00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on Human Events Daily.
00:00:09.260 So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends.
00:00:16.640 Make sure they're all going and downloading as well, because we need to get the signal out as much as possible.
00:00:22.380 Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started, and we're only going to do so much more.
00:00:29.300 Let's get it.
00:00:59.300 the White House. Here's what we know. We understand that a driver drove a van through a
00:01:03.980 barricade at Connecticut Avenue and H Street Northwest around 630 this morning. The ISIS 0.95
00:01:09.480 inspired terror plot in New York City has spread to Pennsylvania. New video shows one of the
00:01:14.620 suspects allegedly buying a 20 foot fireworks fuse just days before the attempt. And this comes
00:01:21.420 as the FBI finds explosive residue in a Pennsylvania storage unit they believe is connected to this
00:01:28.060 plot. Meantime, Mayor Zulran Mamdani confirms the FBI found a suspicious package near Gracie
00:01:34.020 Mansion. Officials later determined it was non-life-threatening. Currently unclear
00:01:37.980 if the package is connected to the earlier incident. Iran may be trying to activate
00:01:43.260 sleeper cells outside the country. ABC News is reporting the U.S. just intercepted an encrypted
00:01:49.680 message believed to have originated in Iran that may serve as an operational trigger for sleeper
00:01:55.860 assets. Cargo ship and a container ship have come under attack this morning in the Strait of Hormuz.
00:02:01.100 That's according to a UK maritime agency. A fire was reported after one of those ships was hit by
00:02:07.220 a suspected projectile. This new video just into our newsroom showing strikes on more than a dozen
00:02:13.040 Iranian vessels, including what the military said were ships that could have laid explosive mines
00:02:18.740 in the strait. The president warning if Iran attacked ships there, the U.S. would hit back
00:02:24.080 even harder. That comes just hours after the defense secretary vowed, in his words,
00:02:29.260 the most intense day of strikes yet. The most fighters, the most bombers, the most
00:02:34.440 strikes. Intelligence more refined and better than ever.
00:02:54.080 We've just had a statement from Iran's military command, and they say that to Iran's policy
00:03:23.400 of what it calls reciprocal hits has now ended
00:03:26.760 and Iran will carry out continuous strikes, they say, from now on.
00:03:32.460 They also say that the US won't be able to control oil
00:03:35.600 with artificial measures.
00:03:38.220 They say get ready for $200 of oil barrel.
00:03:42.120 That's their statement.
00:03:53.400 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board. Today's edition human events daily. We're here live on
00:04:00.220 real America's voice. Today is March 11th, 2026. Anno Domini. Are we seeing World War
00:04:09.120 Hormuz, the clash of the Hormuz, the battle of the Hormuz? Has this begun? We saw yesterday
00:04:18.540 reports coming out intelligence-wise in U.S. media saying, based on intelligence, that it's
00:04:25.200 possible that Iran had begun mining the Strait of Hormuz. Now, that intelligence has not been
00:04:31.540 confirmed wider beyond this. We haven't seen that from the Department of War. We haven't seen that
00:04:36.220 from others. But what did we see immediately after? And this was after the show ended yesterday.
00:04:39.620 We saw President Trump order destruction of Iranian mine-laying ships. We also saw earlier
00:04:47.680 today. Overnight, what happened on U.S. time? Well, here in the eastern edge of the American
00:04:54.360 Republic, we saw three vessels, three seagoing vessels, cargo vessels being attacked by Iranian
00:05:02.300 projectiles within the Strait of Hormuz itself. Ladies and gentlemen, this is heating up. Iran
00:05:09.300 is responding with asymmetric economic warfare. They know that they can put the hurt on the purse. 0.86
00:05:16.360 the purse strings, not just of the United States, but on our Gulf Arab allies. This has always been 0.94
00:05:23.340 their strategy. Their strategy has always been to wait out the United States, attempt to attrite 0.90
00:05:29.660 U.S. munitions in the area in terms of air interceptors, backfilling the Israelis with 0.92
00:05:34.620 air interceptors as well for the Iron Dome and as well as the Gulf Arab allies. Can the U.S. 0.52
00:05:40.980 hold on? Will the regime fall before that point ends? Will the people rise up? So far,
00:05:49.080 mass protests within Iran have not materialized. We are on day 12. President Trump is out there.
00:05:55.720 Of course, he is in art of the deal mode. In this case, he's moved beyond art of the deal
00:06:03.040 to the art of war. He is going full Sun Tzu on the Iranian leadership. Will he continue? 0.79
00:06:09.880 Will he go for a wider war? Will he attempt to strike the new Ayatollah Khomeini or sign off on
00:06:17.500 an Israeli strike to do so? Well, the new Ayatollah Khomeini was a no-show at his own
00:06:23.260 succession ceremony. Can you say that someone has actually seceded to the throne if they are not
00:06:31.580 even at their own ceremony? And we all know why he's not there. Ladies and gentlemen,
00:06:37.320 the risks for the world are catastrophic. The risks are higher than ever. But remember,
00:06:43.460 at the same time, it's only March. This has only been 12 days. And so just because there is a high
00:06:50.500 risk, does that not mean there's a high reward also potentially on the table? If there is one,
00:06:57.080 President Trump is going to be the one to find it. Jack Posobiec, Human Events. We've got a huge
00:07:02.600 show today. Tom Sauer coming on next, as well as Scott Pressler later in the hour. Stay tuned.
