00:00:39.860 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:46.460 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:49.640 Christ is king.
00:00:50.640 It's going to be a lot of irate citizens when they find out that they're paying for water that they're not going to get.
00:00:55.780 Oh, that's all taken care of.
00:00:57.100 See, Mr. Gitz, either you bring the water to L.A. or you bring L.A. to the water.
00:01:04.040 What is the situation with the water?
00:01:05.480 Obviously, in the Palisades ran out last night in the hydrants.
00:01:08.160 I was trying to fire fire on this block.
00:01:09.800 They left because there was no water in the hydrant here.
00:01:12.320 The local folks are trying to figure that out.
00:01:14.820 I mean, just complete overwhelm of the system.
00:01:17.580 I mean, those hydrants are typical for two or three fires, maybe one fire.
00:01:21.180 Do you owe citizens an apology for being absent while their homes were burning?
00:01:26.360 Do you regret cutting the fire department budget by millions of dollars, Madam Mayor?
00:01:32.240 Have you nothing to say today?
00:01:34.580 Right now, if you need help, emergency information, resources, and shelter is available.
00:01:39.920 All of this can be found at U.R.L.
00:01:43.740 What's happening in California is a true tragedy.
00:01:46.940 I know those areas very well.
00:01:48.620 I have many friends living in those houses.
00:01:50.360 That is a true tragedy.
00:01:51.920 Nobody ever thought, I mean, virtually Beverly Hills and areas around Beverly Hills are being decimated.
00:01:57.220 The biggest homes, some of the most valuable homes in the world are just destroyed.
00:02:03.700 I don't even know.
00:02:04.300 You know, you talk about a tax base.
00:02:06.540 If those people leave, you're going to lose half your tax base of California.
00:02:10.640 This is a true tragedy, and it's a mistake of the governor and you could say the administration.
00:02:16.600 They don't have any water.
00:02:18.280 They didn't have water in the fire hydrants.
00:02:20.420 They don't have water.
00:02:21.560 There was some interest in the fire departments and the firefighters in California,
00:02:25.440 and the interest was that there were too many white men who were firefighters,
00:02:29.340 and we need to have a program in California to make sure we don't have enough white men as firefighters.
00:02:33.340 So we have VEI, we have VEI, we have budget cuts, and yet I'm wondering now,
00:02:42.220 if your house was burning down, how much do you care what color the firefighters are?
00:02:45.640 Go home, Jake.
00:02:48.240 I'm doing you a favor.
00:02:51.520 Come on, Jake.
00:02:55.440 Forget it, Jake.
00:02:57.300 It's Chinatown.
00:02:58.440 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here,
00:03:06.420 January 9th, 2025, Anno Domini.
00:03:10.680 What you just saw were some clips from the 1974 Jack Nicholson movie,
00:03:17.020 Chinatown, starring John Huston.
00:03:20.220 Of course, John Huston, the father of Angelica Huston and Danny Huston.
00:03:24.600 Danny Huston, who plays the evil developer in Yellowstone, by the way.
00:03:30.180 But go and watch that movie yet again.
00:03:34.200 My brother's on a flight today, and I said, go watch Chinatown,
00:03:37.700 because understand what that film was about.
00:03:39.720 It's about the California water wars, and we're living through the modern California water wars.
00:03:47.100 Do you think that this is all happening by accident?
00:03:50.720 Do you think this is all happening by, oh, it's just systemic decline?
00:03:54.940 It's just the collapse of complex systems.
00:03:56.580 It's just DEI.
00:03:57.940 Do you really?
00:03:58.440 And yes, certainly all those things are happening.
00:04:00.440 But do you really think that on some level, there isn't someone who's actually thinking about how they can benefit from this?
00:04:10.600 So what's the plot of Chinatown?
00:04:11.860 Well, the plot of Chinatown is the manipulation of water resources for profit by a powerful elite.
00:04:19.960 And you see, of course, the elite developer there played by John Huston.
00:04:24.200 And what does he say?
00:04:25.420 He says, oh, yes, Mr. Giddes.
00:04:27.480 Oh, yes.
00:04:29.000 You see, we're going to incorporate the city and the valley, and then I'll have all the power.
00:04:37.520 You could bring the water to Los Angeles, or you could bring Los Angeles to the water.
00:04:44.720 What does he mean by that?
00:04:45.740 What he means is, is that the property values will go down, and then he can come in and buy up all the property.
00:04:54.620 What do you think BlackRock is doing right now?
00:04:56.720 What do you think the Chinese Communist Party is doing right now while they're looking at the Palisades,
00:05:00.220 while they're looking at Southern California saying, oh, yeah.
00:05:02.940 Oh, yeah, we get in there.
00:05:04.100 I'll tell you one thing, President Trump should issue a moratorium that on disaster-affected areas,
00:05:10.220 you cannot allow these massive private equity firms or foreign entities to come in and purchase these distressed properties.
00:05:18.160 I'm talking for the Palisades.
00:05:19.540 I'm talking for East Tennessee.
00:05:20.940 I'm talking about Maui.
00:05:22.660 Remember Maui and Lahaina out in Hawaii last year?
00:05:25.400 No, absolutely not.
00:05:27.820 And of course, it's so obvious that's what's going on.
00:05:32.280 And it's so obvious there's an incredibly famous movie about it that it seems like everybody has forgotten.
00:05:38.960 By the way, this is based on a true story that took place in California over about a century ago, actually,
00:05:46.000 over a century ago when they were building the L.A. Aqueduct that later became the L.A. River
00:05:51.080 because there were people complaining that it was devaluing their land by diverting the water.
00:05:56.080 Again, this is what it all comes down to, ladies and gentlemen, water and power.
00:06:03.180 Who has the power of natural resources?
00:06:08.600 Stay right there, folks.
00:06:09.540 We'll be right back.
00:06:10.120 They talk about influences.
00:06:23.480 These are influences.
