00:01:04.440 recognized the voyage of the european explorers who first landed on the shores of the americas
00:01:11.740 but that is not the whole story that has never been the whole story those explorers ushered in a wave
00:01:22.600 of devastation for tribal nations perpetrating violence stealing land and spreading disease
00:01:30.780 she had a terrible week it was a terrible week for this campaign you had um governor elmer fudd out
00:01:36.040 hunting and um not knowing how to load a shotgun using the wrong gun at the same time governor elmer
00:01:42.020 fudd governor waltz was out there looked like elmer fudd you know be very very quiet while hunting for
00:01:46.840 habits the incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes a handful of problems do you
00:01:54.520 hear yourself only a handful of apartment complexes in america were taken over by venezuelan gangs
00:02:00.260 and donald trump is the problem and not kamala harris's open border you seem to be more focused with
00:02:06.340 nitpicking everything that donald trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in
00:02:13.040 the united states of america are being taken over by violent gangs i worry so much more about that
00:02:19.300 problem than anything else here you go to october november of 2016 democrats had a three-point
00:02:24.820 advantage you go four years ago democrats had a six-point advantage look at where we are today
00:02:29.400 republicans with a one-point advantage a very different picture very much mirroring what we see

00:07:45.200 service today so folks massive polling out of seven swing states earlier today talking specifically
00:07:54.520 about the catholic vote if the 2024 presidential election was held today what would you what would
00:08:00.600 you have and in states like pennsylvania it's uh 48 trump 49 kamala that's out of which case is this
00:08:08.600 hold on i'm going to tell you all right i'm going to look up the source of that really quickly but
00:08:14.600 eric eric eric already is the one posting it then we've got uh wisconsin huge up 57 39 trump michigan
00:08:22.080 53 41 for trump north carolina 47 46 for trump georgia 51 46 for trump arizona 51 43 for trump but nevada
00:08:30.820 44 50 for kamala harris there's also a big split when you break this down by race so white catholics
00:08:37.660 56 40 for trump hispanic catholics are 28 37 for kamala harris and black catholics 16 to 77 for
00:08:46.420 trump versus harris so i wanted to break down some of these numbers talk about how the catholic vote
00:08:51.260 and really the broader christian vote is swinging this election because that has become the hue
00:08:55.980 the biggest narrative here someone who's done a lot of work on this is megan bosham she joins us
00:09:01.380 from the daily wire megan how are you hey i'm good thanks so much for having me to talk about a really
00:09:06.820 important topic this election season because i think a lot of motivated christians don't really
00:09:11.820 realize what's happening with a lot of their brethren well and this is a huge issue as well
00:09:17.660 because you i go to people when i go so i hit four four catholic masses in eastern pennsylvania this
00:09:23.220 weekend i was at an english mass i was at a latin actually two latin masses and i was even at a
00:09:29.360 polish mass at the polish national shrine in our lady of cesta hova in doyle's town so yes even mass
00:09:35.660 in polish and i gotta tell you that when you go to the latin mass types they're like all in for trump
00:09:41.620 but when i went to the homily of the first latin mass i was at and you know i'm not going to name the
00:09:48.680 the parish but the priest there was saying that well and he put out the voter guides which were done by
00:09:54.040 the catholic bishops in in pennsylvania and he said one candidate is firmly pro-abortion and one party
00:10:01.320 is firmly pro-abortion and that is completely at odds with our faith and i'm like okay good sound you
00:10:06.980 know tracking that's exactly what i want to hear but the other side also has a very flawed candidate and
00:10:13.940 i'm like wait hold on what what's going on and then he says uh and and this candidate even though
00:10:19.880 he's put up pro-life judges we believe he's a flawed individual and therefore we cannot support
00:10:26.480 voting for either of them and i'm like well wait hold on a second hold the phone megan what is going
00:10:33.620 on here when we see situations like this because and you know i'm not going to get into our argument
00:10:37.940 with the priest or anything but a and certainly not in the middle of mass but at the same time it's
00:10:42.720 like merrick garland has been trying to shut down particularly specifically traditional latin mass
00:10:49.940 and latin uh traditional christians and catholics in the united states if he's given another term
00:10:56.060 where they don't have to worry about re-election he's going to go completely off the chain so when
00:11:01.580 we're talking about what's at stake why does it seem like the inside these churches we're not getting
00:11:09.460 the same type of response that maybe you and i would understand well i mean i think two two things
00:11:15.780 are at work here one is sort of that general squishiness you might call it people who don't
00:11:20.960 understand our civic duties they don't understand um the role of christians to be that preservative
