00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.820 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.480 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:50.080 Just breaking moments ago, Brett, I want to tell you that the Secret Service is apparently

00:00:54.800 now telling or asking the Trump campaign to stop doing their rallies outdoors.

00:01:01.580 Do you have any reason to, are you, do you have any other target of your criminal investigation

00:01:05.820 other than Crooks?

00:01:06.700 Who's dead?

00:01:07.320 We are investigating the shooter both to determine his motive and his preparations and activities

00:01:13.880 before the shooting, but also to make sure whether or not there are any co-conspirators,

00:01:18.200 accomplices, etc.

00:01:19.200 At this point, have you developed any evidence to so suggest that there are any accomplices

00:01:23.180 or co-operators or assisters?

00:01:25.440 Not at this time.

00:01:26.260 But one of the things that I can share here today that has not been shared yet is that

00:01:30.320 we've just, in the last couple of days, found that from our review, to your point about

00:01:36.020 devices, analysis of a laptop that the investigation ties to the shooter reveals that on July 6th,

00:01:46.580 he did a Google search for, quote, how far away was Oswald from Kennedy?

00:01:56.240 And so that's a search that obviously is significant in terms of his state of mind.

00:02:00.500 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu scheduled to address a joint session of Congress this

00:02:05.960 afternoon.

00:02:06.960 He's looking to shore up support amid the continuing war in Gaza, which has claimed tens of thousands

00:02:11.640 of lives. Netanyahu facing more dissatisfaction with his leadership at home in Israel.

00:02:17.300 Allahu Akbar Hamas! Allahu Akbar Hamas! Don't come to our country! Go to Alaska! Let Biden and

00:02:25.600 all the Jewish lobby take you to Alaska! We don't want you in our country! 1.00

00:02:30.720 Vice President Kamala Harris hit the campaign trail in Battleground State, Wisconsin.

00:02:34.380 Her team already raising more than $250 million since the announcement Sunday.

00:02:39.060 And this has former President Trump and his running mate, J.D. Vance, sharpened their tags.

00:02:43.760 So hear me when I say, I know Donald Trump's type.

00:02:56.800 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard. Today's edition of Human Events Daily here, live from

00:03:01.200 New York City. Today is July 24th, 2024. Anno Domini. Kamala Harris.

00:03:07.780 Now, I know a lot of people want to go out there and say, oh, Kamala Harris, she's, you know, 1.00

00:03:13.080 she's, she's dumb. She's cringe. She's all those things. I get it. And she is dumb and cringe. 1.00

00:03:20.000 But I want to tell you something else that she is. Kamala Harris is heartless. Kamala Harris is 1.00

00:03:28.620 ruthless. You think Kamala Harris got to where she is by being sweet and nice? 1.00

00:03:36.240 You think Kamala Harris was able to step over all the people ahead of her by just doing a good job,

00:03:45.100 by showing up on time and putting in extra hours on nights and weekends? No. Kamala Harris got to 0.98

00:03:53.760 where she is by being absolutely ruthless, by being cold, by being brutal, by being heartless. 1.00

00:04:01.440 That's the real Kamala Harris. And if you don't understand what everyone's up against now,

00:04:09.840 then you're not paying attention. Because this is simple, folks. It's very simple.

00:04:16.200 The media reality machine has been turned on for Kamala Harris. By the way, go talk to your liberal 1.00

00:04:23.640 friends. If you have any family members. They're not being cynical. They actually can't remember

00:04:29.800 what it was that they thought about Kamala Harris just up to five minutes ago. That's the power of

00:04:37.320 the media conditioned response. The media conditioned response or media conditioning effect is that you

00:04:45.020 will repeat, you will think, and you will believe whatever the media tells you, whatever the media

00:04:54.620 shows you. Remember, she was cringe. She was cringe. And then all of a sudden, with the flip of a switch

00:05:00.340 on TikTok, she becomes the number one trend. She becomes the number one star. She's the hope of America.

00:05:07.660 She's Brat. She's the darling of Gen Z. No. Understand, there are tens of millions of your

00:05:21.340 fellow Americans that all instantly believe this about her. And that is what we're up against.

00:05:29.780 The power of the media reality machine turned on full board. And you're going to see celebrities,

00:05:35.160 and you're going to see stories, and you're going to see all of it. Let me tell you something. Kamala

00:05:38.740 Harris doesn't care. Kamala Harris doesn't care if your daughter becomes the next Laken Riley. Kamala 1.00

00:05:46.380 Harris doesn't care if your wife becomes the next Rachel Morin. Kamala Harris doesn't care if your 1.00

00:05:52.460 children die strung out on fentanyl. Kamala Harris doesn't care if your family loses your house and your 0.99

00:05:59.080 business and all of your savings because her 90% wealth tax goes into effect. Kamala Harris doesn't 1.00

00:06:05.140 care about any of those things because Kamala Harris cares about power, raw, unbridled, naked 1.00

00:06:12.960 ambition. That's Kamala Harris. Stay tuned, folks. Big show today. Huge break. Human Events Daily coming up next.

00:06:20.100 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events and the work

00:06:46.420 mine. Jack. Where's Jack? Jack. He's done a great job.

00:06:54.880 Folks, we've seen it time and time again. Somebody exposes the truth just to be labeled a conspiracy

00:06:59.920 theorist, realist, only to be proven right later on. Well, let me tell you about the next thing you should be

00:07:06.780 concerned about. It's called government geotracking of your phone and other devices. We've seen that

00:07:11.920 government use geofencing to track the devices of individuals on January 6th, leading to unwarranted

00:07:17.140 arrests without evidence of wrongdoing. Stop big tech and government overreach. There's no other option.

