00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.540 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.220 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:49.920 President Biden is proposing major changes for the U.S. Supreme Court,

00:00:54.280 like an enforceable code of ethics and an 18-year term limit for justices.

00:00:58.860 If adopted, the sitting president would nominate a new justice every two years.

00:01:03.600 Well, how are you going to pay for that?

00:01:05.480 You know, that's what I heard.

00:01:07.440 Well, I'll tell you guys how we're going to pay for that.

00:01:09.080 On day one, we're repealing that tax bill.

00:01:10.960 For one thing, don't ever shy away from our progressive values.

00:01:14.940 One person's socialism is another person's neighborliness.

00:01:17.640 A failure of imagination.

00:01:19.360 A failure to imagine that we actually do live in a very dangerous world, where people do actually want to do harm to our protectees.

00:01:28.940 The radio traffic from Butler, we did not have recordings.

00:01:31.840 Do you normally?

00:01:32.920 Not on the road outside of D.C. or outside of a presidential or vice presidential stop.

00:01:37.360 My investigative team went to Pennsylvania to meet with local law enforcement and document the scene.

00:01:44.100 One of the concerning things my team was told is that no one from Secret Service has talked to them since the shooting.

00:01:50.420 The Secret Service's counter-sniper role is to neutralize those threats that are looking in on us from where the protectee is, not necessarily this position.

00:01:59.360 Do you think maybe you might want to revise that protocol in light of what happened here?

00:02:05.280 They were protecting the principal, and I think in the—

00:02:08.300 The principal got shot.

00:02:09.360 I understand that, sir.

00:02:10.300 So do you think you might want to revise the protocol?

00:02:12.260 Who was the lead site agent who made the decision to leave the AGR building completely outside of the security perimeter?

00:02:19.940 Who was that?

00:02:20.740 Senator, I cannot give you that name.

00:02:22.660 This person is operational.

00:02:24.200 They're still doing investigations.

00:02:25.600 They're still doing protective visits.

00:02:26.800 Have they been relieved of duty?

00:02:27.840 Senator, they have not been relieved of duty.

00:02:30.840 I know their name, by the way.

00:02:32.320 Why have they not been relieved of duty?

00:02:34.120 They are still cooperating, not only being interviewed by the FBI, but also by our Office of Professional Responsibility.

00:02:40.260 Do you know whether those individuals submitted to interviews with the FBI?

00:02:44.460 We're in the process.

00:02:45.520 Those employees are being interviewed if they have not already been interviewed, sir.

00:02:49.820 When will Congress get those 302s?

00:02:52.580 When will we get those transcriptions, those interviews?

00:02:54.800 Senator, I'll take that back, and we'll get those to you as soon as possible.

00:02:57.640 So, Acting Director Rowe, when will those individuals be made available for Congress, for this community to interview them?

00:03:03.100 Senator, we'll make them available.

00:03:04.560 All right, Jack, we'll be here live, Human Events Daily.

00:03:08.800 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard.

00:03:11.180 Today is 30 July 2024, Anno Domini.

00:03:14.980 Who made the decision?

00:03:16.820 Let me tell you something.

00:03:17.660 I watched all three hours of this testimony with Acting Director Ronald Rowe.

00:03:25.980 But you know what I'm going to call him?

00:03:26.920 We're going to call him Director Lunkhead.

00:03:28.660 Because that's what this guy is.

00:03:29.980 This guy's up there. 1.00

00:03:30.640 He's a lunkhead. 0.99

00:03:31.300 He's complaining to Senator Hawley. 0.99

00:03:33.800 We're being unfairly persecuted.

00:03:36.260 Oh, woe is us. 1.00

00:03:38.220 Excuse me?

00:03:39.960 What you're seeing here is a government bureaucrat, a government employee,

00:03:44.280 someone who's never actually faced accountability for anything that he's done in his life,

00:03:49.900 starting to get a minuscule taste of what real accountability is.

00:03:55.800 This is a guy who won't even give you, 17 days later, basic information.

00:04:01.380 Who made the decision?

00:04:03.220 Why was the building not within the security perimeter?

00:04:07.400 And listen to some of his statements.

00:04:10.020 Our teams were on the inside looking out.

00:04:14.100 Well, guess what?

00:04:14.980 This guy was outside your perimeter.

00:04:17.040 So why weren't you looking at him?

00:04:19.180 Why wasn't he the first person that you were supposed to be looking at?

00:04:22.860 Why wasn't he the one that you were going for?

00:04:26.580 And he said, oh, well, we couldn't see.

00:04:27.540 It was very hard.

00:04:28.440 It was very hard to see the sniper.

00:04:30.100 You see, he kept his head down.

00:04:31.280 He kept his head down?

00:04:32.940 This is an elite Secret Service counter sniper team.

00:04:37.640 This is what we have counter sniper teams for.

00:04:41.200 And you're going to sit there and say, oh, well, he kept his head down?

00:04:44.320 Like, this is some issue.

00:04:45.280 And then he goes, and then probably the coup de grace of all of this,

00:04:48.760 not to mention the abject disrespect.

00:04:52.180 And this guy is Cheadle's right-hand man, by the way.

00:04:54.980 He's a complete CYA mode.

00:04:56.740 He's protecting his chain of command.

00:04:58.160 He's protecting management.

00:04:59.500 He doesn't care that President Trump was shot.

00:05:01.160 No, he cares that he has to answer questions about it.

00:05:03.920 He cares more about that.

00:05:05.480 He's more upset about having to answer questions about what went wrong

00:05:10.420 than the fact that the President of the United States was shot in the head

00:05:15.620 on his agency's watch, period, full stop.

00:05:20.640 Not only should these people be fired, they should be in handcuffs.

00:05:23.940 They should be arrested.

00:05:25.060 They should be investigated.

00:05:26.420 They should be prosecuted.

00:05:27.820 This is an abject disgrace.

00:05:29.540 And by the way, there are numerous times where he contradicts himself.

00:05:33.160 He says, I never, I didn't disapprove of additional resources for the President.

00:05:37.640 And then Ted Cruz says, well, what about these requests?

00:05:39.700 He said, well, no, no, there's a process for the, oh, so you did.

00:05:42.240 So you lied.

00:05:42.980 So you just lied to the Senate right there.

00:05:44.360 So you just committed perjury.

00:05:45.580 Again and again and again, he won't give a straight answer.

00:05:49.120 Director Lunkhead up there, just lunking it up.

00:05:51.540 Just lunking it up with Director Lunkhead,

00:05:53.820 who won't give us basic answers to what went on,

00:05:58.560 to how this happened,

00:05:59.840 and why his agency failed to provide the resources to Donald Trump,

00:06:06.300 the former president, the current nominee for president,

00:06:09.200 and people lost their lives.

00:06:12.320 People lost their lives because of this inaction,

00:06:15.820 and you couldn't seem to care less.

00:06:18.940 Be right back.

00:06:19.620 Big show.

00:06:20.060 Roger Stone's coming.

00:06:20.700 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events

00:06:41.500 Influences and their friends of mine, Jack Prasovic.

00:06:47.280 Where's Jack?

00:06:48.260 Jack.

00:06:49.180 He's done a great job.

00:06:50.740 Jack Prasovic here, back live, Human Events Daily.

00:06:56.900 Folks, four years ago, our way of life was completely turned upside down.

00:07:02.220 Think about the timing and how that impacted the economy and our election.

00:07:06.520 Since January, we have seen lawfare on an unprecedented scale,

00:07:10.440 sham trials, and now an attempted assassination.

00:07:12.740 Nothing is stopping us from taking this country back,

00:07:16.540 but it doesn't mean there won't be more surprises.

00:07:19.880 Why do the globalists keep talking about disease X?

00:07:23.200 Well, you and your family need to be prepared.

00:07:25.700 That's where the wellness company comes in,

00:07:28.400 and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust.

00:07:31.660 Their prescription medical kits are the gold standard

00:07:33.760 when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.

00:07:36.100 From anthax to tick bites to COVID to the bird flu,

00:07:39.040 the wellness company's prescription medical kits

00:07:40.960 are exactly what every American needs if the unthinkable happens.

00:07:46.140 Their kits have eight scarce medications on hand,

00:07:48.360 including ivermectin, Z-Pak, and amoxicillin.

00:07:50.940 Fight with confidence knowing that you have the emergency antibiotics,

00:07:53.460 antivirals, and antiparasitics to keep you and your family healthy.

00:07:57.600 Go to twc.health.poso today and save 10% plus promo code POSO.

00:08:02.920 The globalists are getting desperate

00:08:04.120 and can feel their grip on power slipping away.

00:08:06.480 The world can fall into chaos in an instant and prepare today.

00:08:10.320 That's twc.health.poso, promo code POSO, to save 10%.

00:08:15.000 We need to understand everything that went on

00:08:19.160 with this assassination attempt, J-13,

00:08:22.240 and of course, we're still not getting the correct answers.

00:08:26.420 One thing that I haven't even had time to get into yet

00:08:28.700 is that the FBI is up there saying

00:08:31.120 that there was a social media account,

00:08:34.100 unnamed, no evidence given,

00:08:35.960 saying that potentially the shooter was anti-Semitic and anti-immigrant.

00:08:41.640 But then Senator Marsha Blackburn gets up there 1.00

00:08:43.560 and says that, in fact, there was an account directly tied to Gab

00:08:47.780 that was actually pro-Biden and pro-immigrant.

00:08:51.580 This is something, by the way, where Gab earlier today

00:08:54.640 released information from the FBI,

00:08:58.060 essentially a notice provided to them

00:08:59.680 with the account and screenshots in question

00:09:02.300 that they are looking into

00:09:03.700 that was incredibly pro-Biden

00:09:05.560 and incredibly pro-immigrant

00:09:08.340 and among these other things, anti-Trump.

00:09:11.580 No information as to what exactly is going on.

00:09:14.680 We've got Roger Stone on with us.

00:09:17.240 Roger, you and I have done investigations and pieces.

00:09:21.500 You've got an entire book out about JFK,

00:09:24.540 about everything that went down in this.

00:09:26.440 It feels so much, Roger, like we're living through the events

00:09:29.620 of November 1963 and the aftermath all over again.

00:09:33.740 What are your thoughts on this hearing

00:09:35.660 and what we've been hearing and not hearing

00:09:37.720 from the Secret Service and FBI?

00:09:41.360 Let's cut to the chase.

00:09:43.020 I think we need to go to the big picture.

00:09:46.040 I mean, every day we learn something else outrageous.

00:09:49.520 Local police offered the Secret Service

00:09:51.820 to do a drone surveillance

00:09:53.280 to gauge the layout of the event three times.