00:07:14.300 And in our way in our golden age has just begun. This is Human Events with Jack Posovo. Now it's
00:07:20.280 time for everyone to understand what America First truly means. Welcome to the second American
00:07:27.560 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec live here. Human events daily. And folks, let me tell you
00:07:38.280 something. Every major company, you know, this is a little bit of an insight. They're using AI
00:07:42.480 right now. TurboTax, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, banks, insurance companies, hospitals,
00:07:48.260 credit bureaus, retailers, data firms. They say it's about innovation, but the truth is it's about
00:07:53.640 turning your personal information into profit. Big corporations are serving you up on a silver
00:07:59.460 platter to cyber criminals. AI runs on data about real people, your name, your home address,
00:08:05.960 your phone number, your job, your family. That information comes from data broker and people
00:08:10.580 search sites that build detailed profiles on you without your permission. During tax season,
00:08:16.060 that exposure becomes even more dangerous because those same profiles don't just feed corporate AI
00:08:20.740 systems, they're used by scammers. Criminals look people up before they attack, and they know where
00:08:25.540 you are, where you live, and how to approach you. Now, this is the time of year that they're going
00:08:29.300 to strike hardest. Tax season. They'll file fake tax returns, impersonate the IRS, steal refunds
00:08:34.900 using stolen identities, and AI makes scams faster, easier to execute, and harder to spot.
00:08:40.760 When your information is public, you are exposed. So ask yourself, what defenses do you actually
00:08:45.700 have against this? Well, the Human Events audience knows exactly what the defense is. It's Patriot
00:08:50.660 protect patriot protect this is what i use this is what my family uses they're the only anti-ai
00:08:57.240 tool that actually removes you from the system patriot protect deletes your personal information
00:09:02.060 from google and removes it from over 240 data broker and people search sites the exact places
00:09:08.360 ai systems and scanners pull from once removed their search and destroy protocol keeps monitoring
00:09:13.180 and wiping new exposures automatically so don't just sit there and let scammers use ai to exploit
00:09:18.840 and steal from you and your family use patriot protect and take your data back take control of
00:09:23.320 your personal information and reduce your exposure use promo code poso for 15 off all patriot protect
00:09:30.060 plans go to patriot-protect.com slash poso and use promo code poso for 15 off all right folks 0.75
00:09:37.500 so if we're talking about the straight whore moves we're talking about mining operations 0.67
00:09:41.140 If only, if only we knew someone who was an expert in Navy explosive ordnance disposal and the maritime warframe, if we only knew someone who knew this battle space, who had actually deployed to the region, who was an officer in the United States Navy, who specifically focused directly on this, you might even call him a SME, a subject matter expert.
00:10:07.260 Well, we don't know any of those, but we do have Tom Sauer, so we're going to bring him on.
00:10:10.520 what's up Tom good thing you said that because I didn't know who you were talking about I was like
00:10:15.460 he's not talking about me is he no no I mean I'm saying I wish I knew someone like that but I don't
00:10:19.960 but I do know yourself but uh yeah man it's uh it's been a wild few days and what's crazy to me
00:10:25.660 is that this is the moment that so many Navy EOD guys like me have been waiting for I mean
00:10:33.340 mining the straight they're gonna mine the straight this is it this is something that Navy EOD has
00:10:39.020 prepared for longer than I've been alive and it's the scenario that everyone talks about
00:10:44.820 it's a scenario that my brother who's an active duty navy od officer who's now stationed in the
00:10:50.020 pacific working mine countermeasures over there he was the operations officer for the task force
00:10:55.480 charged with clearing the strait in the event were to happen just a couple years ago and now
00:11:00.380 all of us are incredibly jealous of the boys who are over there there now and uh I'm talking to
00:11:07.560 right now you know in the group chats obviously nothing classified or sensitive but um yeah they're
00:11:13.560 there right now and they are gearing up because it's like this is it this is the show it's the
00:11:18.600 super bowl here we go um and uh but like i mentioned when you say the show the super bowl
00:11:23.880 what you're talking about is the fact that navy eod officers navy eod mine countermeasure teams
00:11:29.240 this is exactly what people have been training for for decades uh since the iran iraq war since
00:11:34.800 the 1980s when Iran mined the Gulf back then. This is exactly what the training has been focused
00:11:41.400 on because this is the mother of all at sea choke points, the Strait of Hormuz. And now Iran, 0.91
00:11:48.000 we don't know if they've actually begun mining or not. President Trump hit those, you know,