00:11:26.600 salt in a culture but you know i think what we needed to do is back up and look at some research that
00:11:31.780 just came out last week from george barna uh arguably the most respected religion researcher
00:11:38.480 in the country and what he found is that not just um 100 over 100 million christians are planning to
00:11:46.120 sit out this election but a really key demographic within those christians and that is 32 million
00:11:52.460 regular churchgoers so those are the people who are there at church every week they're there at mass
00:11:57.720 every week they are um very motivated typically to participate in the political process and they are
00:12:03.660 now saying that they're not going to vote that they're going to sit out and that is a really big
00:12:07.820 problem as barna noted for donald trump and he said that look this isn't just um the typical
00:12:13.440 a large amount of voters don't vote every cycle he actually said this is showing that their enthusiasm
00:12:19.860 is down from 2020 and part of why that is is he found that 36 percent of churches have not taught
00:12:27.240 anything on the civic duty of a christian to get involved in the political process because of course as
00:12:33.540 romans 13 tells us the purpose of the government is to restrain evil and to do good and in our
00:12:40.480 government we are self-governed and so we are the authorities that are um invested with that power
00:12:46.520 to restrain evil so if we're shirking our duty i think that's a stewardship issue and i think that
00:12:52.280 god's going to call on us um to explain why we didn't participate in a process that we are blessed
00:12:59.760 to be able to make our voices heard but part of why that's happening i think one is as you brought
00:13:05.140 up there is a lot of um disillusionment on the abortion issue and i can understand that we have
00:13:11.380 not heard what we want to hear from trump or the gop if you're a hard pro-lifer and i get that
00:13:17.060 but we also have to look at what the other option is you have someone on the other side who's promising
00:13:22.780 that they're going to make it so we cannot pass any pro-life policies in any state and then the other
00:13:29.160 thing that is a big part of this is look jack it has been largely orchestrated you have hard left
00:13:35.260 secular foundations who are funneling money into christian organizations to push this messaging that
00:13:42.240 um it's political idolatry to be involved in the political process you will actually hear them use
00:13:48.520 slogans like um the gospel is neither right nor left which yes the gospel isn't but the two sides
00:13:57.020 are not moral parallels and even more when we look at this issue um it may not be left or right but
00:14:04.040 the gospel is one thing the political process is something else it's a category error and so i could
00:14:09.700 give you several examples but just one is this after party curriculum that david french uh christianity
00:14:16.380 today editor-in-chief russell moore and duke divinity professor curtis chang who is a democrat
00:14:22.500 have been pushing in evangelical churches conservative evangelical churches to convince
00:14:28.780 them that um voting is very complex you don't necessarily need to vote on the issue of abortion
00:14:35.020 though you do need to vote to address alleged systemic racism well they're being funded exclusively by
00:14:42.240 rockefeller philanthropy advisors hard left uh supports things like transgender procedures for youth
00:14:48.400 hewlett foundation second largest funder of planned parenthood in the country so these are the kind
00:14:53.500 of organizations that are funding exclusively funding these supposed bible studies church curriculum
00:15:00.660 that is going into conservative churches and onto conservative christian college campuses
00:15:05.380 so when when you talk about this infiltration which is really it is in this targeting this new messaging
00:15:13.460 what are some of the types of things that you're getting out of this curriculum
00:15:16.480 so when you read this curriculum um you know it's subtle what it does is say that uh christians need
00:15:23.200 to embrace the cause of pluralism so what they mean by pluralism is um we need to be less convictional
00:15:31.060 in advocating for our values in the public square we need to make more room to uh embrace progressive
00:15:38.260 policies we need to find ways to accommodate these progressive policies and look i want to be clear that
00:15:44.540 this after party curriculum that i just mentioned it's just one example i mean i could tell you
00:15:50.200 how the fetzer institute has been um giving money to the lobbying arm of the southern baptist convention
00:15:55.960 which is the largest protestant denomination in the u.s and a conservative denomination ostensibly
00:16:02.260 we're not talking about mainline um episcopalians here um and it's always in order to do this uh these studies
00:16:10.340 and this research and distribute materials on softening our political rhetoric not being so
00:16:16.460 heated in our political rhetoric uh same thing with other christian organizations being funded by these
00:16:21.580 left-wing organizations so uh you know not to plug my book but i did write about this and shepherds for
00:16:27.180 sale went deep in all of it please plug your book plug away i mean i did write a book about it as a point
00:16:34.400 so i went really deep in how these left-wing organizations are funneling money to what
