00:08:03.580You can bring the water to L.A. or you can bring L.A. to the water.
00:08:10.180That's what the plot of the movie Chinatown is all about.
00:08:15.220These predatory elites using disasters and using control over natural resources like water in this case to control property values and control the people.
00:08:34.940This goes back to, obviously, the disasters that we saw in East Tennessee and there in Kentucky.
00:08:42.360And when we really look at it is, look, I threw out today, President Trump should call for a moratorium on private equity firms or foreign entities coming into these distressed areas.
00:08:53.660And the insurance companies want to get in there, et cetera, et cetera.
00:08:56.120Because we know that that's exactly what these firms do.
00:09:02.120Yeah, I mean, we have got to quit letting big-time corporations, we have to let the federal government take priority for people who are actually struggling.
00:09:10.560I mean, we saw here in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, when people are down the list of priority in terms of funding when it comes to Ukraine, when it comes to foreign countries, even when it comes to giving funds to other states for whatever it might be, state government agreements, corporations or businesses moving in.
00:09:31.980MAGA conservatives are not for the abolishment of government.
00:09:34.640We're for the right allocation of funds, the right allocation of needs to be able to help people when they need it.
00:09:40.700And with FEMA in Western North Carolina and East Tennessee, with now the L.A. wildfires in California, we need to know where government funds are going, what kind of relationships that our governments, local, state, and federal, have with corporations, have private equity firms, and have with those who are preventing these people from getting help and getting out of their homes.
00:10:03.620This is going to end up being one of the worst wildfires in the history of California.
00:10:07.160It's going to be one of the worst wildfires in the history of the United States.
00:10:10.060And unfortunately, the California government has already made too many promises with their water supply, too many lies when it comes to the actual available funds that need to be allocated for the wildfires.
00:10:22.200We're seeing the same kind of incompetence that we saw during Hurricane Helene here in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina that cost people their lives, their livelihoods, their households, and their families.
00:10:32.720We're seeing the same kind of incompetence there in California because of the lack of relationship and the lack of government competence that is needed in all these people to be saved.
00:10:40.960And I don't know how much more of an exposure is going to be needed for people to realize that liberal politics, Democrat politics, and assigning a priority with corporations and with private interests being prioritized over people's lives.
00:10:54.340I don't know if there's been a better exposure of that than what we're seeing right now in California.
00:10:58.960Well, Kenny, and that's exactly what President Trump's movement is all about.
00:11:02.740It's all about putting the people first.
00:11:05.040And you've got a great piece up at humanevents.com talking about some of the team that he's brought in,
00:11:09.840but also the agenda that he's bringing to Washington, D.C. starting in just a little over one week.
00:11:16.680What we're witnessing now really is a regime change.
00:11:20.100Talk to me about your piece, 2025 needs to be the year of the MAGA takeover.
00:11:25.000I mean, it needs to be the MAGA takeover of the local, state, and federal government and of its elections and of the culture.
00:11:31.140But, you know, Jack, this is something that I kind of alluded to in the piece.
00:11:34.820This isn't just the beginning because this is a process.
00:11:37.700This is the accumulation of a movement that was starting now 10 years ago on that elevator in New York.
00:11:45.020We have now got to the press that's getting elected.
00:11:54.440Oftentimes conservatives, libertarians, don't want to use the power that's been given to them by the electoral base, the electorate.
00:12:03.280But now we need to use the power that they have awarded us.
00:12:06.480If Republicans and the voters in the United States did not want us to actually facilitate change in the federal, state, and local government, they wouldn't have elected us to do so.
00:12:17.900There is a reason this is the MAGA mandate.
00:12:20.220There's a reason that we have a trifecta in Congress and in the executive branch.
00:12:24.760We have got to actually use the power that the American people have given us to give back to them, to give the policies, the values, and the culture that they asked for.
00:12:35.180It's not the time to be a small government libertarian saying that we don't need to have payback.
00:12:41.200We don't need to undo things that have been done to us.
00:12:43.620We need to use the full power and take over the federal, state, and local governments.
00:13:00.540We have to use the power to pass the Lincoln-Riley Act to ensure that we do have mass deportations, that we are the economic superpower in this world, and we have to have peace through strength in foreign policy.
00:13:14.160That's what the American people voted for.
00:13:15.760And it's time to stop sitting on our hands, advocating to be the good guys, and stay on the status quo, and actually fight back and take over the political realm like the American people have chosen us and voted us in to do.