00:07:23.040 You have to protect yourself. Silent offers an efficient and easy solution to protect your location

00:07:27.820 and personal data. Their Faraday products block all incoming and outgoing signals so no one can get

00:07:33.800 their hands on your information. Simply place your device inside, close the sleeve, and that's it.

00:07:57.480 Slnt.com slash poso. So folks, here's the big breaking news I think that came out of Christopher

00:08:03.840 Ray's hearing earlier today. And once again, you know, I think the house is doing a good job,

00:08:09.620 but I don't think they're quite there yet. You're bringing up other things. You're bringing up January

00:08:14.300 6th. You're bringing up all this other stuff. Focus on the salient topics, the shooter. What do we

00:08:20.640 know about the shooter? What do we know about his whereabouts? What do we know about his connections?

00:08:24.200 Where's the geo-tracking and geo-fencing on the shooter? Where's all this Thomas Matthew Crooks?

00:08:29.900 Where are his connections? Who was he talking to? We're not getting the details that we need.

00:08:35.800 But the big headline, the big scoop that came out, the tidbit that Ray was able to reveal,

00:08:41.120 and he's like, he acts like he's so special that he's like, oh, I'm going to give you something,

00:08:44.720 give you a little taste. Well, actually, it's a huge failure on the behalf of Ray and the FBI,

00:08:49.620 because what did he give us? He said that the shooter was doing internet searches for Lee Harvey

00:08:56.140 Oswald. Seven days before the shooting, one week before the shooting in Butler, this guy was in the

00:09:03.980 Butler PA area about an hour distance, Bethel Park. He was looking up information about the RNC,

00:09:09.160 and then he asked how far away was Lee Harvey Oswald from JFK. He was conducting Google searches

00:09:16.520 on the assassination of JFK, and the FBI, the Secret Service, the teams that are supposed to be

00:09:22.820 watching President Trump, didn't lift a finger. He wasn't on their radar, or was he? The big question

00:09:29.440 in my mind, and I think you all tell which way that I'm leaning, regarding negligence versus complicity

00:09:35.480 is glaring on this. It's absolutely glaring, and heads need to roll. Heads absolutely need to roll

00:09:43.240 figuratively, politically, all that good stuff. This is a massive, massive issue. We've got Viva Fry

00:09:49.460 now joining us. Viva, by the way, it's great to be with you in Milwaukee at the RNC. Good to see you

00:09:56.180 and Robert Barnes in person and, you know, do some man on the street stuff. Well, since I did a man on

00:10:01.860 the street, but look, you know, this information that we've received today, Chris Wray, talk to me

00:10:08.300 about this. What are your responses to this hearing, and do you think that he's being forthcoming with

00:10:14.500 his information? I'm still catching up. I'm playing it at 1.75 because I was doing a podcast, and I'm

00:10:20.840 catching up, but bottom line, I tweeted it out right at the beginning. We're now asking the FBI

00:10:27.200 to give us answers to investigate the attempted and failed assassination of Donald Trump. This

00:10:32.760 is the same FBI that literally falsified evidence that it submitted to a secret FISA court to spy on

00:10:39.500 Carter Page, to spy on Donald Trump. The same FBI that bragged about an insurance policy against

00:10:45.620 the Donald Trump presidency. The same FBI that lied about the Hunter Biden laptop, that lied about

00:10:50.900 Russiagate. The same FBI that tried to take down President Trump is now investigating the botched,

00:10:57.980 failed, but for the grace of God, assassination attempt on Donald Trump. It's not just that I

00:11:02.740 don't trust them to do the investigation. I don't trust that they're not involved in this. And it's

00:11:07.360 going to sound crazy and conspiratorial, but this is literally the same FBI that sought to take down

00:11:13.320 Donald Trump via unlawful but nonviolent means, although I consider spying on a president a form of

00:11:19.340 political violence. So I don't trust a word that's going to come out of Ray's mouth, except in as much

00:11:23.560 as he's going to say bend the truth as much as he can not to be held in contempt for perjury, but he

00:11:29.100 would never be held in anyhow because they don't seem to punish their own. No, of course not. In the

00:11:34.220 same way that Robert Herr and Merrick Garland was able to hold those tapes over and over despite

00:11:39.620 congressional subpoenas, all the while Stephen K. Bannon is sitting behind bars. And at the time,

00:11:44.080 Peter Navarro was sitting behind bars for the very same thing. You, of course, created an incredible

00:11:50.120 podcast for Steve Bannon's trial two years ago. Now, all of your predictions, unfortunately,

00:11:57.180 came 100% true in that instance. But going back on this, Viva, let me ask you, what are some of the

00:12:03.820 biggest questions that you have regarding this shooting? I've laid out mine, but I'd love to hear

00:12:09.660 yours. Mine are like, there's a joke. It's almost like a meme that when you call up the FBI to report

00:12:16.220 a suspicious person, they're not going to go arrest the person. They're going to go recruit the person.

00:12:20.340 And it's a meme, but it's more truth than fiction. And people are going to accuse me of vilifying the

00:12:25.780 FBI, promoting conspiracy theories. You literally saw it in the Gretchen Whitmer bednapping plot.

