taxation on the basis of going after the white people of the
00:19:13.780white neighborhoods of New York, his own words. That's where you have to expose these people.0.51
00:19:20.400Right back, Jack Posobiec, Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:19:28.980You talk about influences. These are influences, and they're friends of mine.
00:22:38.580Scientific research suggests that testosterone does have political effects.
00:22:44.520It has effects on men's attitudes and behaviours.
00:22:48.260If you give a man a dose of testosterone in an experimental setting,
00:22:52.460he's more likely to show in-group preference, so that he's more likely to be tribal.
00:22:58.300he's also more likely to be comfortable with hierarchy and inequality
00:23:03.880and look we have to understand the fundamental difference between left and right
00:23:09.060between the communist mindset and between the conservative mindset
00:23:12.780turns on the issue of hierarchy and inequality
00:23:16.300conservatives want to maintain hierarchy and inequality
00:23:20.280because they recognize not only that it's natural but that it's necessary
00:23:24.520You have to have a hierarchy in order to have a functioning society because people have different abilities and you need to use those abilities in different ways.
00:23:35.040The leftist project from the very beginning has been about flattening hierarchy, about getting rid of all forms of inequality, class, race, gender, and now with the transgenderism movement, biology as well.
00:23:48.680so um if you if you see a civilizational decline in testosterone then that i think is feeding the
00:23:56.440kind of polarization of society that we see today it's feeding the kind of leftist madness that we
00:24:02.920see today and it and it may very well be driving men in particular towards a more left-wing uh view
00:24:10.200of the world so that's one way in which actually communism you know leftism is a biological
00:24:17.120phenomenon and it's being driven by this toxic world that we've created that is fundamentally
00:24:23.300hostile to testosterone and masculinity whether we're talking about obesity lifestyle factors
00:24:30.020lack of exercise exposure to electromagnetic radiation harmful chemicals pesticides herbicides
00:25:06.880And this is fascinating because it is something where it ties together the ideas of Maha, which, you know, huge political movement here in the United States, but also to something deeper, to something more, perhaps more natural, organic, that we've all sort of been experiencing.
00:25:30.500something seems to be wrong. And perhaps it is actually this modern world and the modern food,
00:25:37.100but it drives down to these deeper ideas that, uh, that we're all saying, even in, uh, Scott
00:25:44.540Adams, the great Scott Adams, when he was with us, used to say that, uh, he used to talk about
00:25:49.060modern music and he said, where's the testosterone gone in music? Where, where, where is it? You
00:25:55.400You know, even, you know, even 20 years ago or 15 years ago, you could turn on the radio and hear it.
00:26:01.100And he would say, you know, I go around now and it seems like all the music is made for teenage girls just everywhere that comes about.
00:26:07.760And we have to leave here, but I will throw this at you since you brought up the subject of masculinity.
00:26:13.240Took my kids this weekend to see the new He-Man movie and eight years old and five years old.
00:26:21.380And the five-year-old was just over the moon with He-Man, the masculinity in it, the heroism, the idea that I have the power, the importance of those four words, where nothing in society exists today, especially for young boys, showing them and telling them that they have the power.
00:26:41.580And I asked him, I said, well, what do you like about the movie?
00:28:03.440I want to bring on our producer here who's working with us over the summer.
00:28:09.120And we need to talk more about the plot against the UFC.
00:28:13.700And this was actually a massive, sprawling national plot where they were going to attack the White House.
00:28:23.220You had a group that was connected through signal and social media and other elements.
00:28:28.020They had a well-developed plan, which included not only planners, but financiers, people who were conducting armaments, building stockpiles of armaments, even a drone tech pilot, an expert who was planning to build bombs with these drones.
00:28:45.540Now, the FBI found out about this. There's currently a manhunt underway for the last
00:28:50.360remaining individuals that were associated with this. But I wanted to get into the very latest.
00:28:56.180So our very own producer, Ellie, has actually been doing a ton of digging on this. She's done
00:29:00.340a great job. So, producer Ellie, what is the latest in terms of the arrests and court appearances
00:29:06.100in the UFC plot? The latest news that came out about this was over the weekend, a man named
00:29:14.180Alexander Mercado was from Chicago and he was recently arrested in an indictment and it came
00:29:26.240out that he was actually part of the plot as well. So that is the eighth person who was arrested
00:29:30.980and will be actually appearing in court today. And we're seeing that these arrests are coming
00:29:37.940out slowly and the FBI is releasing them one by one, maybe two at a time. But a lot of these men
00:29:45.400are actually going to be in court today in their specific states that they've been, they were
00:29:52.000arrested in. So they were arrested in these specific states. You've got multiple members
00:29:58.620of court. So members going to the trial right now. So as, as it stands, do we know exactly,
00:30:05.340And I understand that the FBI hasn't put out anything, everything on this because it's still ongoing.