00:09:57.360 The Secret Service declined.

00:09:59.680 Yet now the government tells us

00:10:01.620 that the shooter,

00:10:03.720 the man they allege shot

00:10:05.740 and killed Corey Comparatori

00:10:09.100 and grazed the ear of Donald Trump,

00:10:11.940 wounding two others,

00:10:13.660 is Thomas Matthew Crooks.

00:10:17.940 They tell us quickly that he's a registered Republican.

00:10:20.220 They say that his social history

00:10:23.100 doesn't exist, hard to find online.

00:10:26.360 But then the FBI director tells us

00:10:28.180 that he was online researching the distance

00:10:31.440 between Lee Harvey Oswald and John Kennedy

00:10:34.220 in terms of shooting on November 22nd, 1963.

00:10:40.080 So could he be a patsy?

00:10:41.820 Look, anything is possible in this situation.

00:10:45.060 Here's the two things we do know definitively.

00:10:47.160 Now it turns out that the Secret Service

00:10:50.040 and local and state law enforcement

00:10:52.120 knew there was an armed man.

00:10:54.620 They had observed reacting mysteriously.

00:10:58.020 They had seen him use a rangefinder.

00:11:00.900 They knew most of this,

00:11:02.680 if not all of it, for 92 minutes.

00:11:06.860 But they neither informed Donald Trump,

00:11:09.200 nor did they evacuate him,

00:11:11.200 which is what the Secret Service

00:11:13.020 regulations and protocols call for.

00:11:15.720 Then secondarily,

00:11:17.980 we have confirmation

00:11:19.680 that a government counter-sniper

00:11:22.520 had the man who shot at the president

00:11:26.040 and others in their sights,

00:11:29.040 but they waited until he discharged around, 0.89

00:11:34.140 until killing him, 0.98

00:11:36.000 killing him instantly. 0.99

00:11:37.180 So of course he could never answer any questions.

00:11:40.360 When the requirement would be

00:11:43.020 to take him out preemptorably

00:11:44.820 because he has a gun

00:11:46.320 and he's in the line of vision

00:11:48.180 of the man you're protecting.

00:11:49.740 Those two questions,

00:11:51.480 those two examples,

00:11:53.580 tell you what's at foot here,

00:11:55.660 which is something far deeper

00:11:57.000 than just incompetence or happenstance.

00:12:01.420 It is a pattern

00:12:03.100 in which we know

00:12:05.000 that a police officer

00:12:06.760 confronted the man

00:12:08.440 they say is the shooter,

00:12:09.980 saw his gun,

00:12:11.120 that he waved the gun at him,

00:12:12.720 and the police officer retreated.

00:12:15.140 To whom did he report?

00:12:16.980 What did the people he report

00:12:18.800 say and do?

00:12:20.140 We need,

00:12:20.920 the answer appears to be

00:12:22.520 nothing whatsoever.

00:12:24.840 So you have failure after failure.

00:12:27.000 Add to that,

00:12:28.540 Jack,

00:12:28.760 the initial lies

00:12:31.600 about requests

00:12:33.760 for additional resources

00:12:38.380 and personnel

00:12:39.100 for Trump's protection

00:12:42.900 by the Secret Service

00:12:44.580 having habitually been denied.

00:12:47.840 Any increase routinely denied.

00:12:51.460 The Secret Service put out a statement

00:12:53.360 denying that that was true.

00:12:54.680 I was told that by an agent

00:12:57.100 at that great Palm Beach

00:13:00.200 Turning Point USA event

00:13:02.060 that both you and I went to, Jack.

00:13:04.720 An agent there told me,

00:13:06.920 an agent I knew

00:13:07.860 from a previous Republican president's detail

00:13:11.620 when he was a much younger man

00:13:13.680 told me that, in fact,

00:13:15.500 all of their requests

00:13:16.740 had been routinely denied.

00:13:19.140 We also know, Jack,

00:13:20.420 they were denying Robert Kennedy Jr.

00:13:22.800 under Secret Service protection,

00:13:26.280 which is not acceptable.

00:13:28.940 I'm not a supporter of his,

00:13:31.160 but he was a duly qualified

00:13:34.180 federal candidate

00:13:35.180 and given his family history

00:13:37.300 and to some extent,

00:13:39.000 the hate that the mainstream media

00:13:41.560 has whipped up against him

00:13:43.680 because of his views

00:13:45.700 on health, freedom,

00:13:47.640 and vaccination issues

00:13:49.340 could potentially be a target.

00:13:51.740 Finally, finally,

00:13:54.340 Mayorkas grudgingly 1.00

00:13:56.040 ordered protection for RFK

00:13:58.460 only after President Donald Trump's ear

00:14:01.960 was grazed by a bullet.

00:14:06.400 Roger, we're also seeing information

00:14:08.520 that's coming out drips and drabs,

00:14:10.140 and it really seems to me

00:14:11.300 that you've got two parallel streams

00:14:13.860 of information coming.

00:14:15.660 One, of course,

00:14:16.660 coming from the Secret Service

00:14:18.240 and FBI,

00:14:18.900 so the feds,

00:14:20.820 and then you've also got

00:14:22.180 a separate stream,

00:14:23.640 a much more robust stream

00:14:25.480 of information

00:14:26.120 that's coming from local police

00:14:28.340 and local law enforcement,

00:14:30.340 the same local law enforcement

00:14:31.680 who have repeatedly stated

00:14:33.040 that they were denied

00:14:34.360 any direct tactical

00:14:36.480 or operational communications

00:14:39.000 with the Secret Service.

00:14:40.560 And this was something,

00:14:41.340 by the way,

00:14:42.120 that the Secret Service director,

00:14:43.680 this,

00:14:44.000 I'm calling him Director Lunkhead

00:14:45.460 up there

00:14:45.860 because he's getting more angry

00:14:47.620 at the senators

00:14:48.500 for asking questions about this

00:14:50.060 than the shooting itself.

00:14:51.680 Basic questions about

00:14:52.860 why were they not

00:14:53.900 on the same radio frequencies?

00:14:56.120 Why were they not

00:14:56.780 in direct communication?

00:14:58.180 Roger,

00:14:58.580 we're being told

00:14:59.320 that the locals

00:14:59.980 were forced to use

00:15:00.760 a text message group chat

00:15:03.660 on iPhone

00:15:04.980 to get in touch

00:15:06.080 with these individuals

00:15:07.500 and go through liaisons

00:15:08.820 rather than simply

00:15:09.620 having radio access.

00:15:10.780 We also learned

00:15:13.720 that local police,

00:15:16.220 the township police,

00:15:17.960 who requested a meeting

00:15:19.060 with the FBI

00:15:19.700 to coordinate their actions

00:15:21.240 outside the perimeter,

00:15:22.980 never heard back

00:15:23.980 from the Secret Service.

00:15:25.520 They got no response whatsoever.

00:15:27.900 So yes,

00:15:28.580 these small failures

00:15:30.600 all still lead up

00:15:32.040 to those two central questions.

00:15:33.740 Someone knew

00:15:35.720 that an armed person

00:15:38.220 who'd been seen

00:15:39.280 with a rangefinder

00:15:40.260 of all things

00:15:41.560 was seen,

00:15:44.080 was at the scene.

00:15:45.680 He was harassing people

00:15:46.760 by the magnometers.

00:15:48.300 There'd been complaints

00:15:49.040 about him acting obnoxiously.

00:15:50.720 He wasn't slipping in here

00:15:52.300 and slipping out,

00:15:53.360 but they didn't evacuate

00:15:55.040 the president.

00:15:55.880 And then they,

00:15:57.020 we know that

00:15:57.880 a government shooter,

00:15:59.360 a counter-terrorist,

00:16:00.420 a counter-sniper

00:16:01.420 had him in their sights,

00:16:03.400 but didn't take him out

00:16:05.060 until he got off

00:16:06.060 a volley of shots.

00:16:07.520 That's what tells me

00:16:08.620 that this is sadly willful.

00:16:12.440 Look, I predicted this, Jack,

00:16:13.840 back in late 2017.

00:16:15.380 I gave an interview

00:16:16.480 to the New American magazine,

00:16:19.540 a great interview,

00:16:21.720 and I said that,

00:16:23.700 look,

00:16:23.960 they're going to try to,

00:16:24.920 they're going to smear him 1.00

00:16:26.220 with this Russian crap. 1.00

00:16:27.080 They're going to try 1.00

00:16:27.640 to impeach him.

00:16:28.320 They're going to fail.

00:16:29.600 They will ultimately,

00:16:32.740 to end his movement

00:16:34.120 and his chances

00:16:36.840 of saving America, 1.00

00:16:38.080 they have to kill him. 1.00

00:16:39.360 And they will try. 1.00

00:16:40.240 I called it Plan C.

00:16:41.860 And I based all that, Jack,

00:16:43.460 on the fact that

00:16:44.140 I had written my book,

00:16:45.900 The Man Who Killed Kennedy,

00:16:48.020 The Case Against LBJ,

00:16:50.140 in which I document

00:16:51.440 specifically

00:16:52.240 how the Secret Service

00:16:53.900 violated all of their regulations

00:16:56.420 to stand down

00:16:57.640 on the day Kennedy was shot.

00:17:00.300 Just as the building

00:17:02.400 that they tell us

00:17:03.740 Mr. Crooks shot from

00:17:05.100 should have been sealed,

00:17:07.180 searched and sealed,

00:17:09.320 the Texas School Book

00:17:11.940 Depository Building,

00:17:13.160 the Dow Text Building,

00:17:14.920 for example,

00:17:15.840 should also have been searched

00:17:17.420 and sealed

00:17:18.220 on Daly Plaza,

00:17:19.840 but they weren't.

00:17:21.420 There's supposed to be

00:17:23.360 undercover Secret Service agents

00:17:26.520 in the crowd in Dallas.

00:17:28.440 Supposed to also be in Butler.

00:17:31.460 Doesn't appear that that was true.

00:17:34.560 There are so many examples

00:17:37.500 in the Kennedy assassination.

00:17:40.160 Just the trip through Dallas

00:17:42.100 and taking the car to a stop

00:17:44.140 in a full right-hand turn

00:17:45.560 violates the Secret Service manual

00:17:47.780 regarding the president.

00:17:49.340 Kennedy's advanced men

00:17:51.900 had pointed out

00:17:52.780 that both the airport

00:17:54.680 and the merchandise,

00:17:56.460 Mike Dice Mars,

00:17:57.220 where Kennedy was supposed to speak,

00:17:59.860 were both outside the city.

00:18:01.500 The freeway was the easiest,

00:18:03.260 fastest, and safest route.

