00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I'm excited to let you know that finally the new edition of Unhuman Socialist Revolution is available for pre-order.
00:00:08.720 It's coming out in October. You can get it at unhumansbook.com or amazon.com.
00:00:15.060 Make sure to go and learn the tactics to crush the communist uprising.
00:00:24.400 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:30.000 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:39.780 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:43.140 Christ is king.
00:00:45.680 And nearly seven months into the war with Iran, Americans are also footing a rapidly rising bill.
00:00:51.240 From the price of the war itself, the Congressional Budget Office now estimating $38 billion in rising,
00:00:57.340 to the price of the things we need, like oil, more than $106 a barrel.
00:01:02.760 The slowdown in the Strait of Hormuz and the closure of a key Saudi pipeline
00:01:06.700 driving up the price of gas.
00:01:08.980 President Trump blasting justices he appointed after the Supreme Court
00:01:12.540 blocked his attempt to restrict mail-in voting ahead of this year's midterm elections.
00:01:16.600 The ruling means states can continue to send mail-in ballots with Election Day just 49 days away.
00:01:23.400 Today's decision day for the Fed, which is considering raising interest rates
00:01:26.760 for the first time since 2023, despite President Trump's calls for lower rates.
00:01:32.140 The Air Force secretary is making it official the U.S. has weapons in space. At a Space Forces
00:01:38.600 Association conference, Troy Menick said the U.S. now has, quote, on-orbit space control weapons
00:01:45.680 built to defend American forces against hostile actions. The Kennedy Center is now closed after
00:01:51.920 its Trump-led board voted Tuesday to shut down the building for a two-year renovation.
00:01:57.280 The center closed immediately after administrators warned that keeping the building open could put
00:02:01.820 lives at risk. But President Trump says the $250 million renovation won't begin until an appeals
00:02:08.120 court rules on the fight over putting his name on the building. A federal judge has blocked that
00:02:13.120 name change, ruling the board doesn't have the authority to rename the presidential memorial
00:02:17.780 without Congress. Also breaking right now, Charlie Kirk's family says Utah Valley University,
00:02:23.660 campus police, and others did not properly address security concerns leading up to his
00:02:28.780 assassination. They say the university failed to secure rooftops or establish a secure perimeter
00:02:34.200 around the outdoor event. They also claim there were no first responders immediately available
00:02:38.920 after the shooting. UVU says it is aware of the notice. The university has 60 days to respond
00:02:44.400 before the family can file a formal lawsuit.
00:02:47.940 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:02:52.080 We're here live on Real America's Voice.
00:02:54.100 Today is September 16th, 2026, Anno Domine.
00:02:58.000 Well, of course, by now you've all seen the headlines,
00:03:01.000 and of course it has come out in filing as well to public documents.
00:03:05.600 People can now see it.
00:03:06.940 New filing out by the Kirk family suing Utah Valley University,
00:03:13.040 saying that officials knew of the campus rooftop risk ahead of Charlie's murder.
00:03:19.380 And now a lot of people are saying that it's about time.
00:03:23.620 A lot of some people have even said, you know, why do this now?
00:03:26.360 What's the timing?
00:03:27.520 Well, you know, look, I haven't spoken to the family about this,
00:03:31.320 or their legal representative, but I would say that the timing does make sense
00:03:37.360 that now the preliminary hearing has ended.
00:03:39.520 So now the preliminary hearing has ended.
00:03:41.360 Now that the entire situation has moved in the criminal side from this case, now moving towards, of course, trial.
00:03:50.880 Trial date has yet to be set.
00:03:53.280 But now that the charges have been formally filed, that Tyler Robinson has been formally indicted, he has pled not guilty at this time.
00:04:04.600 The preliminary evidence has been shown to the entire world, of course, and shown in court.
00:04:10.840 now it makes sense because that hadn't happened yet none of that had happened prior to just what
00:04:16.100 two weeks ago now and so it makes sense that now and of course with the one-year anniversary
00:04:23.340 also coinciding with all of that which i'm not even sure how to explain how those sorts of
00:04:31.900 things happen and god has a plan that's that's we're all just subject to it and that's now one
00:04:38.960 year out one year out the lawsuit coming forward on the civil side saying that look and and a lot
00:04:45.660 of the questions people have asked me i've i've i've asked questions as well from obviously the
00:04:50.840 day that it happened the moment that it happened how could this have occurred um obvious question
00:04:58.900 was were the roofs the jurisdiction were they the responsibility of the campus police they were
00:05:06.220 There's no question about that. It's obvious. And it's also obvious that they were not covered
00:05:11.940 and certainly not covered in terms of the buildings that had a line of sight
00:05:15.460 from where Charlie was sitting and where he was holding his event and in the courtyard there.
00:05:23.800 And in addition, the lack of drones, the fact that the campus PD didn't have drones up that,
00:05:31.020 And I would very much like to know, just on a personal level, did the campus PD reach out to the Orem PD, who, from my understanding, has a very well-developed and very sophisticated drone program?
00:05:47.740 I'd very much like to know that because I was told, or it's my understanding at least, that the TPUSA drones, because TPUSA, of course, obviously has lots of cameras when we hold events and even does have a number of drones for filming, not for security purposes, but for filming, you know, crowd size, crowd shots, that kind of thing.