00:12:33.380 They were not foiling plots. They were recruiting mentally unwell people to basically entrap them

00:12:39.600 into committing heinous crimes. We saw it on January 6th. I mean, whether or not you think

00:12:45.240 it was a fedsurrection, it was. They had agitators. They had unspecified numbers of people on the ground

00:12:51.020 to provoke the insurrection, the so-called insurrection. And so they have this kid who,

00:12:56.760 like, I'm not going to judge a book by his cover, but he clearly looks like he's mentally 0.51

00:13:00.500 unwell, compromised, infirmed, or whatever. This kid doing Google searches for obviously suspicious

00:13:08.680 things. Was he recruited by the FBI? Were they, oh, we had advanced knowledge, but we lost track

00:13:15.600 of him. Everything that's come out of this failed assassination plot, I mean, it's divine intervention

00:13:21.860 that it did not result in Trump being killed. I mean, it's almost inexplicable how with all of these

00:13:28.460 let it happen on purpose or made it happen on purpose, that bullet grazed Donald Trump's head

00:13:33.780 and averted what I think would have been World War III of Franz Ferdinand 2.0. But I want to know,

00:13:39.500 did they know this kid before? Had they had any interactions with this kid? And then how do you

00:13:43.140 account for each and every systematic failure the day of? Because they're not failures. You can't

00:13:48.040 have one thing. Oh, we didn't secure the building. Oh, it wasn't within the perimeter. Oh, the snipers

00:13:53.260 on the roof went inside because it was too hot. Oh, the snipers inside left their post to try to find

00:13:57.340 the guy. Oh, they sent the information to Secret Service, but nobody knew where the guy went for 20

00:14:01.780 minutes. Oh, and they still let Donald Trump come on stage? We are asking the people who I strongly

00:14:06.480 believe facilitated this to investigate it and tell us what happened. It's a lost cause.

00:14:13.040 And look, this is the biggest question of all, I think, is, and we talked about, I spoke about

00:14:18.440 with Tucker the fact that the local police who supposedly were tracking this guy, they lose sight

00:14:23.760 of this guy. Yes, to your point, they obviously should have come out of that AGR building where they're

00:14:30.680 on the second floor. But the idea being then is, if they're sending all this information,

00:14:34.860 why weren't they on the same frequency as the Secret Service? And then even still,

00:14:39.480 we are told that the Secret Service received information of a POI, a person of interest,

00:14:45.320 or a potential threat, again, crawling on a building just 150 yards away from the president.

00:14:53.400 And at that point, they did not go to the president's detail and say, hold him. Hold the

00:15:00.960 president. Hold him backstage. Don't let him come out. We're going to check this thing. We're going to

00:15:06.340 see what's happening right now. It'll be a couple of more minutes. Play a few more songs. Hopefully,

00:15:12.640 it's nothing and no one will ever know. That is the standard operating procedure in one of these

00:15:17.920 situations. So we must find out and it must be incumbent upon us. Kimberly Cheadle resigning,

00:15:23.620 not good enough. Chris Ray's testimony today, not good enough. And by the way,

00:15:27.660 Viva, I don't know if you've noticed this. We've got some of the B-roll here. Look at the micro

00:15:32.200 expressions from Chris Ray here. The shaking of the head, the nonchalance, the rolling of his eyes.

00:15:40.320 He is showing and expressing distaste. He's showing frustration, annoyance with having to be there.

00:15:47.620 He's expressing condescension, all of the things that you would expect from a hostile witness,

00:15:54.140 not someone who presided over a potential assassination of attempt of someone you were

00:15:59.740 supposed to be protecting. Jack, it's utter contempt for the people, utter contempt. And I genuinely

00:16:06.040 believe as well, it's an act of provocation. They get up there like pompous elites and rub in the face

00:16:12.220 of the people that not only do they not do their job, they have been complicit in the crimes that

00:16:17.640 they invoke to use as examples of political violence. People have to understand this.

00:16:24.880 Kevin Clinesmith, the FBI lawyer, falsified evidence that they submitted to a FISA court

00:16:31.580 to obtain an unlawful spy warrant against Carter Page so they could spy on the incoming president,

00:16:36.520 Donald Trump. They promoted the Russiagate hoax. They participated in the Gretchen Whitmer

00:16:42.460 kidnapping plot that they then used as an example of far right extremism by exploiting mentally unwell or

00:16:50.920 compromised individuals for their own political profit. We're asking the criminals to investigate

00:16:57.100 themselves. And then they call the people who call for their disbanding extremists or conspiracy

00:17:02.320 theorists, making it more difficult to do their job. They can raid a grandma in Alaska for January 6th,

00:17:07.620 and they can't do anything when this kid was doing online research a week before, flying a drone over

00:17:12.820 the day of, and then had an hour of suspicious person before he became a threat. They didn't let Trump

00:17:19.400 out on stage because of their own incompetence. They let him out on stage to be executed before the entire 0.98

00:17:24.540 nation, the entire world, to let it be known to people. This is what happens when you stand against us

00:17:29.840 and the system. They need to be disbanded, period. But they need to be thoroughly investigated.

00:17:35.420 And I don't know who does it because they sure as heck are not going to do it to themselves.

00:17:39.740 Look, there's a lot of problems with this. There's a lot of problems with all there.

00:17:44.460 I spoke with Tucker about this, but the Garland, Texas shooting all the way back in 2015 that

00:17:52.040 Elliott Simpson, who was sitting there, conducts the shooting with his partner, with his assailor,

00:17:58.800 his alias, and goes out, conducts the shooting, shooting up, it wasn't Trump supporters, but

00:18:04.860 conservatives at this event. There was an FBI asset in the car behind them taking photos who

00:18:12.100 hightails it out of there. Never once contacted local security, never once contacted anyone.

00:18:18.260 We wouldn't even know about it unless one of the lawyers of a potential accomplice had dug it all up

00:18:24.040 years later. Jack Posobiec, Human Events, quick break, big show. You need to hear what comes next.

