00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions
00:00:06.800 here on Human Events Daily. So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you
00:00:11.900 hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends. Make sure they're
00:00:17.340 all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.580 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're
00:00:26.760 only going to do so much more. Let's get it. This is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:36.640 meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation,
00:00:47.460 and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:52.300 Christ is king.
00:00:56.760 Imagine the National Mall transformed into a high speed racetrack that could soon be a reality thanks to the Freedom 250 Grand Prix here on Third Street where it crosses the National Mall. This will be the start and finish line for the Indy Grand Prix. It'll run about 1.7 miles around the National Mall. The drivers will do about 100 laps. The joint force remains focused on three military objectives continue to destroy
00:01:26.740 Iranian ballistic missiles and drone capability in order to prevent attacks on the U.S. and others
00:01:33.180 throughout the region. And this means attacking launch sites, command and control nodes,
00:01:38.280 stockpiles before they can threaten our personnel, our facilities and our partners.
00:01:43.140 Iran vowing this morning that if the war continues, it will not allow a liter of oil
00:01:47.280 through the Persian Gulf choke point of the Straits of Hormuz. In Tehran, regime affiliated
00:01:51.840 fuel depots are still smoldering after an attack over the weekend. Fuel leaked into the sewer
00:01:56.720 system and ignited. I had a very good call with President Putin. We had a lot of people on the
00:02:02.720 line from our side, from his side. We were talking about Ukraine, which is just a never-ending 0.91
00:02:08.180 fight. And when, look, there's tremendous hatred between President Putin and President Zelenskyy.
00:02:16.400 They can't seem to get it together. But I think it was a positive call on that subject. And we 1.00
00:02:22.060 obviously talked then about the Middle East. Today, the community is grieving the loss of
00:02:26.100 Corporal Timothy O'Connor after he was shot and killed during a traffic stop last night.
00:02:32.380 He leaves behind a wife and also a young daughter.
00:02:35.920 State police say Corporal O'Connor pulled over 32-year-old Jesse Nathan Elks on Michael Road in West Cowan Township after receiving reports he was driving erratically.
00:02:47.900 Within seconds, investigators say Elks shot and killed O'Connor as he walked up to his car window.
00:02:54.560 State police say Elks got out of his car after shooting O'Connor and then shot himself in the street with a semi-automatic pistol.
00:03:02.360 We are seeing that now live outside of Gracie Mansion here in New York City.
00:03:06.960 CB, what are we learning?
00:03:09.480 Hey, Sandra, well, we are here in New York City's Upper East Side neighborhood.
00:03:13.340 We're actually a couple blocks down from Gracie Mansion, which, yes, is the home of New York City Mayor Zora Mamdani.
00:03:19.040 Right now, officers are investigating a suspicious device that was found in a popular park nearby called Carl Schurz.
00:03:27.580 We've seen officers block off this area to traffic, and we've got members of the NYPD bomb squad and another command unit that are out here.
00:03:39.100 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:43.300 We're here live on Real America's Voice.
00:03:47.000 Today is March 10th, 2026, Anno Domini.
00:03:50.300 We are now told just as we go live moments ago, the New York City Police Department,
00:03:56.480 NYPD bomb squad has shut down 10 blocks near Gracie Mansion after what we're told is a
00:04:03.260 suspicious package was found in a nearby park.
00:04:07.180 Of course, this comes just one day after the arrest of two individuals or two days after
00:04:13.820 the arrest of two individuals who were linked with ISIS that had thrown improvised explosive
00:04:20.400 devices at Gracie, excuse me, Gracie Mansion. Gracie Mansion, the residence of the New York
00:04:26.580 City mayor. And Gracie Mansion has now been evacuated. Nick Sorter saying that New York is
00:04:32.960 in an absolute spiral. So that's the latest on that. If there's any more information, we'll be
00:04:38.660 able to get that back to you. Of course, tensions are high because there may be a connection
00:04:44.920 between this and the explosive improvised devices, these IEDs from the other day. So
00:04:52.120 a potential suspicious package, the evacuation of the mansion shut down for 10 blocks.
00:05:01.660 We don't have to live like this, you know, folks, we don't have to live like this. And
00:05:05.580 there is a story that happened not too far from where I grew up, Honeybrook, Pennsylvania,
00:05:12.100 Chester County, which, you know, just two counties over from where the ISIS cell apparently
00:05:17.300 was operating in Langhorne and Newtown. We're going to talk about that in a little bit.
00:05:22.040 And Human Events has new information regarding the death of the state trooper,
00:05:29.900 timothy o'connor who was killed while conducting a traffic stop 40 years old 15 year
00:05:38.120 veteran of the force the state police in pennsylvania and we're told is actually a
00:05:44.280 volunteer at pennsylvania's camp cadet and i would certainly salute him for that as a camp cadet
00:05:52.060 alum myself that was a summer camp that the state police ran that i actually went to when i was a
00:05:58.580 kid up in Pennsylvania. So I don't think I would have crossed paths with this particular
00:06:04.240 state trooper, but it was an incredible state police run law enforcement, very pro law enforcement
00:06:10.100 camp that was held. And we had a great time going there. I think it was probably like
00:06:16.440 11 or 12 when I went. And the information that we have, and this comes to us and is
00:06:23.220 confirmed to us via a source in the Pennsylvania law enforcement community, which confirms the
00:06:29.280 social media postings of Jesse Elks, the suspect who later committed suicide after shooting the
00:06:37.280 state trooper. Not only, and we're going to get into this more, not only was this individual a
00:06:43.740 full-throated supporter of Antifa, a supporter of far left causes. In this situation, we're also
00:06:51.680 hearing that there may be a connection possible connection through the family to another former
00:06:59.920 state trooper more on that as we continue human events daily
00:07:07.120 stand in our way and our golden age has just begun this is human events with jack
00:07:11.920 now it's time for everyone to understand what america first truly means welcome to the second
00:07:19.180 american revolution
00:07:21.720 all right jack so big we're back live human events daily folks if you're anything like me
00:07:32.080 the holidays were brutal every healthy habit gone desserts late nights skipped workouts but now that
00:07:39.060 we're in the new year, it's time to reset. So let's undo all that and make a New Year's resolution
00:07:43.840 to actually give our bodies what they need. For me and my family, that fresh start begins with
00:07:49.060 Cove Pure. Here's the thing. Everyone jumps into the new year buying new supplements, trying a new
00:07:54.600 diet or workouts. But let me tell you something. They completely ignore the most important and
00:08:00.540 basic thing you need, your water. Even mild dehydration impacts energy, focus, metabolism.
00:08:06.040 And when you think about all the garbage that's in our water, you're starting behind the curve before you even begin.
00:08:13.220 Their ClearWave technology is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants.
00:08:18.360 Pretty much anything that isn't in water, PFAs, microplastics, pharmaceutical residue, fluoride, it all gets removed.
