00:03:05.460 How many miles did you ride today?
00:03:07.100 102.
00:03:07.900 You rode 102 miles on a bike this morning.
00:03:10.180 Have either of your asses ever died?
00:03:12.980 Your ass is dead.
00:03:13.920 One time.
00:03:14.500 I was in the Mediterranean.
00:03:16.060 Ooh.
00:03:17.240 Why?
00:03:17.680 Did that happen today?
00:03:19.020 Yeah.
00:03:19.500 My ass is currently dead.
00:03:21.340 Is it because the bike seat is not comfortable?
00:03:23.340 that's that's a big part of it yeah yeah sitting on a bike seat for five and a half hours i feel
00:03:28.620 like a lot of people are wondering why the fuck you did that yeah i don't know you have no reason
00:03:33.180 why you rode 100 miles well you got the triathlon coming up did that have anything to do with it 0.88
00:03:37.660 nothing okay with that okay tight no well speaking of athletics and sports and sore asses our guest
00:03:43.580 today is dope but he's he's he's awesome guys i want to bring him on introducing our guest he is
00:03:48.400 a vegan bodybuilder whose muscles have muscles he's been featured in muscle and fitness and
00:03:54.420 he's never eaten meat in his life oh boy ever ever that's a fact ladies and gentlemen it's
00:04:01.620 neemai delgado what's going on guys you've never eaten meat in your life no never come on not even
00:04:12.440 a little tag are you sure 100 positive that's crazy yeah how does that happen like what do
00:04:20.720 your what did your parents feed like when you went to go get a cheeseburger at denny's or some
00:04:24.480 like what would they get you first we never got cheeseburgers at denny's both of my parents are
00:04:28.540 vegetarian so that's how i was raised me my my brother and my sister all vegetarian well okay
00:04:34.380 wait let's let's clarify meat real quick uh eggs no no eggs no no fish no are you fucking kidding
00:04:41.840 me don't get me wrong when i was when i was older i there was a period where i tried eggs and like
00:04:45.660 when i was growing up there were some products that had like eggs baked into it and things like
00:04:50.060 that i wasn't like too particular about that but now that like obviously the last few years like
00:04:55.200 no egg products whatsoever no meat no chicken fish oh that's nuts so i want to dive into that
00:05:00.280 but i look at this man's physique ladies and gentlemen specifically ladies bro you are ripped
00:05:05.800 out of your mind your muscles have muscles this is crazy man good for you i have a question are
00:05:11.420 Is there more dudes or women sliding into your DMs?
00:05:14.360 Dudes.
00:05:15.180 Are you serious?
00:05:16.020 100% dudes.
00:05:16.740 No way.
00:05:17.280 100% dudes or 100% dudes?
00:05:19.340 No, no, no, no, 100%.
00:05:20.340 I'm trying to better understand the statistic that you're serving.
00:05:23.360 More guys, more guys, more guys, for sure.
00:05:24.660 What's the ratio?
00:05:25.860 I would say probably 70-30.
00:05:29.520 Wow.
00:05:29.960 70-30 dudes.
00:05:30.600 You have a girlfriend, so that probably—
00:05:32.620 No, that never stopped anybody.
00:05:33.880 Okay.
00:05:34.120 That never stopped.
00:05:34.720 The thing is like—
00:05:35.600 Except you.
00:05:36.660 What do you mean?
00:05:37.540 I don't know.
00:05:37.840 It seems like it stopped you from—
00:05:39.120 From like taking advantage of any of the dudes.
00:05:41.240 like anyone i'm not the dude but no like to be honest most of the most of dms i get are people
00:05:47.320 asking for advice okay and it's mainly guys that want to build muscle oh not trying to hit on you
00:05:52.220 no that's the angle i was okay no there's definitely guys and ladies that come in the dms and
00:05:56.680 you know make their pass but you know i got a girlfriend and i don't swing that other way
00:06:01.420 no i feel you i feel you respect so they're asking for advice you're a good person to ask
00:06:04.620 advice to you obviously man how do i get those muscles do i have to be vegan and never eat meat
00:06:09.380 Because I'm way past that.
00:06:10.560 No, anybody can build muscle.
00:06:11.880 But, I mean, it just takes years of training.
00:06:13.580 You know, I've been working out since I was 16, 17.
00:06:16.220 And this is just, you know, 10 years after the fact.
00:06:19.300 You know, I feel like you're sort of at home.
00:06:21.580 You're sort of in a comfortable place now.
00:06:22.900 You've got a lot of vegans with you.
00:06:25.080 Yeah, I think they're surrounded by vegans.
00:06:26.660 How many Spencer, Bianca, Bianca, your girlfriend?
00:06:31.160 They actually outnumbered us right now.
00:06:32.720 Yeah, I forgot about Andre.
00:06:33.680 Like, we're outnumbered by vegans right now.
00:06:35.620 Is there a chance?
00:06:36.360 No, no, no.
00:06:37.280 Is there more?
00:06:38.220 i think through over there okay so we're not outnumbered but i just mean on this set here
00:06:43.280 what's it like being vegan in the fitness community is there a stigma against the type
00:06:57.440 of muscle you can build and how much of it you can build uh yeah there's definitely a stigma
00:07:01.540 i would say i mean in the fitness community it's a little bit it's harder to like help people
00:07:10.000 understand that you can build muscle right first of all people like have trouble building muscle
00:07:14.060 in general and then they see like a vegan that has any significant muscle mass and then they're
00:07:18.140 like oh this is fucking bullshit like it's real that's real it's real plant-based muscle yeah
00:07:24.260 yo it's so it's watermelon it's pretty soft at first but when you flex it gets hard can i do 0.92
00:07:29.120 one more time yeah holy moly all right now unflex looks like a walnut that a chickpea look at this
00:07:36.240 is massive can we get zoom in on that it looks like someone stuck a football in your arm we use
00:07:40.100 we use protein on the meat eater side to gain muscle do you use photosynthesis like you gain
00:07:45.980 muscle from the sun is that how it works well that's where all protein is like originated so
00:07:50.300 technically yeah secondhand secondhand from the plants are you also really into like the biology
00:07:56.080 of how yeah you know what i never started off like this was like never a goal of mine like my
00:08:01.520 background and when i went to school for was engineering and hey same dude yeah yeah which
00:08:05.900 one uh industrial and systems okay i did mechanical oh tight yeah we did a little bit of industrial
00:08:10.140 but i hated it you guys should totally bro out later over some oh i'm sure we will build like
00:08:15.860 a bridge or something hell yeah dude no maybe not maybe we're not qualified to build a bridge
00:08:20.200 put in a sewer system he can build it himself literally like he could just haul all the
00:08:24.720 materials and i'll make it true um okay but yeah no i never i never intended to like be in this
00:08:30.920 industry gotcha that's the thing so from the biological or biological perspective like
00:08:35.260 understanding what works yeah it's interesting to me but it was never like a goal of mine but
00:08:39.000 to be honest after getting so many questions online that you kind of like have to understand
00:08:44.260 things a little bit better so you can explain to people you know what is the most common question
00:08:47.860 that you're you're being asked uh protein for sure like how do i how do i go vegan and not
00:08:52.280 lose size? How do I go vegan and stay healthy? Uh, how do I go vegan and build muscle? Is it
00:08:57.120 healthy? Do I have to supplement? Can you get all of your essential nutrients and vitamins from a
00:09:01.400 vegan diet? Um, that's my majority of it, or I want to build muscle, lose weight at the same time,
00:09:07.260 you know, the standard. And do you have answers to all these questions? Yeah, of course. Great.
00:09:10.240 I'm going to ask one right now. Uh, so a little personal anecdote we've talked about on the show
00:09:15.400 before i uh i was vegan for four months um last year i was down to try anything anything and uh
00:09:24.340 anything no i mean god i know i just said it twice but not anything but i was i was in a point
00:09:29.480 in my life where i was like searching to find myself a little more and so i was just experimenting
00:09:33.800 with different diets on my relationships with people etc and i went vegan for four months this
00:09:39.300 was also while i was training for the for the boxing fight and i um went to a nutritionist
00:09:43.660 had a shift had a chef and she made i think it was like eight to ten thousand calories a day
00:09:49.640 the right amount of protein everything i was doing it like perfect except my muscles began
00:09:54.980 eating themselves i had to drag myself out of bed this morning i was sleeping 12 hours a day
00:09:59.640 training was miserable i ended up looking gaunt like i might as well well have been a skeleton
00:10:05.500 and um i was getting mentally affected by it like i was depressed like my some my friend georgie
00:10:12.280 sat me down he was like yo um I have to ask you depressed and he asked me if it was because of my
00:10:16.880 diet and I said no but I was clearly affected by being vegan does everyone react to being vegan
00:10:26.720 the same way is it possible are you open to the idea that being vegan isn't for everyone or you
00:10:31.760 think maybe I did something wrong no you can be honest with me no yeah I'm like real when it comes
00:10:36.880 to this stuff you know like everybody's different you know everybody's bodies respond differently
00:10:41.080 And everybody has like a different internal, you know, cues that respond differently to food.
00:10:46.000 So for you, you know, your situation might've been a little bit unique to you because you
00:10:50.900 were training quite, you said you were training for a boxing match, right?
00:10:53.480 Yeah, it was like four hours a day.
00:10:55.200 Yeah, four hours.
00:10:55.680 That's a long time to be training.
00:10:57.260 And on top of that, you're eating a brand new diet that you probably weren't accustomed
00:11:00.900 to before.
00:11:01.600 Like, what was your diet before that?
00:11:02.920 I mean, the exact opposite.
00:11:04.260 It was still very healthy, but lots of meat-based protein.