00:16:40.620 look like conservative christian organizations in order to move christians on policy because they
00:16:46.780 understand that christians are the group that are responsible for deciding what so many of our
00:16:54.440 policies are in the country that they are not going to get their agenda passed without the buy-in of
00:16:59.160 those religious americans and then we've got one minute till the break but this is this is also
00:17:05.180 where we saw those super bowl ads remember those super bowl ads this they kind of came out of this
00:17:09.320 mix didn't they yes and just so you know when you talk about the after party it does something very
00:17:14.240 similar as those he gets us ads it suggests that um the way of jesus is to be accommodating to what
00:17:21.900 looked like this transgender person that um you saw the christian washing the transgender person's feet
00:17:28.740 uh what that misses of course is that jesus was washing his disciples feet not unrepentant um
00:17:34.740 belligerent sinners who are advocating for sin in the public square so it was really completely
00:17:39.220 misreading the gospel there but that is what its purpose is is to convince you as a christian that
00:17:44.100 you need to accommodate that jesus will accept you as you are but he will ask you to go and sin
00:17:51.120 no more that's the difference don't fall for it folks be right back human events daily continues
00:17:56.820 the christian vote in 2024
00:17:58.420 hours i'm always listening to human events with jack basobic
00:18:09.080 jack basobic back live human events daily folks the world is in flames and kamala harris is a complete
00:18:16.700 and total disaster but it cannot and will not ruin my day do you know why it's because i start my day
00:18:22.980 with a hot america first cup of blackout coffee this coffee is 100 america blackout coffee is 100
00:18:28.400 committed to conservative values from sourcing the beans to the roasting process customer support and
00:18:33.860 shipping they embody true american values and accept no compromise on taste or quality look i love this
00:18:39.740 stuff powers me when i'm out there chasing ballots when i'm rocking up and down the highways and byways
00:18:44.620 of pennsylvania it'll help empower you your family your business as well go to blackoutcoffee.com
00:18:51.020 slash poso and use promo code poso 20 for 20 off your first order the kids are back in school
00:18:57.580 moms are working overtime it's never too soon to give mom and those close to the gift year
00:19:02.160 those close to your heart the gift of being awake not woke with blackout coffee that's blackoutcoffee.com
00:19:08.100 slash poso blackoutcoffee.com slash poso promo code poso 20 by the way my dad hit me up this week and he
00:19:15.000 said jack i'm all out of brutal awakening i said dad well maybe you can order some instead of keeping
00:19:20.420 stealing mine every time i get some in we're on with megan bosch and we're talking about
00:19:26.080 pennsylvania we're talking about the christian vote going in to 2024 megan so let's say let's say folks
00:19:34.320 are going to church they listen to this and they want to go in what are some good ways for people to
00:19:40.320 go in and really start to get the word out now for me it's you know usually when i go to these churches
00:19:47.440 i i don't politic i just tell people hey you can vote i have absentee ballots i have registrations
00:19:54.060 and i just sort of let people know and they will come to me and start talking about candidates but i
00:19:59.800 never do that but what are some strategies i guess if you do encounter someone who's in that
00:20:04.700 uh in that vein of saying well i should be switched off i shouldn't be switched on because it's more
00:20:11.260 important to you know pray for the kingdom than actually get involved in the political process
00:20:16.440 well one be sure uh if your church is using some of this curriculum or if it's doing anything that's
00:20:24.180 connected with groups like democracy fund fetzer institute the after party which again hard left
00:20:30.760 secular funded be sure to let them know hey you're being played here um one thing i didn't mention in
00:20:36.440 our last segment is that uh while it ostensibly puts itself forward as being something that is just to
00:20:42.300 turn down the political heat in fact david french in an interview with the guy who created veggie tales
00:20:49.020 guy named phil fisher admitted what's really going on here he said that the purpose of this after party
00:20:53.700 curriculum was to take on maga so when uh when they think no one's listening they admit what's really
00:20:59.780 happening so that's one let people know hey this is actually all a propaganda campaign that's being
00:21:05.460 played on you and then two i think we have to remember that um we have been given an incredible
00:21:12.520 inheritance in what we have in this nation and proverbs tells us that a righteous man leaves an
00:21:19.160 inheritance to his children's children so if we're squandering that inheritance because we don't want
00:21:24.760 to get our hands dirty with the political process then i have to think that actually we are the political
00:21:30.680 idolaters i think saying that we can't look at politics and recognize that it has always been a
00:21:36.780 matter of trade-offs between um the perfect and the good you're never going to get the perfect so you