00:11:53.840 hit those ships yesterday. Iran does have other capabilities for mine laying. But Tom, 0.91
00:11:59.460 we have mine countermeasures walk us through a little bit of what the u.s navy's response
00:12:04.840 potentially could be capability wise well it started with a number of years ago we used to
00:12:10.480 have mine sweepers mine sweeping ships that were stationed in bahrain now the thing is though is
00:12:16.420 that these were very old they're broken all the time and they were and we weren't really sure how
00:12:21.340 effective they would be because mine countermeasures in big navy is generally an overlooked and
00:12:27.780 underappreciated realm of warfare which is really not a great idea because since 1945 we've lost
00:12:34.260 more ships or had either sunk or damaged to mines than we have from missiles torpedoes gunfire all
00:12:41.860 that combined so it's actually a much greater threat but we still don't focus on nearly as much
00:12:46.840 so now that those minesweepers are out of there they're relying pretty much entirely on um on
00:12:53.640 what's called expeditionary mine countermeasures which is led by navy eod uh embarked usually on
00:13:00.580 any vessel of opportunity but right now they are embarked on littoral combat ships and uh they have
00:13:07.540 unmanned underwater vehicles they uh have eod divers remote operated vehicles to be able to
00:13:14.560 search that whole area and then if they find suspected mines they would mark them and then
00:13:20.960 if we can't avoid we will if we cannot avoid them if they're in what's called a q route right a q
00:13:27.100 route which is basically the shipping lane traffic right so the number one priority is to search the
00:13:32.720 shipping lanes to make sure there's a clear and once that's clear then it's like we can give the
00:13:37.520 green light to everyone that hey you can go through this specific narrow defined lanes
00:13:43.700 right for your traffic you know just just like a road right or you know one coming in one going out
00:13:49.820 And that's exactly the way to think about it, clearing the road.
00:13:53.280 Clearing the road.
00:13:54.120 That's what that is.
00:13:55.040 And then afterwards, once that's clear.
00:13:56.800 So if there are mines that are found there or suspected mines, they'll be marked.
00:14:01.740 We got to avoid them.
00:14:02.800 And then we go take care of those first.
00:14:04.260 And then we search the surrounding area, right?
00:14:06.880 Because you still just don't want mines there.
00:14:08.940 So it's still high stakes, high risk.
00:14:11.680 But our first priority is clearing the queue routes.
00:14:14.620 and so the the reason this is such a big deal is because you've got an area here that's only it's
00:14:23.240 it's the traffic separation scheme people say oh well it's it's 20 miles across shouldn't that be
00:14:27.420 enough but you've got to talk about the deep sea channel and the deep sea channel you've got uh
00:14:32.900 two nautical miles one way two monocle miles the other way and that's it yeah that's right and i
00:14:39.180 mean give you an idea the you know the the persian gulf in general is not very deep i mean our
00:14:43.940 submarines don't even like to hang out around there because there's really very few places for
00:14:47.020 you to hide. So that whole area is, I mean, I'd have to check bathymetry data. I don't recall
00:14:51.680 off the top of my head the depth of the Strait of Hormuz, but it's not very deep. I mean,
00:14:56.240 it's deep enough for traffic to go in and out of those shipping lanes. But outside of that,
00:15:01.240 it's not great. And also they always have in the high traffic areas and choke points like the
00:15:07.020 Strait of Hormuz on every nautical chart, there are, as you said, traffic separation schemes,
00:15:11.740 where it's like hey these are the rules of the road you go this way you go this way right like
00:15:15.960 that's how that's meant to work so we have to clear those out and um i mean like i said that
00:15:20.740 is what eod was part of the reason it was created in the first place was mine countermeasures right
00:15:25.700 was clearing naval mines um so i mean yeah for a lot of guys they're really excited uh almost
00:15:32.600 every other eod tech in the navy or eod officer in the navy that is not in the persian gulf right
00:15:39.800 now are very jealous of the guys that are there now very much so because at the same time you know
00:15:45.240 and as great as great as the as these eod techs are best in the world by the way best eod in the
00:15:51.960 entire military i would add but at the same time you still gotta it still goes back to the captains
00:15:57.820 of those ships and the insurers because if you've got a super tanker that's got and i was i was sort
00:16:03.580 of crunching the numbers on this using extensive research in grok that essentially would be about
00:16:08.840 $200 million in terms of cargo. One sea mine. I mean, Tom, walk us through. You're the expert on
00:16:16.520 this. Could a sea mine take out one of those tankers? You don't even need one sea mine. You
00:16:22.620 just need one suspected sea mine that could be a threat so that they don't even want to take the
00:16:27.440 chance of going near it because all this cargo, whether it's oil or other goods, are so valuable.
