00:00:52.160 All right, Jack Posobiec, we're back.
00:00:53.540 Live Human Events daily here on Real America's Voice.
00:00:56.140 Folks, the big medical hack of 2025 was several peer-reviewed studies identifying the direct connections between anti-parasitic medications, having off-label benefits, fighting a wide variety of cancers, and this makes sense.
00:01:09.840 The connection between tumor growth and parasites has been known for years.
00:01:13.640 While the CDC remains silent, they've admitted that millions of Americans suffer from parasitic infections that often go undetected or undiagnosed.
00:01:21.420 This is why Dr. Peter McCullough, Chief Science Officer at The Wellness Company and the world's most published cardiologist, says these studies make a clear case to do at least one medical-grade parasite cleanse annually.
00:01:33.380 The Wellness Company's proprietary USA-compounded ivermectin mibednisol is a doctor-prescribed gold-standard combination dose.
00:01:42.540 It's designed to help the body eliminate parasites plus other incredible benefits.
00:01:46.740 Each bottle contains about 90 capsules, enough to complete four 21-day cleanses.
00:01:52.240 This high-strength formula cannot be found at your local pharmacy.
00:01:55.480 But the wellness company removes the red tape by making the process fully digital.
00:02:00.300 Fill out a quick intake form, a doctor reviews it, and your medical-grade parasite cleanse arrives in a week.
00:02:05.520 It's time for New Year, New You.
00:02:07.880 Reset and own your health.
00:02:09.880 Head to twc.health.poso and use promo code POSO to save $60 off plus free shipping.
00:02:16.120 That's for USA residents only.
00:02:18.820 We're very excited now because, folks, we are fighting in this country for parental rights, for limited government, for American rights, and standing up for our sovereignty. 0.50
00:02:31.540 And one absolute leader and hero in that fight is our next guest.
00:02:36.880 It's Nikki Neely.
00:02:37.760 She is the founder and president of Defending Education.
00:02:41.440 She joins us now.
00:02:42.240 Nikki, how are you?
00:02:43.040 I'm great.
00:02:43.460 Thanks for having me.
00:02:44.040 So walk us through, because we just got sent this report here at Human Events that you've put out where you're tying together the impact, really, of open borders on the school system.
00:02:57.820 Because, you know, we get told again and again, ad nauseum, by the Democrats, by the mainstream media, that there's no impact, there's no resources that are misused or abused.
00:03:09.160 They don't even use them, the illegal aliens.
00:03:11.440 But is that really the truth?
00:03:14.040 No, it's not the truth whatsoever.
00:03:15.940 For the past four years when we had the Biden administration having their open borders policies,
00:03:19.980 there were obviously millions of people that crossed the border, including students.
00:03:22.760 And all those students had to go into American schools because of a 1982 Supreme Court decision
00:03:27.320 called Plyler v. Doe, that they're entitled to education.
00:03:30.200 Okay, fine.
00:03:31.160 But when there are huge numbers of students going into some of these districts,
00:03:34.480 I mean, think about Chicago, Denver, et cetera.
00:03:36.880 I mean, even Martha's Vineyard. 0.99
00:03:38.740 These districts have to make choices. 0.98
00:03:40.260 There's not enough seats.
00:03:41.080 And so we would see districts, we sent dozens of FOIAs out in early 2024 to facilities managers, to finance managers, to look at what was happening to these schools.
00:03:50.020 They had to rezone. 0.88
00:03:51.020 I mean, you and I know people buy houses based on a school pyramid that their children are going into, repurposing buildings to house migrants, things like that. 0.94
00:03:59.120 And so safety concerns came into play.
00:04:01.420 And so now that the Republicans are finally trying to crack down on this, obviously we're seeing these massive ICE, anti-ICE protests across the country.
00:04:08.960 So my organization has been keeping a running list of about 700 districts across the country and counting that have either voted on affirmatively they will not cooperate with ICE or they're instructing their faculty and teachers on how to resist.
00:04:21.220 And so these are things that are taking place in our schools with our tax dollars, which is a real insult.
00:04:26.820 And let's talk through that and walk through that a little bit.
