00:00:25.020 Totally free.
00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:26.660 Donald Trump's record was peace and prosperity, no wars, lower inflation, rising wages,
00:00:34.940 and Kamala Harris has been chaos all over the world.
00:00:38.200 She can't answer a single question without sounding like a whatever.
00:00:41.840 And she has led, she's had policies that have made it impossible for people to afford housing
00:00:48.740 and food in the country that all of us love.
00:00:50.840 So the records are totally different.
00:00:52.280 That's my argument to swing voters.
00:00:53.700 My argument to voters who are already going to vote for us, but of course this is the
00:00:57.380 second part of any political campaign, is we've got to get out there and actually vote.
00:01:01.340 And I know every single person in this room, every single one of us, knows at least one
00:01:06.540 person who's going to vote for Donald J. Trump, but only if they actually go to the polls.
00:01:11.780 Okay?
00:01:12.760 Every single one of us has a responsibility to call that person, to offer to drive that person
00:01:17.820 and make sure that every single one of us gets out there and makes our voice heard on November 5th.
00:01:22.620 That's what we have to do.
00:01:23.420 Or before November 5th, right?
00:01:25.380 Because we know that Democrats have beaten us in early voting for a long time.
00:01:29.420 I don't like the idea that we have election season.
00:01:31.680 I think we ought to have election day in this country.
00:01:34.140 But whether we like it or not, we've got election season, so we might as well take advantage of it,
00:01:46.160 or the Democrats are ultimately going to win this race.
00:01:48.960 Now think about this.
00:01:50.580 I've seen this play out in every race that I've ever been involved in, where I've got friends of mine who are running.
00:01:57.120 It's like you take 100 people, and 95 of them, 100 people are going to vote for Donald Trump,
00:02:01.840 or 100 people who are going to vote for whatever candidate that I think they should vote for.
00:02:05.680 95 of them eventually do it.
00:02:08.740 And then five of them wait until election day, and then what happens?
00:02:11.860 Well, you know, mom gets sick, so you've got to go and take her to the hospital.
00:02:14.840 Or the kid, you've got to go pick him up from school.
00:02:17.500 Or maybe something comes up at work unexpected, and you're there too late,
00:02:20.840 and you don't get an opportunity to make your voice heard.
00:02:22.980 We've got to take advantage of every single thing that we have.
00:02:26.080 And I know Pete Hoekstra will talk about this, has talked about this.
00:02:29.740 We have got to get out there and make our voices heard.
00:02:32.820 Now, I'll tell you, a Senate colleague, one of my favorite lines from any other political figure,
00:02:38.160 is he'll go in front of audiences and say, look, I want every single one of you to get out there and vote 10 times.
00:02:47.540 And people get kind of uncomfortable.
00:02:49.340 You know, they sit and sort of shuffle their shares a little bit.
00:02:52.180 They laugh a little bit.
00:02:53.040 Well, we're Republicans.
00:02:53.840 We don't vote 10 times.
00:02:54.840 We only vote once.
00:02:55.980 Well, here's the way to legally vote 10 times.
00:02:58.600 Take yourself to the polls, but take nine other people to the polls, too.
00:03:01.780 And that's what all of us, I encourage you, all of us to do.
00:03:10.760 Maybe we'll take just a couple more questions, then we'll have to get on the road.
00:03:14.060 Ma'am.
00:03:14.460 Thank you, Senator.
00:03:15.060 I appreciate it.
00:03:15.880 I wanted to ask you about abortion.
00:03:17.800 There was a story this week from ProPublica about two women in Georgia who died.
00:03:23.160 They were trying to get abortions.
00:03:24.340 You might have seen the story.
00:03:25.180 And I wanted to ask you, firstly, the Harris campaign put out a statement about it this
00:03:30.740 morning.
00:03:31.360 I wanted to get your thoughts about the women.
00:03:34.300 And then I also wanted to ask you policy-wise, if you see a role that the Trump administration
00:03:39.180 can play in instances where states have abortion bans that limit or allow women who have medical
00:03:47.480 reasons to get abortions, but, you know, in this instance, what Georgia did in it, it didn't
00:03:51.520 work out, like, what the federal government can do in this instances.
00:03:55.540 Well, I haven't seen the story about two women.
00:03:58.320 I saw a story about one woman in Georgia, and maybe it's the same story.
00:04:01.720 I assume that that's at least half of the story.
00:04:04.080 And, I mean, look, my initial reaction to it is what an unbelievable and terrible human
00:04:08.820 tragedy.
00:04:09.220 I mean, you know, you've got this beautiful young girl, beautiful young child, and this
00:04:13.760 boy's mom has been taken from him.
00:04:16.320 And I don't know that any person in this country would say that's anything other than a terrible
00:04:19.820 tragedy.
00:04:20.360 She should be with her son.
00:04:21.720 She should be still with us.
00:04:22.960 And it's a terrible, terrible thing that she isn't.
00:04:24.960 Now, I will also say that we have to remember that these things are extremely complicated.
00:04:33.700 And I don't know the full details of exactly what happened, but one of the reasons why every
00:04:37.840 single person, whether they're pro-life or pro-choice in this country, I've never spoken to a single
00:04:42.300 pro-life person who doesn't believe in exceptions to cover this exact scenario.
00:04:46.680 Where you have a pregnancy that is endangering a woman's life, it is a terrible, terrible tragedy,
00:04:51.640 but you've got to let that woman make the decision that makes the most sense for her.
00:04:56.260 It's called the life of the mother exception.
00:04:58.700 Every single pro-life person, even people who are very, very hardcore on the pro-life issue,
00:05:04.980 they believe in a life of the mother exception.
00:05:07.260 So I'd like to learn a little bit more about this case and understand the details a little
00:05:10.680 bit better, but it's an unspeakable tragedy.
00:05:13.140 It should never happen in this country, and that's why we believe on the pro-life side in
00:05:18.180 the life of the mother exception.
00:05:21.640 Hi, Senator.
00:05:28.080 It's Kidd again.
00:05:29.200 Thanks for taking my question.
00:05:30.420 I want to go back to what you said about believing that Trump needs the same security detail
00:05:35.360 as Biden.
00:05:36.020 Do you know if there is efforts underway to make that happen, and have you specifically
00:05:40.180 requested more Secret Service protection?
00:05:43.380 So, Kidd, I have not requested more Secret Service protection.
00:05:46.200 I think that we have what we need, and again, we've, you know, I think these guys are doing
00:05:50.260 a great job, and I'm thankful for them, and I'm proud of them.
00:05:53.020 And I...
00:05:54.020 Now, sometimes I wish they would drive a little bit faster.
00:06:03.360 I mean, these Secret Service agents, they drive like Miss Daisy, and I'm trying to see...
00:06:06.700 Well, I got this...
00:06:07.320 I got Matt to laugh a little bit here.
00:06:08.900 But they do not go faster than 68 miles per hour on the highway.
00:06:13.540 I'd like to change that kid.
00:06:14.760 But otherwise, no changes to my Secret Service detail.
00:06:17.840 But in terms of what President Trump, what's going on with President Trump, I do not know,
00:06:22.500 to be clear, whether the President, meaning President Trump, has requested additional
00:06:26.280 protection.
00:06:26.720 I've talked to some of my friends on Capitol Hill, where they're trying to find ways to
00:06:30.760 appropriate money so that he has a security detail that maps up with President Biden's
00:06:35.200 security detail.
00:06:36.180 That's as much as I know.
00:06:37.600 I don't know how likely those things are to be successful.
00:06:39.840 But look, my pitch to my Democratic friends, who, you know, a lot of them, by the way, I
00:06:44.740 think will vote for Donald Trump in November.
00:06:46.140 But even, let's say, Democratic leadership that has made hating Donald Trump the whole reason
00:06:51.460 of their existence in politics, what I'd say is assassinations destroy the social fabric
00:06:58.700 of this country.