00:16:31.900 But one sea mine wouldn't necessarily sink a giant cargo vessel like that, but could seriously
00:16:38.120 damage and possibly immobilize it. So, and, you know, I mean, you just don't want to go through
00:16:43.020 something like that, obviously. And that is why, you know, clearing the sea lanes is such an
00:16:48.680 important mission for EOD. One thing that's also important right now, we see we're already taking
00:16:52.600 steps to this. And I had one of my lawyer friends reach out to me who works insurance issues is he's
00:16:58.060 like, hey, has the government thought about insuring or backing some of these? And looks
00:17:01.500 like we're doing that. Last I checked through, I think Steve Witkoff recommended it, if I remember
00:17:05.580 right is uh the development finance corporation which is usually a development bank you know
00:17:12.180 that's a government funded bank essentially that does development projects large economic projects
00:17:17.600 to the benefit of the united states but for with international partners and they're ready to back
00:17:22.320 up and insure you know essentially you know because insurance company is essentially a type
00:17:26.280 of a bank right and um they're going to be using the dfc and if you're if something gets hit you
00:17:31.780 know something gets hit you have the ability to again make make that insurance claim but they've
00:17:36.400 got to be willing to do so and they're looking at the risk the same way anyone else is tom and just
00:17:40.540 the last minute that we have if if iran does embark on this mining uh operation what do you
00:17:47.000 think would be the first indications of that what do you think u.s intel is keeping an eye on right
00:17:51.720 now isr that it's a tough one to figure out because like i said last night on laura ingram
00:17:57.060 is we've taken out all of their formal mine laying ships which is good because they might
00:18:01.540 have a ton of mines but they have no way to deliver them here's the thing you can do what
00:18:05.260 they call indiscriminate mining right which is where basically you load a couple a couple three
00:18:09.560 couple four uh of these naval mines onto a fishing boat or a speed boat and it could be in the middle
00:18:15.720 of the night and you just hide you can do that now the thing is though is like when you do stuff
00:18:20.820 like that your accuracy isn't that great there's gonna be a lot of there's a lot of human error as
00:18:24.940 opposed to the dedicated mine lane ships so there could be something like that so if i were you know
00:18:31.480 i'm sure the isr assets over there are looking at every single ship coming and going right that's
00:18:39.720 trying to see um who might be trying to sneak a mine onto like a fishing boat or some other type
00:18:45.660 of ship and this is certainly going to be one of the most dangerous courses of action tom sour
00:18:49.920 where can people follow you you can find me uh on x.com at thomas b sour s-a-u-e-r thomas b sour
00:18:59.480 Give him a follow, folks.
00:19:00.560 He's cracking it down in real time.
00:19:02.440 Right back, Human Events Daily.

00:20:51.760 Protect your future and stand with us fighting for the United States of America.
00:20:56.940 All right, now, yesterday, we ended up going to the president's press conference with Caroline
00:21:04.100 Levitt, and we got cut off from that story we were working on with Sergeant Mark Facetti,
00:21:08.140 retired sergeant out of the police department of philadelphia and we were working with him to kind
00:21:14.880 of go through this issue and this case of the state trooper who was killed at point blank range
00:21:22.140 by reportedly an antifa member or at least antifa supporter there in pennsylvania not far from the
00:21:30.860 city you know couple counties over from the city of philadelphia in chester county mark how are you
00:21:35.940 hey jack good to see you you as well so when when we look at this story and you got kind of cut off
00:21:42.700 when you were telling it earlier yesterday so my let's just let's just start from the beginning
00:21:46.300 what exactly happened here in this case we were told someone was driving erratically the trooper
00:21:52.340 pulls him over what went on yeah so anyone that's dealt with the pennsylvania state police if you
00:21:59.060 drive wrong in any way they're coming after you it doesn't matter if you're a cop uh they're pretty
00:22:04.320 known to pretty strict so he was just doing a routine stop in his eyes i'm sure uh guy was
00:22:10.940 driving erratically speeding he finally caught up to him the uh the suspect here pulls over
00:22:18.200 trooper goes up to his driver's side as he's probably done countless times in his career
00:22:23.740 and this guy just said that was it and shot him point blank killing him and then killing himself
00:22:32.300 and you know as the investigation will probably show uh what they'll tell us i'm not 100 sure but
00:22:40.940 as we've already known this is a you know antifa member you know defund the police type person
00:22:47.100 hates cops hates law enforcement so you know as i was saying yesterday when you find an individual
00:22:52.540 like this and they're ready to just you know destroy somebody's life including their own it's
00:22:59.500 almost undefendable you can't defend against it and that seems like what happened here this guy
00:23:05.500 just said this was going to be my day and i'm taking this trooper with me and he did
00:23:12.940 no and when you look at it from from that perspective it it becomes so many questions
00:23:18.380 because there doesn't seem to have been any direct relationship between the two although
00:23:23.980 we were you know getting some indications from reporting out there that there may have been a
00:23:29.020 grudge or some kind of personal beef that this individual had with state troopers and of course
00:23:34.460 the investigation is going to continue on that now given the fact that this individual
00:23:39.260 jesse elks did um end up committing suicide there on the scene do we have any indication
00:23:46.200 if the investigation will continue uh yeah they'll definitely continue it they're going to want to
00:23:52.840 get as many answers as possible uh what led him up to this moment you know was there any signs any
00:23:59.340 postings that we usually see in any you know horrific uh scenario like this where they start
00:24:05.660 digging into their social media their profiles talking to friends and then they you know a picture