00:08:24.160 It's the purest water that you can get.
00:08:26.480 And what I love most about CovePure is it lets you choose the temperature of your water.
00:08:30.400 Hot, cold, water.
00:08:31.520 It makes your water taste so good, pure, clean, no aftertaste.
00:08:36.040 Cove Pure makes it so easy to get pure water with the push of a button.
00:08:40.140 So this year, make a New Year's resolution that sticks.
00:08:42.940 Improve your health with clean water.

00:08:50.220 Go to CovePure.com slash POSO, that's C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E dot com slash POSO to start the new year right.
00:08:57.980 And so before we bring our guest on, I want to explain exactly what we're dealing with here.
00:09:03.360 the media won't talk about this the setup they won't talk about the suspect they won't talk
00:09:10.960 about the individual who we're told killed a police officer a state trooper in the state of
00:09:16.520 pennsylvania why because what we're told and we're confirming this from a law enforcement source in
00:09:21.700 pennsylvania that he had far left sensibilities that he had extremely far left quotes on his
00:09:29.520 social media pages that, and guys, if you're running the B-roll, if you could just put
00:09:33.160 up those quotes, that would be really great because that's what I'm talking about right
00:09:35.760 now.
00:09:36.760 And logos and icons supporting communism, logos and icons supporting far leftism.
00:09:45.160 These were things that he was talking about over and over.
00:09:48.400 And yet the media won't talk about this.
00:09:51.620 And why is that?
00:09:52.320 And I'll tell you why.
00:09:53.300 Here's why.
00:09:54.420 They won't talk about this because it creates a big problem for them.
00:09:58.240 and people like josh shapiro the governor of pennsylvania and the information that we have
00:10:03.600 from our reporting also confirms that there may be a familial connection between this individual
00:10:12.720 between this guy and a former state trooper so i want to bring on now our guest uh retired
00:10:20.800 sergeant mark facetti out of philadelphia to kind of help us walk through what happened here mark
00:10:26.000 Mark, are you there?
00:10:28.460 I'm here.
00:10:29.140 Good to see you, Jack.
00:10:31.060 So walk us through what you're hearing.
00:10:33.300 Obviously, the entire law enforcement community in Pennsylvania is reeling over this one.
00:10:39.840 It's the nightmare scenario of you walk up, and from what I'm seeing and reporting, it
00:10:46.260 doesn't sound like the trooper even had an opportunity to speak or interact with the
00:10:50.840 individual at all other than pulling him over and then hitting this. And so walk us through that.
00:10:58.520 I also want to make a note that there is a White House press conference about to begin. And so when
00:11:05.300 that happens, we are going to cut to that. We'll take to it. We'll toss. And we've also got our
00:11:10.920 former producer, Benny Ray Harmony, is sitting in the new media seat today, which we're very
00:11:15.640 excited about. So that hasn't started yet. We'll let everybody know. Mark, the floor is yours.
00:11:20.260 walk us through what we know about this case. Yeah, so my sources that are close to the
00:11:28.740 investigation, basically what it was, a speeding erratic driver, and anyone that lives in Pennsylvania
00:11:35.620 or deals with the state troopers know they're going to come get you no matter who you are or
00:11:39.060 what. State trooper caught up to him, went up to the driver's side of the vehicle to interact with
00:11:48.660 him and the guy just point blank shot him and from what i'm told i believe he killed himself
00:11:53.900 and that was it no no interaction nothing like that just stole you know a stone cold
00:12:02.640 you know assassination of from what i hear a great young man too um you know the investigation i'm
00:12:09.900 told as it goes unfolds more information will come out about the person uh but we've seen his 0.51
00:12:17.020 facebook post and all another free palestine you know i hate the world everyone's against me blah
00:12:22.960 blah blah type person and unfortunately he had to take a life of a good man um instead of just taking
00:12:28.860 his own and you know it it could be and and again this is just something that that we're looking at
00:12:37.880 it could be that he had had perhaps some run-ins with law enforcement in the past or the state
00:12:42.840 troopers. And, you know, again, just based on some of the stuff that we're all looking at,
00:12:47.680 you know, one of a chance to ever ask him, but he could have had some kind of grudge against
00:12:51.520 the state troopers and perhaps, you know, took it out in this case is something we're not going
00:12:56.940 to be able to know. But it's when you're in law enforcement, this is the nightmare scenario,
00:13:02.140 isn't it? Absolutely. Everything that the scenario that played out here is, you know,
00:13:11.760 one where it's almost on you can't defend against it even no matter how you approach uh you know
00:13:17.400 when we were in warrant service going into a house serving warrants the sad part of pulling a car over
00:13:23.400 going into a home the sad part is that the person inside wants to kill you they have the upper hand
00:13:28.740 and they can be they'll be successful more than they won't and that's what happened here another
00:13:33.100 routine traffic stop for this trooper who probably done thousands of these came up and unfortunately
00:13:39.580 he had a person ready to kill himself and take the trooper with him and it's almost impossible
00:13:45.180 to defend against a person like that if they're ready to go out and take you with them you know
00:13:51.340 other than running up to the car with your gun out already which then leads into a whole nother
00:13:56.200 list of problems with you know today's um you know left you know left media and you know why
00:14:02.920 did you have to pull your gun out so you know it's a sad situation that probably couldn't have
00:14:08.520 prevent it because this kid was hellbent on you know killing this trooper well and and that's
00:14:15.660 what's so horrible and and again we're seeing this reporting that the individual had you know
00:14:20.340 all sorts of posts about you know a c a b all cops are bees and and all this stuff where this is a
00:14:26.980 sentiment that we've seen be embraced not only at the local level by you know nut jobs like this
00:14:33.740 but we've seen this type of rhetoric all the way up to the defund the police defund the ice 0.58
00:14:38.000 this type of rhetoric from elected officials and politicians in our country? Doesn't that
00:14:43.460 just put a target right on the back of state troopers and cops like this?
00:14:51.580 Absolutely. Puts it on a target of every law enforcement officer in this country. And then
00:14:56.680 when these same people that are screaming this defund the police or, you know, all cops are bad,
00:15:02.000 whatever, they're the first ones to call for help when any time someone challenges them or,
00:15:07.500 you know protest them they're the first ones to call those same people that they don't want
00:15:12.820 you know in power they're the ones that tell the whole world how bad cops are but as soon as
00:15:19.560 you make them feel unsafe it's oh you know come help me come help me you know so cops are in this
00:15:26.380 you know emotional roller coaster where they have a duty they're going to help everybody no matter
00:15:31.400 who it is you know but they're out knowing that this next person i can pull over could have been
00:15:37.100 radicalized by a politician screaming, yelling, defund the police or all cops are bad. And he
00:15:42.980 or she feels like today is the day I'm going to take it to the next level. And unfortunately,
00:15:47.820 I believe the investigation will show that's exactly what happened with this person.