00:18:33.040 I rolled with bloods, and them boys had a saying. You can't be listening to all that slappy 0.75

00:18:39.040 whack, trim out his all, it's a bam ship, nippy bam bam, like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:18:46.900 Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily. Our country will never forget the moment that we

00:18:52.540 witnessed. We saw a man get shot, stand up, fist in the air, and with defiance, scream, fight.

00:19:02.400 Sadly, too many of us have lost our fight, and that's exactly what the globalists want. They want

00:19:06.940 us weak, out of shape, and full of big pharma drugs. That's why I've been telling you about

00:19:53.540 with Viva Fry. I want to switch here now to the selection, not election, of Kamala Harris. Viva, 0.91

00:20:00.120 is it amazing to you how brazen the Leviathan, the deep state, the machine, the system, whatever word

00:20:08.740 or phrase people want to use for this, has been the way that they've completely revealed their hand

00:20:14.220 and their power in all of this. Remember, Barack Obama, just a few days ago, was saying that there

00:20:18.340 was going to be an open process, and there was going to be an open process, and there's going to

00:20:24.320 be a big, it's going to be a fair and transparent, and there wasn't fair and transparent. It was New

00:20:29.680 York delegation votes for Kamala Harris. New North Carolina, oh, Kamala Harris has cinched the 0.99

00:20:34.100 delegates. I mean, from what? Against who? Right? There was no election. There was no process.

00:20:41.300 And Dave Portnoy in Barstool, like, I'm not even, like, anywhere near that guy, but even he is coming

00:20:47.600 out and saying, this is crazy. You threw out all the votes of the Democrat voters, and then you just

00:20:54.140 handed it over to someone who didn't even win a single vote when there was an actual primary in 2020

00:21:01.740 because she dropped out. I won as many electoral or as many delegates as she did in 2020, okay?

00:21:08.240 So the idea being that Joe Biden was never the one in power, that there's always been an oligarchy

00:21:14.400 in power. Did we just witness a palace coup? Jack, Jason Palmer won more delegates than Kamala Harris.

00:21:23.780 I had him on the channel. He won at least American Samoa. He got the four delegates over there.

00:21:28.820 Let's go. It's wild. It's so wild that even, I don't know if it's an official Black Lives Matter 0.99

00:21:36.140 Twitter handle, but it's a big one. They're like, what the F? This is Soviet-style selection versus

00:21:42.640 an election. And look, I can't help but rub their faces in it a little bit. This is the party that

00:21:48.220 accuses Republicans of voter disenfranchisement and voter fraud. And we just witnessed the Democrat

00:21:54.740 party disenfranchising and defrauding 14 million primary voters out of their vote. They are

00:22:01.220 everything they accuse the Republicans of being. They are everything they accuse Trump of being.

00:22:06.400 Hitler-esque, Stalin-esque, Putin-esque, authoritarian. If he ever gets the power again,

00:22:12.260 he'll never relinquish it. They've done it. Kamala Harris is unelectable. They knew that going into the

00:22:17.320 primaries, she would not have succeeded in the primaries. So they prop up Weekend at Bernie's.

00:22:22.440 Kamala Harris lies about it. And I think it's an impeachable offense that she lied about it, 1.00

00:22:27.180 lied to the American people. He's good for another four years. She then steals all of his votes,

00:22:32.040 knowing that she could never have gotten them on her own. And they say, we're going from an open

00:22:36.360 primary in Chicago to we're doing it digitally, and it's going to be done by the seventh because

00:22:41.220 they don't have the technology to do it in the open primary. They are the biggest bunch of scoundrels 0.92

00:22:46.320 and criminals on earth. And I just hope that some on their side are waking up to it. Portneau, 0.99

00:22:52.220 fine, but he's been sort of like awake for a little while. Maybe Black Lives Matters can

00:22:56.300 appreciate now. They have been used as political pawns. Democrats like to exploit the ethnic minority 0.91

00:23:02.580 angle so they can use them and abuse them and discard them. And now the party that accuses the

00:23:07.740 Republicans of racist, disenfranchising Black voters has just gone and done the exact same thing.

00:23:13.040 Well, and look, of course, by the way, we're also told that Kamala Harris was not a DEI hire. No, 0.93

00:23:19.800 there's no question. She was not a DEI hire. She was hired because she was the best,

00:23:23.740 even though Joe Biden has said many times that one of the reasons that he chose Kamala Harris was

00:23:29.260 because she was a Black woman. And of course, the Democrats were pushing all of that in the

00:23:32.920 summer of 2020. It was the George Floyd summer, the summer of rage. It was the BLM summer. There was 0.80

00:23:37.880 no way that he was going to choose one of his earlier top choices, which would have been Amy

00:23:42.360 Klobuchar of Minnesota or Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan. It was impossible because you have

00:23:46.960 to understand how Democrat politics work. They needed to choose a Black woman in that moment. 1.00

00:23:51.720 So yes, that is DEI. But of course, I tweeted this yesterday, but if DEI is a good thing,

00:23:59.220 why do they say it's an insult when we call someone a DEI hire? If DEI is supposed to be good

00:24:05.600 and you all have programs for it. I'm just trying to make sense of any of this.