00:04:29.840 when we are talking about the actual impact of tax dollars from open borders, from this entire
00:04:36.840 situation going all the way back to the 1980s, as you say, who is actually paying? And do we have
00:04:42.700 an indication of what the total amount is? There is no indication of a total amount,
00:04:47.820 which is frightening because much of this is some of it's paid by states, some of it's paid by
00:04:51.960 cities, some of it was paid by the federal government. But even, I mean, we found a
00:04:56.440 district in Western Massachusetts where some of their, they ended up paying, I think it was 40
00:05:01.660 or 50 different kinds of translators, all different kinds of languages at, you know, not a cheap cost
00:05:06.800 per hour to do translations for parent-teacher conferences, things like that. And so while they
00:05:11.180 are obligated to accommodate everybody, some students, some families need a lot more accommodations
00:05:15.860 than others. And this is a huge issue because of course we're looking at this influx, we're looking
00:05:22.900 at this understanding. And at the end of the day, it should actually be about, you know,
00:05:27.100 the goal of a school, last time I checked, is to educate the next generation, not to be partaking
00:05:33.100 in social experiments, in political experiments, being making public policy, or, you know, in this
00:05:40.140 case, flaunting public policy. Absolutely. And, you know, we see organizations like the National
00:05:44.660 Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, pushing a concept called community
00:05:48.940 these schools, which is really kind of a phrase warm and fuzzy for a wraparound program. Let's
00:05:54.700 provide families with laundry, laundromat. Let's provide children with clothes. Let's transition 0.97
00:06:00.080 them. Let's provide all their medical care. Just sign here on the dotted line and we'll just take 0.98
00:06:03.920 care of everything. And that's where we see a lot of the assault on parental rights taking place,
00:06:07.680 where parents are registering their kids for classes and then not realizing that now the
00:06:11.900 school is running with them and doing things like transitioning their children to different
00:06:14.880 genders behind their backs. And that really is what the Democrats have been doing all the way
00:06:21.220 back to the days of Michelle Obama, of Hillary Clinton. The idea that your school is going to be
00:06:27.900 this sort of social benefits distributor for children rather than empowering homes, that
00:06:37.620 they want to get them in the system, get them there as fast as possible, and then the
00:06:41.980 indoctrination begins. Absolutely. I mean, that's why, you know, the Obama administration,
00:06:45.980 when they had that cartoon, The Life of Julia, it was cradle to grave. Uncle sugar, the government
00:06:50.540 is going to take care of you every step of the way, which is also frightening because, you know,
00:06:54.940 that's why we at the same time we saw that change in language where we weren't just parents. You
00:06:58.820 know, it was we were like the it was the birthing parent. It wasn't you're not the mother, you're
00:07:02.600 not the father. And so it was a real degradation of the American family, a devaluation of the role
00:07:08.020 of parenting. And we then see activist organizations like Black Lives Matter at school
00:07:12.140 talk about one of their goals actually is the destruction of the nuclear family, where they
00:07:16.660 want to throw that wall up between a parent and a child. Once that trust is broken, it's very hard
00:07:21.840 to repair, but they want to step into the void. And I'm pretty sure that my kid's superintendent
00:07:25.340 is not going to be the one who's there to pick my daughter up off our bathroom floor when she's 21
00:07:29.160 and going through a breakup. So it's really, it's frightening that this is happening with our tax
00:07:33.460 dollars. No, it certainly is. And when you look at the fact that you've now got children who could
00:07:41.360 be illegal aliens themselves, or perhaps, you know, in this case, children of illegal aliens,
00:07:47.640 which, by the way, whenever those percentages are coming up, that's what they always do.
00:07:51.800 They'll say, oh, illegal aliens are a burden to the system because they don't use benefits. 0.70
00:07:55.140 But no, that's because they're playing fast and loose with the definition of the burden of who's 0.80
00:08:00.260 getting the benefits. So yes, because of the Supreme Court's ruling, we currently do allow
00:08:05.480 that paperwork to go to the children of illegal aliens. But there's a lot of people who would 0.99
00:08:10.200 point out to say, well, those children wouldn't be in the system if their parents hadn't crossed
00:08:13.820 the border illegally. Right. And I think something else that's frightening is that as our schools are
00:08:18.880 trying to accommodate these students, there are students of all ages that are going into this
00:08:22.520 program. About four years ago, Montgomery County Schools actually in Maryland, they had arrested
00:08:28.560 a 20-year-old for raping an 11-year-old, a 20-year-old illegal immigrant who was there.
00:08:34.020 And so when we see schools that are trying to provide safe passage, like Montgomery County
00:08:37.760 Public Schools is, running sessions through the PTN, telling people how to interfere,
00:08:43.000 our children's safety is at risk. 0.97
00:08:44.640 There's a whole category of illegal immigrant students called, the acronym is SLIFE, Students 1.00
00:08:49.460 with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education.
