00:00:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:00:30.000 Hello, hello, hello.
00:00:58.280 Today is Monday, November 2nd, 2026, episode number 1122.
00:01:05.420 Please remember to like, share, follow, and hit the notification button so you know when

00:01:55.900 back on me i have these questions that i ask and i think cas was being polite not to answer a tough
00:02:01.220 one that i put out there yesterday in our subscriber group great job on that one that
00:02:06.180 one was a hard one man o dumb 52 98 sleeper 93 81 are you all ready oh my gosh art hobby high
00:02:16.480 you're a new name i haven't used your name before i haven't said it out here live on this show
00:02:21.160 before. Well, while the cat's away, we shall play. So come on in. Get yourself settled. Get
00:02:30.420 your water. Find your spot. I am so glad that you're here on Monday because Monday is the day
00:02:37.200 most people are still rubbing their eyes and you showed up anyway. I see you all coming in. I see
00:02:44.220 the names stacking up over there and I'm going to get to them same way as always. If you have
00:02:49.760 something breaking or if something's going on let me know I'll definitely give you a shout out if I
00:02:54.120 can see you as you know I'm the only person that runs the show from behind behind the show I'm the
00:03:01.220 engineer I'm the host and everything else so I miss things sometimes so you have to make a lot
00:03:05.060 of noise to get my attention for the most part but I do see you so I just have to yeah make sure
00:03:11.320 that I divert my attention over there, because this is going to be a big, huge week. So pull up
00:03:20.960 a chair, turn the volume up a little, whatever you were about to do in the next hour, it will
00:03:27.480 still be there when we are done here. So I have been sitting at this desk all weekend with a stack
00:03:36.260 of paper, and I have been looking forward to this since Saturday. All right, let me tell you
00:03:43.080 what I found. A $5 gift card. That is what a canvassing group was handing people at the door
00:03:52.620 to go and vote. $5. Three days before the election, door to door, the Attorney General of Kansas
00:04:02.260 signed a cease and desist on Saturday
00:04:06.280 and ordered a group called Blue Stem Kansas to stop in Kansas.
00:04:11.880 They said, look, you need to stop offering somebody a benefit
00:04:15.200 in exchange for voting because it is election bribery.
00:04:20.440 And election bribery, there is a severity level.
00:04:24.340 Seven non-person felony is what that amounts to.
00:04:28.920 So that is not a parking ticket.
00:04:30.680 That is a felony class with a number on it, just to be clear.
00:04:36.100 And I want to be straight with you about where this stands, because I'm going to be straight
00:04:41.420 with you about where everything stands for the next hour.
00:04:45.080 Nobody has been charged.
00:04:46.960 It is a cease and desist, which is a letter that says stop.
00:04:51.980 It's not an indictment.
00:04:53.940 The group has not answered anybody's request for comment.
00:04:57.540 Both of those things are true, and I am not going to pretend otherwise to make the story bigger than it is.
00:05:05.080 Here is the Attorney General in his own words.
00:05:09.120 This is a quote.
00:05:10.300 I never thought that a group in Kansas would be so brazen as to go door to door three days before an election offering voters monetary incentives.
00:05:22.260 End quote.
00:05:23.140 And then the line that stopped me.
00:05:25.760 Next quote.
00:05:27.500 This sounds like Chicago in the 1950s, not Kansas in the 2020s.
00:05:34.460 Now, if that were the whole story, I would give it four minutes and move on,
00:05:38.760 because one group in one state with one letter is a Tuesday news item.
00:05:44.100 It is not the whole story.
00:05:45.960 It is the smallest thing that I'm going to show you today.
00:05:49.300 Because the question underneath it is not about Kansas, and it is not about $5,
00:05:55.860 dollars, somebody took a look in the box. That is the whole job. Somebody somewhere has to actually
00:06:04.500 open it up and check. So I spent this weekend reading what happens when nobody does. So let
00:06:11.760 me give you the one that I could not put down. There is a case out of California. Imagine that.
00:06:19.600 a county, the federal government, a court. The county was asked about a list of people whose
00:06:28.320 citizenship was in question, and the county came back and said that nearly 40% of that sample
00:06:35.080 had been born in the United States. The federal government took that same sample,
00:06:42.200 and they ran it themselves, and they came back and they said that none of them were born here.
00:06:49.600 Not fewer than the county said, not a different percentage, none, 40% and then zero off the
00:07:00.020 same list of the same exact people.
00:07:04.380 So I'm going to show you that one again later with the page on the screen because I want
00:07:10.720 you to see the type and I'm going to give you the honest other half right now, the same
00:07:16.700 as I did with Kansas because it is in the same file and leaving it out would make me the thing
00:07:23.380 that I am complaining about. The district judge in that case found the federal government's own
00:07:29.480 process for building these lists not credible. He said so and the county register system has
00:07:36.160 no function that lets a ballot be set aside once it's in. Both of those are real and both of them
00:07:43.260 are on the record and you should know them before you decide what you think. But hold the two
00:07:49.140 numbers next to each other for a second anyway. 40 and 0. Somebody was wrong by the entire width
00:07:58.300 of the question and the only reason anyone knows is that two different offices happen to run the
00:08:05.620 same names. Nobody ran them before. Nobody was looking in the box. Then there is Nevada and
00:08:15.200 Nevada has names on it. Five people were charged by the federal government with voting as non-citizens.
