00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions
00:00:06.860 here on Human Events Daily. So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you
00:00:11.980 hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends. Make sure they're
00:00:17.420 all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.660 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're
00:00:26.840 only going to do so much more let's get it this is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:36.680 meets fifth generation warfare
00:00:38.560 a commentator international social media sensation and former navy intelligence veteran
00:00:49.480 this is human events with your host jack persobik christ is king well today the man accused of
00:00:55.880 opening fire at the White House Correspondents Dinner. We'll be back in federal court in D.C.
00:01:00.120 It's the first hearing since a judge refused to remove the top prosecutors from the case.
00:01:04.520 With immigration enforcement in the spotlight this morning, President Trump nominating former
00:01:09.100 Oklahoma State Trooper Lance Stroyer to head ICE. A preliminary hearing for an Ohio man accused of
00:01:14.940 leaving an alleged plot to attack a UFC event at the White House. 19-year-old Tyson Proper faces
00:01:20.040 several federal charges, including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States
00:01:24.740 and attempted murder. Investigators say Proper's mother contacted the Knox County Sheriff's Office
00:01:29.740 after he allegedly said he wanted to take out the, quote, evil government. Federal investigators say
00:01:35.460 Proper spent $3,000 on guns and ammunition and believe he and at least four others were targeting
00:01:41.200 President Trump, Vice President Vance, and other officials. The Supreme Court's expected to rule
00:01:45.880 on several big cases today. It's the last scheduled opinion day of the term and several decisions are
00:01:50.560 still outstanding. The justices will decide whether to block President Trump's order,
00:01:54.720 redefining who's a citizen at birth. It's also set to rule on transgender athletes and women's sports,
00:02:00.560 whether to prevent the president's removal of Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook and more.
00:02:04.900 The Supreme Court has just issued a critical ruling ahead of the midterm elections. The
00:02:10.680 justices are weighing in on whether states can count late arriving mail-in ballots that were
00:02:16.720 sent on time. The Supreme Court upheld state laws allowing the counting of late arriving
00:02:22.720 mail-in ballots if they were postmarked by Election Day. This was a 5-4 decision by the
00:02:28.640 Supreme Court in an opinion written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the youngest conservative on
00:02:33.360 the bench, upholding a Mississippi law that allows the late arriving ballots up to five days after
00:02:39.760 Election Day to get counted in that state and effectively preserves similar statutes in 29
00:02:46.120 states around the country that have a grace period for voters who don't get their ballots
00:02:51.000 in by Election Day, but a short period after. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's
00:02:57.420 edition of Human Events Daily. We're here live on Real America's Voice. Today is June 29th,
00:03:04.480 2026. Anno Domine. And folks, you know, a lot of news out of the Supreme Court.
00:03:12.080 We will duck down, see what we can do to chop through it quite a bit.
00:03:16.940 But, you know, some some W's and some L's.
00:03:20.000 And we have to be very clear about this.
00:03:22.500 Where did the President Trump where did President Trump come in strong?
00:03:25.420 He came in strongest when it came to this ruling regarding his presidential power to fire independent board members of the federal government.
00:03:34.680 I would actually go a step further and say that the court got it wrong when it came to his ability to fire members of the Federal Reserve Board.
00:03:44.060 I would say the president clearly does have that ability.
00:03:47.860 There is no question of that.
00:03:50.060 But when you also look at the situation where they're saying the president has the full ability, and you go and look, Drudge is losing their mind over this, President Trump's a king, New York Times is losing their minds, the regulators, they're independent regulators.
00:04:08.640 No, no, we need to come back here.
00:04:10.840 We need to draw it back.
00:04:12.160 There's no such thing as an independent agency of the federal government.
00:04:17.660 It doesn't exist.
00:04:18.540 you got to go back all the way to the beginning our government is a representative republic
00:04:26.160 supposed to be is what we're fighting for the bureaucracy the administrative state
00:04:31.600 that's what we're fighting against the idea that unelected bureaucrats and joshua lisek
00:04:39.680 and data republican are putting out a great book about this called the unelected
00:04:43.680 great title, by the way, about how we have all of these forms. It goes into the NGOs and others
00:04:50.700 of power over the people of this country that shouldn't be there, that shouldn't exist.
00:04:59.660 We have this underpuddled agency, the underpuddled agency has the power of the bureaucracy. Where is
00:05:04.160 that? Where is that in the constitution? Where in the constitution does it talk about the power
00:05:08.140 of the bureaucracy. It doesn't exist. It doesn't exist. Because this was an idea,
00:05:14.000 a Wilsonian idea, Woodrow Wilson, of the government as a living organism. And the
00:05:19.680 government as a living organism could exist beyond the Constitution, beyond checks and balances,
00:05:25.640 beyond elections, beyond the people of this country having a say in their elected government.
00:05:34.000 And so when they say the president is a king, I say, no, he's not because the president of the United States was elected.
00:05:41.000 Donald Trump is the will of the people and the will of the people.
00:05:45.120 The popular vote, seven out of seven swing states put him in that office.