00:18:05.100 Why did the motorcade

00:18:06.560 loop into the city of Dallas

00:18:08.280 for a confined area

00:18:10.640 with a sharp right turn?

00:18:11.940 There's so many questions on this, Roger.

00:18:13.920 We have a quick break

00:18:15.060 that we're coming up on.

00:18:16.120 Hold that thought

00:18:16.980 because we need to apply

00:18:19.020 the same rubric

00:18:20.120 and the same amount of tenacity

00:18:21.980 to the situation

00:18:23.140 that appeared to us

00:18:24.860 on January, July 13th.

00:18:27.340 J13.

00:18:27.920 Be right back.

00:18:28.400 All right, Jack Posobiec back live,

00:18:46.180 Human Events Daily.

00:18:47.060 Folks, we've seen it time and time again.

00:18:48.720 Somebody exposes the truth

00:18:49.980 just to be labeled a conspiracy theorist

00:18:52.960 or maybe a realist,

00:18:54.020 only to be proven right later on.

00:18:56.480 Well, let me tell you

00:18:57.020 what the next thing

00:18:57.780 you should be concerned about,

00:18:59.120 government geo-tracking

00:19:00.280 of your phone and other devices.

00:19:02.380 We've seen the government

00:19:03.520 use geo-fencing

00:19:04.420 to track the devices

00:19:05.360 of individuals on January 6th,

00:19:07.520 leading to unwarranted arrests

00:19:08.840 without evidence of wrongdoing.

00:19:11.160 Stop big tech

00:19:11.800 and government overreach.

00:19:12.700 There's no option.

00:19:13.400 You have to protect yourself.

00:19:22.380 and outgoing signals

00:19:23.320 so no one can get their hands

00:19:24.840 on your information.

00:19:26.120 Simply place your device inside,

00:19:27.500 close the sleeve,

00:19:28.160 and that's it.

00:19:28.880 You are off the grid,

00:19:30.120 untrackable,

00:19:48.720 We've got Roger Stone

00:19:50.040 on with us,

00:19:50.720 perhaps one of the most,

00:19:52.340 the foremost experts

00:19:53.440 in the JFK assassination

00:19:54.480 and numerous other

00:19:56.680 deep state dealings

00:19:58.000 that we've seen

00:19:58.740 with our government.

00:19:59.440 Roger,

00:20:00.360 I simply have to ask you

00:20:01.720 a very,

00:20:02.960 very quick yes or no question

00:20:04.400 on this.

00:20:05.040 Given everything that we know

00:20:06.140 at this point,

00:20:07.400 is President Trump safe?

00:20:10.160 No, I fear that he is not.

00:20:12.080 It doesn't matter to me

00:20:13.220 whether now

00:20:13.860 this Secret Service,

00:20:16.000 who I believe

00:20:17.760 created a series of events

00:20:20.480 in which they likely

00:20:21.540 thought he would be killed.

00:20:23.160 I'm sorry.

00:20:23.780 It's curious why CNN

00:20:24.980 decided to cover this rally.

00:20:27.740 They never cover Trump rallies.

00:20:30.360 Why would somebody hire

00:20:32.080 a very famous

00:20:33.000 foreign photographer

00:20:34.960 who shoots

00:20:36.020 at a super high speed

00:20:37.600 to catch the bullet

00:20:38.840 skimming by his ear?

00:20:41.120 I guess it was to get

00:20:42.340 the best gory pictures

00:20:44.160 of a dead Donald Trump.

00:20:46.620 So, no, 0.95

00:20:47.480 something stinks

00:20:48.360 very badly here.

00:20:50.440 And if I were the president,

00:20:51.960 and there are certainly

00:20:52.900 people who know more

00:20:53.800 about this than I do,

00:20:54.780 but I would be consulting

00:20:56.200 with Eric Prince,

00:20:58.120 who knows a great deal

00:20:59.740 about security issues

00:21:01.260 and personal security

00:21:02.980 in the dangerous world

00:21:04.420 we live in.

00:21:05.160 And I would be meeting

00:21:06.800 with some foreign

00:21:08.920 intelligence agents

00:21:10.560 or people

00:21:12.860 who are currently

00:21:13.920 providing private

00:21:15.480 security services

00:21:16.740 because I think

00:21:17.900 things need to be

00:21:18.720 tightened up.

00:21:19.360 Look, I love Donald Trump

00:21:20.680 and he loves people.

00:21:22.480 And many times

00:21:23.180 I've seen him,

00:21:24.120 I think,

00:21:24.520 put himself at risk

00:21:25.680 to greet and meet

00:21:27.220 and talk with people

00:21:28.340 and be close to people

00:21:29.920 that the service,

00:21:31.200 you know,

00:21:31.420 is nervous

00:21:31.880 because they haven't

00:21:33.160 been screened.

00:21:33.920 But Jack,

00:21:34.460 at the Bitcoin conference,

00:21:37.040 two men

00:21:37.480 got through,

00:21:38.920 got into the event,

00:21:40.120 after first being

00:21:41.680 repelled at a first

00:21:42.980 checkpoint,

00:21:44.240 somehow got beyond

00:21:45.240 the second checkpoint,

00:21:46.520 which is where

00:21:47.100 the magnometers,

00:21:48.900 the machines you have

00:21:49.520 to walk through

00:21:50.200 to detect a gun

00:21:51.840 or other weapon,

00:21:53.260 got into the event.

00:21:54.840 So this does not,

00:21:56.020 this does not make me

00:21:56.920 comfortable.

00:21:57.460 I'm praying

00:21:58.040 to the Lord

00:22:00.260 to protect

00:22:00.960 the life

00:22:02.460 of Jesus Christ.

00:22:04.120 We know

00:22:05.040 in the book

00:22:05.860 of Samuel 1,

00:22:07.980 chapters 15

00:22:08.780 and 16,

00:22:09.400 when there are

00:22:10.380 two kings,

00:22:11.580 Saul,

00:22:12.660 who I think

00:22:13.040 is Biden,

00:22:13.760 David,

00:22:14.100 who I think

00:22:14.640 is Trump,

00:22:15.780 Saul is an

00:22:16.360 illegitimate king.

00:22:17.540 He's not a real king,

00:22:18.920 but he tries 0.77

00:22:19.620 to kill David

00:22:20.480 with a javelin 1.00

00:22:21.680 that skims 0.99

00:22:22.260 by his ear.

00:22:24.420 It happens

00:22:24.840 three times.

00:22:26.320 Many Christian

00:22:27.180 prophets have said

00:22:28.040 that this

00:22:28.600 assassination

00:22:29.300 on Trump

00:22:30.740 is foreseen

00:22:32.280 in the Bible.

00:22:33.000 I think that is,

00:22:34.260 there's a lesson there.

00:22:35.740 So yes,

00:22:36.120 I'm worried about

00:22:36.780 another attack

00:22:37.520 from him.

00:22:38.660 I'm praying

00:22:39.140 about it.

00:22:40.120 I've said publicly

00:22:41.160 I think he needs

00:22:41.980 additional

00:22:42.700 personal security

00:22:45.680 perhaps to augment

00:22:47.260 or oversee

00:22:48.100 the secret service

00:22:49.640 to make sure

00:22:50.160 that there are 1.00

00:22:50.620 no stupid lapses. 1.00

00:22:54.160 Indeed, 1.00

00:22:54.800 Roger.

00:22:55.120 Now,

00:22:55.420 let's jump over

00:22:56.280 to the politics

00:22:57.100 of this

00:22:57.680 because this is

00:22:58.700 something obviously

00:22:59.440 that was the central

00:23:00.380 theme,

00:23:00.980 I think,

00:23:01.440 of President Trump's

00:23:02.300 speech at the RNC,

00:23:03.960 which you and I

00:23:04.500 both attended.

00:23:05.540 The idea,

00:23:06.420 though,

00:23:06.780 that suddenly

00:23:08.280 it's been taken

00:23:09.300 out of the news cycle,

00:23:10.840 Kamala Harris,

00:23:11.800 J.D. Vance,

00:23:12.720 all of these various

00:23:13.780 things that are

00:23:14.380 coming on top of it.

00:23:15.640 Meanwhile,

00:23:16.160 we've just had

00:23:16.920 a former president

00:23:18.220 who was almost

00:23:20.100 assassinated,

00:23:21.360 and it seems to me

00:23:22.320 like the mainstream

00:23:22.940 media and perhaps

00:23:23.860 even big tech

00:23:24.860 are now suppressing

00:23:26.220 information about this.

00:23:28.460 So I think we have

00:23:29.360 a new danger

00:23:30.020 in this country,

00:23:30.960 Jack.

00:23:31.240 It's called

00:23:31.700 The Assassination

00:23:32.720 Deniers.

00:23:34.500 Thousands of people

00:23:35.700 on the internet

00:23:37.260 and elsewhere

00:23:38.060 in public,

00:23:38.880 and sometimes

00:23:39.560 people who have

00:23:40.820 previous voices

00:23:41.840 in the mainstream

00:23:43.980 left media

00:23:44.860 with this narrative

00:23:46.180 that the attempted

00:23:47.920 assassination of

00:23:48.980 Donald Trump

00:23:49.440 was not real,

00:23:50.600 it didn't happen,

00:23:51.520 or if it did happen,

00:23:52.480 it was a psyop,

00:23:53.560 and Trump had 0.92

00:23:54.780 one of those bullets 0.99

00:23:55.560 that you bite 0.97

00:23:56.300 that looks like

00:23:57.280 fake blood,

00:23:58.080 and he wasn't

00:23:58.860 really hit by a bullet.

00:23:59.960 This wasn't helped

00:24:00.920 by the FBI director

00:24:02.080 speculating that he

00:24:03.100 didn't think that

00:24:04.060 Trump had been

00:24:04.580 grazed by a bullet.

00:24:06.420 He said,

00:24:06.940 well,

00:24:07.020 it could have been

00:24:07.620 shrapnel or glass.

00:24:09.200 Well,

00:24:09.340 the teleprompter

00:24:10.100 was intact,

00:24:11.160 so there was no

00:24:11.720 glass from there,

00:24:13.200 and shrapnel

00:24:14.480 from what?

00:24:15.180 Shrapnel is what

00:24:16.080 happens when a bullet

00:24:17.160 hits its target,

00:24:18.360 not when it skims

00:24:19.540 by it.

00:24:20.400 So,

00:24:21.300 yes,

00:24:22.140 I hope the president

00:24:22.920 will take

00:24:23.980 every possible

00:24:25.160 precaution.

00:24:26.980 He poses

00:24:27.700 an existential threat

00:24:29.040 to the established

00:24:29.820 order.