00:11:07.660 yeah yeah the nutritionist said that one of the only problems was that you were working out too
00:11:13.120 much that's what he said yeah but but i but i wonder on a regular diet like would the results
00:11:18.280 plus we had that chef switch too i'm not gonna throw out names but the food definitely got better
00:11:24.140 i agree agree once that yeah after that switch yeah yeah i mean there's there's a few different
00:11:28.460 factors there overtraining is definitely a possibility and but also like adapting to that
00:11:32.720 new diet like and then going full force into like ultra training mode for this fight right so if
00:11:38.320 you've been eating how old are you right now 24 24 so if you've been eating that way for 23 years
00:11:43.360 of your life and then all of a sudden you do like a hard left and you do something completely
00:11:46.940 different like your body has to adapt in order for you to even create the environment to assimilate
00:11:51.960 those nutrients so there could have been maybe a lack of assimilation from some of the nutrients
00:11:56.640 you were you were eating or like the food you were eating but also like giving your body enough time
00:12:00.660 for like your microbiome to adjust because if you eat microbiome yeah so basically we all have
00:12:06.260 bacteria in our digestive system and um based off of the food you feed it you will kind of like
00:12:11.760 cultivate different environments that could be more suited for digesting plants or more suited
00:12:16.680 for digesting meat how long is that process is it different for everyone it's different for
00:12:22.140 everybody it's like the the best way i heard it described is like it's a fingerprint it's unique
00:12:26.300 to everybody. So depending on how long you've eaten a certain way will kind of be like the
00:12:31.340 deciding factor of how long it could take you to adapt to a new diet. Gotcha. I don't know if this
00:12:35.600 is a myth, but, uh, people who eat meat, I'm sure this can happen from plants too. Uh, it's been
00:12:41.800 said that you have parasites that can, you know, be in your stomach and those have to get flushed
00:12:47.280 out when you switch over. Is that a myth? Is that, is there some truth to that? I mean, definitely
00:12:51.560 animals carry parasites right and if you ingest animals you could possibly digest those parasites
00:12:56.820 as well and you could develop some you know parasites in your body but it's more about
00:13:00.660 like the bacteria in your body and whether or not that is able to because i mean that's like
00:13:05.260 that's like the first place it goes it goes into your digestive system and gets into your stomach
00:13:09.360 and that's where all these things live in your digestive tract and that's what's like absorbing
00:13:13.120 nutrients and giving them the place to like go where they need to go so if you don't have the
00:13:17.940 right bacteria you physically can't like okay what what type of vegetables did you start eating
00:13:23.460 like when you went vegan for those four months like what was your diet like it was great i mean
00:13:28.060 a lot of fiber a lot of gas yeah man like it was perfect to be honest with you like again i made
00:13:34.540 sure every day i was eating a certain amount of a certain food veggie whatever it was you almost
00:13:41.620 died i almost died died actually at one point he uh he has this really nice platform bed right now
00:13:47.700 and there was at one point he tried to order in a uh crypt he was gonna start sleeping in like a
00:13:51.820 coffin and i was like dude something about this dude doesn't seem like the right place like man 0.87
00:13:56.240 i'm not feeling it like i'm turning into a fucking plant are you one of the vegans who 0.88
00:14:02.000 who is uh pressing the vegan movement on the non-vegans or do you try to educate the ones 0.87
00:14:07.280 who are to do the best that they can yeah i'm all about meeting people where they are you know like
00:14:11.900 i okay so i grew up in a bit of a unique environment so i grew up obviously eating
00:14:16.900 vegetarian but i grew up in south mississippi and like my both of my parents one of the reasons why
00:14:21.560 i was raised vegetarian is because both of my parents are are hindu so they're from argentina
00:14:25.660 converted from catholicism hinduism this is crazy yeah this is crazy they went from a temple in
00:14:31.500 argentina and basically went from argentina to brazil brazil to south mississippi of all places
00:14:37.760 because they had a temple uh farm-like community down there and it was literally like a bubble
00:14:43.220 so inside of that bubble was a cow sanctuary uh we had our own garden self-sustaining garden we
00:14:49.420 had a temple um so you're amish what's that you're amish no no not not you're like the
00:14:55.020 sounds of what you're describing do you guys ride in like a horse and wagon still and stuff no no
00:14:58.840 no we had electricity i mean it was just like a very like humble place where everybody kind of
00:15:02.540 did their own service and just like a faith-based community did you ever have that big beard like
00:15:06.760 with that again that's i wish that's amish no i know you told me he was amish i know i've made
00:15:11.440 mistake oh sorry no it was more like it was more like women wearing saris and and men wearing
00:15:15.820 dodis and like you know what you'd see in india oh that's in south mississippi yeah whoa yeah are 0.81
00:15:21.600 you still hindu yeah no way yeah whoa i don't think i've ever met this is the first hindu on
00:15:26.500 impulsive dude no you guys had you guys had jay on the show right nice to meet you jay's hindu 0.67
00:15:30.520 yeah jay shetty okay second hindu oh jay shetty jay alvarez i was like what i learned very young 0.85
00:15:38.300 from a hindu teaching that eating ass was the way to serenity and promise 0.83
00:15:43.380 could be the path i could totally see alvarez being a good hindu that's why i believed it for 0.64
00:15:49.060 a second um dang man that's crazy so okay because when he first had said south mississippi i was
00:15:55.900 thinking wow it seems like a place that not a lot of vegans are but you're saying it was it was a
00:16:01.020 little tight-knit community oh yeah but it was i mean at that in that community it's vegetarian
00:16:05.360 oh okay okay so no meat no fish no eggs nothing like that but just they would include dairy
00:16:10.320 products so dairy that was uh derived from like the milk from the cows that lived on the farm
00:16:15.400 so it's something called ahimsa milk so ahimsa is like the concept of compassion and non-violence
00:16:20.140 and that's the way that well it used to be the case in india where they would treat the cows
00:16:25.220 with like love and respect because they saw it as like um almost like a not like they just tried
00:16:30.520 they they tried to treat it with as much respect as possible so obviously now things have changed
00:16:34.660 with factory farming and everything else but in that in that farm uh they would raise them they
00:16:38.800 wouldn't sell off the the calves or anything like that and then whenever the cow would produce milk
00:16:43.120 whenever it was pregnant then they would milk it and then serve it in the community james aspie
00:16:47.140 told us some pretty uh horrifying stuff about the way they uh they get milk from cows via factory
00:16:54.360 farming a lot of that stuff ended up getting like disputed online like i i had a lot of people
00:16:59.340 reaching out to me about kind of fear mongering not to say that that stuff's not happening but
00:17:03.480 like people one person works for the top distributor of meat in the united states and was just like yo
00:17:09.500 this is all not happening in our company like i he's like i'm one of the handlers at the company
00:17:13.840 but this is all none of this is true it's fear-mongering on the part of vegans to get
00:17:18.000 people to switch out of meat eating i'm not saying that's true but like i took a lot of the stuff that
00:17:22.640 james especially said with with a grain of salt because he really served it up in the most horrific
00:17:28.160 sense ever and i'm not saying that's not happening but i don't think it's happening at the rate that
00:17:32.600 my question would be uh i'm sure it's happening somewhere that these stories are derived right so
00:17:37.860 so i think they're how many places is like too many places i don't know but that's i'm not going
00:17:43.120 to decide that i'm just saying like i i i don't want to focus on the meat industry as an inhumane
00:17:49.440 industry and say that it's happening everywhere when it is probably in a select few places well
00:17:55.600 don't get me wrong i mean you can you can milk a cow like just you know go into a field and milk a
00:18:01.300 cow but if you the thing the problem is when you scale it right and you have such high demands that
00:18:05.520 you have to make things operate more efficiently automate yeah you have to automate you have to
00:18:09.440 have systems in place you industrial engineering right you understand the concept and it's like
00:18:12.840 that was one of the reasons why i went vegan in particular was because at the time i was an
00:18:17.040 engineer and i had moved to california and i had seen a video of kind of what goes on behind the
00:18:22.180 dairy industry and seen all the mechanical systems that are in place to make this operation run
00:18:27.840 efficiently smoothly and to you know increase their profits and i just thought to myself i was
00:18:32.120 like man this is it's so similar to what i was doing at the time but for a totally different
00:18:36.700 industry like i worked in the oil industry so my one my responsibility was to optimize their
00:18:41.300 systems for like gas plants and the plants look very similar so i thought to myself i was like
00:18:46.120 man i'm sitting here working for this company trying to you know make things operate more
00:18:50.220 smoothly and save money save cost and there's the dairy industry that's doing the same thing
00:18:54.580 at the expense of animals, you know, with no respect and no regard to their well-being. So
00:18:59.940 that's when I made the decision to just kind of cut out dairy altogether. 0.88
00:19:03.300 What's your age, Nima?
00:19:04.400 29.
00:19:04.980 29.
00:19:05.460 Yeah.
00:19:05.720 Damn, you look so young. That's that vegan skin. That's that vegan glow. I swear to God, 1.00
00:19:09.720 you both have it.
00:19:10.620 Yep.
00:19:10.920 Y'all are always glowing. I look hungover half the time.
00:19:13.780 You are hungover half the time.
00:19:14.880 Oh, yeah.