00:15:52.760 Well, and it seems like that radicalization spiral, it started somewhere. We're not exactly
00:15:56.920 sure where, and I'm sure the investigation is going to dig into that. And it's something where,
00:16:02.600 you know, they've, they've got to be able to look at it, but it's hopefully also something
00:16:06.400 where we as a society can start talking about this idea that it's not okay to just sit there
00:16:12.540 and talk about police officers as if they're some sort of, some sort of enemy to the people,
00:16:18.440 that there's some sort of enemy force in our country. And yet you hear this type of loose
00:16:22.860 rhetoric over and over again, by the way, and I'll have to even mention, I hate to do it,
00:16:28.320 but I will, that today is the six month anniversary of the murder of Charlie Kirk,
00:16:33.240 my friend and we saw that same type of rhetoric about him that that charlie was a guy who was you
00:16:39.140 know he spreaded hate and he was hurting people and all this other stuff and so it gave people
00:16:44.240 this idea that hey maybe it'd be better if if they got rid of charlie and that's exactly what
00:16:49.020 someone did yeah and they know when they scream into the microphone and they yell about the fun
00:16:55.440 this or cops or that they know what the the hope is you know they know that somebody's going to
00:17:02.520 hear this as a dog whistle and take actions into their own hands it's it's this isn't just like oh
00:17:09.360 i can't believe this happened oh and guys calculated press secretary kyle levitt she's
00:17:13.680 going to be she's going to be starting up here in a second tell you what mark let's uh let's go to
00:17:19.480 the um they want us to take the white house here for a sec let's tune in real quick so at least we 0.99
00:17:24.600 get the uh uh the question from benny ray harbony president trump and the first lady will host a 1.00
00:17:30.920 Women's History Month events in the Easter Room.
00:17:33.740 And on Friday, the President will sign several executive orders, and we will provide more
00:17:38.320 details on those later this week.
00:17:40.800 As President Trump shared with the American people last night, the United States military
00:17:45.120 is making tremendous strides towards achieving our military objectives for Operation Epic
00:17:51.680 Fury.
00:17:52.680 Ten days in, this campaign has been a resounding success thus far, and America's warriors are
00:17:58.200 winning this important fight at an even faster pace than we anticipated.
00:18:03.220 More than 5,000 enemy targets have been struck so far.
00:18:07.240 Iran's ballistic missile attacks are down more than 90 percent, and their drone attacks
00:18:11.880 are down by approximately 85 percent since the start of Operation Epic Fury. 0.68
00:18:17.780 The United States is also annihilating the Iranian regime's navy, and we have destroyed
00:18:22.580 more than 50 Iranian naval vessels, including a major drone carrier ship.
00:18:28.300 None of the regime's vessels are operating in major regional waterways, and the Iranian
00:18:33.020 Navy has been assessed as combat ineffective.
00:18:37.040 The trend is clear.
00:18:38.540 U.S. combat capabilities are increasing and growing more lethal and dominant by the day,
00:18:43.640 while the Iranian terrorist regime's ability to respond has rapidly declined.
00:18:48.500 Now, the US military is moving to dismantle Iran's missile production infrastructure.
00:18:54.360 Our incredible B-2 bombers recently dropped dozens of 2,000-pound penetrator bombs on 0.71
00:18:59.680 deeply buried missile sites.
00:19:02.520 Last night, President Trump reiterated his commitment toward keeping oil flowing through
00:19:07.560 the Strait of Hormuz so the United States and all of our allies can receive their energy
00:19:12.840 needs.
00:19:14.340 Trump will not allow rogue Iranian terrorists to stop the freedom of navigation and the free flow
00:19:20.000 of energy. Let me be clear. It is a good thing to wipe out terrorists who indiscriminately target
00:19:26.680 civilians and attempt to hold the global economy hostage. And President Trump should be commended
00:19:33.540 for doing so. As the president made unequivocally clear to the remaining elements of this terrorist
00:19:39.040 regime in his statement yesterday. If they do anything to stop the flow of oil or goods within
00:19:44.660 the Strait of Hormuz, they will be hit by the world's most powerful military 20 times harder
00:19:50.660 than they have been hit thus far. Moving forward, the stated objectives for Operation Epic Fury
00:19:56.620 remain the same. Destroy the terrorist regime's ballistic missiles, raise their Iranian missile 0.98
00:20:01.960 industry to the ground, ensure their terrorist proxies can no longer destabilize the region, 0.95
00:20:07.040 and ensure that Iran never obtains a nuclear weapon.
00:20:11.160 President Trump remains confident these goals will be accomplished in swift fashion. 0.88
00:20:15.940 As for the oil, President Trump fully expected the rogue Iranian regime to try and disrupt the global markets. 0.98
00:20:22.680 That's why President Trump and his energy team have been planning for this long before the strike 0.97
00:20:27.280 and have moved quickly to address these temporary disruptions.
00:20:30.880 Thus far, the Trump administration has offered political risk insurance to tankers operating in
00:20:36.740 the Gulf. The Treasury temporarily waived certain oil-related sanctions, and the Commander-in-Chief
00:20:42.460 has offered the U.S. Navy to escort tankers when necessary. The President and his energy team are
00:20:48.480 closely watching the markets, speaking with industry leaders, and the U.S. military is
00:20:53.200 jarring up additional options following the President's directive to continue keeping the
00:20:58.120 of Hormuz open. I will not broadcast what those options look like, but just know the
00:21:03.420 President is not afraid to use them. Rest assured to the American people, the recent
00:21:08.760 increase in oil and gas prices is temporary, and this operation will result in lower gas
00:21:14.180 prices in the long term. Once the national security objectives of Operation Epic Fury
00:21:20.040 are fully achieved, Americans will see oil and gas prices drop rapidly, potentially even
00:21:25.920 lower than they were prior to the start of the operation. And we will live in a world
00:21:31.240 where Iran can no longer threaten the United States or our allies with a nuclear bomb. 0.80
00:21:36.880 On another matter here at home, President Trump is urging Congress to pass the Save
00:21:41.500 America Act, one of the most critical pieces of legislation in our nation's history. The
00:21:47.600 Save America Act is overwhelmingly popular with all Americans because each provision
00:21:52.540 is rooted in common sense. The Save America Act has five simple requirements as requested
00:21:58.900 by the president of the United States. Number one, voters have to show ID to cast a ballot
00:22:04.460 in an American election. Very simple. 90% of Americans, including more than 80% of Democrat
00:22:11.440 voters agree with this. Number two, the Save America Act will require all voters to show
00:22:17.620 proof of citizenship in order to register to vote in American elections.
00:22:22.560 Again, this is popular and rooted in common sense.
00:22:26.800 Only American citizens have the right to vote in American elections. 0.72
00:22:30.520 But after Joe Biden and the Democrats allowed tens of millions of illegal aliens into our
00:22:34.920 country, it's more important than ever to ensure that only American citizens are registering
00:22:40.360 to vote in our on our nation's voter rolls, and Congress needs to pass this.