00:08:23.760 five of them inside one month the 23rd of October two on the 28th and 29th the 13th the 30th so
00:08:36.040 here they all are and before I read you one word about any of them here is the part that I'm going
00:08:43.720 to keep saying all hour because it is not me being delicate it is me being accurate and there is a
00:08:49.880 difference. Every one of those five people is presumed innocent. A charge is an accusation
00:08:56.560 on a piece of paper that is one that a prosecutor signed. It is not a finding. It is not a conviction.
00:09:03.540 And not one of them has had a trial. Now, I will hold that line the whole way through because I
00:09:09.580 would want somebody to hold that for me. But here is what is not in the question. And it is the
00:09:16.000 reason Nevada matters more than the other four. It was not a prosecutor or a pundit who put the
00:09:23.820 words to this. It was the first assistant United States attorney on the record in her own name.
00:09:32.960 She said, there is a catastrophic failure to protect the ballot box. Catastrophic failure.
00:09:41.420 her words they're not mine and she is the one with the file there is also Arizona yes Arizona
00:09:51.940 where the United States they had an attorney who opened a case into three non-profits over
00:09:59.940 registering non-citizens and they handed it over right over to the FBI here it is just so everybody
00:10:09.840 can see it. So that is Kansas, California, Nevada, Arizona, four places with different
00:10:22.540 sets of lawyers, four different kinds of paper, all of it in about 10 days. This is all happening
00:10:29.660 right now. Inside of 10 days, we're starting to hear about all of these cases where they said,
00:10:34.140 hey what voter fraud there is no such thing and it was being dismissed all of these are coming out
00:10:40.520 and not one person on television has put them on the same page because the people who cover this
00:10:46.440 one state and then basically they go home well i am putting them on the same page because that is
00:10:54.020 what this hour is and littermates i want to tell you the thing that i actually felt when i was
00:11:00.960 sitting there with all of it printed out because it was not anger. I was expecting anger, but it
00:11:06.600 wasn't anger. It was something closer to being tired because every single one of these is the
00:11:13.780 same shape. Somebody filed a vote. Nobody checked it. And when we only found out because a second
00:11:22.220 office accidentally looked, not an investigation, not a watchdog, an accident. That's where we are.
00:11:30.960 Now, you have stood in that line.
00:11:34.540 You have taken the morning off and you have shown your face and you have written your
00:11:39.080 name on something and you did it because you believed it counted the same as everybody
00:11:43.580 else's.
00:11:45.240 Well, that is the part nobody is going to talk to you about tomorrow.
00:11:49.860 Everybody is going to spend tomorrow telling you who is going to win.
00:11:55.080 I do not care about that today.
00:11:57.960 Tomorrow can handle tomorrow, and it will.
00:12:02.120 But what I care about today is the whole checking.
00:12:06.200 Somebody has to look.
00:12:08.660 They have to look in that box.
00:12:10.540 I mean, that's the whole point.
00:12:12.500 So let me take you into the paper because I have the California filing right here.
00:12:18.020 And there is a judge in it who wrote down exactly what the county could not tell him.
00:12:23.700 And I want to read you the clause.
00:12:25.500 It's most important. So this is what the record actually said. And it's very important that people
00:12:33.440 understand exactly what the record says because here it is. The district court denied our emergency
00:12:43.140 request to sequester ballots from 20,000 suspected non-citizens. That is what has been put out there.
00:12:52.500 A judge on the Ninth Circuit, writing in dissent, says the county could give no evidence that it independently verifies the citizenship of its voters.
00:13:04.760 Think about that. I mean, it's doing something very specific.
00:13:09.560 Not that the county verifies badly, not that the county verifies slowly or with an old computer or with not enough people.
00:13:18.200 No evidence that it verifies at all.
00:13:22.500 and then the next part which is the part that bites the dissent says the county apparently
00:13:30.500 relies only on applicants attestation I kid you not that is what they are saying here
00:13:38.800 I mean and that is the part that should resonate with every single person I mean that is the other
00:13:46.320 side. Attestation. That is a box that you check that is you at a table saying yes I am and the
00:13:54.700 system writing it down and believing you. That is what that is. Now I want to be careful and precise
00:14:02.680 here because this is dissent and a dissent is the judge who lost. The motion in that case was denied
00:14:13.160 two to one. He is the one. So when I tell you what that paragraph says, what I am telling you is
00:14:20.400 what one federal put his name on in writing in a filed opinion and not what the court decided.
00:14:28.900 Completely different thing. I'm also going to tell you what the other side of it says
00:14:34.540 because I said I would and because you can handle it. The district judge in that case,
00:14:41.220 judge carter found the federal government's own process for building these lists was not credible
00:14:48.140 he wrote that down too and the county register system by the register's own account
00:14:55.360 has no function that allows a ballot to be pulled back once it has gone in so here is the honest
00:15:06.320 shape of it. One judge says nobody is checking. Another judge says the people complaining that
00:15:13.540 nobody is checking did their own homework badly. And the machine in the middle of them has no
00:15:21.020 reverse gear. All three of those things can be true at once. They are all in the same file and
00:15:28.820 not one of them is the same sentence that anybody is going to read to you tomorrow. It will be over
00:15:35.980 by then. So the federal government's number in that same fight is 20,000. That is how many
00:15:44.400 non-citizens they say are registered in the state of California. I am giving you that as their claim
00:15:52.240 because you need to know that number. It's attributed to them because Judge Carter is on
00:15:57.760 the record doubting how they built it. 20,000 is their number. It's not a finding. So now let me
00:16:06.480 get into Nevada because Nevada is not a number. Nevada is five people with names. The charging
00:16:15.800 documents are all from the District of Nevada and they all landed in October. Every one of them.