00:24:10.860 gets drawn for them like okay this was probably going to happen uh so yeah it'll definitely
00:24:15.340 continue the investigation now the state police how much they will release to the public once they
00:24:20.880 know is different than your local police stations here in pennsylvania you know if this if this was
00:24:25.440 a philadelphia police department you would probably get an answer uh pennsylvania usually
00:24:29.860 keeps everything pretty tight the state police but they will still continue to investigate
00:24:33.440 and and of course because when you look at it from this situation it's it's obviously a horrific
00:24:41.040 case but again the political angle here which has all been but confirmed why are we not hearing any
00:24:47.160 of this from local media it's we both know why jack it's this is a person who obviously hates
00:24:56.320 cops it's you know the antifa world and whenever that person does something horrific the left just
00:25:03.340 shuts it down because they know people on the right or any common sense person even if they're
00:25:08.740 not political and say well this guy is doing did this because he hears what you say on you know
00:25:15.760 your news channel or hears this politician say this about cops you know day in and day out and
00:25:22.320 they know that's a dog whistle and somebody you know heard it heard their call and went out that
00:25:28.360 night and said i'm going to you know i'm gonna hurt somebody now the police are all bad they
00:25:35.620 all hurt everybody else well now it's my turn and they know if they report it that's what's
00:25:39.880 going to happen it's going to make them look bad so in a place like chester county which is right
00:25:46.400 outside of philadelphia philadelphia and they don't want to they don't want to they don't want
00:25:50.460 to have to take the blame and certainly the governor who's the head of state troopers doesn't
00:25:54.200 want that either sergeant in the last uh minute that we have tell us a bit you've got a book out
00:25:59.420 about your experiences with the philadelphia warrant unit yeah that's right it's called
00:26:05.360 philly warrant unit uh me and my old um partner my childhood friend actually we wrote it together
00:26:10.980 it just goes over the history of some of the jobs we did in the philadelphia court warrant unit
00:26:18.140 it's some of them are funny some of them are sad um you know some of them are scary and it's just
00:26:23.900 the history of some of the top jobs that we did that we can remember we could probably write 10
00:26:27.880 books of all the stuff we did but it gives you an inside look on what it was like to uh serve
00:26:34.260 warrants in the one of the most dangerous cities in america it was a lot of fun did it for over 10
00:26:39.300 years well and it's something that where people if they want to understand what it's actually
00:26:45.540 like wearing the badge and going into those situations you can go and get a copy of the
00:26:50.900 philly warrant unit wherever books are sold by sergeant mark facetti highly recommend it everyone
00:26:56.580 should go get a copy and go follow mark as well thanks so much man for being on human events
00:27:00.660 continues where's jack where is he jack i want to see you great job jack thank you what a job you
00:27:16.440 do you know we have an incredible thing we're always talking about the fake news and the bad
00:27:20.560 but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting policies
00:27:24.200 All right, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.

00:28:42.760 All right. Very excited to have on our next guest, the great Scott Pressler.
00:28:47.920 Scott, how are you? I'm good. Thanks for having me back, Jack.
00:28:52.700 Well, it's great to have you on. Congrats on your shout out from the president of the United States the other day.
00:28:57.840 And you've been up very vocal about the Save America Act.
00:29:02.320 And I wanted to get kind of from your perspective, a grassroots update on where we are on this.
00:29:07.000 Thank you. So the House of Representatives under the leadership of Speaker Mike Johnson
00:29:13.100 passed the Save America Act, Save Act, for a third time. It's been on the books now for nearly
00:29:20.560 over a year that it's been held up in the Senate. So thank you to our House for passing that
00:29:24.940 legislation. The President of the United States, Donald Trump, during his State of the Union
00:29:29.200 called the Save America Act country saving legislation, which I completely agree with.
00:29:36.320 And most recently, as you just announced, the president not only gave our work a shout out, but said that he will not sign another piece of legislation into law until the Save America Act is passed.
00:29:48.500 So now Senator Thune is apparently going to bring the Save America Act to the Senate floor, but will it pass?
00:29:56.760 And I want to also thank representatives of the House for saying that they will also vote no to any Senate legislation until, again, the Save America Act is passed.
00:30:08.420 And that's the seat of where we are right now, Jack.
00:30:11.180 Well, that's an incredible setup.
00:30:12.780 Now, we've also heard, though, a lot of people saying that, look, you know, this is great.
00:30:17.620 The attention is there.
00:30:18.680 The grassroots are there.
00:30:19.760 But also, the votes aren't necessarily there in the United States Senate.
00:30:26.100 And so, have you done any research or are you hearing anything regarding this, you know, just from what you're being told?
00:30:32.320 Do we have the votes?
00:30:33.780 Can we get this across the finish line?
00:30:35.380 we are not going to allow the senate to hide behind a 60 vote threshold i think what the
00:30:45.700 senate really isn't understanding jack is that the american people all we want is champions and
00:30:52.100 fighters for us we are cognizant that some things may ultimately not pass but we at least want to
00:30:57.940 see you fight for us. And so bring the Sea of America Act to the Senate floor for debate and
00:31:05.500 allow the Democrats to expose themselves. And furthermore, allow any Republicans on our side
00:31:12.380 that are not willing to do the work, i.e., perhaps even spending weeks on the Senate floor trying to
00:31:18.220 get this legislation passed into law, which, by the way, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed
00:31:23.960 because of the talking filibuster.