00:06:25.400 And they're friends of mine.
00:06:27.720 Jack Prasovic.
00:06:29.260 Where's Jack?
00:06:30.180 Jack.
00:06:31.200 He's done a great job.
00:06:33.220 There are going to be a lot of irate citizens when they find out that they're paying for water that they're not going to get.
00:06:38.080 Oh, that's all taken care of.
00:06:40.360 See, Mr. Gitz, either you bring the water to L.A. or you bring the water to L.A.
00:06:47.320 Incredible.
00:06:47.840 Well, folks, while we may have won this election, the fight to restore our great nation is only beginning.

00:08:03.580 You can bring the water to L.A. or you can bring L.A. to the water.
00:08:10.180 That's what the plot of the movie Chinatown is all about.
00:08:15.220 These predatory elites using disasters and using control over natural resources like water in this case to control property values and control the people.
00:08:27.560 Kenny Cody joins us now.
00:08:29.280 Kenny, this is something that we've been talking about here on the program for a long time.
00:08:33.820 This goes back to Maui.
00:08:34.940 This goes back to, obviously, the disasters that we saw in East Tennessee and there in Kentucky.
00:08:42.360 And when we really look at it is, look, I threw out today, President Trump should call for a moratorium on private equity firms or foreign entities coming into these distressed areas.
00:08:53.660 And the insurance companies want to get in there, et cetera, et cetera.
00:08:56.120 Because we know that that's exactly what these firms do.
00:09:00.460 Kenny Cody.
00:09:02.120 Yeah, I mean, we have got to quit letting big-time corporations, we have to let the federal government take priority for people who are actually struggling.
00:09:10.560 I mean, we saw here in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, when people are down the list of priority in terms of funding when it comes to Ukraine, when it comes to foreign countries, even when it comes to giving funds to other states for whatever it might be, state government agreements, corporations or businesses moving in.
00:09:28.320 This is what government is for.
00:09:31.980 MAGA conservatives are not for the abolishment of government.
00:09:34.640 We're for the right allocation of funds, the right allocation of needs to be able to help people when they need it.
00:09:40.700 And with FEMA in Western North Carolina and East Tennessee, with now the L.A. wildfires in California, we need to know where government funds are going, what kind of relationships that our governments, local, state, and federal, have with corporations, have private equity firms, and have with those who are preventing these people from getting help and getting out of their homes.
00:10:03.620 This is going to end up being one of the worst wildfires in the history of California.
00:10:07.160 It's going to be one of the worst wildfires in the history of the United States.
00:10:10.060 And unfortunately, the California government has already made too many promises with their water supply, too many lies when it comes to the actual available funds that need to be allocated for the wildfires.
00:10:22.200 We're seeing the same kind of incompetence that we saw during Hurricane Helene here in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina that cost people their lives, their livelihoods, their households, and their families.
00:10:32.720 We're seeing the same kind of incompetence there in California because of the lack of relationship and the lack of government competence that is needed in all these people to be saved.
00:10:40.960 And I don't know how much more of an exposure is going to be needed for people to realize that liberal politics, Democrat politics, and assigning a priority with corporations and with private interests being prioritized over people's lives.
00:10:54.340 I don't know if there's been a better exposure of that than what we're seeing right now in California.
00:10:58.960 Well, Kenny, and that's exactly what President Trump's movement is all about.
00:11:02.740 It's all about putting the people first.
00:11:05.040 And you've got a great piece up at humanevents.com talking about some of the team that he's brought in,
00:11:09.840 but also the agenda that he's bringing to Washington, D.C. starting in just a little over one week.
00:11:16.680 What we're witnessing now really is a regime change.
00:11:20.100 Talk to me about your piece, 2025 needs to be the year of the MAGA takeover.
00:11:25.000 I mean, it needs to be the MAGA takeover of the local, state, and federal government and of its elections and of the culture.
00:11:31.140 But, you know, Jack, this is something that I kind of alluded to in the piece.
00:11:34.820 This isn't just the beginning because this is a process.
00:11:37.700 This is the accumulation of a movement that was starting now 10 years ago on that elevator in New York.
00:11:45.020 We have now got to the press that's getting elected.
00:11:46.780 This man elected twice.
00:11:48.320 People have changed the Republican Party based on this man's ideology.
00:11:52.380 And now we need to facilitate it.
00:11:54.440 Oftentimes conservatives, libertarians, don't want to use the power that's been given to them by the electoral base, the electorate.
00:12:03.280 But now we need to use the power that they have awarded us.
00:12:06.480 If Republicans and the voters in the United States did not want us to actually facilitate change in the federal, state, and local government, they wouldn't have elected us to do so.
00:12:16.600 But they have.
00:12:17.900 There is a reason this is the MAGA mandate.
00:12:20.220 There's a reason that we have a trifecta in Congress and in the executive branch.
00:12:24.760 We have got to actually use the power that the American people have given us to give back to them, to give the policies, the values, and the culture that they asked for.
00:12:35.180 It's not the time to be a small government libertarian saying that we don't need to have payback.
00:12:41.200 We don't need to undo things that have been done to us.
00:12:43.620 We need to use the full power and take over the federal, state, and local governments.
00:12:49.260 Take over the culture.
00:12:50.560 Give the culture back to the American people.
00:12:53.040 Restore what we earned years ago when we were a conservative Christian country.
00:12:57.600 We have to held back to those values.
00:13:00.540 We have to use the power to pass the Lincoln-Riley Act to ensure that we do have mass deportations, that we are the economic superpower in this world, and we have to have peace through strength in foreign policy.
00:13:14.160 That's what the American people voted for.
00:13:15.760 And it's time to stop sitting on our hands, advocating to be the good guys, and stay on the status quo, and actually fight back and take over the political realm like the American people have chosen us and voted us in to do.
00:13:28.600 Look, Kenny, I couldn't agree more.