00:22:45.120 Number three, the Save America Act abolishes the incredibly unsecure practice of universal
00:22:50.660 mail-in ballots, which throw the door wide open for fraud.
00:22:54.080 Importantly, the Save America Act maintains exceptions for Americans to use mail-in ballots
00:22:58.960 like for illness, disability, military, or travel reasons.
00:23:03.780 The bipartisan 2005 report of the Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by, of
00:23:09.960 all people, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker concluded
00:23:15.580 that, quote, absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud. And it is time
00:23:21.700 for Congress to finally address this. Number four, the Save America Act permanently bans men from 0.99
00:23:28.000 competing in women's sports. President Trump signed a landmark executive order upholding the
00:23:33.220 promise of Title IX and ending this dangerous and unfair practice. But now it's time for
00:23:38.460 Congress to codify this into law. Number five, the Save America Act bans transgender mutilation
00:23:45.260 surgery for children. Again, President Trump signed a common sense executive order to do this
00:23:50.580 and kept his promise to the American people, but now Congress needs to do the same and codify it.
00:23:56.220 It's well past time for Democrats in Congress to stop perpetuating the radical and false claim
00:24:01.900 that you can somehow change a child's sex. You cannot. Passing the Save America Act is the most
00:24:08.360 important thing that Republicans and frankly Democrats can do to strengthen election integrity
00:24:13.620 and protect our democracy. It's what the American people elected Republicans to do and they must
00:24:19.420 deliver on it as soon as possible. The president is calling on Congress to get the job done
00:24:24.440 and send this historic piece of legislation to his desk immediately for signature. So with that
00:24:30.540 today I will take your questions. Benny thank you for being here and why don't you start us off.
00:24:34.120 Thank you Caroline. So my first question is actually about the Save America Act. So
00:24:37.720 One of the biggest things that the Democrats are saying, the claims that they're making, is that the Save America Act, it would prevent married women from voting in elections or make it harder for them.
00:24:52.820 What do you have to say to those claims?
00:24:54.540 Is there any validity to them? 0.72
00:24:56.520 And where do you think the Save America Act, it would prevent married women from voting in elections or make it harder for them?
00:25:06.220 what do you have to say to those claims is there any validity to them and where
00:25:10.780 do you think they're they're getting this from there is zero validity to these
00:25:14.500 claims and I'm glad that you brought them up because you have the Democrats
00:25:17.560 who have created this myth and it has been perpetuated unfortunately by many
00:25:21.880 in the mainstream media let me be very clear the Save America Act does not
00:25:26.020 prohibit anyone from voting with the exception of illegal aliens and the 0.89
00:25:30.340 greatest way to disenfranchise American citizens from voting in American 0.74
00:25:33.880 elections is to allow illegal aliens to vote, which is what Democrats want to do. We see it 0.96
00:25:38.800 taking place in Democrat jurisdictions at the state and local level across this country. So
00:25:43.460 the Save America Act corrects that. And as far as married women who have changed their name,
00:25:48.180 if they're already registered to vote, they're entirely unaffected by the Save Act. And for the
00:25:52.480 small fraction of individuals who have changed their name or their address, they can still
00:25:57.240 register to vote. Of course, they just have to go through their state processes to update that
00:26:02.160 documentation. And this is something that the American people, married women and minorities 0.65
00:26:07.520 and people all across this country who Democrats are insultingly saying cannot do this, they're
00:26:12.580 already doing it every day, going to the Social Security office, going to the DMV. And I think
00:26:17.060 it's frankly insulting that the Democrats are saying that there are certain groups of people
00:26:20.520 in this country who aren't smart enough to update their documentation to allow them to vote. Again,
00:26:25.700 this is a huge move. And so to any American out there who is struggling without a paycheck,
00:26:30.700 we know there's more than 100,000 of you across the country. To any American out there who is
00:26:35.500 showing up to an airport and facing incredibly long wait times and lines, call your Democrat
00:26:41.580 member of Congress and tell them to fund the Department of Homeland Security. That's what
00:26:45.500 President Trump wants to do. And it's completely ridiculous that the American people are suffering
00:26:50.780 as a result of these partisan games that are being played by Democrats on Capitol Hill.
00:26:55.180 Thank you.
00:26:56.180 Steve.
00:26:57.180 Oh, thank you.
00:26:58.180 You said the operation was going faster than anticipated.
00:27:00.180 What is your current timeline for how long the war will last?
00:27:03.180 So, look, as you know, Steve, the President and the U.S.
00:27:06.180 military's initial timeline was about four to six weeks to achieve
00:27:10.180 the full objectives of Operation Epic Fury.
00:27:12.180 Again, to destroy their missiles and their ability to make them, 0.67
00:27:15.180 destroy their Navy, permanently deny them nuclear weapons forever, 0.64
00:27:19.180 and to, of course, weaken their evil terrorist proxies in the region. 0.71
00:27:22.180 region. We know that the U.S. military and our brave warfighters are quickly and expeditiously
00:27:28.460 executing these objectives well ahead of schedule. But ultimately, the operations will end when
00:27:33.800 the Commander-in-Chief determines the military objectives have been met, fully realized,
00:27:38.460 and that Iran is in a position of complete and unconditional surrender, whether they
00:27:43.400 say it or not.
00:27:44.040 Does the President still want Iran unconditional surrender?
00:27:47.500 Well, when President Trump says that Iran is in a place of unconditional surrender,
00:27:52.900 he's not claiming the Iranian regime is going to come out and say that themselves.
00:27:57.840 What the President means is that Iran's threats will no longer be backed by a ballistic missile arsenal
00:28:03.740 that protects them from building a nuclear bomb in their country. 0.63
00:28:07.180 I could make an empty threat, but if I have no actions to back it up, then it's an empty threat. 0.50
00:28:12.560 And so President Trump will determine when Iran is in a place of unconditional surrender, 0.56
00:28:17.080 when they no longer pose a credible and direct threat to the United States of America and our allies.
00:28:22.780 Adriana.
00:28:23.180 Can you explain why the Energy Secretary posted and then appeared to have deleted a post on X
00:28:31.900 saying that the U.S. Navy escorted an oil tanker through this data from Lucy?
00:28:35.940 Yes, I was made aware of this post.
00:28:37.760 I haven't had a chance to talk to the Energy Secretary about it directly.
00:28:41.280 However, I know the post was taken down pretty quickly,
00:28:43.820 And I can confirm that the U.S. Navy has not escorted a tanker or a vessel at this time,
00:28:49.080 though, of course, that's an option the President has said he will absolutely utilize if and when necessary at the appropriate time.
00:28:55.980 And if this was something that was posted erroneously, could it be because of a staffer?
00:29:00.580 What, you know, what, I guess, will there be any consequences for this?