00:05:49.540 That is where power derives from in the United States, the consent of the governed.
00:05:55.520 That's what July 4, 1776 was all about.
00:05:58.540 And if you don't get that.
00:06:00.620 You walk away, just walk away from the conversation.
00:06:03.340 Just get out.
00:06:07.140 Because this is the president, Congress, and then the courts come in in a limited capacity.
00:06:13.660 We could even talk more about that, about how the courts have unconstitutionally granted themselves powers, as they have done over the years.
00:06:22.540 Judicial review is not in the Constitution, by the way.
00:06:24.380 Just saying.
00:06:27.020 It's a big win.
00:06:28.380 It's a big win, and the president should take his victory lap.
00:06:30.820 where we didn't get a big win was on mail-in ballots.
00:06:34.960 And ladies and gentlemen,
00:06:36.080 this is why you can't go through these things
00:06:39.400 and think that the courts are going to come and save you.
00:06:42.000 They're not. 0.89
00:06:42.480 Amy Coney Barrett, she can't be trusted.
00:06:44.600 She's shown herself.
00:06:45.340 She's shown her true colors.
00:06:46.600 No, that's why the president needs the Save Act. 1.00
00:06:49.940 So these feckless senators over there 1.00
00:06:52.640 in the United States Senate 1.00
00:06:54.120 need to get their act together,
00:06:56.620 get yourselves comported with the will of the people.
00:07:00.820 give us the save act that president Trump has asked for and every other piece of legislation
00:07:07.720 will be held up until then every other piece no signatures no mass president Trump
00:07:15.760 is on legislative strike until the save act reaches his desk
00:07:21.440 be right back human events daily with more
00:07:23.820 Jack Posobiec.
00:07:30.240 And in our way in our golden age has just begun.
00:07:34.000 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:07:35.780 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.
00:07:40.240 Welcome to the second American Revolution.
00:07:45.120 One communist on the faculty of one university is one communist too many.
00:08:06.120 One communist among the American advisors at Yalta was one communist too many.
00:08:13.120 and even even if there were only one communist in the state department
00:08:22.480 even if there are only one communist in the state department there could still be one communist
00:08:27.440 too many
00:08:28.260 all right folks jack so but we are back live human events daily hear real america's voice
00:08:41.160 What a day, what a day, what a day.
00:08:44.760 President Trump there going in, up on Truth Social this weekend in a number of posts,
00:08:52.500 telling us, telling us that communism is the greatest threat facing America.
00:09:01.720 Well, President Trump is exactly right.
00:09:04.120 And the voice you just heard was Senator Joseph McCarthy telling us that one communist anywhere
00:09:12.600 in government is still one communist too many. One communist on the faculty of one university
00:09:20.440 is one communist too many. One communist among the advisors of Yalta is one communist too many.
00:09:28.880 this is the energy you need to have when you are focused on communism and we've been looking at
00:09:38.200 new york city we've been looking at many others mandami the rise of mandami ism if you will i
00:09:43.820 think we have uh i think we have the clip of guys we have that clip of me with uh with with the good
00:09:49.760 mayor? Do we have that set up? All right, let's run that flip, guys.
00:10:02.580 Jack? I want to know one of the policies as well that Mayor Mike Mondomio talked a number of times
00:10:09.800 about on the campaign was shifting the tax burden for property taxes from what he called minority
00:10:15.820 communities to white-based communities and putting more taxes on white people. I also noticed that
00:10:21.880 in your acceptance speech, you didn't mention anything about America or Christians or white
00:10:28.320 people in general. And so I didn't know if that was one of the policies that you guys had spoken
00:10:32.540 about. We focused on affordability. We focused on the cost of living crisis. What I will say is that
00:10:37.580 I am very much interested in property tax reform because what we see right now in New York City
00:10:42.300 is a system that is so inequitable that it can't even stand up in court.
00:10:46.640 And the president and I spoke about the importance of not only building more housing,
00:10:50.580 but also making sure that regulation of housing is something that is manageable to actually get through
00:10:55.580 and not the cause of yet another weight that we see in our city.
00:10:58.300 But to be clear, you're continuing this idea of race-based property taxes.
00:11:01.880 No, to be very clear, the use of the term was a description of neighborhoods, not a description of intent.
00:11:08.540 So you intend to tax the whiter neighborhoods more?
00:11:10.700 No, we intend to create a fair property tax system because we want a New York City that is not only fair and equitable, but also one that every New York can afford.
00:11:20.880 And that's how it is, folks.
00:11:22.840 You've got to hold these communists' feet to the fire.
00:11:26.260 Don't let them dance around.
00:11:28.100 Don't play games.
00:11:29.540 Don't let them do their little tap dance.
00:11:31.700 No, but to be clear, you said this.
00:11:33.920 You said race-based taxes. 0.85
00:11:35.340 So they're using race now because it's gay race communism versus the classic economic communism.
00:11:41.460 But I wanted to bring on my good friend, Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, because he and I, who, of course, are dressing alike.
00:11:49.980 We did not plan this, by the way, also have something in common where where he said.