00:19:16.300 Counter that point, we had one of their friends roll back on veganism, and he was a vegan the
00:19:22.860 whole time we knew him and he was always like a pale kind of like walking around guy like this
00:19:26.400 he came back and i'm like damn bro he had fucking olive oil skin he was golden brown like he just 0.76
00:19:32.500 came out of the oven 375 i was thinking about taking him on a date and i'm straight as an arrow 0.85
00:19:37.960 bro he's talking about anton so like he ate cheese though i mean that was it what a what a
00:19:43.300 fucking cheese head yeah yeah hey he's a cheese head but are you still friends with him because 0.75
00:19:48.660 he's not of course are you sure and no oh yes we're hanging out this weekend no no when he said 0.88
00:19:54.820 when he told you to that he's he goes he goes logan i'm actually not vegan anymore i saw your
00:19:59.860 guys eyes well don't get me wrong it was a shock because out of all the people to like do that him
00:20:08.200 was a shock but no i'm not i'm not going to be judgmental i think it's like the the same
00:20:13.120 reasoning for me is the demand for like even if you look at what leonardo dicaprio puts in his
00:20:20.520 films like the demand for me is just not sustainable there's going to come a point in our
00:20:25.300 near future um like little dickie's video he's talking like 12 years that's what they're saying
00:20:31.940 you know that's what scientists are saying that's how much time we have i think that point is coming
00:20:36.640 i'm curious like what do you guys think about that short timeline i want to hear his answer
00:20:41.820 first yeah let's do it yeah no i think we're growing at an unsustainable rate people are
00:20:45.080 living longer and they're eating more right and it takes land to provide those resources to people
00:20:51.600 and most of the majority of like the farmland is fed to animals to feed to humans so it's like
00:20:55.600 there has to be some change there and like obviously not eating the animals is like a
00:21:00.200 really good place to start that everybody can kind of like you know take ownership of that so
00:21:04.660 i mean it's our future generations that we're talking about it's not necessarily our lifetime
00:21:08.360 i don't expect to see it in our lifetime but if you want your kids or your grandkids your you
00:21:12.540 know your grandkids grandkids to have a planet where they can enjoy and have the same type of
00:21:16.980 luxuries that we had then like we have to do something about it like it's hard for me this is
00:21:21.520 this is uh i probably shouldn't say this i'm gonna say it man no it's just like i to picture 0.66
00:21:28.240 my grandkids grandkids like do i really give a shit about them what if they suck wait i don't 0.72
00:21:33.080 know like what if they suck i don't know i don't know i'm just i don't know them i don't know them 0.90
00:21:37.160 I think he just means for, like, the future civilizations.
00:21:40.800 I know what it means, but I'm just saying, what do they suck, bro?
00:21:43.120 We suck as it is.
00:21:44.100 Humans suck besides you and you and you.
00:21:45.800 Maybe they just know.
00:21:46.360 Wait a second.
00:21:47.020 Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:21:48.220 You're a scumbag.
00:21:49.280 Wow.
00:21:49.900 And so am I.
00:21:51.020 And you have to admit that.
00:21:53.580 United as one.
00:21:55.440 No, I mean, we all suck on many different levels.
00:21:57.740 You know what I'm saying?
00:21:58.600 Nobody's perfect.
00:21:59.380 You know what I mean?
00:22:00.040 But the difference is, like, individually, we can make a small change,
00:22:03.360 and it makes a grand scale difference.
00:22:05.460 That was the question I was going to ask, too.
00:22:07.160 like how do you decide like what cause i i love compassion towards animals i love animals but like
00:22:13.240 does does that take you away from doing things like what do you drive for for example i drive a
00:22:18.100 jeep like do you are you concerned about are you concerned about climate change at all yeah of
00:22:23.400 course but i but i know you're doing more for climate change by not eating meat i do know that
00:22:27.560 because i've we've talked about those statistics and i believe those but it's just sometimes like
00:22:31.420 i get i feel over inundated like there's a homeless person right there there's a there's
00:22:35.920 like sometimes like someone like me who's not as conscious as you two in terms of like stuff
00:22:40.440 that's happening outside of the business world or the influencer world or whatever i get over
00:22:44.440 inundated and i shut down and i hate being like that that's a great uh yeah where do you i think
00:22:49.340 a lot of people are like yeah yeah and that's when it does get overwhelming too because there
00:22:53.260 are so many different things you could be passionate about that you could make a difference
00:22:56.140 in this world and and like to me it can get overwhelming too like which avenue do you choose
00:23:00.540 like do i just stop doing everything altogether because it it obviously leaves some kind of
00:23:04.540 footprint. But for me, it's like, it's, it's like making those small changes, you know, you can make
00:23:08.420 the light bulbs in your house change, you can drive an eco car, you can do all those things,
00:23:11.700 you can recycle. But, you know, the studies show that like the biggest difference you can make is
00:23:16.340 just by choosing what you eat, because everybody eats and you do it four or five, six times a day
00:23:20.380 in some cases. So like, choosing where you invest your money is supporting those companies. So even
00:23:25.080 if you're choosing to invest your money into more conscious capital companies that are making a
00:23:29.000 shift and making a change, maybe not overnight. But that's like the kind of direction we need to
00:23:33.280 go because obviously we've created a system that isn't sustainable and it's been working for the
00:23:37.640 past hundred years, but not for the next hundred. So it's up to like people like us, the younger
00:23:42.780 generations to, you know, use our voice and maybe even inspire the future generations to be the next
00:23:47.980 politicians that come in and make like serious change. But Nima, I feel so useless when it's,
00:23:54.060 when it's just me recycling or eating a plant-based diet. The thought that plagues my mind
00:24:02.460 is how much of a difference am I, me, Logan, singular, truly making right now?
00:24:07.960 Well, let me put it this way. Like one of my favorite quotes of all times is like,
00:24:11.220 what can I do? I'm just one person said a million people, right? So when you phrase it that way,
00:24:16.880 if everybody makes a small change and a million people make a change, that's a huge difference.
00:24:21.740 So do you just have to trust? Do you have to trust that there are some good people out there
00:24:25.660 making changes just like you? Yeah. I mean, you can't control what everybody else is doing.
00:24:29.640 the only thing you control is yourself and your actions and thoughts and what you do you know so
00:24:33.160 like to give you an example like i posted a video about this recently about like the impact from
00:24:39.280 just like the food you eat from like an animal perspective and a resource perspective so most
00:24:44.160 uh people are really like infatuated with bodybuilding or infatuated with protein intake
00:24:48.720 and the normal amount is how much how much how much protein should you get per day 61 gram per
00:24:54.200 2.2 kilograms of body mass. I don't know. I just made that up. Is that right? 60 grams.
00:24:59.600 60 grams. So that's for like your, your average, like regular normal person, right? For like an
00:25:04.620 athlete that's trying to build muscle. Normally you hear like the one to two gram range, right?
00:25:08.380 It's like you weigh 190 pounds. You need to at least double that protein to build muscle. Right.
00:25:13.100 So if you were like, for me, I weigh, um, I don't weigh 180 right now, but I did like,
00:25:18.140 like last year, you know what I mean? So that's, I would get about 150. So like,
00:25:23.020 you know a fraction of that i wouldn't even get up to to one gram per pound of protein but most
00:25:27.760 guys are eating two to three times that better 180 to try to put on muscle and like the amount
00:25:32.140 of like animal protein that people consume like most of the time the bodybuilding fitness diet is
00:25:36.120 like chicken fish eggs in the morning yeah grass-fed steak you know wash it down with a whey
00:25:41.920 protein shake all every single one of those are derived from animals so if like for simplicity's
00:25:46.900 sake if you were to just get your protein from one source like chickens you would need at least
00:25:50.640 one chicken per day you know so at least one animal per day just if you were to get strictly
00:25:55.340 all your protein from chicken now if you did that every single day or two times that much
00:25:59.920 you're talking about over 700 chickens per year and not only that but it's the resources that's
00:26:04.860 embedded into those chickens right you got to raise you gotta yeah you gotta you gotta you
00:26:09.040 gotta raise the crops to feed the chicken you gotta have the water to feed the crops to feed
00:26:12.780 the chicken transportation the gas all that yeah i mean all that stuff is just like extrapolated
00:26:17.120 And then like the reduction, like, or the inefficiency between like the amount of energy
00:26:20.520 and resources it takes to raise the chicken is like, it can be as bad as 15 to one or
00:26:24.560 five to one in some, like, depending on the animal, I think beef is six to one.
00:26:27.640 So it's like, you're, you're putting in six times more effort just to get one gram of
00:26:30.820 animal protein.
00:26:31.740 Yeah.
00:26:31.920 I think, I think one of the biggest reasons celebrities and, and like influencers feel
00:26:37.720 the pressure of responsibility more than average folks is, I mean, at the end of the day, he's
00:26:41.760 a tastemaker.
00:26:42.420 And so while he says, I'm just one guy, technically he's 50 million guys.
00:26:45.840 No, but if you start spurting out that knowledge of what, you know, eating plants and like doing all these good things lead to, technically a lot of your fans are going to do the same thing.
00:26:54.760 So I think you're a huge scumbag for not doing anything, for not doing anything to fucking change.
00:26:59.220 No, but look, he's allowing the space for people to talk about it, which is just as awesome.
00:27:02.300 Yeah, bro, I did it for four months, four months and still speak highly about it.
00:27:06.180 Like, I think there's a lot of people.
00:27:08.340 Honestly, I think everyone should try being vegan.
00:27:10.560 um and i mean that i i that concern and the reason i voiced it is because like bro even me not to be
00:27:18.580 cocky but even me like i do have a voice and i could make a difference and i know that even me
00:27:23.960 that still thought is that thought still in my mind so imagine jimmy in kansas bro how does he
00:27:29.220 feel when he when he's the one person in this town that doesn't want to eat me and everyone's
00:27:33.440 calling him soy boy soy boy everyone's calling jimmy soy boy just kind of wear it jimmy jimmy 0.87
00:27:38.020 where okay i'm a soy boy you're a soy boy i'm a soy boy too yeah own that shit and who's gonna 0.90
00:27:43.100 call him soy boy everybody do it at least online everybody yeah everybody calls everybody's shit 0.80
00:27:49.120 on my that's why i got fired from impulsive yeah this is the first time somebody's called me soy 0.60
00:27:54.620 boy in real life so thank you there we go i didn't say he said i said jimmy is he said you said it
00:28:00.520 Yeah, Spencer said it.