00:21:42.280 take the most good that you can get and if we're not willing to do that i don't think we'll be held
00:21:47.740 unaccountable that's really taking your talent and burying it isn't it because we have been given
00:21:52.380 something really precious in this blessing of self-government and you would be completely squandering it
00:21:58.180 in or if you don't decide to say i'm going to make the best policy decisions i can make and i would also
00:22:04.320 tell them look um i understand that if you as a christian have some objections to donald trump's
00:22:10.500 demeanor to his past but we need to understand that these personalities are very temporary they come and
00:22:17.100 go and for those who are trump fans even you need to know he will not be with us forever he's not
00:22:23.160 going to be leading this party forever um he's going to be a temporary leader but the policy
00:22:28.340 question that can have generational impact and so you really need to look at these two leaders and say
00:22:34.160 okay which of them is offering a set of policies that is going to secure a a better common good for me for
00:22:41.380 my neighbors and is going to secure more peace and prosperity for my children and my grandchildren
00:22:46.960 because um you know this is not just something that we as christians do momentarily it's a it's a
00:22:54.480 constant process that we're involved in and you may not get exactly what you want this time but you're
00:22:59.300 fighting to get even better opportunities and better choices next time so you have to advance that ball down
00:23:05.280 the field look and and i i said that to someone earlier today i said guess what guys you're going to get
00:23:11.200 thrown in the gulags too and your children get taken and they will be sent to government
00:23:15.820 re-education camps lgbt the entire nine yards all of it you'll be taught that it is indigenous
00:23:22.520 people's day it's not columbus day and we're going to get rid of everything you'll be taught that
00:23:27.400 christianity is something wrong and atheism is the right way forward and we know that's the entire way
00:23:32.880 this thing is pushing and oh by the way maybe they're going to take your kids trans or they're going to
00:23:38.100 take their pronouns away and then bring them something else and we've already seen by the way in some of
00:23:43.080 these left-wing states where uh the state government can even come in against the wishes of
00:23:49.140 the parents and decide rule against them for minors on these gender issues that's how dangerous this is
00:23:57.420 going on right now so okay i get it like you say i don't know i don't like donald trump and he did this
00:24:02.540 and he had this one tweet the one time look look bigger picture look at the bigger picture by the way
00:24:08.920 it's not just donald trump you'd be voting for and and credit to charlie kirk for this you're voting
00:24:13.260 for 5 000 people who will be in charge of the government which team do you want to vote for
00:24:18.560 their 5 000 people or your 5 000 people because that's the people you will be living under and i
00:24:24.560 think there's there's lots of ways to kind of break people out of this sort of this sort of trap
00:24:29.460 and sort of a mental trap that they want to put you in uh in terms of this and that's really the
00:24:34.680 way and look when you got folks like rfk jr and elon musk and so many others that are coming on
00:24:39.700 board it really makes a lot of sense and by the way for for if you're a conservative christian
00:24:43.940 is harrison butker good enough for you because he just came out and gave a full-throated support to
00:24:49.380 donald trump well you know i love the way a pastor friend of mine put it and that is that a vote is not
00:24:54.960 a valentine so you're not um that's a good way to put it so you're not sending him hey i'm in your
00:25:03.060 fan club you're saying no i want to ensure that the the convictions that i have the values that i
00:25:10.380 hold are reflected in my government as much as possible and maybe later we can get more but let's
00:25:16.760 get as much as we can right now and i think that's a really important principle and um another pastor
00:25:22.500 friend of mine and i thought this was a good analogy you know for those christians who are pro-lifers
00:25:27.760 which is most christians most real christians um they understand the sanctity of human life it's
00:25:33.860 understandably an incredibly important issue to them and they are disappointed in some of the
00:25:38.380 developments in the gop but he made this point and i thought it was a good one which is that christians
00:25:43.720 are asking for um a pro-life apple pie from donald trump right now from the gop that's what they want
00:25:49.940 they want a baked apple pie and donald trump has said i'm not going to give you an apple pie but what he
00:25:54.500 has done is given us flour sugar apples and made the way so that we can go out and have that fight
00:26:02.120 to try to bake apple pies in all of these states and then on the other side of the aisle you have
00:26:06.940 a presidential ticket in kamala harris and tim walls that is promising to outlaw apple pies to ensure that
00:26:13.320 um babies can be murdered all the way up to birth and that is a really important distinction to make
00:26:19.600 that um these are not equal and parallel moral platforms as much as we might wish that we were