00:11:57.260 Or I should say the president said that communism has been an enemy for thousands of years.
00:12:02.800 And Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, you may know him as the Rodic Nationalist, he's written a book all about that very fact and has a new article up explaining that, yes, actually, the president is completely correct.
00:12:13.860 So, so, Dr. Charles, explain to us what is the president talking about when he says communism is thousands of years old?
00:12:20.840 I mean, even even Marx was in the 1800s, the Bolshevik Revolution, 1917.
00:12:25.920 What does he mean that communism is thousands of years old?
00:12:28.940 it's great to be back with you Jack and it was great to see you like you say holding Zoran 0.97
00:12:35.520 Mamdami's feet to the fire because he is a gay race communist he does intend to tax New Yorkers 0.82
00:12:42.820 differentially on the basis of race he said that that is what he wants to do and that is what he 0.88
00:12:48.000 will do if he can but no President Trump's comments actually which started on Friday so
00:12:54.460 he made a personal appearance at the Washington Hilton, which, if you may remember, in April was
00:12:59.820 where the latest assassination attempt took place. Another radical left winger tried to kill
00:13:06.200 President Trump and failed. But President Trump was speaking at a conference and he spoke about
00:13:12.380 communism as the greatest threat to America in its 250 year history. But he also made some enigmatic
00:13:18.880 comments about how this keeps happening and it's been happening for thousands of years now i wrote
00:13:25.240 a piece for alex jones live where i said look the the broke interpretation of communism is that
00:13:32.240 communism was founded in the mid-19th century by marx and engel the woke interpretation is that it
00:13:39.460 was the french revolution you know 50 years before that really established the basic principles of
00:13:44.960 modern leftism and communism the bespoke interpretation and the interpretation that
00:13:51.060 Donald Trump seems to be gesturing towards is that communism is actually more than an ideology
00:13:55.500 that it's something more like a way of life that it's rooted in biology even perhaps in different
00:14:02.180 kinds of um in different forms of life and in different kinds of people and uh you know I think
00:14:10.560 that's i think that's genuinely true i think it is a biological phenomenon i think it goes deeper
00:14:16.680 much deeper than ideology and uh you know that's one of the reasons why it has such a compelling
00:14:23.260 power because it's not just about ideas it's about deeply rooted feelings um uh and in particular
00:14:30.880 emotions like envy resentment jealousy um hatred of people who have more than you because they are
00:14:39.960 better than you and the worst thing of all is that you know that they're better than you
00:14:43.820 so um it was very very encouraging i think to hear donald trump speaking about communism in
00:14:50.160 this way because actually it really does suggest that he actually knows what's really going on
00:14:55.960 it's not just a series of silly ideas that you know misguided people uh end up believing it's
00:15:03.040 actually it's a way of life and it is a fundamental threat to the american way of life
00:15:09.700 Well, it's very interesting because I did see some folks responding to this, you know,
00:15:14.900 and of course the left and the Reddit midwitter tier said, oh, communism was officially a
00:15:19.680 founded.
00:15:20.080 No, no, it's not what he's talking about.
00:15:21.260 You have to go deeper and understand what he's actually saying.
00:15:23.440 To your point, it's the it's the willful justification of envy.
00:15:27.440 It's the justification of evil.
00:15:28.820 It's the justification of horrific acts done for the the purpose of envy before for this
00:15:36.840 deliberate goal of taking that which another has and making it your own. And where do we see this?
00:15:44.820 One of the most ancient references to this, of course, is the book of Genesis. And in the book
00:15:49.880 of Genesis, the first murder that ever takes place in the world was Cain murdering his brother Abel
00:15:58.200 because he was envious of Abel. He was envious. He had resentment of his own brother. And in fact,
00:16:06.100 Cain is the first born human of the world.
00:16:09.780 And of course, as a Catholic, I certainly have to point out that he would be also the first person who had original sin.
00:16:16.760 So again, it's tying this idea of sin, the fall from grace, man's fallen nature, and the idea that we are corrupted.
00:16:25.620 And if we allow that corruption to consume us, we turn into Cain.
00:16:29.400 And in fact, when I did my book a couple of years ago on humans, the secret history of communist revolutions and how to crush them, one of the early working titles that I had come up with was the children of Cain, because this was the exact reference that I wanted to make.