00:13:30.020 When you look at what's going on in Washington, D.C., or just what went on earlier today, not far from where I'm sitting, we had the funeral of Jimmy Carter today.
00:13:41.900 But next week is the funeral of the deep state and the deep state presidents that you saw all displayed next to President Trump and Melania.
00:13:51.900 And then, of course, Biden's there, and Gore, and Pence, and Kamala, Dick Cheney kind of a no-show, also Michelle Obama a no-show.
00:14:01.800 I hear that she and Barry might be a little bit on the outs.
00:14:05.240 Not too sure about that one.
00:14:06.500 Not too sure about that one.
00:14:07.700 By the way, George W. Bush, he was really hitting the Christmas dinner a little bit hard there, George.
00:14:13.200 You might want to slow down a little bit, buddy.
00:14:15.700 You want to slow down a little bit.
00:14:16.980 I know you've been out of power for quite some time.
00:14:20.300 It hasn't been going too well for your family, but you want to just stop the stress eating because George W. Bush has obviously been stress eating.
00:14:26.800 Kenny, talk to me about that, the fact that the end of the deep state is written on the wall.
00:14:33.800 Yeah, the end of this deep state is written on the wall.
00:14:36.120 Like you said, that was a good symbol for the funeral of the deep state there at Jimmy Carter's funeral today.
00:14:41.520 But I think that we need to strive even more.
00:14:44.180 We need to – the reason that the people have been trying to stop President Trump to stop lawfare and to stop these policies and virtue signal to like, oh, we don't really want mass deportations.
00:14:54.980 Oh, we don't really want tariffs.
00:14:57.720 We don't really want to take Greenland.
00:14:59.240 We don't really want to take the Panama Canal.
00:15:01.420 We need to be making a list of who's opposing it now because this stuff is going to be done.
00:15:04.760 They want to hold on to the last bit of the deep state that has existed currently in the United States government and in Washington.
00:15:11.860 They want to grasp pearls.
00:15:13.360 They want to grasp on to the last bit of power they may have, whether that's in the Senate GOP, whether that's in the House of Representatives, whether that's those that are serving in federal departments before Trump and his cabinet positions take over.
00:15:24.460 But we need to ensure that whoever is advocating against these policies, against these values, and against this culture now will no longer have a role in the Trump administration and hopefully don't have a role in the J.D. Vance administration in 2028 because we have to continue this movement.
00:15:42.580 This is not the end, and this isn't the beginning.
00:15:44.800 This is a process in eliminating the deep state government from society, from American culture, and from our government to finally get the power back to the American people, and this needs to be the funeral of the deep state and the funeral of the establishment politicians who have controlled Washington so long, controlled state government so long, and have controlled all the corporate and private interests for so long.
00:16:06.780 It's time to give the power back to the American people, give Trump the tool that he needs to bring this country back to revitalization, and ensure that his policies pass.
00:16:16.100 And that's by rooting out the deep state, rooting out establishing politicians from the federal government, and ensuring that the people are hand in the man that they voted for.
00:16:25.520 Kenny, what can I say, man? Happy New Year.
00:16:27.660 It sounds like you've been waiting to cut this promo for a minute, brother.
00:16:31.640 I hope it's a good New Year, brother.
00:16:33.780 It's 2025's got to be the year of the MAGA takeover, and it's time to use the power that the American people have given us.
00:16:40.500 Look, this is a remarkable time.
00:16:44.720 I'm going to be at the Coronation Ball here in Washington, D.C. the night before the inauguration.
00:16:50.340 I'm going to be at the inauguration.
00:16:52.080 I'm bringing my family there.
00:16:53.700 I want my children to see this, and I hope that it's something that a lot of people look back towards for years to come.
00:17:00.980 That 16 into 17, okay, that was a presidential election, but 24 to 25, this is an absolute regime change.
00:17:12.220 The power of the United States government is being returned from the special interests to the American people.
00:17:20.120 Last minute, Kenny Cody, where can people go to follow you?
00:17:21.900 What are you working on?
00:17:22.480 You know, still working on my articles, Jack.
00:17:25.680 Just trying to still, you know, give a voice to the MAGA move.
00:17:28.340 But people can follow me at kdcodytn.
00:17:30.960 You can find all of my articles archived at muckrack.com.

00:17:37.640 And I hope you have a great New Year and enjoy the inauguration.
00:17:41.240 Appreciate it, Kenny.
00:17:42.080 God bless, brother.
00:17:42.900 We will be right back talking some other regime changes, but a bit further north.
00:17:48.080 Stay tuned.
00:17:52.480 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are back here.

00:18:22.820 Cloning key fobs.
00:18:24.060 And, by the way, it's not just in Pennsylvania.
00:18:25.840 It's happening everywhere in the United States.

00:19:17.060 By the way, speaking of the inauguration, you know, when you're looking at the Faraday products, you're looking at what Silent has.
00:19:21.600 If you're someone who's worried or has a concern about your own personal info being tracked, if they're going to be geo-tracking you, if they're going to be geo-tracking the audience, the crowd that's there at the inauguration, hey, go throw your device in a Faraday bag.
00:19:35.800 And guess what?
00:19:36.600 You won't have to worry about it at all because you will know that you're safe from all snooping spooks and snoops and secret squirrels and everything else out there.
00:19:49.160 So, when we're looking at what's going on in California, when I see, and I still see people saying again and again, they say, oh, I can't believe this is happening.
00:19:58.580 I can't believe this is just DEI.
00:20:00.260 I can't believe these things are going on.
00:20:02.440 You know, how could they be so stupid?
00:20:04.020 How could they be so foolish?
00:20:05.340 How could they be so inept?
00:20:06.600 And I keep trying to explain.
00:20:09.760 The point of a system is what it does.
00:20:13.740 If you understand the green movement, and if you understand the green movement for who they are,
00:20:17.940 We wrote an entire book last year talking about the far left and the extreme left, the people who are completely against civilization itself, who are against, in fact, humanity itself.