00:26:25.620 getting something different from the gop this time no i think that's exactly right and we've also seen
00:26:32.620 how their administration is willing to go after religious groups is willing to go after religious
00:26:37.860 you know bait the guy in colorado they just keep harassing this guy over and over this one baker
00:26:43.200 who's willing to stand up for his beliefs and and i'm just going to say it part of the reason
00:26:48.360 that we got into the situation that we are is that back in the 1960s the christians receded from the
00:26:54.860 public square and decided that we're going to let the atheists and we're going to let the secularists
00:27:00.000 and the humanists and they can just have the public square and we're going to recede back inside behind
00:27:04.660 the doors of our churches and not get involved in public life that's the major reason that we're in the
00:27:10.420 situation that we're in now because when you got caught not kamala but gretchen whitmer is up there
00:27:15.860 making mocking videos of this dorito eucharist trying to say oh it's just a tiktok it's not a
00:27:22.000 tiktok trend gretchen we know exactly what you're doing and and the fact that they didn't even think
00:27:26.680 about what it looks like about how it would come across that just goes to show you how far removed
00:27:32.540 they are and encapsulated in their ivory towers when something that's so obvious to a church going
00:27:38.780 christian of what it looks like especially on the knees etc etc it's very clear to me that they have
00:27:45.280 gone so radical that it's beyond just being secular they've actually become anti-christian
00:27:51.280 and becoming anti-christian is a huge issue i hope that it and maybe that's a message from god you know
00:27:56.680 maybe it actually is a message from god that we need to wake up and start taking up space and look
00:28:01.580 that's what the leftists say take up space so i think it's time for christians to take up a little
00:28:05.560 space what do you say megan no i absolutely agree and look let's understand that um power is uh
00:28:11.940 neutral it's either it can be good or it can be evil and we have good rulers in the bible who are
00:28:18.140 commended like good king josiah for using that power well and we have an opportunity as voters to use our
00:28:25.180 power well and uh despite what you hear from some of those uh we call them in evangelicalism third way
00:28:31.700 uh christian leaders because they say it's neither right nor left it's a third way well actually that
00:28:37.320 that third way it ignores that there is a good and there is a wicked policy set here and that we have
00:28:44.040 an opportunity to wield power for good we're not grasping power just to hold power we're grasping it
00:28:49.400 to to to see righteousness done in our nation and i think that's a really important thing to recognize
00:28:54.880 so you know let's take that opportunity grasping power to see righteousness done i love that and look
00:29:03.020 we know that the 5 000 people that get elected with president trump this at least gives you know
00:29:08.160 there's going to be plenty of christians in there you know there's going to be plenty of pro-lifers in
00:29:11.860 there i mean it's just true right even if i'm not saying like this wishful thinking it's obviously
00:29:16.300 going to be true so the idea is which administration would you rather work with one that wants to talk to
00:29:22.220 you one that wants to negotiate with you one that you know is going to be listening to you or one
00:29:27.500 that is ultimately pitted against you merrick garland will work to shut down conservative
00:29:33.720 christianity all across the country he's already begun look what they're doing to pro-lifers look at
00:29:39.200 what they're doing to people just praying outside of abortion clinics look at what they're doing to
00:29:43.900 try to stop all of this it's very clear to me megan tell people the book again and where to follow you
00:29:48.940 shepherds for sale how evangelical leaders traded the truth for a leftist agenda and you can follow

00:32:16.360 basilisk strategies also from the nyyrs vish tell me what's going on i hear that what you sent some
00:32:22.440 yrs down to uh pennsylvania that's right we were in uh bucks county pennsylvania the new york young
00:32:28.840 young republican club bussed in over 100 volunteers last week from manhattan to bucks county pa and we
00:32:37.220 made over 10 000 voter contacts uh just in that one day alone uh for the trump campaign uh as part of
00:32:45.580 the trump force 47 effort that is looking to uh muster volunteers to get uh you know volunteer
00:32:53.360 operations going whether that's door knocking whether that's phone banking um and other volunteer
00:32:58.940 uh needs uh to be handled and so the new york young republicans fully committed to the effort that won't be
00:33:05.540 the last deployment in a uh in a in an important region uh that we'll be doing but bucks county is a
00:33:13.300 battleground it's a battleground uh state it's a battleground uh county and it is a battle it is a
00:33:20.500 battleground to win and uh bucks county is a bellwether so well how bucks county goes uh you
00:33:26.700 know better than anyone jack that that's the way the country is going to go and we're very confident
00:33:30.900 it's going to go for president trump that's exactly right so i was in bucks county pretty much all day