00:06:59.940 I mean, we're very proud on our side to have the support of Bobby Kennedy Jr., and he's
00:07:03.840 a great guy.
00:07:04.580 I've gotten to know him very well over the last few weeks.
00:07:12.100 But I think in many ways, this country never healed from the assassination of Robert F.
00:07:17.640 Kennedy Jr.
00:07:18.660 And yeah, there were a lot of people who didn't like Bobby Kennedy.
00:07:20.920 There were a lot of people who loved him.
00:07:22.720 But whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, if an assassin takes out a presidential candidate
00:07:27.900 in the midst of this election, it is going to cause a rift and a wound in this country
00:07:33.620 that will be so deep, it will never heal.
00:07:36.220 So we cannot let this happen.
00:07:38.100 We cannot let another person take a credible shot at Donald Trump's life.
00:07:43.300 It's disgraceful, and we can do more to protect him, and I think that we have to do more to
00:07:47.660 protect him, not just for his sake, but for the sake of the American people.
00:07:50.920 And our shared project as American citizens.
00:08:01.380 So let me leave you with just this final thought here.
00:08:05.480 And again, thank you all for being here.
00:08:07.780 But there was a story that dominated headlines last week.
00:08:10.820 It was actually a story in southwestern Ohio, about 45 minutes from where I grew up, a town
00:08:15.480 called Springfield, Ohio.
00:08:17.240 And what happened in Springfield, I think, is an example of what Kamala Harris' open border,
00:08:22.620 what she wants to do to every small town and big city in this country, which is over the
00:08:27.020 last few years, 20,000 migrants, primarily from Haitia, have been dropped into Springfield, Ohio.
00:08:33.640 And it's caused an incredible stress on nearly every local service.
00:08:38.680 You've got public schools where there are 1,000 kids in a small town, 1,000 kids who don't speak
00:08:44.820 English.
00:08:45.180 You've got local hospitals and clinics that are totally overwhelmed.
00:08:48.660 You've got 8,000 people on the Medicaid rolls that weren't even in the community just three
00:08:54.020 short years ago.
00:08:54.840 And you've got a lot of people getting evicted from their homes to make way for people who
00:08:59.500 are receiving government benefits.
00:09:01.400 The idea of kicking American citizens out of their homes for non-citizens who are receiving
00:09:06.420 a welfare check is disgraceful, and it shouldn't happen.
00:09:09.480 It is an absolute disgrace, but President Trump and I have been talking about this issue.
00:09:19.760 We're going to keep on talking about this issue because all over the country, I just saw a
00:09:23.780 story about a small town in Pennsylvania where something else similar is happening.
00:09:27.120 You've got a massive influx of migrants.
00:09:29.260 You've got people who now can't afford housing.
00:09:31.480 And in the name of Kamala Harris' open border, you are destroying the American dream of home
00:09:36.800 ownership and home security.
00:09:38.080 It is a disgrace.
00:09:39.740 But I want to tell you what's even more disgraceful.
00:09:42.640 What's even more disgraceful than the policy is the effort to silence the residents of Springfield.
00:09:49.020 I've seen this from the American media.
00:09:51.120 A lot of people who pretend to be fair journalists.
00:09:53.780 You know what they've been saying?
00:09:55.000 For the last few days, Springfield has been experiencing an unbelievable number, something
00:09:59.680 like 35, 40 bomb threats in Springfield in just the last few days.
00:10:05.140 And you know what the governor of Ohio came out yesterday and said?
00:10:08.960 Every single one of those bomb threats was a hoax.
00:10:12.180 And all of those bomb threats came from foreign countries.
00:10:15.960 So the American media for three days has been lying and saying that Donald Trump and I are inciting
00:10:23.760 bomb threats when in reality, the American media has been laundering foreign disinformation.
00:10:29.660 It is disgusting.
00:10:30.420 And every single one of them owes the residents of Springfield an apology.
00:10:34.740 But I think it illustrates something, my friends, that is so sick from the American press in 2024.
00:10:46.700 And it's that instead of talking about the crises in our country, they try to silence the people who are experiencing them.
00:10:52.860 Because their message in talking about these bomb threats and in lying to the American people and saying they came from me and Donald Trump,
00:11:00.840 what they're doing is trying to shut all of us up.
00:11:04.140 They're trying to say, how dare you, citizens of Springfield, complain about this migrant inflow because now these bomb threats are happening.
00:11:11.180 How dare you complain about the fact that you can't afford housing.
00:11:14.580 How dare you complain about Kamala's open border.
00:11:17.160 The media conspired to shut American citizens up.
00:11:21.140 They owe every single American an apology and they ought to.
00:11:34.680 And after giving every single American an apology, why don't they think about covering the real crisis,
00:11:41.880 which is Kamala's open border and its many, many victims.
00:11:45.480 Focus on the real story, American media.
00:11:47.440 Stop trying to shut up the people who are telling the real story.
00:11:51.140 Do your job.
00:11:52.560 Cover what's going on in this race and the American people will be better off for it.
00:11:57.040 USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!
00:12:11.320 USA! USA!
00:12:12.320 USA! USA!
00:12:13.680 So with with gratitude to all of you and with gratitude to the state of Michigan, I want to ask you to do everything that you can over the seven weeks that we have left in this campaign. Knock on doors if you can. Call neighbors if you can. Get your friends and family out to the polls. We have got seven days to save this country and it's going to start in the great state of Michigan. God bless you guys. Thank you for having me.
00:12:43.680 Turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:13:01.500 A commentator, international social media sensation and former Navy intelligence veteran. This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:13:11.000 Christ is. The FBI has assumed the role as the lead federal law enforcement agency in the investigation of the incident that occurred earlier today at Trump International Golf Course.
00:13:23.580 The suspect in the apparent attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump, Brian Wesley Routh.
00:13:29.320 Investigators say Routh was the man with an AK style rifle 300 to 500 yards away from the former president.
00:13:36.600 How did he know that? I'm signing an executive order assigning the case involving the attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump to the office of statewide prosecutor under the supervision of attorney general Ashley Moody.
00:13:51.040 The suspect, Ryan Routh, is believed to have committed state law violations across multiple judicial circuits in this state.
00:13:58.860 Also, the state of Florida has jurisdiction over the most serious, straightforward offense, which is attempted murder.
00:14:06.600 So if Donald Trump wants people, wants Kamala Harris and others to say, to stop saying that he is a threat to democracy, then he should stop threatening democracy.
00:14:16.860 You know the big difference between conservatives and liberals?
00:14:19.880 No one has tried to kill Kamala Harris in the last couple of months.
00:14:23.960 And two people now have tried to kill Donald Trump in the last couple of months.
00:14:27.940 I'd say that's pretty strong evidence that the left needs to tone down the rhetoric and needs to cut this crap out.
00:14:34.700 Thank God the president's OK.
00:14:37.160 I think we got a full report so far.
00:14:39.160 We're down there tonight.
00:14:40.060 But one thing I want to make clear.
00:14:42.500 The service needs more help.
00:14:44.940 And I think the Congress should respond to their needs.
00:14:47.540 What was really incredible is in every single restaurant, of the people willing to talk to us, we could only find one Harris supporter in every restaurant.
00:14:55.400 I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda.
00:15:02.360 And whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged is something that would be a better deterrence.
00:15:11.320 All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily here live in Washington, D.C.
00:15:17.920 Today is September 17th, 2024.
00:15:20.480 And O'Dominy just heard J.D. Vance there just give a completely wide-ranging press conference slash town hall that he was holding in Michigan.
00:15:30.120 And I got to say, J.D., he looked modern-day presidential to me, just knocking dinger out of dinger.
00:15:36.380 Every question that comes up, the assassination to Springfield, Ohio, speaking for the people there, tough questions on abortion, he's ready.
00:15:46.900 And look, folks, there's no question J.D. Vance has leveled up.