00:28:01.540 Oh, I said it.
00:28:02.080 Y'all should fight.
00:28:03.560 Y'all should fight.
00:28:04.700 No, I'm kidding.
00:28:05.960 I think one of the issues with telling people to try to go vegan,
00:28:10.940 and I'm curious to hear from you,
00:28:13.540 there's so many different people out there promoting a vegan diet,
00:28:18.560 but then not a lot of them are actually really well-informed, I've found.
00:28:22.620 There was actually one that was promoting a raw vegan diet,
00:28:27.040 and she got caught eating fish.
00:28:29.060 Oh, I saw that.
00:28:29.940 recently because she was having health issues but like there's so much science that oh 100 raw
00:28:35.080 vegan diet is not healthy like long term sound healthy yeah long term there's a lot of health
00:28:41.200 issues so like how do you know like just telling someone to try veganism is like to me that's very
00:28:47.140 dangerous because they're gonna if they don't do it in an informed way something where i've learned
00:28:51.660 where i've scaled back on telling people to go vegan is that's a it's a huge conversation it's
00:28:57.060 not just as simple as oh yeah i'm just gonna stop eating meat because then you might go to the store
00:29:01.280 buy some lettuce buy some things that aren't gonna give you your nutrients and then you're
00:29:05.500 actually gonna get legit sick yeah think about it i mean you're changing your lifestyle you've
00:29:10.500 lived a certain way for 20 something years like you've got it down like you know what to do and
00:29:14.520 if you change your lifestyle overnight like you wouldn't build a house with no blueprints right
00:29:17.840 you would at least try to like he might i mean i could and you can build a shitty house you know
00:29:22.860 unless you're like a genius and just figure it out along the way i mean listen i do have the 0.72
00:29:26.180 highest iq in the house it's true but i believe you i believe you fucking tied with andre whatever 0.58
00:29:31.340 but it's like you have to do the research behind it and you have to inform yourself before you make
00:29:35.120 such a big decision because you can just go be like okay uh what do vegans eat they don't eat
00:29:39.760 this this and that but they don't necessarily think of all the other things that they could
00:29:42.820 eat it's more of like i can't eat this but they don't frame it as like i can't eat all this you
00:29:46.620 know so i mean you can just start off by slowly eliminating like i think raw food diets are for
00:29:51.920 some people that's like at the far end of the spectrum right like i don't promote a raw diet
00:29:55.920 I don't think it's the best diet for, for anybody.
00:29:58.700 You know what I mean?
00:29:59.140 Doing things raw is dangerous a lot of times in life.
00:30:01.240 Very true.
00:30:01.880 You know what I'm saying?
00:30:02.160 Sometimes you got to really think through.
00:30:04.040 I mean, sometimes you have to cook food to get the nutrients.
00:30:06.020 Yeah.
00:30:06.180 I mean, a lot of times it feels good, you know, but it could harm you.
00:30:12.080 Stay, stay away from going raw.
00:30:13.520 Raw is dangerous.
00:30:14.520 Raw is dangerous.
00:30:15.560 I mean, it's great, but it's dangerous.
00:30:17.220 It's fucking great.
00:30:18.080 But it's also dangerous.
00:30:19.340 Yeah.
00:30:19.520 But I, I mean, I don't, I don't think a raw diet is, is the way to go.
00:30:22.420 Sorry.
00:30:22.980 Now, every time you say that word, I'm just.
00:30:24.480 Do you want to call it something else?
00:30:25.920 on cooked. Yeah. But I mean, okay. For her, for example, I mean, there's a lot of factors that
00:30:32.600 we probably don't know about her. You know, she, she built her platform on, you know,
00:30:37.140 selling this diet essentially like that's her livelihood. So I could see the conflict with
00:30:41.300 somebody like her to not want to come out and say, Hey, I'm no longer vegan guys. You know,
00:30:44.800 that's a lot of like, as influencers, I can relate to her, you know, I can empathize for
00:30:49.560 her that it's a big pressure. It's a lot of opinions, you know, but it doesn't necessarily
00:30:53.500 mean that the diet is the source you know it could be a lot of personal issues that went on
00:30:59.000 with that person in just the same way that you know everybody's unhealthy in a sense you know
00:31:02.720 but it tends to be the the outliers that get you know more publicity you know there's a million
00:31:07.800 people that are dying from you know disease and heart disease and cardiovascular issues or
00:31:12.740 diabetes and things like that that are derived from meat but it's just like kind of just like
00:31:16.780 that's just how it is but you know when a vegan comes out and says hey i wasn't healthy because
00:31:20.300 of it for like really personal reasons then it's like oh that vegan diet is it's not working for
00:31:26.640 anybody it's selective yeah i feel like i feel like people have trouble with it because it's such
00:31:31.020 a drastic not not it's not as drastic as you would think it is but like the thought of not eating
00:31:36.700 meat is so drastically different from what we've done as a human civilization forever you know what
00:31:41.580 i'm saying so it's like it's just a lot to swallow yeah well i mean in reality like the like the
00:31:47.040 industry, like the industrial age, like really helped us scale up how much meat we're eating
00:31:51.000 for generations and civilizations before us. It was more like, you know, a delicacy rather than
00:31:55.820 a staple for every meal. So that's probably why, you know, they didn't see the same type of disease
00:32:00.460 that we did. And again, that scalability problem that I was telling you about with factory farming,
00:32:04.760 it's producing like, you know, things that we haven't seen in the past. So even like, okay,
00:32:09.920 there's an, there's a study for, um, uh, what was it? The gladiators, like there's a study that
00:32:15.060 shows that the gladiators were predominantly vegetarian so it's like and those are like some
00:32:19.100 of the most badass people in history yeah yeah exactly and they were vegetarian so it's like
00:32:23.520 it's more like you know it was more like a supplement to their diet rather than like the
00:32:27.620 staple of their diet so we've been eating plants our entire existence you know since you are a
00:32:32.340 heavy vegan and and you go to the gym often how often by the way it's like once a day once a day
00:32:38.040 do you have a cheap meal yeah what is that cheap meal how can you have fun if you're not man
00:32:42.500 veggie grill in LA it's it's fucking easy LA is really easy and I'm not gonna lie there's some
00:32:47.320 really good vegan desserts what's yours I don't have much of a sweet tooth but I do like like
00:32:51.860 the raw vegan cheesecake like yeah he doesn't like it no it's strong I do oh really I think
00:32:58.620 your sister brought it one time for us yeah shout out Andre's sister I thought we had one from
00:33:04.200 veggie grill the other day that wasn't as good someone brought one back it was a carrot cake
00:33:08.580 oh carrot cake they're delicious i love those he loves the cookies too the chocolate chip cookies
00:33:13.360 oh yeah yeah but i mean realistically you could eat all the same foods that you normally eat
00:33:17.100 that have been veganized now there's so many alternative meats that are available you can
00:33:21.420 have vegan pizza you can have vegan chicken wings you can have vegan buffalo wings i mean everything
00:33:25.740 you know um okay so you're in a relationship with that girl over there i am yeah hey babe
00:33:32.100 hey babe how you doing uh is she on social media as well yeah she is you guys have like what's it
00:33:38.020 like being so attractive to so many people and getting so much attention does that ever mess
00:33:46.420 with the relationship in any way uh I mean I feel like you should know you know you probably get a
00:33:51.020 lot of attention from people and people try to like it is it is challenging like okay when we
00:33:55.880 first started dating we didn't really talk about it or publicize it at all because we knew that we
00:33:59.820 had to first of all get to know each other you know better when we first started talking we were
00:34:04.160 like across the country and uh when we first met and like met in person we were like you know still
00:34:09.300 getting to know each other so we're gonna blast each other all over social media and then just
00:34:12.740 have people insert their opinions and whatever else so yeah it can be challenging for sure but
00:34:17.180 as long as you have that open like are people hitting on her often oh celebrities you name
00:34:22.240 it nfl players who's sliding in the dms who's in the dms let them know who's in the dms who's in
00:34:27.820 the dms who's in the dms but yeah is football players rappers wait from the actors what'd you
00:34:37.180 say math from the eagles falls is that what you said all right we'll report that tmz pick that
00:34:42.600 shit up she's you heard it here first so do you have bianca and the love sack you have rules for 0.52
00:34:46.080 each other like it's like this post is too sexy too revealing you have to post about me once a 0.72
00:34:50.560 week no i take it i take like 95 of her pictures and most of them she's half naked do you give
00:34:55.420 in photo cred sometimes do you yell at her when she doesn't give you photo cred sometimes i do
00:35:01.380 i know people do that no but but it's like yeah a ton of guys and girls hit on her too but it's
00:35:09.500 like as long as you have that open line of communication and like you're not hiding
00:35:12.360 anything and you're just like open with each other then you don't have anything to what's
00:35:16.060 the what's the difference in follower count between you two i don't even know oh you don't
00:35:20.720 she's got more she's got obviously she's got more i didn't know that do you do you think you got
00:35:24.420 lady like half a mil or something do you think do you think in in this age of social media that
00:35:31.200 the person who wears the pants can sometimes be dictated by follower count the person who
00:35:36.580 wears the pants can be like if she like if you're like yo i'm going out with my boys tonight and
00:35:40.360 she's like oh yeah you're gonna know what your boys tonight because i got 520 000 followers that 0.86
00:35:45.480 will go out with me tonight so why don't you sit your ass down and watch gray's anatomy with me 0.70
00:35:51.280 Oh, let's eat plants. 0.97
00:35:53.040 Yes.