00:16:22.100 one of every single one of those things they were charged as one count of voting by an alien
00:16:29.820 that's what the charges were mariella delia mendoza mariella delia mendoza this is from
00:16:40.200 argentina the charge concerns the 2024 general election in clark county charged on the 13th
00:16:48.200 You're going to have to forgive me with some of the pronunciations of some of these names
00:16:52.780 because out of my element and without accent.
00:16:58.320 Melblinj Riziki Ramanadi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
00:17:07.460 The charge concerns the 2022 general election in Washoe County, charged on the 29th.
00:17:14.380 Monir El-Zobier Ali Youssef, Sudan 2024 General, charged on the 28th.
00:17:23.940 Khalida Safi, Afghanistan 2024 General, charged on the 28th.
00:17:32.440 Julie Ann Semelinog Moore, the Philippines 2024 election.
00:17:39.380 Five people, five countries, one month.
00:17:44.380 and every single one of them is presumed innocent.
00:17:48.420 The Justice Department's own release says it in plain words,
00:17:51.660 and I'm going to say it the way they do,
00:17:53.700 that all information is merely an allegation.
00:17:56.620 All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
00:18:00.540 Not one of these five have had a trial.
00:18:03.560 Not one of them has been convicted of anything.
00:18:06.760 And if any of them is acquitted,
00:18:09.280 I will say that on this show with the same amount of time that I am giving this.
00:18:13.400 So, you know that.
00:18:15.440 Now, hold on to the Ramahani date because that is the one that has been sitting on my shoulders since Friday, 2022.
00:18:26.680 That charge concerns the 2022 general election.
00:18:30.920 It was filed on the 29th of October, 2026, which means if the document is right, that you had a vote that went into the ballot box in Nevada in 2022 and that it stayed there.
00:18:47.800 It counted, was uncontested, nobody the wiser through an entire election cycle.
00:18:55.620 Four years.
00:18:57.320 A whole set of people took office in between.
00:19:00.920 Nobody looked in the box for four years.
00:19:05.420 Nobody looked.
00:19:08.380 Now, here is what Mendoza document says, and I'm reading the charging language itself, not somebody's summary of it.
00:19:17.760 On or about November 5th, 2024, she illegally voted in an election held in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of president.
00:19:28.760 And then five more words. She was not a United States citizen. That is what is alleged. The
00:19:37.760 maximum penalty is one year in prison or a fine of up to $100,000 or both. The FBI and the Homeland
00:19:46.680 Security investigations did the work. Now I'm going to tell you the part that cuts against
00:19:51.540 the easy version of this story because the easy version is wrong and you deserve the real one.
00:19:58.760 Not one of these five is somebody who came across the border in the dark.
00:20:04.600 Every one of them is a lawful, permanent resident, a green card holder, people with files and addresses and photo identification and years in the system.
00:20:18.920 Years of it.
00:20:20.420 I am not softening that.
00:20:22.100 I am actually sharpening it.
00:20:23.480 a person with no paperwork at all is a hard problem and everybody knows it is a hard problem
00:20:30.660 these are people the government already had in a database with a status field that says in the
00:20:38.360 field what they are the box that had to be checked was already filled in nobody read it nobody read
00:20:47.700 it. They didn't even bother. And I want you to notice who told me that because it was not on my
00:20:54.420 side. One of the biggest networks in this country ran an item Sunday morning headlined that the
00:21:02.680 majority of the non-citizen voters charged by the Justice Department are lawfully in the United
00:21:09.260 States. They publish that as a defense, as the reassuring part. Read it twice, and it is the
00:21:19.400 whole indictment. Which brings me to the sentence this hour is named after, and it did not come
00:21:27.560 from me. The first assistant United States attorney for the District of Nevada is named
00:21:34.660 Signal Chata. She is the person with the file in her hand and she put this on the record in her
00:21:42.780 own name attached to one of these cases. She said that there is a catastrophic failure to protect
00:21:50.300 the ballot box. She also said that every single illegal vote directly questions the very security
00:21:58.360 of our elections. And this one, which is the reason that I think that she is right,
00:22:06.540 is that she said that they will ensure that the voice of every lawful American citizen is
00:22:12.140 completely protected from being diluted, neutralized, or stolen by illegal votes.
00:22:19.340 Diluted. That is the word. That is the whole thing in one word. And it's hers. It's not mine.
00:22:26.700 Because nobody takes your vote away.
00:22:28.960 That is not how any of this works.
00:22:31.100 Nobody comes to your house and tells you that you cannot go.
00:22:34.920 You go, you stand in line, you sign the thing,
00:22:38.500 your vote gets counted exactly the way you cast it.
00:22:41.840 It is just worth a little less than it was when you woke up.
00:22:47.980 And nobody has to tell you, and nobody does, and there is no letter that comes.