00:24:30.680 I think the

00:24:31.200 established order

00:24:31.980 is complicit

00:24:33.180 in this effort 1.00

00:24:33.980 to kill him. 1.00

00:24:34.600 That is my opinion 1.00

00:24:35.760 based on my

00:24:36.660 prior experience.

00:24:38.420 A Secret Service

00:24:39.500 that will stand

00:24:40.220 down for the

00:24:40.900 murder of John

00:24:41.540 Kennedy will also

00:24:42.740 stand down for

00:24:44.100 the murder

00:24:44.840 of Donald Trump,

00:24:46.320 and these agencies

00:24:47.600 have been completely

00:24:48.540 politicized.

00:24:49.720 They were supposed

00:24:50.680 to be,

00:24:51.760 you know,

00:24:52.480 law enforcement

00:24:53.300 agencies that

00:24:54.140 treated Republicans

00:24:54.900 and Democrats

00:24:56.020 differently,

00:24:56.660 but even they

00:24:57.280 too have been

00:24:58.740 the victims,

00:25:00.820 or I should,

00:25:01.540 have the impact

00:25:02.240 of VEI hiring

00:25:03.500 and worse.

00:25:06.960 And,

00:25:07.420 Roger,

00:25:07.700 this,

00:25:07.980 of course,

00:25:08.280 I think is what

00:25:08.680 everyone's getting

00:25:09.320 at,

00:25:09.880 and the fact of the

00:25:10.840 matter is that

00:25:11.620 we're not getting

00:25:12.260 basic answers,

00:25:13.520 basic answers

00:25:14.520 from the Secret

00:25:15.060 Service.

00:25:15.420 Let me ask you,

00:25:15.840 though,

00:25:15.980 switching gears a

00:25:16.740 little bit then,

00:25:17.300 Roger,

00:25:17.860 what would the

00:25:18.960 best vehicle for

00:25:20.120 getting answers

00:25:20.780 being?

00:25:21.180 It seems like

00:25:21.900 this permit's like

00:25:23.200 on investigations

00:25:24.540 and the Senate

00:25:25.180 is getting

00:25:25.900 completely stonewalled 1.00

00:25:27.040 this task force.

00:25:28.400 Look,

00:25:28.900 I'm just going to

00:25:29.500 say it.

00:25:29.820 I think the task

00:25:30.700 force from the

00:25:32.400 House side

00:25:33.200 seems light.

00:25:34.560 Seems like it

00:25:35.340 doesn't have the

00:25:36.200 heavy hitters up

00:25:37.340 there that are

00:25:38.060 required to do

00:25:39.420 the actual work

00:25:40.380 and investigate

00:25:40.920 what happened.

00:25:43.700 That vodka

00:25:44.660 is unbelievable.

00:25:46.040 No,

00:25:46.320 pardon me,

00:25:46.740 I'm joking.

00:25:50.000 Jack,

00:25:50.940 this idea

00:25:52.060 of the speaker

00:25:52.620 appointing an

00:25:53.600 investigative

00:25:54.020 committee is

00:25:54.700 the right

00:25:54.980 instinct.

00:25:55.540 The only

00:25:55.940 entity that

00:25:56.980 has any

00:25:57.560 legal power

00:25:58.300 to investigate

00:25:58.920 what happened

00:25:59.360 are the

00:25:59.800 House Republicans.

00:26:01.780 And I was

00:26:03.060 happy to see

00:26:03.720 Clay Higgins,

00:26:04.920 a former

00:26:05.620 law enforcement

00:26:06.280 officer,

00:26:07.180 a fine,

00:26:08.220 courageous member

00:26:09.320 of the House,

00:26:10.180 appointed the

00:26:10.760 committee.

00:26:11.640 He is someone

00:26:12.500 who will fight

00:26:13.200 for the truth.

00:26:14.020 There are others

00:26:14.780 on the committee

00:26:15.560 who are more

00:26:17.220 go along to get

00:26:18.500 along Republicans,

00:26:19.560 for sure.

00:26:20.700 But any

00:26:21.440 suggestion that

00:26:22.460 the Democrats

00:26:23.180 on the committee

00:26:23.880 should be Dan

00:26:24.540 Goldman,

00:26:25.660 the Manhattan

00:26:26.740 Democrat who

00:26:27.580 said days before

00:26:28.600 the assassination

00:26:29.400 that Donald Trump

00:26:30.620 had to be

00:26:31.280 quote,

00:26:31.640 eliminated,

00:26:32.480 close quote.

00:26:33.340 Or Benny

00:26:33.940 Thompson,

00:26:34.900 who was the

00:26:35.440 chairman of the

00:26:36.180 January 6th

00:26:37.360 committee investigation

00:26:38.280 hoax,

00:26:39.400 a man who

00:26:40.220 filed a lawsuit

00:26:41.240 against Donald

00:26:42.120 Trump,

00:26:42.420 a civil suit,

00:26:43.640 charging him with

00:26:44.340 insurrection

00:26:44.980 before appointed

00:26:46.720 to head a

00:26:49.080 bipartisan,

00:26:50.060 honest investigation

00:26:50.860 into what

00:26:51.460 happened that

00:26:52.040 day.

00:26:52.960 Neither one of

00:26:53.860 them,

00:26:54.100 I think,

00:26:54.460 are acceptable

00:26:55.320 as Democrats

00:26:56.600 on this

00:26:57.120 committee.

00:26:58.140 I hate to say

00:26:59.240 what Speaker

00:26:59.740 Johnson should do

00:27:00.820 is what Nancy 0.70

00:27:02.040 Pelosi did,

00:27:03.700 which should do

00:27:04.140 so legally.

00:27:05.600 That is to say,

00:27:06.880 I will refuse

00:27:07.680 your recommendation

00:27:08.780 and I will take

00:27:09.840 these five Democrats.

00:27:11.940 Now,

00:27:12.540 they could try

00:27:13.400 to refuse to

00:27:14.260 serve,

00:27:14.640 but I think

00:27:15.040 they would hurt

00:27:15.780 themselves politically

00:27:16.640 if they do that.

00:27:17.900 There must be

00:27:18.460 an investigation.

00:27:20.060 Otherwise,

00:27:20.540 Jack,

00:27:20.840 this is going

00:27:21.300 to be like 1963.

00:27:23.120 I just wrote a

00:27:23.840 substack piece

00:27:24.880 on this.

00:27:25.960 It will be the

00:27:26.500 Warren Commission

00:27:27.140 all over again.

00:27:29.620 We need

00:27:30.500 an unbiased

00:27:31.760 investigation of

00:27:33.340 what really

00:27:33.980 happened here.

00:27:34.660 The House

00:27:35.000 Republicans are

00:27:35.660 the only ones

00:27:36.440 who have the

00:27:37.340 authority to do it.

00:27:38.440 Whether they

00:27:38.840 will do it or

00:27:39.540 not remains to

00:27:40.800 be seen,

00:27:41.280 but they cannot

00:27:41.820 do it

00:27:42.700 if this becomes

00:27:45.780 a public forum

00:27:47.020 for a shouting

00:27:47.580 match with 1.00

00:27:48.620 lunatics. 1.00

00:27:49.760 Look,

00:27:50.020 there's a very

00:27:50.460 dangerous trend

00:27:51.400 here in the

00:27:51.860 country.

00:27:52.280 You called it,

00:27:53.240 as I say,

00:27:53.760 election deniers.

00:27:55.320 Go to Google

00:27:56.100 and look up

00:27:56.860 a Trump

00:27:57.740 assassination

00:27:58.240 attempt and

00:27:58.940 you won't

00:27:59.340 find it.

00:28:00.780 It is

00:28:01.460 missing

00:28:03.640 across the

00:28:05.760 board.

00:28:06.180 It is

00:28:07.120 shuffled out

00:28:08.300 of the news

00:28:08.920 cycle.

00:28:09.560 very

00:28:10.760 purposely.

00:28:12.800 There's a

00:28:13.160 reason for

00:28:14.360 this.

00:28:14.680 Look,

00:28:15.180 Trump had

00:28:15.720 several great

00:28:16.440 cycles.

00:28:17.040 The debate

00:28:17.560 was great

00:28:18.400 for him.

00:28:19.420 The immunity

00:28:20.040 decision before

00:28:21.100 it was great

00:28:22.380 for him.

00:28:23.960 He gets

00:28:24.440 public sympathy,

00:28:25.380 of course,

00:28:25.760 from the

00:28:26.080 assassination

00:28:26.540 attempt and

00:28:27.440 our heartfelt

00:28:28.780 thanks to

00:28:29.560 God for

00:28:30.140 preserving his

00:28:30.920 life.

00:28:31.300 We had a

00:28:32.240 very successful,

00:28:33.640 upbeat

00:28:34.200 Republican

00:28:35.660 convention that

00:28:36.420 I think spoke

00:28:37.440 to people

00:28:37.880 well beyond

00:28:38.540 the Republican

00:28:39.100 base who

00:28:39.740 could vote

00:28:40.100 for us in

00:28:40.620 this election.

00:28:41.880 And then

00:28:42.640 CrowdStrike,

00:28:43.980 the company

00:28:44.500 that lied

00:28:45.080 two years

00:28:45.760 about the

00:28:46.480 DNC computer

00:28:47.940 servers having

00:28:49.280 been hacked

00:28:49.860 by Russian

00:28:50.540 intelligence

00:28:51.060 assets,

00:28:51.820 lied about it

00:28:52.600 for two

00:28:53.320 years,

00:28:54.120 suddenly had

00:28:54.740 a tech

00:28:55.200 outage that

00:28:55.940 ended that

00:28:57.300 positive

00:28:58.160 spate of

00:28:59.880 publicity for

00:29:00.720 Trump.

00:29:01.060 And then

00:29:01.820 the news

00:29:02.160 cycle focused

00:29:02.920 on Joe

00:29:03.660 Biden while

00:29:04.840 Barack Obama

00:29:06.100 bludgeoned

00:29:07.300 him out of

00:29:08.360 the race

00:29:08.800 over his

00:29:09.360 objections,

00:29:11.020 getting Nancy 0.96

00:29:12.240 Pelosi and

00:29:13.000 Chuck Schumer

00:29:13.820 and Hakeem

00:29:14.720 Jeffries and

00:29:15.960 the Hollywood

00:29:16.400 crowd to help

00:29:17.540 him, not to

00:29:18.560 mention the

00:29:18.980 folks at the

00:29:19.520 New York

00:29:19.820 Times.