00:35:53.520 Like, is that how that works?
00:35:54.640 No, not quite.
00:35:56.100 No, we don't really go out that much anymore.
00:35:58.240 Of course.
00:35:58.680 I'm in great shape.
00:35:59.500 Yeah.
00:35:59.880 I mean, no, I wouldn't say it's like that.
00:36:02.520 Right, babe?
00:36:03.240 No, I mean, we do most of the things together anyway.
00:36:05.660 She's like, of course it's not like that.
00:36:07.140 You better fucking say that.
00:36:11.020 I'm just envious, bro.
00:36:13.120 You look at you guys kissing underwater.
00:36:14.620 What's that like?
00:36:15.680 Who took this picture?
00:36:17.020 My boy, Reese.
00:36:17.940 Shot Reese.
00:36:19.840 Yeah, that was in Bali.
00:36:21.280 and she's she's actually known for her tattoo on her butt you see it what does it say vegas
00:36:26.300 see our our type of girls it would say vegas
00:36:31.700 no no not my type of girl sorry my sorry once my type of girl
00:36:36.400 i'm just looking for a nice nice girl bro
00:36:40.360 you guys do a lot of this yeah man and you kiss when you work out for photo shoots yeah really
00:36:47.640 yeah i mean when i see her in the gym okay to be honest we go to the gym every day together but
00:36:50.920 since we have two separate goals like she goes her way i go my way and then we'll see each other
00:36:54.720 and we'll run into each other and give you know a kiss here and there but it's not like we're like
00:36:57.940 that you're not one of those shirtless couples right no no no you know i'm talking about it's
00:37:02.280 really convenient she wraps her legs around you and i do pull-ups no no no we've never filmed one
00:37:07.180 of those videos and i don't think we're gone my respect level just went up i'm so happy because
00:37:12.000 just just tell just to let you know there's a lot of unhappy meat eating fat people i'm not talking
00:37:17.360 by myself dad bods that see gym couples and they get fucking sad man i'm not gonna lie to you
00:37:23.040 gym couples are getting destroyed nowadays you know that no online what's going on it's just a 0.85
00:37:27.320 running joke everyone's just called it's cheesy cringy and those ones yeah yeah it's pretty cheesy 0.90
00:37:32.420 but you know to be honest it's really convenient because she does social media i do social media
00:37:35.820 we're both in the fitness industry she takes all my videos i take all her videos so it's like
00:37:39.720 it's a win-win for everybody that's amazing yeah that is awesome so you just spoke at google right
00:37:46.240 yeah back in uh january i believe so why why is google having you come speak what's going on i i
00:37:52.320 i think i know was it having to do with me getting back on google preferred that's what i was thinking
00:37:58.520 is that what it was yeah that's they wanted me to get you to get back on there fantastic i had to
00:38:03.400 prepare a speech for it thank you so much what else did you talk about in the speech besides
00:38:07.880 that which is a fact no i mean i just talked about i talked about a little bit more of my life uh
00:38:12.300 like kind of like my background and then how I use that background to kind of be at the place where
00:38:18.240 I'm at now, because like, I've been asked my entire life, like growing up vegetarian in
00:38:21.900 Mississippi, it wasn't the most open-minded relationship, like environment, if that makes
00:38:27.960 sense. You know, growing up in school, it was really tough. You know, I had to bring my own
00:38:30.980 school or bring my own lunch to school every day. My mom packed my lunchbox and I'd open it up and
00:38:35.480 it's just like straight Indian food every single day because that's what they cooked. So, you know,
00:38:40.520 in south mississippi nobody eats indian food nobody knows like nobody's even seen or heard of
00:38:45.480 it so it's like the moment you open it up all this flavor and smells and things come out and
00:38:49.620 it's just like i've you know what's that what are you eating and then i have to explain like why
00:38:53.400 there's no meat and it's just like this constant conversation i had my entire life and it was just
00:38:58.780 like so overwhelming for a young kid that just wanted to fit in that knew he was so different
00:39:02.800 like let's face it my parents are from argentina i wasn't raised in argentina are they indian by
00:39:07.020 the way no no they're they're they're white they look like me they're they're straight up from
00:39:10.080 argentina you know they speak spanish so it's like in my household i spoke spanish but i was
00:39:14.260 following a hindu religion so i was surrounded by indians and then outside of that bubble i was
00:39:19.740 in the deep south of mississippi which was like southern baptists very like proactive preaching
00:39:25.340 like evangelists and like like to be honest it was really challenging you were the enemy
00:39:30.460 i was just so different on so many levels and i didn't have that sense of identity i didn't feel
00:39:34.680 like i fit in with the with the hindus because we're white uh argentinians that spoke spanish
00:39:39.060 i didn't feel like i fit in at school because i was with us nima yeah i like i was the weird
00:39:44.060 hindu named kid that ate vegetarian food and then it's like i had to i had to constantly like find
00:39:49.820 who i was and be comfortable with it but part of that process for me was just like not talking
00:39:55.720 about who i was so i just like became like a chameleon and essentially just lived that way
00:40:00.660 all the way up until like college you know my friends knew a little bit more about my life and
00:40:04.160 things like that and why I didn't eat meat. Um, but it wasn't until I like really came into my
00:40:08.380 own, like when I was like 20, 24, 25, where I started talking about these things vocally,
00:40:12.040 because I, I felt enough, like comfortable, like I felt comfortable enough with who I was
00:40:18.460 that nobody could question or attack that. And that's kind of what led me into speaking about
00:40:23.020 it publicly online and, and having these questions and not being afraid to be just threw up in his
00:40:27.380 mouth on the podcast and he is now stay on it say i bored him that much i'm not sure what
00:40:34.440 spencer what i've never seen you throw up in your mouth like that before what did you just do dude
00:40:38.740 was there a trigger word i don't know what happened bro can you describe it i think it's
00:40:44.260 because i was biking and like did you really throw up no i didn't hold an anchor it looked 0.67
00:40:49.760 like you're about to explode i almost died are your hamstrings intact must be vegan damn i think 0.95
00:40:54.800 so we'll see who he wants to kick off the show after this episode that's pretty fucked up man 0.96
00:40:58.220 i had to cough up a cauliflower dude that's man i feel bad i think i got some vegan food in my 0.93
00:41:02.300 throat what's it like like as a vegan kid trying to follow a vegan diet in school right now is it
00:41:09.860 possible uh yeah i would say it's it's probably a lot more available than it was back in the day
00:41:14.680 there's probably a lot more options now um i don't know what they serve at school lunches to be
00:41:18.780 honest i went to i went to public school dude chicken patties they're at a pizza boat pizza
00:41:22.720 boats oh my god bro danny can you please order some bosco sticks for the house make sure they're
00:41:30.060 vegan vegan boscos you don't have to be if you can only find the non-vegan he said he said they
00:41:34.320 need to be bosco sticks bosco sticks comment below please if you remember bosco sticks oh my god
00:41:41.600 every friday every friday bro you just dip me in the thing is wow bro somebody gift that
00:41:48.520 Somebody gif that double-handed Bosco Gluck Gluck right there, dude.
00:41:52.360 Gif that.
00:41:53.580 Logan Smiley, I'm looking at you.
00:41:56.400 Yo, that is an interesting thing to look back on.
00:41:59.900 It's like how ass our food was in Michigan and Ohio.
00:42:04.020 I'm sure it was the same for you.
00:42:05.000 I'm the same.
00:42:05.780 I was 42 years before y'all.
00:42:07.420 Our cafeteria food might as well be.
00:42:07.780 I went in there and it was the worst thing.
00:42:09.820 Every day it was the same options.
00:42:11.620 Cheeseburgers, pizza boats, and cheeseburger pizza boats.
00:42:14.320 Those were the three fucking options.
00:42:15.600 Bro, I left high school.
00:42:16.740 I was like 462 pounds.