00:31:25.960 That's a side note.
00:31:27.160 And that's all we're asking for right now.
00:31:28.860 And so I encourage anyone watching across the country,
00:31:32.420 please call the Capitol Senate switchboard at 202-224-3121
00:31:37.020 and first thank any members of your Senate
00:31:39.340 for co-sponsoring the legislation,
00:31:40.980 but tell them co-sponsorship of the Save America Act
00:31:46.660 means nothing unless they are willing to support publicly
00:31:51.240 the talking filibuster to advance the Save America Act. We're not going to let them hijack
00:31:57.620 behind a 60-vote threshold and shut down debate. We're advocating on what behalf of Charlie Kirk
00:32:04.800 dedicated his life to, which is dialogue, discourse, debate, and discussion. That's all
00:32:11.720 we're asking for. And now, Scott, let's talk about the stakes here a little bit as well,
00:32:17.800 because a lot of people know that the Save America Act is about fighting to clean up our voter rolls.
00:32:24.060 And we had Senator Chuck Schumer just there earlier, I guess it was yesterday or earlier today,
00:32:27.940 saying, oh, well, tens of millions of people would be knocked off the voter rolls.
00:32:32.280 Scott, I was told that there weren't any illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
00:32:36.780 What's going on here?
00:32:39.000 This is the single most important thing everybody has to be talking about right now.
00:32:45.620 So let's get into this for a second, please, Jack. So the SAVE Act stands for the Safeguard
00:32:53.640 American Voter Eligibility Act. Now, to anybody that's read the actual piece of legislation,
00:32:59.880 it's 30 pages. It's not a lot. What the SAVE America Act does, it employs DHS's SAVE system,
00:33:08.760 not to be confused with the systematic alien verification for entitlements.
00:33:15.760 Now, what does that mean?
00:33:17.000 Here's what people are getting wrong, including the Democrats.
00:33:20.340 No registered voter that is already registered to vote will have to re-register.
00:33:26.520 That is an untruth coming from the Democrat Party.
00:33:29.680 What will happen is any of the registered voters will go through the SAVE system,
00:33:34.700 meaning that any legal, lawful American citizen that has a lawful American Social Security number
00:33:41.860 will be able to stay on the voter rolls. What Senator Chuck Schumer did in that viral clip that
00:33:48.720 every person needs to bring attention to is he said the quiet part out loud. He just told the
00:33:54.540 entire global stage that millions of illegal aliens or unlawful voters are currently on the
00:34:03.480 voter rolls. And he knows that the passage of the Save America Act and the save system
00:34:08.660 will kick off any unlawful non-American voters. 0.70
00:34:16.260 And this is the big problem. This is the big problem because it's everything that Republicans
00:34:22.220 and conservatives and Elon Musk, who's been so outspoken about this, have alleged from the very
00:34:27.200 start, that they are worried about losing voters over this, even though when we look at voter ID
00:34:33.840 and we look at the questions of should only U.S. citizens vote every time it's put to a poll,
00:34:38.660 it has overwhelming support. They are not doing this because it's popular. They are doing it
00:34:44.400 because it cuts into their or the blocking, I should say, they're blocking the bill because
00:34:49.000 it cuts into their bottom line. And if I may, we both come from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
00:34:56.480 right now. What just happened within the last week? U.S. Attorney David Metcalf of Philadelphia
00:35:04.760 indicted an illegal alien by the name of Mahadi Sacco out of Philadelphia. You know what, Jack?
00:35:12.520 This illegal alien, non-citizen, was registered to vote since 2005. And this person voted in the 0.61
00:35:21.520 last five presidential elections in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Now, what I did
00:35:27.600 is after this was released by U.S. Attorney David Metcalf, I went into the sure system and sure
00:35:33.720 enough, no pun intended, Mahadi Sacco, I found him and he is an active registered Democrat voter
00:35:42.640 in Philadelphia County as an illegal alien. I also want to note that Anthony Forlini of
00:35:48.740 Macomb County, Michigan, notified that illegal aliens are on the voter rolls in that one county
00:35:53.240 in Michigan. And I want to also note that recorder Stephen, Steve, I forget his last name. Oh, Heap.
00:36:00.620 He is of Maricopa County, Arizona. He notified and noted that there are also illegal aliens on
00:36:06.320 the voter rolls in Arizona. So this is not just one Commonwealth. This is happening across the
00:36:11.840 entire nation. And we have proof of illegal aliens on the voter rolls that the Save America Act on 0.84
00:36:18.600 day number one we can remove anyone that is not lawfully on our voter rolls
00:36:26.040 scott you're also by the way not just uh talking about you know uh being active you're getting
00:36:32.840 you are taking the next step for once and putting your name on the ballot for beaver county
00:36:38.920 republican state committee walk us through that thank you i didn't think i'd be running for office
00:36:46.360 I'm really disappointed, Jack. You, Charlie, all of the grassroots, everyone worked so hard to deliver
00:36:56.280 a popular vote for Donald J. Trump and a Republican majority for our party. And here we are nearly a
00:37:04.480 month and a half later. And when we control all three branches of government, you would think that
00:37:09.780 we would be able to pass law after law after law and do right by the American people. And I personally
00:37:16.200 feel that the voters, the grassroots, are unrepresented. And so I'm doing it the right
00:37:22.740 way. I'm running for local office at the very bottom of the totem pole, and I'm running for
00:37:27.900 the state committee of the Pennsylvania GOP for the Republican Committee of Beaver County.