00:08:52.100 And so you have students who are 19, 20, 21 years old in our high school with our girls,
00:08:56.740 you know, 14, 15, 16 year olds, put them together. When you have these gender policies,
00:09:01.340 you can use any bathroom you want. You can use any locker room you want. And our girls are real 1.00
00:09:05.500 danger. And for somebody to raise the alarm and say, I'm uncomfortable, and then suddenly be
00:09:09.100 called a racist is a true slap in the face. And, and that's obviously creating issues because
00:09:16.380 you're right when, and we've, I remember that story actually that you just cited. And the real
00:09:20.800 question is how many times has that helped happen? Otherwise, where there are people who've come into
00:09:25.260 this country who either have fraudulent documents or don't have any documents at all, and they claim
00:09:30.220 to be a certain age, and yet they could be, I think there was like a 23-year-old who was attending a
00:09:35.120 high school. Yeah, and so what are we supposed to do about it? I mean, again, parents have been
00:09:39.440 shamed by the Biden administration for years and by many state officials still to this day. When
00:09:44.180 they raise concerns about gender, when they raise concerns about immigration, they're shamed, they're
00:09:48.360 mocked, they're called names. But this is, fortunately, we now have the Trump administration
00:09:52.020 that is finally standing up for parental rights, taking a stand and saying, not in our schools,
00:09:56.260 not to our children, full stop. No, it's really as simple as that. And of course,
00:10:02.920 so many people would rather, and you hear, of course, from the teachers unions, they will be
00:10:07.940 in many cases, like we saw in Minneapolis, it was the teachers union that was heavily involved in
00:10:13.860 organizing those anti-ICE protests, which of course turned directly into action. There's that
00:10:19.980 viral video going around this morning of a woman who's setting fire to a warehouse just because
00:10:25.760 there's an indication that in Kansas City, there's an indication that it might become
00:10:30.280 an ICE facility. And yet, so again and again, you see this, it's in many cases, teachers are
00:10:38.260 involved. In many cases, it's, you know, female demographic, female liberals who are doing this 0.92
00:10:43.580 type of thing. And we have to wrap our arms around what is really going on with this country, 0.95
00:10:48.960 what has really gone on with the radicalization that we see happening every single day.
00:10:56.320 And certainly, certainly, we have to acknowledge that it's true, because, of course, as they say,
00:11:01.040 the first step is you have to acknowledge that there's a problem.
00:11:03.460 Right back. Quick break here. Human Events Daily.
00:11:06.380 Nikki Neely, president and founder of Defending Education.
00:11:09.060 jack is a great guy he's written a fantastic book everybody's talking about it go get it
00:11:23.700 and he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event
00:11:27.740 and we're going to turn it around and make our country great to get to him amen
00:11:31.820 all right jack was so big we are back human events daily and you know capping off an incredible week
00:11:43.480 we're going to hit the ground running we're not taking you know we don't take days off around
00:11:47.880 here we don't slow down we don't take vacations you guys know that i know that and believe me
00:11:53.020 tanya tay reminds me of it pretty much every chance she gets my wife and and so we're on with
00:11:57.340 Nikki Neely, the founder and president of Defending Education. And Nikki, I want to ask you,
00:12:02.560 so let's get into a little bit more about this new report that you've come out with, 700 districts
00:12:08.140 and schools that are essentially declaring themselves sanctuary districts. They're not
00:12:15.500 working with ICE. They're refusing to go along with this. Aren't these districts putting their
00:12:20.840 own children at risk? They're absolutely putting their own children at risk because they're
00:12:24.720 prioritizing the lives and the values of illegal immigrants over the safety of American school 1.00
00:12:29.380 children. And you and I know when we drop our kids at the schoolhouse gate, you expect your 0.95
00:12:33.660 children to be safe, but you don't expect them to be in a classroom or a bathroom or a locker room
00:12:38.660 with someone who might be a lot older, might have a criminal background. And for our schools to say,
00:12:43.980 you know what, it doesn't matter. Stop asking these questions. You're a little bit racist is
00:12:47.360 is rude and disrespectful. And now when it comes to the 700, what can you tell us about them? 0.89
00:12:56.280 Are there any areas? I mean, I would imagine blue states and blue city areas is probably
00:13:01.420 pretty well represented, but are there any areas that jump out at you as places where people
00:13:06.420 wouldn't expect to find districts like this? No, I mean, they are coast to coast. It is in
00:13:11.620 red states. As you said, it is in blue states. It is in largely liberal cities. But as we have
00:13:17.660 seen over the past five years, many school boards just act with impunity. They're not representing
00:13:22.360 the wishes of their constituents. They're representing the values that they have learned
00:13:26.380 from the National School Boards Association or other radicals. Even in the wake of the 2018
00:13:31.780 Janus decision about unions, allowing union members to disenroll, the teachers' unions made
00:13:38.360 a very conscious decision, all right, well, we'll just have our members running school board
00:13:41.600 elections. And so you have somebody who looks credentialed. I'm a teacher. I'm running for
00:13:45.620 school board. But they're voting with progressive values. They're not voting with their constituents,
00:13:49.920 which is terrifying. It certainly is. And let me ask you, so we're going into this. By the way,
00:13:57.440 where can people go to find your report? And what can parents then also be doing some of the tools
00:14:03.680 that you offer on the site?