00:20:32.800 Again, the far left greenies actually view all humans as a pestilence.
00:20:39.160 They view you as an invasive species on our planet, and you, and by the way, all of us as an invasive species.
00:20:46.460 You think they care when human property gets destroyed?
00:20:50.340 You think they care when lives are lost?
00:20:52.260 No.
00:20:53.020 They want this.
00:20:54.680 They want there to be less people.
00:20:57.780 They think it's beneficial.
00:20:59.560 That's why they put nature and the environment.
00:21:03.120 And by the way, here's the difference, okay?
00:21:05.360 Here's the difference between, you know, an eco-terrorist and a conversationist, conservationist.
00:21:13.560 If you want to be a conservationist, which is what you should be, you believe in conserving, clean air, clean water, clean land, clean grass, clean plants.
00:21:26.300 We all agree on that.
00:21:27.180 But an eco-terrorist actually believes that humanity itself should be destroyed, should actually believes that these systems should crumble so that we can get rid of all of these things.
00:21:41.780 And maybe, just so maybe, you might support a fire department that is not run by the most capable people.
00:21:49.580 Maybe you would support, say, a government that's not run by the most capable people.
00:21:54.120 Maybe you would even demonize the most capable people or groups of people that you consider your enemies.
00:22:00.800 Maybe you would go and put up people who are completely unqualified in your fire department because you want the fires to spread.
00:22:09.140 I'm not saying they say it publicly, but deep down.
00:22:12.900 And how do we know this?
00:22:14.200 Because we've seen them do it in country after country after country for over 250 years.
00:22:23.380 And then you can go back to the California Water Wars.
00:22:25.640 And you can go back to Jack Nicholson.
00:22:27.840 And they talk about it.
00:22:29.360 They talk about how it's money and power.
00:22:31.480 It's water and power.
00:22:33.320 Water and power.
00:22:34.940 For those of you from Philly, it's water and power.
00:22:39.500 Water and power.
00:22:41.260 Because the idea is, when you're living in an arid climate like that, they understand that that's where the power comes from.
00:22:51.980 That you have the ability to control lives, to control the future.
00:22:56.240 You think BlackRock isn't looking at this and licking their chops right now?
00:22:59.900 You think the CCP isn't licking their chops?
00:23:02.100 Wake up.
00:23:02.900 President Trump should ban it wholesale.
00:23:05.840 He should ban it outright.
00:23:06.720 There are certain states that do this.
00:23:08.240 Kansas bans it.
00:23:09.480 Just go right ahead.
00:23:10.940 Say BlackRock can't come in here.
00:23:12.600 Say this is a disaster area.
00:23:14.580 This has been declared a national disaster zone.
00:23:17.220 And as such, there will be certain protections given to the residents.
00:23:23.420 And oh, by the way, oh, by the way, for the people who do live there, obviously, who have had issues, we'll give them disaster relief.
00:23:32.500 Then you can have a, you know, a low interest loan.
00:23:35.900 Or, you know, we give hundreds of millions and billions to Ukraine on these loans that are never going to be repaid.
00:23:44.040 We're perfectly fine, perfectly happy to give those out to the military industrial complex, to Ukraine, to Zelensky.
00:23:51.140 They got their billions.
00:23:52.100 You can't get a couple million for the American people, even for, dare I say, even for the people of California, who probably aren't quite with me when it comes to politics.
00:24:02.700 That's what it comes down to at the end of the day.
00:24:05.460 Who is in charge in this country?
00:24:07.600 The American people or the elites?
00:24:09.920 The American people or the special interests?
00:24:13.000 I love, guys, can you put that still up of Nicholson and Huston from Chinatown?
00:24:19.820 Because that's it.
00:24:20.820 That's the best part of it.
00:24:21.880 And that's where that famous line comes from at the end, too.
00:24:25.120 Forget it, Jake.
00:24:26.020 It's Chinatown.
00:24:27.560 What they're talking about is, and I'm not going to spoil the end of the movie, and I highly encourage everyone to go see it.
00:24:32.400 But I highly encourage people to understand what the movie is about, what they're saying.
00:24:38.360 It's he realizes, Jake, the main character, realizes what's going on.
00:24:43.860 He realizes the corruption.
00:24:45.540 He realizes the special interests.
00:24:47.720 He realizes that's what's going on.
00:24:50.500 And he's like, how do I fight it?
00:24:52.400 What do I do?
00:24:52.920 And they say, forget it, Jake.
00:24:54.680 Forget it.
00:24:55.580 There's nothing you can do.
00:24:57.160 Well, the MAGA movement exists as a response to all of that.
00:25:02.500 The MAGA movement exists as a response to say, no, we are a populist movement, and we are a people.
00:25:07.740 And we're not going to forget it, Jake.
00:25:10.120 We're not going to forget it at all.
00:25:12.500 We're going to remember the crooked elites.
00:25:14.780 We're going to remember the special interests.
00:25:17.660 We're going to remember, and we're going to fight back.
00:25:20.380 In the same way that we talked about It's a Wonderful Life and how It's a Wonderful Life and Mr. Potter.
00:25:24.840 It's just like Mr. Potter all over again.
00:25:28.200 The corrupt elites, the debt slavery, what are they all trying to get?
00:25:33.660 They're trying to get your land.
00:25:35.960 They're trying to get the wealth of love.
00:25:37.840 What do you think Greenland is about, by the way?
00:25:39.960 It's about the land.
00:25:41.420 It's about the resources.
00:25:42.640 It's about the shipping lanes.
00:25:44.560 What do you think Panama is about?
00:25:46.360 Of course, it's about the economic benefits.
00:25:49.700 All right?
00:25:49.920 It's very, very simple.
00:25:52.460 These are the things that are wealthy.
00:25:54.160 These are the things that are valuable.