00:37:34.160 And I hope to be a true statesman for the people. I'm going to do polls. I'm going to listen to
00:37:40.700 the Republican voters of Beaver County. And even if I disagree with what they want,
00:37:47.400 I will ultimately vote on the policies at the PA GOP level that the majority of Republicans
00:37:53.080 in Beaver County want. And I think that's all about Scott. God bless you, man. Thank you so
00:37:57.780 much for your fight. Thank you for being here. Go give him a follow. And as always,
00:38:01.680 support Scott's work right back. Thanks, Jack. This is the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:07.300 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential
00:38:11.680 nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:13.380 And that is, I'll be honest.
00:38:20.820 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec, we're back live.
00:38:22.960 Wanted to get into the emails in this segment, but I also wanted to mention, by the way,
00:38:29.100 breaking news that apparently the Russian envoy for Vladimir Putin is now meeting members of the
00:38:38.380 Trump administration down in Florida, that this is something where he, obviously we know that
00:38:45.520 the administration has been down in Florida for the week or so and has been holding meetings down
00:38:51.440 there. And so we're told that Russian envoy Dmitriev is meeting. Very interesting. And so,
00:38:57.520 And because, of course, we know that President Trump still made that phone call with Vladimir Putin just a couple of days ago.
00:39:04.740 So is it possible? Is it possible that this could be related to Iran?
00:39:10.000 I want to get into the emails because I did promise this.
00:39:12.300 So we've got a couple of minutes left here about last segment of the show.
00:39:15.020 My question of the day was our question of the day.
00:39:18.420 What do you think comes next in the Iran conflict?
00:39:21.300 And we'll add the ages, if you guys brought it in, 1776 at humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com.
00:39:31.840 This is from Jeremy in Nashville.
00:39:34.180 He says, what comes next is cells within the United States activating.
00:39:39.640 Well, we're certainly starting to see that already with the one out of Pennsylvania, out of Newtown, Pennsylvania.
00:39:46.800 Here we go from Bobby.
00:39:47.960 U.S. is in good position strategically, but Iran still has over 600,000 ground troops at their disposal.
00:39:54.380 It's true. Iran has an incredibly sizable army.
00:39:57.200 Any thought that they will give up is a hard no.
00:39:59.420 Iran still believes they have control because with their military machinery decimated,
00:40:03.820 it is still a feet-on-the-ground first military. 0.92
00:40:06.480 Those troops will be jumping into whatever the new Khomeini throws at them, even if it's asinine. 0.95
00:40:11.260 I believe the U.S. will be focusing on the Strait of Hormuz,
00:40:13.360 clearing the shipping lanes while neutralizing any mines and smaller vessels trying to sabotage
00:40:17.660 the area the strait needs to be open for world economies an end result would be the control of
00:40:22.620 karg island it's scary early propositional because troops would be required sort of a catch 22 of
00:40:29.040 what the goal is for our feet on the ground and not having that as an aside there'll be no
00:40:33.620 negotiating with the new supreme leader so they will be a target there to strike down the next
00:40:38.160 group in the end the u.s wants to make Iran weak enough so that the people can take over with 0.96
00:40:42.060 confidence and U.S. troops are saved from entering their land space, keeping it clean and making it 0.51
00:40:46.520 free. That seems to be the goal. Well, that certainly would be the the most hopeful scenario,
00:40:52.400 although I personally have said that I think that the Venezuela and I'll continue to say this, 0.97
00:40:56.460 I think the Venezuela option, the Venezuela model is still most likely here. This one,
00:41:03.920 this comes in from Mike World Peace. OK, seriously, collapse of China, CCP and their change to reform
00:41:11.120 It may take POTUS Trump in Cuba and Mexico, or a way to help them.
00:41:16.180 Mexico won't be a regime change, but maybe other forms of pressure like Canada and Greenland
00:41:20.740 required, but along with China transitioning to a less dominant world power and the UK
00:41:25.940 hidden empire crumbling a bit while they wait for POTUS Trump to exit.
00:41:30.080 I believe that Russia will come to the table and end the wasteful conflict there as well.
00:41:35.500 Russia likely knows POTUS is not a NATO poke the bear guy.
00:41:39.240 And the Promethean ladies say that their group has discussed a five core country of world peace coming together with the, listen to this, U.S., China, Russia, India, and Japan, which controls nearly 100% of world product export economies.
00:41:54.780 No idea where other countries, including U.K. and Germany, fit in.
00:41:58.100 Wow, that's very interesting.
00:41:59.200 It's sort of a new U.N. Security Council formulation almost, the G5, I guess you could call it.