00:24:10.100 Here's number two, though. The media coming out, Axios, but Politico and others this morning saying

00:24:14.860 Kamala Harris was never border czar. Kamala Harris was never border czar. Kamala Harris was never

00:24:20.460 border czar. And of course, remember, it was Kamala Harris over at the Munich conference in 2022,

00:24:25.000 just before, days before Putin crossed the border with his invasion force,

00:24:29.580 say, and she was the one saying Ukraine will be in NATO. Ukraine will be in NATO. And I guarantee 0.76

00:24:34.880 you the media will say next. Kamala Harris didn't, Kamala Harris wasn't involved in Ukraine. Kamala

00:24:39.600 Harris wasn't involved in Ukraine. Kamala Harris wasn't involved in Ukraine. The media will say

00:24:43.120 this and Viva people will, will uncynically believe the media because there are still millions

00:24:51.340 of Americans that are conditioned to follow whatever their televisions tell them. And you're

00:24:57.740 seeing this as well on TikTok where suddenly she's gone from cringe to brat. She's now trendy. She's

00:25:04.640 the most trendy topic and trending topic on TikTok. So what is it, Viva, that the, the, not just

00:25:13.160 conservatives, but realists and truth tellers and independents and centrists are actually up against

00:25:21.440 right now? Well, I'll reiterate one of my more recent predictions, which is still nine to one on the

00:25:27.400 predicted. I don't think Kamala Harris is going to be the presidential nominee for the Democrats. 0.97

00:25:32.440 It's becoming increasingly unlikely now because they, they seem to be breaking the rules or rewriting

00:25:38.120 the rules in order to make it happen. But there should be outrage in impeachable offense, the degree

00:25:44.380 to which she lied to America. It's an impeachable offense to the degree to which they defrauded primary 1.00

00:25:48.880 voters out of their votes. But anybody within the Democrat party should be raising hell about this

00:25:53.680 because this is, it's not, it's beyond undemocratic. We're living through 1984 in real

00:25:58.340 time where, forget who it was, in the middle of his speech, they give him a new speech and they

00:26:02.940 replace Eurasia with, you know, East Asia. I forget what it was. And so we're like, Joe Biden's good

00:26:09.660 for another four years, sharp as attack, whatever. And now, and Kamala Harris, what do you think you 1.00

00:26:14.240 fell out of a coconut tree idiot? And it's gone from good enough for four more years. And Kamala is a bit 1.00

00:26:18.780 of an idiot to he's out and she is the next savior. And watching this, this, it's like a military 1.00

00:26:24.900 machine in real time, the social media machine, the armies of trolls out there or bot accounts out

00:26:30.480 there, the media flipping on a dime, like they've just received the new script. It's Orwellian.

00:26:35.880 What do people have to do? Don't let him forget. It's a, it's a shame that there are so many people

00:26:40.520 out there. I don't call them stupid. They are just low information voters. They're living their lives. 1.00

00:26:44.360 They have jobs, they have families, and they don't have time to do all of this, to live on the

00:26:48.980 internet and to really understand what's going on. So they go to MSNBC, CNN, 60 Minutes, and they

00:26:53.660 think they, oh, new vigor. You know, CNN came out yesterday and said that Kamala Harris came out

00:26:59.060 guns blazing, which I think, oh, she came out fighting and guns blazing, which I think are two

00:27:03.860 wonderful analogies that maybe they shouldn't use. But that's what they rely on for their news. And now

00:27:08.220 she has literally been transformed overnight from an idiot who can't string together a sentence 1.00

00:27:13.640 to the savior of the Democrat party. And if you don't vote for her, you're a misogynist, 1.00

00:27:17.920 a racist, whatever else. They'll call you an anti-Semite if you don't vote for her because 0.95

00:27:21.740 her husband's Jewish. They'll pull out all the angles. But overnight, they received their new 0.59

00:27:25.980 script and people are going to go with it because they just don't know better because they're busy

00:27:29.480 living their lives. And that's exactly right. And you're going to have people who actually believe

00:27:35.720 that, yes, you know what? The K-Hive is real. I want to be part of the K-Hive because they are

00:27:40.220 totally focused on identity. And here's something I was speaking with Dr. Ernst Roots from South

00:27:45.640 Africa last night, and he was talking to someone who studied the left in South Africa, but he was

00:27:50.680 kind of getting this into this idea of how can you have so many leftists that, you know, some are

00:27:56.280 Islamists, some are Antifa, some are for women's rights, and they have all of these obviously

00:28:00.180 conflicting viewpoints. How can you have them all together? And the researcher said to him, well,

00:28:07.300 it's actually quite simple because they're not united by what they stand for. They're united by

00:28:12.900 what they hate. They're united by the fact that they hate white Christian males. They hate Western 0.99

00:28:20.120 civilization. They hate anything to do with actual human progress or human future. And so this is the

00:28:28.720 underlying through line for which they're all united. It has nothing to do with any of these, you know,

00:28:34.500 theoretical or academic discussions or ideological pieces because it's not ideological. I just wrote

00:28:39.500 a whole book about this. I said leftism is not ideological, and people need to start understanding

00:28:44.320 that. And this is why I keep pointing out again, again, and again. And people want to say, oh, well,

00:28:48.860 JD Vance called her a childless cat lady. And I said, you know what? It's not about that. It's about

00:28:53.660 does she have actual empathy? Does she have actual care? Does she have actual concern for the future

00:29:01.600 or for the humans that will be living in the future for the descendants of this country? And

00:29:06.480 do we want that person being the one in charge? That's the real question, because I see someone

00:29:11.780 who is ruthless. I see someone who is cold. I see someone who is detached. Yeah, we know the veneer

00:29:16.680 is fake, but underneath, that's what you've got. Last couple of minutes, Viva Frye.