00:16:46.880 now at the time i thought you know what maybe people won't won't quite get the reference i
00:16:51.300 like it i think it's cool but i went for something that sort of had a little more mystique to it a
00:16:56.740 little more uh eye-catching perhaps but children of cane is something that has always stuck with
00:17:01.640 me and perhaps uh you know perhaps i'll use it for something else but that really is what what
00:17:06.700 the president's talking about it's this idea of taking envy and using that to replace all morality
00:17:13.260 yeah absolutely and you know i mean cain is envious of abel because abel receives god's
00:17:21.520 favor abel makes a worthy sacrifice to god on the basis of his own hard work nothing is given to him
00:17:28.440 what cain cannot stand is the fact that he doesn't um match up to his brother he can't uh he's either
00:17:37.340 not prepared to make the effort to uh you know to provide a willing sacrifice or he can't but
00:17:44.100 either way he thinks that the justified response to that is murder and uh this is something that
00:17:50.820 we see time and time again throughout history that links all of these kind of resentment based
00:17:56.180 envy based movements uh that seek to overturn the existing order that seek to deprive uh people of
00:18:03.540 their property of uh things that they have um acquired by the sweat of their own brow by their
00:18:08.980 own hard work that haven't necessarily been given to them um uh but what it also signals i think as
00:18:16.160 well what it what it reminds us is that this is a very very hard thing to do away with we are
00:18:22.400 talking about what is the worst and lowest in man you know the the worst emotions the lowest
00:18:29.540 sentiments envy jealousy resentment um and that that really does mean that actually you know
00:18:35.780 communism is much harder to stamp out than you would think because we're not just dealing with
00:18:40.740 a system of silly ideas like i said you know we're not just dealing with mistaken beliefs that
00:18:46.460 and then the the the the the ideas and and you could you go back to that clip where i said to go 0.60
00:18:52.680 to Mondami was he throws this window dressing at you, this word salad of equality and equity.
00:19:00.280 But that's not what it's really about, because I noticed when the mask slipped and the mask
00:19:04.920 slipped when he said race based taxation on the basis of going after the white people of the
00:19:13.780 white neighborhoods of New York, his own words. That's where you have to expose these people. 0.51
00:19:20.400 Right back, Jack Posobiec, Dr. Charles Cornish Dale, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:19:28.980 You talk about influences. These are influences, and they're friends of mine.
00:19:35.060 Jack Posobiec. Where's Jack?
00:19:37.540 Jack, he's done a great job.
00:19:42.380 All right, folks. Well, America is hitting 250 years right now, and just a few days away.
00:19:48.700 We are days away.
00:19:49.840 This Saturday is the 250th birthday of the United States of America.
00:19:54.460 Right now, as always, we are in a fight for its soul.
00:19:56.980 In fact, the soul of all of Western civilization.
00:19:59.960 Culture, economy, which dollar?
00:20:02.500 That's the battle we're in.

00:20:58.120 Now, we're on with Dr. Charles Cornish-Dale, who's written quite a bit about this, quite
00:21:01.740 extensively, and he also has an interesting take on not just Cain and Abel, but also communism
00:21:09.700 and envy and where this stems from.
00:21:11.900 And you mentioned, Dr. Charles, in the last segment that perhaps certain people are unable to match the achievements of others.
00:21:22.700 And in fact, this is something that we see in the story of Cain and Abel.
00:21:25.980 We also see Christ himself speaking of this when he brings up the parable of the talents,
00:21:32.680 that there are some individuals who are given greater talents than others.
00:21:38.200 We're all called to use our talents.
00:21:39.960 We're all called to make the best use of them, and we are told that it is a sin to not use our talents.
00:21:45.200 We're told this by Jesus Christ himself.
00:21:47.980 And yet, he's very clear in that parable that not all is given and distributed equally.
00:21:56.460 That lines up very interestingly with a book that you've written called The Last Men.
00:22:01.920 Walk us through this thesis.
00:22:02.940 yeah so my book is fundamentally about testosterone decline it's about the
00:22:10.980 civilizational testosterone decline that is taking place at present one percent year on year over
00:22:17.920 years and decades and you have to understand testosterone is the master male hormone testosterone
00:22:23.740 is what makes men men and so you know if we're seeing a civilizational decline in testosterone
00:22:30.440 we would expect to see civilizational effects on the social and the political level,
00:22:36.060 and that's exactly what is happening.
00:22:38.580 Scientific research suggests that testosterone does have political effects.
00:22:44.520 It has effects on men's attitudes and behaviours.
00:22:48.260 If you give a man a dose of testosterone in an experimental setting,
00:22:52.460 he's more likely to show in-group preference, so that he's more likely to be tribal.
00:22:58.300 he's also more likely to be comfortable with hierarchy and inequality
00:23:03.880 and look we have to understand the fundamental difference between left and right
00:23:09.060 between the communist mindset and between the conservative mindset
00:23:12.780 turns on the issue of hierarchy and inequality
00:23:16.300 conservatives want to maintain hierarchy and inequality
00:23:20.280 because they recognize not only that it's natural but that it's necessary
00:23:24.520 You have to have a hierarchy in order to have a functioning society because people have different abilities and you need to use those abilities in different ways.
00:23:35.040 The leftist project from the very beginning has been about flattening hierarchy, about getting rid of all forms of inequality, class, race, gender, and now with the transgenderism movement, biology as well.