00:22:52.660 the special agent in charge at homeland security investigations put it in the shortest he said
00:23:01.100 federal election laws are clear and efforts to circumvent them will be investigated will be
00:23:08.580 future tense which tells you something about the tense everything else has been in
00:23:16.040 and I was going to stay in this file for another 10 minutes because there is an Arizona referral
00:23:23.240 in here I have not even opened for you yet but something came in while I was reading and I have
00:23:30.040 to give it to you now because it is happening while we are sitting here so now I'm gonna set
00:23:38.640 it down for a minute because two things happened while I was reading it to you and they are both
00:23:43.940 about the same box. The president did his last one yesterday. Now, the final rally of the midterms
00:23:53.420 in Kansas, the whole close of it was four words. You can go check the box and see exactly what he
00:24:01.920 had to say because this man has just been incredible. I mean, the fact that he is out
00:24:08.080 there campaigning the way he has been, is just been tremendous. And I know it is driving the
00:24:14.540 left crazy. They responded with Obama, but I mean, hey, we're not even on the same, not even on the
00:24:20.680 same plane. But here he is. I mean, he basically said, you know, look, the ask was four words,
00:24:28.660 go check the box. Not vote, check is what he said. Now that is a different ask. And I want
00:24:38.060 you to sit with how strange it is that it has to be made at all. The closing argument of an entire
00:24:46.920 election season was not a promise. And it was not a threat. It was a man standing in front of a
00:24:53.600 crowd asking them to go look inside the thing that is supposed to count. Them. That's the whole hour
00:25:02.340 right there in four words. Everything I have put in front of you today is somebody who went and
00:25:07.300 looked. The prosecutor who looked, the office in Nevada that looked, the clerk who looked,
00:25:13.440 nobody asked a single one of them to. And then there is the other thing and I need you to hear
00:25:20.360 it in the order it actually happened because it went around the internet in the other one.
00:25:26.320 You are going to remember this one probably. It's all over the place. There was a woman at the
00:25:33.020 University of Michigan. She walked up on a table full of college students and it ended with another 1.00
00:25:39.480 student pinning her arms behind her back and university police walking her off the grass.
00:25:46.820 This is two days before an election.
00:25:49.780 There is a table on the grass that that's all that there is.
00:25:54.960 It's just a table.
00:25:55.760 People just kind of hanging around.
00:25:57.440 I mean, the table, there's a sign.
00:25:58.940 There's some signs.
00:26:00.000 There is there are kids that are hanging around it.
00:26:02.520 I mean, the kind of thing that sits out on every lawn at every school in this country.
00:26:07.960 Well, she comes up on it.
00:26:09.820 She gets loud. 0.82
00:26:10.780 She's all agitated.
00:26:11.880 and then it stops being loud and it starts being physical and a young man who was just standing
00:26:19.200 there he steps in he takes hold of her arms he holds her back until it is over he didn't hit her
00:26:27.740 he held her that's the entire thing he did and he did it in about a second and he is the reason
00:26:34.080 nobody got hurt and then somebody sent me the second one you will all I mean you will remember
00:26:39.580 this woman it's just it was the craziest thing it's like all of a sudden you want to talk about
00:26:44.760 TDS well I mean we've got a couple of pictures of what TDS actually looks like and here is one
00:26:52.580 this is the perfect face this was the one that I posted this weekend where the FBI flagged it the
00:27:00.740 same day and she posted the selfie on Thursday with the caption going to the Trump rally in my
00:27:07.840 City tomorrow so I can shoot him with my glock. Wish me luck, guys. Well, they flagged it. And you
00:27:15.580 had the Volusia County Sheriff's Office that traced it to this 21-year-old in Daytona Beach.
00:27:22.200 The detectives walked up to her door with Secret Service. Her name is Allison Albro. She told them
00:27:28.540 it was a joke. There was no glock. There was no gun at all. Detectives searched her home with her
00:27:34.160 permission. They didn't find one. She was booked anyway. Written threats to kill a second degree
00:27:40.240 felony is what that is in Florida. Up to 15 years, she is being held with no bond. Well, 0.72
00:27:48.220 Sheriff Mike Chitwood, he said, I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a joke
00:27:54.040 along these lines to think twice. Well, President Trump, he took the stage at the Ocean Center in
00:28:01.300 Daytona Beach at seven o'clock, and it went as planned. The joke does not name the day,
00:28:09.840 the city, and the gun. So this is the picture of her. Here she is, TDS. If there was a photo
00:28:17.320 attached, this is what it actually looks like. And then the other one that just completely freaked
00:28:25.560 out. I know it's the Day of the Dead, so you're going to see a lot of faces in here that are
00:28:29.100 probably scarier than some of the some of the costumes that you saw last night because they're
00:28:35.200 actually real. But here's this other chick. I mean, this is the deranged Abdul supporter 1.00
00:28:42.120 who tackled a Jewish girl. And this was at the free speech event. I mean, thank goodness somebody
00:28:49.200 was there. She goes on crazy style. She's like, I should have killed her. And then she was loaded 1.00
00:28:55.400 up into the police vehicle. I'm going to play this for you. It's had 15.6 million views just
00:29:04.180 so you can check out what's going on at college campuses and a whole bunch of reasons why a lot
00:29:09.140 of people are choosing to homeschool instead. Check out this video.
00:29:25.400 fucking talk to me like that. You want to fucking get over here? Hey, stop. Fucking get over here, 1.00
00:29:30.520 bitch. Put her in the car. Someone help the car. Dude. Instant fucking karma, bitch. Get on the 1.00
00:29:42.980 ground. Don't resist. Hey, stop fighting that. There's going to be more charges. You're not
00:29:59.980 going to help fight him. Just stop resisting. What the fuck are you going to do to me because
00:30:09.340 I hate a fucking dumbass face to the face. 1.00
00:30:11.240 You can't attack someone who don't like their politics, yeah. 1.00
00:30:22.060 You're going to get hurt.
00:30:23.000 You're going to get tough.
00:30:26.280 You're going to get hurt.
00:30:27.380 You're going to get tough.
00:30:39.340 I'm used to sirens.