00:29:21.200 Oh, I'll just say she's a pathological liar. I mean, people cannot forget what she said about January 6th. 0.95

00:29:27.380 People cannot forget her dereliction of duty at the border. She didn't go to the border while her

00:29:32.240 country that she's supposed to be representing is being invaded. She went to Ukraine and arguably,

00:29:37.280 but not arguably, nearly provoked World War III by saying that Ukraine has to be in NATO. 0.99

00:29:43.360 She's a liar, a power-hungry liar, but so are most politicians. The bottom line, though, 0.98

00:29:48.360 and this is where the left should be getting outrage. She stole however many black votes. She stole, 1.00

00:29:54.440 disenfranchised her own base by lying to the American people, using Joe Biden, exploiting of 0.90

00:30:00.460 that demented old man as a tool for her own political profit, knowing that she was going to 0.61

00:30:04.600 stab him in the back afterwards and steal the votes of the people who voted for him and not for her, 0.96

00:30:09.460 knowing that they would never vote for her in the first place. So people on the left should be

00:30:13.500 getting outraged, but they will end up eating their own a little bit. Just hasn't been to the degree

00:30:18.120 to which I predicted initially, but I didn't. The social media media machine flipped the script

00:30:25.900 overnight, and they've gone into overdrive, turning this incompetent boob into a political 0.95

00:30:31.940 superhero. 0.91

00:30:33.520 Viva Fry, where can people follow you, man?

00:32:32.620 Human Events Daily. Julie, I'm just going to hand it over to you. Gosh, I know you as well as I

00:32:37.540 watched that incredible, just wonderful Chris Wray press conference earlier today, the hearing that

00:32:43.260 he held up there. You know, really just, I think it's open and shut case. You know, that was perfect,

00:32:49.000 answered all the questions, wasn't evasive on anything. I mean, I just thought that was wonderful,

00:32:53.600 and I'm sure that you felt the exact same way.

00:32:55.720 I did. I mean, we are so lucky to have Christopher Wray as the head of the FBI, as he reminded us

00:33:03.300 that he is going to be totally transparent, or as transparent as he can at this stage in the

00:33:09.460 investigation. But it's sort of wild, Jack, even though he did reveal some details we didn't know.

00:33:15.920 Well, he did confirm that there were eight shots fired off by Thomas Crooks before he was killed by

00:33:21.520 a counter sniper. The Thomas Crooks visited that site three times a week before, and then twice

00:33:28.920 that day before the rally that he was found with explosive devices in his vehicle. Still not sure,

00:33:35.680 Jack, what vehicle they're referring to, because there are conflicting reports that there was a

00:33:39.680 white van involved. You have bystanders, neighbors who saw this van being taken away. But there are other

00:33:45.600 reports that he drove a Hyundai to the site, and then others still that he rode a bicycle there.

00:33:53.120 So we're still not exactly sure. Did he use a van and a Hyundai? But Christopher Wray did say that

00:33:59.600 explosive devices were found both in his vehicle and at home. His body was found with a receiver.

00:34:05.440 It was turned off, though, so there was no way to use those, what he also called rudimentary

00:34:10.600 devices that day. They said that he did not use the ladder. And we have other reports that,

00:34:17.840 and I believe it was Senator Ron Johnson, Jack, who said that he climbed atop that roof using an

00:34:22.500 air conditioner unit to help hoist him up there. They did get his, his two cell phones, we're told.

00:34:30.540 One device, at least, has encrypted chat apps on it. Christopher Wray said, oh, it was very hard

00:34:35.780 to get in there. We're not sure that we will get all the communications from that encrypted chat,

00:34:40.460 which, of course, raises all sorts of red flags. He said that they scoured the FBI's holdings. Not

00:34:47.100 sure. I guess that means all of their portals and offices, records, et cetera, for Crooks's name.

00:34:52.200 He was not on the FBI's radar screen, nor Christopher Wray said, or any FBI employees, agents, et cetera,

00:34:59.700 in communications with Crooks before on July 13th. I'm calling BS on that. Still don't believe it,

00:35:06.620 that there was not an FBI or even a DHS employee or someone undercover or some sort of asset in

00:35:13.540 communication with Crooks, because it's usually the case. So he did tell us that, but he's sort of

00:35:19.240 veering into the lone wolf territory, Jack. He said, oh, he has devices, but he had a really short

00:35:25.880 contact list. And he didn't have a lot of communications that you would sort of assume

00:35:30.040 with someone this age. Well, he had two cell phones. He had a laptop. He had encrypted chats that

00:35:35.180 he was using. I believe he had encrypted bank accounts he was using overseas. So they said

00:35:41.620 that they looked at his search history. He was looking up political articles and figures from

00:35:46.040 both parties, et cetera. So that's basically what we got out of Christopher Wray today.

00:35:51.320 Did he give a better performance, Jack, than he usually does? Yes, no doubt about it. He's

00:35:55.420 not on the hot seat. The FBI was not responsible for security that day. However, don't be fooled.

00:36:00.700 We cannot rely on Christopher Wray and this corrupt partisan FBI to conduct a fair, impartial,

00:36:08.660 thorough inquiry into what happened before and on July 13th without some sort of political

00:36:14.960 cover-up operation as part of it. Well, you know, by the way, Julie, it occurs to me that

00:36:22.260 one of the potential reasons for him using the two cell phones, not only, of course, to conceal

00:36:28.100 who he may be speaking with, but also it could have been very much because, as you and so

00:36:33.660 many others have reported, that it was FBI geofencing and geotargeting that was able to

00:36:39.020 track lots of people on January 6th. This has been used, obviously, in other cases, but I

00:36:44.140 think most famously in that case. And so this could potentially have even been an attempt

00:36:50.480 on his part to evade geotargeting, worried perhaps about these Google searches and things

00:36:57.960 that he had done that perhaps he was using a different cell phone because he was worried