00:13:30.020When you look at what's going on in Washington, D.C., or just what went on earlier today, not far from where I'm sitting, we had the funeral of Jimmy Carter today.
00:13:41.900But next week is the funeral of the deep state and the deep state presidents that you saw all displayed next to President Trump and Melania.
00:13:51.900And then, of course, Biden's there, and Gore, and Pence, and Kamala, Dick Cheney kind of a no-show, also Michelle Obama a no-show.
00:14:01.800I hear that she and Barry might be a little bit on the outs.
00:14:16.980I know you've been out of power for quite some time.
00:14:20.300It hasn't been going too well for your family, but you want to just stop the stress eating because George W. Bush has obviously been stress eating.
00:14:26.800Kenny, talk to me about that, the fact that the end of the deep state is written on the wall.
00:14:33.800Yeah, the end of this deep state is written on the wall.
00:14:36.120Like you said, that was a good symbol for the funeral of the deep state there at Jimmy Carter's funeral today.
00:14:41.520But I think that we need to strive even more.
00:14:44.180We need to – the reason that the people have been trying to stop President Trump to stop lawfare and to stop these policies and virtue signal to like, oh, we don't really want mass deportations.
00:15:13.360They want to grasp on to the last bit of power they may have, whether that's in the Senate GOP, whether that's in the House of Representatives, whether that's those that are serving in federal departments before Trump and his cabinet positions take over.
00:15:24.460But we need to ensure that whoever is advocating against these policies, against these values, and against this culture now will no longer have a role in the Trump administration and hopefully don't have a role in the J.D. Vance administration in 2028 because we have to continue this movement.
00:15:42.580This is not the end, and this isn't the beginning.
00:15:44.800This is a process in eliminating the deep state government from society, from American culture, and from our government to finally get the power back to the American people, and this needs to be the funeral of the deep state and the funeral of the establishment politicians who have controlled Washington so long, controlled state government so long, and have controlled all the corporate and private interests for so long.
00:16:06.780It's time to give the power back to the American people, give Trump the tool that he needs to bring this country back to revitalization, and ensure that his policies pass.
00:16:16.100And that's by rooting out the deep state, rooting out establishing politicians from the federal government, and ensuring that the people are hand in the man that they voted for.
00:16:25.520Kenny, what can I say, man? Happy New Year.
00:16:27.660It sounds like you've been waiting to cut this promo for a minute, brother.
00:19:17.060By the way, speaking of the inauguration, you know, when you're looking at the Faraday products, you're looking at what Silent has.
00:19:21.600If you're someone who's worried or has a concern about your own personal info being tracked, if they're going to be geo-tracking you, if they're going to be geo-tracking the audience, the crowd that's there at the inauguration, hey, go throw your device in a Faraday bag.
00:19:36.600You won't have to worry about it at all because you will know that you're safe from all snooping spooks and snoops and secret squirrels and everything else out there.
00:19:49.160So, when we're looking at what's going on in California, when I see, and I still see people saying again and again, they say, oh, I can't believe this is happening.
00:20:09.760The point of a system is what it does.
00:20:13.740If you understand the green movement, and if you understand the green movement for who they are,
00:20:17.940We wrote an entire book last year talking about the far left and the extreme left, the people who are completely against civilization itself, who are against, in fact, humanity itself.
00:20:32.800Again, the far left greenies actually view all humans as a pestilence.
00:20:39.160They view you as an invasive species on our planet, and you, and by the way, all of us as an invasive species.
00:20:46.460You think they care when human property gets destroyed?
00:20:50.340You think they care when lives are lost?
00:20:59.560That's why they put nature and the environment.
00:21:03.120And by the way, here's the difference, okay?
00:21:05.360Here's the difference between, you know, an eco-terrorist and a conversationist, conservationist.
00:21:13.560If you want to be a conservationist, which is what you should be, you believe in conserving, clean air, clean water, clean land, clean grass, clean plants.
00:21:27.180But an eco-terrorist actually believes that humanity itself should be destroyed, should actually believes that these systems should crumble so that we can get rid of all of these things.
00:21:41.780And maybe, just so maybe, you might support a fire department that is not run by the most capable people.
00:21:49.580Maybe you would support, say, a government that's not run by the most capable people.
00:21:54.120Maybe you would even demonize the most capable people or groups of people that you consider your enemies.