00:33:36.120 yesterday here in pennsylvania and i got to tell you i've never seen the state like this and and
00:33:41.860 tell me your reflections but i mean every five miles there was a billboard for kamala harris but
00:33:47.040 was amazing and this really was the you know kind of indicative of i guess the election itself because
00:33:52.580 there would be a paid billboard for kamala harris and then right next to that there'd be like five or
00:33:58.360 six signs that were put up by trump supporters or like handmade signs or a barn with uh with trump
00:34:06.080 2024 painted on it something like that so it's it's just kind of like this this idea where it's
00:34:12.380 she's got the paid support but he's got the people's support and so i've never seen i've never
00:34:18.980 seen it this divided in pennsylvania i've never seen this much focus on pennsylvania i saw a stat
00:34:23.380 yesterday that said something like 500 million dollars all in from all campaigns all groups is
00:34:30.420 going to be spent just in pennsylvania that would have been a couple of years ago that would have
00:34:35.760 been the entire election now one state pennsylvania is getting 500 million fish talk to me about some
00:34:43.440 of the responses that you saw there on the ground of why you think pennsylvania is so and you know as a
00:34:48.460 as an outsider i'm a little biased but as an outsider why do you think that it's so close in pennsylvania
00:34:54.240 well pretty much every door that we canvassed uh jack the number one complaint number one issue
00:35:04.240 that the folks in bucks county seem to be concerned about was the cost of living uh everything is too
00:35:10.620 expensive was the review that was it you go i went down door by door newtown personally myself and i got
00:35:18.160 reviews every single one of them said the cost of living is too much the cost it's everything
00:35:24.240 is too damn high so that was the that was the uh concern of a lot of these folks a lot of the
00:35:30.180 middle class uh a little uh upper middle class as well but nonetheless inflation crushes everybody
00:35:36.920 down up and down except for the elites who make their money on assets and the inflated worth of those
00:35:43.160 assets with the printing of money and so these are the these are normal folks everyday folks who just
00:35:48.700 cannot afford the biden harris uh at administration plain and simple and so these folks are uh total
00:35:58.120 are honestly they're very energized this is the other thing jack pennsylvania might not have seen this
00:36:03.080 much action in a long time but me and you we saw this we saw this in 2016 where hillary had the cash
00:36:09.740 advantage then but we had the people support we had the energy and we came out with the w and now
00:36:16.140 we're seeing that again kamala support is so inorganic it's not just inorganic uh it is fragile
00:36:22.660 she spent almost a billion dollars over the last month to go down in the polls there's no way that
00:36:29.060 you can uh replicate that sort of failure on one side and then on the other side we have volunteers
00:36:35.160 we have people who do this uh out of love love of country love of the movement we have all the
00:36:42.540 volunteer force the organic energy on our side and now is the time to close we love donald trump
00:36:48.980 because he's a closer and we need to be closers for him in the last 20 something days of this
00:36:55.820 election so we need to close we need to run through the finish line run through the tackle here
00:37:01.200 look and and this is what people have to understand in pennsylvania you can vote now you can vote right now
00:37:08.520 right right right right now this is not something you can wait you have to wait two three weeks for
00:37:13.140 it's not something we're counting we're counting down the days oh this day that day and i know
00:37:17.260 the president trump and we're going to go to um to oaks pennsylvania in the next segment here that's
00:37:23.140 something that which is in montgomery county right next to bucks county that this is a place where you
00:37:28.760 are going to see all the people can go vote and they're putting that messaging out that it's right now
00:37:34.160 so it isn't something where you can do it and i understand people say oh i'm a traditionalist i
00:37:39.540 like voting on election day but this explain to people why it's so important to just get it out
00:37:44.060 of the way and vote right now okay just simple infrastructure wise and simple operations wise
00:37:52.240 we have to understand we have to decrease the liability of the of the votes on election day
00:37:58.580 because if you jam too many votes of hours on election day lines start to get long shenanigans
00:38:06.160 we start to be susceptible to shenanigans ballots not being uh printed in the right size machines going
00:38:13.280 down uh electricity going down water leaks rain uh inclement weather all of these things can happen if
00:38:21.820 you focus all of your efforts on one day some of those people might not be able to wait in line
00:38:27.180 some of these people might not even be able to make it out of their homes and to the uh to the
00:38:32.400 polling centers and so we need to make sure that as many votes that we can bank before election day
00:38:39.880 will then make it easier for everyone who shows up on election day election day to make sure their vote
00:38:45.800 is banked and so that's why we need folks as many uh folks as we can get who are perhaps low propensity