00:23:48.680 so um if you if you see a civilizational decline in testosterone then that i think is feeding the
00:23:56.440 kind of polarization of society that we see today it's feeding the kind of leftist madness that we
00:24:02.920 see today and it and it may very well be driving men in particular towards a more left-wing uh view
00:24:10.200 of the world so that's one way in which actually communism you know leftism is a biological
00:24:17.120 phenomenon and it's being driven by this toxic world that we've created that is fundamentally
00:24:23.300 hostile to testosterone and masculinity whether we're talking about obesity lifestyle factors
00:24:30.020 lack of exercise exposure to electromagnetic radiation harmful chemicals pesticides herbicides
00:24:37.620 industrial chemicals
00:24:39.520 food additives etc
00:24:41.620 so I mean
00:24:43.320 the biology of politics
00:24:45.840 is a central part
00:24:47.360 of this book and it does
00:24:49.280 line up very well I think
00:24:51.840 with what Donald Trump was saying
00:24:53.740 about communism being more than
00:24:55.840 just an ideology, being something that
00:24:57.840 is thousands of years old
00:24:59.580 maybe it's hundreds of thousands of years old
00:25:01.540 maybe it's encoded
00:25:03.140 in the hormone molecules that circulate
00:25:06.100 in our bodies
00:25:06.880 And this is fascinating because it is something where it ties together the ideas of Maha, which, you know, huge political movement here in the United States, but also to something deeper, to something more, perhaps more natural, organic, that we've all sort of been experiencing.
00:25:30.500 something seems to be wrong. And perhaps it is actually this modern world and the modern food,
00:25:37.100 but it drives down to these deeper ideas that, uh, that we're all saying, even in, uh, Scott
00:25:44.540 Adams, the great Scott Adams, when he was with us, used to say that, uh, he used to talk about
00:25:49.060 modern music and he said, where's the testosterone gone in music? Where, where, where is it? You
00:25:55.400 You know, even, you know, even 20 years ago or 15 years ago, you could turn on the radio and hear it.
00:26:01.100 And he would say, you know, I go around now and it seems like all the music is made for teenage girls just everywhere that comes about.
00:26:07.760 And we have to leave here, but I will throw this at you since you brought up the subject of masculinity.
00:26:13.240 Took my kids this weekend to see the new He-Man movie and eight years old and five years old.
00:26:21.380 And the five-year-old was just over the moon with He-Man, the masculinity in it, the heroism, the idea that I have the power, the importance of those four words, where nothing in society exists today, especially for young boys, showing them and telling them that they have the power.
00:26:41.580 And I asked him, I said, well, what do you like about the movie?
00:26:44.220 And he said, Daddy, it's man style.
00:26:47.880 simple as that simple as that dr charles cornish dale where can people get the book and where can

00:27:19.060 Right back, Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:27:28.880 Where's Jack?
00:27:31.140 Where's Jack?
00:27:33.260 Where is he?
00:27:34.520 Jack, I want to see you.
00:27:38.180 Great job, Jack.
00:27:39.660 Thank you.
00:27:40.400 What a job you do.
00:27:41.840 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:27:43.020 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.
00:27:45.320 But we have guys, and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:27:54.180 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we are back live, human events, daily, Real America's
00:28:00.660 Voice.
00:28:02.000 And we're on now.
00:28:03.440 I want to bring on our producer here who's working with us over the summer.
00:28:09.120 And we need to talk more about the plot against the UFC.
00:28:13.700 And this was actually a massive, sprawling national plot where they were going to attack the White House.
00:28:23.220 You had a group that was connected through signal and social media and other elements.
00:28:28.020 They had a well-developed plan, which included not only planners, but financiers, people who were conducting armaments, building stockpiles of armaments, even a drone tech pilot, an expert who was planning to build bombs with these drones.
00:28:45.540 Now, the FBI found out about this. There's currently a manhunt underway for the last
00:28:50.360 remaining individuals that were associated with this. But I wanted to get into the very latest.
00:28:56.180 So our very own producer, Ellie, has actually been doing a ton of digging on this. She's done
00:29:00.340 a great job. So, producer Ellie, what is the latest in terms of the arrests and court appearances
00:29:06.100 in the UFC plot? The latest news that came out about this was over the weekend, a man named
00:29:14.180 Alexander Mercado was from Chicago and he was recently arrested in an indictment and it came
00:29:26.240 out that he was actually part of the plot as well. So that is the eighth person who was arrested
00:29:30.980 and will be actually appearing in court today. And we're seeing that these arrests are coming
00:29:37.940 out slowly and the FBI is releasing them one by one, maybe two at a time. But a lot of these men
00:29:45.400 are actually going to be in court today in their specific states that they've been, they were
00:29:52.000 arrested in. So they were arrested in these specific states. You've got multiple members
00:29:58.620 of court. So members going to the trial right now. So as, as it stands, do we know exactly,
00:30:05.340 And I understand that the FBI hasn't put out anything, everything on this because it's still ongoing.
00:30:11.260 Do we know how many are still outstanding?
00:30:14.180 Let's say it was 20, 23 total.
00:30:16.520 Do we know how many are still out there?
00:30:18.080 Right.
00:30:19.080 Yeah.
00:30:19.660 So the FBI believes that at least 20 people were involved in this case, in this attack plot.
00:30:28.160 At least according to the signal group chat, there were 20 participants in that chat.
00:30:32.260 There could have been more.
00:30:33.360 We're not entirely sure how widespread this entire plot was.