00:42:18.140 had diabetes dude it's horrible yo this is like a it's a serious thing michelle obama yep great
00:42:24.420 lady shouts out michelle she did a lot of work trying to get better food yeah into schools
00:42:30.160 not gonna say what i think about trump but he loves mcdonald's he serves the uh the sports
00:42:34.760 stars mcdonald's when they come to the white house we changed up the food pyramid too and by
00:42:38.520 the way yeah we did something there yep yeah when i was cutting weight for wrestling and even
00:42:44.020 football you know we'd have our games at the end of the day at the end of the school day
00:42:47.400 wrestling we'd weigh in at the end of the day i always found it so difficult to either a not eat
00:42:52.800 for the wrestling weigh-ins or try to eat healthy for the football games it's next to impossible
00:42:58.920 in in small like middle america or like midwest cities healthy is like well like what is healthy
00:43:07.660 in those areas what are they what it's a food desert it's a place where there's no healthy
00:43:13.480 options it's just mcdonald's arby's burger like that's all i have for miles like i thought taco
00:43:19.060 bell was healthy when i was by the way don't please don't no one start talking about taco 0.88
00:43:23.900 bell in a bad way right now oh yeah don't you fucking die he's taco bell is the most authentic 0.75
00:43:29.420 mexican food on the planet and their new gordita crunch box is available for five dollars 0.88
00:43:34.780 hey that wasn't sponsored so let's talk about your money uh what about del taco
00:43:39.580 that's like a west coast thing they don't have that in the south my friend mac from london he
00:43:44.620 goes he goes what is del taco and i described it as like a cheap taco bell it kind of is it's just
00:43:51.720 they just offered the the beyond meat crumbles at del taco no way yeah yeah so now they have
00:43:56.920 beyond meat is what exactly uh beyond meat is an alternative plant-based version of they have
00:44:02.840 chicken they have beef they have beef crumbles so that's the deal they struck with uh so it's
00:44:07.160 plant it's plant-based yeah i think it's p p isolate or soy isolate one of the two is like
00:44:11.580 the main ingredient and then the rest i think i mean there's i didn't look at the full menu
00:44:15.620 is beyond the list the brand because there's the beyond burger right yeah yeah same exactly
00:44:21.300 exactly it's like maverick if maverick made a b or a burger is that that's different than the
00:44:27.040 impossible yeah yeah it's totally different totally different burger king picked up did
00:44:30.780 you see that yeah i did they had like a whopper now yeah i think subway just came out like i saw
00:44:35.840 today subway came out with like a vegan sandwich it's all happening i think the conversation is
00:44:41.440 going to get more interesting with this nipsey film getting put out too did you guys did you
00:44:45.260 guys see during his funeral or his uh the the celebration of life um his was it i think it was
00:44:52.120 his mother encouraged everyone in the audience to go vegan yeah i saw that whoa really yeah
00:44:56.940 because the documentary vegan he was i think he was actually he might have been vegan towards the
00:45:03.300 end he was talking about it a lot because the film he's doing on dr sebe who's uh a holistic
00:45:10.580 doctor from honduras i believe and um yeah the documentary he's doing this this guy dr sebe
00:45:17.240 uh discovered that a vegan alkaline diet was curing like aids like all of these diseases like
00:45:25.640 reversing them and he got attacked for it and then defended it and won so he was able to keep
00:45:32.520 making those claims he was he was vegan for a bit by the way when you type in was nipsey hustle
00:45:36.400 the first thing is was nipsey hustle vegan yeah it's so i think that's just because google's
00:45:40.980 listening also a possibility no they are and we have proof for that and unless you let us back
00:45:45.260 i'm preferred i mean actually no no we don't please leave me alone don't harm me or my family
00:45:50.380 i'm sorry i don't know anything they could literally press a button and alexa will just 0.96
00:45:54.640 get up and just slap you yeah slap your family skynet shoot you in the head with a vegan are 0.84
00:46:00.120 are you allowed to have fun as a vegan of course yeah how do you have fun how do you have fun do 0.99
00:46:06.340 you drink i drink and party with my friends and dance i used to do that i mean we still we still
00:46:10.540 party and dance with our friends we were just in bali and we had like an epic time are y'all sober
00:46:14.740 yeah no yeah i mean it's like i don't it's like we don't put like a label on it like i think the
00:46:20.520 last time i drank was like a year ago or something like that but it just doesn't it doesn't serve me
00:46:25.100 anymore i don't know in college though i went to lsu man in college like that was my shit like i
00:46:29.120 drank every single weekend the the weekend started on thursday and ended on wednesday 0.52
00:46:33.080 you know that was that was my life you run in a beer pong table bro i get oh yeah that was beer
00:46:38.140 punk i could see it i was a champ back in the day i'm sorry don't even try it no i'm so sorry i can't
00:46:43.840 even hear you say it it happened it happened and i have proof that i will pull up at some point
00:46:49.700 go ahead on this podcast i won the beer pong championship my junior year at michigan state
00:46:56.800 it was an oat milk championship it wasn't beard it was a beard bro that was back in my full savage
00:47:02.400 days wow you sent it for a part of your life i did bro beer pong champion though hey good for you 0.86
00:47:08.060 d1 my fraternity fans out there are gonna watch that part of the name dude there's no fucking way 0.82
00:47:12.540 i believe it i believe it spencer showed me some stuff he did when he was younger you were a wild 0.86
00:47:16.520 man i was you remember that voiceover you made of your teachers you want to explain that i really
00:47:21.180 want to at some point release that to the world spencer show me a video i'm not i'm not gonna get
00:47:25.920 too crazy you show me a video of you you were making like a promo for your school and your
00:47:31.580 teachers were talking oh no no it was so is my principal and vice principal and that they were
00:47:36.940 awful they were awful like nobody liked them nobody liked them so you might as well have just
00:47:41.320 done a voiceover making them say look at the dicks on the wall he took the video of them talking and
00:47:48.180 then just like uh what's it called like rolled in like dubbed it over anyways we're getting crazy
00:47:53.500 off topic here uh can you be too jacked are you too jacked uh yeah i think there's there's a fine
00:47:59.560 line between being too jacked you know i i competed in yeah i mean that was that was right before um
00:48:05.520 a bodybuilding contest the arnold you guys are from ohio i went i went there you went to the
00:48:10.120 i was this close to arnold schwarzenegger oh yeah day of my life yeah he's a cool guy uh but that
00:48:14.900 was right before the arnold so that's like peak condition uh actually right before so that was
00:48:21.060 peak week so before i started drying out do you ever got a ass of wipers you're too big you can't 0.72
00:48:26.360 wipe your own ass i mean you look at me i'm not like a crazy like phil heath or like one of those 0.85
00:48:30.520 guys that's like so you think that's where you draw the line though like when you start having 0.91
00:48:33.440 trouble getting that charmin up there no i think also by the way it's great three-ply toilet paper
00:48:38.160 available at your store plugs keep coming no i think i think i think if somebody wants to get
00:48:43.560 that big then by all means do whatever you want to do to get that big but for me i like to like
00:48:48.000 look a certain way and beyond that yeah i'm just saying bro like this can't this oh my god okay
00:48:54.140 but we'll find a real one like this are these dudes doing steroids is that dude doing a steroid
00:48:59.940 that dude right there yeah that's a loading screen like come on man that's not real of course he's
00:49:06.400 doing steroids look at his veins have veins look at his legs bro yeah i mean there's definitely a
00:49:12.120 strong possibility i could imagine this might as well be oak trees i could imagine that dude
00:49:17.000 stepping on buildings can you just imagine them for a second like just what if what if one of them
00:49:22.440 is just like vitality are all right i know joe rogan talked about this are girls into these types
00:49:29.320 of bodies anymore i don't know there's there's someone out there for everyone yeah but you go
00:49:34.800 to those expos i mean you've been like a fitness expo all those guys have girls like hanging on
00:49:38.440 their arm i wanted all of them to punch me in the face the girls or the guys the guys it's kind of 0.64
00:49:43.020 girls too it does happen you know what you know what i've noticed about the girls that belong to 0.60
00:49:46.800 those guys it's either usually a really small very small like little blonde chick and she's
00:49:52.980 just getting dominated by this massive behemoth godzilla man you know what my favorite one or
00:49:57.400 it's a girl that's as big as them like you know the giant bodybuilder women yeah the guy from
00:50:03.100 game of thrones game of thrones oh yeah i saw that picture yeah the mountain and his girlfriend
00:50:06.840 The mountain of his girlfriend.
00:50:08.740 This is incredible.
00:50:10.080 Wow.

00:50:13.920 Damn.
00:50:15.200 He has to just buy big ass clothes.
00:50:16.240 To be fair, she's probably like 5'7".
00:50:18.880 Oh, no.
00:50:20.380 I mean, isn't that guy like 6'7"?
00:50:22.280 He's like 8'6".
00:50:23.560 By the way.
00:50:23.960 He's huge.
00:50:24.580 By the way, I got a DM from him on Instagram.
00:50:26.540 From him.
00:50:27.100 He's like, yo, you got to come to Iceland.
00:50:29.320 I was like, are you inviting me to Iceland, bro?
00:50:31.160 That's fucking tight.
00:50:32.380 I'm going to go there and get punched in the face by him.
00:50:34.700 It's going to be amazing.