00:06:06.800 and typically had been restricted
00:06:12.400 from using those while the event was going on.
00:06:16.140 So I have a lot of questions about the drones
00:06:18.800 and I'm hoping that we will be able
00:06:23.540 to get some of those answers and more.
00:06:27.560 Nothing's ever going to make this right.
00:06:29.660 Nothing's ever going to fix what happened.
00:06:32.280 but hopefully there can be at least some sense of closure on a lot of these unanswered questions
00:06:40.960 questions that i personally have and questions that keep me up at night be right back jack
00:06:48.260 Eposobic, Human Events Daily.
00:06:49.940 Get you with Lauren.
00:07:18.260 jack where is jack where is jack where is he jack i want to see you
00:07:27.720 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:07:35.200 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys who be getting
00:07:40.140 policies. All right, Jack Posobiec, we are back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's
00:07:48.180 Voice here today. And folks, I want to tell you something. Right now, there's a page on the
00:07:53.980 internet with your name at the very top of it. It's true. It's right there. I've seen it. It's
00:07:59.340 not a myth. Your home address, your phone number, your relatives, your old addresses.
00:08:04.420 going back years you never made that page and you never said yes to it but you know something a
00:08:10.920 company called a data broker did build it to make money and there are hundreds of companies just like
00:08:15.420 it each one publishing their own version of you here's what that means a stranger with your name
00:08:21.140 in 20 minutes can figure out where you live where you used to live who your family is and when you
00:08:26.780 bought your house they can map out your whole life and the people doing that homework on you
00:08:31.420 not doing it for a good reason. That's how the scams start. They find out your birthday. They
00:08:36.800 find out your mother's maiden name. Now they can answer your bank security questions better than
00:08:41.500 you can. That's why I use Patriot Protect. They go to those sites and they get your information
00:08:47.940 taken off. And they keep checking. It's a monitoring service. So if it pops back up again,
00:08:52.160 they take it back down. Before Patriot Protect, you could go on to Google and type in your own
00:08:56.720 name. And guess what? You pull up your home address, page after page of it, all that information.
00:09:01.420 Afterwards, he comes invisible.
00:09:04.060 Patriot Protect is so great,
00:09:04.960 they have pulled tens of thousands of records
00:09:07.040 for listeners of Human Events Daily.
00:09:09.520 My family is on my plan.
00:09:11.060 I got my mom and dad on my plan too.
00:09:12.560 And in fact, other services just send you an alert
00:09:15.500 after your money's already gone.
00:09:17.820 Your information, all of it's already gone.
00:09:20.340 Patriot Protect makes you and your family unsearchable.
00:09:22.860 So the scams never get started.
00:09:25.040 And think about it.
00:09:25.660 These phone scams that are out there,
00:09:27.460 they can run people thousands of dollars.
00:09:29.340 becoming unsearchable costs a whole lot less and it's simple if they don't remove any of your
00:09:35.660 records within 30 days you get your money back that page that's got your name up on it right now
00:09:40.180 while you're listening to me go get it for 15 off their annual plans go to patriotprotect.com
00:09:46.500 slash poso and use promo code poso at checkout the link is in the description that's patriotprotect.com
00:09:52.140 slash poso promo code poso a stranger can map out your whole life in 20 minutes unless you become
00:09:58.440 unsearchable. And by the way, it just occurs to me while I'm talking about this that
00:10:02.660 we're about to go and talk to Andrew Branca and talk about the Lindsay Clancy juror and the
00:10:11.240 Lindsay Clancy loan juror getting doxxed. His Gibson Go, which I've been driving just online
00:10:19.080 everywhere, is now up to a quarter of a million dollars. And of course, he was doxxed. But perhaps
00:10:26.640 he wouldn't have been if he had Patriot Protect. And so I'm just going to say right now that if
00:10:31.860 it's at all possible, I would love and be honored to have Human Events Daily to be able to sponsor
00:10:38.680 a Patriot Protect account for the loan holdout. And so that if his information is still out there
00:10:47.540 on these pages, that we'll be able to get it down and do that. And so I'm just calling an
00:10:54.440 audible here and saying guys let's uh let's see what we can do to connect the dots behind the
00:10:58.260 scenes to see if we can see if we can do some some good there but i want to get andrew branco
00:11:03.560 on andrew how are you i'm doing great man thanks for having me back well of course so so obviously
00:11:10.800 so much has changed in in the aftermath of the lindsey clancy i think before last time we had
00:11:16.440 you on um it had not gone to a mistrial we thought it was about to go to a mistrial it did go to a
00:11:21.880 mistrial. Now there's been all of this background about the loan holdout. I don't want to use his
00:11:30.120 name. I don't, I just, I don't want to use that here, but he has come forward in a limited sense
00:11:36.260 already. And we do know that he's Haitian. We know that he is a, that he's Catholic. That's
00:11:45.280 his family has talked about that. And it turns out that reportedly he's also a registered
00:11:51.980 Republican. And there's been some some more information that's coming out. He's he is sort
00:11:56.640 of talking, but not on camera yet and releasing some photos to folks. Walk us through this whole
00:12:03.680 situation that we're looking at where, you know, people are there were some people who are mad at
00:12:08.240 me for raising the money. There's people doxing jurors now. It seems like the entire system of
00:12:14.580 the way we hold trials is completely changed? Well, I mean, the left is resorting to its old
00:12:20.300 cancel culture techniques, right? They'll try to destroy this guy in the public mind.