00:30:38.520 But so with the eight arrests, that means that at least 12, maybe more people are out there and have not been caught yet.
00:30:48.020 So eight to 12 still out there and they have not been caught yet.
00:30:53.320 So this this is an incredible piece of an ongoing manhunt, something that, you know, I remember when the Nancy Guthrie case was going on and mainstream media was all over this day in, day out.
00:31:08.540 We have to find Nancy. We have to find her. Where are they?
00:31:11.500 We even had a correspondent, a field correspondent, Kevin Posobiec, who went to the House, who was conducting ongoing assessments and ongoing investigation.
00:31:21.060 But when it comes to this, it seems like the rest of the mainstream media hasn't really been putting this together at all.
00:31:27.080 So we here at Human Events Daily are going to have to do the work that they just won't do.
00:31:32.800 Walk us through a little bit.
00:31:34.660 Who was the leader of this thing as as the information has come out?
00:31:38.940 Who does it seem was the guy really pulling the strings here?
00:31:41.820 The man who was identified by several participants as the leader was a man named
00:31:49.160 Abraham Alvarez, who went by the alias Shepard on his social media platforms.
00:31:53.700 Alvarez was 31 years old and he was from Omaha, Nebraska, but he actually wasn't born in the
00:31:59.100 United States.
00:32:00.100 He was born in Mexico and entered the United States on a B-2 visitor visa and failed to
00:32:04.700 deport before it expired on December 2001.
00:32:09.480 was able to stay in the United States under a act by the Obama administration known as
00:32:16.380 the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. So he was the ringleader of this entire thing.
00:32:21.260 He was the one who was organizing the participants. He was the one who was organizing the meetup
00:32:27.540 point in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where they all planned to meet before going to Washington,
00:32:33.360 DC to carry out the attack. He was also the one who was planning the escape route as well.
00:32:37.780 So he was leading the organization or he was leading the conspiracy, but there were several
00:32:43.280 people who were involved in other aspects.
00:32:45.900 So there was a man who was charged with organizing the plot into tiers.
00:32:53.280 So tier one would have had operators on the ground.
00:32:55.740 There was another tier, tier two, drivers and drone operators.
00:32:59.660 Tier three was logistical suppliers and tier four was social media influencers.
00:33:03.900 So they were organizing this plot, not only to take out the president of the United States
00:33:08.540 and several leaders of the cabinet, several members of Congress and celebrities, but they
00:33:15.040 were trying to actually jumpstart a revolution in the United States.
00:33:21.460 So the idea was that they would jumpstart a revolution by, I mean, did they actually
00:33:26.840 think that they could potentially take out the president of the United States or members
00:33:32.380 of the cabinet, the senior leadership of the government?
00:33:36.460 It appears so.
00:33:37.460 They had a very detailed operation going on and from what we do know from the DOJ press
00:33:43.320 releases and criminal affidavits that have been released currently, there was a lot of
00:33:47.300 communication on the signal platforms talking about tactical training, talking about building
00:33:52.700 drones with 3D printers, building explosives to attach to the drones.
00:33:59.140 They talked about raising funds among the 20 of them to put towards this entire plot.
00:34:05.580 I think they genuinely did believe that they were going to be successful in carrying out
00:34:10.240 this attack against the president and his cabinet members and other United States officials.
00:34:14.940 I think they genuinely believed as well that they would have the support of the majority
00:34:19.700 of America behind them.
00:34:20.860 We know that's not true, but they have been sort of disillusioned by the media and the
00:34:29.580 other attacks that have been, or attempted attacks on President Trump's life.
00:34:33.820 We know that just in the past year there have been several attempted, several who have tried
00:34:39.100 to get close to the president, some who even got shots off.
00:34:42.020 So I believe that they did think because of all the media surrounding these other attacks
00:34:49.000 just the rhetoric that has been growing in the United States, that they were going to be successful
00:34:54.240 and that they were going to get America going on a revolution. So this is exactly what President
00:35:02.200 Trump has been talking about recently when he talks about this idea that communism is a great
00:35:07.000 threat to America. And of course, Dr. Charles, who was just on the program here, had a great
00:35:11.980 point as well when he said that, hey, actually, where President Trump was when he was making that
00:35:16.700 speech was the most recent place where he had survived yet another assassination attempt
00:35:24.020 in terms of one that got directly probably just about 100 feet or 100 yards from where
00:35:31.480 the president was, the one floor up and down the staircase.
00:35:34.820 And so this idea that he would return there and specifically say this is communism, this
00:35:41.600 is revolutionary violence, that it's exactly what he's talking about. And I think you're 100%
00:35:48.140 correct that we see this lineup between what the president's saying, not just the three
00:35:54.560 assassination attempts that he has survived, but also even this plot, because there are these
00:35:59.920 people who have come together and walk me through again. I mean, these people just were not, you
00:36:06.860 know, friends. They didn't know each other in person, in the physical space. They were actually
00:36:11.460 all over the country and had kind of met through the internet. Is that correct?