00:42:05.440 U.S., China, Russia, India, Japan.
00:42:09.240 They're very, very interesting. Let's see. Chris sends in for the next few weeks. Let's keep pounding the regime. Let's pray the Iranian people will rise up and determine their identity. This could bring a new sunrise. The world will see Trump 2028 with a smiley face.
00:42:26.960 This one from Joe, the U.S. could focus on Mexican cartels because they are involved in trafficking drugs into the United States, which has become a major public health crisis.
00:42:36.260 Special forces raids on cartel leaders or destroying drug labs and smuggling routes or Cuba because it's Cuba.
00:42:43.520 All right. Coming up next, this one's in from Maria.
00:42:46.680 I think Iran's munitions will be exhausted and the U.S. will pull back on air attacks. 0.58
00:42:50.880 The Trump administration believed the attacks were warranted based on Iran's refusal to, she said, refusal to develop nuclear weapons. 0.56
00:42:58.900 I think I think it means stop developing.
00:43:01.060 I don't believe it will be a forever war because it's not in the best interest of the organizations invested heavily in the real estate potential of the area.
00:43:08.340 Remember, President Trump wasn't a poor politician latched to the latched to the military industrial complex or big pharma.
00:43:15.060 He's a real estate developer.
00:43:16.740 This one comes in from Navy Dad. 0.83
00:43:18.600 We must beware false flags, including from our partners like Israel, to enrage the Persian people, to support the Islamic regime. 0.90
00:43:26.080 Then they will hit their own people to get into a ground war.
00:43:28.840 So the neocons and Netanyahu want endless war.
00:43:31.700 It's the only way they know to make money off the backs of the American taxpayers.
00:43:35.920 That's in from Navy Dad X3.
00:43:37.900 Well, out of Texas.
00:43:39.680 And certainly a wider war in the Middle East does create potential threats for Israel as well.
00:43:46.700 this one comes in from sally not happy at all with the way the war is going
00:43:51.340 trump promised no wars and avoiding the bombing of the girls school is not
00:43:56.260 a good look voted for him three times for him bought my grandkid five pairs of his sneakers
00:44:02.180 i am souring big time that's from sally and so you know we have a lot of these we have a lot of
00:44:08.520 these questions we have a lot of these people coming in and intentions are high emotions are
00:44:13.000 running high as well. Ronald, I think the next big thing that could happen is Iranian proxies 0.83
00:44:17.720 may attack us in America. And we have this new report out of the FBI warning potentially of
00:44:22.480 Iranian drones in the state of California. Why would Iranian drones be in California? Well,
00:44:27.900 of course, that remains to be understood. Could they come in with the cartels? Could they come
00:44:32.800 up from Tijuana? We're not sure because our border was incredibly porous for so many years under Joe
00:44:40.280 biden this one's in from our oh wait i'm not going to report i'm not going to read that because i
00:44:46.240 think that's a business name um but i'll just say from arb nothing good like all the times america
00:44:53.640 got involved just like afghanistan how many died then for what to give it back to the taliban very
00:44:59.560 true very true united states fought that war in afghanistan where we certainly had air superiority
00:45:06.640 and air supremacy for 20 years and the Taliban just took back over. So again, many, many questions.
00:45:15.680 Iranian proxies again, ARB. This one in from Chase. This isn't winding down. It's going to
00:45:21.980 keep expanding and dragging on. Here's the question. Here's an interesting one from Sentinel.
00:45:27.260 He says, what if we backed out and Israel kept going? So Israel kept the fight going,
00:45:32.420 But the United States backs out. Let's see.
00:45:35.620 CJ writes in and says the grandson is removed and replaced with a cooperative alternative.
00:45:40.200 Trump finishes by the end of the month.
00:45:42.380 America oversees oil production and transportation or or Rubio becomes the new Ayatollah.
00:45:49.200 I would love to see Marco Rubio become the next Ayatollah, the next supreme leader of the Persian Empire.
00:45:57.840 Burr writes in Israel panics and uses a tactical nuclear weapon.
00:46:01.360 Well, I certainly hope not.
00:46:03.500 Boots of the ground means World War III.
00:46:06.940 Positive Addict wrote, Trump will be ready to de-escalate when he thinks Iran is downgraded enough
00:46:11.400 or an event could happen which either escalates or de-escalates.
00:46:14.860 Black Coffee writes in and says, Iran will claim an all-out victory unless Israel and U.S. do a full regime change. 0.72
00:46:20.620 Well, I certainly think this is going to end with both sides declaring victory. 0.83
00:46:24.060 It's going to be something like that.
00:46:25.400 when it comes in. Paul writes in and says, peace and prosperity for America, Iran, and the world.
00:46:32.700 Well, wouldn't that be nice? Wouldn't world peace and world prosperity be good for all of us? And
00:46:38.080 we're looking at this a ton. By the way, gosh, this went super viral on Telegram. So shout out
00:46:45.760 to my Telegram followers over at Jack Posobiec. I see you guys. You have hundreds up there.
00:46:50.760 President Trump, by the way, about to be speaking in Ohio. So on Real America's Voice,