00:25:55.700 And those are the things that are not.
00:25:58.160 And whether or not you can get that and understand how real influence and real power work in this country,
00:26:03.860 that's what the MAGA movement's been all about.
00:26:05.960 That's what we try to do here on Human Events Daily.
00:26:08.040 That's what we try to do for the posse to understand that when you're watching the news, right, don't just react to things.
00:26:15.620 Understand what you're seeing.
00:26:17.080 Understand the system that's playing out before your eyes.
00:26:19.100 That's where the DEI comes from.
00:26:21.400 That's where the wokeness comes from.
00:26:23.200 That's where critical race theory comes from.
00:26:25.060 Why do you think they're allowed to flourish?
00:26:26.920 Why do you think these mechanisms of managed decline are allowed to continue?
00:26:31.820 That's why, ladies and gentlemen.
00:26:33.920 And it's also why, by the way, when you see the intentional neglect, so the intentional neglect of your water supply,
00:26:41.980 the intentional neglect of your firefighting equipment, the intentional neglect of your fire department,
00:26:46.440 then that might lead you to other forms of intentional neglect.
00:26:50.220 For example, the intentional neglect, say, of adequate secret service protection for a presidential candidate
00:26:58.020 that you don't want to see in power.
00:27:01.800 Someone that you want to get rid of.
00:27:04.220 Someone who's a thorn in your side.
00:27:05.880 Someone who doesn't have your interest at heart, but in fact has the interest of the American people at heart.
00:27:13.260 Well, I'm very happy to announce that just a few minutes ago,
00:27:17.840 I know we've been talking about this for a long time, and I wanted to get it out before,
00:27:23.140 but there were some final touches that we had to put on the whole thing.
00:27:26.420 It has now been set up.
00:27:29.360 The book, Bulletproof, that we launched all the way back in October,
00:27:32.520 it was the first book into print regarding the assassination attempts,
00:27:37.720 not one, but two assassination attempts on President Trump.
00:27:41.980 Myself, Joshua Lysak is co-author.
00:27:44.520 Ladies and gentlemen, officially, as of today, Bulletproof,
00:27:48.580 and I'm announcing this here for the very first time,
00:27:50.940 Bulletproof is now available in audiobook.
00:27:54.560 Audiobook, that's right, so the audiobook for Bulletproof has dropped today.
00:27:58.140 Yes, I am the narrator of the Bulletproof audiobook.
00:28:02.620 I just went, and during the break, I got the email that says it is up.
00:28:06.140 We've been uploading it in Audible, and we were going back and forth a little bit over a few things.
00:28:11.060 It is up.
00:28:11.800 It is available right now.
00:28:13.100 You can go check it out.
00:28:14.020 And yes, I read all of it, except there's a little bit of a catch.
00:28:19.040 So, you know me, I like new technology.
00:28:22.680 I like trying to figure out things.
00:28:24.420 And people are saying, wait a minute, did you do this yourself, or did you do this with AI?
00:28:30.560 And here's what I'll tell you, folks.
00:28:32.200 Here's what I'll tell you.
00:28:32.960 There is a little bit of an Easter egg in there, and the Easter egg is this.
00:28:40.380 One chapter.
00:28:41.700 There is one chapter in the Bulletproof audiobook, which, by the way, as I did the audiobook,
00:28:47.560 because we were able to record it later, all of the updates on Ryan Routh
00:28:51.300 and all of the updates on Thomas Matthew Crooks have been added in this thing.
00:28:54.040 But there's also one chapter that I did using an AI clone of my own voice.
00:29:01.660 So the question is, can you find which chapter in Bulletproof is the one that has the AI Poso in there?
00:29:09.840 And I will tell you, by the way, because I checked this.
00:29:11.780 I tested it on Tanya Tay, and I sent her this clip, and I said, hey, I'm testing this new microphone.
00:29:17.300 What do you think?
00:29:17.860 And she was at home, and I sent her this little clip of a recording, and she listened to it.
00:29:22.500 She says, yeah, it sounds fine.
00:29:23.440 The quality sounds great.
00:29:24.440 What's the issue?
00:29:25.280 And I said, well, what you're listening to isn't actually a new microphone.
00:29:29.060 What you're listening to is an AI clone.
00:29:31.240 And even Tanya Tay couldn't tell that it wasn't me.
00:29:36.080 And so, look, that's where the new technology is, folks.
00:29:39.320 That's where it's all going.
00:29:40.340 That's where everything's going.
00:29:41.560 That being said, though, if you want to understand our world, if you want to understand the forces
00:29:44.820 that we're up against, if you want to understand who kicked Joe Biden out of office,
00:29:49.180 then you've got to go and check out Bulletproof, available as of today in audiobook form.
00:29:56.460 So go and check that out.
00:29:57.680 Go to Audible.
00:29:58.460 Go to Amazon.com.
00:29:59.560 If you've got a membership, if you want a membership in Audible, it'll be there.
00:30:02.520 Next, we are going back to the scene of the crime, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Derek Chauvin.
00:30:10.560 And did the police chief commit perjury during his trial?
00:30:14.860 Stay tuned.
00:30:15.260 Jack, where's Jack?
00:30:27.940 Where's Jack?
00:30:30.060 Where is he?
00:30:31.340 Jack, I want to see you.
00:30:35.000 Great job, Jack.
00:30:36.520 Thank you.
00:30:37.280 What a job you do.
00:30:38.700 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:30:39.900 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys.
00:30:43.420 And these are the guys who should be getting Pulitzers.
00:30:47.640 All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back here.
00:30:49.600 Human Events Daily.
00:30:50.820 So, you know, that's the famous where's Jack bumper from President Trump.
00:30:55.360 Where's Jack?
00:30:55.960 And there's something that he mentions at the very end there where he says,
00:30:59.340 these are the guys who should be getting Pulitzers.