00:36:15.760 That is correct. They met on a TikTok group and it is believed that this group started in or around
00:36:21.600 March, 2026. They're not entirely sure about the exact date there, but they do know that
00:36:26.560 they've been communicating for several months now and they called themselves the vanguard of the old.
00:36:32.120 And this was a group of people all over the United States. A lot of very young people,
00:36:37.980 the youngest person involved that we know of as of right now is 19 years old, and the oldest was
00:36:43.020 32 years old. So they were young, mostly men, if not all men, who are from Ohio, California,
00:36:51.340 Illinois, Missouri, all over the place. And they were interacting because of this TikTok group.
00:36:58.140 And one person who was accused of being involved, Tyson Proper,
00:37:04.300 He was the one who his mother alerted the authorities about the attempted or the conspiracy
00:37:11.500 to attack the president.
00:37:12.940 Tyson was a kind of disillusioned by this group because he was actually involved because
00:37:20.360 he had seen something about that the group was advertising about a staging a protest.
00:37:26.420 He didn't know what kind of protest it would be, but then he got involved in this group
00:37:29.860 and saw that it was much more than a protest.
00:37:31.720 It was actually a conspiracy to attack the United States.
00:37:35.780 Well, and perhaps that's going to be part of his defense plan. 0.60
00:37:40.220 I'm also reading as well that some of the court documents refer to them not just as the vanguard of the old, but also vanguard of the old republic.
00:37:49.680 And for anyone who knows, that may be actually a Star Wars reference.
00:37:54.860 The Old Republic has been a Star Wars era that was referred to as like the era of the prequels.
00:38:01.920 And so it may actually, I mean, I don't want to draw that without having more specifics,
00:38:06.220 but Vanguard of the Old Republic sounds a little bit like a group of Star Wars guys to me.
00:38:11.320 We'll be right back.
00:38:12.080 Jack Posobiec from Defense Daily, Real Markers Voice.
00:38:24.860 I call this the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:30.920 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential
00:38:35.180 nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:36.880 And that is, I'm going to be honest.
00:38:44.080 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live, final segment here at Human Events Daily.
00:38:48.980 We're on with producer Ellie.
00:38:51.800 We're talking about this situation here with this left wing revolutionary cell that seemed to be targeting or that was targeting UFC and interesting piece of information that came out in a new document.
00:39:06.880 So the organization had called themselves or we were told they had called themselves Vanguard of the Old.
00:39:12.640 But some court documents have actually referred to them as Vanguard of the Old Republic.
00:39:19.640 and of course for anyone who's familiar with the internet knows that that phrase the old republic
00:39:26.280 refers to star wars and refers to a star wars uh specifically game an online uh mmoprg
00:39:33.640 so an online rpg game where actually there is a group or a class of soldiers called
00:39:41.520 the vanguard and which would speak to uh predominantly male members now i i don't know
00:39:48.100 if that's definitely a Star Wars reference, but something that certainly piques my interest
00:39:55.460 because I have said for a long time that Star Wars has become very politicized, that the series
00:40:02.580 has become politicized. And we also know that Mark Hamill, and I'm not going to make this
00:40:08.160 accusation until we get more information, but we do know that Mark Hamill has recently made posts
00:40:13.560 calling for the death of President Trump. He posted a picture of a gravestone with President
00:40:18.760 Trump saying, if only. And, you know, that that was one of the situations that we find. And in
00:40:28.080 fact, there was another, you know, huge Star Wars fan that that went and committed a murder out in
00:40:33.980 California recently. So, again, not not saying that's exactly what this was, but certainly
00:40:39.180 something that i'd like to take a look at as we get more information we do know that one of the
00:40:45.080 individuals as well was an illegal alien is was was it the the main uh ringleader seems to be an
00:40:51.800 illegal do we know if the others were uh if there were any other illegals or or you know form of
00:40:56.620 daca as he was this deferred action for child arrivals uh the obama era plan or does it seem
00:41:02.740 like the rest were citizens as far as we know now as far as we know it seems to me that the
00:41:08.900 rest were citizens. At least if they weren't, the FBI is keeping it quiet or just choosing not to
00:41:18.120 focus on that because they haven't really released much in the press releases or affidavits about
00:41:23.620 much of that information. It very well possibly could be. But yeah, we're not entirely sure
00:41:30.920 as of right now where the other the other people involved just the immigration status or citizenship
00:41:39.900 status yeah they're in yeah this is this is something that comes up a lot in in a variety
00:41:45.860 of cases that we look at where you'll you'll get the information they'll put the charges out there
00:41:51.000 specifically at the state level you you tend to see this where you it's just a little bit
00:41:56.720 hard to actually dig in and get someone to say, yes, this person actually is an illegal alien.
00:42:03.280 It's something where I've even worked with, you know, some of the investigations we've done,
00:42:08.060 we work with DHS and try to, you know, wrestle this information, depending on the state, right?