00:37:03.300 that he may be on some radar and was able to do so. Now, that, of course, begs the question,

00:37:08.420 how did he know how to do that? Did someone inform that? Was he on forums? Was he talking

00:37:13.480 to people online? How did he know to use the electronic security measures for operational

00:37:19.140 security to have a separate cell phone? And in fact, by the way, if he really wanted

00:37:23.760 to use electronic security, he wouldn't bring a cell phone at all to any of these things,

00:37:28.500 or you'd be giving it to someone else, swapping SIM cards. There's a variety of things you

00:37:32.240 could be doing. But what it strikes to me as is that there are glaring errors here saying

00:37:38.820 that, oh, this was just a lone wolf. But we do actually see evidence of sophistication

00:37:43.080 in some of his movements. We've obviously gotten a number of stories regarding, is there a van?

00:37:48.480 Was it a Hyundai? Was it a sedan? Where was the bike? Why did the bike have a rifle bag,

00:37:53.240 et cetera, et cetera? But more importantly, Julie, we are not getting a lot of information

00:37:57.700 about these explosives, are we? No, we certainly aren't. And you know, Jack,

00:38:02.940 the presence of an explosive. Now, recall, and Christopher Wray said this again today,

00:38:08.320 this rally was publicly announced on July 6th, one week before, where Christopher Wray told House

00:38:15.180 Judiciary Committee today is that on that day, Thomas Crooks Googled how close did Oswald come

00:38:22.460 to JFK. So we're supposed to believe that in a week's time, Thomas Crook, a 20-year-old,

00:38:30.700 you know, we're told is a loner, an outcast, again, fits the mold of individuals who the government

00:38:36.880 targets to use for whatever political purposes they need to, that in a week's time,

00:38:43.800 he put together explosive devices. He got his hands on a drone, learned how to use it,

00:38:49.500 which Christopher Wray said he used between 3.50 and 4 o'clock on the afternoon of July 13th,

00:38:55.780 was live streaming it, about 10 minutes of footage that he took of Butler Farms, that site.

00:39:01.340 So we're supposed to believe he, and then he has become a sharpshooter, where he came within,

00:39:07.960 to your point, a half inch of the president's head, and did all of this undetected within a week's

00:39:15.620 time. None of that passes the smell test, Jack, especially as you know, observing this FBI for

00:39:23.440 the better part of a decade, doing anything in its power to destroy President Trump, his family,

00:39:28.860 his business, his associates, his advisors, like Steve Bannon, Trump supporters, almost 1,500 now

00:39:36.820 have been arrested for January 6th and charged something, by the way, Chris Wray took at least

00:39:41.040 three occasions to brag about today, the number of convictions that the FBI has gotten out of J6ers. 1.00

00:39:48.420 So this just is impossible to believe. But he did say, Christopher Wray, there's no evidence of

00:39:56.460 any accomplices when he was asked by House Republicans. No way can we possibly believe that.

00:40:05.740 And so this is a massive, massive glaring error. And it's something where, quite frankly,

00:40:12.760 I wish that we had some, we need some real investigators here. Look, I appreciate the

00:40:17.980 congressmen and congresswomen who are in there for their efforts, but we need real investigators.

00:40:22.960 Julie Kelly, one minute until the break, do you support opening a formal commission on this

00:40:28.480 assassination attempt? You know, it's such a good question, Jack. There's such mixed results. And to

00:40:33.820 your point, you know, we were told what happened to the weaponization committee. That thing completely

00:40:38.840 disappeared off the radar screen, another blue ribbon panel, unless we get a bunch of grandstanders,

00:40:44.620 the Democrats have already said they're going to appoint Benny Thompson, who led the J6 committee,

00:40:50.300 that destroyed evidence is still varying evidence, and made up evidence, by the way, they're going to

00:40:56.660 put him on there unless it's staffed like a J6 committee, who had over a dozen, I believe,

00:41:02.880 former federal prosecutors, skilled investigators, the FBI, former FBI agents, and other law

00:41:08.620 force in. Quick break, Julie. Quick break. We'll be right back. 0.99

00:41:14.400 Up in the hood, I rolled with bloods, and them boys had a saying. You can't be listening to all

00:41:21.180 that slappy whack, trim out his alitzabam ship, nippy bam bam, like human events with Jack.

00:41:26.760 Impossible. k

00:41:37.720 Incredible scenes there, by the way, Washington, DC protests going on, D.B. Netanyahu to speak,

00:41:47.040 to address Congress in a joint session later this evening. And we're seeing, of course,

00:41:51.720 the massive, massive leftist protests, really the, you know, it's Team Kamala out there,

00:41:56.960 huge response, of course, by law enforcement. Julie Kelly, let's really drill down here because 0.88

00:42:02.460 so many of the things that Chris Wray has said are things that we just need more information on.

00:42:09.900 So he gives us a little bit and then it ends up being a situation where we want to know more.

00:42:15.680 This is something where he should be forthcoming. Look, I do think that we need an investigation,

00:42:20.440 but it needs to be a serious investigation. I'd love to see actual investigators put on this

00:42:26.220 thing. Senator Johnson's office, by the way, has been fantastic. As the kids say, he's got that dog

00:42:32.660 in him. I'd love to see him working on something on the Senate side where he's diving directly into

00:42:38.780 the narrative. He's smashing the narrative falseness whenever he can find it. We've already seen a

00:42:44.640 number of discrepancies and shortcomings. What vehicle did he drive when he arrived there?