00:15:51.580 He's leveled up to meet the moment.
00:15:53.480 I don't know if Senator Vance, right?
00:15:55.440 There was Senator Vance, and he was doing good.
00:15:58.140 But this vice presidential candidate Vance, I mean, this is, we're seeing a whole new J.D. Vance, someone who's really grown into this role.
00:16:06.480 And I believe he looks more comfortable up there than I've seen.
00:16:09.360 He looks more, just more relaxed and totally in command of the issues, totally in command of what matters.
00:16:17.520 And I love this, that you ask him a question, a tough question, he goes back to the people.
00:16:21.300 He always brings it back to the people.
00:16:23.180 And that's what this entire movement is about.
00:16:25.180 How does this affect people?
00:16:27.560 And how do we take our values, right?
00:16:29.660 How do we take the things that we value and make sure that it affects the people in the right way?
00:16:36.020 So it's not about putting ideology first.
00:16:38.120 It's not about putting party first.
00:16:39.460 It's about putting the American people first.
00:16:42.180 And in this case, so for example, Springfield, which you talked about as well, the people of Springfield, not only are they people who are willing and are hurting to speak out,
00:16:52.980 but they're demanding a chance to speak out.
00:16:55.200 These are his constituents.
00:16:56.420 They're his neighbors, okay?
00:16:58.020 There's his neighbors in the Dayton area.
00:17:00.300 I think he lives, he's from north of there.
00:17:02.480 But again, these are his constituents.
00:17:05.100 These are people who are living with the same situation that he's talked about for a long time,
00:17:09.480 that President Trump's talked about for a long time.
00:17:11.340 And the media wants to silence them.
00:17:13.420 The media wants to demonize them simply for telling the truth.
00:17:17.060 The same media, oh, by the way, that's been attacking and demonizing J.D. Vance and President Trump for simply carrying forward,
00:17:26.600 carrying forward the voices of their constituents, the voices of the people, the voices of the voters.
00:17:32.820 So they'll demonize J.D. Vance and President Trump for talking about migrant crime, migrant violence, and all of the things going on.
00:17:42.520 But meanwhile, if you try to kill President Trump, if you try to assassinate him, let's see how the media responds.
00:17:50.540 Because I went and checked out the New York Times today, as I do every day, and what did I see?
00:17:56.020 He, suspect in apparent Trump assassination plot, crusaded for many causes.
00:18:04.240 Crusaded for many causes.
00:18:05.420 They called him a crusader.
00:18:07.800 And then down, if you go into the actual body of the article, because I was like, oh, I got to read this article.
00:18:13.760 I got to read every single word of this one.
00:18:15.860 And I know how the New York Times talks about J.D. Vance and President Trump.
00:18:19.120 And I know how they talk about me.
00:18:20.700 And I know how they talk about everyone associated with this movement.
00:18:23.340 And Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon, who's a political prisoner, and my friend Charlie Kirk, and everybody else.
00:18:28.460 And what do I see?
00:18:30.140 A crusader for causes, large and small.
00:18:34.080 A crusader for causes, large and small.
00:18:36.820 The media wants to make this happen again.
00:18:39.900 The media wants another person to try to take a shot at President Trump.
00:18:44.420 That's what we know that studies have shown.
00:18:46.340 That when, when shooters, mass shooters, domestic terrorists get positive coverage in the mainstream media, what does it do?
00:18:54.980 It inspires copycats.
00:18:56.980 The media is trying to inspire a copycat, copycat killer.
00:19:01.620 And potentially this already was a copycat killer of the first one.
00:19:05.340 And by the way, you already know that on the Bulletproof Project, we are investigating currently with private investigators whether or not there were connections between these two shooters.
00:19:17.080 And if they are, I guarantee you, our team will find them.
00:19:21.160 You want to get access to that, it's buybulletproof.com or just get the book.
00:19:24.840 All of the work that we're putting into this will go towards continuing the investigation.
00:19:31.200 And we're, may have some more plans about that.
00:19:33.720 That remains to be seen.
00:19:35.240 But there's a huge piece that came out of Homeland Security.
00:19:38.080 John Solomon will be joining us later in the hour to discuss this more.
00:19:41.980 That it turns out the Department of Homeland Security had flagged Ryan Wesley Ralph on his way back to the United States from Ukraine.
00:19:50.760 And apparently they greenlighted him when he came across the border.
00:19:58.520 Greenlighted him, even though he had already been flagged for being involved in Ukraine foreign fighters.
00:20:02.640 Kind of interesting.
00:20:03.820 What does that mean?
00:20:04.980 Let's take it forward to the next step.
00:20:07.040 Human Events Daily continues.
00:20:15.000 They talk about influencers.
00:20:16.920 These are influencers.
00:20:18.820 And they're friends of mine.
00:20:21.180 Jack Prasovic.
00:20:22.680 Where's Jack?
00:20:23.620 Jack.
00:20:24.600 He's done a great job.
00:20:28.120 Okay, Jack Prasovic back here.
00:20:29.840 Human Events Daily live.
00:20:31.360 Washington, D.C.
00:20:32.380 America.
00:20:33.020 Listen up.
00:20:33.940 It's no coincidence that we are seeing a surge of new health crises.
00:20:37.940 First, a massive COVID-19 spike with 1.2 million new cases reported daily.
00:20:42.180 Then, the World Health Organization declares monkeypox a global health emergency.
00:20:47.920 Now, we are gearing up for a bird flu summit.
00:20:50.960 It's clear.
00:20:51.760 They're setting the stage for more planned pandemics.
00:20:53.800 These scandemics.
00:20:54.920 These aren't coincidences.
00:20:56.100 They're calculated moves to keep us in fear and control.
00:20:59.760 Ask yourself, were you prepared for the last pandemic and all those lockdowns?
00:21:03.220 A staggering 48% of Americans do not have any emergency supplies.
00:21:09.060 It's time to take control.

00:21:58.520 I'm a huge fan of the wellness company.
00:22:00.180 You guys will be as well.
00:22:01.400 They will become your new pharmacy.
00:22:03.660 I guarantee I've got a couple of kits right here, by the way.
00:22:06.260 They are fantastic.
00:22:07.840 It is what you need.
00:22:09.920 Folks, I wanted to get on here because we've got the great,
00:22:14.140 the founder and president of Basilisk Strategies and, we're told,
00:22:19.520 potential men's club, Vish Burra, now joins us.
00:22:22.400 Vish, how's it going, man?
00:22:24.540 I'm doing great, Jack.
00:22:25.620 How are you doing?
00:22:27.280 I'm doing fantastic.
00:22:28.640 So, Vish, I wanted to check in with you a little bit because people are saying
00:22:33.480 that what's the vibe right now?
00:22:36.040 What is the vibe of the election?
00:22:37.860 You've got a debate, a contentious debate.
00:22:40.820 You've got the cats and the dogs in Cleveland,
00:22:43.340 the Haitian migrants running around,
00:22:45.240 another assassination attempt on President Trump.
00:22:48.320 President Trump going up on spaces last night.
00:22:50.520 He's got the crypto coming out.
00:22:52.420 So, the question, though, is with 49 days to go,
00:22:56.280 what is the vibe in 2024?
00:22:59.940 And what should people be looking to do?
00:23:02.680 And again, the action that people need to come down on.
00:23:06.320 And everyone knows that Vish Burra rose from the bowels of the engine room,
00:23:10.980 of the war room, clawed his way to the surface like the kidnapped children of the thuggy cult
00:23:18.460 in Temple of Doom.
00:23:19.960 That's actually where Vish grew up when he was down there mining the gemstones.
00:23:25.000 So, Vish, you know, Kalima, Kalima, what's the vibe?
00:23:28.300 The vibe is that we need to be sprinting to the finish line, and everybody knows it,
00:23:34.820 including our enemies.
00:23:36.020 That's why now they have resorted to taking another shot at the President of the United States,
00:23:42.040 Donald Trump.