00:12:25.000 If they do a retrial of Lindsay Clancy, which I expect they will, everybody who's called for jury
00:12:30.640 duty is going to know that if they don't vote the right way, and the right way is however the 0.97
00:12:35.080 progressive Massachusetts feminists want them to vote, meaning, of course, not guilty, Lindsay 1.00
00:12:40.520 clancy for having murdered her three children brutally uh if they don't vote the right way 1.00
00:12:44.620 consistent with a non-guilty verdict they can expect their life to be destroyed too
00:12:48.820 well and that's that's and so this is what i saw some people saying that so it was you know
00:12:55.820 people were saying that if and i guess these are lindsey clancy supporters i don't know they were
00:13:00.940 saying that me raising money for the holdout juror was creating was potentially me breaking
00:13:08.520 the law because oh i'm offering somebody money because of their vote uh on a jury and i said
00:13:14.460 and i looked at i said well how does that make any sense if the votes already happened i don't
00:13:19.620 understand how that's interfering if if the vote has already occurred right it doesn't make any
00:13:24.580 sense uh you know the statute that would apply here it's 13b under massachusetts law it it it
00:13:31.100 really addresses jury intimidation uh attempting to manipulate how a juror might vote if you had
00:13:36.780 been raising money for him and he knew money was being raised before he had rendered his vote in
00:13:42.320 the mistrial, that might have been manipulation of a juror. But of course, you didn't. None of
00:13:47.660 this was happening until after the mistrial had occurred, after he was no longer a voting juror
00:13:53.860 in those deliberations. So it's completely meaningless. It could not have been any kind
00:13:58.380 of manipulation of a juror. But so, you know, there is an interesting, I've thought about this
00:14:04.720 for a while, though. And I'm not very clear about this. My lawyer's present that I'm not advocating
00:14:14.280 for this. But as a thought experiment, couldn't there perhaps be a danger that people create
00:14:20.780 these sorts of things for on both sides of a case and and say, oh, well, here's a pot of money.
00:14:26.820 If the case turns out this it's like we have these prediction markets, right, the betting markets.
00:14:30.720 And let's use the betting markets as an example, that what if there was a situation where somebody placed a huge amount on there being a mistrial and then that person finds their way onto a jury, right?
00:14:44.440 So now suddenly all the interest gives you potentially access to a higher – you're growing your pot of money in terms of your payout if you get the mistrial and you're on the jury.
00:14:55.680 So it's creating these perverse incentives into our system that didn't exist when our system was invented.
00:15:02.760 Right. So this particular statute about jury intimidation, it was first made into law in 1969.
00:15:09.700 It very much predates the Internet era, the social media fundraising era.
00:15:14.120 And, of course, what really matters here is the expectation of the juror.
00:15:18.720 If they come to believe that even though there's no funding being done for them during the trial, but if they vote the right way, that will be done.
00:15:26.900 It's no different than when the left does these book contracts with their, like for Hillary Clinton, they give her $20 million to write a book that no one will read.
00:15:36.400 They don't have to tell her they're going to do that, right?
00:15:38.640 She knows.
00:15:39.480 That's just the way it's done.
00:15:40.940 That's how they transfer wealth to the members of their team after they're out of political office.
00:15:46.180 And the same could be true of jurors, and that would have an influence effect upon them.
00:15:54.460 Well, and it's and of course, that's that's that's what they're all talking about.
00:15:57.640 They say, oh, money didn't change exchange hands until after the presidency ended.
00:16:02.640 But of course, you know, we can all look at that and say, well, there's there's a perception of impropriety here or the same with Hunter Biden being on the board of Burisma during his father's vice presidency.
00:16:13.620 while his his father was setting Ukraine policy. A lot of these questions, of course, with the
00:16:19.400 Ukraine were going on as to whether or not that played a role. And by the way, you know, I still
00:16:24.480 yet to see anyone question actually question Biden about this. And so when we look at some of these
00:16:30.320 things, you know, obviously, I am not in support of Jack Posobiec being arrested for this when it
00:16:37.000 comes down to it. But at the same time, I I do think that there is a problem that if someone
00:16:42.600 were to do this during a trial or before a trial, obviously there's another trial going on
00:16:49.400 that will be going on that unless there's a plea deal or something, which I could very well see
00:16:55.020 in this case, by the way, that that that potentially you could create these huge issues
00:17:01.520 because to your point, we didn't have the Internet. We didn't have social media. We didn't have all of
00:17:07.020 these things when the system was created yeah and just imagine the vote had been reversed right
00:17:13.260 there'd been 11 votes for guilty and one holdout juror sorry 11 votes for yeah 11 votes for guilty
00:17:20.220 one holdout juror for not guilty so there was a mistrial that favored uh lindsey clancy the left
00:17:25.640 would have raised a million dollars for their champion holdout juror who did the right thing
00:17:30.780 and made sure that lindsey clancy was not convicted for the murder of her children 0.96
00:17:34.160 So it all depends on whose ox is being gored.