00:30:42.000 You're probably not, so I'm going to kind of turn it down a little bit.
00:30:45.040 Living in Hollywood, I'm used to the sirens, but you're probably going,
00:30:48.100 oh, my gosh, I wish you'd turn that down, so I'm going to turn it down.
00:30:50.840 We can let this video play while we continue on.
00:30:53.660 But, yes, this woman, and apparently she is back on campus,
00:30:57.740 just so everyone knows.
00:30:59.520 She had a letter from the university, a strongly worded one,
00:31:03.340 as we tend to hear about those strongly worded letters.
00:31:07.060 Yes, of course.
00:31:07.740 and Jim Jordan is actually famous for those but she's back on campus and I do not know what's
00:31:17.060 going to happen from this point on but the whole thing is is that this is what's going on in on
00:31:24.520 the campuses apparently they figured out who she was in no time flat and somebody else also sent
00:31:31.060 me the second one there was a second video of the same woman same woman different moment she was
00:31:37.680 doing it again. I mean, one of these is a bad afternoon. Two of these is a person. So here is
00:31:45.240 where I'm going to be careful with you. And I want you to know exactly why. Her name is going around
00:31:50.620 this morning. And I have been sitting in and I have it sitting in front of me right now looking
00:31:55.580 at it. But I'm not going to read it to you because the only places carrying it are in the posts that
00:32:01.840 are out there on X and other places and I don't I do not put a human being's name on the air off a
00:32:09.000 post it's the same rule that I have used all hour on five people in Nevada and I'm not going to use
00:32:15.780 it on her even though you have her picture here and you've seen the video but I don't need her
00:32:21.280 name for the part that actually matters I don't need her name at all for a year now these people
00:32:28.280 have stood in front of cameras and told you that we are the violent ones, that you are
00:32:35.860 the danger, that it is your side that cannot be trusted to stand near a table without somebody
00:32:41.900 getting hurt.
00:32:43.320 And then on Saturday, on a lawn, two days before an election, one of them walked up
00:32:50.040 on a table of college kids and a 20-year-old boy had to take hold of her arms to stop it.
00:32:57.360 Now, I have heard that the person that was holding her could have been a boyfriend, somebody that she was seeing or on and off again.
00:33:04.900 There was somebody in the camera that was holding the camera that was saying, hey, you know what?
00:33:08.480 Don't fight it.
00:33:09.100 It's only going to get worse.
00:33:10.300 I can't confirm who that was, so I'm not going to even try.
00:33:13.380 This is just what people are saying.
00:33:15.860 But nobody is going to put his name on anything either.
00:33:18.760 He just did it, and then he let it go.
00:33:21.840 He let go of her when they showed up.
00:33:23.560 So you can go check the box in Kansas yesterday and in Michigan, a kid holding somebody back
00:33:33.380 so the table could stay up.
00:33:36.320 So keep Michigan in your head for a second, because I have to tell you about somebody
00:33:41.600 else in Michigan, and she is going to surprise you.
00:33:48.480 Diluted.
00:33:50.020 That's the word that I want you to think about whenever we talk about some of these people.
00:33:55.140 Deluded.
00:33:55.820 And I keep coming back to that word because a federal prosecutor chose it on purpose.
00:34:01.360 And it is the only word in this whole story that describes what actually happens to you.
00:34:08.060 And it raises a question I could not get out of my head all weekend.
00:34:11.460 And that is, if this is real, if the box is not being checked, then somebody in the office somewhere has to know it.
00:34:22.120 Not a commentator, but somebody with a voting card and a staff and a seat.
00:34:27.000 So I went looking for one and I found one and she is a Democrat.
00:34:32.600 There is a congresswoman in Michigan named Haley Stevens.
00:34:37.220 Yes, I'm sure you've heard her name by now. 0.92
00:34:39.300 Haley is getting pretty famous over there in the Republican Party. 0.99
00:34:44.340 She is a sitting member of Congress. 0.59
00:34:47.460 She is a Democrat.
00:34:49.500 And so here she is on Sunday afternoon with one day left before the midterm.
00:34:57.740 She posted this on her own account.
00:35:02.300 She said, I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today.
00:35:07.660 End quote.
00:35:09.300 this is what went down. When you talk about big surprises that have occurred for the October
00:35:18.360 month, this one you cannot top. It is just an insane story. Well, 11 words. Rogers is a Republican.
00:35:29.080 I mean, there's nothing underneath it. There is no paragraph about how hard the decision was.
00:35:35.680 there is no thread there's no explanation at all 11 words and the post button now the Detroit
00:35:44.140 press is not a paper that is on my side of anything and that is exactly why I want you
00:35:50.340 to hear the next part from them instead of from me their front page their words not mine
00:35:57.720 was Stevens endorses Rogers for U.S. Senate and her staff revolts quits, end quote. 0.98
00:36:06.920 Revolts. That is their verb that they chose to use. And then the second one, the same paper, 0.73
00:36:13.320 same day. Haley Stevens' staff resign over her endorsement of Rogers for Senate.
00:36:21.060 So the people who worked for her read 11 words on Sunday afternoon and went home.
00:36:27.400 Well, I want to be careful about what I actually know there, because it is less than you would
00:36:32.780 think from how it is being talked about.
00:36:36.600 The paper said her staff.
00:36:39.040 It did not say how many.
00:36:40.620 It did not give me a single name.
00:36:42.460 And it did not quote one of them saying anything.
00:36:46.360 So I'm going to say exactly what the paper said and not one syllable more.
00:36:51.080 Her staff.