00:31:02.520 And the person that we always have on the program,
00:31:05.560 and I say is the one who's absolutely deserving of a Pulitzer,
00:31:09.280 is Liz Collin from Minneapolis.
00:31:12.280 He joins us now again today from Alpha News.
00:31:14.920 Liz, how are you?
00:31:16.700 Doing well, Jack.
00:31:17.420 You're always very kind.
00:31:18.660 Good to see you.
00:31:20.340 Well, I'm trying to inspire this idea that, you know,
00:31:23.620 if we could just find, like, if we could clone you somehow,
00:31:26.420 like from AI and just, like, plant one in every major city,
00:31:30.180 then it'd be amazing that all of the truth that we would actually uncover
00:31:34.020 about how our government and our system and our country really works.
00:31:37.380 Well, that's nice of you to say.
00:31:40.520 Be careful what you wish for, though.
00:31:41.940 I don't know.
00:31:42.580 You've never met me just yet.
00:31:44.080 So, but, yeah, I'm happy to be on today to talk about, you know,
00:31:47.940 more developments really from the land of crazy, it seems, here in Minnesota.
00:31:53.680 So, go with, okay, so we were, and there's two things I want to talk about,
00:31:58.400 but first, right off the bat, tell me about this new document that's come out,
00:32:03.400 this letter, essentially, that's been signed regarding a potential example of
00:32:08.340 perjury lying under oath during the trial of Derek Chauvin.
00:32:12.720 Yeah, so this all comes about, Jack, we were sued for the fall of Minneapolis
00:32:18.780 and my book, They're Lying, The Media, The Left, and the Death of George Floyd,
00:32:23.240 a defamation lawsuit we were served with back in October,
00:32:26.660 and we filed this motion to dismiss.
00:32:28.840 As part of this motion, we have had 34 former and current Minneapolis police officers
00:32:35.020 come forward to say this knee-on-the-neck restraint was trained by MPD
00:32:39.940 during the time Derek Chauvin worked as a Minneapolis police officer
00:32:44.660 and also during the time of his trial in 2021.
00:32:48.440 Even more shocking, 14 of these officers go so far as to accuse the now assistant police chief,
00:32:56.160 Katie Blackwell, who is the one who is suing myself in Elfa News,
00:32:59.880 accuse her of committing perjury during Derek Chauvin's trial.
00:33:04.680 So, they go so far in their declarations, again, sworn court testimony,
00:33:08.960 to say that she lied, and she has been promoted a couple of times
00:33:14.020 since her testimony in Minneapolis, in Hennepin County, during Chauvin's trial.
00:33:18.920 And amazingly, you know, she's accusing us of defamation
00:33:21.780 after the documentary, saying that it's, you know, kind of haunted her.
00:33:26.080 People have confronted her since, but we have 49 sworn court declarations
00:33:32.040 in all that were submitted to the court just on Monday.
00:33:36.680 And so, this is some fallout as a result of that.
00:33:40.680 Okay, so let's break this up into a couple of buckets here.
00:33:43.560 So, first off, look, I remember within, I don't know, hours,
00:33:48.100 maybe even minutes of first seeing the video of Derek Chauvin and George Floyd
00:33:52.940 all the way back when it happened at the end of May in 2020,
00:33:56.280 one of the very first things I did was go over to the website,
00:33:59.840 just drive right over there of the Minneapolis Police Department
00:34:03.400 and pull up the training.
00:34:04.780 And this was something that I remembered from just being in the military
00:34:08.200 and having been in the Navy and understanding how these types of trainings
00:34:12.800 and authorizations work.
00:34:14.080 One of the first things you do is you're going to look up,
00:34:16.320 okay, how was the officer trained?
00:34:18.540 How was that restraint supposed to be applied?
00:34:21.540 And was that done according to training?
00:34:24.480 And basically everything that I looked up,
00:34:27.340 and I guess my question would be to ask regarding these sworn statements,
00:34:32.300 was did they back up that essentially what was done in that video
00:34:35.880 was exactly or as close to as possible in the field,
00:34:39.100 the training that they were given in the police department?
00:34:42.840 Yeah, so just to let people know,
00:34:45.000 Katie Blackwell essentially says on the stand that she does not recognize
00:34:48.000 what Derek Chauvin is doing with this knee-on-neck restraint.
00:34:52.540 She's saying that they're trained to use arms in this type of situation.
00:34:58.020 And we used about 30 seconds in total in the fall of Minneapolis,
00:35:02.320 really drilling down and focusing on the specific MRT training.
00:35:06.420 So they're saying she lied.
00:35:08.400 Not only that, Jack,
00:35:10.540 we've included in this brief picture after picture
00:35:14.240 of this, in fact, technique being used during Minneapolis police training.
00:35:20.320 We also have a photo of Katie Blackwell herself
00:35:23.400 that appeared in a Minneapolis police yearbook dating back to 2014,
00:35:27.540 where she was restraining a suspect during some rioting
00:35:32.760 that took place after a hockey game
00:35:34.720 on the campus of the University of Minnesota.
00:35:36.840 And she is, in fact, putting her knee on a suspect's,
00:35:41.040 what appears to be the upper back or neck area, an actual picture.
00:35:45.000 And so the officer who put together that yearbook
00:35:47.600 is actually part of these declarations to say,
00:35:51.000 here she is doing this exact same thing.
00:35:55.680 And I believe we have a clip, guys,
00:35:58.160 if we can play that of you asking Chief Blackwell about this.
00:36:01.920 Hi, Katie.
00:36:02.580 Hi, how are you?
00:36:03.320 I'm checking in.
00:36:03.780 Fine.
00:36:04.240 Yeah, actually, I have a few questions for you.
00:36:05.740 Are you aware that 14 former and current Minneapolis police officers
00:36:09.560 say you lied during Derek Chauvin's trial and perjured yourself?
00:36:13.260 What's the truth here?