00:17:40.420 And obviously this creates, the issue with this is our system, our system was created at a time in America where we just had the honor system, where people were honorable who wanted to serve on juries and honor was not something that was in scarce supply.
00:17:58.620 But now I see these other jurors, and we'll talk about it after the break as well.
00:18:03.720 They seem like, and they don't seem like, they're activists.
00:18:07.400 They're just obviously activists, and you can hear it in all of the statements that they're making.
00:18:11.940 So quote Supreme Court Justice.
00:18:14.240 Okay, just to quote Ketanji Jackson.
00:18:17.160 They don't know the assignment.
00:18:18.720 These jurors don't know the assignment. 0.99
00:18:20.300 They think they're serving social justice.
00:18:22.100 They don't understand their role is limited to applying the facts and the law to this particular case and defendant.
00:18:30.100 And it's it's it's as simple as that.
00:18:32.260 It's they want to play this game of, oh, it's the narrative.
00:18:36.380 And how does this affect?
00:18:37.700 I heard what I'm saying. 1.00
00:18:38.660 We need to make sure that women's health issues are given the forefront in America. 1.00
00:18:42.420 I'm thinking, no, that is not the job of a jerk. 0.99
00:18:46.140 You should have walked off the jury, raised your hand and say, I can't be an impartial juror here because you're not being impartial. 0.99
00:18:52.100 you're not being impartial at all you're viewing yourself as a representative of all women not as
00:18:56.960 a representative of your community who's trying the case right back jack was so big human events daily
00:19:02.760 Influencers, these are influencers, and they're friends of mine, Jack Rusovic, where's Jack?
00:19:26.960 Jack, he's done a great job.
00:19:32.760 All right, folks, Jack Pesovic live here at Human Events Daily.
00:19:36.440 Ladies and gentlemen, it feels like our country finally is getting some momentum again, with
00:19:41.120 our leaders fighting to restore common sense in America first.
00:19:44.420 But we've seen this before.
00:19:46.040 Conservatives start to get comfortable, and the left starts by taking back ground inch
00:19:49.920 by inch.
00:19:51.040 We cannot let that happen in these midterms.
00:19:53.660 America needs every one of us in the fight, and a big part of that means supporting companies
00:19:57.600 that actually stand for our values.
00:20:00.320 That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile.
00:20:03.000 Patriot Mobile gives you premium priority nationwide service on any of the three major U.S. networks.
00:20:08.740 So you get the coverage you need, plus unlimited data plans, mobile hotspot, international roaming, and 100% U.S.-based customer support.

00:20:20.880 But Patriot Mobile is so much more than a great wireless service.

00:20:28.760 by donating millions every year to organizations fighting for our freedoms.
00:20:34.260 Let me tell you something. Glenn and Jenny's story over there are phenomenal.
00:20:37.560 So make the Patriot switch. Go to PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:20:43.260 Use promo code POSO and guess what? You get a free month of service.
00:20:46.040 That's PatriotMobile.com slash POSO or 972-PATRIOT to make the Patriot switch today.
00:20:53.400 So when we get back on, we're on with Andrew Branko.
00:20:55.180 We're talking about the Lindsey Clancy case, the fallout,
00:20:59.760 all of this information that's now coming out about the lone juror.
00:21:03.720 And, you know, I just have to say it's very obvious to me that one of the pictures,
00:21:09.600 and perhaps he did this on purpose,
00:21:12.240 when he put that picture out of himself holding a young girl,
00:21:16.360 which, I mean, it looks like to me like a father looking at his daughter,
00:21:19.540 that he's a guy with a young girl.
00:21:22.460 He's a father of a young girl.
00:21:24.280 I don't need anyone else to explain any further about why he voted the way he did.
00:21:30.440 Yeah, and I feel the same way.
00:21:32.140 I'm a father of three daughters, and the thought of them being strangled to death
00:21:36.040 and then that crime, that killing, being legally excused with zero criminal culpability
00:21:43.580 based on the kind of evidence, very weak evidence of insanity that we had in this case, is madness.
00:21:50.420 no no it's it's complete madness and and the whole story about him with the with the taking
00:21:58.360 the actual uh the gym belt and using the the water bottles and it it all it all clicks it all makes
00:22:05.680 sense and it sounded to me like he was trying to get through to these other jurors who didn't seem
00:22:11.920 like they were trying to weigh the evidence at all they were trying to as you say justify the
00:22:17.640 actions because of these activist narratives that they were bringing into the jury the jury box
00:22:22.860 yeah again they simply didn't understand how limited their assignment was and this is you
00:22:28.480 know the jury system in america is profoundly broken on on many levels but one of the levels
00:22:32.820 is that this this true crime fandom out there the this body of people who are fascinated by
00:22:39.280 criminal trials who've watched svu uh endlessly law and order endlessly for decades and they seem
00:22:46.160 to think that what has to happen in a trial is every possible hypothetical of how things could
00:22:51.900 have happened needs to have a definitive answer, or we just can't know what really happened here.