00:14:05.240 Yeah, our website is defendinged.org.
00:14:07.500 And I think one thing that parents can do is,
00:14:09.660 I mean, let's borrow a phrase from DHS,
00:14:11.500 see something, say something.
00:14:13.460 So say something.
00:14:14.580 And if you know what,
00:14:15.060 if you don't want to say anything to your district,
00:14:16.660 if you fear that you might face retaliation
00:14:18.400 or your children might be targeted
00:14:19.900 or bullied by a teacher, let us know.
00:14:22.180 We have a tip line at defendinged.org.
00:14:24.780 We get, I mean, we were getting,
00:14:27.000 when we launched 50 to 200 tips a week
00:14:28.920 from across the country.
00:14:29.720 People can check a box that they want to be anonymous.
00:14:31.660 we will be the bad guys who out these districts, who hold these people accountable.
00:14:35.420 Because, frankly, people in these communities are not even aware that these school boards are passing these policies
00:14:40.260 because the collapse of local media means nobody is paying attention to these votes.
00:14:47.220 And nobody's paying attention at all.
00:14:50.300 Tell people again the name of the website and where they can go to get involved and take action.
00:14:54.900 Yeah, it is defendinged.org.
00:14:57.000 We have this list of the districts that are ignoring ICE, resisting ICE.
00:15:01.060 But we also have a list of 1,200 districts and counting that have what we call parental exclusion policies.
00:15:06.700 School boards that have said, you do not have a right to know your child's gender identity at school.
00:15:11.280 These are the districts that are telling your kids mom and dad might not love them if you're a different gender.
00:15:17.360 Maybe you were born in the wrong body.
00:15:18.660 I mean, really, the things that are taking place in our schools would shock your consciousness.
00:15:23.200 No, it certainly is.
00:15:24.740 Nikki Neely, thank you so much for joining us here at Human Events Daily.
00:15:27.380 Thank you.
00:15:28.980 Thank you.
00:15:29.440 And that's incredible, folks.
00:15:30.640 You know, we talked about this and we put out the book on humans and you get the chapter 13 of that book.
00:15:35.520 And there's that question. What can we do to fight back against communization?
00:15:40.000 What can we do to fight back against the infiltration of our institutions?
00:15:43.800 One of the first things that we said is that check it out, folks, the mama bears are already doing this.
00:15:49.720 The mama bears are going after the schools. They're understanding what's happening on the school boards.
00:15:54.700 That's the level of energy you need to be. We also pointed out libraries, your local library,
00:15:59.540 Your local parks and recreation site, why do you think you have drag queen story hour in the park?
00:16:06.020 That's because your local communist views all of these institutions, schools, libraries, parks and rec.
00:16:14.480 They don't view them as just, oh, a nice thing that our town has.
00:16:18.800 They view them as what they truly are, nodes of influence, nodes of power.
00:16:24.620 And the communist is, of course, addicted to power.