00:36:16.280 I'd like to talk to you about the lawsuit you filed against myself
00:36:18.640 in Alpha News.
00:36:19.540 34 police officers have come forward to say
00:36:21.920 that MRT was trained by the Minneapolis Police Department.
00:36:27.240 I've been trying to get in touch with you.
00:36:28.680 You have obviously declined my interview requests.
00:36:31.280 Don't you think people deserve the truth?
00:36:32.700 Thank you.
00:36:32.760 Thank you.
00:36:35.740 So, Liz, have you had any response from either Katie or the department
00:36:51.160 other than, of course, the lawsuit in terms of this?
00:36:55.860 Yes, the police chief issued a statement after all of this
00:36:59.480 to basically praise Katie Blackwell, his assistant police chief,
00:37:03.080 for her moral courage and integrity.
00:37:06.820 I would still like to know if the chief of police actually watched
00:37:11.400 the fall of Minneapolis or is really fully aware of her testimony.
00:37:14.800 That is a question we have yet to have answered.
00:37:17.960 We also have tried to get some questions answered
00:37:20.960 from the mayor of Minneapolis, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry.
00:37:24.520 He refused to see me this week as I've been trying to actually ask him questions for years.
00:37:31.180 He came out just about 36 hours after the death of George Floyd,
00:37:35.560 and he was the first to say this is not a trained technique
00:37:38.740 by the Minneapolis Police Department.
00:37:41.660 And so, again, it seems to be kind of a new day in so many ways,
00:37:46.520 and people are coming forward to really shine the light here and tell the truth.
00:37:54.400 And I have another question.
00:37:56.360 And, look, I was in the military,
00:37:57.780 so I'm not as familiar with the rank structure of police departments.
00:38:02.300 But it seems to me I noticed that when she was giving that testimony,
00:38:05.860 it said Inspector Blackwell.
00:38:07.520 And now when you met with her there, it said Assistant Chief Blackwell.
00:38:13.220 It sounds like she's been promoted since her testimony.
00:38:17.060 Yeah, this is what's interesting.
00:38:19.020 She's accusing us of malice and also, you know, how this has affected her career.
00:38:24.120 But she has been since promoted twice.
00:38:27.000 She was at the time of her testimony.
00:38:29.220 She was in charge of training for the Minneapolis Police Department.
00:38:32.440 But you're right, she's basically the second in command now at the Minneapolis Police Department.
00:38:38.600 In fact, in her career, she has even skipped over ranks from what we understand in the past.
00:38:44.440 She started as a community service officer.
00:38:47.900 But even since these court filings, you know, they're, you know, pretty big,
00:38:51.600 we're calling them bombshell court filings here.
00:38:55.400 I've heard from former and current police officers as well,
00:38:58.720 basically saying, you know, sign me up.
00:39:00.600 She did lie.
00:39:01.620 And they would even now like to be a part of this court record.
00:39:05.200 We also have a use of force expert who has went ahead and put together a declaration.
00:39:10.660 In our case, we have a former FBI agent who says that this was part of their training as well.
00:39:19.200 In all, this is about 113 pages, just our brief alone as part of our motion to dismiss.
00:39:25.960 So she's promoted multiple times.
00:39:28.400 She skips ranks.
00:39:29.600 She was the former training officer.
00:39:32.120 I remember, by the way, this testimony, I remember watching this case.
00:39:35.380 I don't even think I missed a single minute of the entire thing.
00:39:39.020 And I certainly remember being very confused when I saw that testimony because I remembered that you could find the training guides online.
00:39:47.940 You didn't have to go to the, you know, yearbooks and things like this.
00:39:51.140 It was right there publicly available for anyone to see that the restraint that was used was exactly as trained.
00:39:58.400 Coming up on a quick break.
00:39:59.900 But, but Liz, what is something that people should should really think about when they're looking at this?
00:40:04.860 You know, I think to watch closely here would be the next steps.
00:40:09.740 We know that Derek Chauvin's new attorney, Greg Joseph, is his name.
00:40:13.040 He's watching closely and he has called this a very significant development in Chauvin's appeal.
00:40:19.920 No, I couldn't agree more.
00:40:21.760 Stay tuned.
00:40:22.220 I want to ask more about that and a couple other things regarding Derek Chauvin here after the break.
00:40:26.480 We're on with Liz Colling.
00:40:27.760 We're getting the truth about Derek Chauvin and George Floyd.
00:40:42.720 Jack is a great guy.
00:40:44.240 He's written a fantastic book.
00:40:45.960 Everybody's talking about it.
00:40:47.140 Go get it.
00:40:48.300 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:40:52.240 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.
00:40:55.400 Amen.
00:40:57.760 All right, folks, we're back on with Liz Collin of Alpha News, the the producer of the fall of Minneapolis.
00:41:05.640 And Liz, I wanted to ask you a couple of things regarding sort of an update on Derek Chauvin.
00:41:10.380 Of course, we saw before regarding this, this testing the last time I had you on huge development regarding whether or not George Floyd's heart tissue would be tested.
00:41:20.740 Of course, we're waiting to hear the results of that for his appeal.
00:41:24.540 Now you've got another huge development for his appeal, as you just mentioned, regarding these officers, current and former officers, by the way, the current officers who could face significant blowback from their careers for having come forward and putting their names to these documents, sworn statements to the court saying that, yes, these were, in fact, these were, in fact, trained restraints.
00:41:48.540 And, in fact, we believe that our own assistant chief lied.
00:41:52.840 You know, I don't think you need to be a police officer or a member of the military to understand that going against the chain of command will always have repercussions.
00:42:00.740 And so it's very brave of them to come out and blow the whistle the way that they have been wanted to ask as well, though, there this case regarding the inmate in the federal facility who stabbed Derek, I think it was 22 times his trial.
00:42:14.840 And you and I were chatting a little bit offline yesterday is supposedly coming up for this February, even though it happened, what, like a year and a half ago at this point.