00:23:43.680 The fact is that we are now focused on delivering ballots, banking ballots.
00:23:50.700 There's not much that can be said anymore, and Kamala Harris will not say anything either.
00:23:57.720 Because the more you hear of her, the more people dislike her.
00:24:01.820 This is why she's been hiding since day one.
00:24:04.640 This is why she won't come out.
00:24:06.340 This is why, even during the debate, she said absolutely nothing that had any staying power.
00:24:13.020 Whereas Donald Trump's cat and dogs line is now viral all over TikTok.
00:24:19.800 Those internals must have been devastating in order for the events of the last few days to have carried out.
00:24:27.920 I mean, it's not just that someone tried to take another shot at the President,
00:24:32.020 but the senators in the U.S. Senate sent a letter to the Federal Reserve demanding a cut in the interest rates by 75 basis points.
00:24:43.740 That is insane.
00:24:45.340 You'd be lucky to get 50.
00:24:47.360 But the fact is that that must be a signal that not only are we looking at a historic win for President Trump,
00:24:55.660 but we're also looking at possibly historic wins in the Senate, possibly historic wins in the House.
00:25:02.920 It is just a matter of, again, MAGA is inevitable.
00:25:07.780 You cannot stop what's coming.
00:25:09.820 That is the vibe.
00:25:10.840 We are sprinting full speed ahead.
00:25:12.960 Again, we are in the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter of this game.
00:25:18.320 We have no choice but to make sure every target is completed, every task is completed, and we drive this ball right into the end zone.
00:25:28.840 No, Vince, I couldn't agree more.
00:25:30.380 And look, as Steve would tell us, it's about action, action, action.
00:25:33.880 That's why I'm telling people to get involved with Cliff Maloney and Scott Pressler in Pennsylvania,
00:25:37.980 get involved with Turning Point Action in Wisconsin and Arizona.
00:25:42.540 By the way, I'm told that Turning Point Action will be offering paid positions, paid positions with Turning Point Action.
00:25:50.160 I believe Cliff Maloney has those in Pennsylvania as well for people who want to get involved in conducting this action right now.
00:25:56.300 So we're not just talking about.
00:25:57.280 Yes, obviously, there are volunteer positions, as many as we can take,
00:26:00.620 but there are even paid positions because there is money going to this to find people who are willing to do it full time,
00:26:07.280 as well as in Pennsylvania.
00:26:09.060 I mentioned before, I'll be there on Monday.
00:26:11.620 So this coming Monday, I will be in Pennsylvania with Tucker Carlson, with Alex Jones, Redding PA, Santander Arena,
00:26:21.740 and we are going to be doing the Bulletproof Project briefing,
00:26:24.760 the first briefing on the assassination attempt to fish.
00:26:27.460 When you see a situation where you've got, why is the media, let me ask this,
00:26:31.880 why is the media so hell-bent on trying to pin inciting violence on Trump and Vance
00:26:38.780 when we haven't seen any violence come from them?
00:26:42.060 And at the same time, we see violence being conducted by Trump and Vance haters
00:26:47.920 and people trying to kill President Trump, not just once, but twice.
00:26:53.540 It's actually a giant form of projection, Jack.
00:26:57.280 The fact of the matter is that my worst fear came true when I heard that the president
00:27:02.020 had another attempt on his life at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
00:27:07.800 This was my worst fear going into it when I heard about the first one,
00:27:12.000 that dread that took over not just us, but collectively all over America
00:27:16.700 when we heard someone took a shot at the president, and he miraculously survived, thank God.
00:27:22.600 But immediately, we should have went into multiple modes of deterrence,
00:27:27.500 not just letting people know logistically, operationally,
00:27:31.500 this will not happen again under any circumstance,
00:27:35.880 but to also make a rather large example of not just Thomas Crookes,
00:27:42.440 who was killed when he took that shot,
00:27:47.980 but including every other failure after we should have went into deterrence mode,
00:27:54.340 and we should have gotten accountability.
00:27:57.120 But what should have been a whole-of-government approach
00:28:00.320 to not just find out what happened on J-13,
00:28:04.400 but to find out the systemic failures that happened on J-13
00:28:07.640 has turned into a whole-of-government failure.
00:28:10.560 And it's such a failure that someone else felt emboldened
00:28:15.900 to take another shot at the president.
00:28:19.720 And now we know that the people that they're in the president.
00:28:20.780 Well, Vish, Vish, here's what I got to ask you.
00:28:22.620 Here's what I got to ask you.
00:28:23.980 Here's what I got to ask you.
00:28:25.140 So we talk about whole-of-government failure,
00:28:27.260 but here's the question.
00:28:28.520 We lay this out in Bulletproof, in the Bulletproof Project
00:28:31.520 that people can go and get.
00:28:32.920 The question before us is now,
00:28:34.860 was this a failure or was this an intention?
00:28:40.560 Well, now we have no choice but to question its intentionality.
00:28:45.120 You know, they talk about this guy, this traitor, Mr. Routh,
00:28:49.380 who tried to take a shot at the president.
00:28:51.760 They talk about him as a crusader.
00:28:54.320 You know what?
00:28:54.920 I think it's time that we have our own,
00:28:58.140 not investigation and inquisition,
00:29:00.560 into the deep state and into the media.
00:29:02.820 The media for aiding and abetting these folks,
00:29:06.620 these crazies on their side,
00:29:08.100 and inciting them into justifying taking a shot
00:29:12.060 at the president with their rhetoric.
00:29:14.060 But then the deep state,
00:29:15.600 who then not only has questionable connections
00:29:18.720 to this whole thing,
00:29:20.000 taking questionable actions throughout this whole thing,
00:29:22.840 and then refusing to answer and comply with questions,
00:29:26.940 obstructing justice, hindering prosecution.
00:29:30.140 These are all crimes.
00:29:32.660 And we demand,
00:29:34.380 we have to demand an inquisition
00:29:37.340 into the deep state and the media
00:29:40.400 for their aiding and abetting
00:29:42.420 and inciting of these freaks
00:29:44.520 to try and take a shot at President Trump.
00:29:47.100 And we've got to look into the DHS
00:29:50.420 for obstruction and hindering prosecution.
00:29:53.620 They're the ones that are putting a giant block on this thing.
00:29:56.440 And let's not forget,
00:29:57.860 the DHS was created by George Bush,
00:30:01.020 who, and the Bush family,
00:30:02.140 going back to Prescott Bush,
00:30:03.520 are involved in their own intrigues around assassination.
00:30:05.920 Well, and Vish, Vish,
00:30:06.880 let me go back real quick.
00:30:08.200 Let me go back real quick
00:30:09.100 because I know we have a couple minutes with you.
00:30:10.580 But on the media question,
00:30:12.780 I've gone through and I've looked at this.
00:30:14.720 New York Times, CBS, Semaphore, Newsweek.
00:30:19.460 The Trump assassin has done more press
00:30:22.640 than Kamala Harris at this point.
00:30:25.000 And he's in direct communication
00:30:26.780 with high-level journalists
00:30:28.640 at all of these different institutions.
00:30:31.680 High-level regime journalists
00:30:33.260 were in contact with the shooter.
00:30:35.860 Now, the question is, that I have,
00:30:37.780 is when did that contact break off?
00:30:40.540 When did they stop?
00:30:41.420 Because I see he's got a GoPro up there.
00:30:43.360 So was he shopping the story around?
00:30:45.400 Was he trying to give someone the exclusive?
00:30:47.640 Did he have contact in his phone
00:30:50.000 with any media outlets prior to this?
00:30:52.900 And did anyone, if you watch that great film
00:30:55.340 Nightcrawler out there,
00:30:56.540 did any of these media know that this shot was coming
00:31:00.360 and didn't say anything about it
00:31:02.120 because they wanted the exclusive?
00:31:03.840 Did they have foreknowledge and didn't say anything?