00:38:53.320 who perhaps who need help with their ballots being uh delivered or or or sent or or even uh gathered
00:39:01.820 especially old folks especially folks that are infirm we need those folks to get their votes in early
00:39:07.940 that's a great example by the way focus on one of the things that one of the things that happened last cycle
00:39:14.660 in the last midterm 2022 when i was out in maricopa county with charlie kirk i remember suddenly all the machines
00:39:19.680 have problems and now there's delays and suddenly someone i and i get this this attitude from people
00:39:25.200 oh i'm i'm a traditionalist and i want to do this and i like to do it that way yeah what happens when
00:39:31.900 the machines break down on election day mr traditionalist and by the way i don't mean to
00:39:35.940 i don't mean to to shame anybody like i wish it was that way too but guess what we can't bet on that
00:39:42.460 anymore you're going to stay in line for five hours when all of a sudden you got to go pick up your kid
00:39:46.380 or somebody's sick and you got to go take care of them look it life happens right life happens
00:39:51.180 why not bank your vote right now vish bruh where can people follow you brother you can follow me on
00:39:57.860 x at vish bruh you can follow me on truth social at vish v-i-s-h b-u-r-r-a and make sure to follow
00:40:05.760 the new york young republican club as we look to deliver uh this this election for president donald trump
00:40:13.120 and not only that catches us at the madison square garden rally on october 27th this is it true that
00:40:18.340 you're you are the mastermind behind the madison square garden rally is that is that true can you
00:40:22.800 confirm these rumors yeah i fixed the 1919 world series too for the white side i knew it i knew it
00:40:30.640 this is the grandson of shoeless joe jackson folks you can see it in the face you can see it
00:40:35.980 we'll be right back going to oaks pennsylvania montgomery county the southeast
00:40:39.920 in my ear about the boring people at your office i'm trying to listen to the new human events
00:40:48.520 with jack pozobik all right jack so we're back live human events daily a very excited now to go to
00:40:55.320 brian glenn who is in montgomery county pennsylvania standing just about 10 minutes from where i grew up
00:41:04.240 brian you know i was there yesterday driving around my hometown and uh the you know my my catholic
00:41:09.820 high school is now a uh crater of demolished rubble uh my former catholic schools are all closed
00:41:18.100 the the hospital where i was born in my hometown is now a vacant lot next to a planned parenthood clinic
00:41:23.620 and all of my family by the way is there at the rally with you uh kevin is running around somewhere
00:41:29.360 my brother and uh believe it or not so i was asking my mom and dad if they wanted to come on with
00:41:34.040 you and they go no we're volunteering and this this is so great my mom and dad are actually
00:41:39.680 volunteering and they've been assigned to screen the members of the press that are going to the trump
00:41:45.460 rally today so good tell me what's the vibe like man uh the vibe is good people are excited i mean
00:41:54.160 this is a part of pennsylvania that uh and you can probably speak on this better than anybody it's not
00:41:59.720 100 trump but it's growing let me step aside real quickly jack i want to show you how many people
00:42:03.800 here and show you people at home uh the gates or the doors open just moments ago so we have people
00:42:08.780 coming in here uh there's massive i would say a couple thousand people out here right now
00:42:13.380 big jumbo screen behind everybody because if we can't all get inside they're going to make sure people
00:42:18.780 have access to watch uh outside uh people are excited i i've talked to several uh volunteers that
00:42:26.420 have been signing people up to register to vote and believe it or not they've come across several
00:42:31.300 people today that were democrats and they said hey we want to get behind president trump we don't like
00:42:37.800 the direction of this country and how do i sign up to register or rather to vote for president trump
00:42:43.100 so which is actually very encouraging jack as people are starting to realize that these areas that
00:42:48.800 have been democrat control for so long talking about the reason why a lot of these things in your life
00:42:53.460 has closed down it's time for the time better times are ahead uh for president trump so jack it's
00:42:58.460 encouraging but the vibe is positive a lot of people i would imagine uh took a little half day
00:43:02.720 off of work he didn't speak until six and we are you know in a work week so you can only imagine a lot
00:43:08.340 of people either took the day off or uh well they're we're gonna have my my look my my cousin's there
00:43:14.700 with her four kids she pulled them all out of school they're up there somewhere and my parents are
00:43:19.040 inside like i said i know kevin's running around getting interviews for human events but people
00:43:23.960 have to understand that so montgomery county as a county used to be uh pretty much red so my area
00:43:29.520 was blue but the county itself was red but then we kept getting all these people coming out from the
00:43:33.640 city because this is what democrats do they ruin one city and they go and infest another area and bring