00:29:20.820 And now

00:29:21.220 Obama seeks

00:29:22.300 to assert

00:29:22.900 control of

00:29:23.740 Kamala's

00:29:24.360 campaign as

00:29:25.300 they lift

00:29:26.220 her, trying 0.99

00:29:26.800 to erase

00:29:28.700 her entire

00:29:29.500 practice.

00:29:30.180 We have a

00:29:31.520 quick break

00:29:32.500 coming up

00:29:32.980 here.

00:29:33.180 I know you

00:29:33.380 have to

00:29:33.540 run, but

00:29:34.120 let me ask

00:29:34.680 you, because

00:29:34.980 I saw you

00:29:35.200 tweeting about

00:29:35.820 this.

00:29:37.260 Coming down,

00:29:38.400 do you think

00:29:38.800 Josh Shapiro

00:29:39.380 becomes the

00:29:39.920 VP pick based

00:29:40.760 on what your

00:29:41.100 sources?

00:29:42.820 Well, let

00:29:44.040 me say this.

00:29:44.700 First of all,

00:29:45.100 these election

00:29:45.580 deniers saying

00:29:46.500 this didn't

00:29:46.940 happen or

00:29:47.480 that it was

00:29:48.000 somehow

00:29:48.640 orchestrated,

00:29:49.660 a PSYOP

00:29:50.100 orchestrated by

00:29:50.780 Roger Stone

00:29:51.520 is laughable

00:29:52.640 bunk.

00:29:54.460 Your question

00:29:55.380 again, one

00:29:56.660 more time,

00:29:57.220 Jack.

00:29:58.780 Josh Shapiro,

00:29:59.660 do you think

00:30:00.100 he gets

00:30:00.380 the VP

00:30:00.780 on?

00:30:00.980 Josh Shapiro.

00:30:02.520 Here's what I

00:30:03.080 think is

00:30:03.420 happening.

00:30:04.320 Obama is

00:30:05.120 asserting

00:30:05.460 himself now

00:30:06.180 to try to

00:30:06.620 take control

00:30:07.260 of Kamala's

00:30:08.420 campaign and

00:30:09.140 the vice

00:30:09.480 presidential

00:30:10.080 pick.

00:30:12.420 I believe he

00:30:13.300 is counseled

00:30:14.140 based on my

00:30:14.920 Democrat sources,

00:30:15.920 which are

00:30:16.220 many.

00:30:17.060 He has

00:30:17.760 counseled

00:30:18.540 Kamala that

00:30:19.140 the choice

00:30:19.600 of Shapiro,

00:30:20.760 a Jew,

00:30:21.820 would cost 0.72

00:30:23.040 him among

00:30:23.500 Muslim voters

00:30:24.380 in Michigan

00:30:25.180 and Minnesota

00:30:26.180 and probably

00:30:26.780 lose both

00:30:27.420 states.

00:30:27.840 There's a

00:30:28.660 very large

00:30:29.440 and very

00:30:30.100 active Muslim 0.50

00:30:31.600 American population

00:30:32.740 in both

00:30:33.100 those states

00:30:33.520 there.

00:30:34.100 They've been

00:30:34.400 a force

00:30:34.820 within the

00:30:35.300 Democratic

00:30:35.660 Party and

00:30:36.660 within the

00:30:37.120 electorate.

00:30:37.660 They're unhappy

00:30:38.260 right now

00:30:39.280 with Biden

00:30:39.980 and Kamala.

00:30:42.120 Roger,

00:30:42.560 we're up

00:30:43.540 against the

00:30:44.020 wall.

00:30:44.440 Can I hold

00:30:45.160 you over

00:30:45.540 for just a

00:30:45.980 couple of

00:30:46.460 minutes?

00:30:46.780 Yes,

00:30:47.060 absolutely.

00:30:48.180 All right,

00:30:48.380 we're going

00:30:48.820 to hold

00:30:49.040 for a couple

00:30:49.400 of minutes

00:30:49.680 because this

00:30:50.140 is important.

00:30:50.760 People need

00:30:51.140 to know.

00:30:51.500 Roger's got

00:30:52.060 the source.

00:30:52.680 Stay tuned.

00:30:53.080 Quick break.

00:30:53.500 We'll be right

00:30:53.760 back.

00:30:57.240 Where's

00:30:57.720 Jack?

00:30:59.620 Where's

00:31:00.060 Jack?

00:31:01.720 Where is

00:31:02.420 he?

00:31:03.000 Jack,

00:31:03.500 I want

00:31:03.780 to see

00:31:04.120 you.

00:31:06.660 Great

00:31:07.100 job,

00:31:07.720 Jack.

00:31:08.100 Thank you.

00:31:08.840 What a

00:31:09.200 job you

00:31:09.640 do.

00:31:10.280 You know,

00:31:10.540 we have

00:31:10.740 an incredible

00:31:11.180 thing.

00:31:11.680 We're always

00:31:11.980 talking about

00:31:12.500 the fake

00:31:12.900 news and

00:31:13.420 the bad,

00:31:13.980 but we

00:31:14.360 have guys

00:31:15.000 and these

00:31:15.900 are the

00:31:16.140 guys who

00:31:16.540 should be

00:31:16.700 getting

00:31:16.960 Pulisic.

00:31:19.500 All right,

00:31:20.040 Jack,

00:31:20.220 we'll be back

00:31:20.600 live.

00:31:20.900 I wanted

00:31:21.740 to wrap

00:31:22.080 up here

00:31:22.440 with Roger

00:31:23.260 Stone,

00:31:23.680 who's

00:31:23.800 breaking

00:31:24.060 down

00:31:24.320 bombshell

00:31:25.080 reporting

00:31:25.660 on the

00:31:26.100 VP

00:31:26.420 chances

00:31:27.080 of

00:31:27.880 Josh

00:31:28.620 Shapiro.

00:31:29.260 Roger,

00:31:29.560 just to

00:31:29.860 recap,

00:31:30.700 you were

00:31:31.020 saying that

00:31:31.600 Barack

00:31:32.000 Obama

00:31:32.480 has sounded

00:31:33.380 the alarm

00:31:34.260 within the

00:31:34.840 Kamala Harris

00:31:35.600 camp,

00:31:36.320 which of

00:31:36.840 course he

00:31:37.340 and Michelle

00:31:38.040 are very,

00:31:39.800 very close

00:31:40.300 to,

00:31:40.560 and I

00:31:40.680 think everyone

00:31:41.060 realizes at

00:31:41.720 this point,

00:31:42.640 specifically

00:31:43.160 regarding the

00:31:44.320 potential

00:31:44.860 nomination of

00:31:46.060 Josh Shapiro,

00:31:47.380 the current

00:31:47.980 governor of

00:31:48.780 Pennsylvania,

00:31:50.060 because

00:31:50.560 in effect

00:31:51.800 that they

00:31:52.420 think that

00:31:52.780 he would

00:31:53.100 potentially

00:31:53.540 make vulnerable

00:31:55.080 the ticket

00:31:56.480 for their

00:31:57.420 chances in

00:31:58.220 Michigan and

00:31:59.360 Minnesota with

00:32:00.280 the Muslim

00:32:00.760 vote that is

00:32:01.300 there,

00:32:01.600 which of course

00:32:02.120 also goes back

00:32:03.160 to Obama's

00:32:03.760 presidency when

00:32:04.500 he was importing

00:32:05.240 so many people

00:32:06.600 from the Middle

00:32:07.300 East and planting

00:32:08.000 them in

00:32:08.300 America's

00:32:08.680 heartland.

00:32:09.040 and I've

00:32:10.740 also heard

00:32:11.780 that Senator

00:32:12.820 Mark Kelly

00:32:15.040 from Arizona

00:32:16.060 has kind

00:32:18.060 of fallen

00:32:19.880 out of favor

00:32:20.500 because of

00:32:21.480 revelations

00:32:22.900 buried in the

00:32:23.660 New York Times

00:32:24.220 piece,

00:32:24.780 but pointed out

00:32:26.540 by Miranda

00:32:27.340 Devine of the

00:32:27.980 New York Post

00:32:28.580 that Kelly

00:32:29.220 is partners

00:32:30.460 with a

00:32:31.040 communist

00:32:31.380 Chinese company

00:32:32.360 that manufactures

00:32:33.500 the kind of

00:32:34.660 surveillance

00:32:35.260 balloons that

00:32:37.040 Chinese intelligence

00:32:38.060 used to fly

00:32:39.060 across the

00:32:39.640 United States

00:32:40.440 unimpeded

00:32:42.900 earlier,

00:32:44.720 you know,

00:32:45.620 last year,

00:32:46.280 I guess it was,

00:32:46.980 or not all

00:32:48.000 that long ago.

00:32:49.240 And I guess

00:32:49.900 he has a side

00:32:50.720 job as a

00:32:51.320 U.S.

00:32:51.680 senator from

00:32:52.600 Arizona.

00:32:53.200 So I think

00:32:54.580 they recognize

00:32:55.200 that enormous

00:32:56.180 vulnerability

00:32:56.800 would be a

00:32:57.500 huge vulnerability.

00:32:59.280 So they seem

00:33:00.220 to be moving,

00:33:00.920 and this is

00:33:01.260 Obama's idea,

00:33:02.940 to Governor

00:33:04.240 Tim Walz,

00:33:05.640 WLZ,

00:33:06.960 of Minnesota,

00:33:08.600 a man I had

00:33:09.360 never actually

00:33:10.680 heard of.

00:33:12.020 I had to look

00:33:12.760 him up to find

00:33:13.420 out who he was.

00:33:14.620 He's very white 0.99

00:33:15.980 and he seems

00:33:16.600 very angry,

00:33:17.980 very angry

00:33:18.660 indeed.

00:33:19.420 And today I saw

00:33:20.600 him on Twitter

00:33:21.240 saying that Trump

00:33:22.460 just dislikes

00:33:23.300 Kamala because 0.99

00:33:24.460 she's a black 0.96

00:33:25.520 woman, 1.00

00:33:25.900 which is racist. 0.73

00:33:27.600 That's race 0.99

00:33:28.440 baiting.

00:33:29.060 It's a lie.

00:33:30.880 But I think

00:33:32.200 that they're

00:33:33.100 going with the

00:33:33.900 do no harm

00:33:35.080 option.

00:33:36.420 Remember,

00:33:36.840 Jack,

00:33:37.100 I told you

00:33:37.620 that President

00:33:38.660 Nixon once said

00:33:39.480 when you're

00:33:39.740 looking for

00:33:40.160 a running mate,

00:33:40.780 don't look for

00:33:41.300 someone who

00:33:42.360 can help you.

00:33:43.000 Just find

00:33:43.380 someone who

00:33:43.900 doesn't hurt

00:33:44.660 you.