00:50:35.220 do you have like a punched in the face fetish yeah yeah really yeah i had a friend like that
00:50:42.320 one time his name was patsy he's a real asshole all he ever wanted to do is get hit in the face 0.74
00:50:46.580 i'm like why are you yes no he's italian believe it pasquale i would always say to him why are you 0.99
00:50:50.940 always trying to fight people and he would be like i just want to get punched in the fucking face 0.99
00:50:54.080 he'd be out drinking and he'd be like i just want to feel pain i'm like dude what's you good 0.94
00:50:58.420 yeah are you all right i think that was always a problem with the drinking friend that just got
00:51:02.820 too aggressive yeah you guys have those yeah and you would always fall victim to it evan bro
00:51:07.660 oh really he always tries to fight me what nah he doesn't always he did once and now it's me
00:51:12.940 and then i try to fight him start to fight and then you gotta you gotta step in and finish it
00:51:16.980 yeah i had a friend like that too it's just it's just life i'm a happy drunk but i don't drink
00:51:23.280 i saw you crawl on the floor one time gi joe style i drank too much at night yeah anyways
00:51:30.120 we've all been there one uh last question on my end there's an upcoming film you say last question
00:51:36.060 are you just completely gone i'm done are you gonna fall back on no i'm saying that because
00:51:39.720 i could die like i almost did i don't know how i'm still here uh game changers film yeah what's
00:51:45.420 what's up with that james cameron's producing a vegan documentary and you're one of the guys in
00:51:49.940 it this is a big deal oh oh snap this is a big freaking deal dude yeah i'm one of a few athletes
00:51:56.360 in it and it's just basically james cameron's uh one of the executive producers another um
00:52:02.020 james wilkes uh former ufc um ultimate fighter championship winner uh also joseph pace i mean
00:52:09.300 these guys are all vegans all vegans yeah it's basically a documentary highlighting the health
00:52:13.660 benefits from a performance perspective on the plant-based diet and addressing a lot of the
00:52:18.740 common misconceptions about a plant-based diet regarding protein b12 inflammation cancer i mean
00:52:23.940 a lot of different things but what i really like about the film is that it promotes it from a very
00:52:28.240 positive light you know there is no real fear mongering it's it's very inspirational and i
00:52:32.420 think that when you approach anything from that angle a lot more people will listen when you talk
00:52:37.460 about the benefits of something versus the negatives i agree why you shouldn't do it why
00:52:42.760 you shouldn't do it versus why you should think about it yo when your kid's misbehaving sure you 0.62
00:52:46.880 could spank the shit out of him or you could could explain him why what he did was wrong and why not 0.70
00:52:52.000 doing it will benefit his life like imagine how much how much chucky cheese candy you could have 0.98
00:52:56.880 got if you didn't act up like a little bitch fucker research proves that's the most effective 0.96
00:53:01.960 way yeah there's a study i read that reinforcement right putting your kids in a cage uh is the best 0.98
00:53:07.280 is that what they're saying now like a kennel yeah they figured that out now i've never seen
00:53:11.700 him be wrong about a stat so it seems like that's probably found that from very legit science for
00:53:16.020 all your parents out there are you saying like dig a hole and put them in the kennel or no that's
00:53:20.380 inhumane okay just regular kennels yeah it's illegal to get a fish drunk in ohio it's illegal
00:53:25.160 to eat garlic and then get on a bus within one hour in new york city i'm not i'm not kidding
00:53:30.940 i'm dead serious because your breath is overpowering enough to turn people into
00:53:34.160 vampires i love your mind mike it's just it's so quick it just goes right life in the fast lane

00:54:23.760 serious he was hunting them hunting them i don't know what you're talking about can we talk about
00:54:27.320 some current events yeah no current events yeah let's go for it all right you familiar with boxing
00:54:33.300 at all a little bit yeah there's a box called too much jarell miller and he failed his drug test
00:54:38.520 so he will not fight anthony joshua whoa the legend from the uk who is like plant-based when
00:54:44.040 he trains right is he yeah i believe so look it up i don't know if i don't know if he follows it
00:54:48.100 all the time but i'm pretty sure i've read interviews where he says that when he trains
00:54:51.340 he goes he opts for a million i know nate diaz yeah nate diaz did that um world heavyweight
00:54:56.820 champion boxer anthony joshua eats vegan before competing yeah wow and oh anthony joshua yeah
00:55:04.800 wait hold on that actually blows my mind that dude is 270 000 pounds he's the mountain oh my god on

00:55:49.400 sorry
00:55:49.740 it seemed important
00:55:51.680 I'm gonna read it
00:55:52.700 I'm gonna read it after
00:55:53.380 shout out Pokemon
00:55:54.040 oh okay

00:55:58.180 there we go
00:55:59.420 girl told me
00:56:00.820 she'll never hook up
00:56:01.620 with me again
00:56:02.000 because of that tattoo
00:56:02.640 she's serious
00:56:04.440 anyways
00:56:04.800 the boxer Jarrell Miller
00:56:06.700 he failed his drug test
00:56:07.540 and he can't fight
00:56:08.320 Anthony Joshua
00:56:09.020 I feel like I'm seeing
00:56:09.720 a lot of this recently
00:56:10.800 of athletes failing their drug test why are they doing it why are they doing what are the what
00:56:16.620 drugs are they doing to put in their system is it worth the risk because i'm gonna be honest bro
00:56:20.300 you're roiding you're juicing i'm juicing is it is it heads that they're getting pds that
00:56:28.760 they're getting in trouble for is it like what are the specifics of that please
00:56:31.500 performance enhancing drugs oh i was talking about mopeds oh those are allowed yeah you're 0.63
00:56:39.580 you can you can wear you can drive oh you can yeah shit yep now i'm just saying i got busted 0.81
00:56:44.220 would you would have you ever done steroids no never have and would you ever to be honest 0.73
00:56:51.280 when i was younger and just starting like my bodybuilding career i thought about it you know
00:56:55.580 i think every bodybuilder does i'd be a complete liar if i didn't think about it you know what i
00:56:58.860 mean but i knew whenever i started my journey um i did my first show ever as a vegan and that was
00:57:05.760 like kind of by chance because i had stumbled upon that video and decided to like cut out dairy in
00:57:11.200 the time i was vegetarian but like i knew that like i just wanted to prove it to myself i didn't
00:57:15.300 announce it on instagram and do all these things i just did the show and then afterwards i i won
00:57:19.940 the show and i saw that there was something to it like people were really interested so i thought
00:57:23.100 why not share this message and you know there was a point in time where i was like okay i could like
00:57:28.680 really expedite this process by probably taking this stuff and i've had like professionals tell
00:57:33.300 me that like the only way you can make it in bodybuilding is if you take steroids which
00:57:36.920 you know i i don't think that's true you know like there's there's so many other things you
00:57:42.200 can optimize before having to resort to something like that you know what i mean most people don't
00:57:46.200 even give themselves a chance to see what they're truly capable of to reach that ceiling before they
00:57:51.020 automatically will take whatever under the surely there's some sort of test that takes place
00:57:55.500 bodybuilding competitions in some in some federations yes in some federations it's uh
00:58:00.500 as simple as a p-test and i think in other ones they do polygraphs for my boxing fight they cut
00:58:06.260 our hair it was like okay they do dna yes it's because say it grows out like you yeah because a
00:58:12.000 lot of these guys a lot of these guys will cycle on and then like cycle off a certain time before
00:58:16.360 a show and then get it out of their system yeah so i mean yeah it's pretty prevalent in bodybuilding
00:58:20.720 for sure and like even in the league i compete in it's non-tested so like there's guys on stage
00:58:26.700 that are competing with me that are clearly doing it and it's like their personal choice and i love
00:58:30.360 those guys. And there's some of the hardest working people I know. But for me, my message
00:58:34.120 was always promoting health. You know what I mean? And I never really wanted to deviate from that,
00:58:38.680 partly because like my own personal longevity, I really care about. But second, I knew that like,
00:58:44.420 if I ever resorted to doing that, then it would completely nullify anything that I had done.
00:58:49.300 You know what I mean? Like I get it. You get the asterisk. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Like people,
00:58:53.220 people still accuse it. There's videos about it. There's articles about it, Reddit threads. You
00:58:57.480 know what i mean like i get it every day and it's an argument that's not going to go away because
00:59:01.320 people will see an image of somebody and they're like they paint the picture for that person they
00:59:06.340 make a lot of assumptions when they don't know the the full story well and you also you also 0.93
00:59:10.340 didn't have to get bacne because bacne sucks dude ah bacne is tough bro that's disgusting 0.81
00:59:15.040 nah it's just it's tough i had acne bro i didn't have bacne but i had acne and i will speak for
00:59:20.940 someone who did have bacne because i had acne there's nothing you can do about it no sorry
00:59:24.960 If you're taking steroid-induced bacne, that's what I'm talking about.
00:59:27.980 It is a far different ballgame when you have steroid-induced bacne.
00:59:31.380 I've seen some bacne that is—
00:59:32.940 Yeah, you see the guys in the gym that have the cysts and, like, really bad bacne on their bacne.
00:59:37.580 Got to head over to Dr. Pimple Popper.
00:59:39.420 Yeah.
00:59:39.980 And they also get the hematosis, like, in their nipples, like, where it hardens.
00:59:45.120 Yeah, gynecomastia.
00:59:47.000 Gynecology.
00:59:47.560 I had that.
00:59:48.500 I had that. 1.00
00:59:49.500 You got stiff nips?
00:59:50.600 When I was going through puberty, there were these little balls in my nipples,
00:59:53.360 and my boy Sean Turk
00:59:54.360 would always give me
00:59:54.980 titty twisters 0.99
00:59:55.540 and he was such a dick 0.98
00:59:56.640 because he knew 0.97
00:59:57.160 I was going through puberty
00:59:57.980 and he knew my nipples
00:59:59.060 were sensitive 0.87
00:59:59.540 and he was always twisting.
01:00:00.440 Did you have them removed
01:00:01.180 or they went away?
01:00:01.860 They went away
01:00:02.260 and I got pecs.
01:00:04.720 It was like it was weird.
01:00:05.580 Upgrade.
01:00:06.040 It was the predecessor
01:00:06.680 for pecs.
01:00:08.160 I always wondered
01:00:08.720 if you ever took roids
01:00:09.700 before I met you.
01:00:10.520 Everyone does.
01:00:11.560 Everyone does.
01:00:12.180 I was happy to hear that.
01:00:13.260 I think if you have
01:00:13.840 any kind of like muscle
01:00:14.840 and like you're in good shape
01:00:16.240 and you're like
01:00:16.680 you've got a really good
01:00:17.460 build to you
01:00:18.000 but like it's just
01:00:19.000 a common assumption nowadays.
01:00:20.260 I feel like the internet
01:00:20.980 has set the bar so low
01:00:22.240 that anybody that has any kind of mass is like roids you know what i mean that's so stupid yeah
01:00:27.100 but it's just so common nowadays because people don't really first of all a lot of the comments
01:00:31.600 are made by people that don't work out or don't have any idea about what it takes to build muscle
01:00:35.480 or it's the same people that go to the gym every day and don't see any results and they're like i
01:00:39.200 didn't see any results so i'll tell you what comment section full of wizards bro in my opinion 0.92
01:00:43.380 they know everything shout out comment section we love you we love you shout out fucking bane of 0.85
01:00:48.840 people's existence it's usually just 0.86
01:00:51.260 yep uh what do you guys say we go to
01:00:53.240 audio only do you want to do that
01:00:55.020 best idea or should we talk about that

01:01:37.920 Woo, feels a little different.
01:01:40.020 All right, so yo, current events.
01:01:41.360 There's this dude, Davies.