00:36:51.920 That is the word that they used.
00:36:53.480 And it is the word that I will use.
00:36:55.120 And one more thing about it, because the people writing it up are counting on you not to do the arithmetic, all right?
00:37:04.060 Those jobs, they ended on Tuesday.
00:37:08.540 Win or lose, endorsement or no endorsement, that campaign closed its door the day after the election.
00:37:15.340 And every person on that payroll already knew it when they walked in Sunday morning.
00:37:20.660 So quitting on Sunday cost them one day of work.
00:37:25.120 What it bought them is the story they get to tell the next Democrat who is hiring, and every single one of them is going to need one by Wednesday morning.
00:37:36.740 The paper called that a revolt.
00:37:39.940 I would call it a job application.
00:37:43.560 And here is where the day gets strange, because the morning did not match the afternoon.
00:37:49.560 Sunday morning, hours after, hours before any of that happened, Jamie Raskin sat down
00:37:58.360 in front of a camera and passed along a message.
00:38:02.860 He said it came from her.
00:38:04.500 And I'm quoting Raskin, not her.
00:38:06.640 And I'm going to keep saying that because every time I say it, because it actually matters
00:38:11.840 enormously who is doing the talking.
00:38:15.100 Well, Raskin said this.
00:38:16.340 He said, my wonderful friend Haley Stevens wants me to represent to you and everyone else I talk to that she is voting straight down the line on Democratic ticket.
00:38:28.520 Straight down the line.
00:38:29.960 That is the morning in Raskin's mouth.
00:38:36.180 Eleven words for the Republican is the afternoon in hers.
00:38:40.700 So I'm not going to stand here and tell you which one of those is false because I do not know.
00:38:45.100 She has not said, and I want to give her the other reading out loud because it is the real one, and I want it myself.
00:38:53.560 So it is entirely possible that both are true as she sees them.
00:38:57.740 A person can vote her party's ticket and still think one particular man should have one particular seat.
00:39:04.400 That is not a contradiction in a voting booth.
00:39:07.460 It is only a contradiction in a press release.
00:39:10.640 and anybody anywhere has produced a word from saying from her saying that she is voting against
00:39:17.360 her own side the only person who she has characterized her ballot and who has characterized
00:39:23.480 it is raskin and he was characterizing it for her so the honest version holds it by sunday evening
00:39:33.540 the President of the United States had written about her himself on his own account, by name,
00:39:43.140 a Democrat. Here is the middle of it, and I'm going to read it flat because it does not need
00:39:50.060 help at all. Quote, Haley said what few people are willing to say. It's a thing called bravery,
00:39:58.500 and few people have it. The president praising a sitting Democrat congresswoman by name the day
00:40:09.020 before the election. Sit in how strange that sentence is for a second. I have been doing this
00:40:17.980 a while and I can't remember the last time I actually typed one like it. And here's the thing
00:40:24.880 that I did not know on Sunday night that changed how I read all of it. She is not the first one.
00:40:32.680 She is the latest one, but she is not the first one. Back in August, Mike Rogers stood up a group
00:40:40.640 of Democrat supporters. In August, before any of this, and one of the people who stood up with him
00:40:49.340 was a sitting state representative out of Detroit named Karen Whitsitt.
00:40:54.620 She was elected as a Democrat, and she told everybody back in March 0.99
00:40:58.560 that she could not stay in that party anymore.
00:41:01.440 And at that August event, her reason was not a speech.
00:41:05.820 It was a sentence about her health insurance,
00:41:08.640 which is about as far from a talking point as a person can get.
00:41:13.160 She said something else this weekend about Stevens on her own account,
00:41:17.200 and I'm quoting Whitsitt here.
00:41:19.340 Not saying it myself, she said, quote, she chose conscience over party.
00:41:27.260 And then this one, quote, if unity requires obedience, it is not unity, it is control.
00:41:38.200 Then there is a man named David Kramer, vice chair of the Michigan Democratic Jewish Caucus.
00:41:46.160 And now listen to the second half of that sentence, because the second half is the whole thing.
00:41:53.100 He is the man who chaired Haley Stevens' Senate campaign.
00:41:58.100 He ran it.
00:41:59.620 And six days ago, he said out loud that he is voting for the Republican because his words, El Saeed, is certainly not moderating at all.
00:42:12.100 and is becoming more extreme and more dangerous.
00:42:20.000 The man who ran her campaign got there five days before she did.
00:42:24.560 A man named Justin Turkish raised money for Senator Slotkin in 2024.
00:42:31.520 Now, he went to the University of Michigan with El Saeed.
00:42:35.780 He also engaged to Haley Stevens.
00:42:39.620 Well, five days ago, he said he is voting for Rogers.
00:42:44.780 And the reason he gave was eight words.
00:42:48.040 He said, quote, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't speak up, end quote.
00:42:55.400 And then there is the sheriff, Bill Fettespiel, Saginaw County,
00:43:01.860 named as the Democrat in Rogers' own campaign release back on the 13th of September,
00:43:07.220 endorsing the Republican over rising violent crime rate in his own county,
00:43:14.260 a state rep, the caucus vice chair who ran her campaign,
00:43:21.400 the man she is engaged to, a sitting Democrat sheriff,
00:43:24.940 and then finally the Congresswoman herself.
00:43:29.420 That is not a defection.
00:43:32.660 That is a line of people walking out of the same building one at a time for four months,
00:43:38.120 and the last one out was the one who lost the primary to him by nine-tenths of one point.