00:31:07.020 That's one of the questions
00:31:08.140 that I want to see the media on for.
00:31:09.900 And I want every single piece of evidence
00:31:11.920 from his phone.
00:31:12.940 And I want him interrogated immediately over this
00:31:15.340 and all of the foreign questions.
00:31:17.140 You're right, Vish.
00:31:17.740 This guy was a traitor.
00:31:19.180 Last minute to you.
00:31:20.140 Not only was a traitor,
00:31:22.920 but now we have to ask very, very serious questions.
00:31:26.100 I mean, the fact that both Mr. Crooks
00:31:29.020 and Mr. Routh both appeared in BlackRock commercials,
00:31:33.440 I have to imagine,
00:31:34.900 not only is this guy well-
00:31:35.580 I haven't seen a BlackRock commercial
00:31:37.280 for the second guy.
00:31:38.780 I've seen it as a Battalion commercial,
00:31:40.300 but I haven't seen a BlackRock one.
00:31:41.400 Are we really going to think about
00:31:45.720 if that was actually explicitly a BlackRock commercial?
00:31:50.460 What I think is that there is a PR agency,
00:31:53.620 a media agency in between
00:31:55.240 that's rolling with this guy that has-
00:31:57.440 Oh, I gotcha.
00:31:59.940 So you're right,
00:32:01.020 because it does look like that same style of video.
00:32:04.220 It looks like that style.
00:32:05.460 And you see them with the Azov Battalion.
00:32:06.900 The Azov Battalion,
00:32:08.120 which we know is directly tied
00:32:09.620 to CIA operations all across Ukraine.
00:32:12.680 Vish Burra, real quick,
00:32:13.440 we're going to be before I follow you, brother.
00:32:15.580 Find me on Twitter,
00:32:16.360 at Vish Burra.
00:32:17.300 Find me on Truth Social,
00:32:18.680 at Vish.
00:32:20.760 The traitor,
00:32:21.900 the traitor,
00:32:22.740 Ryan Routh.
00:32:23.960 What must be done with the traitor?
00:32:25.840 Be right back,
00:32:26.460 Mike Davis.
00:32:26.880 In the hood,
00:32:32.680 I rolled with bloods,
00:32:33.880 and them boys had a saying.
00:32:36.480 You can't be listening to all that slappy whack,
00:32:38.860 trimatazolitzabam ship,
00:32:40.700 nippy bam bam,
00:32:41.920 like Human Events with Jack Posobiec.
00:32:45.380 All right,
00:32:45.940 Jack Posobiec back live here,
00:32:47.180 Human Events Daily,
00:32:48.340 Washington, D.C.
00:32:49.340 Folks,
00:32:49.720 you do not need me to tell you
00:32:51.220 that life is precious,
00:32:53.140 that it could all get taken away
00:32:54.680 in an instant.
00:32:55.660 And President Trump knows that.
00:32:58.180 That's why I keep a four-week emergency food kit
00:33:00.320 from my Patriot supply in my home.
00:33:02.920 You keep one in your trunk, too,
00:33:03.840 by the way, folks,
00:33:04.420 with your car.
00:33:05.320 It's got everything my family could need
00:33:06.760 during a crisis.
00:33:07.940 With over 2,000 calories per day,
00:33:11.740 that's enough to go around
00:33:13.180 during times of social unrest,
00:33:15.500 government crackdowns,
00:33:16.620 or, God forbid,
00:33:17.720 an attack on our homeland.
00:33:19.680 The food lasts for up to 25 years,
00:33:21.780 and it's ready for whenever a disaster strikes.
00:33:23.880 We've seen mass panic in our lifetimes before.
00:33:27.020 Some were not that long ago.
00:33:28.820 I'm not going to take my family's safety
00:33:30.420 for granted anymore.
00:33:31.760 Are you?
00:33:32.520 Right now,
00:33:33.120 you can get $50 off

00:33:55.860 That's mypatriotsupply.com.
00:33:58.360 Very excited, folks.
00:33:59.700 Mike Davis is on with this here
00:34:01.380 Article 3 project
00:34:02.500 because, Mike,
00:34:03.660 I actually had a question for you
00:34:05.040 that I don't know
00:34:05.740 that people are talking about right now,
00:34:07.680 and it's something that we need
00:34:09.220 to steer the gears back in
00:34:10.720 with 49 days to the election.
00:34:13.380 You've always told us
00:34:14.480 that Trump's goal
00:34:15.680 and his legal team's goal
00:34:17.120 was to delay the cases
00:34:18.620 out to the election.
00:34:19.760 So delay it out
00:34:20.800 beyond the election day.
00:34:22.420 But I want to talk
00:34:23.380 scenario time here.
00:34:25.280 Tell me,
00:34:26.180 and we know, of course,
00:34:27.200 that his sentencing date
00:34:28.020 still looms.
00:34:29.640 What happens
00:34:30.600 to President Trump
00:34:31.960 if he does not win
00:34:33.640 the election
00:34:34.360 on the legal front?
00:34:36.600 So it's pretty stark.
00:34:39.240 President Trump
00:34:39.960 either goes back
00:34:42.060 to the White House
00:34:42.860 after November 5th,
00:34:44.640 or he goes to Rikers Island.
00:34:46.320 And that sounds
00:34:47.940 like a doomsday scenario,
00:34:50.520 but it's on track
00:34:51.660 for that to happen.
00:34:52.880 Judge Juan Mershon,
00:34:53.900 this corrupt Democrat
00:34:55.020 judge in New York,
00:34:57.440 has his sentencing date
00:34:59.540 set for late November.
00:35:01.860 And make no mistake,
00:35:03.660 if President Trump
00:35:06.020 does not win the White House,
00:35:07.660 Judge Mershon
00:35:08.360 will send him
00:35:09.080 to Rikers Island.
00:35:09.820 And what is
00:35:13.420 the current date
00:35:14.020 on that?
00:35:15.340 I think it was
00:35:16.060 November 25th,
00:35:18.700 somewhere in there.
00:35:20.740 So three weeks
00:35:22.840 after the election.
00:35:24.560 Yeah.
00:35:25.340 It's like November 25th
00:35:27.620 or 26th.
00:35:29.220 But it's,
00:35:29.780 it's,
00:35:30.800 that's the 26th,
00:35:31.860 Tuesday,
00:35:32.200 Tuesday the 26th.
00:35:33.600 And think about it
00:35:35.600 this way.
00:35:35.960 Judge Juan Mershon,
00:35:38.640 remember,
00:35:39.100 he's corrupt.
00:35:40.000 And I don't say that lightly
00:35:41.000 as a lawyer.
00:35:41.580 He is corrupt
00:35:42.300 because his daughter,
00:35:44.120 Lauren Mershon,
00:35:45.020 is raising millions
00:35:46.640 of dollars
00:35:47.360 off of this
00:35:48.000 unprecedented trial
00:35:49.200 over which
00:35:49.900 her father,
00:35:51.100 Judge Juan Mershon,
00:35:52.480 is presiding.
00:35:53.340 He donated,
00:35:54.420 he's donated,
00:35:55.840 he's a Democrat donor,
00:35:58.160 which is illegal
00:36:00.060 under New York law
00:36:00.920 to be a campaign donor.
00:36:02.660 His daughter's raising money
00:36:03.940 off of this case.
00:36:04.800 She gets a percentage
00:36:06.100 of that.
00:36:06.840 She is a contractor
00:36:08.280 for Kamala Harris'
00:36:10.060 campaign,
00:36:10.660 this Lauren Mershon.
00:36:12.160 And this has been
00:36:12.820 a rigged process
00:36:14.420 from the start
00:36:15.360 in New York
00:36:15.960 with the Soros-funded
00:36:17.060 Manhattan DA,
00:36:18.420 Alvin Bragg,
00:36:18.960 who campaigned
00:36:19.780 on getting Trump.