00:29:04.420 I know you still have to consult, but generally speaking, I would defer you to the Department of Energy to answer that question.
00:29:09.440 And if I could just follow up really quickly, in terms of oil sanctions, the President said that there would be some sanctions.
00:29:16.800 What that would be lifted? Would those be on Venezuela, Russia?
00:29:20.020 Could you give some specifics there and then timing for that as well?
00:29:22.480 Sure. I know it's something that the Treasury Department and the President's energy team continue to discuss,
00:29:28.000 and they will ultimately consult with the President before decisions are made.
00:29:30.780 I don't have any announcements on new sanctions or the lifting of new sanctions for you today. Alex.
00:29:36.600 Thank you. Reuters has reported that about 150 U.S. service members have been injured so far.
00:29:43.320 Can you confirm that number and elaborate on that?
00:29:46.060 I can't confirm the exact number. I know it's within that ballpark, but I would defer you to the Pentagon for a specific number of wounded or injured thus far.
00:29:55.860 And then secondly, if I can, I wanted to ask about, there was a briefing on Capitol Hill today and some senators came out and said they were more convinced than ever that there were the U.S. boots on the ground. Senator Blumenthal said that, in fact. Your reaction to that and any update on President Trump's thinking about it?
00:30:19.200 Look, I would say that Democrats on Capitol Hill are clearly being quite disingenuous.
00:30:25.400 Three years ago, not a single Democrat voted for the against the resolution condemning Iran as the world's leading state sponsor of terror.
00:30:34.880 Yet now, with President Trump as commander in chief finally taking the action that so many Democrats have called on the commander in chief to do for many, many years to wipe out the threat of a rogue Iranian terrorist regime.
00:30:46.500 Now, all of a sudden, Democrats are playing politics with this longstanding bipartisan policy of the United States.
00:30:53.220 And they, 53 of them in the House, recently voted against the resolution condemning Iran as the world's state sponsor of terror.
00:31:00.540 So I wouldn't take Democrats at their word.
00:31:02.820 As for boots on the ground, the president has talked about this repeatedly, wisely.
00:31:08.020 He does not rule options out as commander in chief.
00:31:10.320 So, again, I would hesitate to confirm anything that a Democrat on Capitol Hill says right now about the president's thinking.
00:31:16.500 John, you outlined to Steve the military components of what would be involved in ending this war,
00:31:23.280 but it seems like there's a political component, too.
00:31:25.740 The president said to Fox earlier today that he doesn't believe the new Ayatollah can live in peace.
00:31:30.960 He made a variety of comments suggesting that he should be involved in picking the new Iranian leader.
00:31:36.420 Is the ending of this war also contingent on Iran selecting a leader that the president finds acceptable?
00:31:42.860 And if so, how is that not going to happen?
00:31:46.500 Not the definition of a regime change war.
00:31:49.260 Look, as President Trump has blatantly and frankly stated, it's obviously within the
00:31:54.700 best interest of the United States and the West to no longer have a radical terrorist
00:32:01.180 in charge of Iran, especially as we see their reaction to Operation Epic Fury.
00:32:07.180 They had their missiles turn towards our Gulf and Arab partners in the region. 0.55
00:32:10.820 Again, this was a regime that chanted or still chants death to America.
00:32:15.160 We look at the way that they are holding the entire world hostage, with the restricting
00:32:19.780 of the free flow of energy through the Strait of Hormuz.
00:32:22.880 So the President, I think, is making quite an obvious comment.
00:32:25.840 Again, as for the timeline of the military operations with respect to Iran, we have objectives
00:32:30.880 that we have laid out that the Commander-in-Chief wants to see achieved.
00:32:34.160 When they are achieved, then it will ultimately be up to the President to end this operation.
00:32:38.160 Okay.
00:32:39.160 So, I think you're not exactly addressing my question, though.
00:32:42.440 Is that political objective also necessary for the president to decide to end this war?
00:32:47.620 Look, again, I just told you the objectives of Operation Epic Fury.
00:32:51.860 When those objectives are met, the president will dictate the end of these operations when 0.92
00:32:55.900 he deems that Iran no longer poses a credible threat to the United States of America. 0.77
00:33:01.600 And again, it goes back to what is that unconditional surrender look like? 0.91
00:33:05.520 Iran can talk all they want and their words will be very empty when we've completely annihilated 0.94
00:33:09.740 their navy as we are doing when we've taken out the threat of their ballistic missile capability 0.98
00:33:13.980 when we can firmly finally ensure that they can no longer make a nuclear bomb to threaten the
00:33:19.500 united states and our allies and our troops in the region and that's what president trump is
00:33:23.260 ultimately seeking to do with respect to this operation jennifer there was a shooting outside
00:33:28.620 of a synagogue in baltimore do you know if the president has been briefed on that and do you
00:33:32.700 have any more details on what happened i don't but we certainly will get you more details jennifer
00:33:37.180 And I don't know if the president has briefed, but I'll check on that when I get back to the Oval Office after this.
00:33:42.620 Sure.
00:33:43.200 Thanks, Caroline.
00:33:44.260 The president said yesterday for the first time that he had to strike Iran because he believes that Iran was going to strike U.S. targets within seven days.
00:33:52.500 And then he then bumped that down later to three days.
00:33:56.000 Where is he getting that?
00:33:57.600 Well, that's not the first time the president has said that he chose to launch Operation Epic Fury
00:34:01.840 because he felt as though Iran was going to strike the United States and our assets in the region first.
00:34:07.180 again, I addressed this in the last briefing. This was a feeling the president had based on
00:34:12.120 facts, facts provided to him by his top negotiators who had been engaged with the
00:34:16.420 Iranian regime in a good faith effort. The Iranian regime was lying, deceiving the United States of 0.53
00:34:22.440 America, clearly trying to continue their nuclear program to create a bomb that would, of course, 0.97
00:34:29.060 threaten the United States of America. Again, their ballistic missile arsenal, they were rapidly
00:34:33.360 and aggressively increasing that by the month to a place where they would essentially build
00:34:38.520 immunity for themselves, where a future president or President Trump would not be able to launch
00:34:43.500 this incredibly successful operation. And so the president, again, as I have reiterated and he has
00:34:48.280 said, was not going to sit back and allow the Iranian regime to threaten or to attack the United 0.90
00:34:54.940 States of America any longer. But there are no U.S. leaders or Israeli leaders who are making those
00:34:59.920 same claims so is he making this up to justify his decision to go to war now the president is
00:35:05.920 not making anything up nancy he is looking at this every single day based on intelligence based
00:35:11.280 on facts and based on intelligence that he himself and his negotiators have uh have consumed based on
00:35:18.160 their again negotiations with the rogue iranian regime over the past year and the president and
00:35:23.280 his team tried in a good faith way to to reach a diplomatic deal through peaceful means with the 0.76
00:35:28.960 Iranian regime and Iran shows this path to death and destruction Iran wanted to attack the United 0.91
00:35:35.760 States of America and the president was not going to sit back and allow that to happen 1.00
00:35:40.240 he was not going to sit back and allow that to happen and everyone in this room should be grateful
00:35:43.920 for it John thanks a lot Caroline two questions for you one has to do with a follow-up to your
00:35:49.760 statement that you made at the beginning of the briefing regarding the Save America Act
00:35:53.120 Yesterday, the Senate Majority Leader, John Thune, spoke on the effort to potentially have a filibuster broken, the rules for the filibuster broken.