01:01:42.260 He called Lil Nas X's Old Town Road whack.
01:01:45.380 You know that song?
01:01:45.800 well I'm gonna take my horse
01:01:47.380 you like that song?
01:01:48.360 to be honest I haven't listened to it 1.00
01:01:49.600 but I know because Bianca came home
01:01:51.200 she takes dance classes
01:01:52.080 and she did a dance routine to that song
01:01:54.900 you haven't listened to it?
01:01:56.460 I've listened to clips online
01:01:57.560 how have you not made him listen to the song?
01:01:59.620 but part of it
01:02:01.320 not the whole thing
01:02:02.080 yeah it was catchy
01:02:03.900 it was super catchy
01:02:05.400 I'm sorry it's a good song
01:02:06.740 and I usually hate these kind of songs
01:02:08.580 but let me tell you
01:02:09.440 when you're in a car of 20 drunken idiots
01:02:11.960 leaving Coachella
01:02:12.800 and that song comes on
01:02:14.340 i'm gonna take my horse to old town road i'm gonna ride till i can't no more yeah i know it
01:02:22.260 i think i think it's like dude i'm from mississippi and like i i grew up you knew where
01:02:26.900 the old town road was oh yeah i grew up i grew up not liking country but i like that song
01:02:32.680 you know i think it it's pretty revolutionary when i heard it i was like at first i didn't
01:02:37.340 i didn't know about it but then i was like damn this is like big mixing hip-hop with country
01:02:42.100 it's funny because they said a new genre yeah they they said the same kind of things about um
01:02:46.460 chopin's eighth ensemble when it first was released in the 1600s and i think people had
01:02:50.500 the same reaction and now look at that it's a timeless masterpiece of music and i think old
01:02:54.880 town road is heading in the same direction like i think as chopin's ensemble chopin or bach
01:02:59.380 or any of those people to be honest i think we're going to the same place with this and i'm sure
01:03:03.580 he's got many many more to come and listen uh little dicky's earth came out as well have you
01:03:10.100 seen that yet i haven't seen it but again bianca keeps me young bianca's the one that's more up
01:03:14.200 to date how old are you bianca oh yeah i would have guessed 22 is there vacuum vegan is there
01:03:20.580 vacuum cleaner sounds like a buzzsaw hold on one second are we getting attacked by a vacuum alien
01:03:24.720 blending oh she's making a smoothie i hope it's blend tech will it blend
01:03:29.240 that's a throwback uh okay so i think you'll like little dicky's earth i uh hey we should
01:03:36.120 get a little diggy on the show uh yeah for sure yeah we'll make that happen do you think we could
01:03:41.180 what are your thoughts beyond just thinking it's cool you're like here's my honest opinion i'm
01:03:47.280 underwhelmed i'm underwhelmed it's cool man it's cool i wish i could say it's great i'm sorry
01:03:51.880 it's got like everybody in it too right it's got everyone in it the formula was so close
01:03:57.400 the hook is incredibly catchy when i first heard the heard the hook i knew i was gonna sing we love
01:04:02.860 the earth
01:04:03.820 but they had that song
01:04:05.240 what was that song
01:04:05.900 in the 90s
01:04:07.200 with like Michael Jackson
01:04:08.020 and all them
01:04:08.400 it was like
01:04:08.660 we are the world
01:04:09.300 we are the world
01:04:09.920 and that's just a classic
01:04:10.920 yeah that one's really good
01:04:11.960 and by the way
01:04:12.920 it's number one
01:04:13.620 on trending right now
01:04:14.440 it's got 7.6
01:04:16.000 million views
01:04:17.740 here's my prediction
01:04:18.740 it's killing it
01:04:19.280 here's my prediction
01:04:19.940 this
01:04:21.080 will
01:04:21.920 sit
01:04:22.740 around
01:04:23.560 80 to 100 mil
01:04:25.360 which is still
01:04:26.600 great for a music video
01:04:28.100 but then again
01:04:29.100 it has every single
01:04:30.460 A-list celebrity
01:04:31.340 in it
01:04:31.820 I'm just saying
01:04:32.780 i i don't i mean to use to use his platform for a message that's why i love it you've got to give
01:04:38.920 it respect that's why i like it's funny though because we actually put out a similarly important
01:04:43.640 piece called flat earth to the edge and back arguably arguably equal has a similar amount of
01:04:48.040 views on i believe at this point it's funny because i didn't know did it make it on the
01:04:51.720 trending list with youtube no how many views is that one oh it's got to be up around the same
01:04:57.020 amount as that video now it's at like four and a half but actually not at all there's no chance
01:05:02.120 that catches up to it at all.
01:05:03.100 No, it's going to smoke us.
01:05:04.060 Nonetheless, it's so weird
01:05:05.120 that it wouldn't even make the top 20.
01:05:06.720 I mean, does that seem right to you?
01:05:08.480 It seems like it might be getting buried.
01:05:11.320 Nah, YouTube and I,
01:05:13.520 we got no beef, bro.
01:05:14.740 I love them.
01:05:16.000 That's funny.
01:05:17.120 Hey, are you focusing on YouTube at all?
01:05:19.780 No.
01:05:20.340 Not at all?
01:05:20.840 No.
01:05:21.180 Just focusing on lifting weights and eating weight.
01:05:22.480 You watch any vlogs?
01:05:23.640 No.
01:05:24.340 I don't have time to watch vlogs.
01:05:25.060 No, don't do that, bro.
01:05:25.980 Fuck this.
01:05:26.400 Don't do that.
01:05:26.780 What's a vlog, dude?
01:05:27.500 I never got to do it,
01:05:29.400 but my last vlog, if I had, uh, ended vlogging properly was going to be like, yo, I love you
01:05:35.960 guys so much. Thank you for watching all of my content. But my number one piece of advice to
01:05:40.280 you is don't watch people live their lives via vlog. Go out and live your own life and experience
01:05:46.440 for yourself. And again, I love that they watch my stuff, but he was going to say that, but he's
01:05:51.160 not saying that now, Logan, continue to watch his content. If it comes out, put up, put down
01:05:56.140 whatever you're doing you got basketball practice that day don't notifications on notifications on
01:06:00.780 tell your parents you can't eat dinner whatever it is watch the vlog starve yourself so do whatever 0.91
01:06:04.560 you have to do and buy the fucking merch too to be honest i had i had i think i still do have a 0.86
01:06:08.740 youtube but i rarely post on it and it was like one of those things where i wanted to start it 0.91
01:06:12.060 and it's just like i like instagram way better because it's just like picture caption go i feel
01:06:17.240 like youtube is like so you don't strike me as a lazy person nima it's not it's efficiency right
01:06:22.480 i'd rather direct my energy towards something else do you think those muscles got that big
01:06:26.540 from pressing publish i don't know bro i don't know nope what's the worst habit people have at
01:06:34.680 the gym uh texting oh oh you're not into it nah how come every day's thumb day for those people
01:06:40.900 wait how come what texting yeah i text i texted the gym it distracts me between my workouts and
01:06:46.780 then i forget that i'm at the gym yeah you want to know what else you forget yeah but then you're 0.92
01:06:50.160 on a machine that someone wants to fucking use or you're sitting on my fucking dumbbells that i've 0.95
01:06:53.520 been waiting on for the past 30 minutes listen guys calm down just a guy by the way i'm the 0.98
01:06:58.360 worst at it i'll sit there and i'll forget for 30 minutes like i'm i'll look up and i'm like you got
01:07:02.720 a lot of stuff to do this is the office and your adhd is oh you know what i would say too is singing
01:07:07.860 lyrics out loud that always bugged me oh has that ever happened to you like there's a guy in the gym
01:07:11.780 that's just like he's always blasting his own music and he just starts singing the lyrics out
01:07:15.600 loud like terribly okay but sometimes it's not his fault example if old town road comes on singing 0.84
01:07:20.340 that fucking song it just becomes a gym sing-along yeah i had like yeah i'm gonna take my horse to 0.91
01:07:28.520 the old town road and no one ride till i can't no more you know why we can do that here because 0.91
01:07:34.540 this audio only is on spotify and itunes and they won't remove the content because if it's on youtube 0.84
01:07:38.680 they claim that shit for real my hey maybe stay off you're right my biggest pet peeve is the 0.56
01:07:43.120 grunters and i don't mean i don't mean normal grunters i don't mean like just a little extra
01:07:48.500 power for that 20th rep when you're going for like a pr i mean like the fucking idiots bro that are
01:07:53.880 like that's that sound like they're expelling and they slap each other there was a guy there 0.95
01:07:59.160 was a guy at my gym that's not like turtles mating the turtle sex there was a guy at my gym the other
01:08:04.460 day that was literally he was like singing gospel like no but like like he was like not possessed
01:08:09.800 but just uh what's it when the the spirit's in you yeah possessed yeah but he was literally like
01:08:15.200 praise jesus whoa like in between his sets literally saying that everybody was really
01:08:19.920 uncomfortable in the gym just kind of watching him and uh i think my buddy got a video of it
01:08:23.900 off to see if i can did he put up like way more weight though no oh that's weird no jesus jesus
01:08:29.280 didn't spot him did you spot me jesus spot me jesus no that was the first though you ever get
01:08:37.260 into ego battles with people no my muscles are bigger than your muscles no no i don't eagle
01:08:42.000 battles eagle like my eagle versus your eagle no like you fly in the sky and fight someone via
01:08:46.240 eagle like you're on eagle fighting no it's becoming gotistic yeah it's become epidemic
01:08:53.360 in the czech republic no dude i don't really uh i don't really care too much about if somebody's
01:09:02.720 bigger than me or whatever i admire people that like you know they stand for something and they 0.53