00:30:11.260Do we know how many are still outstanding?
00:30:33.360We're not entirely sure how widespread this entire plot was.
00:30:38.520But so with the eight arrests, that means that at least 12, maybe more people are out there and have not been caught yet.
00:30:48.020So eight to 12 still out there and they have not been caught yet.
00:30:53.320So this this is an incredible piece of an ongoing manhunt, something that, you know, I remember when the Nancy Guthrie case was going on and mainstream media was all over this day in, day out.
00:31:08.540We have to find Nancy. We have to find her. Where are they?
00:31:11.500We even had a correspondent, a field correspondent, Kevin Posobiec, who went to the House, who was conducting ongoing assessments and ongoing investigation.
00:31:21.060But when it comes to this, it seems like the rest of the mainstream media hasn't really been putting this together at all.
00:31:27.080So we here at Human Events Daily are going to have to do the work that they just won't do.
00:37:12.940Tyson was a kind of disillusioned by this group because he was actually involved because
00:37:20.360he had seen something about that the group was advertising about a staging a protest.
00:37:26.420He didn't know what kind of protest it would be, but then he got involved in this group
00:37:29.860and saw that it was much more than a protest.
00:37:31.720It was actually a conspiracy to attack the United States.
00:37:35.780Well, and perhaps that's going to be part of his defense plan.0.60
00:37:40.220I'm also reading as well that some of the court documents refer to them not just as the vanguard of the old, but also vanguard of the old republic.
00:37:49.680And for anyone who knows, that may be actually a Star Wars reference.
00:37:54.860The Old Republic has been a Star Wars era that was referred to as like the era of the prequels.
00:38:01.920And so it may actually, I mean, I don't want to draw that without having more specifics,
00:38:06.220but Vanguard of the Old Republic sounds a little bit like a group of Star Wars guys to me.
00:38:51.800We're talking about this situation here with this left wing revolutionary cell that seemed to be targeting or that was targeting UFC and interesting piece of information that came out in a new document.
00:39:06.880So the organization had called themselves or we were told they had called themselves Vanguard of the Old.
00:39:12.640But some court documents have actually referred to them as Vanguard of the Old Republic.
00:39:19.640and of course for anyone who's familiar with the internet knows that that phrase the old republic
00:39:26.280refers to star wars and refers to a star wars uh specifically game an online uh mmoprg
00:39:33.640so an online rpg game where actually there is a group or a class of soldiers called
00:39:41.520the vanguard and which would speak to uh predominantly male members now i i don't know
00:39:48.100if that's definitely a Star Wars reference, but something that certainly piques my interest
00:39:55.460because I have said for a long time that Star Wars has become very politicized, that the series
00:40:02.580has become politicized. And we also know that Mark Hamill, and I'm not going to make this
00:40:08.160accusation until we get more information, but we do know that Mark Hamill has recently made posts
00:40:13.560calling for the death of President Trump. He posted a picture of a gravestone with President
00:40:18.760Trump saying, if only. And, you know, that that was one of the situations that we find. And in
00:40:28.080fact, there was another, you know, huge Star Wars fan that that went and committed a murder out in
00:40:33.980California recently. So, again, not not saying that's exactly what this was, but certainly
00:40:39.180something that i'd like to take a look at as we get more information we do know that one of the
00:40:45.080individuals as well was an illegal alien is was was it the the main uh ringleader seems to be an
00:40:51.800illegal do we know if the others were uh if there were any other illegals or or you know form of
00:40:56.620daca as he was this deferred action for child arrivals uh the obama era plan or does it seem
00:41:02.740like the rest were citizens as far as we know now as far as we know it seems to me that the
00:41:08.900rest were citizens. At least if they weren't, the FBI is keeping it quiet or just choosing not to
00:41:18.120focus on that because they haven't really released much in the press releases or affidavits about
00:41:23.620much of that information. It very well possibly could be. But yeah, we're not entirely sure
00:41:30.920as of right now where the other the other people involved just the immigration status or citizenship
00:41:39.900status yeah they're in yeah this is this is something that comes up a lot in in a variety
00:41:45.860of cases that we look at where you'll you'll get the information they'll put the charges out there
00:41:51.000specifically at the state level you you tend to see this where you it's just a little bit
00:41:56.720hard to actually dig in and get someone to say, yes, this person actually is an illegal alien.