00:22:57.620 And so they build these crazy speculative narratives in their head. In this case,
00:23:01.700 some of them were speculating, well, you know, it was all over the internet, that the husband
00:23:05.240 must have actually killed the kids. He orchestrated all this, completely inconsistent with all the
00:23:10.220 evidence. And they craft these very complex conspiracy theory types of narratives in their
00:23:15.860 head. And if those narratives are emotionally satisfying to them, you'll never shift them from
00:23:21.460 that position. They're not doing their jobs in trying to assess reasonable doubt, which is a
00:23:28.680 doubt that's literally based on reason, the application of your powers of reason to the law
00:23:34.800 and the facts of the case. Instead, they're bringing up these speculative fictions that
00:23:40.300 they become emotionally attached to for various reasons, feminism, whatever it might be, and then 0.59
00:23:45.500 Then they get locked in and you'll never change them from that position to a reasoned verdict.
00:23:53.260 And and by the way, I think, guys, we have a we have a an expert reconstruction of what it may have looked like inside that jury room.
00:24:05.320 It wasn't Lindsay's fault. She had postpartum depression.
00:24:08.260 Lindsay was sick. She needed help.
00:24:10.920 Lindsay killed her three children. I think you all are sick and need help. 0.99
00:24:14.740 It wasn't Lindsay's. She needed help.
00:24:21.500 That's phenomenal, by the way. It's a free thinker fit made that within within minutes. 0.98
00:24:26.720 I mean, the A.I. is getting we don't even need, you know, Netflix dramas anymore because people are just making it in real time right now.
00:24:35.540 But this obviously is the issue, right? This is the big issue.
00:24:39.280 And and and I'll just say, you know, probably I think everyone's thinking it as well, that, of course, Charlie's murder case is going to come up at at some point right down the line.
00:24:49.740 And we want the jurors in that case to be focused on the evidence and not on these these grand narratives of society.
00:24:59.960 If someone comes in, for example, and that's why I think, by the way, that the defense has been bringing up the trans issue and saying in the last hearing, the closing arguments brought up and said, oh, Charlie Kirk was hateful against the LGBT community.
00:25:20.120 And I'm thinking, I know where this is going. They're going to try to find some lawyer or excuse me, some juror who's on there that to say, maybe not the question of guilt, but in the perhaps in the sentencing phase, that if we can just get one to say, oh, well, you know, Charlie was a was a hate monger.
00:25:36.800 Then perhaps, as they say, it only takes one juror.
00:25:40.120 one juror acts as a poison pill deliberately being activist and you would think well why don't we
00:25:45.980 filter these activist jurors out during jury selection during voir dire and the answer is
00:25:51.040 first it's kind of hard to do you can look at people's social media in theory you could do a
00:25:56.240 background check in every one of them but it's very resource intensive and it's not how jury
00:26:01.400 selection is typically done jury selection is is generally very fast so people don't know most
00:26:06.660 murder trials are one day from beginning to end, jury selection to verdict, all happens in a single
00:26:12.180 day. So the juries are selected very, very, very quickly. There's not time to do a lot of
00:26:17.040 introspection. At the federal level, juries, you have a few minutes with each particular juror. So
00:26:22.160 it's hard to do a kind of thorough vetting of these jurors. Now, certainly, these are profile cases.
00:26:28.920 For a number of the trials that I've covered as well in the D.C. area, there needs to be some
00:26:33.940 standard set where social media is pursued more aggressively so that you can actually make sure
00:26:40.060 that you don't have activists on either either side getting on the jury and it happens again
00:26:44.960 and again Andrew Branca where can people go to follow you the Branca show on x on rumble on
00:26:51.400 YouTube all right x rumble YouTube make sure you're going foul and following the Andrew Branca
00:26:57.900 show and the Branca show it is phenomenal Jack Posobiec back with more after this
00:27:03.320 I'm a communist on the faculty of one university is one communist human.
00:27:33.320 One communist among the American advisors at Yalta was one communist, Tumani.
00:27:43.160 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we are back live.
00:27:46.700 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:27:48.420 And I just can't get over this.
00:27:50.520 The fact that one of the first photos that we got of the lone holdout juror, that he released himself, that reportedly released himself.
00:28:02.560 And it seems to be actually him is, of course, him with a little girl who appears to be his newborn daughter.
00:28:10.580 And I want to get Joshua Lysak on here.
00:28:13.300 He's the co-author of Unhuman Socialist Revolution.
00:28:17.020 And we've done a lot of work together.
00:28:19.900 And Joshua, my question for you is we write in Socialist Revolution.
00:28:26.540 We write in the first Unhumans over and over.
00:28:29.920 And you've written even in other books that it's fathers.
00:28:33.220 It's fathers stepping up that are going to be the ones that get us out of this mess.
00:28:39.520 And that's exactly what happened here.
00:28:43.080 Yes, Jack, that's right.
00:28:44.440 And thank you for having me on.
00:28:46.500 What is so interesting, the optics of it, the optics really do say everything.
00:28:51.540 Here is a citizen and a man who looked at the facts of the case.
00:28:57.440 and the jurors who came out publicly, as far as we can tell, lied about him, lied maliciously.