00:36:20.720 Matthew Colangelo
00:36:21.880 getting deployed
00:36:23.020 from the number three office
00:36:24.160 in the Biden-Kamala
00:36:25.720 Justice Department.
00:36:26.760 They brought these
00:36:27.340 bogus charges
00:36:28.140 against Trump
00:36:28.780 for the non-crime
00:36:31.080 of a businessman
00:36:32.140 settling a nuisance claim
00:36:33.860 and putting it
00:36:34.500 in his private books
00:36:36.040 as a legal expense.
00:36:38.020 I don't know
00:36:38.680 what else you would call it.
00:36:39.520 I've been a lawyer
00:36:39.940 for nearly 20 years, Jack.
00:36:41.060 I don't know
00:36:41.500 what you would call
00:36:42.240 the settlement
00:36:42.840 of a claim,
00:36:45.760 a nuisance claim,
00:36:46.580 other than a legal expense.
00:36:48.700 And so I guess
00:36:49.540 I've been committing felonies
00:36:51.320 with my clients
00:36:52.180 for almost 20 years
00:36:53.080 by settling
00:36:53.740 these claims
00:36:55.040 and booking it
00:36:56.960 as a legal expense
00:36:58.140 in your books.
00:36:59.680 But somehow
00:37:00.060 this legal expense
00:37:01.700 from 2017
00:37:03.220 somehow affected
00:37:04.880 the 2016 election
00:37:06.300 and somehow
00:37:08.260 these bookkeeping
00:37:09.800 misdemeanors
00:37:10.480 at best,
00:37:10.980 they're not bookkeeping
00:37:11.700 misdemeanors
00:37:12.220 because a legal expense
00:37:13.260 is a legal expense.
00:37:14.600 Somehow they got transformed
00:37:15.920 into 34 felony counts
00:37:18.400 against Trump
00:37:19.460 and they didn't tell Trump
00:37:20.640 what the legal allegations
00:37:22.040 are during this trial.
00:37:24.820 We still don't know
00:37:25.640 the legal allegations
00:37:26.400 even after the trial is over.
00:37:28.440 You have a stacked jury
00:37:29.440 that's 87% Democrat.
00:37:32.260 You have these biased witnesses,
00:37:35.520 these people
00:37:36.140 who are serial liars,
00:37:38.020 perjurers,
00:37:38.620 disbarred attorney,
00:37:39.820 Michael Cohen,
00:37:41.040 Stormy Daniels
00:37:41.800 who's raising money,
00:37:43.860 peddling her porn site,
00:37:45.600 changed her story many times.
00:37:48.080 This case is,
00:37:50.000 this is the biggest injustice
00:37:52.000 I think you can imagine
00:37:53.260 if you're writing
00:37:53.880 a law school exam,
00:37:55.560 this New York case
00:37:56.680 would be a law school exam.
00:37:59.060 It's so comical,
00:38:00.340 but the problem is
00:38:01.180 it's not funny,
00:38:01.940 it's reality.
00:38:03.020 And the issue is
00:38:04.360 if Trump does not win
00:38:06.020 the White House,
00:38:06.700 Mershon will send Trump
00:38:07.900 to Rikers Island.
00:38:10.700 So there you go, folks.
00:38:12.500 Three weeks after.
00:38:13.440 And then can the Supreme Court,
00:38:15.400 I mean,
00:38:15.620 I'm sure they can get involved,
00:38:17.600 but would this be something
00:38:19.560 that you think
00:38:20.520 would be carried out
00:38:21.740 immediately
00:38:22.400 or would this,
00:38:23.940 or I guess it would then
00:38:24.620 go as a question.
00:38:25.660 I'm sure his legal team
00:38:26.660 would obviously appeal this
00:38:28.060 to the federal level,
00:38:29.180 but again,
00:38:29.660 that's going to take time
00:38:30.660 because this is a state case.
00:38:32.560 Yeah,
00:38:33.060 I mean,
00:38:33.380 you would hope
00:38:34.160 and pray
00:38:34.720 that the Supreme Court
00:38:35.700 would step in
00:38:36.440 and step in quickly
00:38:37.340 and stay the execution
00:38:38.360 of judgment
00:38:38.840 because there are so many
00:38:39.840 reversible errors
00:38:41.680 in this case.
00:38:43.400 Again,
00:38:43.900 we don't even know
00:38:44.480 what the legal allegations
00:38:45.440 are against Trump.
00:38:47.060 You have,
00:38:47.680 so you don't have fair notice,
00:38:49.000 you don't have due process
00:38:50.140 for the criminal defendant.
00:38:51.740 The bigger problem
00:38:52.560 for Mershon
00:38:53.660 and Bragg and Colangelo
00:38:55.680 is they let in evidence
00:38:57.560 that the Supreme Court
00:38:58.560 just held
00:38:59.160 in the presidential immunity
00:39:00.940 decision in June
00:39:02.360 that they can't let in.
00:39:04.240 Evidence that's subject
00:39:05.400 to presidential immunity.
00:39:06.560 They let in evidence
00:39:07.820 over Trump's objection,
00:39:10.480 his conversations
00:39:11.680 as the president
00:39:12.660 of the United States
00:39:13.600 with his deputy
00:39:14.440 White House chief of staff
00:39:16.060 for communications,
00:39:17.080 Hope Hicks,
00:39:17.640 and then Madeline,
00:39:18.340 his deputy chief of staff
00:39:19.440 for operations.
00:39:20.600 Those are clearly subject
00:39:21.620 to presidential immunity.
00:39:22.920 They were,
00:39:23.320 that evidence was presented
00:39:24.640 to the grand jury.
00:39:25.500 It was presented
00:39:25.980 at trial to the jury.
00:39:27.360 That is reversible error.
00:39:28.640 On that ground alone,
00:39:30.360 the Supreme Court
00:39:31.160 would reverse this case,
00:39:32.800 but that doesn't mean
00:39:33.720 that Mershon
00:39:34.300 will not send Trump
00:39:35.660 to Rikers Island
00:39:36.940 on Tuesday,
00:39:38.460 November 26th,
00:39:39.880 just to make a point.
00:39:40.780 I mean,
00:39:41.760 Lauren Mershon's livelihood
00:39:43.160 could depend on that.
00:39:46.360 So there you go, folks.
00:39:47.820 Three weeks after the election,
00:39:49.820 you've got the election,
00:39:51.220 which by the way,
00:39:52.340 if,
00:39:52.940 for those of us,
00:39:54.080 by the way,
00:39:54.300 I'm laughing because
00:39:55.060 for those of us
00:39:55.760 following media coverage,
00:39:57.100 they're also telling us
00:39:58.360 that we're not going to know
00:39:59.580 the results on election day.
00:40:01.460 The count is still going
00:40:02.580 to be out in places like,
00:40:03.820 oh, I don't know,
00:40:04.740 Pennsylvania,
00:40:05.720 Michigan,
00:40:06.220 and Wisconsin.
00:40:07.020 So there could even be a case,
00:40:09.280 as crazy as it says,
00:40:11.760 or it sounds,
00:40:12.640 there could even be a case
00:40:14.020 that they're still recounting
00:40:16.320 or counting finding ballots
00:40:18.040 in places like Pennsylvania
00:40:19.680 as President Trump
00:40:21.180 is put into handcuffs
00:40:23.180 and hauled off
00:40:24.020 to Rikers Island.
00:40:25.000 We might not even know
00:40:26.140 who the winner
00:40:27.000 of the election is,
00:40:28.040 and I guarantee you
00:40:29.540 that is something
00:40:30.440 they would attempt to do
00:40:31.560 if they have the ability
00:40:32.800 to do so,
00:40:33.740 if the election day
00:40:35.220 does not come in
00:40:36.080 with a decisive victory.
00:40:38.080 Yeah, absolutely.
00:40:39.380 Look,
00:40:39.620 do you think that,
00:40:40.600 are you going to put anything
00:40:41.540 past these Democrats?