00:36:04.120 He said the votes aren't there, one, to nuke the filibuster and the votes aren't there for a talking filibuster.
00:36:10.120 He says that's the reality.
00:36:12.120 What's your reaction to what Senator Thune said?
00:36:15.120 said? Look, I think President Trump, the urgency behind his need to pass the Save America Act and
00:36:21.120 his desire to get this country-saving legislation passed has been made quite clear. He wants all
00:36:26.760 options on the table, and he wants the Senate to move as quickly as possible through whatever
00:36:30.960 means necessary. And then secondly, just regarding the President's trip tomorrow, looking ahead,
00:36:35.540 why Ohio and why northern Kentucky? Well, why not? These are two great states with great Americans.
00:36:42.200 Great states with great Americans.
00:36:46.060 The President will be joined by lawmakers from both states, who he greatly admires and
00:36:51.340 respects and supports, and he'll be meeting with business owners in both of these places
00:36:55.720 and talking about the economy, which is, of course, the utmost importance to him.
00:36:59.600 The Press.
00:37:00.600 The Press.
00:37:01.600 The Press.
00:37:02.600 The Press.
00:37:03.600 The Press.
00:37:04.600 The Press.
00:37:05.600 The Press.
00:37:06.600 The Press.
00:37:07.600 The Press.
00:37:08.600 The Press.
00:37:09.600 The Press.
00:37:10.600 The Press.
00:37:11.600 The Press.
00:37:12.100 have i spoken to the president about it yes yes i have spoken to the president about it
00:37:17.780 and the president and the secretary of treasury and the whole national security team came to this
00:37:22.100 decision because our allies in india as you know lalit have been good actors and have previously
00:37:27.140 stopped buying sanctioned russian oil so as we work to appease this temporary gap of oil supply
00:37:32.900 around the world because of the iranians we have temporarily permitted them to accept that russian
00:37:38.180 oil, and this Russian oil was already at sea, it was already out on the water, so this short-term
00:37:43.560 measure, we don't believe it will provide significant financial benefit to the Russian
00:37:48.440 government at this time.
00:37:49.440 I have one more question about Pakistan, you know, Pakistan is a neighbor of Iran,
00:37:56.700 and Pakistan is also an ally of U.S. President has been praising a lot about the field marshal.
00:38:02.800 Is Pakistan providing any kind of support in this war against Iran?
00:38:05.800 That I will have to check on with the Pentagon and get back to you.
00:38:08.800 Sure.
00:38:09.800 The Press.
00:38:10.800 The President said yesterday that President Putin told him he wanted to be helpful in
00:38:13.800 the Middle East.
00:38:14.800 The Kremlin put out a statement where Putin said, quote, I would like to reaffirm our
00:38:18.800 unwavering support for Tehran and our solidarity with Iranian friends.
00:38:22.800 How does the President think that Russia could be helpful if not helping Iran?
00:38:27.800 And did the President push Putin on Russia sharing intelligence with Iran in this war? 0.50
00:38:33.800 The President and his special envoy, Witkoff, have both said that, of course, they've sent
00:38:38.520 a message to Russia that if that was taking place, it's not something they would be happy
00:38:43.160 with and they hope that it is not taking place.
00:38:45.760 As for further details about the discussions between these two leaders, I'll leave it to
00:38:48.900 the President to divulge any more of that conversation.
00:38:52.040 But he did confirm it yesterday and provided you with a little bit of the background and
00:38:55.420 his view and his perspective, as he always does.
00:38:58.420 Luke.
00:38:59.420 Regarding the missile strike on the Iranian school, how long does the administration
00:39:04.260 expect that investigation to take, and will the White House or the Department of Defense
00:39:09.480 release a full report of its findings once the investigation is completed?
00:39:13.600 The Department of War will do that.
00:39:15.060 The investigation continues, and as the President said yesterday at his press conference, he
00:39:19.760 will accept the conclusion of that investigation, whatever it may be.
00:39:23.420 We'll go to the back row for some love.
00:39:26.820 Sure, in the back, with the glasses.
00:39:28.820 And then you can go, but go first.
00:39:33.820 Okay, thank you.
00:39:34.820 Is there an update regarding-
00:39:35.820 You have rough real estate back there, so I'm sorry.
00:39:37.820 Is there an update regarding Cuba, and also is an economic deal imminent?
00:39:43.820 Sure, I don't have any updates on Cuba for you today.
00:39:46.820 Obviously, this is something the administration is actively dealing with.
00:39:49.820 The President's made it quite clear, it's his belief, based on fact, that the Cuban regime is bound to fall.
00:39:54.820 The country is obviously in a very weak place.
00:39:57.820 Economically speaking, the people are crying out for help and the President believes and
00:40:02.580 knows that the Cuban regime wants a deal.
00:40:04.800 So as you know, Secretary of State Rubio has been engaged in those conversations as directed
00:40:09.260 by the President.
00:40:10.260 I don't have any updates for you today, though.
00:40:11.880 Thank you, Caroline.
00:40:12.880 Regarding the Shield of the Americas, the initiative by President Trump this weekend,
00:40:17.060 big names, a lot of countries, but some notable absences.
00:40:20.360 For instance, Colombia, which is a key ally with the United States in terms of counter-nricotics.
00:40:25.060 President Gustavo Petro was here at the White House and he met with President Trump.
00:40:29.540 Why wasn't Colombia invited to the Shield of the Americas? I don't think we're seeing the
00:40:33.620 level of cooperation we quite want to see yet from the Colombian government to invite them
00:40:37.940 to the Shield of America's event impact but we certainly hope that this newfound organization
00:40:45.220 will expand and we can continue to invite additional member countries but there was
00:40:49.940 quite a few countries there I believe there were 17 countries represented 12 heads of state with
00:40:54.580 the president over the weekend. They signed a defense agreement with all of our militaries
00:41:00.420 to emphasize the need to combat drug cartels through Latin America in the western hemisphere
00:41:06.500 and ultimately of course to curb the illegal trafficking of drugs to the United States which
00:41:11.220 is the president's utmost priority in all of this. So it was a great event on Saturday and
00:41:16.100 we look forward to the coalition expanding. Kelly in the back. Caroline thank you good to see you.
00:41:22.420 I want to get back to another question that was asked earlier.