00:33:45.480 And Waltz

00:33:46.280 is your

00:33:46.840 garden variety

00:33:47.760 progressive leftist.

00:33:49.940 He's from

00:33:50.640 a key state.

00:33:51.580 Trump was

00:33:52.300 just in

00:33:52.680 Minnesota.

00:33:53.840 That's a tip

00:33:54.460 off that

00:33:54.880 Minnesota is

00:33:55.660 in play.

00:33:56.740 Donald Trump

00:33:57.180 would not be

00:33:57.820 going to

00:33:58.240 Minnesota if

00:33:59.200 his polling

00:33:59.660 didn't show

00:34:00.280 that suddenly

00:34:00.960 a state that

00:34:02.020 was thought

00:34:02.420 to be locked

00:34:02.980 up for Biden

00:34:03.700 had been

00:34:04.440 within his

00:34:04.980 grasp and

00:34:05.600 will be

00:34:05.900 competitive

00:34:06.320 now.

00:34:07.560 So I

00:34:08.340 think that

00:34:08.740 may be

00:34:09.040 where they're

00:34:09.380 headed.

00:34:10.140 Also,

00:34:10.820 with Shapiro,

00:34:11.520 there's a

00:34:11.880 concern that,

00:34:13.120 look,

00:34:13.760 the Pennsylvania

00:34:14.480 State Police

00:34:15.280 were responsible

00:34:16.040 for outside

00:34:17.120 the perimeter

00:34:17.880 of the

00:34:21.280 assassination,

00:34:22.540 attempted

00:34:22.880 assassination

00:34:23.440 place.

00:34:25.320 And the

00:34:25.940 police

00:34:26.360 commissioner's,

00:34:27.500 Pennsylvania

00:34:27.780 police

00:34:28.200 commissioner's

00:34:28.840 appearance

00:34:29.180 before Congress

00:34:29.940 was less

00:34:30.940 than stellar.

00:34:32.520 It revealed

00:34:33.520 even more

00:34:34.200 and more

00:34:34.500 security lapses.

00:34:36.080 That guy

00:34:36.340 works for

00:34:36.800 Josh Shapiro.

00:34:38.100 So if you

00:34:38.380 want to

00:34:38.640 nominate him,

00:34:39.760 I think it'd

00:34:40.340 be a mistake,

00:34:41.460 myself,

00:34:42.420 but for

00:34:42.720 different reasons.

00:34:43.560 But I

00:34:44.860 once thought

00:34:45.900 he would

00:34:46.160 be the

00:34:46.680 candidate I

00:34:47.680 now believe

00:34:48.400 Walsh goes

00:34:49.560 as the man

00:34:50.160 where he's

00:34:50.580 the least

00:34:51.360 political risk.

00:34:53.000 What Kamala

00:34:53.400 Harris does

00:34:53.880 not need

00:34:54.320 at this

00:34:54.600 point,

00:34:54.880 Jack,

00:34:55.160 is political

00:34:56.040 risk.

00:34:57.760 I think

00:34:58.400 that's

00:34:58.520 exactly right.

00:34:59.240 Roger,

00:34:59.500 where can

00:34:59.780 people go

00:35:00.240 to follow

00:35:00.800 you to

00:35:01.240 get more

00:35:36.420 The Case

00:35:36.840 Against

00:35:37.620 LBJ,

00:35:39.040 which I

00:35:40.020 wrote about

00:35:40.440 that assassination,

00:35:41.440 which is why

00:35:42.080 I fear

00:35:42.940 another one.

00:35:44.840 Roger Stone,

00:35:45.700 thank you so

00:35:46.080 much for your

00:35:46.460 time.

00:35:46.840 Thank you so

00:35:47.180 much for your

00:35:47.980 expertise.

00:35:48.700 I want to

00:35:48.900 move over

00:35:49.340 here,

00:35:49.740 folks,

00:35:50.080 because we've

00:35:50.700 also got

00:35:51.600 someone else

00:35:52.880 who's known

00:35:53.440 for raising

00:35:54.740 hellfire over

00:35:56.740 on Capitol

00:35:57.360 Hill.

00:35:58.120 That is Mike

00:35:58.740 Davis of the

00:35:59.420 Article 3

00:36:00.040 Project.

00:36:00.740 Mike,

00:36:00.940 I've got to

00:36:01.300 ask you,

00:36:02.200 I'm sure you

00:36:02.780 watched those

00:36:03.200 hearings today

00:36:03.720 as well as

00:36:04.140 the rest of

00:36:04.620 us,

00:36:05.040 what did you

00:36:05.560 think about

00:36:06.080 the way that

00:36:07.280 our senior

00:36:08.280 law enforcement

00:36:09.100 officials at

00:36:10.100 the Secret

00:36:10.820 Service and

00:36:11.920 the Deputy

00:36:12.340 Director of

00:36:12.840 the FBI?

00:36:13.640 Did you find

00:36:14.140 them forthcoming?

00:36:15.280 Did you find

00:36:15.760 their temperament

00:36:16.560 and tone to

00:36:17.360 be respectful?

00:36:18.660 And did it

00:36:19.380 meet the

00:36:19.820 occasion of

00:36:20.900 a President

00:36:21.480 of the United

00:36:22.040 States being

00:36:22.640 shot in the 0.80

00:36:23.320 head by a

00:36:23.860 sniper?

00:36:25.160 They're

00:36:25.760 partisan

00:36:26.160 operatives,

00:36:26.800 and that's

00:36:27.140 very clear

00:36:28.000 that they're

00:36:28.800 partisan

00:36:29.300 operatives.

00:36:29.860 They pretend

00:36:30.280 like they're

00:36:31.380 nonpartisan

00:36:32.240 career law

00:36:33.020 enforcement

00:36:33.460 officials.

00:36:34.060 They're not.

00:36:34.460 Let me give

00:36:34.740 you an example.

00:36:35.340 This acting

00:36:36.000 Secret Service

00:36:37.340 Director,

00:36:37.920 Ronald Rowe,

00:36:38.680 he's the

00:36:40.020 Deputy

00:36:40.280 Director.

00:36:40.820 Guess how

00:36:41.180 he got

00:36:42.100 there?

00:36:42.420 He worked

00:36:42.900 on the

00:36:43.620 Senate Judiciary

00:36:44.780 Committee under

00:36:45.720 Chairman Pat

00:36:46.660 Leahy when

00:36:47.900 Joe Biden

00:36:48.540 was a

00:36:49.240 senator.

00:36:49.680 He worked

00:36:50.040 for the

00:36:50.320 Obama

00:36:50.800 White House

00:36:52.100 as a

00:36:52.700 detailee when

00:36:54.180 Vice President

00:36:55.340 Biden was

00:36:56.020 there, and

00:36:56.700 then Vice

00:36:57.140 President Biden

00:36:57.980 is the one

00:36:59.140 who appointed

00:36:59.900 him as the

00:37:00.980 Deputy Director

00:37:02.280 of the Secret

00:37:02.860 Service and

00:37:03.680 the Acting

00:37:04.200 Director of the

00:37:05.040 Secret Service,

00:37:05.540 or at least

00:37:06.000 Biden's

00:37:06.820 administration

00:37:07.480 did that.

00:37:07.860 Biden's

00:37:08.540 Secretary of

00:37:09.780 DHS did

00:37:10.920 this.

00:37:11.180 This guy is

00:37:13.120 unbelievable.

00:37:14.760 You have a

00:37:16.040 former and

00:37:16.900 likely future

00:37:17.760 President of

00:37:19.260 the United

00:37:19.700 States.

00:37:20.940 His Secret

00:37:21.500 Service detail,

00:37:22.940 which is required

00:37:23.780 under statute to

00:37:25.340 have a Secret

00:37:25.760 Service detail for

00:37:26.540 the rest of his

00:37:27.080 life, President

00:37:28.080 Trump's Secret

00:37:28.800 Service detail

00:37:29.500 requested, beefed

00:37:31.360 up Secret

00:37:32.180 Service protection

00:37:32.980 for Trump because

00:37:33.660 he didn't have

00:37:34.340 enough protection.

00:37:35.720 And it was this

00:37:36.480 Deputy Director,

00:37:37.940 now Acting

00:37:38.520 Director, who

00:37:39.160 played a key

00:37:39.840 role in making

00:37:41.240 sure that

00:37:41.780 President Trump

00:37:42.460 did not have

00:37:43.160 the Secret

00:37:43.620 Service protection

00:37:44.660 that he needed.

00:37:46.120 At the same

00:37:46.560 time, this

00:37:47.060 Biden Secret

00:37:48.280 Service beefed

00:37:49.840 up security for

00:37:50.860 President Zelensky

00:37:51.960 of Ukraine, but

00:37:52.860 they refused to

00:37:54.300 beef up security

00:37:55.500 for President

00:37:56.120 Trump of

00:37:57.060 America.

00:37:57.480 Look, you

00:37:58.540 have a

00:37:58.960 President,

00:37:59.900 President Biden

00:38:00.700 and Vice

00:38:01.260 President Kamala

00:38:02.060 Harris, who

00:38:03.160 have campaigned

00:38:04.320 on the fact

00:38:05.300 that they

00:38:06.020 claim Trump

00:38:06.700 is an

00:38:07.120 existential

00:38:07.560 threat to

00:38:08.280 democracy, he 0.78

00:38:09.060 is a dictator,

00:38:10.220 and he has to

00:38:10.840 be stopped at

00:38:11.820 all costs.

00:38:12.400 And after Biden

00:38:13.380 and Harris

00:38:13.860 tried to

00:38:14.300 bankrupt Trump,

00:38:15.480 throw him in 0.99

00:38:16.080 prison for life 1.00

00:38:16.840 and take him

00:38:17.340 off the ballot,

00:38:18.640 the Supreme

00:38:19.360 Court stepped

00:38:20.040 in and stopped

00:38:21.060 them.

00:38:21.640 And so what

00:38:22.180 is their

00:38:22.600 response?

00:38:23.760 They allowed

00:38:24.820 President Trump

00:38:25.820 to be a 1.00

00:38:26.360 sitting duck

00:38:27.160 on July 13th,

00:38:28.880 and that didn't

00:38:29.880 work, and now

00:38:30.440 they're trying to

00:38:30.920 destroy the

00:38:31.460 Supreme Court.

00:38:32.080 And that's

00:38:34.460 what I want

00:38:34.980 to get into.