00:40:43.380 They tried to bankrupt Trump,
00:40:44.880 throw him in prison
00:40:45.500 for the rest of his life,
00:40:46.820 take him off the ballots.
00:40:48.380 When they failed,
00:40:49.400 they tried to destroy
00:40:50.420 the Supreme Court
00:40:51.360 that stopped them,
00:40:52.500 the Republic ending tactics
00:40:54.480 when it still looked like
00:40:56.000 Trump was going to win.
00:40:57.020 You had Kamala
00:40:58.420 got Joe Biden
00:41:00.520 in a bloodless coup
00:41:01.600 and throw out
00:41:02.200 14 million Democrat
00:41:03.720 primary voters.
00:41:04.640 A lot of democracy
00:41:05.460 from the Democrats there.
00:41:07.800 They want to throw
00:41:08.760 Trump off the ballot
00:41:09.620 and they want to install
00:41:10.600 Kamala Harris
00:41:11.240 who got zero primary votes
00:41:13.940 and then they underfund
00:41:15.020 Trump's Secret Service protection.
00:41:18.680 Trump's career officials
00:41:19.920 on his Secret Service detail
00:41:21.100 have made many requests
00:41:22.680 for beefed up protection.
00:41:24.000 They deny this.
00:41:25.360 They say,
00:41:25.680 no, he's just a former president
00:41:27.460 like he's Jimmy Carter
00:41:28.560 sitting around a nursing home
00:41:30.260 instead of the leading
00:41:31.240 presidential candidate.
00:41:32.820 He almost gets his head
00:41:33.720 blown off in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:41:35.960 It was by the grace of God,
00:41:37.580 a millimeter and a millisecond
00:41:39.400 saved his life.
00:41:40.380 And then two months later,
00:41:41.880 we have a sniper
00:41:43.100 that's in the bushes
00:41:44.320 at the president's golf club
00:41:47.420 for 12 hours.
00:41:48.360 And it just happens to be
00:41:50.520 that the Secret Service
00:41:51.360 see him with a rifle barrel
00:41:52.940 and shoot at him
00:41:54.080 to stop another
00:41:54.840 assassination attempt.
00:41:56.000 I mean,
00:41:56.700 this is recklessness
00:41:58.960 at best
00:42:00.480 that Joe Biden
00:42:01.340 and Kamala Harris
00:42:02.280 are the way
00:42:03.620 they're handling
00:42:04.200 Trump's protection.
00:42:06.020 I mean,
00:42:06.200 it is criminal
00:42:06.900 what they're doing.
00:42:09.620 Look,
00:42:10.200 people need to get
00:42:10.740 their heads in the game.
00:42:11.980 I was on Jesse Kelly
00:42:13.080 last night
00:42:13.600 and I said that
00:42:14.300 I would love to hear
00:42:15.320 if President Trump
00:42:16.060 speaks to Elon Musk
00:42:17.240 about personal security
00:42:18.360 and also family security.
00:42:19.740 He's got his son now
00:42:20.560 going to a high-profile
00:42:22.060 university up in New York City.
00:42:24.800 Elon Musk is someone
00:42:25.540 who's always taken
00:42:26.440 security procedures
00:42:27.500 and protocols
00:42:28.080 very seriously
00:42:29.100 for himself and his children.
00:42:30.680 And I think that would be huge.
00:42:31.760 Mike Davis,
00:42:32.440 we're just about out of time.
00:42:33.540 Where can people

00:44:33.420 All right.
00:44:33.740 Very excited now
00:44:34.460 to get my colleague
00:44:36.140 and the CEO
00:44:37.360 and host of
00:44:38.140 Just the News,
00:44:38.800 No Noise
00:44:39.460 is here,
00:44:40.320 John Solomon.
00:44:41.140 John, how are you?
00:44:41.820 Hey, Jack.
00:44:42.260 Good to be with you.
00:44:43.860 John, bombshell story
00:44:45.440 that you put out today
00:44:46.500 regarding DHS
00:44:47.860 and Ryan Routh.
00:44:49.160 Walk us through
00:44:49.700 very quickly
00:44:50.320 what you've uncovered.
00:44:51.180 Yeah, the fourth instance
00:44:52.220 in which federal authorities
00:44:53.160 had a chance
00:44:53.720 to maybe stop Ryan Routh
00:44:54.920 on his path
00:44:55.480 to becoming
00:44:55.980 an alleged assassin.
00:44:57.680 Last summer,
00:44:59.060 in June,
00:44:59.560 when he returned
00:45:00.180 from Ukraine
00:45:00.780 where he was
00:45:01.780 allegedly recruiting foreigners
00:45:03.440 to fight for Ukraine
00:45:04.300 against Russia,
00:45:05.440 he was stopped
00:45:06.160 by Customs and Borders Protection
00:45:08.420 at the Honolulu airport.
00:45:09.760 They were suspicious of him.
00:45:11.240 They were suspicious
00:45:11.800 of the spontaneous statements
00:45:13.200 he was made.
00:45:14.240 They conducted
00:45:14.760 a more significant interview.
00:45:16.100 They dumped his pocket.
00:45:16.920 So it's what they call
00:45:18.780 a suspicious interview encounter.
00:45:21.080 And in the course of that,
00:45:22.320 he went on to describe to him
00:45:23.420 that he was in contact
00:45:24.160 with Afghans
00:45:25.040 and Taiwanese
00:45:26.600 and other foreigners
00:45:27.880 trying to get them
00:45:28.520 to fight in Ukraine,
00:45:30.320 that his wife,
00:45:31.380 he described a woman
00:45:32.420 as his wife,
00:45:33.340 was funding
00:45:33.920 all of these activities overseas
00:45:35.300 and that he had successfully
00:45:38.220 gotten as many
00:45:38.860 as 100 people
00:45:39.680 to join the Ukrainian resistance,
00:45:42.180 the Ukrainian fight
00:45:43.480 against Russia.
00:45:44.040 The agent was very concerned
00:45:46.460 about the things he said,
00:45:47.720 the intervention
00:45:48.420 in foreign policy,
00:45:49.940 the possible contact
00:45:51.280 with Afghanistan
00:45:52.000 and enemy combatants.
00:45:54.220 And so he referred,
00:45:55.780 Ryan Roth,
00:45:56.920 to Homeland Security
00:45:58.220 Investigations.
00:45:59.120 That is the investigative arm
00:46:00.360 that Secretary Mayorkas
00:46:01.880 oversees
00:46:02.340 at the Homeland Security
00:46:03.040 Department.
00:46:04.160 The HSI,
00:46:05.020 as they're known,
00:46:05.900 declined to do
00:46:06.640 any follow-up inquiry.
00:46:07.980 Imagine if they had
00:46:08.660 just asked this guy
00:46:09.500 and started to learn at him.
00:46:10.860 We know twice now
00:46:11.820 that a nurse
00:46:12.400 who was in Ukraine
00:46:13.180 with him reported
00:46:14.040 Ruth for concerning behavior
00:46:16.740 and what he was doing
00:46:17.440 on the ground.
00:46:18.460 And the FBI
00:46:19.400 was originally alerted
00:46:20.520 to him in 2019
00:46:21.320 because they got a tip
00:46:22.780 from an informant
00:46:23.720 that he was possessing weapons
00:46:25.380 even though
00:46:25.860 he had been convicted
00:46:26.900 of a felony,
00:46:28.120 possession of a weapon
00:46:28.960 of mass destruction,
00:46:29.800 a machine gun,
00:46:30.740 and therefore shouldn't
00:46:31.420 have been in debt.
00:46:32.200 In all four instances,
00:46:34.180 the United States government
00:46:35.220 failed to confront
00:46:36.780 and do the sort of things
00:46:38.100 that might have put Ryan Ruth
00:46:39.980 on a different path
00:46:40.860 than the one he took
00:46:41.600 on Sunday in Florida.