00:43:44.980 And I want you to hear what the party said back, because they did not argue with any of it.
00:43:50.800 The chairman of the Michigan Democrat Party, Curtis Hertel, put out that Haley Stevens is not
00:43:59.520 a current member of the Michigan Democratic Party, and then he added five more words.
00:44:06.380 Nor will she be in the future.
00:44:10.920 Okay?
00:44:12.100 Nor will she be in the future.
00:44:15.860 That is an excommunication written down the day before an election.
00:44:22.380 And on CNN, he said this, you don't abandon all of your values because this is not high
00:44:28.220 school, end quote.
00:44:29.520 a four-term congresswoman tells you the ballot is not safe and the answer she gets from her
00:44:37.080 own party is that she is not one of them anymore and never will be again nobody said she was wrong
00:44:45.600 they said she was out and it was not only Michigan Sean O'Brien is the president of the
00:44:54.360 Teamsters, not a spokesman, not a local president, the president of the whole thing. He posted this
00:45:02.540 himself in his in the first person from his own account. And the part I want you to catch is in
00:45:08.660 the middle, quote, just voted in the state of Florida for the first time, and very proud to
00:45:15.420 have cast a ballot for Senator Ashley Moody, end quote, for the first time.
00:45:23.140 Now, I want to say something to you about Haley Stevens that is going to sound odd coming from
00:45:28.100 me, and I'm going to say it anyway. I do not agree with that woman about very much at all, 0.86
00:45:35.720 okay? I would guess we would disagree about almost every bill she has ever voted on,
00:45:40.540 And on Sunday, she did something that cost her immediately and visibly in public in front of everybody with no upside available to her at all.
00:45:50.380 There is no version of this where it helped her.
00:45:55.420 Her own office emptied out before dinner. 0.95
00:45:58.840 I mean, people do not do that over strategy.
00:46:03.200 Nobody burns their own staff down with 24 hours on the clock because a poll moved three points.
00:46:11.540 Something has to be worth more than the job is worth.
00:46:16.240 And whatever that something was, she decided was worth it on Sunday afternoon with no cushion underneath her.
00:46:23.180 And you know that moment, like you've had it.
00:46:27.960 Maybe not on television.
00:46:29.880 Maybe it was in a meeting or a kitchen table or a group text.
00:46:33.820 But you have had that moment where the true thing was going to cost you.
00:46:38.300 and you had about four seconds to decide whether to say it anyway.
00:46:43.440 Most people do not say it.
00:46:46.420 That is not a judgment.
00:46:47.920 That is just the arithmetic of having a mortgage, right?
00:46:52.500 She said it.
00:46:54.720 Eleven words.
00:46:56.320 No cushion.
00:46:56.940 And then she stood there while her own building emptied out.
00:47:02.540 So I'm not going to pretend to know what she knows.
00:47:06.100 I don't.
00:47:06.680 I mean, I do not.
00:47:09.140 She has not told us what moved her, and if she never does, that is hers to keep.
00:47:16.420 But I will tell you what I noticed, and it is the only reason she is in this hour at all.
00:47:23.380 Everybody else spent this weekend talking about the box.
00:47:28.120 She is the only one who acted like what is in it is already decided.
00:47:33.880 so what was all of this truly about i mean my gosh she acted like what is in the box is already
00:47:48.640 decided and the thing is she is not the only one the difference is that everybody else who
00:47:56.940 is acting the same way is saying it out loud on camera in advance and calling it a warning
00:48:03.120 Sunday morning, national television, the governor of Illinois, who is himself on the ballot on
00:48:10.720 Tuesday, said this. This is a quote. If Democrats don't win, if they don't win in this election,
00:48:18.560 we may not have other elections. And then he kept going. Or certainly we're going to have
00:48:25.140 future elections, every single one of which will be rigged.
00:48:31.200 The host did not let that sit there, and I will give her credit for it because she asked
00:48:35.960 him the only question there was to ask.
00:48:38.080 I mean, she said, are you saying that all future elections will only be fair if Democrats
00:48:43.260 win?
00:48:45.800 He is on the ballot on Tuesday.
00:48:48.060 so read what he has said one more time every future election will be rigged unless his side
00:49:02.200 wins the one that he is personally running on on tuesday the one that he's in this is pritzker
00:49:10.840 now that is not a warning that is an alibi it's written four days early and once you see it as
00:49:19.740 an alibi the whole weekend rearranges itself because you stop asking whether these people
00:49:24.080 are worried and you start noticing what they are actually worried about
00:49:28.020 and here's the thing about illinois that makes his sentence worth more than ordinary noise
00:49:35.040 Illinois counts mail ballots for 14 days after the poll close. 14. Two full weeks after Tuesday
00:49:46.060 a ballot can still arrive and still be counted. And that is not my complaint about it. That
00:49:52.980 is a live federal question. The Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in January that a sitting congressman
00:50:01.320 from that state has standing to challenge exactly that practice in court, seven to two.
00:50:09.640 That is not a narrow court on this. So the governor of a state that keeps counting for two weeks
00:50:18.120 went on television the Sunday before the election to tell you in advance that elections cannot be
00:50:26.020 trust it. Then there is Arizona, which I promised you and then set aside. A United States attorney
00:50:39.160 there, they opened up a case into three non-profit organizations over registering
00:50:46.760 non-citizens to vote, and he has referred it to the FBI. Three organizations, one referral,
00:50:55.560 No charges against anybody.
00:50:57.600 And I will say that plainly because an open case is an open case and nothing in it has been proven against any person or group or any group for that matter.