00:42:03.280It's something where I've even worked with, you know, some of the investigations we've done,
00:42:08.060we work with DHS and try to, you know, wrestle this information, depending on the state, right?
00:42:12.620If it's a blue area, they really don't like admitting that because they know that could
00:42:15.980also subject them to immediate deportation. But, but they really just don't want to tell you
00:42:21.780sometimes whether or not the person was an illegal alien or not. And, and to be clear,
00:42:26.260The only reason I'm asking is because we know that at least one individual was, which sparks to and certainly speaks to a lot of the, you know, a lot of the issues that we talk about on the program regarding assimilation, regarding this idea that people who have come here have come with good intentions, where here's someone who came as a minor, spent his formative years in the United States and then decides to do something like that.
00:42:51.820But you mentioned that, you know, they see themselves as this vanguard, as as as a defensive posture when when you've been reading through these court documents, their motivations, do they seem to be that they want to overthrow the the government as it stands?
00:43:08.600Or are they do they view themselves as sort of the defenders of the government that should be in power, just not, you know, Donald Trump and his his supporters?
00:43:18.960that's a very good question and a very good perspective to look at this case with because
00:43:25.560it is kind of murky as far as what they believe i do know that most of that that at least proper
00:43:33.580when he was interviewed by authorities he did say that they wanted to spark a revolution in
00:43:40.060the united states and they believe that their actions would lead to a greater revolution in
00:43:44.860the U.S. So as far as what that looks like practically, I don't know if they necessarily
00:43:50.920thought that far or if that information hasn't come out yet. But I do know that a lot of
00:43:57.180them were very unhappy with President Trump specifically. President Trump as well as other
00:44:03.320members of Congress who were favorable towards Israel. I know that they were upset about
00:44:10.340the Epstein files and all of the controversy surrounding those, I know they were upset
00:44:16.160about the, how the government was using water, and so they just, I know that they made a
00:44:21.720list of grievances, as far as what they thought was going to be the outcome, it's really not
00:44:27.500entirely clear, as far as if they wanted a full-blown revolution of the government or
00:44:33.300if they wanted to transition to power, I'm not entirely sure yet, yeah.
00:44:38.580100%. And we need to also kind of understand the scale of the potential disaster that we're talking about. There were at least 100,000 people that were in attendance, you know, 10,000 and then another, you know, 10 to 15,000 and then another 85,000 in the fan area.
00:44:57.200there not only to include the president, the first lady, the vice president, pretty much the entire
00:45:04.540cabinet was there. And then just all of the fans who were in the fan area who had shown up,
00:45:11.580there was a ticket lottery. It was totally free to attend. I was there myself with my wife.
00:45:18.360And there were millions of people who were watching this on Paramount Plus on live stream.
00:45:23.460So this is something where and to your point, they they thought that they could create a chaos situation where they would hit the event itself.
00:45:32.140And then they wanted people to flee, to run down the street and then have snipers positioned along the, you know, along the streets, along Constitution Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, so that as people were fleeing, they would be caught in what's called the fatal funnel of sniper fire alongside.
00:45:50.740So, you know, the first attack, the primary attack, then a secondary attack. This was something that actually had a lot of sophistication. But they wanted this on TV. They wanted the imagery of carnage and destruction to be the takeaway. Death instead of a celebration of our country, a celebration of patriotism, which is what the event actually turned out to be.
00:46:13.660flyovers and American flags. It included the actual declaration of independence in the final
00:46:21.320the final match. I mean, these are the symbols and the White House itself, the symbols and
00:46:27.240iconography of what should unite all of us as Americans, not this violence and death that they
00:46:36.940wanted to occur. And it remains to be seen that unfortunately, you know, and I'll just ask you,
00:46:45.360having looked at this, if they don't catch these guys, do you think they might try again?
00:46:51.520That's a really good question. And honestly, that's been something on my mind personally.
00:46:56.480As a current resident of Washington, D.C., I am unsure if they will try anything again. And I,
00:47:04.260But it's also remarkable to think about the fact that we don't know how far this could
00:47:11.440have gone if the mother of Tyson Proper hadn't recognized his behavior and seen some of his
00:47:18.320communications and noticed that he purchased all these firearms.
00:47:21.820If she hadn't reached out to the FBI authorities, then who knows how far it would have gotten