00:46:43.960 Well, and certainly, John,
00:46:44.900 we still haven't yet
00:46:45.680 to receive any confirmation
00:46:47.160 as to how he actually
00:46:48.560 was able to procure
00:46:49.480 this SKS-style,
00:46:50.920 a Kalashnikov-style rifle
00:46:52.360 when, as you say,
00:46:54.120 he had this felony conviction
00:46:57.100 so he wasn't legally
00:46:58.140 allowed to own a rifle.
00:46:59.340 This is something
00:46:59.780 that he was filed
00:47:01.000 the tip on back in 2019.
00:47:02.700 That's right.
00:47:03.060 So the question is,
00:47:04.240 and one of my big questions
00:47:05.480 that I'm going to have
00:47:06.000 to keep saying it,
00:47:06.900 the fact that this was
00:47:08.260 a Russian-style rifle,
00:47:09.540 which we know the Kalashnikov
00:47:10.660 force is used in both sides,
00:47:11.920 Ukraine and Russia,
00:47:13.140 was there some tie?
00:47:14.580 Did someone help him
00:47:15.500 bring this over?
00:47:16.300 Did he bring it over?
00:47:17.620 Did he have the rifle with him
00:47:18.800 when he was returning
00:47:19.660 to the country,
00:47:20.280 as you say, in June of 23?
00:47:21.800 Or potentially,
00:47:22.960 was he meeting someone
00:47:24.100 who returned with him?
00:47:25.700 Again, we're not exactly sure
00:47:27.660 how he was able
00:47:28.420 to conduct this travel
00:47:29.700 and to get the rifle
00:47:30.840 all the way there
00:47:31.520 to Florida from, again,
00:47:33.240 Honolulu, Hawaii.
00:47:34.500 By the way, John,
00:47:34.980 were you able to confirm
00:47:36.080 where he was coming from
00:47:37.140 or where he was flying from
00:47:38.140 when he was stopped in Honolulu?
00:47:39.420 We do have all of his
00:47:40.380 exit and entry records
00:47:41.620 in the United States,
00:47:42.440 no foreign travel
00:47:43.280 since last June.
00:47:44.360 So if he did any domestic travel,
00:47:46.700 the sources I talked to today
00:47:47.900 didn't have access to that.
00:47:49.160 We're still working
00:47:49.880 to figure that out.
00:47:50.600 I think that's one
00:47:51.100 of the big questions.
00:47:51.760 And you heard the sheriff,
00:47:52.640 one of the two sheriffs
00:47:53.440 that were involved
00:47:54.020 in his arrest,
00:47:55.100 say that there is real concerns
00:47:56.620 that there is a conspiracy here,
00:47:57.740 that there are multiple people
00:47:58.840 that were assisting him.
00:48:00.440 Now, when you look at it,
00:48:02.060 he had a lot of things
00:48:03.300 that a person
00:48:04.020 who did some preparation
00:48:04.860 would have done.
00:48:05.300 He had plates to protect him
00:48:07.840 from incoming fire.
00:48:08.860 He had stayed for 12 hours
00:48:11.340 and he had moved
00:48:11.880 to his sniper's position
00:48:13.220 at the dark of night.
00:48:14.580 He got a fake license plate
00:48:15.820 on his car.
00:48:17.160 Those are all signs
00:48:18.300 of somebody who seemed
00:48:19.140 to be planning
00:48:19.740 for a period of time
00:48:20.640 and having some preparation.
00:48:21.640 Now, Eli Crane,
00:48:22.920 the congressman in Arizona,
00:48:23.860 pointed out some major flaws
00:48:25.240 that if this was
00:48:25.820 a more accomplished gunman,
00:48:27.220 we might not be having
00:48:28.520 the sort of conversation
00:48:29.440 we're having.
00:48:30.760 He doesn't cut a hole
00:48:31.900 through the wire fence.
00:48:32.660 A train sniper
00:48:33.460 would have cut a hole
00:48:34.240 so that his barrel
00:48:35.340 would not stick out
00:48:36.180 and become visible
00:48:37.020 to someone like
00:48:37.880 a Secret Service agent.
00:48:39.260 He would not have put
00:48:40.040 the plates up,
00:48:41.180 the white ceramic
00:48:42.120 protection plates up
00:48:43.120 around him,
00:48:43.960 which would call attention
00:48:44.720 when the sunlight hit it.
00:48:45.900 He would have painted him green
00:48:46.900 and put him close on his body
00:48:48.040 so that they wouldn't
00:48:49.260 have been noticed.
00:48:49.940 So while he took
00:48:50.760 some preparation
00:48:51.400 and was clearly intending
00:48:52.620 on shooting the president,
00:48:53.880 he wasn't as professional
00:48:55.460 as, let's say,
00:48:56.900 someone Hezbollah might hire
00:48:58.140 or Iran might hire
00:48:59.260 or China might hire,
00:49:00.680 which means that
00:49:01.780 the Secret Service
00:49:02.640 got lucky
00:49:03.200 because they had
00:49:03.640 a somewhat incompetent shooter.
00:49:05.500 Imagine if it was a pro.
00:49:06.820 The Secret Service
00:49:07.520 would have been
00:49:08.540 completely confounded
00:49:10.020 and I think that
00:49:11.100 that's the bigger question.
00:49:12.500 Whatever we learn
00:49:13.140 about this guy,
00:49:13.940 if he had been
00:49:14.640 a better pro,
00:49:15.740 much like the kid
00:49:16.560 in Butler in July,
00:49:19.980 if he had just shot
00:49:20.640 for body mass
00:49:21.380 instead of the head,
00:49:22.460 we'd be having
00:49:22.960 a very different conversation
00:49:24.260 and the Secret Service
00:49:25.480 thinks it did a good job.
00:49:26.580 It didn't.
00:49:27.320 It left that field
00:49:28.220 wide open.
00:49:28.920 It was pure luck
00:49:29.640 that they caught this guy.
00:49:31.680 John, that's exactly right.
00:49:32.780 We've got the book
00:49:33.300 coming out
00:49:34.040 up at Bulletproof
00:49:35.780 at orderbulletproof.com.
00:49:37.160 Folks can go to
00:49:37.900 if they want to get a copy
00:49:38.720 of the Bulletproof project.
00:49:39.760 We also have
00:49:40.180 private investigators
00:49:41.080 in the field.
00:49:42.000 I'll have to give you,
00:49:43.120 I have to share
00:49:43.600 some of the files,
00:49:44.420 the raw intel
00:49:45.140 that I'm getting out
00:49:45.820 from these guys.
00:49:46.520 We're synthesizing a lot
00:49:47.620 because this is ongoing
00:49:49.780 in western Pennsylvania.
00:49:51.580 We've got Bethel Park.
00:49:52.880 We've got Butler.
00:49:54.120 We've got,
00:49:54.500 and so we're going to be
00:49:55.220 introducing different editions
00:49:57.020 and updates
00:49:57.840 to Bulletproof
00:49:58.940 and become a big project
00:50:00.440 as it comes out.
00:50:01.460 And of course,
00:50:02.000 right now,
00:50:02.460 the main thing
00:50:03.320 that I spoke about
00:50:04.000 with my PI,
00:50:04.880 the head of the firm
00:50:06.180 yesterday,
00:50:06.600 was that we have
00:50:08.100 to determine
00:50:08.640 whether or not
00:50:09.340 there were any
00:50:09.860 overlapping contacts
00:50:11.160 or within the network
00:50:12.460 of contacts
00:50:13.060 between these two shooters.
00:50:14.300 There's no question
00:50:15.120 that something comes up
00:50:16.060 this close together.
00:50:16.980 You've got to check
00:50:18.140 that out.
00:50:19.040 You've got to cover
00:50:19.760 all your bases.
00:50:20.500 Because again,
00:50:21.140 as you mentioned,