00:41:25.840 It talked about the political aspects, but there's also the ideological and the spiritual aspects of what Iran has said for 47 years.
00:41:34.680 Death to America, death to Israel.
00:41:37.480 And we've just finished talking about the fact that terror has been around the world. 0.93
00:41:42.160 Iran has been the nexus of that in so many ways.
00:41:45.180 has the president stated clearly to the American people why this is such an 0.89
00:41:50.940 imminent threat in order for Democrats on Capitol Hill and Republicans and the
00:41:56.460 American people to understand how imminent the threat was I think he has
00:42:01.260 Kelly I mean you've heard from the president on an almost daily basis over
00:42:04.980 the course of the past 10 days you've heard it from me at this podium you've
00:42:08.460 heard it from the Secretary of War the Secretary of State the vice president of
00:42:12.000 United States. You know, the President's top cabinet and his officials have been repeatedly
00:42:16.800 explaining to the American public the threat that Iran has posed to our country in this moment, 0.99
00:42:22.640 but, of course, over the course of the past 47 years. And their words, again, 0.91
00:42:27.040 chanting death to America, speak for themselves.
00:42:33.200 Why the division within the American people? I realize that we have the
00:42:38.560 people are talking about the war powers act they're talking about all kinds of issues
00:42:43.760 but have people forgotten just how imminent that threat was if they keep saying death to america
00:42:49.920 and death to israel they mean it look i don't think the american people have forgotten but i
00:42:53.680 think democrats on capitol hill they have not forgotten but they are just so plagued
00:42:58.000 with this resistance to president trump on everything that they do that again they can't
00:43:03.200 even rally behind the common sense bipartisan long-standing principle of the united states 0.94
00:43:08.320 of America, that Iran absolutely poses a threat to the United States, that Iran is the world's
00:43:13.200 leading state sponsor of terrorism. And I think that's reflected again in their voting pattern.
00:43:17.760 In 2023, every single member of the House of Representatives, with the exception of one,
00:43:24.160 I believe the final vote was 412 to one in 2023 for a resolution condemning Iran as the world's
00:43:31.280 state-leading sponsor of terror and now in 20 in this year under this president in 2026 uh 53
00:43:39.120 democrats voted against that exact same resolution with the exact same language i don't think that's
00:43:44.800 a tr a change in the threat that iran has posed to the united states i think it's a change in
00:43:49.840 the democrat party's thinking and their vicious hatred for president trump danny thanks thanks
00:43:57.760 threat level following on Kelly what's the national threat level right now because of
00:44:02.340 this death to america death to israel issue i believe the department of homeland security
00:44:07.360 and the fbi have repeatedly and continuously provided updates on the threat level to the
00:44:12.520 homeland i don't want to speak on it out of turn from up here but of course the federal
00:44:16.940 government is continuing to coordinate and partner with local law enforcement agencies
00:44:21.920 across the ground to thwart potential threats to the homeland this is something the administration
00:44:27.100 obviously takes very seriously we are thwarting threat threats that frankly most americans don't
00:44:33.260 know about because they never make headlines but that's the great work that the department
00:44:36.700 of homeland security is doing and it emphasizes and underscores the point of why democrats need
00:44:42.220 to fund and reopen fully the department of homeland security right now
00:44:49.740 why did president trump say yesterday that iran may have tomahawk missiles when there are only
00:44:54.460 three other u.s allies plus the u.s that have those missiles and therefore look again as the
00:44:59.420 president said yesterday he will accept the conclusion of this investigation by the department
00:45:04.340 of war i know there's been a lot of speculation in the media about who may be responsible for
00:45:09.920 this we're not going to get ahead of the department of war and the conclusion of that investigation
00:45:14.000 the president has a right to share his opinions with the american public but he has said he'll
00:45:18.860 accept the conclusion of that investigation and frankly we're not going to be harassed by the
00:45:24.240 The New York Times, who's been putting out a lot of articles on this, making claims that
00:45:28.000 have just not been verified by the Department of War, to quickly wrap up this investigation
00:45:32.800 because the New York Times is calling on us to do so.
00:45:35.000 Thank you.
00:45:36.000 Thank you so much.
00:45:38.000 Carolyn, with the DHS currently under a partial Democrat shutdown, does the administration
00:45:42.880 have any specific concerns about potential impact on homeland security or intelligence
00:45:47.960 monitoring of sleeper cells inside the United States?
00:45:50.520 Do you have any comment on the bombing, the two individuals that bombed New York City or tried to?
00:45:55.540 Yeah, it was absolutely despicable to see that attack in New York City.
00:45:59.240 I know the FBI is investigating, and the Department of Justice and SDNY have announced they are charging
00:46:04.340 those two individuals and alleged terrorists, and I know they won't rest until justice is sought in this case.
00:46:11.760 Daniel.
00:46:13.200 Thank you, Caroline. Appreciate it.
00:46:14.780 Millions of Americans are filing taxes for the first time since the president signed the one big, beautiful bill act into law.
00:46:19.780 New reports say that new IRS data says that the average federal tax refund is around $3,800, a little bit ups from the last period of last year.
00:46:28.160 Does the president believe that the average federal tax refund increasing this year could provide a little bit more economic growth, something that he's been very focused on as the year progresses?
00:46:38.420 Absolutely. And Americans are going to start benefiting from the fruits of President Trump and Republicans' labor through the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill and these historic tax cuts.
00:46:48.060 We are midway through tax season, so just to provide an update from the Treasury Department that just went out moments ago, nearly 63.5 million tax returns have been processed thus far, 45% of the anticipated total number of tax returns by April 15th, so don't forget to file your taxes, people.
00:47:06.660 And the average refund this year is more than $3,700.
00:47:12.060 And we know that more than 27.5 million individuals who have filed their tax returns thus far
00:47:18.880 have claimed at least one of President Trump's new tax cuts.
00:47:22.920 Over 3.5 million returns have claimed no tax on tips.
00:47:26.800 Over 15.5 million returns have claimed no tax on overtime.
00:47:31.380 Over 9.2 million returns have claimed the enhanced deduction for seniors.
00:47:35.480 and over 690,000 returns have claimed no tax on car loan interest.
00:47:42.320 And another amazing statistic, nearly 3.5 million Trump accounts have been opened for children in our country thus far.
00:47:50.720 So we look forward to, I know the Treasury Department continues to look forward to seeing these checks go out the door
00:47:56.520 and into the pockets of hardworking Americans, and the President will be meeting with them himself tomorrow on the road in both Ohio and Kentucky.
00:48:04.160 and we look forward to seeing you all there.
00:48:05.740 Thank you, guys.
00:48:06.220 Thank you, Caroline and Tara.
00:48:10.140 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back, of course,
00:48:12.900 the White House Press Secretary there
00:48:14.880 giving a really round-robin press conference.