00:43:38.940 their policies with them and their politics with them so when i was a kid the county used to be red
00:43:43.420 but then it became more and more blue as time went by however the fact that you're now hearing
00:43:49.720 democrats come in there and say look something's gone wrong and we want trump in because we want
00:43:57.180 those policies back that's an incredible that's a fantastic uh line talk to me about the early voting i
00:44:04.540 know that um i voted yesterday i know that the trump campaign is pushing this are people talking about
00:44:09.400 early voting they are they are jack they want to early vote because they're not sure about election
00:44:16.900 day and i think that's kind of a personal decision of whether or not in their own lives they might be
00:44:20.840 busy for whatever's going on uh that it is smart to vote early and i have had several people out here
00:44:25.900 i say hey vote trump they say we're going to vote early uh i think it's a good thing especially
00:44:30.900 particularly in this state and you know as we know the 2020 election as chaotic as it was we saw some
00:44:37.820 problems here in pennsylvania so i you know i i've always i've always been one to vote on game day
00:44:43.460 that's just me i like it i don't think i can do that this year obviously because i'm traveling but
00:44:47.460 i think early voting is a good thing uh not only here in pennsylvania but across this country and
00:44:52.120 i like the fact that people are being very vocal and letting us know uh that they plan on early voting
00:44:58.100 well and it's huge and now you know i was just talking about this in the last segment there where
00:45:03.840 in maricopa county remember those machines went down and suddenly there were hours and hours uh
00:45:09.860 where you had to wait at the ballots to get it just to get in so all those people who said oh i'm i'm
00:45:15.000 gonna do things the traditional way and i'm gonna do this look it you know what it didn't happen a lot
00:45:19.560 of them went home because duty calls life calls you got other stuff you got to do you got to pick
00:45:23.760 kids up from school you got to get some food you got to maybe go take care of something um whatever
00:45:28.800 else you know go ahead you know what they're there you know what else are talking about jack
00:45:32.740 they're scared they kind of feel like something could happen on election day to disrupt this whole
00:45:38.240 election process so a lot of people said hey if i have an opportunity to vote early i can sit at
00:45:42.980 home i can watch rulemaker's voice i can watch the whole election day uh on you know all the coverage
00:45:47.680 that happens i won't be somewhere in a public space i mean some of them do feel afraid that there
00:45:53.520 could be some type of an attack uh obviously we pray that doesn't happen but the reality is we live
00:45:59.140 in a very evil world right now and jack you and i both know that there is nothing off the table to
00:46:04.580 disrupt this election including a terrorist attack so maybe that's one of the reasons why people want
00:46:09.020 to vote early look i mean this is this is a situation where we've got an unprecedented election
00:46:16.220 we've seen threats we've seen assassination threats we've seen all sorts of things going on the
00:46:21.240 trump administer the trump campaign now calling on the administration for military support that's
00:46:27.040 how serious this is by the way it's getting like no mainstream attention whatsoever when they've
00:46:31.880 requested military support and by the way when cnn went over and one of their digital journalists
00:46:36.480 got a quote from the biden's on this joe biden said he was inclined to give it to him as long as
00:46:41.620 he didn't i think he said something like as long as he doesn't request f-15s so the fact that the
00:46:46.680 president trump is currently winning he's got the momentum clearly right now in this election
00:46:52.800 but they are trying to kill him they're trying to kill jd vance this is should be the number one issue
00:46:59.900 that goes in or at least the number one story we're not hearing it brian just as we go out last minute
00:47:05.120 here give me uh give me some more color of the crowd tell me what you're seeing there
00:47:08.860 okay real quickly i'll give you i'll give you some crowd shots here in a second but i want to
00:47:13.760 talk about security could be talked about this briefly uh security is here i i they're on the
00:47:17.920 ground i've seen them they've got a good strong presence i feel secure here they've got some
00:47:21.860 some big uh bulldozers that kind of block the entrance here they've got some big rigs that are
00:47:26.320 around the line now goes across the parking lot i don't know luke if we could pan this up real quick
00:47:31.080 we got it i know we have limited of time but the line here's the uh turnstiles here we'll turn the
00:47:35.940 camera around it goes through the parking lot now and hello and along the street so people you know
00:47:43.520 hey they now that we're getting closer to like you know quitting time here in the five towards the
00:47:48.340 five o'clock hour people are definitely going to come out uh president trump's scheduled to speak
00:47:52.340 at 6 p.m this is a town hall style inside it's set up like a town hall i've been told it will probably
00:47:58.080 be about an hour we'll see how that goes but all the issues the economy law and order safety it's all