00:29:04.860 It looks like many of the rumors that were shared about him were provided by not even members of
00:29:11.180 his own family, but it looks like there might be a little bit of a divorce revenge scenario that
00:29:17.280 he might have going on with a soon-to-be ex-wife or ex-wife type scenario. It looks like that was
00:29:22.680 some motivation there. So this poor fellow is being attacked, really, on all sides of the
00:29:28.540 matter. But that one picture of him with the baby, with his daughter, that says it all.
00:29:35.300 Something that Rich Barris and I talk about in Burn It Down, which comes out here in a couple
00:29:39.760 weeks. We dedicated the book to the dads who will save us all. And what we talk about in that book
00:29:46.000 is the rise of the para-father, para meaning above or alongside, something like that. The
00:29:53.260 para-father is an American figure that we see archetypally rising up more and more in our 0.95
00:30:00.840 society to set things right. Civilization has always been built by fathers for their children.
00:30:10.840 Civilization is protected by fathers for their children and their families and maintained, grown, spread.
00:30:18.700 Civilization will perhaps one day go to and through the solar system because of fathers.
00:30:26.400 And it's until we get to that point, it's up to fathers and the para-fathers of our civilization to be fathers by extension to more and more.
00:30:36.960 And in this way, this lone holdout hero-juror, in a way, spiritually has functioned as a para-father, as a father figure to Patrick Clancy's three murdered children. 0.85
00:30:53.980 There's numerous scriptures, Bible verses, that speak to innocent blood crying out from the soil upon which it was shed.
00:31:04.460 And this lone holdout hero juror, this father, he heard their voice when the other 11 jurors refused to listen.
00:31:15.840 Well, and again, it's fathers.
00:31:19.520 It's all fathers.
00:31:21.240 All fathers get it.
00:31:22.080 Just all fathers. Just get it. Now, Joshua, I did want to, of course, while I have you here and I know we're by by phone, one of the biggest stories that dropped over the I guess over the weekend coming into this week was new information on Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:31:42.400 new information on these unhuman killers and murderers and in this case attempted murderer
00:31:51.860 what do you make and obviously you and i wrote the first book on the assassination attempt of
00:31:58.560 president trump at butler pa bulletproof what do you make of the new information that we're
00:32:03.620 learning about thomas matthew crooks and more importantly does it change what we learned about
00:32:09.760 him what we wrote about in that book no in fact it is a confirmation of what we did because we
00:32:16.020 were we were the first and as far as i know we were the only only figures with bulletproof to
00:32:21.400 highlight that there were at that time several unidentified people around thomas matthew crooks
00:32:28.800 and that of course clashed and i would use the word debunked the so-called lone wolf doing
00:32:34.920 everything alone description. We found that there were individuals who were visiting,
00:32:41.360 the same individual, visiting the family home several times a week leading up to the shooting.
00:32:48.080 We flagged several individuals who were accompanying Thomas Matthew Crooks, for example,
00:32:53.700 to the range, and it seemed that he had some support, some assistance. And this new information
00:33:01.760 that has come out also identified individuals
00:33:04.720 associated with his firearms training
00:33:06.980 and even the purchase of ammunition,
00:33:09.160 the very ammunition that we now believe
00:33:11.420 may have been involved in the attempted assassination
00:33:14.940 of Donald J. Trump and, of course,
00:33:16.940 the other Trump supporter shootings that occurred that day,
00:33:20.700 as well as the death of Corey Comparatori,
00:33:24.520 who very tragically lost his life protecting his family
00:33:29.080 because that's what dads do.
00:33:31.760 And the right. So, I mean, again, you see you see fathers throughout all of this.
00:33:36.900 And this is why we say that the antidote to on humans is fathers.
00:33:42.260 And it's actually very sad because in many of these cases, you know, with Thomas Crooks, they talk about.
00:33:54.220 You know, they talk about his father not having a good relationship with him.
00:33:59.200 they say that you know he was born without a sound he was emotionless that you know not a strong
00:34:08.000 you know not a strong relationship at all um you know talks there was some information that
00:34:15.880 he again as we know that he built homemade um homemade weapons we know that he was making
00:34:24.720 homemade bombs that were found that day. And there's real questions about that. I would like
00:34:30.340 to know as well. We did talk about this in the book. Who was he talking to? Who was he talking
00:34:35.340 to about these homemade bombs? Who was he going online and connecting with to get this information?
00:34:41.820 Did he, you know, was this a 3D printed homemade Glock? I'd really like to know if there's more
00:34:48.100 there. But to your point, we see the father as well of Corey Compatori defending his wife and
00:34:55.260 daughters who, and I remember, I know you remember we sat pretty much right next to at the second
00:35:00.620 Butler rally. We were sitting right next to the Compatori family. That's right. Yes. There's,
00:35:07.500 there's a demonstrated significance of the presence of fathers in families such that when,
00:35:14.600 When dad checks out, like it looks like was the situation with Thomas Matthew Crooks, with Mr. Crooks and the Crooks family, when dad kind of checks out, you see often sort of a catastrophic cacophony and crises of meaning, purpose in the lives of the children of that family, often resulting in tragedy.
00:35:39.100 You know, you often see this with the greater the distance between a father and his children, the worse life is for those children.