00:22:00.800Maybe you would go and put up people who are completely unqualified in your fire department because you want the fires to spread.
00:22:09.140I'm not saying they say it publicly, but deep down.
00:23:52.100You can't get a couple million for the American people, even for, dare I say, even for the people of California, who probably aren't quite with me when it comes to politics.
00:24:02.700That's what it comes down to at the end of the day.
00:39:32.120I remember, by the way, this testimony, I remember watching this case.
00:39:35.380I don't even think I missed a single minute of the entire thing.
00:39:39.020And I certainly remember being very confused when I saw that testimony because I remembered that you could find the training guides online.
00:39:47.940You didn't have to go to the, you know, yearbooks and things like this.
00:39:51.140It was right there publicly available for anyone to see that the restraint that was used was exactly as trained.
00:40:57.760All right, folks, we're back on with Liz Collin of Alpha News, the the producer of the fall of Minneapolis.
00:41:05.640And Liz, I wanted to ask you a couple of things regarding sort of an update on Derek Chauvin.
00:41:10.380Of course, we saw before regarding this, this testing the last time I had you on huge development regarding whether or not George Floyd's heart tissue would be tested.
00:41:20.740Of course, we're waiting to hear the results of that for his appeal.
00:41:24.540Now you've got another huge development for his appeal, as you just mentioned, regarding these officers, current and former officers, by the way, the current officers who could face significant blowback from their careers for having come forward and putting their names to these documents, sworn statements to the court saying that, yes, these were, in fact, these were, in fact, trained restraints.
00:41:48.540And, in fact, we believe that our own assistant chief lied.
00:41:52.840You know, I don't think you need to be a police officer or a member of the military to understand that going against the chain of command will always have repercussions.
00:42:00.740And so it's very brave of them to come out and blow the whistle the way that they have been wanted to ask as well, though, there this case regarding the inmate in the federal facility who stabbed Derek, I think it was 22 times his trial.
00:42:14.840And you and I were chatting a little bit offline yesterday is supposedly coming up for this February, even though it happened, what, like a year and a half ago at this point.
00:42:26.460Yeah, so at this point, this would be the fourth time that this trial has been postponed and moved.
00:42:32.840What's interesting is we've been asking questions since the very beginning, you know, especially who is this guy, this John Terskak, a former FBI informant who was allowed around Derek in the law library the day after Thanksgiving back in 2023 when he stabbed 22 times.
00:42:49.140This is the first time that Derek says that he was left alone in that area, and he basically is attacked from behind, stabbed 22 times.
00:44:18.660Of course, it would it is a federal attempted murder since it happened in a in a federal corrective, corrective facility and corrections facility.
00:44:28.020And the idea that he wouldn't be held in federal custody sort of flies in the face of everything that we know about this.
00:44:35.920Why would he be given to state or county?
00:44:38.020I think these are excellent questions.
00:44:42.020And, yeah, we've asked several times and that is all they say that they have to say, you know, that that's all they have to to actually tell us is just that he is he's out of custody.
00:44:53.300I think it creates a whole nother layer to all of this.
00:44:58.380And remember, Terskak is someone who had just a couple of years left in his nearly 30 year prison sentence.
00:45:04.020And he was willing to risk that, he says, because he decided to, you know, to stab Derek on Black Friday, some sort of, you know, thing he wanted to do to pay his respects to Black Lives Matter.
00:45:19.620I mean, the whole thing was so bizarre from from the start.
00:45:23.160And the very first person, I should say, as we've reported in the past, to even get word that Derek Chauvin was stabbed in prison was our attorney general, Keith Ellison, who helped to put Derek and the other officers in prison in the first place.
00:45:39.540This is even before Derek's family is even called and told what happened that day.
00:45:45.460So, again, you get all these questions of treatment, you get all these questions of what's going on.
00:45:54.280And it seems clear to me and, you know, we're kind of dancing around it.
00:45:58.060So I'll just I'll throw in the, you know, the obvious opinion piece here is that it it just seems like we're dealing.
00:46:03.360And I think we've always known that it that this has been a politicized case.
00:46:07.400The entire thing has been politicized and it seems like you've got people from up and down either the chain of command or the or these various administrations that are involved that are trying to just hide the fact that this was all brushed under the rug because of the politics of the 2020 moment.
00:46:24.300Is that your take on it, Liz, or do you do you see something else?
00:46:27.860You know, I think that that's an interesting point, because even this lawsuit.