00:16:28.460 they're intrinsically drawn to it like a moth to the flame average people aren't like this
00:16:33.900 average people just want to go about their lives doing their you know doing their thing living
00:16:37.880 their lives as she was saying here but the communist no no no no the communist wants to
00:16:43.020 take over the communist wants to subvert the communist wants to destroy your town your beliefs
00:16:50.160 your virtues. You listen to what she just said, 700 districts, 700. Those are public school
00:16:58.820 districts in this country that are openly saying that they are going to flaunt the laws of the
00:17:06.140 federal government. That's the situation we're in. That's the situation we are in right now
00:17:11.960 in the United States of America today. You look at the radicals out there. You've got suburban
00:17:17.900 women torching buildings because they think that ICE might be there. 1.00
00:17:23.640 You've got Renee Good, a suburban mom, who's willing to launch her car, her SUV, in a vehicular 1.00
00:17:32.200 style ISIS terrorist attack at federal agents. 1.00
00:17:36.520 This is the radicalization.
00:17:38.880 And something needs to be done about this.
00:17:40.860 Something needs to be said about this. 1.00
00:17:42.440 It's the radicalization of suburban women. 1.00
00:17:45.240 There, I said it. 0.75
00:17:46.140 Oh, man, I said it.
00:17:47.900 This is the radicalization that's going on.
00:17:51.080 And in large case, oh, man, I'm going to do it again.
00:17:55.720 I'm going to do it again. 1.00
00:17:57.000 In large case, it is unmarried women. 1.00
00:17:59.420 Not always, but in large case. 0.99
00:18:02.260 In large case.
00:18:03.640 This is the situation, folks.
00:18:05.600 Are we actually willing to look at it, to do something about it?
00:18:10.360 Are we actually willing to fight back?
00:18:12.120 and you know look folks we did do something about it over at tp usa we actually did and with with
00:18:20.220 the backing of the incredible team there the work that went into this in such short order the massive
00:18:27.560 massive success of the tp usa all-american halftime show now people i saw a bunch of people
00:18:34.580 saying why do this why are you just wasting time it's just a couple of songs and there's been sort
00:18:39.340 of this debate going on, you know, between some members of the conservative media saying,
00:18:44.320 you know, some people like Matt Walsh, by the way, huge kudos to Matt Walsh for coming out and,
00:18:49.740 you know, just being very, very gracious, I think, in terms of his response to it. But then there
00:18:55.760 were other people questioning, well, what's the point? You know, they still control the
00:18:59.440 institutions. Who cares if you guys put on a show? I said, guys, you're looking at this all wrong.
00:19:05.900 This thing broke containment.
00:19:08.500 When you look at those numbers, this is why I get so upset.
00:19:11.060 And there's that clip of me from ThoughtCrime last night.
00:19:12.980 It's going viral because I said they're lying to you about the numbers.
00:19:19.340 The current media psyop on this, they say, oh, Bad Bunny had $138 million for the Super Bowl writ large,
00:19:25.500 $122 million during the halftime show.
00:19:27.320 So, yeah, there was a dip.
00:19:28.160 But Turning Point, oh, they only had $6 million.
00:19:30.380 Only had $6.17 million.
00:19:31.740 Okay, well, first of all, $6.17 million is the second largest YouTube live stream of all time.
00:19:37.900 All right, that's number one that we got to talk about.
00:19:40.400 And the largest U.S. YouTube live stream of all time.
00:19:44.260 So it's already record-breaking right there.
00:19:46.580 That is a new record, period, full stop.
00:19:49.640 Next, hold on a second, because we were not running it only on YouTube.
00:19:55.720 It was YouTube.
00:19:56.960 It was Rumble.
00:19:58.320 It was Real America's Voice.
00:19:59.780 Our other partners, I know so many people watched Real America's Voice here on the network, also on Rumble, where I launched, you know, I let off the pregame show.
00:20:08.580 So people saw that we had hundreds of thousands of people watching there as well.
00:20:13.160 We were also on TBN.
00:20:14.500 We were on OAN again and again.
00:20:16.500 So you have to put all those numbers together.
00:20:19.520 That's how we got to 25 million.
00:20:21.800 Then you look at the Nielsen ratings.
00:20:24.460 The Nielsen ratings have what's called a multiplier of 2.6 people per household.
00:20:31.240 So wait a minute.
00:20:32.480 Our 25 million number is a device number.
00:20:36.560 If you were watching the halftime show with other people, then shouldn't you include the same multiplier for the same event and for the same ratings?
00:20:46.940 So where's the 2.6, you see what I'm saying, times the 25 million that we put up?
00:20:54.940 They're terrified of the success of the Turning Point All-American Halftime Show.
00:21:00.780 They're terrified that we can compete on their own terms.
00:21:05.800 Ladies and gentlemen, congratulate yourselves.
00:21:08.440 And as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