00:35:46.500 You know, and of course, everyone is particularly and conservatives are familiar with statistics related to the outcomes of children, particularly sons that are growing up in a single mother household.
00:35:57.820 I don't believe that's an indictment of mothers, but rather it is a demonstration of the necessity of the father in children's lives, such that we also see from the statistics that single dads, interestingly enough, single dads who raise their children, their kids' outcomes are similar to kids who grow up in a nuclear family with married, biological, heterosexual parents.
00:36:24.440 It's just incredible to witness this. 0.60
00:36:27.500 And we have figures in our culture to this day who have been the para-father. 0.68
00:36:33.360 And of course, everyone remembers America's internet dad, Scott Adams. 0.97
00:36:38.260 I'm working on his biography right now, collaborating with Joel Pollack, going through these again,
00:36:43.080 seeing the experiences that Scott lived through, that he provided to us.
00:36:49.020 This, again, is an example of a masculine, guiding, influential presence who tells the
00:36:56.340 truth, who doesn't tiptoe around feelings, and who is afraid of hurting women's feelings.
00:37:01.860 And I think that's the great significance of the lone holdout juror.
00:37:05.800 Go back to that story where this hero was not afraid to anger 11 women.
00:37:13.520 He was not afraid to tell 11 women no.
00:37:19.020 all right that's that's incredible joshua thank you so much for for that and for digging into
00:37:32.060 all this for us where can people go to get uh get access to your writings and your information
00:37:37.260 yes all my books are available of course on amazon and at joshua lysick i'm sharing more
00:37:42.880 about burn it down with rich barris and of course the upcoming scott adams biography
00:37:46.740 coming this thanksgiving all right god bless right back jack posovic with more human events daily
00:38:16.740 I'll call this the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:21.480 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential
00:38:25.720 nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:27.420 And that is, I'll be honest.
00:38:35.400 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:41.380 Very excited to have on again.
00:38:43.240 And I should say perhaps, though, concerned that I'm having on again, yet again, very important story.
00:38:50.240 We've got Natalie Dominguez from Home Title Lock.
00:38:52.860 She is a title theft education expert joining us because, unfortunately, folks, right out of South Carolina near Myrtle Beach,
00:39:01.340 we've got yet another one of these horrific stories of title theft.
00:39:06.560 Natalie, how are you?
00:39:07.280 i'm personally doing good jack but it's never fun to hear these stories and see these stories
00:39:14.180 come in it's always very sad for us on on this so so walk us through this one and because
00:39:19.240 unfortunately i've seen um you know i'm looking at some of the case here we've got a 75 year old
00:39:25.480 father parkinson's a brain injury that was involved i mean that is unfortunately that's
00:39:31.780 exactly the type of individual that gets targeted by these scammers isn't it
00:39:37.280 Yeah, absolutely. So I'm not sure if you guys have the clip, but if anyone watching wants to go and see it, you can see there's this clip of his daughter who was coming to check on him because their communication had kind of dwindled down after they had hired an in-home care nurse to come take care of him during this vulnerable time.
00:39:54.200 The daughter had lived out of state. It's a really, really sad clip. She's just screaming and super confused. This woman had moved this this in care nurse had moved all of their belongings into the home, had moved the father out and no one knew about it.
00:40:12.500 And the crazy part is once this woman actually had the police called on her by the caregiver that was living in the home because the caregiver had transferred the house into her name, showing that she had paid five dollars for it with deed fraud.
00:40:29.060 The police actually escorted the daughter off the property because she wasn't the legal owner and the dad wasn't the legal owner anymore.
00:40:36.180 This caregiver who'd stolen the home was the legal owner on paper and had the ability to have this woman removed from the property.
00:40:42.500 and and we do actually we do have that clip by the way it's echo three let's play clip echo three 0.95
00:40:47.780 where's all of my father's things you broke in my freaking house this is my house
00:40:52.820 this is my house so so walk us through the context there because it almost seems like a like a
00:41:04.040 squatter kind of situation but that there's more to it yeah it's a really interesting thing because
00:41:09.140 I've been seeing these reports come out about this story. So this actually happened back in
00:41:13.400 the end, I think, of 2024. So this has been ongoing, but the reports are finally just now
00:41:18.200 coming out. A lot of the reports are showing the squatter situation, making it appear as if it's a
00:41:24.300 squatter situation, right? Like they moved into the house, they can't get them kicked out, etc.
00:41:28.380 But it's so much worse than a squatter situation because squatters generally will go into unoccupied
00:41:34.460 homes. They'll take over our property. And, you know, there's all this craziness about squatters
00:41:39.160 rights and how long they have to be there. And that's just a whole different mess of a story.
00:41:44.440 But in this case, it's different because the caregiver had actually filed the paperwork
00:41:49.060 showing that the home had, quote, been sold for $5 using the same document that we talk about all
00:41:56.080 the time, which is the quick claim deed, which is literally meant for situations like this when
00:41:59.740 they're legitimate. Unfortunately, she is the legal owner on record, which doesn't happen with
00:42:05.520 a squatter situation, right? They have squatters rights. In this case, she is the legal owner. And
00:42:10.540 that is the absolute scariest part about this crime is that it's the quintessential example of
00:42:16.700 deed fraud being perpetrated from the victim's inner circle, right? Everyone thinks, oh, it's
00:42:22.040 going to be someone from the outside. It's going to be the syndicate. And don't get me wrong,
00:42:25.500 that absolutely happens. It's a lot of stories that come out, but people don't often think,
00:42:30.120 oh, this is something that can happen within our home. A lot of the reports that we get
00:42:34.120 from our subscribers that we have to then open cases and start going through the restoration
00:42:38.160 process, a lot of them tend to be rogue family members, caregivers, even rogue mortgage brokers.