00:51:08.180 But notice what it is.
00:51:11.660 Somebody is looking in Arizona.
00:51:14.020 Somebody actually went and looked.
00:51:16.160 And the moment somebody looked there, there was enough evidence to hand over to the FBI.
00:51:22.280 and then there is Connecticut and Connecticut is the one that is almost funny until you think
00:51:30.220 about it for 10 seconds a state representative there a democrat co-chair of the progressive
00:51:37.420 caucus in that chamber was summoned on Saturday for six degree larceny she is charged now she
00:51:47.000 is presumed innocent she has not had a day in court and a summons in an accusation and that is
00:51:54.480 it that there is nothing else it's an accusation well here is what is alleged alleged and
00:52:01.520 here is how it came apart her opponent's lawn signs kept disappearing so he put air tags in
00:52:11.080 them. And one of those signs pinged from a property she owns. And the police came out at 1.00
00:52:18.240 10 o'clock that night. The opponent's own words, quote, the last thing I expected was it to ping
00:52:26.320 on her property. And here's the part that is going to stay with me. It is that the signs,
00:52:34.520 they kept vanishing. They were signs that quoted her. Her own words from a hot mic in April of last
00:52:43.320 year about taxing her people and how they would not even notice. The signs printed her sentence
00:52:51.820 and then answered it. Two words, we noticed. Those are the signs that kept disappearing.
00:52:59.220 Her own statement on her own Facebook page admits that she removed them.
00:53:07.560 The Democratic Speaker of that chamber called the whole thing childish, and he is on her side of the aisle.
00:53:17.980 So let me lay out the weekend for you one more time without any adjectives on it at all,
00:53:25.260 because I think the list does the work anyway.
00:53:29.220 A group offering $5 at the door, three days out, a federal judge writing that a county has no evidence it checks citizenship at all, five people charged in one state in one month of one of them over a vote that sat in the box for four years, mind you, three organizations referred to the FBI in another state,
00:53:57.880 A sitting lawmaker summonsed over the signs that quoted her.
00:54:04.220 And a governor on national television four days before he is on a ballot telling you that every election after this one is rigged.
00:54:17.040 Not one of those is about who wins on Tuesday.
00:54:21.660 Every single one of them is about whether anybody is standing at the box with a clipboard
00:54:28.020 and in every single case the answer came back the same way.
00:54:33.200 Somebody found out by accident.
00:54:37.160 A second office happened to run the same names.
00:54:41.900 And an opponent happened to buy a tracker at a store.
00:54:46.200 let's not forget a prosecutor who just happened to look now I'm not going to tell you what I
00:54:55.620 you know what to think about the whole thing on Tuesday you know what you are doing on Tuesday
00:55:00.660 and you do not need me for it not even at all what I want you to carry out of this hour is a
00:55:07.960 great deal smaller than that and I think it's the only thing on this desk that nobody in this
00:55:14.080 country is arguing about at all. Every one of these came to light because one person in office
00:55:25.620 decided to check something that nobody had asked them to check. That's why it happened.
00:55:30.760 Somebody has to look in the box. Nobody has yet.
00:55:37.760 So I want to say one more thing and then I'm going to let you go.
00:55:44.080 Everything that I put in front of you today came to light the same way, not because a
00:55:50.460 system caught it, because one person somewhere in some office decided to check a thing that
00:55:57.700 nobody had asked them to check.
00:56:00.100 That is a very small hinge for a very big door, and I know how that lands on Monday
00:56:07.820 because I know where some of you are sitting right now.
00:56:10.660 I mean, you have got a shift tonight or you've got somebody in the house who needs something and the last thing you have room for is one more thing that is broken and too big to fix.
00:56:23.120 So I'm not going to hand you that.
00:56:26.120 Here is the only thing that I will say about tomorrow.
00:56:30.040 Tomorrow, you get to go and stand in line and you get to put your name on something.
00:56:35.920 and nobody in any of those documents I read you today gets to do that for you.
00:56:42.380 They do not get to decide whether you show up.
00:56:45.920 That part is still entirely yours
00:56:48.760 and it's yours whether anybody is watching the box or not.
00:56:53.500 I do not know what Tuesday is going to look like.
00:56:56.700 Neither does anybody who tells you they do.
00:57:00.080 What I know is what I have got on this desk
00:57:03.760 and what I have got on this desk says that somebody is going to have to go and look
00:57:09.020 afterward when it is boring and nobody is watching and there are no cameras in the
00:57:15.640 parking lot. That is usually when it matters. So go do your Monday, go do your Tuesday and
00:57:25.200 we will be back on Wednesday when we talk about all of this because I have a feeling
00:57:30.640 the two of us are going to have something to talk about. There's a lot of us that are going to be
00:57:38.100 watching without missing a beat. And I will see you tomorrow on this show to discuss it as we
00:57:44.300 watch all of the lines and all of the chaos and all of the different things that are happening
00:57:48.800 at the different poll sites. You know what it's going to look like. We've been here before.
00:57:54.760 So thank you for spending the hour with me. I mean that and I do not say that as a sign off.
00:58:00.080 there are a lot of places that you could have been for the last hour and you were here and I do not
00:58:06.240 take it lightly so take care of yourself go drink some water go be good to the people in your house
00:58:12.660 and in your life I love you all litter mates you are wonderful you all be safe be kind to one
00:58:19.620 another and we will see you tomorrow at three o'clock p.m eastern time bye
00:58:30.080 We'll be right back.
00:59:00.080 We'll be right back.