00:38:35.420 We've got

00:38:35.640 about three

00:38:36.080 minutes until

00:38:36.700 the break

00:38:37.120 here, and

00:38:38.580 I wanted to

00:38:39.600 carry over, but

00:38:40.460 Mike, this is

00:38:41.680 something where

00:38:42.280 it seems like

00:38:43.140 Biden is, you

00:38:44.340 know, I don't

00:38:45.300 know if he

00:38:45.820 actually wrote

00:38:46.340 this himself, but

00:38:47.540 this is a

00:38:48.120 laundry list of

00:38:49.540 wishes for

00:38:51.020 the Democrat

00:38:51.860 Party, birthday

00:38:52.960 wishes, if you

00:38:53.740 will, saying that

00:38:54.740 they want

00:38:55.120 everything possible

00:38:56.160 for the Supreme

00:38:56.760 Court because

00:38:57.280 that's the one

00:38:58.020 institution in

00:38:58.900 America they

00:38:59.640 don't have

00:38:59.940 total control

00:39:00.480 over.

00:39:02.080 Yeah, the

00:39:03.060 Supreme Court

00:39:03.840 is our last

00:39:05.160 line of defense

00:39:06.040 that is protecting

00:39:06.960 us from these

00:39:08.560 Biden and Kamala

00:39:10.200 and Obama

00:39:10.780 Democrats.

00:39:11.440 These are not

00:39:12.500 our parents or

00:39:13.280 grandparents Democrats.

00:39:14.540 These aren't

00:39:14.880 liberals who love

00:39:15.900 America.

00:39:16.360 These are

00:39:16.880 leftists.

00:39:18.360 These are

00:39:18.720 Marxists.

00:39:19.340 They hate 0.58

00:39:19.640 America, and

00:39:20.260 they're trying to

00:39:20.780 destroy America

00:39:21.780 as we know it 0.52

00:39:23.140 and build back

00:39:24.060 better, as they 0.83

00:39:24.880 call it, right?

00:39:25.580 They don't believe

00:39:26.100 in equality.

00:39:26.720 They believe in

00:39:27.220 equity.

00:39:27.620 They don't believe

00:39:28.240 in free speech.

00:39:29.400 They believe in

00:39:30.020 censorship.

00:39:30.620 They don't believe

00:39:31.240 in equal protection

00:39:32.240 and due process

00:39:33.520 of law.

00:39:34.000 They believe in

00:39:34.600 a politicized and

00:39:36.120 weaponized justice

00:39:37.580 system.

00:39:38.120 And there are two

00:39:38.960 key institutions

00:39:40.820 in the way.

00:39:41.660 That's the Supreme

00:39:42.740 Court of the

00:39:43.220 United States that

00:39:43.940 President Trump

00:39:44.580 transformed to the

00:39:45.700 first constitutionalist

00:39:46.840 majority in 90

00:39:48.320 years, and President

00:39:49.320 Trump himself.

00:39:50.600 And they have

00:39:51.080 these Biden, Kamala,

00:39:53.480 Obama Democrats have

00:39:54.800 proved over and over

00:39:56.380 again they will

00:39:57.120 stop at nothing to

00:39:59.280 destroy President

00:40:00.700 Trump and to 0.97

00:40:01.420 destroy the Supreme

00:40:03.500 Court of the

00:40:04.000 United States.

00:40:06.900 And that's what

00:40:07.620 we're looking at,

00:40:08.200 folks.

00:40:08.520 Look, the Supreme

00:40:09.260 Court, and by the

00:40:09.760 way, this is

00:40:10.120 exactly what FDR

00:40:11.080 tried when he

00:40:12.060 wanted to take

00:40:12.680 total power because

00:40:13.820 the Supreme Court

00:40:14.560 was knocking down

00:40:15.380 all of his

00:40:16.280 unconstitutional

00:40:17.400 organizations like

00:40:19.260 the original NRA,

00:40:20.780 the National

00:40:21.180 Recovery

00:40:21.660 Administration, not

00:40:22.480 the National

00:40:22.780 Rifle Association.

00:40:24.120 No, he went

00:40:24.820 completely too far

00:40:25.920 with the power of

00:40:26.620 government.

00:40:26.900 He was pushing

00:40:27.580 us towards a

00:40:28.620 communist-style

00:40:29.900 central-control

00:40:31.040 top-down system,

00:40:32.460 and that's why he

00:40:33.660 wanted to go after

00:40:34.240 the Supreme Court.

00:40:35.160 Why?

00:40:35.740 Because they were

00:40:36.520 the ones knocking

00:40:37.320 down what he was

00:40:37.920 doing.

00:40:38.140 And by the way,

00:40:38.740 this is something

00:40:39.440 that Barack Obama

00:40:40.320 was able to get

00:40:41.100 away with at his

00:40:42.500 own discretion with

00:40:44.300 almost complete

00:40:45.180 discretionary power

00:40:46.020 because the Supreme

00:40:46.780 Court would rubber

00:40:47.760 stamp his executive

00:40:48.560 orders and would

00:40:49.400 rubber stamp the

00:40:50.020 things he was doing

00:40:50.800 including up to

00:40:51.960 and including

00:40:52.560 Obamacare itself,

00:40:54.360 saying that it was

00:40:54.900 a tax rather than

00:40:56.540 a massive government

00:40:57.520 takeover of the

00:40:58.640 healthcare system.

00:40:59.780 Stay tuned.

00:41:00.120 We've got right

00:41:00.700 back.

00:41:01.320 Quick break and

00:41:02.040 the last part here

00:41:03.320 of the show.

00:41:04.580 Mike Davis.

00:41:08.400 Buzzing in my ear

00:41:09.440 about the boring

00:41:10.320 people at your

00:41:11.160 office.

00:41:11.640 I'm trying to

00:41:12.220 listen to the

00:41:12.780 new human events

00:41:13.940 with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:17.020 All right, Jack

00:41:17.760 Posobiec here,

00:41:18.360 back live,

00:41:18.920 Human Events

00:41:19.340 Daily.

00:41:20.040 Mike Davis joins

00:41:20.900 us from the

00:41:21.300 Article 3 project.

00:41:22.780 Mike, tell us

00:41:23.840 some more about

00:41:24.760 what we're hearing

00:41:25.400 about the Supreme

00:41:26.480 Court, Biden's

00:41:28.120 attempts to

00:41:29.120 basically take

00:41:30.100 this thing over

00:41:31.080 in a style

00:41:32.460 reminiscent of

00:41:33.120 FDR.

00:41:34.740 So the Supreme

00:41:35.900 Court stopped

00:41:37.100 President Biden

00:41:38.100 and Kamala

00:41:39.360 Harris from

00:41:40.820 putting President

00:41:42.120 Trump in prison

00:41:43.520 for the rest of

00:41:44.220 his life for

00:41:44.800 non-crimes and

00:41:45.840 throwing him off

00:41:47.360 the ballot for

00:41:48.180 the bogus

00:41:48.900 insurrection theory

00:41:50.000 that the Democrats

00:41:50.780 had.

00:41:51.800 Joe Biden doesn't

00:41:52.640 like that, so

00:41:53.420 he's retaliating

00:41:54.460 against the

00:41:55.480 Supreme Court

00:41:56.140 and he's trying

00:41:56.720 to destroy the

00:41:57.460 Supreme Court.

00:41:58.120 He's trying to

00:41:58.820 destroy judicial

00:42:00.320 independence.

00:42:00.900 This is a

00:42:01.520 failed president

00:42:03.040 who got taken

00:42:04.800 out in a

00:42:05.680 bloodless coup

00:42:06.480 by his 0.92

00:42:07.180 treacherous 0.88

00:42:08.060 Vice President

00:42:09.300 Kamala Harris,

00:42:10.640 the acting

00:42:11.060 president right

00:42:11.760 now, and the

00:42:12.840 two of them,

00:42:13.520 they've long

00:42:14.240 wanted to

00:42:14.700 destroy the

00:42:15.220 Supreme Court

00:42:15.800 because President

00:42:16.400 Trump transformed

00:42:17.440 the Supreme

00:42:18.600 Court from a

00:42:19.780 left-of-center

00:42:20.640 Supreme Court

00:42:21.500 to the first

00:42:22.440 constitutionalist

00:42:23.420 majority in

00:42:24.620 90 years, and

00:42:25.460 this Supreme

00:42:26.000 Court is in

00:42:27.040 their way.

00:42:27.780 It's in the

00:42:28.120 left's way

00:42:28.660 because the

00:42:29.840 left does not

00:42:30.460 believe in our

00:42:31.440 Constitution.

00:42:32.220 They don't

00:42:32.520 believe that the

00:42:33.600 federal government

00:42:34.180 has limited

00:42:34.840 power that we

00:42:35.700 the people loan

00:42:36.460 to the federal

00:42:36.940 government through

00:42:37.600 our loan

00:42:38.340 agreement called

00:42:39.020 the Constitution.

00:42:40.360 These leftists

00:42:40.920 don't believe that

00:42:41.540 that limited

00:42:42.020 power that we

00:42:42.800 loan to the

00:42:43.340 federal government

00:42:43.960 is supposed to

00:42:45.160 be divided

00:42:45.660 between Congress

00:42:46.840 which writes the

00:42:48.520 laws, the

00:42:49.160 president which

00:42:49.720 enforces the

00:42:50.420 laws, and the

00:42:51.520 courts which

00:42:51.980 interprets the

00:42:52.760 laws and decides

00:42:53.780 cases and

00:42:54.360 controversies.

00:42:55.040 These leftists

00:42:56.140 want these

00:42:56.780 unelected,

00:42:57.600 unaccountable

00:42:58.360 executive branch

00:42:59.600 bureaucrats, the

00:43:00.420 Tony Fauci's of

00:43:01.820 the world, to

00:43:02.260 have all of that

00:43:03.020 power consolidated

00:43:04.160 in the executive

00:43:05.600 branch that's not

00:43:06.940 accountable to

00:43:07.540 courts, not

00:43:08.060 accountable to

00:43:08.660 Congress, power

00:43:09.900 that the federal

00:43:10.460 government doesn't

00:43:11.120 have that's

00:43:11.560 supposed to belong

00:43:13.000 to the states and

00:43:14.120 we the people, and

00:43:15.440 this Supreme Court

00:43:16.280 is changing that.

00:43:17.320 That's why the

00:43:18.200 left is trying to

00:43:19.040 destroy the

00:43:20.180 Supreme Court, and

00:43:21.000 this is why

00:43:21.500 November 5th is so

00:43:23.040 important, because

00:43:23.700 do you want

00:43:24.240 President Kamala

00:43:25.060 Harris or

00:43:25.960 President Donald

00:43:27.260 Trump replacing

00:43:28.200 Justice Clarence

00:43:29.260 Thomas and

00:43:29.860 Justice Sam

00:43:30.900 Alito on the

00:43:31.600 Supreme Court?