00:42:46.460 And I think people often forget that this can definitely happen just in your own backyard,
00:42:51.160 in your own house. That's, that's terrifying. No, it is absolutely terrifying. And, and you're
00:42:58.160 looking through this. So, you know, and, and it sucks, right? I'm just saying it sucks that you, 0.97
00:43:03.700 you know, you trust these people, you hire these firms, and you hope that someone is able to be 0.89
00:43:09.720 there to help your, your loved one. And, you know, in these cases, obviously, it's very emotional.
00:43:15.940 In many cases, you know, when you have someone who's getting older, you don't want to,
00:43:20.600 you know, you don't want to maybe put them in hospice or something like that,
00:43:25.000 or people who don't want to go into one of these, you know, retirement centers, senior care center.
00:43:29.780 But at the same time, you don't know because you're wondering if you can trust those people.
00:43:34.220 And, you know, if you trust the people that you bring into your home as well,
00:43:38.980 and then to think that they would do something like this.
00:43:42.120 So in this case, and I'm looking here in the notes, do we know the person was caught though, right?
00:43:48.440 so this the case is still ongoing and this is this is kind of the hard part about situations
00:43:54.100 like this right so for any of the audience that isn't familiar with this story um the the father
00:43:59.640 unfortunately passed away so after the home had been transferred a bunch of and it was more than
00:44:04.680 this like this woman was getting bank transfer material she ended up getting power of attorney
00:44:08.820 signed over so there's a whole legal process going on um with that in itself but what's what
00:44:14.360 basically happened is once the father passed away, there's really no legitimate way for them to like
00:44:20.740 the homeowner themselves can't come up and be like, oh, no, I never signed this. This wasn't
00:44:25.680 me. This was fraudulent because they're passed away now. And this happens even when the homeowner
00:44:29.880 is still living with us. It's it's the burden is on the victim of this crime to prove that it was
00:44:35.900 fraud in the first place, because then it comes down to just he said she said you sold your home
00:44:41.440 to me for super cheap or no, I never did this in the first place. Well, is this your signature? No,
00:44:46.580 it's not. And the homeowner has to go through this entire legal process. So we're in 2026.
00:44:51.860 This happened in 2024. Currently, there is no legal resolution. As far as we are aware,
00:44:57.620 this nurse is still living and occupying this home that was meant to be inherited by the daughter of
00:45:03.700 this man that passed away. So as far as we know, nothing has really come of this.
00:45:08.260 And that's crazy, because to me, that just seems like an obvious case of elder abuse.
00:45:13.360 Just looking at it, selling a home for $5 to the caregiver, signing the power of attorney, all these things, just seems like textbook elder abuse.
00:45:24.000 But to your point, if folks don't have home title locks set up for themselves, or by the way, a loved one who may be in a situation like that, this is exactly what could happen.
00:45:35.060 Absolutely. And we do have many subscribers that will sign up their parents' home that are keeping an eye. One of our very large cases that was a very intricate case for us was, in fact, a father or a son who had signed up his father's vacant property and they found it had been stolen.
00:45:53.300 And it ended up being a long process because of other things that the criminal had done.
00:45:57.860 But it's unfortunately very common.
00:46:01.420 Elderly people don't often have the vigilance and the watchfulness.
00:46:04.760 So we do have a lot of people doing that. 0.94
00:46:06.280 Now, if in this case, let's say the daughter had signed up a father or the father had signed
00:46:11.500 up himself, honestly, and this is something that we do often, the first kind of step in
00:46:19.500 fighting this process in restoration, having home title lock on your property in the first place
00:46:25.060 is such a powerful tool to use in the legal process to fight this because it shows that,
00:46:31.320 yes, you are actively monitoring against fraud. And it just adds to getting through the case
00:46:37.580 much more quickly. So I think it's very important. You know, my parents are signed up,
00:46:42.700 my grandparents, they've lived in the same house for over 65 years, little old Cuban people in
00:46:47.280 in miami um and their house is protected because you know they have in-home caregivers they're 90 0.99
00:46:53.040 years old they don't they don't know what's going on and if you aren't watchful you are the number
00:46:58.860 one target of a crime like this and susceptible and and it's it's it's so sad and and by the way
00:47:06.800 i was looking through i was just watching here the video there were were they had hung up pictures
00:47:12.480 of themselves in the house and that moved in and, you know, we're putting up pictures,
00:47:17.880 furniture as if they were living in this home. Cause eventually, and of course, when someone
00:47:23.160 passes away, of course, there's a lot of things you have to deal with in the house is, is usually
00:47:27.560 the biggest one. Uh, and, and in this case, she just, she just came in and made it hers. Natalie, 1.00