00:42:23.160 What is the update on that?
00:42:26.460 Yeah, so at this point, this would be the fourth time that this trial has been postponed and moved.
00:42:32.840 What's interesting is we've been asking questions since the very beginning, you know, especially who is this guy, this John Terskak, a former FBI informant who was allowed around Derek in the law library the day after Thanksgiving back in 2023 when he stabbed 22 times.
00:42:49.140 This is the first time that Derek says that he was left alone in that area, and he basically is attacked from behind, stabbed 22 times.
00:42:56.720 He tries to kill him.
00:42:58.900 That's very clear.
00:43:01.040 And now, as of now, the trial for Terskak set for February.
00:43:06.340 But what's interesting is the Federal Bureau of Prisons has said that Terskak is out of their custody.
00:43:11.340 So we have been asking, what does that mean?
00:43:14.340 Where is he?
00:43:15.720 And that is really the only response we have received.
00:43:19.200 So is it a security issue that he's been moved to, you know, maybe a localized facility or a jail or somewhere along those lines?
00:43:27.600 But as of now, the BOP says that he is no longer in custody.
00:43:32.660 There's also been a lot of questionable treatment just since the stabbing of Chauvin himself.
00:43:38.060 He was kept away from his materials, his computer, basically put back in solitary confinement during his recovery.
00:43:46.820 There's just a lot of very strange things that have taken place since this, even after this, you know, horrific attack.
00:43:54.520 And this individual, John Terskak, so what we're seeing is the Bureau of Prisons website.
00:43:59.960 And this was kind of going viral yesterday as well.
00:44:01.960 And I received a bunch of comments about it.
00:44:03.840 And that's why I reached out to you.
00:44:04.960 It's saying that he's not in custody and they won't even give you a basic statement on saying where he is.
00:44:11.520 I've never heard of, by the way, a trial where someone was going on.
00:44:16.740 And these are federal charges.
00:44:17.960 I checked that out.
00:44:18.660 Of course, it would it is a federal attempted murder since it happened in a in a federal corrective, corrective facility and corrections facility.
00:44:28.020 And the idea that he wouldn't be held in federal custody sort of flies in the face of everything that we know about this.
00:44:35.920 Why would he be given to state or county?
00:44:38.020 I think these are excellent questions.
00:44:42.020 And, yeah, we've asked several times and that is all they say that they have to say, you know, that that's all they have to to actually tell us is just that he is he's out of custody.
00:44:52.520 But but you're right.
00:44:53.300 I think it creates a whole nother layer to all of this.
00:44:58.380 And remember, Terskak is someone who had just a couple of years left in his nearly 30 year prison sentence.
00:45:04.020 And he was willing to risk that, he says, because he decided to, you know, to stab Derek on Black Friday, some sort of, you know, thing he wanted to do to pay his respects to Black Lives Matter.
00:45:19.620 I mean, the whole thing was so bizarre from from the start.
00:45:23.160 And the very first person, I should say, as we've reported in the past, to even get word that Derek Chauvin was stabbed in prison was our attorney general, Keith Ellison, who helped to put Derek and the other officers in prison in the first place.
00:45:37.680 He led the prosecution against them.
00:45:39.540 This is even before Derek's family is even called and told what happened that day.
00:45:45.460 So, again, you get all these questions of treatment, you get all these questions of what's going on.
00:45:54.280 And it seems clear to me and, you know, we're kind of dancing around it.
00:45:58.060 So I'll just I'll throw in the, you know, the obvious opinion piece here is that it it just seems like we're dealing.
00:46:03.360 And I think we've always known that it that this has been a politicized case.
00:46:07.400 The entire thing has been politicized and it seems like you've got people from up and down either the chain of command or the or these various administrations that are involved that are trying to just hide the fact that this was all brushed under the rug because of the politics of the 2020 moment.
00:46:24.300 Is that your take on it, Liz, or do you do you see something else?
00:46:27.860 You know, I think that that's an interesting point, because even this lawsuit.
00:46:30.800 So I've never been sued before.
00:46:33.080 I'm a pretty ethical, responsible journalist in my nearly 25 year career now.
00:46:39.020 But this was so different.
00:46:41.520 I have reached out again and again for comment.
00:46:44.780 I know, you know, how to put these these stories together at this point.
00:46:48.920 But we're we're basically in our the lawsuit against us.
00:46:52.700 We're defamed.
00:46:53.420 I mean, I'm referred to as a political extremist in this lawsuit.
00:46:56.440 And you know what is very interesting, Jack, is the person whose law firm is behind all of this.
00:47:04.420 This is a personal friend of Attorney General Keith Ellison and also Ilhan Omar.
00:47:09.620 So we are convinced over at Alpha News that we think that politics definitely played a part, perhaps, in this lawsuit against us.
00:47:20.300 I mean, it's it's it's just so obvious what they're doing.
00:47:23.320 You guys are out there telling the truth.
00:47:25.120 You're exposing corruption, by the way, in a nonpolitical fashion.
00:47:28.720 Nothing that you've ever said or reported has anything to do with politics or support for one candidate or another or anything like that.
00:47:36.440 All you're doing is trying to find the truth, get to the bottom of what is going on in your state, what is going on in your city.
00:47:43.780 And now here we have a situation where you're even being sued by the people in power.
00:47:49.280 And that's exactly what we talked about here on the program today, how the people in power do not like their secrets being exposed.
00:47:54.780 Liz Collin, where can people go to follow you?
00:47:57.860 Yeah, check out our work, alphanews.org.
00:48:01.060 I'm at Liz Collin on X and at Alpha News MN on X as well.
00:48:06.420 Always good to see you, Jack.
00:48:07.200 Thanks for having me on.
00:48:08.740 As always, God bless.
00:48:09.820 Ladies and gentlemen, one day they will be naming awards after Liz Collin.
00:48:14.780 And as always, ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to make sure.