00:48:17.500 We got everything from the SAVE Act to Texas
00:48:19.400 to, of course, the latest on the war in Iran
00:48:23.320 and the situation with Operation Epic Fury
00:48:27.160 and so much to dig into.
00:48:29.980 That's why we had to take it there, of course, live.
00:48:32.280 We're going to go back to Pennsylvania tomorrow, and later in the week, we're going to talk more about the violence that's been exploding there because Human Events is reporting absolutely has to get to this.
00:48:43.980 This is very, very important.
00:48:46.240 And so I wanted to bring up another story, and we're going into some of the real estate fraud that's been going on in the United States, and one of the biggest ones, a huge case out of Burbank right now.
00:48:59.320 we've got a clip that I want to play for everyone. You can imagine just how shocking this was for
00:49:04.940 that homeowner to learn that he no longer had the title of this property here in Burbank.
00:49:09.780 He also told police he never authorized the sale of this home located behind us here on Walnut
00:49:15.320 Avenue. Yet according to federal investigators, paperwork was filed, a loan was funded,
00:49:20.660 and ownership was transferred, all without his knowledge or consent. Three people are now in
00:49:26.800 federal custody tied to this case. A fourth person is still on the run. Federal investigators say
00:49:32.700 the scheme involving this Burbank home unfolded in late 2023 and early 2024. According to the FBI,
00:49:39.060 the defendants allegedly used stolen identities of the real homeowner and a so-called buyer
00:49:44.860 to fraudulently sell this $1.5 million Burbank property and secure a $975,000 loan. The
00:49:53.280 complaint alleges they created fake IDs, forged signatures, falsified bank statements, and even
00:49:59.360 used a fraudulent notary stamp to complete the deal. Prosecutors say once the loan was funded,
00:50:04.640 escrow money was wired to a third party instead of the rightful homeowner.
00:50:09.800 All right, Rebecca, and we're on with Natalie Dominguez. Natalie, I mean, these are the types 1.00
00:50:14.600 of things that you've been coming on here to the program for months warning about the fact this is
00:50:21.220 happening in Burbank not you know Hollywood Beverly Hills area this shows that it can really
00:50:27.260 happen anywhere in the country and you're the title theft education expert with home title lock
00:50:33.640 I want people to understand how serious this is and the fact that anyone can be a victim
00:50:38.700 absolutely Jack and this one actually hits really hits home very close to me Burbank is kind of
00:50:46.760 right next door to where I am so when I saw the headlines I was like oh cool like
00:50:51.220 right down the street. My father, when I was younger, his first office was in Burbank and it
00:50:56.180 was a $1.5 million house. I think one of the big takeaways here is that these kinds of crimes are
00:51:02.560 kind of consistently evolving, right? You guys hear me talk about it all the time. You heard
00:51:07.380 about it in the story that was just presented where they're using fake notary stamps, they're
00:51:11.440 filling out fake documents and filing them with the county and they're actually getting money out
00:51:16.560 of the bank and they're just running away with it. There's one person still in the loose, but
00:51:20.720 this time, this is an interesting new turn in this story that they didn't just pretend to be
00:51:26.480 the homeowner. They also pretended to be the buyer, which was a really interesting thing that
00:51:31.280 I haven't really seen yet, but I'm sure it's happening. But it's really scary. In my opinion,
00:51:38.060 the thing is, this was a licensed real estate broker, and we're seeing this consistently more
00:51:41.820 and more and more. It's that these people that you're supposed to trust that are doing these
00:51:45.020 jobs that have the insider information are using it to their gain and just going after homeowners
00:51:51.120 in vulnerable homes. So when we look at this, I mean, this is really something that's, you know,
00:51:58.240 it's everyone's worst nightmare, especially if you have older parents, if you have people in your life
00:52:03.020 that are, you know, in these homes. And so many times that people look at the house itself and
00:52:10.840 they say, you know what, that becomes the target that becomes the motive and incentive for all of
00:52:17.960 this. And hey, if you're not there again, checking your title with home title lock or, you know,
00:52:23.320 checking mail, things like this, you may not know for quite some time that something has even gone
00:52:28.620 wrong. Absolutely. I mean, you can see here. So they they did all this back in 2003 and 2004,
00:52:36.560 and it's just now kind of making headlines and coming out and being investigated. This is a
00:52:42.560 very, very recent story and this happens all the time. We constantly in the news and in headlines
00:52:48.300 are seeing these stories of the crime was perpetrated two, three years ago and the homeowners
00:52:53.360 aren't finding out about it until foreclosure notices are showing up or someone shows up
00:52:57.960 because the home was sold to them and suddenly they're trying to build some property on some
00:53:02.960 vacant land. And it's a very scary thing because of how silent it is. And even the FBI constantly
00:53:08.760 is urging for people to monitor their properties. And not everyone has the capacity to walk on down
00:53:14.100 to the recorder's office every day and say, hey, can I see all the paperwork on my property?
00:53:18.620 That's just not how it works. So it's a very easy crime to commit. And look at these perpetrators.
00:53:26.680 They got away with almost a million dollars in loans. That's why people are doing it. It's easy
00:53:30.780 money. So Natalie, and let's, let's talk about this case. You know, we always do it this way
00:53:36.060 if, you know, it's the hypothetical, but if home title lock had been involved or did have a case
00:53:41.180 that was similar to this, if you had any, what would the remedy be? How would the, how would
00:53:45.940 the company react? Oh, the company would react immediately. So, uh, you know, home title locks,
00:53:52.780 triple lock, million dollar triple lock protection. We monitor the property 24 seven,
00:53:56.440 we sent urgent alerts, and then we have a team of legal experts that are prepared to jump in.
00:54:00.480 If the hypothetical, you know, we were monitoring the property that the fraud took place on, the moment anything was filed, we would jump in and immediately start unwinding it. So the sale wouldn't have gone through, the mortgage wouldn't have gone through, or sorry, excuse me, the loan, yeah, the loan wouldn't have gone through, and we would have just jumped in and started unwinding it.
00:54:19.200 What's sad about this particular case is that right now it's being investigated. There's someone still on the run. I think a few people have been arrested. But unfortunately, the victims, the homeowner, the buyer who was frauded under their name, they're all still having to unwind this civilly.
00:54:37.220 So even though people have been arrested, we talk about this all the time because this is a civil paperwork issue.
00:54:43.060 The victims are still required to go through their entire legal process.
00:54:47.480 They have to hire lawyers.
00:54:48.820 They have to go through court.
00:54:50.400 They have to get the home back in their name and unwind all the mess.
00:54:54.020 And we're in 2026 now.
00:54:55.660 This happened back in 2023, 2024.
00:54:57.760 So Home Title Lock does all of that for you at no out-of-pocket cost.
00:55:01.720 basically if you're a victim you just you have peace of mind because you're not going to have
00:55:06.720 to deal with the aftermath it's just it's really a folks i would just encourage everyone head over