00:43:32.280 Because if you

00:43:32.780 think the BLM

00:43:34.120 and Antifa riots

00:43:35.160 and the upcoming

00:43:36.540 Hamas riots are

00:43:37.440 going to be bad, if

00:43:38.500 you think the

00:43:39.220 COVID lockdowns are

00:43:40.480 bad, we're bad,

00:43:41.800 just wait until

00:43:42.840 the leftists take

00:43:43.980 over the Supreme

00:43:44.780 Court.

00:43:45.140 There goes our

00:43:45.720 God-given rights

00:43:46.620 to speak, worship,

00:43:48.580 associate, and

00:43:49.800 protect ourselves.

00:43:50.740 Everything is on

00:43:51.620 the line on

00:43:52.100 November 5th.

00:43:55.160 And look, we

00:43:56.020 keep seeing this

00:43:56.840 again and again

00:43:57.980 and again.

00:43:58.720 Plus, Mike, there

00:44:00.360 is a strong

00:44:01.000 possibility, by the

00:44:02.060 way, for one or

00:44:03.180 two potential

00:44:04.160 nominees for the

00:44:04.980 next president.

00:44:05.520 Isn't that true?

00:44:06.760 There's no question

00:44:07.640 it could be one, two,

00:44:08.600 or maybe three.

00:44:10.140 And you want, look,

00:44:12.060 it could be Thomas

00:44:13.420 stepping down.

00:44:14.280 I think Alito is

00:44:15.020 going to walk out

00:44:15.840 the door the

00:44:16.300 second he can.

00:44:17.220 If President Trump

00:44:17.960 wins and the

00:44:18.500 Republicans win, the 0.58

00:44:20.140 Senate, I think

00:44:20.640 Alito's gone on

00:44:21.560 day one.

00:44:22.720 And then you

00:44:23.420 look at Thomas'

00:44:24.500 age, you look at

00:44:25.600 Sotomayor's age and

00:44:27.020 health, maybe even

00:44:27.820 the chief justice,

00:44:28.660 although I think the

00:44:29.780 chief justice is a

00:44:30.720 lifer.

00:44:31.180 So, you know, there

00:44:32.040 could be three picks

00:44:33.340 to the Supreme Court

00:44:34.260 between Alito, maybe

00:44:35.900 Thomas, maybe Sotomayor,

00:44:38.200 and this will be a

00:44:39.800 monumental shift.

00:44:40.880 I mean, President

00:44:42.500 Trump's biggest and

00:44:43.420 most consequential

00:44:44.420 accomplishment of this

00:44:45.540 first term was

00:44:46.300 transforming the

00:44:47.760 Supreme Court to the

00:44:48.600 first constitutionalist

00:44:49.920 majority in 90 years.

00:44:51.160 And again, they may

00:44:52.280 disappoint us from

00:44:53.280 time to time, but

00:44:54.240 overall, they are

00:44:55.160 doing a phenomenal

00:44:56.020 job.

00:44:56.500 This last term just

00:44:58.040 proved that, and that

00:44:59.060 could all get

00:44:59.960 reversed if President

00:45:01.960 Kamala Harris takes

00:45:03.360 over.

00:45:03.680 She will put hard

00:45:04.840 charging leftists.

00:45:05.720 She has Brian Fallon

00:45:07.180 from left-wing demand

00:45:08.860 justice as her top

00:45:10.260 communications aide.

00:45:11.680 Brian Fallon wants

00:45:12.620 to pack the Supreme

00:45:13.740 Court.

00:45:14.520 Brian Fallon wants

00:45:15.520 to put radical

00:45:16.420 leftists on the

00:45:17.400 Supreme Court.

00:45:18.500 So does Kamala

00:45:19.420 Harris, and she will

00:45:20.340 absolutely do it.

00:45:22.000 If Kamala Harris is

00:45:22.940 elected, she'll 1.00

00:45:23.640 probably win the

00:45:25.200 House and Senate

00:45:25.980 along with that

00:45:26.680 election. 0.92

00:45:27.240 They will nuke the

00:45:28.460 legislative filibuster

00:45:29.800 in the Senate, the

00:45:30.620 60-vote threshold.

00:45:32.180 They will pack the

00:45:33.500 Supreme Court, and

00:45:34.460 they will appoint

00:45:35.480 left-wing radicals to

00:45:37.620 the Supreme Court.

00:45:38.360 the Tanya Shuckins of

00:45:40.280 the world, and there

00:45:41.220 goes our God-given

00:45:42.460 rights to speak, to

00:45:43.640 worship, to associate,

00:45:45.260 to protect ourselves.

00:45:48.280 And this is something

00:45:49.220 that everybody needs

00:45:50.300 to pay attention to.

00:45:51.480 Mike, where can

00:45:52.280 people go if they

00:45:53.280 want to take action,

00:45:54.540 if they want to do

00:45:55.360 something about this,

00:45:56.380 if they're tired of

00:45:57.120 sitting back and

00:45:57.940 complaining about all

00:45:58.940 of this, and they

00:45:59.540 want to get involved,

00:46:00.600 what do they do?

00:46:01.180 How do they get

00:46:01.520 involved with you and

00:46:02.240 Article 3?

00:46:03.380 Article 3project.org,

00:46:05.360 article3project.org.

00:46:07.540 You can donate there

00:46:08.620 as we're gearing up

00:46:09.820 to take on Kamala

00:46:11.380 and these radical

00:46:12.240 leftists.

00:46:12.960 You can take action.

00:46:14.180 We have an action

00:46:14.820 page on there, and

00:46:16.080 that is critically

00:46:16.720 important to take

00:46:18.140 action, and you can

00:46:19.040 also follow us on

00:46:20.360 social media.

00:46:21.440 And thank you, Jack.

00:46:23.660 All right, I

00:46:24.420 appreciate that.

00:46:25.100 Mike Davis there

00:46:25.780 from Article 3

00:46:26.420 Project.

00:46:26.860 We're going to go

00:46:27.200 now to Henderson,

00:46:28.740 Nevada.

00:46:29.320 We've got David

00:46:29.920 Sear on the ground.

00:46:31.280 We are going to be

00:46:31.960 getting a J.D.

00:46:33.340 Vance rally going on

00:46:34.900 in just about one

00:46:36.020 hour's time.

00:46:37.160 David Sear is there

00:46:37.940 on the ground.

00:46:38.740 David, how are you?

00:46:44.660 David, how's it going,

00:46:45.560 man?

00:46:49.340 Guys, tell me a little

00:46:50.260 bit about, you know,

00:46:51.940 when we can.

00:46:53.180 Of course, J.D.

00:46:54.060 Vance is hitting the

00:46:54.780 campaign trail now

00:46:55.760 because there's a lot

00:46:57.500 going on, and he's out

00:46:59.460 there really rocking

00:47:01.260 the swing states, the

00:47:03.660 fact they've got him

00:47:04.240 outside the Midwest, I

00:47:05.400 think is very important

00:47:06.440 because they've got him

00:47:07.580 out from not just his

00:47:09.780 home area of the Rust

00:47:11.900 Belt. 0.51

00:47:12.260 This is a Rust Belt,

00:47:13.320 Sun Belt election.

00:47:14.400 So Rust Belt and Sun

00:47:15.360 Belt, you've got the 1.00

00:47:15.800 Rust Belt and you've

00:47:16.700 got the Sun Belt.

00:47:17.620 This is the way

00:47:18.900 whereby in, we are

00:47:20.660 able to find the J.D.

00:47:22.120 Vance is useful, not

00:47:23.940 just in the Rust Belt,

00:47:25.140 but also in outside

00:47:27.620 there.

00:47:28.900 Do we have David now?

00:47:29.820 David, is that working?

00:47:30.500 Check one, two, one, two,

00:47:34.740 three, four, five.

00:47:36.180 No, guys, we don't have

00:47:37.000 David.

00:47:37.400 We don't have David.

00:47:38.040 But if you can give us

00:47:39.520 some just shots, it looks

00:47:40.860 like a great crowd there.

00:47:42.760 It looks like people are

00:47:44.040 really enthusiastic.

00:47:44.920 And this, of course,

00:47:45.780 pushes back on the

00:47:46.940 mainstream media narrative

00:47:48.620 saying, oh, J.D.

00:47:50.400 Vance, he's weird.

00:47:51.540 First of all, he's not

00:47:52.200 weird.

00:47:52.800 Okay?

00:47:53.100 What he's got, what he's

00:47:54.440 got is Midwest dad energy.

00:47:57.240 Look, you need to be

00:47:58.640 dad maxing, okay?

00:48:00.400 J.D.

00:48:00.800 Vance is America's

00:48:01.960 Midwestern father.

00:48:03.460 We've been posting the

00:48:04.300 memes up on Twitter all

00:48:05.780 day.

00:48:06.280 That's what you put out.

00:48:06.980 Look, this is a guy

00:48:08.020 who they're going to say,

00:48:08.880 oh, J.D.

00:48:09.300 Vance was missing from

00:48:10.020 the campaign trail for

00:48:10.800 three hours.

00:48:11.300 Or was he?

00:48:11.660 He was moving his

00:48:12.300 lawn.

00:48:13.880 And so this is the

00:48:16.400 idea.

00:48:17.240 Guess what?

00:48:17.620 There's millions of

00:48:18.820 suburban dads all across

00:48:20.880 the Midwest.

00:48:21.680 And you know what?

00:48:22.500 They've all got J.D.

00:48:23.620 Vance energy.

00:48:24.560 That's what he's got.

00:48:25.480 It's Midwest dad

00:48:26.960 energy.

00:48:27.880 Can we call that MDE?

00:48:29.120 I don't know.

00:48:29.720 I don't know if we get a

00:48:30.460 little careful of that.

00:48:31.080 But folks, I love the

00:48:32.940 fact that J.D.

00:48:33.540 Vance is out there.

00:48:34.460 You're seeing the crowds

00:48:35.220 for him all across the

00:48:36.400 country.

00:48:36.800 It's only going to

00:48:37.640 expand.

00:48:38.000 I'm told he's got

00:48:38.540 multiple rallies this

00:48:39.800 week.

00:48:40.360 Real America's Voice

00:48:41.140 will be there for your

00:48:42.560 coverage.

00:48:43.060 And we here at

00:48:43.660 Human Events Daily

00:48:44.400 will be keeping

00:48:45.380 asking the questions

00:48:46.620 about what happened

00:48:47.740 on J13.

00:48:48.640 And tomorrow,

00:48:49.440 I'll be in

00:48:49.980 Pennsylvania.

00:48:50.820 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:48:51.380 as always,

00:48:51.780 you have my permission

00:48:52.420 to lay ashore.