00:42:12.620 If it's a blue area, they really don't like admitting that because they know that could
00:42:15.980 also subject them to immediate deportation. But, but they really just don't want to tell you
00:42:21.780 sometimes whether or not the person was an illegal alien or not. And, and to be clear,
00:42:26.260 The only reason I'm asking is because we know that at least one individual was, which sparks to and certainly speaks to a lot of the, you know, a lot of the issues that we talk about on the program regarding assimilation, regarding this idea that people who have come here have come with good intentions, where here's someone who came as a minor, spent his formative years in the United States and then decides to do something like that.
00:42:51.820 But you mentioned that, you know, they see themselves as this vanguard, as as as a defensive posture when when you've been reading through these court documents, their motivations, do they seem to be that they want to overthrow the the government as it stands?
00:43:08.600 Or are they do they view themselves as sort of the defenders of the government that should be in power, just not, you know, Donald Trump and his his supporters?
00:43:18.960 that's a very good question and a very good perspective to look at this case with because
00:43:25.560 it is kind of murky as far as what they believe i do know that most of that that at least proper
00:43:33.580 when he was interviewed by authorities he did say that they wanted to spark a revolution in
00:43:40.060 the united states and they believe that their actions would lead to a greater revolution in
00:43:44.860 the U.S. So as far as what that looks like practically, I don't know if they necessarily
00:43:50.920 thought that far or if that information hasn't come out yet. But I do know that a lot of
00:43:57.180 them were very unhappy with President Trump specifically. President Trump as well as other
00:44:03.320 members of Congress who were favorable towards Israel. I know that they were upset about
00:44:10.340 the Epstein files and all of the controversy surrounding those, I know they were upset
00:44:16.160 about the, how the government was using water, and so they just, I know that they made a
00:44:21.720 list of grievances, as far as what they thought was going to be the outcome, it's really not
00:44:27.500 entirely clear, as far as if they wanted a full-blown revolution of the government or
00:44:33.300 if they wanted to transition to power, I'm not entirely sure yet, yeah.
00:44:38.580 100%. And we need to also kind of understand the scale of the potential disaster that we're talking about. There were at least 100,000 people that were in attendance, you know, 10,000 and then another, you know, 10 to 15,000 and then another 85,000 in the fan area.
00:44:57.200 there not only to include the president, the first lady, the vice president, pretty much the entire
00:45:04.540 cabinet was there. And then just all of the fans who were in the fan area who had shown up,
00:45:11.580 there was a ticket lottery. It was totally free to attend. I was there myself with my wife.
00:45:18.360 And there were millions of people who were watching this on Paramount Plus on live stream.
00:45:23.460 So this is something where and to your point, they they thought that they could create a chaos situation where they would hit the event itself.
00:45:32.140 And then they wanted people to flee, to run down the street and then have snipers positioned along the, you know, along the streets, along Constitution Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, so that as people were fleeing, they would be caught in what's called the fatal funnel of sniper fire alongside.
00:45:50.740 So, you know, the first attack, the primary attack, then a secondary attack. This was something that actually had a lot of sophistication. But they wanted this on TV. They wanted the imagery of carnage and destruction to be the takeaway. Death instead of a celebration of our country, a celebration of patriotism, which is what the event actually turned out to be.
00:46:13.660 flyovers and American flags. It included the actual declaration of independence in the final
00:46:21.320 the final match. I mean, these are the symbols and the White House itself, the symbols and
00:46:27.240 iconography of what should unite all of us as Americans, not this violence and death that they
00:46:36.940 wanted to occur. And it remains to be seen that unfortunately, you know, and I'll just ask you,
00:46:45.360 having looked at this, if they don't catch these guys, do you think they might try again?
00:46:51.520 That's a really good question. And honestly, that's been something on my mind personally.
00:46:56.480 As a current resident of Washington, D.C., I am unsure if they will try anything again. And I,
00:47:04.260 But it's also remarkable to think about the fact that we don't know how far this could
00:47:11.440 have gone if the mother of Tyson Proper hadn't recognized his behavior and seen some of his
00:47:18.320 communications and noticed that he purchased all these firearms.
00:47:21.820 If she hadn't reached out to the FBI authorities, then who knows how far it would have gotten
00:47:25.980 at that point.
00:47:27.900 Thankfully she did, and thankfully they were able to deter the attack.
00:47:33.200 But it is something that has been on my mind and on the mind of, I'm sure, many other people
00:47:37.020 living in Washington, D.C., and authorities and officials who are in our government right
00:47:42.660 now.
00:47:43.900 And yeah, who knows when the FBI will release that information.
00:47:48.760 Hopefully they're working quickly, and I'm sure they are, to figure out who else was
00:47:53.460 involved in these attempted attacks.
00:47:55.080 Ellis Meyer, producer for Human Events, thank you so much for all of your work on this.
00:47:59.700 Of course, we know that the state fair, the 250th state fair is going on right now.
00:48:04.200 We want to make sure that that is kept safe.
00:48:06.860 The president is kept safe.
00:48:07.900 Number of other events as we hurtle towards the 4th of July, America's 250th birthday
00:48:14.280 this Saturday.
00:48:16.220 Stay vigilant out there, folks.
00:48:17.600 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