00:42:49.620 There's basic, you know, basic things you'd think that we would know a week after. By the way,

00:42:55.080 if this was a regular murder investigation, those would be things that you would know within

00:42:59.800 generally the first 24, 48 hours. So the idea that we're still not getting all of this out

00:43:05.700 really begs the question that what happened on that field in Butler?

00:43:09.640 It does. What happened that day at the field and what happened the week before? And that is the

00:43:18.740 concern that we will not get straight answers from Christopher Wray on any of that, despite how

00:43:24.100 forthcoming he appeared today, despite how forthcoming he said he was. You know, it's a little ironic to have

00:43:31.420 believed that Christopher Wray is going to tell us how Thomas Crooks learned how to assemble explosive

00:43:37.600 devices and how he put those together and got the components for that. When more than three and a

00:43:43.560 half years later, the same FBI still has not found, arrested or charged the January 6th pipe bomber.

00:43:52.240 And as far as we know, that investigation has been halted. We get no updates on that. That was

00:43:57.840 supposed to launch, you know, the terror attack of January 6th, a terror attack that Christopher Wray calls

00:44:03.700 it. So how can we trust that he's going to figure out anything about Thomas Crooks that we're going to

00:44:09.020 get all the answers there? So, but look, there are other entities, including the Department of Homeland

00:44:16.180 Security Inspector General Joseph Kavari, who has already been stonewalled by Alejandro Mayorkas and other

00:44:23.740 Secret Service officials in his inquiries into January 6th. Jack, and you may have reported this,

00:44:31.120 but, and I've reported it for the past few weeks, Mayorkas has had on his desk since April, a copy of

00:44:39.960 Joseph Kavari, the DHS IG's report, full investigation into DHS and Secret Service involvement or their

00:44:47.580 role in January 6th. He is sitting on that report. We are told it may be released this week. Politico said

00:44:54.280 that. But then there are reports today that, and this was a question by Representative Barry Loudermilk

00:45:02.560 yesterday in a separate congressional hearing, asking another Inspector General if it was okay

00:45:08.760 for a secretary of a department to threaten an IG about not releasing a report and then stonewalling

00:45:16.600 other investigations. This is what Mayorkas is doing now, wanting to sit on the J6 report from DHS,

00:45:24.680 threatening Joseph Kavari, the Inspector General, that he's not going to give him access to information

00:45:30.140 in his inquiry into July 13th, which of course DHS oversees the Secret Service. So these are the

00:45:36.240 sort of political games cover-up that's already started, Jack. So the DHS IG, Congressional

00:45:43.840 Inquiries, FBI, that is what we are expected now. What sort of overlap are we going to have? How will

00:45:51.600 the FBI prevent Congress from accessing the materials that it needs? We also learned from Kim Cheadle

00:45:58.520 on Monday, she was already withholding records and documents that Congress has requested.

00:46:04.040 So the cover-up has already begun. The spinning has already begun, including by FBI Director Christopher

00:46:10.040 Wray today. That's why the American people are pretty confident that we will never get the truth

00:46:16.040 about what happened up until and on that tragic day. Well, look, and I'll put that out there as well,

00:46:23.040 and I'm sure you will be dogged on this, as you always are, and others. 1776 at humanevents.com,

00:46:28.800 1776 at humanevents.com. That is the email, folks. If you're a whistleblower out there,

00:46:34.480 if you're a local law enforcement in Butler, Pennsylvania, I, by the way, and, you know,

00:46:39.220 just being connected in Pennsylvania the way that I am, I'm from the state, you know, no people there,

00:46:44.360 I've already been receiving information from law enforcement. I've been receiving information

00:46:49.440 from former law enforcement, from people who are contacts that got in and out of the area.

00:46:53.740 So that's Butler County, Beaver County, which had this emergency service unit that was there.

00:46:58.660 And there's a lot of questions as to what went on and why it was that Secret Service was not

00:47:04.580 working directly with these agencies when it was supposed to be. So again, basic questions as to,

00:47:11.240 you know, Julie, step back for a second. The reason that we have the FBI, the reason that we have

00:47:15.980 the Secret Service, the reason that we give them all of this money and all of this funding

00:47:19.880 and the Patriot Act and all of these powers is to stop people like Thomas Matthew Crooks. But of

00:47:25.880 course, they're not focused on left-wing terrorism like this guy and left-wing extremism. No,

00:47:31.680 they're focused on right-wing violence. Isn't that right?

00:47:35.980 That's absolutely correct. And that's why you see the double standard of justice again playing out

00:47:40.940 yesterday and today, Jack. You have pro-Hamas demonstrators who illegally occupied the Cannon

00:47:46.680 House Office building again. They were arrested by Capitol Police, but given a local citation,

00:47:53.040 not federal criminal charges like the J6ers. We're seeing this again today. Is there disrupting 1.00

00:47:58.760 Prime Minister Netanyahu's address to Congress? That's not allowed either. And of course, now

00:48:04.060 assaulting police officers. Are they going to be dragged off, taken to the D.C. Gulag,

00:48:09.760 denied release by federal judges in Washington, languished there for two years before they go

00:48:15.140 to trial for assaulting police officers? Of course not. So this is really, again, why Americans are at

00:48:21.700 least on our side, and I think a big swath of so-called middle absolutely does not trust our

00:48:26.840 government to execute the laws fairly, to conduct fair, even-handed investigations, and bottom line,

00:48:33.660 to tell us the truth. And Christopher Wray, Kim Cheadle, the poster children for that this week,

00:48:39.760 in addition to, of course, Merrick Garland, Chris Ray's boss, and Alejandro Mayorkas.

00:48:44.560 It's Kim Cheadle's now. Exactly. Julie, where can people follow you?
